- 0:07switch to another program depending on
- 0:08the need now rayon is faster than Cad
- 0:11and it's got some beam features what
- 0:13makes this even more versatile is that
- 0:15it's web based which initially I thought
- 0:17you could limit the features but that
- 0:19isn't the case at all it's got all the
- 0:21compatibility you need you can import
- 0:23dxf dwgs PDFs draft it all up and then
- 0:27even export in these formats and more to
- 0:29share the fin a file or continue working
- 0:31on another program it has a built-in
- 0:33block library with over 2,000 blocks
- 0:36ready to drag and drop on the floor plan
- 0:38and if you follow this channel for some
- 0:39time you know that I'm all about using
- 0:41Photoshop and illustrator or other
- 0:43creative software to represent your
- 0:45drawings and images but we all know that
- 0:47time is a major factor in a workflow
- 0:49like this and sometimes you need a
- 0:51quicker solution and rone has this part
- 0:53figur it out you can draw and stylize a
- 0:55plan in a single place and what might be
- 0:58the most important feature of all is
- 1:00that rayon is a collaborative tool you
- 1:02can comment annotate and share your
- 1:04floor plans with colleagues professors
- 1:06and classmates seamlessly I also see it
- 1:09as a whiteboard that your group can
- 1:10iterate together rayon gives students an
- 1:13unlimited account for free and if you're
- 1:15not a student it has also a free version
- 1:17now honestly it's plenty for most people
- 1:20definitely recommend trying it out make
