- 0:00You're going to take it. That's
- 0:01>> true,
- 0:02>> for this, so that you can put this plan
- 0:04to the test.
- 0:06>> It's a job that demands a lot of your
- 0:09health, back, legs, spine. You
- 0:12>> invest the time you have badly, very
- 0:14badly. My goal is to make you sell. If
- 0:17you want, we can work on that.
- 0:19>> Tire yourself out. My 6-year-old girl
- 0:21hands me the pieces. I try to make it
- 0:23part of their understanding of what it
- 0:25is.
- 0:25>> How much do you make with a few sales?
- 0:26Yes. With a lamp. I never thought about
- 0:31it.
- 0:31>> Dude, he bought you $ 00. You have to
- 0:36love him.
- 0:38>> The idea of this film is a terrible
- 0:41idea for us.
- 0:44>> This is How to Sell 3D Printing, the
- 0:46reality show that goes into real
- 0:48businesses, analyzes their numbers and
- 0:50discovers how much they really earn.
- 0:52And together with each entrepreneur we
- 0:54design a plan so that they can make a
- 0:56living from 3D printing. But who
- 0:58designs that plan? Let us introduce you
- 1:00to our experts. Humberto Quiñones is
- 1:03an engineer, an engineering professor,
- 1:05and is working on a doctorate in
- 1:06science, and he himself is synthesizing
- 1:08materials. Lincoln Almeida started from
- 1:11scratch from home. 10 years ago he
- 1:14founded UnicBox and in 7 years he sold
- 1:17more than 250,000 units, generating
- 1:205,000,000. And since entrepreneurship
- 1:23changed his life, he founded Telefones
- 1:29through 3D Printing and today they have
- 1:31more than 47,000 paid subscribers and
- 1:33thousands of lives transformed. Bruno
- 1:37Antonilo Bruce is an industrial
- 1:39designer. He teaches 3D printing and
- 1:43entrepreneurship at a vocational
- 1:45training center next to a municipal
- 1:47workshop that trains entrepreneurs. He
- 1:51quit his job with one goal, to teach
- 1:53people that you can make a living from
- 1:563D printing by selling on MercadoLibre.
- 2:03We have Walter from 3D Lion with us.
- 2:06Walter, welcome. Tell us what you do,
- 2:09how long you've sold, and your monthly
- 2:11sales volume. My name is Walter, I am
- 2:13from 3D Lion, I dedicate myself to 3D
- 2:15printing. My whole family is involved
- 2:18with me, always collaborating, helping
- 2:19me. I have a 6-year-old girl, a 12-
- 2:22year-old boy, and my wife. Luckily,
- 2:26we've been together for many years and
- 2:27we've always been working together and
- 2:29working together. I try to make sales
- 2:33on Instagram, and I earn between $ 300
- 2:36and $ 700 a month, but I still don't
- 2:39know how to actually sell. I started
- 2:44with a used Creality Ender 3B2 that I
- 2:47received as part of a job severance
- 2:50package. I asked for the printer. I
- 2:53asked for
- 2:54>> the printer because I saw that it was
- 2:56something new, that it could open doors
- 2:58for me, and I'm always into research. I
- 3:00never stood still. I repaired cell
- 3:03phones for 15 years, I set up a little
- 3:05shop in my house, in the garage, and I
- 3:07always researched technology, I was
- 3:09always attentive to all that. When I
- 3:12saw this I said, "No, this is a new
- 3:14thing, I have to get involved and start
- 3:15opening doors with this. It can lead me
- 3:18to learn new things, to sell and, well,
- 3:21to live off what I want, right? Always
- 3:24on my own. I always liked working on my
- 3:26own. I don't like working for others, I
- 3:29like working for myself, so that the
- 3:31sacrifice is for me. Obviously
- 3:33sometimes you have to work three times
- 3:34as hard, right? When you work for
- 3:36yourself.
- 3:37>> And what are you doing for your job?
- 3:39>> I currently work at a company that
- 3:41repairs industrial screw compressors.
- 3:43You
- 3:44>> told us that it was kind of dangerous.
- 3:45Why? Yes, I don't know if it's that...I
- 3:48don't know if it's dangerous, but it is
- 3:49very hard work. You always have to be
- 3:52exerting force, you always have to be
- 3:55moving heavy things, you have to work
- 3:57with iron, with heavy tools, with
- 3:59grease, with...it's a job that demands
- 4:01a lot of your health: back, legs, spine
- 4:04. For those of you who are from
- 4:07Argentina, I go every day from the
- 4:09northern area, more or less Bulogne to
- 4:11Escobar and back. And for those who are
- 4:14not from Argentina, it takes about an
- 4:16hour and a half in total without
- 4:18traffic, exactly 2 hours
- 4:20>> when there is no accident on the road
- 4:21or anything like that.
- 4:22>> Half the day is dedicated to other work
- 4:25.
- 4:25>> We are talking about business.
- 4:27>> Exactly.
- 4:28>> What do you do with printing? Well,
- 4:29with 3D printing I currently do a
- 4:31little bit of everything, like all of
- 4:32us who start out, right? We start
- 4:34looking at files, we start copying
- 4:36others, we make figures, we make
- 4:38keychains, we make cell phone stands,
- 4:41we make flower pots, we make lamps, but
- 4:43what I do the most right now is all
- 4:45kinds of merch, merchandising for
- 4:47companies, the most popular ones are
- 4:49keychains, mate cups, and chopsticks.
- 4:52These are currently my best sellers
- 4:54during the month, keychains. Keychains
- 4:57with your company logo, keychains with
- 4:59a brand.
- 5:00>> How do you sell these prints? How do
- 5:03you get there?
- 5:03>> I sell through Instagram. What
- 5:05percentage does Instagram come from?
- 5:07Your sales.
- 5:08>> I think 60%come from Instagram and the
- 5:11rest is word of mouth. acquaintances.
- 5:14Look, this guy made me these keychains,
- 5:16I talk to him, they give him my number
- 5:18and different companies contact me.
- 5:20>> And what added value do you give to
- 5:21your keychains so that the person next
- 5:22to you doesn't buy them? The value I
- 5:24give them is the trust I have with the
- 5:27client, more than anything in the
- 5:29conversation, in the ease of talking,
- 5:31in the security I give them and above
- 5:33all I try to deliver on time. And today
- 5:36for the client I think it is essential
- 5:38to deliver on time. Eh, they are all
- 5:41anxious, they all want to remember two
- 5:42days before an event and say," I need
- 5:44it now. "" And the client that I
- 5:46fulfill, I've already won them over.
- 5:49Especially when they need everything in
- 5:51a hurry.
- 5:52>> The important thing is to know who your
- 5:54client is, I mean, who would be your
- 5:55ideal client?
- 5:56>> Oh, good question, I'd never thought
- 5:58about that.
- 5:59>> Who buys today?
- 6:00>> Big companies seem a bit more
- 6:01complicated to me.
- 6:02>> But you said you had a paddle tennis
- 6:03club, for example.
