  1. 0:00There has been an 80-year cover-up of
  2. 0:02the existence of non-human intelligent
  3. 0:04life covered up by elements of the US
  4. 0:05government, but this past Friday the
  5. 0:07[music] first tranche of evidence was
  6. 0:09released to the public.
  7. 0:10>> And the evidence is absolutely clear
  8. 0:12that there is some form of life with
  9. 0:14advanced technology. And they're all
  10. 0:16over the place. But the people involved
  11. 0:19in gatekeeping this information don't
  12. 0:20think [music] the public can handle the
  13. 0:21truth.
  14. 0:22>> People have had their lives threatened.
  15. 0:24>> of them are afraid to come forward
  16. 0:25[music] and tell the White House what
  17. 0:26they know. This has been kept from even
  18. 0:28sitting presidents. And I've interviewed
  19. 0:30high-level intelligence [music]
  20. 0:31officials and government officials. And
  21. 0:33there have been UAP crashes over the
  22. 0:35years and in some cases the crashed
  23. 0:37crafts had the bodies of non-humans in
  24. 0:39them. And now we have people on ships
  25. 0:41[music] seeing these things under the
  26. 0:43water with seeing enough times under
  27. 0:45enough different conditions that we just
  28. 0:47have to accept that it is real. So what
  29. 0:49exactly is inside this [music] report?
  30. 0:52We have so many sightings, even access
  31. 0:55to materials. And there's a number of
  32. 0:57files, reports, video, and still [music]
  33. 1:00images that were declassified. And the
  34. 1:02most notable piece of evidence in there
  35. 1:04is [music] this.
  36. 1:06So I have so many questions. You're
  37. 1:07probably familiar with this NASA report.
  38. 1:09They essentially say that they don't
  39. 1:10believe that these UAPs are aliens. Why
  40. 1:13would NASA be lying? Is there a reason
  41. 1:15why this stuff hasn't been captured on
  42. 1:16like an iPhone? [music] Are they
  43. 1:18currently living amongst us?
  44. 1:19>> And then do you trust the Trump
  45. 1:20administration to release [music] all of
  46. 1:22the available information?
  47. 1:23>> I think eventually we'll get to that
  48. 1:25moment that we've all only seen in
  49. 1:26movies where a sitting president steps
  50. 1:28to a microphone and tells the world
  51. 1:29we're not alone in the universe.
  52. 1:34This is super interesting to me. My team
  53. 1:36gave me this report to show me how many
  54. 1:37of you that watch this show subscribe.
  55. 1:38And some of you have told us, according
  56. 1:40to this, that you are unsubscribed from
  57. 1:42the channel randomly. So a favor to ask
  58. 1:44all of you, please could you check right
  59. 1:46now if you've hit the subscribe button.
  60. 1:47If you are a regular viewer of the show
  61. 1:48and you like what we do here. We're
  62. 1:50approaching quite a significant landmark
  63. 1:52on this show in terms of a subscriber
  64. 1:53number. So if there was one simple, free
  65. 1:56thing that you could do to help us, my
  66. 1:57team, everyone here to keep this show
  67. 1:59free, to keep it improving year over
  68. 2:02year and week over week, it is just to
  69. 2:03hit that subscribe button and to double
  70. 2:05check if you've hit it. Anything I'll
  71. 2:06ever ask of you.
  72. 2:07Do we have a deal?
  73. 2:08If you do it, I'll tell you what I'll
  74. 2:09do. I'll make sure
  75. 2:11every single week, every single month we
  76. 2:13fight harder and harder and harder and
  77. 2:14harder to bring you the guests and
  78. 2:15conversations that you want to hear. I
  79. 2:17stayed true to that promise since the
  80. 2:18very beginning of The Diary of a CEO and
  81. 2:19I will not let you down. Please help us.
  82. 2:22Really appreciate it. Let's get on with
  83. 2:24the show.
  84. 2:26>> [music]
  85. 2:28>> Dr. Harold, Dan,
  86. 2:31I wanted to have a conversation with
  87. 2:32both of you today because you are two of
  88. 2:34the most popular voices online on this
  89. 2:36subject of UAPs, which is unidentified
  90. 2:39anomalous phenomena. Right. Exactly. It
  91. 2:41has been in all the news recently
  92. 2:43because Trump a couple of days ago
  93. 2:45released 400 classified files containing
  94. 2:47videos and photos and different reports
  95. 2:50on this subject of UAPs. Now, I
  96. 2:55don't have an opinion. I I honestly
  97. 2:57haven't gone that far down the rabbit
  98. 2:58hole on this subject, but I wanted to
  99. 3:00have the conversation with both of you
  100. 3:01because you do have opinions. So,
  101. 3:04starting with you, Dan,
  102. 3:06what is your background and as it
  103. 3:08relates to this subject of UAPs, what is
  104. 3:10it that you believe that most people
  105. 3:13don't know or understand? My interest in
  106. 3:15this topic comes from my childhood. And
  107. 3:17so, over the years, I just I read every
  108. 3:19book on the topic, watched every doc. I
  109. 3:21always wish someone had made a super
  110. 3:23serious, credible, sober documentary
  111. 3:26that only interviews people who have
  112. 3:28direct knowledge of this topic as a
  113. 3:30result of working for the US government.
  114. 3:31And so, got into producing as I was
  115. 3:34getting access to high-level
  116. 3:35intelligence officials and government
  117. 3:37officials before even filmed, I really
  118. 3:39quickly learned how serious and real the
  119. 3:42situation is and how
  120. 3:44serious it's treated behind the scenes.
  121. 3:46And you know, I made this movie, The Age
  122. 3:48of Disclosure, in secrecy over 3 and 1/2
  123. 3:51years. And I would say the headlines
  124. 3:54that I learned that the average person
  125. 3:55doesn't know is that there has in fact
  126. 3:59been an 80-year cover-up of the
  127. 4:01existence of non-human intelligent life.
  128. 4:03It has been covered up by elements of
  129. 4:04the US government since at least the
  130. 4:07late '40s. Other nations have also
  131. 4:09covered this up. And the other major
  132. 4:12headline is that the people who within
  133. 4:15the US government that have been
  134. 4:16gatekeeping this, they've also been
  135. 4:18involved in a high-stakes secret Cold
  136. 4:20War race with adversarial nations like
  137. 4:22China and Russia to reverse-engineer
  138. 4:24this technology of non-human origin. And
  139. 4:26And the stakes couldn't be higher. Those
  140. 4:28are the two massive headlines.
