0:00Welcome back to another episode of
0:01Minecraft mods unlocked, and in this
0:02video you're going to learn how to turn
0:04random purple rocks you find in the
0:06world into in-game powerhouses. And in
0:08less time than it takes to build an XP
0:10farm as well. I'll also walk you through
0:12how to get and upgrade gems, apply them,
0:15what each sigil does, how reforging and
0:17augmenting works, and much more. And be
0:19sure to stick around to the end of the
0:21video for one of my favorite armor
0:23setups using these gems. All right, I'm
0:25Avo, and let's jump in. So, before we
0:27get into the rest of everything in
0:29Apotheosis, first of all, we need to
0:30know exactly where to find the gems. And
0:33you can find them here, here, here,
0:35here, or you can just find them in the
0:37towers that Apotheosis adds. So, as you
0:40can see when we go up this tower here,
0:41on the way up there's a bunch of gems,
0:43and at the top there's a booby trap
0:45chest that has two Apotheosis armors.
0:48And as you can see, this one actually
0:50has a socket, which we'll talk about
0:52more in a second. Now, before we talk
0:53more about how to equip gems into armor
0:55and tools, let's talk about the new
0:57world tier system that was introduced in
1:001.21.1.
1:01This system now makes sure that you
1:03can't get any rarity or higher rarity
1:06gems when you just start the game and
1:08you open the first chest with really
1:09good luck. Instead, the first affix item
1:11you come across will start a new quest,
1:13and that will enter you into the first
1:15tier of the world tier progression,
1:17which is Haven. To get to Frontier, you
1:19have to equip a full set of common armor
1:22plus one common weapon, and at this tier
1:25invaders also start spawning. To reach
1:27the next tier, which is Ascent, you have
1:29to equip a full set of uncommon armor
1:31plus one uncommon weapon. Also, you can
1:34check the detailed info of each tier by
1:36pressing control and T at the same time,
1:39and then moving up to the detailed info
1:41button. To go from Ascent to Summit, you
1:43have to equip a full set of rare armor
1:45plus one rare weapon, and you have to
1:48kill the Wither. And finally, to reach
1:49the pinnacle, you have to equip a full
1:51set of epic armor, equip one epic
1:54weapon, and you have to kill the Ender
1:55Dragon. All right, so now that we have
1:56all of that out of the way, let's go
1:58ahead and talk about what each block in
1:59the mod does, starting out with the
2:01smithing table. And the smithing table
2:03just allows you to apply sockets, gems,
2:05and sigils. And to do this, you just
2:07grab whatever piece of armor you have.
2:09This was the one from the tower earlier.
2:11Just go ahead and shift right click, and
2:13then whatever gem you have, as you can
2:14see there, it's going to add plus 7.5%
2:18arrow velocity. So, let's go ahead and
2:19throw that on there. And as you can see,
2:21it just applies it to the single empty
2:24socket that the cap has. Next up, let's
2:27talk about the salvaging table. Now, say
2:29I actually hate this leather cap.
2:31Instead, I can throw it in here, and
2:32it'll give me one to three leather and
2:35one to four time-worn fabric. And
2:36time-worn fabric is just the rarity
2:39material. So, as you can see, this is
2:40uncommon. And if we were to take a look
2:42at the rest over here on the left side,
2:44this is common. We have the luminous
2:46crystal, which is rare. We have epic,
2:48and then the god-forged pearl is mythic.
2:51Next up, let's talk about the simple
2:52reforging table. And this allows you to
2:55reforge items up to rare. So, if I were
2:57to take this diamond chestplate and just
2:59place it inside of there, and then grab
3:01some god-forged pearls, it's not going
3:03to allow me to place that inside of the
3:05simple reforging table. Instead, you're
3:07going to need luminous crystal shards,
3:09and then go ahead and shift right click
3:12or shift left click, excuse me, into
3:13there. And as you can see, it'll give
3:15you three different tiers that you can
3:17select from. And what's really weird
3:19about this is just because this uses the
3:21most luminous crystal shards and the
3:24most levels, necessarily mean it's going
3:26to be the best item. So, take a look at
3:28all three of these whenever you're doing
3:30any type of reforging, and make sure
3:32you're actually getting the best deal,
3:33because sometimes this one will rip you
3:35off, and it's it's kind of
3:36disappointing, honestly. Now, the
3:37regular reforging table, just known as
3:39the reforging table, uh will reforge
3:42items up to mythic, which is the
3:43god-forged. So, if I were to take some
3:45more god-forged, as you can see, it will
3:47take it in there, and then I can place
3:48my same chestplate in there. And as you
3:50can see, the Blessed Forge diamond chest
3:53plate of adamantite adamantite, anyways,
3:56can be reforged into the spiritual
3:59diamond chest plate of health. And as
4:00you can see, it's much better, maybe
4:02minus the gravity. I don't know why on
4:04earth I would ever need that. Next up,
4:05let's go ahead and talk about the
4:06augmenting table. And if we take that
4:08same chest plate from earlier, as you
4:10can see, I went ahead and upgraded the
4:11blessed portion of the chest plate,
4:13which gives me max health. So, this
4:15little number right here tells you what
4:17the range of max health is. So, as you
4:19can see, right now I have plus eight max
4:21health, which is the maximum, and plus
4:23five max health would be the minimum.