- 6:04>> Yes, Apache 32. Apache 32 is a paddle
- 6:07tennis club that was opened and created
- 6:10by Carlos Tevez, the player who was on
- 6:12the Argentine national team. Now he's
- 6:16opening a second branch. Obviously,
- 6:19having Carlos Tevez's face on it makes
- 6:21it something serious, something that
- 6:23gives you confidence, that gives you
- 6:25financial stability in terms of what
- 6:27you're going to get paid. The
- 6:30management is different, right? You
- 6:32know more or less what kind of person
- 6:33they are, what kind of business they're
- 6:34in. So,
- 6:35>> what do you sell for the club?
- 6:38>> At Apache?
- 6:40>> Yes.
- 6:41>> I sell chops, I sell mates, I sell them
- 6:43keychains, popsicle holders, and the
- 6:46other day I made stencils for them so
- 6:48they can paint their logo. Do
- 6:51>> you have any idea how much sales and
- 6:54revenue Apache represents?
- 6:58>> I think it's 8 or 10%of sales.
- 7:01>> Are you offering, for example, "Hey,
- 7:03look, can I make you these keychains?""
- 7:04>> Uh, I offered them, yes, in fact I won
- 7:06them like that. I gave them keychains,
- 7:08I
- 7:09>> went, I brought them a chop with their
- 7:10logo, I gave them keychains, a mate and
- 7:12I told them, I'll do this, the day they
- 7:14need it, call me. So, this was due to
- 7:17insistence. They didn't answer me, they
- 7:18didn't answer me. I got WhatsApp, I
- 7:20sent it to one, to another, I managed
- 7:22to get them to give me the okay to go
- 7:24and take it to them and well, that's
- 7:26when I entered this company. And the
- 7:29last sale I made to them was a week and
- 7:31a half ago, when I sold them about 100
- 7:34popsicle holders that I designed for
- 7:36them with Fusion.
- 7:39>> They must have cost at most each, right
- 7:41?
- 7:41>> Yes. They didn't reach $ 100.
- 7:43>> Perfect. And how much are you selling?
- 7:45>> $ 100. I
- 7:46>> mean, one for five.
- 7:48>> And I
- 7:48>> sold them 100. I sold them 100.
- 7:51>> $ 00 in one sale.
- 7:53>> Exactly. Here, what we have is the same
- 7:54. It's a product that stays in the
- 7:57store, and once you sell it, it stays
- 7:59there until it breaks and needs to be
- 8:01replaced, but you have chops, keychains
- 8:04, and merch that are sold and have to
- 8:06be replaced month after month.
- 8:08>> Exactly.
- 8:10>> How did this order from the chop shops
- 8:13come about?
- 8:14>> They didn't ask for many. Uh, the shops
- 8:16asked me for them for a tournament that
- 8:18was held to give away as a consolation
- 8:20prize, let's say, to all those who
- 8:22participated. They also included other
- 8:24things, including the chop with the
- 8:27logo. The same as the mates. What I do
- 8:29know they sell are the keychains, which
- 8:31I made a very large batch of two months
- 8:33ago. Maybe they still have them. They
- 8:35didn't ask me again. Did you ask them?
- 8:37>> I didn't
- 8:38>> ask. In fact, just yesterday I spoke to
- 8:41the person in charge of this and I saw
- 8:43that another person had uploaded a
- 8:44story with a keychain that I
- 8:46particularly didn't like the quality of
- 8:48, and well, there I took advantage and
- 8:50said," What happened? "" I say, "I saw
- 8:52a keychain that's not mine?""No," he
- 8:54says, "I honestly have no idea who made
- 8:56it. I'm just going to order it from you
- 8:57." So during the week, talk to me, "
- 8:59Remind me." He just told me that you
- 9:01told me, "You talked to him, remind me,
- 9:03" he says, "because I honestly forget,
- 9:04but I need keychains."
- 9:05>> And how many did you sell that time?
- 9:08The time I sold, I made 150 keychains
- 9:10in the shape of a paddle tennis racket
- 9:12with the logo.
- 9:13>> When did you get your first order from
- 9:15this company? It was about
- 9:18>> two months ago.
- 9:20>> So in those two months you sold about
- 9:22700.
- 9:23>> Exactly. Those were good months. As I
- 9:27said, there are months that are good
- 9:28and others that aren't. The truth is
- 9:31that I reinvested some of that to buy
- 9:34more machines.
- 9:36>> How many machines do you have? I
- 9:37currently have three, four with a
- 9:39reality that I still have, the Ender
- 9:423B2 that I started with. I don't want
- 9:44to get rid of any
- 9:45>> more. You have to get it through
- 9:46collaboration.
- 9:47>> Exactly. I'm looking to grow on social
- 9:49media. Yes.
- 9:50>> What other companies do you sell to?
- 9:52Thanks to the fact that I sold it and
- 9:53uploaded a story, I saw it from another
- 9:55paddle tennis company called Los Arcos,
- 9:57which I only made for an event. I made
- 10:00about 20 mates that they bought. I sold
- 10:03mates for 8,000 pesos each.
- 10:05>> How did the conversation go?
- 10:08>> Uh, I saw that the company saw my story
- 10:10when I uploaded the Apache keychains
- 10:11and they called me and said, "Hello,
- 10:13how are you? Look, I saw that you made
- 10:16Apache 32 merch. I want something
- 10:17similar. I have to give away prizes at
- 10:19a tournament. Uh, what can you offer me
- 10:21?" And since I already had the samples
- 10:23of Apache, mate, chop, and keychains, I
- 10:25said, "Look, if you want something
- 10:26quick, I can offer you this. I can
- 10:29offer you trophies." And well, he liked
- 10:31the mates, I made him a mate with his
- 10:33logo and gave them to him.
- 10:35>> And you didn't ask the customers what
- 10:36they consume, because if you say chop,
- 10:38but there are people who go to training
- 10:39, I don't know if they are interested
- 10:40in buying a chop or maybe they are
- 10:42interested in buying an
- 10:43>> exam, that's why they are given away, I
- 10:44guess that's why they are given away as
- 10:45a prize and not put up for sale. Don't
- 10:46you
- 10:47>> know what customers want there so you
- 10:49can offer them?
- 10:50>> No. What I was looking at, just
- 10:51thinking about that, are some grip
- 10:53covers for paddle rackets that are made
- 10:55of TPU.
- 10:57>> What are
- 10:58>> grip covers? They cover the grip part
- 11:00of the racket.
- 11:02>> It's the strap where you grip the
- 11:04paddle racket.
- 11:05>> But I'm in 3D. It
- 11:07>> occurred to me, I mean, let's see if
- 11:08there's something like this. I mean,
- 11:10because this wears out. I play tennis,
- 11:13so I know how it wears out more or less
- 11:14, and every two times I go to play
- 11:16tennis I have to change this grip cover
- 11:17because it wears out, it starts to
- 11:19scratch your hand, it's uncomfortable
- 11:20and it's an expense. Have
- 11:23>> you tried the TPU one yet, how long
- 11:24will it last? I didn't
- 11:25>> try it, I thought of it two days ago. I
- 11:28said, "Hey, this is good to go out and
- 11:30offer to clubs." I didn't see it, at
- 11:32least here in Argentina we're going to
- 11:34buy it. And then they bought your
- 11:37racket.
- 11:38>> Yes. And
- 11:40>> there they did not ask me for anything
- 11:42yet.
- 11:44>> And you made samples of the products
- 11:46you have with their logo to leave with
- 11:48them.
- 11:50>> Uh, yes,
- 11:51>> of all the products.
- 11:53>> No, not the other products.