  141. 4:30And And I'm proud to say when the film
  142. 4:31came out, it created a national
  143. 4:33conversation at an at an unprecedented
  144. 4:36level, and it led to President Trump
  145. 4:39issuing this directive in the middle of
  146. 4:41February. Super unprecedented historic
  147. 4:44directive instructing federal agencies
  148. 4:46to start declassifying evidence it has
  149. 4:49they have of non-human intelligent life
  150. 4:52and UAP. And then that process began
  151. 4:55this past Friday. The first tranche of
  152. 4:57evidence was released to the public. And
  153. 5:00during the process of producing this
  154. 5:02documentary,
  155. 5:03who did you speak to? I got access to
  156. 5:06the highest levels of government,
  157. 5:08military, and intelligence community. My
  158. 5:09interview subjects range from Secretary
  159. 5:11Rubio, who's also our national security
  160. 5:13advisor now, White House National
  161. 5:15Security Council members, Navy fighter
  162. 5:18pilots, admirals, generals, a former
  163. 5:20Secretary of Defense, uh the leadership
  164. 5:23of all the recent classified US
  165. 5:25government UAP investigations. Every
  166. 5:28single person is extremely credible. Hal
  167. 5:31Hal was one of my interview subjects.
  168. 5:33Hal's
  169. 5:34one of the most senior scientist uh to
  170. 5:36work on this topic for the US government
  171. 5:38in classified projects. And him and all
  172. 5:41these other people interviewed, they had
  173. 5:43a lot of information they could legally
  174. 5:45share
  175. 5:46over the years, but they were always
  176. 5:47discouraged from doing so, and they
  177. 5:48never really had the opportunity to
  178. 5:50comfortably do it. No one wanted to be
  179. 5:51the one guy out on a limb
  180. 5:53saying something extraordinary on CNN or
  181. 5:55Fox or 60 Minutes and then being subject
  182. 5:57to the the pushback and the ridicule.
  183. 6:00And so, when I realized that, I I
  184. 6:02started socializing a plan for how to
  185. 6:05step out of the shadows arm in arm with
  186. 6:07safety in numbers. I'll pick up on that
  187. 6:10point now. We talked about safety in
  188. 6:11numbers. How he he mentioned you there.
  189. 6:14You're part of the documentary. I saw
  190. 6:15you as well in the trailer of the
  191. 6:16documentary. What is your background and
  192. 6:18why what reference points are you
  193. 6:20drawing on to speak on the subject of
  194. 6:22UAPs and UFOs, etc.? I'm a quantum
  195. 6:25physicist. I worked for the National
  196. 6:27Security Agency for various uh
  197. 6:30organizations in the intelligence
  198. 6:32community like CIA and so on. And so, as
  199. 6:34part of my technical work, uh I was also
  200. 6:37a consultant, uh chief science advisor
  201. 6:39to Robert Bigelow of Bigelow Aerospace.
  202. 6:43He's really quite quite a titan. I mean,
  203. 6:45he has two space stations orbiting the
  204. 6:48Earth. So, anyway, those those people
  205. 6:50who are in in the space business and
  206. 6:53they're moving out into space, they just
  207. 6:55can't help but wondering, you know, what
  208. 6:57are we going to run into when when we
  209. 6:59get out there? As a science advisor to
  210. 7:01him, uh it turned out that the Defense
  211. 7:04Intelligence Agency came forward and
  212. 7:07said, uh you know, we need to find out
  213. 7:09uh really what's uh going on in the
  214. 7:11so-called UAP area. So, then they
  215. 7:13determined they were just going to start
  216. 7:15a UAP program. If that program they
  217. 7:17started was called A SAP. They hired a
  218. 7:19whole team, for example, Hal. And that
  219. 7:21program started in 2008. Um
  220. 7:25and
  221. 7:26got a lot of pushback behind the scenes
  222. 7:28because it turned out
  223. 7:30when they looked over the intelligence
  224. 7:31community to see if there was another
  225. 7:32UFO program and didn't think there was,
  226. 7:34turns out there was one. And there was a
  227. 7:36deeply hidden program referred to as the
  228. 7:38legacy program.
  229. 7:39And it had been operating in the shadows
  230. 7:41since the 40s
  231. 7:43uh outside of congressional oversight,
  232. 7:45outside of the oversight of the White
  233. 7:46House.
  234. 7:47Um completely, you know, off off
  235. 7:50>> Completely hidden away. Yeah. As hidden
  236. 7:52as a program can be.
  237. 7:53And so they started pushing back behind
  238. 7:56the scenes against everyone involved in
  239. 7:58AATIP because they didn't want anyone
  240. 8:00else looking into this, right? Started
  241. 8:02to cause a lot of bureaucratic issues
  242. 8:04for them, red tape issues, and
  243. 8:06ultimately AATIP lost its funding in
  244. 8:082010 despite the fact that it was
  245. 8:10looking into very real issues like UAP
  246. 8:13over our nuclear weapon sites. It shut
  247. 8:15down in 2010. Why do you think it shut
  248. 8:16down?
  249. 8:17They were dealt
  250. 8:19these bureaucratic hurdles behind the
  251. 8:21scenes by people involved in the legacy
  252. 8:22program, people who just caused problems
  253. 8:24and prevented funding and it's a lot of,
  254. 8:27you know, it's a
  255. 8:27big bureaucracy. People can people can
  256. 8:30do things behind the scenes to prevent
  257. 8:31funding from coming through
  258. 8:33for programs. And so ultimately they
  259. 8:36lost their their funding in 2010 and
  260. 8:37then Jay Stratton and other people
  261. 8:39involved they were continuing to look
  262. 8:41into this because they they didn't want
  263. 8:43this serious national security concern
  264. 8:45to go, you know, on on investigated,
  265. 8:48right? So you know, that's how somebody
  266. 8:50like me gets pulled in and they say,
  267. 8:52"Okay, these pilots are out there and
  268. 8:53they said they see craft coming out of
  269. 8:55the ocean and making right angle turns
  270. 8:57at 6 G or whatever." And they say, "Oh
  271. 9:00my god, this is way beyond our physics."
  272. 9:03So I and other physicists sort of dug
  273. 9:04into, you know, what could be
  274. 9:06responsible for this. And we actually
  275. 9:08found that just like we use so-called
  276. 9:11Maxwell's equations in electromagnetic
  277. 9:13stuff for everything we do in
  278. 9:15electromagnetics,
  279. 9:16we have Einstein's equations in general
  280. 9:18relativity for, you know, black holes
  281. 9:21and all that kind of stuff. It turns out
  282. 9:23if you could engineer those, you would
  283. 9:25actually get the same effects that
  284. 9:26people were observing with these UAP
  285. 9:29crafts. So we think we've come up with,
  286. 9:31you know, what it is about
  287. 9:33the science of it. It's just that we
  288. 9:35don't have the engineering to do it. Do
  289. 9:37you believe in UAPs?
