- 0:01Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well
- 0:03. We're here for another video and in
- 0:05this one, we'll talk about the
- 0:07execution I made on XAG/USD, right? And
- 0:09we'll also show one that happened with
- 0:13CRT, SMT, and a key level, okay? And
- 0:18this execution I'll show you here is
- 0:21one of the simplest ones out there,
- 0:23it’s very accurate when a nice setup
- 0:26appears, you'll understand it right now
- 0:28, okay? I'll cut straight to the replay
- 0:32so we can get right to it, okay? And I
- 0:35hope this video helps you out, right?
- 0:40I've already paused here and gone
- 0:42straight to the point where we'll align
- 0:44this trade, right? I executed this
- 0:47trade on the 6 o'clock candle here on
- 0:49Silver, right? And from that moment,
- 0:53there was already an objective forming,
- 0:56I’ll mark it here, for a bullish CRT.
- 1:00And if we look at XAU/USD, which is a
- 1:03correlated asset, we’ll notice there
- 1:06was an SMT, okay? I’ll go to gold now
- 1:11. We notice a major divergence between
- 1:14the two assets, okay? This low here at
- 1:182 PM, we can observe here on Silver
- 1:21that it was swept, right? So this
- 1:25creates room for us to mark an SMT. We
- 1:29can mark it right here, and consider
- 1:32this an SMT, okay? For this trade, I
- 1:37only used the 4-hour chart and I also
- 1:39used the 15-minute chart to execute the
- 1:41trade. That's it. Here I had a CRT
- 1:45marked. This low here I could, right?
- 1:48And I considered it a relevant key
- 1:50level, right? And we had the SMT. From
- 1:54that moment, I moved to the 15-minute
- 1:55timeframe. I’ll mark the point
- 1:58exactly here and leave it. Right?
- 2:01I’ll turn on an indicator to make it
- 2:03a bit easier for you to understand.
- 2:05Where is it? Indicator. I’ll keep
- 2:09only the 4-hour because I don't need
- 2:11the 1-hour since I didn't buy on the 5-
- 2:13minute. I’ll mark one more candle
- 2:17here to make it four. Interesting.
- 2:19Right? So this marking, this rectangle
- 2:22here, is actually a range, right? We
- 2:25consider it a range, I use this
- 2:27rectangle to make it easier for you to
- 2:28understand, because price sweeps this
- 2:33low on the previous candle and from the
- 2:36moment it comes back inside, any
- 2:38movement happening here is happening
- 2:40within a CRT, right? So I’ll advance
- 2:44candle by candle for you to understand
- 2:46where I executed this trade. The next
- 2:49candle breaks out of the rectangle,
- 2:52meaning it is outside our CRT range. So
- 2:56, everything inside here is within the
- 2:59CRT, and anything outside is breaking
- 3:01our CRT or will be our future wick,
- 3:04okay? So I'm going to pull up another
- 3:08candle here, right? Look at how the
- 3:11movement is. It's still outside the
- 3:13range. I can mark the SMT at the bottom
- 3:15here. Let me skip another candle. It's
- 3:21still outside. And from this moment on,
- 3:30well, the candle opened at let me see
- 3:33here. I am on 1 hour, no, 4 hours.
- 3:37That's right, is that correct? It's
- 3:38because this candle here changed
- 3:40drastically. So let's go. From the
- 3:43moment this candle returns inside this
- 3:45rectangle, look at how our CRT is at
- 3:47the moment, get it? So my order block
- 3:51was here. I marked it right here. Order
- 3:55block, which is one of the triggers I
- 3:57use, order block and I also use the Sid
- 3:59, right? I marked this here because it
- 4:02was the candle that made the lowest low
- 4:04. I didn't mark this one because this
- 4:06low here is a bit higher than the
- 4:08previous one, right? And I executed my
- 4:11trade exactly here, right? There was a
- 4:14detail, right? Silver has a very
- 4:16expensive spread. So, if I bought here
- 4:19at the close of this candle, my trade
- 4:22would actually be here. So, I waited
- 4:25for the next candle to retrace a little
- 4:28, more or less to this level for me to
- 4:30buy. I bought exactly here. My entry,
- 4:33due to the spread, was executed up here
- 4:35. My stop at the bottom here, at this
- 4:39low here, looking for at least a
- 4:42one-to-two here. Right? I'll cut. This
- 4:48trade. It got a little heated with this
- 4:51candle, right? It reached down here,
- 4:53pulled back, and at 8:30, right? There
- 4:58was news, right? And I bought already
- 5:01aware of this news. Actually, I bought
- 5:0315 minutes before so as not to break
- 5:05any rules of the broker, right, from
- 5:07the prop firm. So I executed this trade
- 5:11exactly here, already believing that
- 5:13the news could boost my trade, right?
- 5:16And that is exactly what happened. The
- 5:19news candle paid me, right, my target,
- 5:22and also completed the 4-hour target,
- 5:25which was up here, right? So, that was
- 5:28the reasoning, right, the rationale
- 5:30that I executed this trade with, right?