- 11:55>> I only have samples of Apache. I don't
- 11:57have samples of the other one.
- 11:58>> When they asked you for the chopsticks,
- 12:00all you gave them were the chopsticks.
- 12:02>> Yes. You offered them the other
- 12:05products, the popsicle holders, the
- 12:07keys.
- 12:09>> No, I didn't offer them the popsicle
- 12:10holders. I didn't
- 12:13>> offer them because why? Because I was
- 12:16designing them when I spoke to the
- 12:17person.
- 12:17>> And you didn't tell them that you were
- 12:18designing them? I didn't
- 12:19>> tell them.
- 12:20>> M,
- 12:21>> but why didn't I tell them? Because I'm
- 12:23not a super advanced designer. In fact,
- 12:26I learned a little bit before making
- 12:28the holder and they told me, "Hey, can
- 12:29you make this holder?" But when you're
- 12:32designing, did you know that you were
- 12:33going to be able to do it?
- 12:33>> I knew I'd be able to do it. I knew. I
- 12:36am, I know I am capable of achieving it
- 12:38.
- 12:38>> How much was the order from the other
- 12:40company?
- 12:41>> Uh, the mates were 20 mates.
- 12:43>> How often have you understood?
- 12:45>> Uh, look, it's a new club that opened,
- 12:47uh, from what I saw they held two
- 12:50tournaments. The first one, obviously
- 12:52they didn't deliver that, and the
- 12:53second one they came up with an
- 12:54estimate for. Do
- 12:55>> you know when the next one will be?
- 12:56>> No, I don't know. I don't
- 12:58>> know about the other one either.
- 13:00>> Say that you're learning to design and
- 13:02that you're not a designer, but you
- 13:04consider yourself a good salesperson.
- 13:07Because you insisted and got the sale
- 13:09by insisting,
- 13:11>> I consider myself, I don't know if I'm
- 13:13a good salesperson, uh, maybe I have
- 13:14good charisma.
- 13:16>> What is your challenge in selling?
- 13:18>> My challenge in selling, uh, is knowing
- 13:21what to offer the customer.
- 13:23>> But you were a store that didn't know
- 13:25anyone to sell the products. I went to,
- 13:28for example, Pache 32.
- 13:31>> And how did it go?
- 13:32>> And it was because I sold all this that
- 13:34I was selling that you went to.
- 13:35>> Uh, yes, personally, yes. There's also
- 13:37something contradictory here, right?
- 13:39Because I don't have the whole day free
- 13:41to be able to go and knock on doors
- 13:43during
- 13:44>> the weekend. On the weekend, uh, on the
- 13:47weekend I try to do it, dedicate myself
- 13:50to 3D printing in the workshop,
- 13:52dedicate myself to seeing what I can
- 13:55sell, but I'm a bit stuck with that. So
- 13:58, that's when I say, what am I going to
- 13:59go out and knock on doors if I don't
- 14:01really know what to offer?
- 14:02>> What other businesses have you sold?
- 14:05>> Let me remember because after doing a
- 14:07bit of everything, in particular,
- 14:09they've asked me, uh, do you make this
- 14:11lamp? Yes, I do. We know that we can
- 14:13get the files. Yes, I make it and I
- 14:15sold it. Uh, do you make this ornament?
- 14:17Yes, I make it and I sold it.
- 14:20>> What percentage of your income do those
- 14:22little orders represent?
- 14:24>> No, very low.
- 14:26>> 5%.
- 14:27>> What percentage of your time do they
- 14:29represent?
- 14:29>> A higher percentage than 5%.
- 14:32>> How much?
- 14:32>> And I think at least 10-15%. Because,
- 14:35let's see, looking for the file, never
- 14:37having printed it.
- 14:38>> If one comes out wrong. If it comes out
- 14:40wrong, why? Oh, no, here it had more
- 14:43padding, here it had support, which can
- 14:46sometimes happen, right?
- 14:47>> I think it's more than 15%. It
- 14:49>> could be
- 14:50>> twenty percent, but it
- 14:51>> can never be exactly half. It
- 14:53>> could be, yes, it could be, yes. I
- 14:54never thought about it myself.
- 14:57>> Last month you sold to the pads and
- 14:59individuals.
- 15:01>> Exactly.
- 15:02>> How much time did you spend for
- 15:04individuals? And how much for the pad?
- 15:07Half. Half.
- 15:07>> I think half and half. So, 50%of the
- 15:10time for 5%of the time. Yes,
- 15:12>> but why? Because when a company asks me
- 15:15, "I want this," I automatically
- 15:17imagine it in my head, I go, I do it
- 15:19and that's it. It's easier for me,
- 15:22right? Because I have a specific idea,
- 15:24like, yes, I want this mate with this
- 15:26logo, they send me the PDF, the logo, I
- 15:28do it, I know, you liked this, I make
- 15:29two or three samples, done, it's faster
- 15:31. On the other hand, sometimes when
- 15:33it's something specific, they tell me,
- 15:35"I want this shape, can you make it
- 15:36with such and such here?" And you say,
- 15:38"No, not there." So sometimes it takes
- 15:40a little more time and in order not to
- 15:42disappoint the client, many times you
- 15:43end up like,
- 15:44>> So it's 70%for the pechicolano
- 15:48>> and it can be that way too. Yes.
- 15:49>> And those clients come back or once you
- 15:52fulfill this whim
- 15:54>> they buy a lamp or they buy 20 from you
- 15:56>> and when I fulfill the whim they
- 15:58disappear.
- 15:58>> Exactly. In fact, it's happening to me
- 16:01a lot that here it's a good idea, I
- 16:03think. I send a quote. They tell me I
- 16:06don't like that color. Can you show me
- 16:08another color? Yes, I'll send you a
- 16:10video. I'll send them a video of the
- 16:11colors. You have a lot of times, no,
- 16:13most of them don't. Most of the time I
- 16:16send them a sample and I do it with
- 16:18artificial intelligence. There will be
- 16:19an idea like this so that you have an
- 16:21idea. He says it.
- 16:22>> You start making the prompt. Wait for
- 16:23the intelligence to generate the prompt
- 16:25. You pass the one
- 16:26>> that fails the first time, right?
- 16:27Modify this here. I pass it on to the
- 16:29client, he tells me, "It could be in
- 16:30another color. Look, I'll offer you the
- 16:32colors. The model is going to be this
- 16:34one. You have all these colors. Well,
- 16:36send me the budget. I'll take the
- 16:37trouble. Material costs. Yes.
- 16:40>> How?
- 16:41>> How much do you make with a few sales?
- 16:42Yes,
- 16:43>> with a lamp. I
- 16:46>> never thought about it.
- 16:48>> And on top of that, it takes up a lot
- 16:49of your time.
- 16:50>> But three, 10, 12. Do
- 16:51>> you know why? No, because when I make
- 16:54one, I say, let's see how much it comes
- 16:56out on a sales platform. Yes.
- 16:58>> And then I do a calculation, let's see
- 17:00how much I spent. I said," Well, I have
- 17:01this much profit. "Ready. Do
- 17:03>> you sell based on the price of your
- 17:04platform?
- 17:05>> Many times, yes,
- 17:06>> but you give much greater attention to
- 17:08customization, a
- 17:09>> lot. Yes. And I often send quotes and
- 17:11they don't respond to me anymore.
