  1. 0:00A few weeks ago I uploaded a video in
  2. 0:03which I explained what Cloud is and how
  3. 0:05to use Cloud to trade and make money
  4. 0:08with it. The video basically guides you
  5. 0:11step by step through how Cloud's
  6. 0:13artificial intelligence could create a
  7. 0:16trading strategy from scratch and
  8. 0:18confirm that it was profitable. In fact
  9. 0:21, the trading strategy it created
  10. 0:24yielded a return of over 530%. And due
  11. 0:29to the thousands of comments asking for
  12. 0:31a second part, in this video I'm going
  13. 0:34to show you step by step how I use
  14. 0:36Cloud to trade for me without me having
  15. 0:39to do absolutely anything by using the
  16. 0:41profitable trading strategy that Cloud
  17. 0:43itself created in the previous video.
  18. 0:48Also, remember that below in the first
  19. 0:50pinned comment and the description of
  20. 0:52this video you'll find other
  21. 0:54interesting links, courses, tutorials,
  22. 0:56trading strategies, more content about
  23. 0:58Cloud code and trading, all 100%free
  24. 1:00content so that you can continue
  25. 1:02learning without having to invest your
  26. 1:04money. Well, the first thing I have to
  27. 1:11do for Cloud to trade for me is give
  28. 1:13Cloud a profitable trading strategy.
  29. 1:16And in order to give it that strategy I
  30. 1:18have to create it. The strategy is
  31. 1:21going to be exactly the same as the one
  32. 1:24we used and created from scratch
  33. 1:25through Cloud in video number one,
  34. 1:27which as you may know is in the first
  35. 1:29pinned comment and the description of
  36. 1:31this same video. In any case, I have
  37. 1:35made a couple of adjustments to it in
  38. 1:38hindsight after Cloud has executed
  39. 1:40several operations so that the strategy
  40. 1:42is even better. So that you understand
  41. 1:46what the strategy is based on, here we
  42. 1:48have it. On the right side we have the
  43. 1:52strategy code. This is the information
  44. 1:57that we give to the bot or the exchange
  45. 2:00so that it executes the strategy. And
  46. 2:04now, before explaining the step-by-step
  47. 2:06process of the strategy, I want you to
  48. 2:09notice how on the left side, the same
  49. 2:11strategy that generated around 590%
  50. 2:16profitability in video number one, in
  51. 2:19this case is already generating 1223%
  52. 2:23profitability. This is simply because I
  53. 2:26have made a couple of adjustments to
  54. 2:29make the strategy even more optimized.
  55. 2:32And in this case, that strategy that
  56. 2:34was already quite profitable has now
  57. 2:37practically tripled its initial
  58. 2:39profitability. But, hey, what is the
  59. 2:42strategy based on? How can we trade
  60. 2:44this strategy? Well, the strategy, as
  61. 2:47I've already mentioned, is going to be
  62. 2:49traded completely autonomously. We're
  63. 2:52not going to have to do absolutely
  64. 2:54anything, but I want you to understand
  65. 2:56the basics of how to trade with this
  66. 2:58strategy. This is a trend-following
  67. 3:01trading strategy in which three
  68. 3:03distinct typologies of indicators are
  69. 3:05being utilized. At the top, where we
  70. 3:09have the candlestick chart, we have two
  71. 3:11moving averages, both exponential, the
  72. 3:1421-session one, which is the blue one,
  73. 3:16and the 89-session one, which is the
  74. 3:18orange one. When the fast moving
  75. 3:24average is above the slow moving
  76. 3:26average, that is, when the blue moving
  77. 3:29average is above the orange moving
  78. 3:31average, the trend is bullish and we're
  79. 3:34only going to look for purchases when
  80. 3:37that condition is met. That's the only
  81. 3:41condition, right? There are two more.