4:25Now, we have this little drop-down menu,
4:27and we can take a look at each
4:28individual attribute that the reforging
4:31table gave us. So, if we take a look
4:33here, we can increase the amount of luck
4:36between three and five, and you know,
4:37the gravity the gravity I I don't want
4:40to do that. And you can also, you know,
4:42check out the healing received. So, if
4:44we take a look up here, the stat
4:45modifiers is the modifiers in blue, and
4:49the gray one that is gravity. Those are
4:51called stat modifiers. The affixes are
4:54the the words that are in yellow. So, as
4:56you can see, the explosive damage taken
4:58is reduced by 20% is an affix. The stat
5:01modifier is the plus eight damage or the
5:04plus eight max health. So, that gets the
5:06terminology out of the way because those
5:08kind of confused me, although I am
5:09easily confused sometimes. Now, we can
5:11actually scroll up and down here using
5:13our scroll wheel, and not only can we
5:15modify our stat modifiers, but we can
5:17also modify the affixes themselves. So,
5:20if we take a look here, projectile
5:21damage taken is reduced by 21%. And if
5:24we take a look up here, projectile
5:26damage taken is reduced by 21%. So, that
5:28is the affix. But, maybe we don't like
5:30projectile damage. Maybe we want
5:31something else. So, instead, we can do
5:33the reroll selected affix. So, if we
5:36went ahead and just rerolled this one,
5:39it will turn it into blockading. So, now
5:41the physical damage taken is reduced by
5:437%. But, what about the projectile
5:45damage? Let's go ahead and select that,
5:47which is deflective, and go ahead and
5:48reroll that one. And now it's going to
5:50be when attacked, I will gain resistance
5:52two for seven seconds. So basically what
5:54this does is it allows you to upgrade
5:57your stat modifiers, which again are the
5:59numbers in blue, and then it lets you
6:01upgrade or change the affixes, which is
6:05the words in yellow. Next up, let's go
6:07ahead and talk about the gem cutting
6:08table. And if I were just to select, I
6:10don't know, this cracked solar gem here,
6:12go ahead and place your first one in the
6:14middle, and then your second one up top,
6:16and then you go and select the next
6:17upgrade material. So you can see the
6:19cracked solar gem is common because of
6:21the color and name of the solar gem. So
6:23if we take a look at the time-worn
6:25fabric, it is uncommon, so that's going
6:27to be our direct upgrade. So go ahead
6:29and select that, place it inside of
6:31here, and then go ahead and select some
6:33gem dust and place it inside of this
6:35one. Now, as you can see this hammer
6:37right here will light up, and you can
6:38upgrade your gem. So now it is a chipped
6:40solar gem, and it can be upgraded
6:42further if you had another chipped solar
6:44gem, which you would place back inside
6:46of here. Now, each time it's going to
6:48take more and more resources. So as you
6:50see, I used only one time-worn fabric
6:52there, but if I were to use time-worn
6:54fabric again, it would use three. If I
6:56were to do this again, it would use
6:58nine. So each time you upgrade it, it's
7:00going to use more and more of whatever
7:02material you're using. If you go to the
7:04next material, say you wanted to upgrade
7:07uh the flawed solar gem, let's go ahead
7:10and throw the flawless one away, you
7:11could indeed use arcane sands, and it
7:14would use less than if you were to use
7:16time-worn fabric, but sometimes arcane
7:19sands is harder to get. So it really
7:21comes down to which one is easier and
7:23which one you want to use more of. Next
7:24up, let's talk about what each sigil
7:26does. So this is the gem fuse slate, and
7:29it's specifically used to make other
7:31sigils. So if you press U on top of it,
7:34you can see that it'll make smithing
7:36templates or other sigils that you might
7:38need later. The sigil of socketing does
7:39what it sounds like it would do, and if
7:41you take a piece of armor that doesn't
7:42have any modifiers on it and throw it
7:44into a smithing table with a sigil of
7:47socketing, you can add another socket to
7:49it. And you can only do this twice
7:51though, so it's a maximum of two. If you
7:53want more sockets, you'll have to use
7:55either the simple reforging table or the
7:56reforging table on some of your favorite
7:59gear. Next up, we have the sigil of
8:01withdraw, and what this does is it
8:03removes all of the gems in all sockets
8:05in all items. So, if I were to come over
8:08here and select these boots here, and
8:10then go ahead and place that gem inside
8:12of there,
8:13the sigil of withdraw will actually
8:15remove that gem and give me the item
8:17back as well. Next up, let's talk about
8:19the sigil of enhancement, and this sigil
8:21is actually used as the fuel in the
8:23augmenting table. So, you can't actually
8:25use the augmenting table unless you have
8:27the sigil of enhancement placed inside.