- 17:13>> And do you ship? I also
- 17:14>> ship.
- 17:16>> And are you comparing the price of your
- 17:18product, which you dedicate 70-50%of
- 17:20your time to, with someone who has
- 17:21already optimized it, which is why they
- 17:23have a better price in quantity, right?
- 17:25On top of that, it's very difficult to
- 17:26compete with prices too.
- 17:27>> How do you create content? My content
- 17:30creation changed. We started as always
- 17:33showing the machine working, showing a
- 17:38little bit of everything. So it changed
- 17:40a lot, right? I started with very basic
- 17:43files, the printer working, and then
- 17:45little by little, with a lot of
- 17:47embarrassment, I started to show myself
- 17:50a little more
- 17:52>> and now I'm encouraging myself to show
- 17:54myself.
- 17:55>> The best sale you made was for the duck
- 17:57.
- 17:58>> Yes. I saw that you're making the
- 18:00chairs.
- 18:02>> Yes, I'm currently working on the
- 18:04project that is a charity for
- 18:05wheelchairs. My wife got pregnant with
- 18:09my second child, who turned out to be a
- 18:12girl. In the seventh month of pregnancy
- 18:15, they had seen something unusual
- 18:17through a study and they sent us to do
- 18:20more in-depth studies. That's when they
- 18:24began to see some degree of deformity
- 18:26or something strange in the blood
- 18:29pressures and they told us that she had
- 18:31a malformation of her heart. So, as
- 18:34soon as she was born, on the fourth day
- 18:36after she was born, she had her first
- 18:38surgery. As soon as she was born, she
- 18:40had to receive medication in order to
- 18:42stay alive. And that's where the whole
- 18:43journey began again, for which we
- 18:46weren't prepared. She ended up having
- 18:49four open-heart surgeries. In one of
- 18:52the last surgeries, when she was 3 and
- 18:55a half years old, my wife and I were
- 18:57with her, her oxygenation began to
- 18:59decrease and that's when they detected
- 19:01pulmonary hypertension. It was an
- 19:05eternal 2 hours, honestly, it was 2
- 19:07hours, nobody wished that on her and
- 19:10luckily we received the good news that
- 19:12she was still alive. The truth is that
- 19:15we It changed her life completely,
- 19:16didn't it? That's why, thank God, she's
- 19:19better now. Although she received a lot
- 19:23of daily medications, we received a lot
- 19:25of help from family members, from
- 19:26people we didn't even know, that we
- 19:28didn't expect. And now what I'm trying
- 19:32to do is provide a little bit of all
- 19:34that we receive through wheelchairs,
- 19:36right? Mixing 3D printing with the
- 19:39wheelchair.
- 19:40>> How many chairs did you make?
- 19:41>> I made one, that's exactly why it's
- 19:43finished. We're talking, for those who
- 19:46don't know, it takes approximately 500
- 19:48hours, if no part fails and everything
- 19:50fits together well, it's 500 hours just
- 19:51of printing.
- 19:53>> Exactly. So it demands a lot.
- 19:55>> And what did you do with the chair that
- 19:57you produced?
- 19:58>> I'm waiting for the chair that I
- 19:59produced because a girl is going to
- 20:01receive it, her name is Renata, but the
- 20:04appointment is still pending. That's
- 20:06why I also make videos so that people
- 20:07can see that this is all transparent,
- 20:09that there's nothing commercial behind
- 20:11the printed chair. And I'm finishing
- 20:13another one. of putting together, which
- 20:16was with all the pieces that the makers
- 20:19brought to the Congress, which I
- 20:20actually recently uploaded a video
- 20:22showing so that everyone can trust that
- 20:25what they brought will surely be used a
- 20:27lot. Does
- 20:28>> your content bring you sales? The
- 20:31content didn't bring me sales, the
- 20:34content is bringing me a little more
- 20:36sales or inquiries for now, but I think
- 20:38I'm gradually getting on the right path
- 20:41of showing myself and letting the
- 20:43client get to know me. I think that
- 20:46when you show yourself, your face, your
- 20:49way of being, everything is like a shop
- 20:51window, right? Instagram these days. So
- 20:54I say, if I show myself, I inspire
- 20:56confidence, there are many.
- 20:58>> How many big clients has Instagram
- 21:00brought you, like the paddle tennis
- 21:02court? I don't
- 21:03>> know if big ones, but they are
- 21:05well-known in Argentina, uh, Favaloro.
- 21:07Favaloro says keychains, there is a
- 21:09part where they teach chiropractic and
- 21:11the people there from the chiropractic
- 21:13part of Fabaloro commissioned me to
- 21:15make them. keychains with their logo
- 21:18with a QR code and a part of the spine
- 21:20with the pelvis that I brought here.
- 21:23That was it. So when they graduate,
- 21:25their students give them
- 21:27>> keychains,
- 21:28>> the little keychains with this part.
- 21:31I've worked on that for them three
- 21:32times already.
- 21:33>> If you could make many more chairs,
- 21:35would you do it? You don't do it
- 21:37because you don't have it.
- 21:39>> Yes. Uh, right now the lack of time is
- 21:41really holding me back, at least from
- 21:43Monday to Friday. It also happens
- 21:45because of a question of mental
- 21:46exhaustion, right? I get up very early,
- 21:49I go, the trip, the traffic, the family
- 21:51. While I am at work, I also talk with
- 21:54my wife about the kids, about school,
- 21:56about the financial side of things,
- 21:58about our health, and the medication.
- 22:00>> Your wife doesn't work, ma'am.
- 22:03>> My wife doesn't work, but although
- 22:04she's learning to use the machines and
- 22:07she might have a hard time, she could
- 22:09do other tasks, like the networks or
- 22:11the pulses.
- 22:12>> If she could, I'm not sure what role to
- 22:14assign her. This also goes a little bit
- 22:17more into my head. Self-centeredness,
- 22:21let's say, that I like to make
- 22:23>> the sales that you make never after
- 22:26contact to see if the person needs more
- 22:28.
- 22:29>> No, I feel like I'm a bit annoying in
- 22:33saying hello, do you need it? We're
- 22:36going to ask you now, if it's possible
- 22:38that you give us 15, 20 minutes. We're
- 22:42going to try to figure out how to sell
- 22:44more 3D printing, how to organize, how
- 22:46to make you have more time or make the
- 22:49time you spend worthwhile. From the
- 22:53plan, what he would have to do is just
- 22:55to work with sports clubs and forget
- 22:57about social media to sell, that on
- 22:58social media he only does what he likes
- 23:00about the chairs. The thing is that on
- 23:04his social media there's
- 23:06>> no product to sell.
- 23:08>> I would say that what Lincoln is
- 23:10thinking, I like, is that everything he
- 23:12makes with the chair, he passes it on
- 23:13to them. We have two things. He has his
- 23:16Instagram, right? He's uploading stuff
- 23:18about his products and at the same time
- 23:20he's uploading stuff about the chairs.
- 23:23>> He went to a store and sold $ 00. Put
- 23:29together a catalog of standardized
- 23:31paddle products, that the The
- 23:32customization part is as quick and easy
- 23:34as possible so you don't waste so much
- 23:37time.
- 23:38>> Look, STLC, look for the products you
- 23:44see on the marketplace. I don't care.