  82. 3:43In the middle part we have another
  83. 3:45indicator. In this case we have the RSI
  84. 3:47. The RSI will confirm that the
  85. 3:50movement is strong, but that it's not
  86. 3:53extremely overbought. Therefore, in
  87. 3:56order to enter a purchase, we require
  88. 4:00the RSI to be above the 55 level, but
  89. 4:04below the 75 level. In this way, we
  90. 4:08will be in an uptrend, but we will not
  91. 4:10be extremely overbought. Finally, at
  92. 4:14the bottom we have the ATR, the Average
  93. 4:17through Range, and we will only trade
  94. 4:20when the ATR is above a 20-period
  95. 4:23average and; this will imply that there
  96. 4:26is active volatility. That is, the 14-
  97. 4:30session ATR has to be above a moving
  98. 4:33average of the last 20 periods. This is
  99. 4:36calculated automatically in the
  100. 4:38exchange itself. In addition, the ATR
  101. 4:41will allow us to place the stop loss
  102. 4:43and take profit. So, at the moment in
  103. 4:47which we have these three conditions
  104. 4:48that I have mentioned, we would execute
  105. 4:50a long position. For example, in this
  106. 4:53case here we have that the price is in
  107. 4:56an upward movement. It doesn't matter
  108. 4:59to us at all, because until the fast
  109. 5:03moving average is above the slow moving
  110. 5:07average, which is specifically in this
  111. 5:10space here, and we also have the RSI
  112. 5:14below 75, that is, we would
  113. 5:17specifically execute a buy position
  114. 5:20here; exactly here we would place a
  115. 5:24distant stop loss based on the ATR. R,
  116. 5:27a distant take profit because it is a
  117. 5:30trend strategy and we would enter this
  118. 5:33entire bullish movement here. That is
  119. 5:37why you can see in the bot that so many
  120. 5:40long positions are constantly executed,
  121. 5:42simply because at each and every moment
  122. 5:44in which the strategy becomes a trend
  123. 5:47fulfilling those three parameters, buy.
  124. 5:51I want to make it clear as always in
  125. 5:52this type of video that the objective
  126. 5:54of the video is not for someone to come
  127. 5:56and copy the strategy. The objective of
  128. 5:58the video is for new concepts, new
  129. 6:01methods, new possibilities, new
  130. 6:03techniques, strategies, philosophies.
  131. 6:06In short, to learn through me putting
  132. 6:08into practice what I already know how
  133. 6:10to do. No one should think that simply
  134. 6:14by copying this strategy they will be
  135. 6:15profitable, they will make a living
  136. 6:17from trading or they will achieve all
  137. 6:19the goals they set for themselves in
  138. 6:20the world of trading. Quite the
  139. 6:23opposite, you have to work, you have to
  140. 6:25learn and you have to master any type
  141. 6:27of activity. So now that we understand
  142. 6:31how the strategy works and above all
  143. 6:34having made this very important part
  144. 6:36clear, let's go straight to see how we
  145. 6:39can configure our trading strategy
  146. 6:42within an exchange. And I say within an
  147. 6:45exchange because this trading strategy
  148. 6:47operates crypto because I wanted it to
  149. 6:49be operated 247 times, I didn't want it
  150. 6:52to be interrupted on weekends or
  151. 6:53limited to certain sessions. If the
  152. 6:57strategy were focused on the euroar,
  153. 6:59for example, then it would be the same
  154. 7:01process, but instead of looking for an
  155. 7:03exchange to execute it, I would look
  156. 7:04for a broker. In this case, instead of
  157. 7:09retelling the exact step-by-step
  158. 7:11process you need to follow to link your
  159. 7:14trading strategy to an exchange, what
  160. 7:17I'm going to recommend is that you go
  161. 7:19to the first pinned comment and the
  162. 7:22video description, and watch a specific
  163. 7:25video in which I show you how a
  164. 7:27different trading strategy, with which
  165. 7:30I earned 56%profitability in just one
  166. 7:32week, is now automatically programming
  167. 7:37Ada to run in a bot, on the same
  168. 7:39exchange, on the same bot, absolutely
  169. 7:42the same. To program a strategy you
  170. 7:45only need three things and one of them
  171. 7:47is not knowing how to program. I don't
  172. 7:49know how to program and I know how to
  173. 7:51program strategies. The first thing is
  174. 7:54to have your strategy in the Python
  175. 7:56programming language. The second, Cloud
  176. 7:59will do this directly for you. The
  177. 8:01second is to have an exchange that
  178. 8:05allows algorithmic trading or automatic
  179. 8:08trading. And thirdly, you simply need
  180. 8:12to create a subaccount and leave the
  181. 8:15code running inside it. It's quite
  182. 8:19simple. I am not going to go into the
  183. 8:21process step by step, point by point.
  184. 8:23It's 2 minutes long, but I don't want
  185. 8:25to repeat it because in the first
  186. 8:27pinned comment and the video
  187. 8:29description you'll find another video,
  188. 8:31in addition to the video in which I
  189. 8:33show you how to create this strategy
  190. 8:35that I'm going to test right now from
  191. 8:37scratch. You'll find a video in which I
  192. 8:41show you the exact step-by-step process
  193. 8:44for your code or strategy to run
  194. 8:46automatically on an exchange using
  195. 8:48another trading strategy. It's quite an
  196. 8:52interesting video because by creating a
  197. 8:55trading strategy from scratch I
  198. 8:57achieved a 56%return in just one week.