8:30If you were to take this and place that
8:31in there in survival, you would not be
8:33able to upgrade or change this at all.
8:35Next up, let's talk about the sigil of
8:37rebirth, and this is actually used as
8:39fuel for both of the reforging tables.
8:41So, either the simple reforging table or
8:44the regular reforging table. Now, on top
8:46of this, you're also going to need your
8:48rarity material. So, if I wanted these
8:50boots to be godforged, which they
8:51already are, then you would put a
8:53godforged pearl in here. But, if you
8:55wanted them to be something just like
8:57rare, then you would place rare in here
8:59instead, and you would get whatever
9:01rarity the rarity material corresponds
9:03to. Next up, let's talk about the sigil
9:05of malice, and this one's actually
9:06really cool. So, it will sacrifice one
9:09gear modifier to improve another, and
9:11it's only one-time use. So, if I were to
9:13come over here and take a look inside of
9:16the uh smithing table here, when you
9:18place this inside, you're going to see
9:20it's going to say malice will appear on
9:22craft. So, I'm actually going to copy
9:24these boots just so we can figure out
9:26what changed and go ahead and apply that
9:27sigil of malice. So, you can see that it
9:29says it's touched by malice, and the
9:31little star says that my 85% swim speed
9:34was increased by malice. So, it was 69%
9:37swim speed before and now it's 85% and
9:40it actually removed the knockback
9:42resistance. So, it consumed the
9:44knockback resistance to increase the
9:46strength of the swim speed. You can't
9:47actually control which modifier is
9:49changed, so it's pretty much just RNG.
9:51So, do with that information what you
9:53will. Just be very careful on armor and
9:56gear that you like. Next up, let's talk
9:58about the sigil of unnaming and I'm sure
10:00you guys saw already, but these boots
10:02right here have a pretty long name. So,
10:03if I were to just place the sigil inside
10:05of there, it's just going to turn it
10:07from this entire long name to just
10:09leather boots with all of the affixes
10:12still on it. Next up, let's quickly go
10:13over each rarity. So, this is common,
10:16uncommon, rare, epic, and mythic in that
10:19order. Mythic is super hard to find, but
10:21if you open up your skill tree and come
10:24up to the detailed section on each one
10:26you select. As you can see here, I'm
10:28going to have a 5% chance to find mythic
10:31drops. So, that's armor and anything
10:32like that. And down here, I'm going to
10:34have a 1% chance to find perfect gems.
10:38And if I were to come up all the way to
10:40the pinnacle and take a look at the
10:41detailed information, mythic is now 25%
10:44and perfect gems is now 10%. Now, when
10:46it comes to re-rolling your armor,
10:48you're going to find a lot that maybe
10:50you don't like. So, you're going to have
10:52to use a lot of material. And the way to
10:53get these materials is just by killing
10:55more of the mobs, the apothecan
10:57invaders, and just breaking down their
10:59gear in the salvaging table as you saw
11:01that I did here. If you take a look with
11:02these mythic leather boots, just pretend
11:04that I got this from one of the mythic
11:06invaders. And as you can see, it will
11:08actually give me more godforge pearl.
11:10And again,
11:11more godforge pearl. And it also gives
11:13me leather, so it's kind of a cool way
11:14to get leather, too. So, each time you
11:16kill a mob, uh say they're an epic or
11:18mythic mob, you can just scrap their
11:20gear and then re-roll your own gear or
11:23you could re-roll their gear and scrap
11:25gear that you simply just don't like.