- 23:48>> And if you also want to know how to
- 23:50sell 3D printing, we're going to do a
- 23:53live where in addition to teaching you
- 23:56how to sell 3D printing, one person is
- 23:59going to take the entire Creality kit,
- 24:01two printers and Spark X7, a laser,
- 24:04filament, everything you need in
- 24:06addition to the knowledge. So, if you
- 24:09want 3D printing, click on the link and
- 24:11we'll see you on the live. We need to
- 24:17talk. You're lost.
- 24:20>> I figured. But you're doing things
- 24:23right. So first I want to congratulate
- 24:26you on everything you're doing, for
- 24:28everything you're doing for your family
- 24:30, but you need focus. You can't be
- 24:33doing a lot of things and not putting
- 24:35the time where you really have to put
- 24:36it.
- 24:37>> Okay?
- 24:38>> For that, Bruce has a perfect plan that
- 24:41will help you. We understand that most
- 24:45of your profits, your sales, were from
- 24:48having gone to a single place to offer
- 24:51a product kit and you made a sale of
- 24:54only $ 000. for having gone.
- 24:56Considering that if you have 50 more
- 24:59clubs around you, you could easily go
- 25:02on the weekends or whenever you have
- 25:04free time. The clubs will also be open
- 25:07until late, so you could visit them and
- 25:09offer the same thing in all these
- 25:11places. By selling at 10%, if you sell
- 25:15to five places out of the 50, you would
- 25:18already have 3,500 sales just of the
- 25:22same kit. There is something that you
- 25:25have to standardize. For example, you
- 25:28already know that the paddle tennis
- 25:31rackets worked, that the chop worked,
- 25:33that the mate worked, you have to put
- 25:35together a kit of these products that
- 25:37are related and that are as easy to
- 25:40customize as possible. In these
- 25:42products that you are going to carry,
- 25:44you do not only have to carry the ones
- 25:46that you already know work, but, in
- 25:49some way, you have to be on site; you
- 25:51have to understand what the club needs,
- 25:53what people use, how they use it and,
- 25:55if you do not find out, you have to ask
- 25:58, because there are surely things,
- 26:00there are accessories that people are
- 26:02looking for, that they need, but that
- 26:04they do not They realize that they can
- 26:06ask you for them. So, you have to reach
- 26:09out, you have to get that information
- 26:12to be able to offer those things they
- 26:14need in these kits. Once you understand
- 26:17this about paddle tennis, you're going
- 26:19to go to paddle clubs.
- 26:22>> When you understand what that demand is
- 26:24and you can meet it, then you move on
- 26:27to soccer, you meet that demand, then
- 26:30you move on to boxing, and then you
- 26:32move on to humble, softball and all the
- 26:35sports there are. You're not going to
- 26:39cover them all because you'll go crazy
- 26:41and since you're already in paddle
- 26:42tennis it's very easy to convince
- 26:43others, even if they ask you for the
- 26:45same thing they saw you do for another
- 26:47club, but you're going to offer it to
- 26:48them.
- 26:50>> Exactly.
- 26:50>> You're going to generate trust.
- 26:53Obviously, if you're spending 5%of your
- 26:54time serving these products and
- 26:56generating this sale, but you have 70%,
- 26:5880%on products that you don't know if
- 26:59they'll let you make a mark because
- 27:01you're comparing them with the price
- 27:03they already have and it costs you a
- 27:04lot to make them, you're going to stop
- 27:06selling. make them. It doesn't make
- 27:09sense to spend hours working on a lamp
- 27:11that someone is going to buy from you
- 27:13once, or hours making a doll that you
- 27:16might have to find a file for, print,
- 27:18and validate that someone who isn't
- 27:19going to come back likes it. Instead,
- 27:22you're going to focus on this niche
- 27:24that works. It's validated that it
- 27:26works. In addition to these kits, when
- 27:29you have this figured out, which is
- 27:31going to be the bulk of your sales, you
- 27:32have to understand that there are dates
- 27:34, that there are times. If a tournament
- 27:37is held every two months, you have to
- 27:39know what those dates are and
- 27:41anticipate and tell this club," Do you
- 27:43have a tournament in a month? "" Okay,
- 27:46we can work on all of this. What's the
- 27:48tournament called? Does it have a wolf?
- 27:50How many prizes are there? Can we do
- 27:51something special? Yes. Well, we can
- 27:53make a special trophy. This is a custom
- 27:58job. Do you want it to be the sculpture
- 28:00, the winner's choice or something? Yes
- 28:01. Well, custom work costs more, it has
- 28:05an added value and that added value has
- 28:07to cover the extra time that you're
- 28:09going to do and that the product, once
- 28:11you have it ready, is also validated
- 28:14and will be used for other tournaments
- 28:16later on and for other disciplines.
- 28:19Perfect.
- 28:20>> But once you've been able to collect
- 28:22that cost, charging the extra cost for
- 28:24this work.
- 28:26>> So, creating content to sell, nothing
- 28:28more. It takes time to sell, time to
- 28:33create and you said you don't have time
- 28:35.
- 28:36>> Okay.
- 28:36>> The time you have is wasted.
- 28:38>> Sure,
- 28:39>> very badly.
- 28:40>> And just by making one visit you
- 28:42achieved many more sales than by
- 28:44uploading a bunch of videos. You
- 28:46already have a lot of content ideas. In
- 28:49addition to this, we have to understand
- 28:51something. You You have products that
- 28:53already work. You came up with the idea
- 28:56for this tape. For us, it's a terrible
- 28:59idea. There are already manufacturers
- 29:02that make these tapes, that are very
- 29:04good, that people already know about
- 29:05and that even search for them by brand
- 29:07and go to a specific one. It will be
- 29:10very difficult for you to develop this,
- 29:12if you are not an expert in paddle
- 29:14tennis, and to manage to sell it and
- 29:16justify all the time you invested.
- 29:19>> Okay, perfect. To find these new
- 29:21products that you may not know about.
- 29:25We at STL Flick have what is called STL
- 29:28Seller, which you can enter, product
- 29:30search engine, and here you have,
- 29:33searching on MercadoLibre, ETSI, Shopee
- 29:36and all the other platforms, the
- 29:38products that are having 40,000 sales,
- 29:4120,000 sales, 14,000, more than 2,500
- 29:43sales and everything that you already
- 29:46know that sells and that will work
- 29:48because it is revalidated, from more
- 29:51complex things to more. And the The
- 29:54reason we are going to look here is
- 29:57because everything that is there has
- 29:59already been sold. On the other hand,
- 30:02when you go to Makerw, when you go to
- 30:04STL Flix or when you look for any other
- 30:06file bank to download, you do not have
- 30:08this information about the price at
- 30:09which the units are sold, in what form
- 30:11of presentation, what the photos are
- 30:13like. Here you already have all the
- 30:16information provided about the steps
- 30:18that need to be taken, about something
- 30:20that already works in other countries
- 30:22that perhaps is not offered in
- 30:24Argentina.
- 30:24>> That one for recording is very good.
- 30:26>> This product
- 30:28>> goes online, if I am not mistaken,
- 30:29right?
- 30:29>> That product that goes online to
- 30:30connect to cell phones, so that people
- 30:32can film themselves. They are probably
- 30:33not looking for this, they are not
- 30:35offering it, they do not know about it.