  290. 9:39Absolutely believe in UAPs
  291. 9:41because [clears throat]
  292. 9:42I've been exposed to data about them.
  293. 9:45A more specific question would be, do
  294. 9:46you believe in aliens? Yeah, so a number
  295. 9:48of the people I interviewed went on the
  296. 9:50record
  297. 9:52stating that they know from their own
  298. 9:54personal experiences that there have
  299. 9:57been UAP crashes over the years that
  300. 9:59have been recovered by elements of the
  301. 10:02US government and in some cases the the
  302. 10:04crashed crafts had the bodies of
  303. 10:07non-humans in them.
  304. 10:09And numerous people I interviewed went
  305. 10:11on the record saying that. And keep in
  306. 10:14mind, everyone I interviewed only shared
  307. 10:16what they lawfully could. There was a
  308. 10:17line they couldn't cross. Everyone I
  309. 10:19interviewed is aware of classified
  310. 10:20information that they they can't talk
  311. 10:22about, but they went right up to the
  312. 10:23line and uh
  313. 10:25made it clear that there had been
  314. 10:27recoveries of non-human bodies. A couple
  315. 10:29people actually testified under oath to
  316. 10:31Congress saying the same thing. Why
  317. 10:33wouldn't they be able to talk about it
  318. 10:35publicly? Well, when you're involved in
  319. 10:36certain programs, uh you sign certain
  320. 10:38agreements that prevent you from sharing
  321. 10:41Right.
  322. 10:42>> specific information.
  323. 10:43>> programs and
  324. 10:45of course the big concern is, okay,
  325. 10:47whatever we might learn about these kind
  326. 10:49of craft and and so on, our adversaries
  327. 10:52are out there and probably been there
  328. 10:55been crashes in Russia, crashes in
  329. 10:57China.
  330. 10:58And so if we reveal what we're learning
  331. 11:00about the subject area and
  332. 11:03you know, said it publicly, then it it
  333. 11:05might help some potential adversary
  334. 11:08>> Yeah, a saying get a step get a step
  335. 11:10ahead. So, that's why it's all just kept
  336. 11:12really close end. So, a saying that I
  337. 11:15heard often from my interview subjects,
  338. 11:17you can't tell your friends without
  339. 11:18telling your enemies. Meaning, you can't
  340. 11:21tell the public what we know and don't
  341. 11:22know without also telling China and
  342. 11:24Russia what we know and don't know. And
  343. 11:26giving them that information might give
  344. 11:28them a competitive advantage. And the
  345. 11:31the obvious question anyone would ask
  346. 11:32when hearing that is then well okay, so
  347. 11:33what shifted? Why is Why is that no
  348. 11:35longer the leading thought secrecy is
  349. 11:37best? And the answer is because the US
  350. 11:40is in a really high stakes race, a
  351. 11:42technology race, against these
  352. 11:43adversaries to reverse engineer
  353. 11:45technology of non-human origin. And
  354. 11:49the secrecy around it in the US
  355. 11:52since the 40s has created a scenario
  356. 11:56where the scientific community and
  357. 11:57academia don't even know it's real. They
  358. 12:00don't even know it's a valid area of
  359. 12:01inquiry.
  360. 12:02>> Don't even believe it's real. I mean
  361. 12:04>> the smartest kids graduating MIT this
  362. 12:05year, they are not thinking that this is
  363. 12:07something they can put their brain power
  364. 12:08towards. So,
  365. 12:10coming back to the question, do you
  366. 12:11believe in aliens? I 100% believe that
  367. 12:14non-human intelligent life
  368. 12:16is here and has been here for a long
  369. 12:19time. When you say here, do you mean
  370. 12:21>> Earth. currently living amongst us?
  371. 12:22>> I don't know about the living amongst us
  372. 12:24part.
  373. 12:24>> that. I don't know about that, but
  374. 12:26>> Wouldn't rule it out, but I mean
  375. 12:27>> There is UAP activity being reported on
  376. 12:30a daily basis by commercial airlines
  377. 12:33pilot commercial airline pilots to the
  378. 12:34FAA,
  379. 12:35by Navy fighter pilots off the East
  380. 12:38Coast being reported, you know, up the
  381. 12:40military chain of command. And on top of
  382. 12:42that, regular activity over our nuclear
  383. 12:45weapon sites inside the United States.
  384. 12:48It's happening on a regular basis
  385. 12:50uh on the on on the nuclear sites and on
  386. 12:52a daily basis in commercial air travel
  387. 12:56space. UAP have come over nuclear
  388. 12:59missile sites and actually turned off
  389. 13:02the missiles.
  390. 13:03And so, you know, when something like
  391. 13:05that happens, you just got to take it
  392. 13:07seriously.
  393. 13:08>> And the the technology that they're
  394. 13:09displaying is technology that no humans
  395. 13:12have.
  396. 13:14And again, there has been some crashes
  397. 13:16and in those crashes there have been the
  398. 13:18bodies of non-humans. How do we know
  399. 13:20that? How do we know that in those
  400. 13:22crashes they've recovered bodies of
  401. 13:24non-humans? The whistleblowers basically
  402. 13:26coming forward from the government.
  403. 13:27>> So we So the basis of the that evidence
  404. 13:29is that some people have said it. At
  405. 13:32this point, until until
  406. 13:35previously classified information
  407. 13:38regarding crashes and is and recoveries
  408. 13:40is declassified,
  409. 13:41until it [clears throat] happens, the
  410. 13:42best we can hope for is credible people
  411. 13:45putting their reputation on the line to
  412. 13:46tell you this is what's been happening.
  413. 13:48Did someone during your process of
  414. 13:49making the documentary who had seen
  415. 13:52non-alien non-human life non-human
  416. 13:55intelligence tell you that? Yeah. Who
  417. 13:58was that? A number of people, but
  418. 14:00notably, you know,
  419. 14:02Jay Stratton who we just talked about.
  420. 14:03>> Yes, right.
  421. 14:04>> Who co-created, co-founded AATIP, and
  422. 14:06then became the director of the UAP Task
  423. 14:08Force, the largest whole of government
  424. 14:09investigation of UAP ever. What did he
  425. 14:11say? He went on the record in the film
  426. 14:14saying that he's seen non-human beings
  427. 14:16and non-human craft with his own eyes.
