8. 0:372001 for Marion Jones
9. 0:39these are her drug calendar and what do
10. 0:41they generally entail before drugs that
11. 0:46I just named and so the initials on each
12. 0:51day lists the drug or drugs that she's
13. 0:55supposed to take on those dates that's
14. 0:58exactly what it is and it's from May
15. 1:01through August you know once again in
16. 1:06the Marion's case you know the times
17. 1:09that I the few times that I had the
18. 1:12opportunity to talk with her she's a
19. 1:15very likable person you know I believe
20. 1:19that the other female athletes as an
21. 1:23example that you see in the wall in
22. 1:24there that were part of that hundred
23. 1:26meters once again this is my opinion in
24. 1:31that very race in the final I believe
25. 1:33that the overwhelming majority of the
26. 1:35other girls if not 100 percent of the
27. 1:37girls in that race we're also using
28. 1:38performance-enhancing drugs so Marion is
29. 1:41a tremendously talented athlete and
30. 1:46works I mean her work ethic is is
31. 1:50legendary everybody knows this and
32. 1:53that's in the 2000 Olympics that you're
33. 1:55talking about so basically is that
34. 1:58that's the case and other competitors
35. 2:00were also using illegal performance in
36. 2:02progress
37. 2:03how does that shape your opinion of her
38. 2:08being stripped of her medals
39. 2:12boy it's really tough because she's been
40. 2:16held to a completely different standard
41. 2:18than everybody else if they were
42. 2:19scrutinized and some of the law
43. 2:21enforcement tools and pressures were
44. 2:24applied to others like they were to her
45. 2:26I think this stuff would come out and I
46. 2:29do have knowledge that some of the other
47. 2:31girls that were in that race we're using
48. 2:33stuff and I've been told this by their
49. 2:35coaches or I'd even given them stuff so
50. 2:38this is this is stuff that I don't want
51. 2:41to blame Marion Jones or Shane Mosley
52. 2:46that you know a couple of the athletes
53. 2:48that have really filed these lawsuits
54. 2:50and in my opinion abused the judicial
55. 2:53system and just went way beyond just you
56. 2:56know defending them themselves
57. 2:58I really believe their lawyers that they
58. 3:02were following their attorneys advice
59. 3:04they were getting very bad advice do you
60. 3:07think she should have been allowed to
61. 3:08keep those 2000 Sydney Olympic medals no
62. 3:19I don't I mean she got caught others did
63. 3:25not they're not going to go back I've
64. 3:28told them this that there's there's
65. 3:30information there's about other athletes
66. 3:33and if you go back and look at these
67. 3:35other athletes that are in those those
68. 3:37races with her it's the small countries
69. 3:40many of them in the Caribbean it's the
70. 3:42Russians it's its people that I believe
71. 3:45and have been told by I think credible
72. 3:50people and once again maybe they're
73. 3:52lying to me but I believe the
74. 3:53overwhelming majority were using stuff
75. 3:55too and and sponsored and by doctors and
76. 4:02team officials that had knowledge of
77. 4:04this and they were winning gold medals
78. 4:08they were being granted beachfront
79. 4:11property worth millions of dollars and
80. 4:14this is back in 2000 you granted you're
81. 4:17given the beachfront property by they're
82. 4:19from the government okay and I believe
83. 4:21that you know in one specific case and
84. 4:23as soon as like I can't say a name
85. 4:25because
86. 4:25would be exactly who it is but I believe
87. 4:29that and was told that even some of the
88. 4:32drugs that I had given to Trevor Graham
89. 4:35for Marion were siphoned off and given
90. 4:37to other people that were in some of
91. 4:40these races and competitors and training
92. 4:42partners and and other you know and
93. 4:45there were open discussions about this
94. 4:47stuff Trevor Graham being Marion Jones
95. 4:48coach she won three gold medals two
96. 4:51bronze at the 2000 Sydney games
97. 4:54what illegal performance-enhancing drugs
98. 4:57did she use leading up to the games
99. 4:59during the games and how do you think it
100. 5:01impacted her performance I believe that
101. 5:04if the whole Drive 4/5 and I think she
102. 5:06was able to continue to recover quickly
103. 5:08and perform at a higher level in
104. 5:11multiple events so I think it did make a
105. 5:14difference so I mean which drugs
106. 5:17did she use leading up to and during the
107. 5:19game all of the above that I mentioned
108. 5:21before okay and during the games growth
109. 5:23hormone how much knowledge did she have
110. 5:26of what she was taking do exactly what
111. 5:28you're doing she did as you mentioned
112. 5:32file a 25 million dollar defamation
113. 5:35lawsuit against you what came of the
114. 5:37lawsuit voluntarily dismissed why'd you
115. 5:41stop working together great question
116. 5:44Marion became reckless lunch once CJ was
117. 5:47no longer there and they separated and
118. 5:49there were some issues that we had
119. 5:51regarding her compliance and some things
120. 5:53that you were was doing in general terms
121. 5:55that to me were dangerous and there was
122. 5:58all sorts of stuff going on with that
123. 6:00camp you know under Trevor and Tim and
124. 6:04and it was kind of a package deal that
125. 6:07Marion was doing things that that I felt
126. 6:10were potentially dangerous regarding her
127. 6:12health and did it pertain to with
128. 6:16illegal drugs yes yeah and drugs that
129. 6:21were being siphoned off and given to
130. 6:24other female athletes that were
131. 6:26initially intended for her there was
132. 6:29money involved with with Tim Montgomery
133. 6:31with me that you know after he had made
134. 6:36$600,000 money I had loaned
135. 6:39with Czech canceled checks and you know
136. 6:41was all for equipment and different
137. 6:43things that was all well documented he
138. 6:46just didn't want to pay and was saying
139. 6:49well I want to buy a strip club and you
140. 6:51know can I pay you half now and half
141. 6:53later and and just kept not paying and
142. 6:56not paying and and eventually I just
143. 6:58decided that I'd kick them all to the
144. 7:02curb
