- 0:00I'm not going to waste your time. Here
- 0:01are underrated glow up tips that
- 0:03actually work. Step one, hormone
- 0:05optimization. Okay, look, before we get
- 0:06into the technical stuff, you need to
- 0:08fix your foundation first. There are
- 0:09three hormones that play a huge role in
- 0:11how good you look. First, testosterone.
- 0:13To keep it simple for you, you need the
- 0:15building block of all steroid hormones,
- 0:17cholesterol. Eating eggs, red meat,
- 0:18salmon, and pairing them with vitamin
- 0:20D3, K2, and zinc is going to boost your
- 0:22test scientifically. But diet alone
- 0:24isn't enough. You need to lift heavy,
- 0:26try a combat sport, get sunlight, and
- 0:27actually lock in quality sleep. You've
- 0:29probably heard high cortisol is bad for
- 0:31you. And even though that's true, people
- 0:33usually just ignore it. So here's what
- 0:34helped me the most, meditation [music]
- 0:36and ashwagandha. And lastly, HGH and
- 0:39IGF-1. Sounds complicated, but it's
- 0:42actually pretty simple. They're involved
- 0:43in growth and [music] recovery. The
- 0:45easiest way to support them is to start
- 0:46sprinting and consume food like oyster,
- 0:49royal jelly, and dairy. Step two,
- 0:51complexion. The biggest mistake to make
- 0:52while improving your complexion is
- 0:54trying random skin care products. If
- 0:56you're struggling with acne, blackheads,
- 0:58uneven skin tone, all you really need is
- 1:00tretinoin and azelaic acid. Tretinoin
- 1:03targets the acnes, while azelaic acid
- 1:05fades the redness and acne marks. But if
- 1:07your skin is already clear and you want
- 1:08that healthy glow, GHK-Cu peptide serum
- 1:12are one of the most underrated things
- 1:13you can add. Now when it comes to your
- 1:15eyes, one of the most underrated things
- 1:16to improve is the eyebrows. If your
- 1:18eyebrows are barely visible, the best
- 1:20way to grow them is with castor oil.
- 1:22After that, clean them up so there's a
- 1:23clear separation between them. Then
- 1:25shaping them slightly upward creates the
- 1:26illusion of a more positive tilt.
- 1:28[music] And for eye bags, a caffeine
- 1:30serum or volufiline can help.
- 1:32Step three,
- 1:33chewing properly. Most of the modern
- 1:35population chew far fewer times per bite
- 1:38than the [music] usually recommended 30
- 1:39to 32 chews. This leads to a weaker jaw,
- 1:42puffier cheeks, and smaller airways. But
- 1:45let's be honest, you don't have to count
- 1:46every time you [music] take a bite. Just
- 1:48chew until the food becomes like a
- 1:50paste. While chewing, move the food with
- 1:52your tongue, not your cheeks. Otherwise,
- 1:54you're training your buccal muscles,
- 1:55which can make your face [music] look
- 1:57puffier. Step four, the doppelganger
- 1:59method. Find someone who naturally looks
- 2:00like you but has already maximized their
- 2:02appearance, then reverse engineer what
- 2:05they're doing. The problem with this is
- 2:06it could take some time. You have to
- 2:08find the right person, study what
- 2:09they're doing, and figure out what
- 2:11actually applies versus what's just
- 2:13their personal preference. But, if you
- 2:14could do it, you have a clear blueprint
- 2:16on how to look better. Step five,
- 2:18[music] direction. The reason most guys
- 2:20never reach their potential is a lack of
- 2:22direction and the belief that genetics
- 2:23are [music] everything. Genetics do
- 2:25matter, but you can still maximize your
- 2:27potential. The problem is there's too
- 2:28much information [music] and you don't
- 2:30know what actually applies to you. You
- 2:31can watch a thousand looks maxing
- 2:33videos, [music] but that's not the
- 2:35bottleneck. So, don't overthink it. Pick
- 2:37one thing from the video and [music] try
- 2:38to improve it.