  428. 14:18That was the farthest he could go at
  429. 14:20that point. Why did he say he couldn't
  430. 14:21go further? Uh he he he he had a
  431. 14:24situation that he
  432. 14:26was involved in that um
  433. 14:29for a few reasons he wasn't he just
  434. 14:31wasn't comfortable talking about it yet,
  435. 14:32and some of it I think he just wanted to
  436. 14:34make sure he legally could. Now, going
  437. 14:36back to credibility, like take a guy
  438. 14:38like Jay saying that. When Jay retired a
  439. 14:40few years back, he was part of the
  440. 14:43senior executive services of the federal
  441. 14:44government. That's a level less than 1%
  442. 14:46of all federal employees ever reach. You
  443. 14:48know, it's equivalent of a two-star
  444. 14:49admiral or general. Um very very senior,
  445. 14:53very trusted. You know,
  446. 14:55cleared at a very high level.
  447. 14:57Um he had worked with naval intelligence
  448. 15:00in a senior capacity.
  449. 15:01Uh he had worked with the CIA. He had
  450. 15:03worked with the Defense Intelligence
  451. 15:04Agency as the head of aerospace warfare.
  452. 15:06It's a super serious, credible guy. And
  453. 15:10he's he's he's putting his reputation on
  454. 15:12the line to share this information
  455. 15:14um to the extent that he legally could
  456. 15:16and and comfortably could. And when you
  457. 15:18asked him why
  458. 15:21the world doesn't know this stuff in his
  459. 15:23view, what did he What would he say?
  460. 15:25There's a lot of reasons. I mean,
  461. 15:26certainly the, you know, the idea that
  462. 15:28we can't tell our friends without
  463. 15:29telling our enemies has been a driver.
  464. 15:32To just to recap the reasons for
  465. 15:33secrecy, I I I actually believe it it's
  466. 15:36better to kind of start from the
  467. 15:36beginning. When this When when in 1947,
  468. 15:40there was a crash at Roswell of
  469. 15:42non-human origin
  470. 15:43and uh yeah, RA uh RAAF captures flying
  471. 15:47saucer on ranch in Roswell region. Yeah.
  472. 15:49>> That's right. And then this is the image
  473. 15:50of their cover-up story trying to show
  474. 15:52weather ballooner. Yeah, so multiple
  475. 15:54people in my film go on the record
  476. 15:55saying the Roswell crash really
  477. 15:56happened. Uh technology of non-human
  478. 15:58origin and non-human bodies were
  479. 16:00recovered.
  480. 16:01Um if you put yourself in the shoes of
  481. 16:03the military and government at that
  482. 16:05point, like put yourself in Truman and,
  483. 16:06you know, Eisenhower's shoes, you're
  484. 16:08just coming out of World War II. The
  485. 16:10world was just chaos for a very long
  486. 16:11time. It's finally starting to settle
  487. 16:12down. You can't exactly step to the
  488. 16:14microphone and tell
  489. 16:16America that there's a new threat that
  490. 16:18we know nothing about and we can't
  491. 16:19protect you from. They're far advanced,
  492. 16:22you know,
  493. 16:23what what's the advantage of that? So,
  494. 16:24secrecy became the plan at that point
  495. 16:27and
  496. 16:28they had more questions than answers.
  497. 16:30So, everyone I've talked to gave me
  498. 16:32context explained that the the the the
  499. 16:35plan for secrecy went in motion there.
  500. 16:38Uh let's investigate. Let's find out
  501. 16:39more about what we don't know before we
  502. 16:41tell the American people. That was
  503. 16:43quickly followed by the Cold War era and
  504. 16:46we learned that Russia also had
  505. 16:47retrieved technology of non-human
  506. 16:49origin. And so, we knew we were in a
  507. 16:50technology race. So, then the idea of
  508. 16:53can't tell your friend without telling
  509. 16:54your enemy ruled the day. So, now the
  510. 16:56Cold War mentality, you know, led to
  511. 16:58more secrecy and as a security wrapper
  512. 17:01for this this program that it that it
  513. 17:02started, uh they created the stigma in
  514. 17:05the late '40s, early '50s. This cultural
  515. 17:07stigma, this idea that you're crazy if
  516. 17:09you look into this topic. You're wacky,
  517. 17:12you'll have your reputation ruined,
  518. 17:13you'll have your career ruined.
  519. 17:14>> actually to CIA meeting where people got
  520. 17:17together and said, "Okay, in order to
  521. 17:19not have people be pursuing this area,
  522. 17:22let's go out of our way to spread
  523. 17:24what we would call now disinformation
  524. 17:27about this
  525. 17:27>> very basically the most effective
  526. 17:28disinformation campaign in the history
  527. 17:30of the US government because it got into
  528. 17:32our culture, some movies were funded
  529. 17:34that made aliens seem silly, and the
  530. 17:35idea of life from elsewhere seemed
  531. 17:37ridiculous, and that compounded over the
  532. 17:39years, and then we got to the point
  533. 17:41where where we were like, you know, just
  534. 17:44just like few years ago, where the
  535. 17:46average person just thinks it's not
  536. 17:47real. You know, the average scientist,
  537. 17:49academia, Yeah. you know, they think
  538. 17:51it's conspiracy stuff, it's nonsense,
  539. 17:53it's silly. Um there was no advantage
  540. 17:55for elected leaders to get in front of
  541. 17:57this or for military members to, you
  542. 18:00know, speak up about what they learned
  543. 18:01or saw. It would be a career ruiner.
  544. 18:03Um
  545. 18:04and uh that started to shift uh several
  546. 18:08years back when Jay Stratton
  547. 18:12and Jim McCaslin when they put together
  548. 18:13AATIP in 2010, and they started to go
  549. 18:17out there and collect data
  550. 18:20um and get evidence, and they started to
  551. 18:22actually share it with the Senate
  552. 18:23Intelligence Committee and the Senate
  553. 18:25Armed Services Committee, and looking at
  554. 18:28classified data in a classified setting,
  555. 18:29people like Marco Rubio, who was the
  556. 18:31vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence
  557. 18:32Committee at the time, started to
  558. 18:33realize,
  559. 18:34Yeah, so there's something here.
  560. 18:36>> Not only is there something here, but
  561. 18:37we've got a problem, right? There's a
  562. 18:38lot of a lot of UAP activity over these
  563. 18:41highly classified sites like our nuclear
  564. 18:43weapons sites. There's a lot at stake.
  565. 18:45We are in this, you know, race with
  566. 18:47other nations, and the stigma has
  567. 18:49created a disadvantage for us.
  568. 18:52It's very hard to win a technology race
  569. 18:53when the majority of your scientists
  570. 18:55don't know it's a valid area of inquiry,
  571. 18:56right?
