31. 2:21more in Tavan cities because we have a
32. 2:24lot of professionals who are right now
33. 2:26working with us from Nagaland, from
34. 2:29Assam, from North Bengal, Manipur,
35. 2:31Misoram who deliver an exceptional
36. 2:34service on our platform and across the
37. 2:36business and we want more and more
38. 2:38people to migrate with us and work with
39. 2:41us. This will help one we through this
40. 2:44project we are trying to empower as many
41. 2:46as women as possible so that they can
42. 2:49build a livelihood for themselves and
43. 2:51for their family. Alongside it helps
44. 2:54overall business which is hospitality
45. 2:56business to grow because the quality
46. 2:59that professionals coming from uh these
47. 3:02states are exceptionally well and hence
48. 3:05from business side also that adds a lot
49. 3:07of value and also for the states where
50. 3:11right now people are still searching for
51. 3:13jobs we are trying to get give as much
52. 3:16as jobs as possible. Right now from
53. 3:18Nagaland we have over 300 400
54. 3:21professionals working and across
55. 3:23northeast we have over 3,000 to 4,000
56. 3:25professionals who are working in working
57. 3:27with us in top tier one cities. Overall
58. 3:31urban company right now has over 50,000
59. 3:34professionals and in beauty and wellness
60. 3:36sector we have over 10,000 12,000
61. 3:39professionals working with us. We want
62. 3:41more and more people from northeast to
63. 3:43work with us and hence we are here so
64. 3:46that we can scale this project up by
65. 3:48coming in the state and working from
66. 3:51here. Yes. And that is about the project

89. 4:49platform for them and we hope that we
90. 4:51connect with every individual every
91. 4:53female individual from Nagaland to join

142. 8:04coming if people are coming from
143. 8:05Nagaland otherwise online screening is
144. 8:07there after the interview it's done when
145. 8:10the partners get selected then we get
146. 8:12their travel booking everything done
147. 8:14from Gojhati and then from Gojhati to uh
148. 8:17Bangalore or Mumbai or Delhi
149. 8:19>> for the off screening is it
150. 8:23>> screening is just for one to two hours
151. 8:25the interview period it's 1 to two hours
152. 8:28training period is 2 months which
153. 8:29happens in the cities when they go do uh
154. 8:32when they travel to the cities Bangalore
155. 8:34Delhi Mumbai is where the training
156. 8:36happens training entirety of training
157. 8:38duration they stay with our in our
158. 8:40accommodation and then they started
159. 8:42working with us

163. 8:52and then we will line their screening
164. 8:54and then if for example they are from
165. 8:57different uh districts of the island we

167. 9:01from Timapo itself, they can come to our
168. 9:03office here in UT and then we can do our
169. 9:05we can do their screening in person. So
170. 9:08it can start immediately absorb as soon
171. 9:10as they give us a call. Yeah, they can
172. 9:12also actually get in touch with younet
173. 9:14with younet also. We will get the
174. 9:15screenings done through us. Um and
175. 9:18either it happens here or online. Uh