  199. 9:00So you'll find the exact step-by-step
  200. 9:03process in that video. I recommend that
  201. 9:05you watch it too. This trading strategy
  202. 9:08has been running automatically for over
  203. 9:102 months now. So, the only thing we
  204. 9:13have to do in this video is to review
  205. 9:15what the results are. I'm not going to
  206. 9:18program it from scratch now, but of
  207. 9:20course I would show you. I already
  208. 9:22started programming it about two and a
  209. 9:24half months ago and today I'm simply
  210. 9:26here to present the results. What I
  211. 9:28want us to do before looking at the
  212. 9:31results is to look at the chart to see
  213. 9:33what happened during this period of
  214. 9:35time, as it is quite interesting and
  215. 9:38quite revealing. So, let's go straight
  216. 9:41to the chart again and it is a strategy
  217. 9:43that operates on a 4-hour time frame,
  218. 9:45that only operates the Etherium asset
  219. 9:48and that follows the principles that I
  220. 9:50mentioned earlier. So, now we will see
  221. 9:54the results and we will see when it
  222. 9:56began to be executed, but I left the
  223. 9:58strategy programmed at the beginning of
  224. 10:01April, more or less I left the strategy
  225. 10:03programmed for this week here, for this
  226. 10:05moment here. And notice that during the
  227. 10:10first few days the price took an upward
  228. 10:12trend, but the following quickly
  229. 10:15happened and that is that we entered a
  230. 10:17fairly horizontal dynamic to later
  231. 10:19begin a series of significant falls. So
  232. 10:24, of course, taking into account that
  233. 10:26it is a trend strategy and that there
  234. 10:28has been no trend, taking into account
  235. 10:30that it is a strategy that looks for
  236. 10:32purchases and that in only these two
  237. 10:34months we have had a small upward phase
  238. 10:37, well, you can more or less get an
  239. 10:39idea of what the results have been.
  240. 10:42Furthermore, beyond the fact that right
  241. 10:44now this is a strategy that generates
  242. 10:461223%profitability, or at least that is
  243. 10:51what it has generated so far. I
  244. 10:53configured these bases after the event,
  245. 10:56as I mentioned at the beginning. Once
  246. 10:58the bot was set up and automated, I saw
  247. 11:01the results and began to make certain
  248. 11:03changes and adjust certain parameters
  249. 11:06of the strategy to make it even better,
  250. 11:08all through the cloud and without me
  251. 11:11having to know anything about
  252. 11:13programming, AI, or anything at all.
  253. 11:16That is the good thing about
  254. 11:17understanding how trading works,
  255. 11:19understanding the strategy and
  256. 11:20understanding what you have to ask of
  257. 11:22it to generate certain improvements. So
  258. 11:25, regardless of the fact that today the
  259. 11:28strategy has improved by three, the
  260. 11:30bases that I configured approximately 2
  261. 11:33and a half months ago were
  262. 11:35preconfigured with a performance and a
  263. 11:38philosophy or methodology that
  264. 11:40generated a result of approximately
  265. 11:43530-590%. That said, what we need to do
  266. 11:49to see the results is quite simple:
  267. 11:51just go to the exchange where we had
  268. 11:54our strategy running automatically,
  269. 11:56head to the top section where it says
  270. 11:58Assets, and then click on Asset Summary
  271. 12:01; In this case, I have a subaccount
  272. 12:03where this strategy runs, and then I go
  273. 12:06to the Profit and Loss Analysis section
  274. 12:09to check it. We have the last 90 days
  275. 12:13and here we can see how the profit and
  276. 12:16loss chart initially started off quite
  277. 12:19well, quite well, with several
  278. 12:22positions executed profitably, but then
  279. 12:25it quickly went down. Why? Well,
  280. 12:29because all this refers to what we saw
  281. 12:32in the previous chart. First we had an
  282. 12:35upward movement, then a sideways
  283. 12:37movement, and then a downward movement.
  284. 12:40Here we have position by position what
  285. 12:42the bot was executing. First we entered
  286. 12:46a position that was broken, then a loss
  287. 12:50, two consecutive gains, and quickly
  288. 12:53when the falls began in the middle bar,
  289. 12:57halfway through the end of April, we
  290. 13:00began the losses with one, two, three,
  291. 13:04five, and five consecutive losses. With
  292. 13:09which we close this strategy or we
  293. 13:12close this test of approximately 2
  294. 13:15months with a loss of around $. Two
  295. 13:20winning trades, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 losing
  296. 13:23trades and a break even trade, with a
  297. 13:27portfolio that, as you have seen,
  298. 13:30generates that loss of practically $ 21
  299. 13:35in this time. Considering that the
  300. 13:39account size was $ 500, it is a little
  301. 13:42less than 10%; it is approximately a 4%
  302. 13:45loss in these 2 and a half months. And
  303. 13:49it is very interesting to see how this
  304. 13:51strategy, which on paper is better than
  305. 13:54other strategies, has given worse
  306. 13:56results. That is, in this case we have
  307. 13:59a strategy that now generates 1300%
  308. 14:02profitability, but at the time it
  309. 14:05generated 530-540%profitability. It is
  310. 14:09better than the strategy that generated
  311. 14:1256%profitability in just one week.