  572. 18:58And do people think that there's one
  573. 18:59type of non-human intelligence that's
  574. 19:02visiting the earth, or is there many,
  575. 19:03many types?
  576. 19:04>> People who have been involved in
  577. 19:05recoveries have said
  578. 19:07>> least four types, four separate types.
  579. 19:10Now, I have not had direct access to
  580. 19:12that, but I I I believe the people who I
  581. 19:15talked to. Four different types of life.
  582. 19:17Four different types of life, at least.
  583. 19:20And the people
  584. 19:21I've talked through to, you know,
  585. 19:23through the process of making the
  586. 19:24documentary, both on camera and
  587. 19:26off-the-record sources,
  588. 19:28and the people I also talked to over the
  589. 19:30decades have said that there are there
  590. 19:32have been dozens of recoveries of
  591. 19:34crashed craft in the US alone. Dozens of
  592. 19:37craft of non-human origin
  593. 19:40that either crashed organically or
  594. 19:42caused to crash
  595. 19:43and then recovered. And have you spoken
  596. 19:45to people who You talked about Jay. Have
  597. 19:48you spoken to other people that have
  598. 19:49worked on these
  599. 19:51crashed crafts? I've talked I've talked
  600. 19:53off the record with some people who are
  601. 19:55involved in recoveries. They would not
  602. 19:57go on camera to do interviews.
  603. 19:59Special forces people that would not go
  604. 20:01on camera do interviews. One I actually
  605. 20:03thought I've I've mentioned this in
  606. 20:05another interview, but um one I thought
  607. 20:07was going to do an interview and then a
  608. 20:08couple days before sent me a message
  609. 20:11saying, "After further consideration and
  610. 20:13long talks with my wife, I decided I'd
  611. 20:15be forfeiting my life if I participated
  612. 20:17in your interview."
  613. 20:18And I thought that was like very un-
  614. 20:21very unsettling message to get,
  615. 20:22obviously, but also very specific word
  616. 20:24choice, you know, "forfeiting my life."
  617. 20:26What did he know? He was a special very
  618. 20:29senior special forces guy who
  619. 20:31had told me he had been involved in
  620. 20:33multiple recoveries.
  621. 20:34That's what he told me.
  622. 20:35Okay.
  623. 20:37And I met him through uh some high-level
  624. 20:40intelligence people.
  625. 20:41Early on in my process, I got connected
  626. 20:44with the Senate Intelligence Committee
  627. 20:46and the Senate Armed Services Committee,
  628. 20:48and they had on their own learned the
  629. 20:50reality of the situation through the
  630. 20:53work of ASAP and then ATIP and then the
  631. 20:56UAP Task Force and through their own
  632. 20:59their own intelligence channels. Leaders
  633. 21:02on those committees wanted to educate
  634. 21:04the public about what they could
  635. 21:06lawfully about this, but they didn't
  636. 21:08really have a way to do it. It's such a
  637. 21:10complicated situation. It takes a while
  638. 21:13to explain it. You can't do it in like a
  639. 21:156-minute news hit on Fox or CNN or even
  640. 21:17like a 15-minute 60-minute segment. You
  641. 21:20just can't do it. And no one wanted to
  642. 21:22be the one guy trying to do it. So,
  643. 21:25when I started putting together the film
  644. 21:27and socializing this safe way for people
  645. 21:29to step forward, it also quickly became
  646. 21:32those people's plan for disclosure.
  647. 21:34That's why Senator Rubio participated.
  648. 21:37That's why White House National Security
  649. 21:38Council members participated. It became
  650. 21:40amongst the group of people who had
  651. 21:41learned the truth, it became
  652. 21:44the plan for disclosure, the way to
  653. 21:45bring this information out in a
  654. 21:47thoughtful
  655. 21:48way. Do the presidents of the United
  656. 21:51States
  657. 21:52know about this stuff? Are they aware?
  658. 21:54>> Historically, no. Historically
  659. 21:55>> Yeah, and even Rubio says on camera
  660. 21:57that, you know, historically, this has
  661. 22:00been kept from even sitting presidents.
  662. 22:03Who would know then? So,
  663. 22:05a number of the people in my film break
  664. 22:06down um who's involved in legacy
  665. 22:09program.
  666. 22:11Now, sim- just to put it simply, it's
  667. 22:13elements of the CIA, elements of the Air
  668. 22:15Force, elements of the Department of
  669. 22:17Energy, and a few major defense
  670. 22:19contractors. And they have the ability
  671. 22:22to access information from a number of
  672. 22:24federal agencies and branches of the
  673. 22:25military, but the the primary leaders of
  674. 22:28this program are the CIA, the Air Force,
  675. 22:30the Department of Energy, and major
  676. 22:31defense contractors. And Rubio breaks
  677. 22:33down in the film the way our bureaucracy
  678. 22:35works, um
  679. 22:37you could have
  680. 22:38career bureaucrats in positions of power
  681. 22:41at those organizations for decades,
  682. 22:44and they can just wait out sitting
  683. 22:45presidents. They can wait out sitting
  684. 22:48senators.
  685. 22:48>> presidents as just temporary help.
  686. 22:51They're going to come and go. And that's
  687. 22:52what's been happening up until this
  688. 22:55point now. So, the fact that Rubio had
  689. 22:58learned so much about the reality of the
  690. 23:00the and the extent of the cover-up, and
  691. 23:02then ended up arguably the second most
  692. 23:04powerful guy in the world as our
  693. 23:05Secretary of State and our National
  694. 23:06Security Advisor at the same time,
  695. 23:08which has only happened once in US
  696. 23:09history, Henry Kissinger for 2 years. No
  697. 23:12one else has ever had both those jobs at
  698. 23:13the same time. The fact that he ended up
  699. 23:15in that position of power and influence
  700. 23:18after learning the reality of the
  701. 23:19situation, and right as the age of
  702. 23:22disclosure is coming out and driving
  703. 23:23this national conversation,
  704. 23:25it really led to the current President
  705. 23:28Trump being informed about this in a way
  706. 23:30that no president has in a very long
  707. 23:32time. So, are you saying that the United
  708. 23:34States don't think the public are ready
  709. 23:36to even know that this exists? Because,
  710. 23:39you know, they could tell us that they
  711. 23:41have recovered UAPs or aliens, whatever
  712. 23:44it might be, without telling us about
  713. 23:46the technology. They could, and I think
  714. 23:48we're going to get to that point.
