  1. 0:00in this video we will be covering the
  2. 0:02dispositioning system which is one of
  3. 0:05the two ways of managing and automating
  4. 0:08actions for leads inside of your system
  5. 0:11the other is the opportunities or
  6. 0:14pipelines covered in the other
  7. 0:17videos inside of the contact view on the
  8. 0:21left hand side you'll find that every
  9. 0:23branding bundle comes paired with a
  10. 0:26disposition
  11. 0:27toggle each stage is tracked inside of
  12. 0:31this
  13. 0:32dropdown in some circumstances the lead
  14. 0:35may move through this stage on their own
  15. 0:37such as appointment booked you may come
  16. 0:40back to find that appointment booked is
  17. 0:42already
  18. 0:43toggled but you can also manually change
  19. 0:46the stage to trigger an
  20. 0:48event for example if I've imported a
  21. 0:51list and I want to send Joe lead a new
  22. 0:55lead nurturing campaign I can simply
  23. 0:58change him to the new lead nurture stage
  24. 1:01and you'll notice that a text and email
  25. 1:03will be shortly
  26. 1:11triggered
  27. 1:12additionally this dispositioning system
  28. 1:16synchronizes with the new lead pipeline
  29. 1:19if a change is made in the pipeline or
  30. 1:21change is made in the disposition
  31. 1:23dropdown that lead will move through
  32. 1:26each stage in a corresponding manner so
  33. 1:29that you can engage with the system in
  34. 1:31whatever method you
  35. 1:41prefer if the lead is moved to booked
  36. 1:43appointment and they did not show I can
  37. 1:45trigger the message of a reschedule
  38. 1:49simply by going to
  39. 1:52noow notice that just as with the new
  40. 1:54lead campaign within a moment a text and
  41. 1:57email is triggered by changing to the no
  42. 2:00show
  43. 2:01stage notice the numbering and coloring
  44. 2:04system aligning across all assets if you
  45. 2:07have questions about what actions are
  46. 2:09triggered by using this disposition
  47. 2:12system simply look for the number and
  48. 2:15color go to
  49. 2:18automations find your branding
  50. 2:21bundle and find the corresponding
  51. 2:28color and this example the disposition
  52. 2:31is changed and the email and text go out
  53. 2:35this allows you to Simply find your way
  54. 2:37across the system and make changes also
  55. 2:40understanding what actions take place as
  56. 2:43you make adjustments to that
  57. 2:48disposition if the disposition process
  58. 2:50is a way that you prefer to engage with
  59. 2:53the system we do suggest making a couple
  60. 2:55minor modifications to making this tool
  61. 2:58more accessible
  62. 3:01under
  63. 3:02settings custom
  64. 3:04Fields find the folder called
  65. 3:09Contact notice that the final expense
  66. 3:11disposition is further down in this
  67. 3:15folder we can drag this to the top to
  68. 3:17make it more accessible so that we don't
  69. 3:20have to find it as we're engaging and
  70. 3:22talking with our
  71. 3:23contacts you may have multiple
  72. 3:25disposition dropdowns depending on which
  73. 3:29bundles you have
  74. 3:31imported and we recommend taking some
  75. 3:33time to reorganize folders and
  76. 3:35reorganize the disposition in a way
  77. 3:38that's accessible to
  78. 3:45you some of these changes may take a few
  79. 3:48moments to
  80. 3:50update notice that the disposition is
  81. 3:53now found at the top allowing me quick
  82. 3:55access to make changes as needed
  83. 4:01one final change that we make a
  84. 4:04suggestion regarding is under the smart
  85. 4:06list
  86. 4:08folder in other videos we cover the
  87. 4:10creation of smart list but we do want to
  88. 4:13return to this feature as it is a simple
  89. 4:15way to access folders based on the stage
  90. 4:19or disposition of each
  91. 4:22contact for example if I go to more
  92. 4:25filters and I search dis position
  93. 4:32disposition
  94. 4:33is and I can sort New
  95. 4:36Leads saving them as a smart
  96. 4:43list notice a new folder New Leads has
  97. 4:50appeared let's add one
  98. 4:53more returning to the filters final
  99. 4:57expense disposition no contact
  100. 5:02this stage would be chosen if you've
  101. 5:04made a call and have not been able to
  102. 5:06reach that
  103. 5:08contact save as smart
  104. 5:13list
  105. 5:15save and you'll find that an additional
  106. 5:18folder has now
  107. 5:20appeared as contacts are added to
  108. 5:22different stages either in the pipeline
  109. 5:25or in the disposition tracker they will
  110. 5:27now filter automatically into each of
  111. 5:29these
  112. 5:36stages notice that if I change to no
  113. 5:39contact that will trigger the
  114. 5:44action and additionally returning to no
  115. 5:47contact Joe lead is now in that smart
  116. 5:49list or contact folder based on the
  117. 5:52filter of the
  118. 5:57disposition reach out if you have any
  119. 5:59questions