- 30:36And if we look in other countries, we
- 30:38see that it has already had more than
- 30:40100 sales, more than 100 sales, more
- 30:41than 45 sales. There are more products:
- 30:44this support for the balls, the support
- 30:47for the rackets. All of these are
- 30:49already generating sales, they are
- 30:51working. and you have a price range
- 30:53where you already know it can work.
- 30:55I'll show you one more thing.
- 30:57>> Because you said you don't know how
- 30:59much you earn when you sell.
- 31:01>> Now you're going to know. Let's
- 31:03>> see,
- 31:03>> we have the calculator.
- 31:05>> Perfect. It's
- 31:06>> to know how much it costs you. So, for
- 31:08example, this product here, we're going
- 31:10to know how much to sell it for.
- 31:11>> Okay. Perfect.
- 31:12>> What are you going to do here? The
- 31:15weight and the time to print.
- 31:18>> So here in the calculator 3 45 and 131
- 31:26g. So here, for example, we're not
- 31:29going to add a divided cost. We can see
- 31:32, for example, it's going to come out
- 31:35to make 1800 pesos already with the
- 31:39energy player, the faults,
- 31:42>> if you sell it for 14,000 you're going
- 31:45to multiply the value 7.5 times. That's
- 31:48>> a lot.
- 31:49>> Yes. And it's still a competitive price
- 31:51. Exactly. But for the store you're not
- 31:53going to sell it for that,
- 31:55>> because the store is going to sell it
- 31:56for that.
- 31:57>> Exactly.
- 31:58>> So the store normally sells it for
- 32:00double the price.
- 32:01>> Yeah. It's
- 32:02>> good to go. So You would sell it for
- 32:057,000.
- 32:06>> Perfect. We didn't
- 32:08>> put in to update to 3.7. It's still
- 32:10very good.
- 32:12>> Yes, but it's below 3 2 1.5. It's not
- 32:16worth it. Okay, it doesn't sell
- 32:17>> perfectly. It has to
- 32:18>> be minus three.
- 32:20>> Okay.
- 32:20>> So this is the calculation to know if
- 32:22you can sell to stores. If
- 32:24>> the product works,
- 32:25>> the store has to double it and you have
- 32:28to have three times more.
- 32:29>> Okay.
- 32:30>> If the numbers aren't there, I
- 32:32>> don't know, the
- 32:32>> product doesn't work to sell to you.
- 32:34>> And make some very important
- 32:36information here.
- 32:37>> What? Because the margin may be good,
- 32:40but if the margin is good and you make
- 32:43very few products, at the end of the
- 32:45month you make very little money.
- 32:48>> Sure.
- 32:49>> With this piece you sell everything you
- 32:51produce.
- 32:52>> You make 26,000 pesos a day.
- 32:55>> Okay. It's
- 32:56>> produced for 30 days, you can make
- 32:58800,000 pesos a month with that product
- 33:00.
- 33:00>> Just with that product.
- 33:01>> And a printer.
- 33:02>> And just one printer.
- 33:04>> $ 30 with a printer, with a product. Mm
- 33:07. It's a very worthwhile product.
- 33:09Imagine, everything you produce is sold
- 33:11, it buys you a new printer.
- 33:13>> Yeah, exactly.
- 33:14>> Now you know how to find products, how
- 33:17to price them, and know if they're
- 33:19worth selling.
- 33:21>> Yeah. Perfect.
- 33:22>> Now let's talk about how to sell them.
- 33:24>> Okay. You
- 33:25>> gave us two excuses for not selling
- 33:28more. Okay.
- 33:31>> Time is scary. I don't have time. Bruce
- 33:41came up with the solution. Take 5%of
- 33:46sales that will give you 70%more time.
- 33:53You have time now. Yeah.
- 33:55>> Yeah. Perfect.
- 33:57>> But you're still scared. You said, "I'm
- 33:59scared to go to a store because I don't
- 34:01know what they have to offer."
- 34:02>> Mm. Do
- 34:03>> you have any other fears?
- 34:05>> No, not at the moment. That's all.
- 34:07>> Talking to new stores. Are you afraid
- 34:09to talk to people?
- 34:11>> No, no, I just don't know what to say
- 34:14properly. Let's figure it out.
- 34:17>> How does sales work for wholesale
- 34:20stores? Product relationship. How did
- 34:37it work for you? You came in and talked
- 34:40to someone
- 34:41>> without really knowing what to do. No.
- 34:43>> Yeah. I didn't
- 34:44>> know.
- 34:44>> No, I didn't know.
- 34:45>> But you said, "I can do whatever you
- 34:48>> want."
- 34:48>> Yeah.
- 34:49>> No.
- 34:49>> Yeah. That's how it was
- 34:51>> and he said, "Okay, let's think about
- 34:53it."
- 34:54>> Mm.
- 34:55>> And that's when you both started
- 34:56thinking, right?
- 34:57>> Exactly.
- 34:58>> Yeah. And that's when he said, "
- 35:00>> And that's when you won the products."
- 35:02I mean, you built a little bit of a
- 35:04relationship with him, right?
- 35:06>> Yeah. He liked him
- 35:08>> and said, "Okay, let's think about it."
- 35:10And there they started talking. They
- 35:12both get along.
- 35:14>> Yes.
- 35:15>> So, the relationship is growing, right?
- 35:17>> Mm. At the beginning it was zero, but
- 35:21now it's growing.
- 35:22>> Yes.
- 35:24>> And as it grew, the more product you
- 35:27offered, the easier it was to sell.
- 35:30That's right.
- 35:31>> The more the relationship is lacking,
- 35:33the easier it is to sell. The next
- 35:36sales will probably be much easier, but
- 35:40you have to keep
- 35:42>> reasoning. When he buys from you, he
- 35:45has to ask, did I read everything okay?
- 35:48Is it how you like it, did you like
- 35:50everything, because if not, if he has a
- 35:52problem and doesn't tell you, he's left
- 35:55thinking, oh, no, a horrible job that
- 35:57he doesn't even ask me if it's okay, he
- 36:00doesn't care about me. That's when he
- 36:03falls and that's when he comes with
- 36:05what he finds in that telemarketer, he
- 36:08won't want to listen to you.
- 36:10>> Of course.
- 36:12>> So that has to be a priority here. The
- 36:16guy bought you for $ 00, you have to
- 36:21love him. He pays your bills and you
- 36:26have to value him as a person who pays
- 36:28your bills.
- 36:28>> Of course,
- 36:29>> because that's what he is. Mm.
- 36:30>> So he's always on top and every time he
- 36:34talks to him he forgets about you. Then
- 36:38you don't talk to him anymore, you're
- 36:40going down. You only talk to him to
- 36:43sell, worse. Do you remember you said,
- 36:46"No, I don't want to bother you?" You
- 36:47don't have
- 36:48>> to bother them. You have to ask, "Oh,
- 36:52are the supports working well or is
- 36:55there something we could do better? I
- 36:58can make adjustments and something
- 37:00isn't right, the shops, how are they?"
- 37:04And sometimes, oh, the supports didn't
- 37:06work very well, honestly. I'm going to
- 37:09open another store and I want to buy
- 37:10100 more. But do you remember when they
- 37:15bought keys from someone else?
- 37:18>> Your relationship wasn't there anymore?