  715. 23:49>> Yeah, I think that they were trapped in
  716. 23:51in the system that had that had grown
  717. 23:53up, and uh people behind the scenes
  718. 23:56working in the classified programs said,
  719. 23:59"Well, you know, we don't know how the
  720. 24:00public is going to respond, so let's be
  721. 24:03safe, and let's let's just keep it
  722. 24:05in-house." Do you think Trump believes
  723. 24:07that there are aliens? Cuz I I was
  724. 24:09looking at some of his quotes, and he
  725. 24:10said, "Well, I don't know if they're
  726. 24:12real or not. I don't have an opinion on
  727. 24:14it. I never talk about it. A lot of
  728. 24:16people do. A lot of people believe it."
  729. 24:18Barack Obama said that aliens are real.
  730. 24:22Well, he ain't supposed to provide
  731. 24:23information. He's not supposed to be
  732. 24:25doing that. So, aliens are real? No, I
  733. 24:27don't I don't have an opinion on it. I
  734. 24:29never talk about it. A lot of people do.
  735. 24:32A lot of people believe it.
  736. 24:34So, you believe it, Greer? Uh well, if
  737. 24:36the president can declassify anything
  738. 24:38that he wants to, so if he wants to make
  739. 24:39an announcement I may get him out of
  740. 24:41trouble by declassifying. One of the
  741. 24:43things that came out in the age of
  742. 24:44disclosure
  743. 24:46is that
  744. 24:48during Trump's first administration,
  745. 24:51his cabinet was briefed by the UAP Task
  746. 24:54Force, by Jay Stratton. And
  747. 24:57when he briefed them
  748. 24:58uh he was told that they had asked for
  749. 25:01this briefing
  750. 25:02because they needed to be able to
  751. 25:03evaluate what the repercussions would be
  752. 25:05if Trump decided to step to the
  753. 25:06microphone and tell the world we're not
  754. 25:08alone in the universe. Obviously, he
  755. 25:10didn't end up deciding to do that then.
  756. 25:12However, in this new administration
  757. 25:15he's got Rubio
  758. 25:17in the position of Secretary of State
  759. 25:18and National Security Advisor and fully
  760. 25:20aware of the situation and that has
  761. 25:23given him the comfort to put this this
  762. 25:24process in motion. There's certainly a
  763. 25:26disclosure process unfolding right now.
  764. 25:28Obama said in an interview that he did
  765. 25:30with Brian Tyler Cohen
  766. 25:32when asked about aliens, Obama said,
  767. 25:35"They're real, but I haven't seen them.
  768. 25:37They're not being kept at Area 51.
  769. 25:39There's no underground facility unless
  770. 25:41there's this enormous conspiracy and
  771. 25:43they hid it from the President of the
  772. 25:44United States." Now, that sounded to me
  773. 25:46like kind of sarcasm when he said
  774. 25:48they're real, but and then explained all
  775. 25:49that they're not real.
  776. 25:50They're real, but I haven't seen them
  777. 25:52and and and uh they're not being kept in
  778. 25:55uh Area 51. Uh there there's no
  779. 25:57underground uh facility unless there's
  780. 26:01this enormous conspiracy and they they
  781. 26:04hid it from the President of the United
  782. 26:06States.
  783. 26:07So, it would appear to me that Obama
  784. 26:09also doesn't know of any aliens. I think
  785. 26:12Obama was largely kept in the dark. I
  786. 26:15think he does know that the base fact
  787. 26:17that we're not alone in the universe and
  788. 26:18I actually think when he said they're
  789. 26:19real, I think he was being that was just
  790. 26:22candid.
  791. 26:23>> honest.
  792. 26:23>> That was his honest, candid, genuine
  793. 26:25statement. I think when he then said
  794. 26:27they're not kept at Area 51 I think he's
  795. 26:29also being honest cuz none of my sources
  796. 26:32say that say that UAP and aliens are
  797. 26:34being kept at Area 51. They're being
  798. 26:35kept somewhere else.
  799. 26:37Um
  800. 26:37so, I think he was being honest there
  801. 26:40and I think when he made the comment of
  802. 26:42uh unless there's a giant conspiracy, if
  803. 26:44you watch the tape, he like sips his cup
  804. 26:46and raises his eyebrows as he said. He
  805. 26:48thinks
  806. 26:48he knows there's a giant conspiracy.
  807. 26:50That's the truth. The following day uh
  808. 26:52Trump was asked about that on Air Force
  809. 26:54One and he responded saying Obama
  810. 26:57revealed classified information and he
  811. 26:58shouldn't have said that. And um
  812. 27:02I think that's the truth. Yeah. I think
  813. 27:04presidents don't don't know when they're
  814. 27:05and they're told not to talk about it.
  815. 27:07Trump has started to release a lot of
  816. 27:09classified information around UAP and
  817. 27:11aliens. The first batch of that was
  818. 27:13released a couple of days ago. What
  819. 27:15exactly is inside this report? There was
  820. 27:19a number of files, reports,
  821. 27:22video, and
  822. 27:24still images that were declassified.
  823. 27:27This is information that previously had
  824. 27:29been classified or just never really
  825. 27:32made public.
  826. 27:34This was just the first tranche of what
  827. 27:38has been what will be released.
  828. 27:40The most notable piece of evidence in
  829. 27:42there is an image, a still image, from
  830. 27:45the 1972 Apollo mission. It's an image
  831. 27:47of a triangle,
  832. 27:49seemingly triangle-shaped craft,
  833. 27:51hovering above the moon and above the
  834. 27:53astronauts. And the image was taken from
  835. 27:56the from the lunar module. And
  836. 27:59you know, the UAP task force looked into
  837. 28:01this image years ago and determined it
  838. 28:04was real. That seems to be the most
  839. 28:06glaring piece of evidence in this this
  840. 28:08tranche. But I will say this, Hal and I
  841. 28:10both have the same a lot of the same
  842. 28:11sources of information and
  843. 28:15everyone we've talked to at various
  844. 28:16federal agencies has told us that
  845. 28:19when the president gave this directive
  846. 28:20in middle of February for federal
  847. 28:22agencies to declassify evidence of
  848. 28:23non-human intelligent life and UAP,
  849. 28:26only a few
  850. 28:28engaged with it. They only gave a small
  851. 28:31percent of what they have.
  852. 28:33And they only had a couple weeks to do
  853. 28:34it.
