1. 0:00I recently bought the under ARA infinite
2. 0:02Elite hoping that it would become my new
3. 0:05easy run shoe and I was a bit nervous
4. 0:08because to be honest I've never seen
5. 0:10another human being wear any under arour
6. 0:12shoe let alone this one so I'm pretty
7. 0:15sure this is under ARA's first max
8. 0:17cushioned easy run type shoe but it was
9. 0:2060% off so I thought it was worth the
10. 0:23gamble at that price so bought a pair
11. 0:26when it arrived taking it out of the box
12. 0:28the first thing I noticed was just what
13. 0:30a brick this thing is I've got a US size
14. 0:3312 here and it weighs in at
15. 0:36383 GS which is I mean that that is huge
16. 0:40it's a bit of a joke really and you
17. 0:42notice it as soon as you pick it up you
18. 0:43just think oh my goodness and then you
19. 0:46notice that when you run in it it is
20. 0:49heavy but I thought I'd give it a chance
21. 0:51because it is just an easy run shoe but
22. 0:53moving on so the next thing I noticed
23. 0:55was it just feels a bit cheap it feels
24. 0:58and looks cheap
25. 1:00this foam they use they call it hover
26. 1:03plus I don't know what this stuff is or
27. 1:06what they were thinking with it it's
28. 1:08horrendous it feels and looks and sounds
29. 1:11exactly like poyene I don't know if you
30. 1:13can see but it's even got those dimples
31. 1:17that polyone boxes have it it's just
32. 1:20bizarre I don't know what this this
33. 1:22stuff is but it looks
34. 1:25feels just horrific so yep hover Plus
35. 1:30foam not sure what was going on there
36. 1:32the next thing I noticed was just how
37. 1:36thick and heavy the upper is it's really
38. 1:38thick now we're in the middle of an
39. 1:40Australian summer here and on my double
40. 1:43easy days this would be the shoe that
41. 1:46I've been wearing so this was very
42. 1:47concerning it's really really thick now
43. 1:51In fairness to put on it is quite
44. 1:53comfortable initially um yep so that's
45. 1:56good if it fits true to size so I'm a US
46. 1:58size 12 didn't have any issue there
47. 2:00although it was a bit uncomfortable
48. 2:02under the arches of my feet but that
49. 2:05that might just be me um but that that's
50. 2:08what I noticed I didn't notice any
51. 2:09rubbing anywhere so it felt okay to put
52. 2:12on but just yeah like I keep saying
53. 2:15really heavy and that upper is so thick
54. 2:18so I I took it on a run and things
55. 2:21didn't get much better it kind of feels
56. 2:23like it looks and and and like it feels
57. 2:27to pick up it's heavy it's responsive
58. 2:30it's hot it it's just a bit bizarre like
59. 2:34I I don't know I don't want to be too
60. 2:36harsh but I actually don't know how this
61. 2:38thing got off the factory floor and
62. 2:40nothing against Under Armour like I love
63. 2:42they make great clothes I love Under
64. 2:44Armour clothes maybe I should go put on
65. 2:45an Under Armour top cuz I've got lots of
66. 2:47their clothes love it but this shoe is I
67. 2:51would be fuming if I paid full price for
68. 2:53this because I think it retails for I
69. 2:55think it was
70. 2:57$240 Australian dollar or something I
71. 3:00can't quite remember I'll I'll correct
72. 3:01it and put it up on the screen if I'm
73. 3:03wrong but I mean I'm I'm pretty upset
74. 3:05about this and I paid like just over
75. 3:06$100 for it um I'm taking it back today
76. 3:10um this thing even at that price I don't
77. 3:14think is worth it so I'm not I mean it's
78. 3:16great that under arer are trying to
79. 3:17enter the market um with a Max cushion
80. 3:20easy run shoe but this this just is not
81. 3:23it for all those reasons I mean this
82. 3:27foam I I'm I just don't know what's
83. 3:29going on can you see the the texture of
84. 3:32that it's just it's just weird and the
85. 3:35weight the
86. 3:37upper I mean one of its redeeming
87. 3:39features it did feel quite comfortable
88. 3:41but my current easy run shoe is the aex
89. 3:44GEL Nimbus 26 and that was way more
90. 3:47comfortable than this and it's lighter
91. 3:49it's more respon it's just better in
92. 3:51every single way so I think for the
93. 3:53price point of this it is a massive Miss
94. 3:57um don't buy this shoe hope hopefully
95. 4:00under can make some changes and come out
96. 4:02with something better but yeah I'm not
97. 4:03going to get into the specs or or
98. 4:05anything on it um other than to say that
99. 4:07for me this shoe is a big no no and it's
100. 4:10going back to the store today