- 37:21Of course, you
- 37:22>> weren't
- 37:22>> worried
- 37:24>> if you're there, you're worried,
- 37:26>> right?
- 37:27>> If everyone in the company knows you
- 37:29and likes you, we're not going to think
- 37:32about anything else, you know?
- 37:34>> Yes, they're going to take me into
- 37:36account directly.
- 37:37>> Exactly. For all the products.
- 37:39>> Mm.
- 37:40>> There it's not just you thinking about
- 37:42products, it's the whole company when
- 37:44they have a need. We're going to think
- 37:46about you
- 37:47>> and what happens if we don't. Okay, you
- 37:49started doing it because life helped
- 37:52you, because you made a story and
- 37:55another paid store called you.
- 37:58>> If not, you wouldn't have this other
- 37:59sale.
- 38:00>> Sure, exactly.
- 38:00>> But now you have the products that work
- 38:02. Now you have to scale up, go to other
- 38:06stores, right? As you said, Bruce,
- 38:09there are many others that you can. And
- 38:11you already have the products. So, what
- 38:13you have to do is start the
- 38:16relationship again with the other
- 38:18people. I arrive with the catalog,
- 38:21everything is easier, but there
- 38:23probably aren't that many paid stores,
- 38:25right?
- 38:26>> Sure.
- 38:27>> So, you have to look for products to
- 38:30see which stores can offer more things
- 38:34to maximize sales and your
- 38:36>> time
- 38:38>> because you're going to have less time
- 38:39when you're going to sell more. Sure.
- 38:42>> And you're going to do the same thing.
- 38:43You can take your PO products and
- 38:46products that you see that sell and say
- 38:49, I make a lot of sales for paid and
- 38:52now I'm starting here in basketball.
- 38:55I've already developed some products
- 38:57that I think would be very good here.
- 38:59For example, this one is here. I sell $
- 39:02000 a month for each store and they
- 39:04sell 2000. So it's making a lot of
- 39:07money
- 39:08>> and I'm looking for
- 39:10>> a store that wants to have this
- 39:11opportunity and I'm going to develop
- 39:13products made for you.
- 39:16>> Mm
- 39:17>> and we're going to test it if the first
- 39:18ones don't work we'll change it. My
- 39:21goal is to make you sell. If you want
- 39:25we can work on that. What do you think?
- 39:28No commitment.
- 39:30>> Sure. That's a
- 39:32>> good proposal. Yes, because that's also
- 39:34giving confidence to the customer.
- 39:35>> Exactly so then
- 39:39>> you have relationships because people,
- 39:40oh, of course I want to, why not? What
- 39:43risk do I have of selling more? There
- 39:46they go to develop a new product,
- 39:48>> okay? You're going to try it and see
- 39:51what works and relationships always
- 39:55come first. So there you can be in 10
- 39:59paddle tennis stores, 20 basketball
- 40:02stores, 30 soccer stores, dance stores
- 40:06and you can multiply sales a lot.
- 40:10>> But you have to work on these two
- 40:12points. Okay.
- 40:14>> The good news is we have a seller to
- 40:17help you find the products. We're
- 40:21>> also going to give you that Teleflix so
- 40:23that you have commercial permission to
- 40:26sell all the products we have and the
- 40:28courses. And we have a course to sell
- 40:31for wholesalers,
- 40:32>> okay?
- 40:33>> That teaches everything that it's going
- 40:34to give you. When was the last time you
- 40:37had a class?
- 40:38>> At least 25 years ago. Hey, to learn
- 40:43more you have to study a lot, you have
- 40:45to learn
- 40:46>> because that's when you make fewer
- 40:48mistakes. I'm taking many courses, many
- 40:51courses to be able to work better and
- 40:54help people sell more. So, you're going
- 40:58to have access to the 3D printing
- 41:00course to help your wife use the
- 41:02machines so that you don't have to. The
- 41:06sales course, the modeling course that
- 41:09she's also doing and the solutions that
- 41:12I help you find and sell the products.
- 41:15>> Perfect.
- 41:16>> What do you think?
- 41:17>> Great. Will it
- 41:18>> help you sell?
- 41:19>> Yes, yes. You have to implement it and
- 41:21test it and it will surely help me.
- 41:22That's
- 41:22>> not all, because someone still wants to
- 41:24help you. I think that if I study, it
- 41:26will obviously be more useful to me
- 41:28because by having more knowledge, I
- 41:29will know how to implement it and how
- 41:31to dedicate time to customers, right?
- 41:32This thing we were talking about, trust
- 41:35in customer relationships.
- 41:38>> Walter, we have to talk. Hold on to
- 41:41your chair first because this is going
- 41:42to be very hard. Very hard and very bad
- 41:45news. First, we know that what you do
- 41:48for chairs, you do it with a lot of
- 41:50love, but we try to go on your
- 41:52Instagram and buy something and it's
- 41:54impossible. We don't know what you sell
- 41:57, we don't know what you do and it may
- 41:59not be possible to buy something from
- 42:01you, but we don't want you to stop
- 42:03doing chairs. So, as part of the plan,
- 42:05we thought it was very important to
- 42:06include this chair thing,
- 42:08>> okay?
- 42:09>> For several reasons. Before moving on
- 42:10to that, let's move on to the sales
- 42:12part. Everything you sell, you have to
- 42:14do it on a separate Instagram. They
- 42:18already told you that it's best not to
- 42:19waste your time on that, I went out and
- 42:20knocked on doors. But if at any time
- 42:23you have some free time and you want to
- 42:25post sales stuff, you're going to
- 42:26create a separate Instagram. You're
- 42:29going to dedicate your personal
- 42:31Instagram to doing the things that you
- 42:32love, that you want to do, to help
- 42:34people like they helped you too. You're
- 42:37going to start doing the chair thing
- 42:39and you're going to start doing
- 42:40projects that fulfill you. Why? Because
- 42:43well, Lincoln has an example. They
- 42:45helped a guy who's doing the same thing
- 42:47as you in Brazil, and he wanted to help
- 42:49people like he himself had been helped.