  854. 28:35>> Mhm. One of the things I I think I've
  855. 28:36always struggled with with the idea of
  856. 28:38these kind of conspiracies um
  857. 28:41is that I don't know why that
  858. 28:42information would necessarily fall into
  859. 28:46the hands of like government officials
  860. 28:48because, you know, alien life forms or
  861. 28:49UAPs would be
  862. 28:51visible and would land in anyone's back
  863. 28:53garden. So, you would you could imagine
  864. 28:55a world, especially in a world where we
  865. 28:56have, I don't know, like 8 billion
  866. 28:57iPhones roaming around. Can imagine a
  867. 29:00world where if there was some kind of
  868. 29:01UAP crash in my garden, it would be on
  869. 29:04TikTok within 5 minutes. Yeah. Or if
  870. 29:06there really was
  871. 29:07>> Someone got there with an iPhone. You're
  872. 29:08right. You know, there was that incident
  873. 29:11earlier in the year with those with were
  874. 29:12they drones in in America flying
  875. 29:14>> Jersey. Jersey Jersey Jersey Jersey And
  876. 29:16that was on social media within minutes
  877. 29:18and everyone was talking about it and
  878. 29:19looking at what they were. I don't know,
  879. 29:21I think in the modern world because we
  880. 29:22have so many ways to capture
  881. 29:24high-quality video, if there was
  882. 29:26something out there, we would have seen
  883. 29:29a very clear image of this thing by now.
  884. 29:32>> Well, there's a lot That's why there
  885. 29:33there's a lot that came out in these
  886. 29:35files because over the years our sensor
  887. 29:37systems that the pilots have in their
  888. 29:39planes have gotten so much better.
  889. 29:42They've captured, really,
  890. 29:44a small amount. Does this life want to
  891. 29:46be seen? Do these aliens want us to know
  892. 29:48that they're I'd have to assume that
  893. 29:50given the level of quality of their
  894. 29:53technology, if they didn't want to be
  895. 29:54seen, we we wouldn't be seeing them.
  896. 29:57So, it seems like I would say there's
  897. 29:59evidence that, for whatever reason,
  898. 30:01they're they're they're wanting to be
  899. 30:03seen. But also like I my personal
  900. 30:05opinion is that if someone answers that
  901. 30:08question, they're answering it through
  902. 30:10the lens of like how humans think,
  903. 30:12right?
  904. 30:13For all we know,
  905. 30:14you know, we're we're ants to them. You
  906. 30:17know, you don't hide from the ants. You
  907. 30:18walk around them. You don't even But you
  908. 30:19also don't pay attention to them, you
  909. 30:21know? Based on their behavior from the
  910. 30:22interviews you've done,
  911. 30:25how do you think they view us? I I
  912. 30:27honestly feel like the dynamic is, you
  913. 30:30know, we are very very far below them on
  914. 30:33the food chain. You know, Hal makes an
  915. 30:35analogy in the film. He says, "The ants
  916. 30:37in your
  917. 30:39tree line in your backyard, they could
  918. 30:40be there for generations. You never
  919. 30:42think about them, you walk around them,
  920. 30:44you don't you're not hiding from them,
  921. 30:46but like they're there and you don't
  922. 30:47really care, right? But what happens if
  923. 30:49they evolve one day and out of nowhere
  924. 30:51they figured out how to get into your
  925. 30:53house and they beelined under your under
  926. 30:55your door and they're in your living
  927. 30:56room, right? We might have evolved
  928. 30:59technologically over the last 80 years
  929. 31:01since we cracked the atom so quickly
  930. 31:03that we're now, you know, the equivalent
  931. 31:05of the ants showing up in their living
  932. 31:07room. Like all of a sudden
  933. 31:09>> All of a sudden this warring species,
  934. 31:11this violent species, humans, you know,
  935. 31:14um
  936. 31:15we have we we progressed so quickly. We
  937. 31:17went from no real technological progress
  938. 31:20progress for a very long time to
  939. 31:22cracking the atom and then figuring out
  940. 31:23nuclear technology and then continuing
  941. 31:25to increase, you know, our our nuclear
  942. 31:27technology development.
  943. 31:29And, you know, we have this program that
  944. 31:32has been retrieving their crashed craft
  945. 31:34and trying to reverse engineer them. So,
  946. 31:36we might be at that point where we're
  947. 31:38about to do what they do and all of a
  948. 31:40sudden we are a problem. Um that might
  949. 31:43be the explanation of why they pay so
  950. 31:45much attention to our nuclear process.
  951. 31:47You know, there's a lot of UAP activity
  952. 31:49not only at the nuclear weapon sites all
  953. 31:51over the world, but um
  954. 31:54uh sites involved in the process, the
  955. 31:55nuclear process, like uranium mines or
  956. 31:58refineries. Is it you know
  957. 32:00>> It might just be we've [clears throat]
  958. 32:00gotten to the point where all of a
  959. 32:01sudden they have they have to
  960. 32:05In uh in the Soviet Union, uh
  961. 32:08the UAP came over and actually started
  962. 32:11a launch of the Russian missiles.
  963. 32:14I mean, they actually forced the system
  964. 32:17to start into a countdown process.
  965. 32:18>> know that?
  966. 32:20By the intelligence community's
  967. 32:23uh access to information about it.
  968. 32:25Every person we spoke to in Belorac of
  969. 32:27each has said they saw a flying saucer
  970. 32:29on that day.
  971. 32:31For hours it hovered over the nearby
  972. 32:33ballistic missile base. No No had
  973. 32:35touched any buttons. No one had entered
  974. 32:37any codes. And yet, as the UFO hovered
  975. 32:40over the base, the control panel showed
  976. 32:42the missiles were preparing to launch.
  977. 32:45For 15 agonizing seconds, the base lost
  978. 32:48control of its nuclear weapons.
  979. 32:51Logically, I would think that unusual
  980. 32:53activity would happen
  981. 32:56around consequential sites. Yes. You
  982. 32:58know, I'd be more surprised if there was
  983. 33:00really frequent unusual activity
  984. 33:02happening in my back garden, for
  985. 33:03example. But, around highly
  986. 33:06consequential sites, one would expect
  987. 33:08there to be
  988. 33:09people flying things around there,
  989. 33:10spying. You know what people are like
  990. 33:11with cameras these days. They want to
  991. 33:13take photos of anything interesting.
  992. 33:14They They hang around police stations
  993. 33:15and army barracks. Right. Right. So,
  994. 33:17logically, I would assume that there
  995. 33:18would be an an increased probability of
  996. 33:20strange activity in the sky above a
  997. 33:22nuclear site. Well, in fact, there was a
  998. 33:25group of people in the intelligence
  999. 33:26community who who recognized exactly
1000. 33:28what you're saying. And so, they decided
1001. 33:31to, you know, make an attractive magnet
1002. 33:34by getting a whole lot of nuclear
1003. 33:37assets in in one location to see if that
1004. 33:40would draw them in. And my understanding
  1005. 33:43it was successful.