  312. 14:15However, despite being better, it has
  313. 14:17given worse results. How is this
  314. 14:19possible? It is not what we are going
  315. 14:21to discuss next. Just to remind you
  316. 14:23that in the first pinned comment and
  317. 14:26the description of this video, you will
  318. 14:29find access to different content and
  319. 14:31playlists. Among this content, you will
  320. 14:35see the video in which I created from
  321. 14:37scratch this trading strategy that we
  322. 14:40have just tested for 2 and a half
  323. 14:42months, and the video in which I also
  324. 14:44created from scratch with Cloud a
  325. 14:46trading strategy that, in a week of
  326. 14:48operating it automatically, generates a
  327. 14:5156%return. In that same video, you will
  328. 14:54see how I program the strategy in the
  329. 14:56bot step by step, in case you are
  330. 14:58interested. Well, the reasons are quite
  331. 15:01simple and in fact I would reduce it
  332. 15:03all to one reason. A trading strategy
  333. 15:07does not generate short-term results or
  334. 15:09it is very unlikely that the results it
  335. 15:11generates in the short term will be the
  336. 15:12same as those it will generate in the
  337. 15:14long term. A trading strategy has a set
  338. 15:19of rules that, if applied identically
  339. 15:21in the long term without deviating from
  340. 15:24those rules, will give you specific
  341. 15:26results; but the sequence of losses or
  342. 15:28gains that you obtain in the short term
  343. 15:31can be completely altered. So,
  344. 15:35regardless of the fact that in 2 and a
  345. 15:38half months I have lost 4%and with the
  346. 15:41other strategy I have gained 56%in a
  347. 15:43week, what I would clearly do, if I had
  348. 15:46to bet on a strategy, is to bet on this
  349. 15:48one: bet on a strategy that, backtested
  350. 15:51in hand, gives me better results in the
  351. 15:54long term, regardless of what happens
  352. 15:57in a short sequence. And it is
  353. 16:00important that you understand this
  354. 16:02because you are probably operating a
  355. 16:04strategy or testing a method, analysis,
  356. 16:06trading, whatever it may be, and you
  357. 16:08are probably not obtaining positive
  358. 16:10results in the short term. Well, if
  359. 16:13what you are doing is profitable, if
  360. 16:15what you are doing is winning, if what
  361. 16:17you are doing is worth it, do not worry
  362. 16:18, continue on the same path because the
  363. 16:20long term will end up proving you right
  364. 16:22. In trading, there are no shortcuts,
  365. 16:26no quick fixes and no methods that do
  366. 16:28not require work. You are going to have
  367. 16:32to put in the effort, dedicate time,
  368. 16:34lose money, waste hours, lose
  369. 16:35absolutely everything for any form of
  370. 16:37trading that is truly worth it. So,
  371. 16:41artificial intelligence trading is just
  372. 16:43another tool; it is a useful instrument
  373. 16:46, a new and also interesting
  374. 16:47methodology, so why not consider it as
  375. 16:49such? But it's not going to allow
  376. 16:53anyone to go from being unprofitable
  377. 16:55and not getting results to being
  378. 16:56profitable and getting results without
  379. 16:58doing anything. I want to make this
  380. 17:01very clear. As I say, I focus on these
  381. 17:03types of videos in a practical way
  382. 17:05because I don't know any other way to
  383. 17:07do things so that you can understand
  384. 17:09and learn. The goal is not for you to
  385. 17:12see a trading strategy, to see how I
  386. 17:14improve it or to see what I gain or
  387. 17:16lose by trading it. Quite the opposite.
  388. 17:19The goal is to use this so that you
  389. 17:21learn much more valuable lessons, which
  390. 17:23are lessons like the ones we're
  391. 17:24mentioning in these conclusions.
  392. 17:28Finally, just remember that below, in
  393. 17:30the first pinned comment and the
  394. 17:32description of this video, you will
  395. 17:34find other interesting links, courses,
  396. 17:36tutorials, training, the video in which
  397. 17:38I created this trading strategy from
  398. 17:40scratch and the video in which I
  399. 17:42created another trading strategy
  400. 17:44showing you how I set it up on the
  401. 17:46exchange itself and earned 56%
  402. 17:47profitability in just one week. I hope
  403. 17:50you liked this video, that it was
  404. 17:52useful to you, which is what matters.