11:26Now, before I get to one of my favorite
11:27armor setups, which is right behind me,
11:29I would like to remind everybody to like
11:31and subscribe so that way I can still
11:33afford to be a caffeine addict with my
11:34pre-workout. And if you guys want to

11:40have a link to my entire setup, but I'll
11:42also have a link to that pre-workout
11:44that I always talk about. It's my
11:45favorite pre-workout because there's no
11:47additives or anything else in it. All
11:48right, now let's take a look at my
11:50favorite setup or one of my favorite
11:51setups. I can't say it's my very
11:53favorite setup because there's so much
11:55you can do with apotheosis. So, I'm just
11:56going to kind of hover over each item
11:58here for you guys to take a look, but
12:00first let's start out with the enhanced
12:02netherite pickaxe of the stoneworker.
12:04And the reason I like this item so much
12:06is because when I reforged it, it gives
12:08me plus three levels to existing
12:10fortune. But then I also equipped the
12:12perfect gym of the earth, which gives me
12:14another three another four levels of
12:17fortune on top of that. So, this is one
12:19of my favorite for mining. And yeah, I
12:21know you can do some other crazy things
12:22and get better mining setups in the
12:24future, but specifically for a pickaxe,
12:26this is one of my favorite. This tool
12:28also has netherite effective- -ness
12:30against all blocks. So, if you go into
12:32maybe a nether dimension where you have
12:35to use a specific tool, you no longer
12:37really have to use that tool, at least
12:39as far as I know, because this will have
12:41netherite effectiveness against all
12:43blocks. Next up, let's take a look at
12:44the sword. And this one is one of my
12:46favorite because you can add plus four
12:48levels to sharpness, which again is this
12:51gym of the earth here. And then it also
12:53has plus eight fire damage for the gym,
12:55and it will instantly kill any enemy
12:57below 25% max health. So, this is why
13:00it's one of my favorite. Plus, it has
13:01base 16 attack damage uh when I upgraded
13:04it. And by the way, all this is upgraded
13:06using the augmenting table over here.
13:08Next up is the helmet. Now, I don't
13:09really care about the inflict blindness
13:11that much or the lightning damage, but
13:13what I do really care about is the armor
13:15toughness, the knockback resistance, and
13:17the base armor. And with the perfect gym
13:19of the royal family, as you can see, it
13:21adds plus 15% to all stats, making you
13:23even stronger. Plus, I added five luck
13:26on there just so when I open chests out
13:28in the world, I get better loot. Next
13:30up, let's talk about the netherite chest
13:31plate and again, it's plus four levels
13:34to existing fortune. As you can see,
13:35there's kind of a a pattern here with
13:37the perfect gym of the earth. It's it's
13:39pretty much one of my favorites. And I
13:40also added the gym for plus 12 max
13:43health so that way I can just be a
13:44little bit stronger and harder to take
13:46down here. This chest plate here is
13:48absolutely amazing. Next up, let's talk
13:50about the leggings and what I like about
13:51these is you gain resistance two when
13:54you're attacked, but you also gain
13:55resistance two on the uh or or just
13:57regular resistance on the uh chest
13:59plate. But, this also has 14 armor. So,
14:02that's just two armor less than the
14:03chest plate. It has three armor
14:05toughness, but it has plus four levels
14:07to existing fortune. So, if I were to
14:09enchant these, which I didn't, then you
14:11would have a like you would be basically
14:14invincible maybe except the very most uh
14:17you know, strongest mobs here. And just
14:19taking a look at the netherite boots,
14:20this is one of my favorite because I
14:22have plus 70% speed, which means when I
14:25put these on alone, I'm going to be like
14:28super Check this out. I'm already super
14:29fast. Now, if I were to apply the rest
14:32of these onto my character, and then I
14:34have step height so I can just walk up
14:35anything. I know there was some people
14:37in my gym tier list video that didn't
14:39like step height, but check this out,
14:40dog. Like if if you're going this fast,
14:42you're going to want step height. And
14:44yeah, this can be like annoying when
14:45you're trying to like do specific things
14:47like if I'm trying to work here or
14:48whatever. So, maybe like tone back on
14:50the speed a little bit, but overall,
14:52man, I mean, this this armor is like
14:55pretty freaking cool. I really like it a
14:56lot. All right, guys, that's going to do