- 5:33In a simple and objective way as well,
- 5:37right? Like I showed you: I used the 4-
- 5:40hour chart, showed that the candle
- 5:43movement, from the sweep to its
- 5:44expansion, had the SMT. We had the key
- 5:49level too, right? So, it was a simple
- 5:52and objective way to trade. Now let's
- 5:55head over to Nasdaq to also understand
- 5:57a trade that happened there, which was
- 5:59an excellent one. I didn't take it, but
- 6:02some students did, and I thought it was
- 6:03interesting to show you here too. And
- 6:07this trade here that some students
- 6:09executed, I'll show you its rationale
- 6:11as well, okay? This is the exact moment
- 6:14this buy occurred, okay? And on Nasdaq
- 6:17we also had a 4-hour objective for the
- 6:20price to go up. Exactly. If we look at
- 6:24the S&P 500 here, which is our
- 6:27correlated asset, the 2:00 PM low is
- 6:30lower, right, than the Nasdaq 2:00 PM
- 6:34low. It was actually swept here. So I
- 6:38could consider this an SMT, since the S
- 6:41&P 500 didn't sweep it, right? So here
- 6:46is an SMT, right? This trade was
- 6:49executed on the 60-minute chart. Not 60
- 6:51minutes, on the 5-minute chart. So
- 6:53let's look at the 60 minutes here, okay
- 6:55? Due to this candle wick being very
- 7:00large, the sweep happened only up here,
- 7:02right, on the 1-hour. Here would be our
- 7:051-hour range. What I advise the most,
- 7:09right, when we have a very large wick,
- 7:11is to wait for this candle to close,
- 7:13right? It happened here and here it
- 7:16also happened with an extremely large
- 7:18wick, right? Actually, this candle
- 7:20closed bullish. Let me go back to
- 7:23Nasdaq. And this candle here, it closed
- 7:26as a doji, right? A candle, let me zoom
- 7:28in to see how it closed here. It closed
- 7:31bearish, right? In the live feed, right
- 7:33. Here we could consider a PSP as well,
- 7:35right? A candle SMT. So our entry would
- 7:42be at the C3, right, at the third
- 7:47candle of the CRT, which happened
- 7:49exactly here, at the 8:00 AM open,
- 7:51because this wick was too big, so the
- 7:54price can no longer support expansion.
- 7:57So we could go to the 5-minute chart to
- 8:01trade the C3, right? Let me delete this
- 8:04to avoid too much noise, and delete
- 8:05this too, since you already know
- 8:07there's an SMT. To trade a C3, we need
- 8:11the third candle of the CRT to open,
- 8:16right? Touch a key level. Here there
- 8:23was, right, a FVG gap. The first
- 8:25execution point would be exactly here
- 8:28at this order block. here. And here
- 8:32would also be the SID. So the candle
- 8:34opens here, creates its wick, and
- 8:37touches a key level. This was also a
- 8:40one-hour key level. I will show you a
- 8:42previous low that is quite relevant,
- 8:45right? So on the 5-minute chart, we
- 8:48would execute our trade. That is what
- 8:50our student did. He bought exactly here
- 8:53, right? If I'm not mistaken, it was
- 8:55here, right? But I would also buy here,
- 8:57aiming for a target of at least one to
- 8:59two. In other words, the news was
- 9:03coming, it was news time, and we
- 9:06already had a defined target so that
- 9:09the CRT, right, so that the news could
- 9:12propel our CRT target, right? The news
- 9:15could very well, you know, drop.
- 9:19However, with all these concepts I
- 9:22showed, we had the CRT, we had a
- 9:25one-hour key level here, right, which
- 9:29was this low here, and we also had our
- 9:32SMT, which was from this 1-hour low to
- 9:36this low here, right? So, we had a good
- 9:39context for the price, you know, to
- 9:41have a higher probability of rising.
- 9:44Let me delete this here, it's already
- 9:45bothering me. So the trade would be
- 9:48executed here, and the news simply
- 9:50propelled our entry. The same thing
- 9:53happened in the S&P 500, right? The
- 9:56entry would happen here at the same
- 9:57point, but with the SMT. We could even,
- 10:01you know, enter here after this SID.
- 10:06Down here, we had our key level. The
- 10:10entry could be up here, right, at the
- 10:12order, the first order block. If I
- 10:16arrived late, I would more or less buy
- 10:20on this candle that exactly at the same
- 10:29place, right? Because we also had a CRT
- 10:39target for the price to reach.
- 10:41Everything inside this rectangle here
- 10:45will actually be our CRT range. Let me
- 10:50remove this background. So, the price
- 10:54was already within our range. The
- 10:57execution would be in here, aiming for
- 11:01one to two. If the price is outside,
- 11:03the CRT is being broken or in the
- 11:05future this will be a wick of the CRT.
- 11:08That is what happened here, it is
- 11:13outside the range. I will mark it here.
- 11:18Below this line here is outside the
- 11:20range. So everything down here is a
- 11:24wick, right? It is what I said, either
- 11:28the price is breaking or the price is
- 11:31creating, I will put a region here, or
- 11:33the price is creating a breakout here,
- 11:36look, or it's creating the wick the
- 11:41moment it enters inside here, right,
- 11:43which wouldn't be that interesting.
- 11:45That's why with a large wick, we wait
- 11:46for the opening of the next candle,
- 11:48either the 1-hour or the 4-hour one.
- 11:49This is a more in-depth concept that I
- 11:51will bring up soon. It comes back in
- 11:54here. Inside here, a new one-hour
- 11:56candle has already opened, it already
- 11:57becomes safer and the wick is created,
- 12:01you understand? So that's it for this
- 12:04class, I hope it has helped you. I'm
- 12:06going to wrap it up here, I'll be
- 12:08posting it tonight, right? I hope this
- 12:11video has helped you, and if you have
- 12:13any questions, you can send them to me
- 12:15on WhatsApp too. Not on WhatsApp, on
- 12:18Instagram where we can keep talking,
- 12:20okay? So, talk to you later, guys.