- 42:52Now he has like 100,000 followers, he's
- 42:54a reference in that and he's teaching
- 42:56everyone how to help with this, with
- 42:58the same chair project, which we're
- 43:00also going to try to see if we can
- 43:02share with them. This is very important
- 43:05. First, because you're going to do
- 43:07something that you're truly passionate
- 43:09about. And when you share something
- 43:11that you truly love, you're going to
- 43:13connect with people and you're going to
- 43:14learn. You haven't studied for 20 years
- 43:17, you have to study how to sell and you
- 43:18have to study how to make content. So,
- 43:21learning from people like this creator
- 43:23who has already done things, you have
- 43:25to study and see how to make content,
- 43:27because reaching more people means
- 43:28helping more people, like they helped
- 43:30you. Yes. And
- 43:33>> he has 20 printers, all donated. We all
- 43:37know what it's like to have these kinds
- 43:40of difficulties. The other day, well,
- 43:43your wife knows me as very happy
- 43:45instead of umbe. And I say that because
- 43:49my mother also has a very serious
- 43:51neurodegenerative disease and can no
- 43:53longer speak, she can't walk, she's
- 43:56already in her last years of life and
- 43:58she's just turning 50. I'm 30 and I'm,
- 44:05if I believe that this disease is a
- 44:07dominant gene, then the chances that I
- 44:10have the disease are very high and it
- 44:12always gets worse as it progresses and
- 44:15I probably have the same starting date,
- 44:18I've already spent more than half of my
- 44:20life. That's why every day that I have
- 44:23left I choose to live it with great joy
- 44:25. I choose to do the things I love and
- 44:28I choose to use my content to help
- 44:30people I can, like my parents helped me
- 44:32, like my mom helped me and like you're
- 44:34also doing with your daughter. So, we
- 44:37think this is super important. This
- 44:40part is your identity, it's what makes
- 44:42you a maker. So not only are we going
- 44:44to give you all the content from that
- 44:46Teleflix and we're going to try to help
- 44:48you in whatever way we can by teaching
- 44:50you, but all of this is also sponsored
- 44:51by Creality. Reality connects a lot
- 44:55with the community and connects a lot
- 44:57with these types of things. For example
- 45:01, look at those printers you have in
- 45:02the back, those boxes. How many
- 45:05machines do you have dedicated to
- 45:06chairs? Just one. If you had two more
- 45:10machines, it would be great because I
- 45:12could deliver more chairs faster, cover
- 45:15more, help more people,
- 45:17>> and also share something with your
- 45:19family, with your children and show
- 45:21them the values you have for making
- 45:23them and also passing them on to the
- 45:25people who are going to see you. In
- 45:27fact, they help me a lot to assemble
- 45:28the chairs, to choose the pieces, to
- 45:30hand them to me. My 6-year-old daughter
- 45:32hands me the pieces. I also try to make
- 45:34it part of their understanding of what
- 45:36it is and how they grow with it, right?
- 45:39That it is helping, which I don't
- 45:40really know, it gives me a lot of
- 45:41satisfaction to help, it is something
- 45:43that I need every day, it is also a
- 45:45motivation. And the good thing that we
- 45:48wanted to close with this is that
- 45:50Creality gave us, gave us to give away
- 45:53to the community four kits, one of
- 45:55which is this one. And you're taking it
- 45:59with you,
- 45:59>> right?
- 46:00>> You are going to take it with you.
- 46:01That's right,
- 46:02>> for this, so that you can test this
- 46:04plan, it is not a gift; I mean, it is a
- 46:06gift for you, it is a gift for the
- 46:08community. We want to give it to you
- 46:11because this gift will not only help
- 46:13you grow your plan and improve the life
- 46:15of your family, but it will also help
- 46:17improve the lives of other people. Uh,
- 46:19I felt a little like the help I provide
- 46:22came back to me. It's the first time
- 46:24I've received something like this. I
- 46:25didn't expect it, nor do I now.
- 46:27Actually, as I said, I help because it
- 46:29gives me satisfaction, an energy that
- 46:32is different from the rest, but
- 46:33receiving something like this, I
- 46:35realize that on the one hand I'm doing
- 46:38something right, something good and
- 46:40that came back to me. And I want you to
- 46:43promise us here because this is so you
- 46:45can help people and it can help you.
- 46:49That you promise us that you say, okay,
- 46:51I'm going to use the plan, I'm going to
- 46:53try to improve it and I'm going to
- 46:55study to get the best out of it. The
- 46:57plan seemed great to me. It would never
- 47:00have occurred to me even if I had
- 47:01watched YouTube videos, or searched for
- 47:03information, or used artificial
- 47:04intelligence. And now we have to
- 47:07implement it, we have to remember all
- 47:09the things they told me and start
- 47:11putting it into practice.
- 47:12>> Okay, let's put it into context a
- 47:14little. We're at the Creality Store.
- 47:16Creality let us record here. We also
- 47:19want to thank LGS for letting us record
- 47:22here with Creality and Telef, who also
- 47:24made all this possible and sponsored
- 47:26the entire team, made all the
- 47:28connections, and got all these people
- 47:30involved. It takes much effort to be
- 47:34able to give away machines. There's a
- 47:36lot of effort behind it so they can get
- 47:39into the right hands. We want to show
- 47:42you which machines Walter is going to
- 47:44take with him so he can work with his
- 47:45family and make his dreams come true.
- 47:48This is the reality. Do you already
- 47:50have any of these?
- 47:51>> No,
- 47:51>> no. It's going to be the first one. It
- 47:54works very well. It's also going to be
- 47:57very useful because by having a closed
- 47:58space where you put the filaments,
- 47:59you're going to prevent them from
- 48:01absorbing a lot of humidity from the
- 48:02environment because tell me, the little
- 48:03filaments are printed in PETG, right?
- 48:05They're
- 48:06>> printed in PETG, yes. And well,
- 48:08humidity is something that's constantly
- 48:10there, which can cause parts to fail,
- 48:12which leaves them frayed, which makes
- 48:14them lose strength.
- 48:15>> How do you increase your productivity
- 48:17with a kit like this? Because you're
- 48:18going to need two of these machines.
- 48:21What used to take me months, now it
- 48:22will take me half the time because
- 48:24obviously having only one machine and
- 48:25now with the Creality it will be
- 48:27completely different. Both machines
- 48:29will be fully printing all the pieces
- 48:31of the chair
- 48:32>> and even more so if it is a family
- 48:33project, your family can help a lot
- 48:35with this.
- 48:37>> But you are not only taking the two
- 48:38machines, you are also taking the
- 48:40four-space dryer. If you need to dry
- 48:43PLA and PETG, you can have one
- 48:45temperature for PLA in one place and
- 48:48another temperature for PG. It helps
- 48:50you with the work and it helps you
- 48:52understand. It is incredible because we
- 48:54know that PETG, whether national or
- 48:56international, often comes very wet and
- 48:58jams the machine. Yes or yes. Very wet.
- 49:02It is true.
- 49:02>> And you were using a printer, right? To
- 49:04dry them. I was using a reality, the
- 49:07Ender 3 that I used first, I would heat
- 49:09the print bed to about 80 grams with a
- 49:11box with holes on top and I would leave
- 49:13the filament there for about 4 hours.
- 49:16Well, somehow I had to comply and do
- 49:17and manage to finish the chairs.
- 49:20>> So I hope this helps you a lot, my dear
- 49:22friend.
- 49:22>> But it helps me infinitely. It helps me
- 49:25a lot, a lot.
- 49:26>> And to close, promise us that you'll
- 49:28come back and say, "This is everything
- 49:30I did after receiving everything and
- 49:32making the plan." I promised and I hope
- 49:34to achieve changes, obviously, right?
- 49:37With all the advice you give me, with
- 49:39all the follow-up from professionals
- 49:41like you, I will achieve it.
- 49:44>> So we also want to thank you for your
- 49:45time, for the love you put into things,
- 49:47for coming here and for telling not
- 49:49just a little piece of your story, but
- 49:51for sharing a little piece of your life
- 49:52with us.
- 49:54>> Yes, exactly.
- 49:55>> Thank you, my friend, for you. Thank
- 49:57you, really. I'm leaving super happy,
- 50:05first of all, for the welcome you've
- 50:07given me, for all the help you're
- 50:12giving me so that my business can
- 50:13flourish and be useful to me. And
- 50:15secondly, for the kit, which I really
- 50:17wasn't expecting. It's such happiness,
- 50:19I don't know how to describe it. And
- 50:22>> we want to thank not only Walter for