1006. 33:44So, you know, our nation and other
1007. 33:46nations have figured out circumstances
1008. 33:48that can, for lack of a better term,
1009. 33:51bait UAP. Right. Right. Um
1010. 33:53a certain level of nuclear footprint in
  1011. 33:56a in a small radius
  1012. 33:58tends to attract them.
  1013. 34:00And um
1014. 34:01our nation figured that out a long time
1015. 34:03ago, and and so did other nations. One
1016. 34:05of the things that I I thought about is
1017. 34:07I know I know very little about physics,
1018. 34:08but I know one thing I know is how big
  1019. 34:10the universe is.
  1020. 34:12Now, I'm quite a big fan of SpaceX. I'm
1021. 34:13actually invested in the company. And um
  1022. 34:16from my fascination with space, I've
1023. 34:18learned just how big the universe is,
1024. 34:20and how long it would take us to travel
  1025. 34:21from,
1026. 34:22I don't know, Earth to the nearest uh
1027. 34:24galaxy. The closest star system to us,
1028. 34:27which is called Alpha Centauri, Mhm.
1029. 34:29Alpha Centauri, right. is over four
  1030. 34:32light years away, which is about 40 24
  1031. 34:35trillion miles.
  1032. 34:36>> Mhm.
1033. 34:38If we traveled at the impossible 10% of
1034. 34:41the speed of light, which is impossible,
  1035. 34:43currently impossible, it would take a
1036. 34:44ship 40 years to get there. Now,
1037. 34:47fortunately, what we learned in looking
1038. 34:50at what might be the underlying physics
  1039. 34:52and using Einstein's theory of general
1040. 34:54relativity, it turns out that there are
1041. 34:56ways of modifying the effective speed of
1042. 34:59light to make it much higher.
1043. 35:02Or much lower. So, you you you can do
1044. 35:05that. So, So, when you get into
  1045. 35:07potentially modifying
  1046. 35:09what we call the space-time metric,
1047. 35:11you could get to a point where you can
1048. 35:13make wormholes and warp drives, and
1049. 35:17those are things that are not off the
  1050. 35:19charts. I mean, they're actually
1051. 35:20textbooks by general relativity experts
1052. 35:23on on the fact that you could
  1053. 35:24re-engineer the space-time
1054. 35:26>> So, you're not saying So, you could do
1055. 35:27it. You could get from here to there.
1056. 35:30But, you're not saying you would travel
  1057. 35:31in like a like a a a line like you do in
  1058. 35:34a plane, right?
1059. 35:35>> Well, you could. You You could. It It If
1060. 35:37If you arrange for the effective speed
1061. 35:40of light in that line to be
1062. 35:44much higher, then without breaking the
1063. 35:45speed of light, you can zoom over there
1064. 35:48very quickly. So, you even even in in in
  1065. 35:51the straight line uh
1066. 35:53But, no no one at the moment knows how
1067. 35:55to do that on Earth.
  1068. 35:57I think I think
1069. 35:58>> write the equations and see how it
1070. 36:00doesn't violate our physics equations,
  1071. 36:02but we don't have the
1072. 36:04uh engineering capabilities. So, we
1073. 36:07figured out basically we figured out
1074. 36:09like how these how these craft are
1075. 36:11operating, the theory of it, but we
1076. 36:14don't have the material sciences right
1077. 36:15to exactly to replicate it. What I'm
1078. 36:17pointing out is if you travel at that
1079. 36:18speed across the universe, if you even
  1080. 36:20hit I don't know
1081. 36:22an object the size of a pebble, it would
1082. 36:24be like a nuclear explosion. Yeah, but
  1083. 36:26thing is, when you're modifying uh
1084. 36:29it's sort of like making like like a
  1085. 36:31surfer wave on
1086. 36:34you know at the seashore, you you
1087. 36:36arrange to have space moving ahead like
1088. 36:39that. So, you come up to a rock, it's
1089. 36:41just going to push it aside. So, so
1090. 36:44>> engineer that. This is how I've wrapped
  1091. 36:45my head around it. Essentially, they're
  1092. 36:47they're warping space-time in a
  1093. 36:49localized area. They're creating immense
1094. 36:50amount of energy around the craft and it
  1095. 36:53creates essentially a bubble around the
1096. 36:55craft. And that bubble separates the
1097. 36:57craft from the environment around it.
1098. 36:59So, the environment has no no impact on
1099. 37:02the craft. That's why we see transmedium
1100. 37:04travel like a craft going, you know,
1101. 37:06smooth from space to air to the water
  1102. 37:08without even a splash. The environment
1103. 37:11around the bubble has no bearing on the
1104. 37:14craft inside it. And the craft inside it
  1105. 37:16is in its own space-time.
1106. 37:18And once you wrap your head around that,
1107. 37:20then things like interstellar travel
  1108. 37:22become totally possible.
1109. 37:25I'm 100% more productive using this app,
  1110. 37:27despite spending 50% less time typing.
1111. 37:30And that might confuse you, but let me
1112. 37:32explain, which is exactly why I invested
1113. 37:33in WhisperFlow. They're also one of our
1114. 37:36sponsors on this podcast. WhisperFlow
1115. 37:38turns your speech into text, so you can
1116. 37:40send it in any app or device at any
  1117. 37:43time. And I promise you, it doesn't seem
1118. 37:44to ever make mistakes. This is the most
  1119. 37:47accurate voice dictation I have ever
1120. 37:49used after a decade of trying to get one
1121. 37:51to work. Not only does it save me a ton
1122. 37:53of time, it also corrects your speech if
  1123. 37:55you change your mind mid-sentence before
1124. 37:57turning it into text on the device. I
1125. 37:59love it and I know my team loves it,
1126. 38:00too, because when I posted it in our
1127. 38:01Slack channel asking if anybody wanted a
1128. 38:03pro version, half the office said yes
1129. 38:05and they had it within an hour, which
1130. 38:07tells me everything. This is the tool
1131. 38:09you and your team need to speed
1132. 38:11yourselves up and to capture those
  1133. 38:13important ideas so that they don't
  1134. 38:15disappear. Head over to

1138. 38:26I run multiple companies that have
1139. 38:28multiple sales teams. And one of the
  1140. 38:29things as a founder of a company that's
1141. 38:31often confusing is you find it hard to
1142. 38:33figure out where sales are. So about 10
1143. 38:35years ago I started using Pipedrive in
1144. 38:37my former company and it's also the
1145. 38:39reason why I switched over all of my
1146. 38:40commercial teams in my current media
  1147. 38:42company called steven.com to use
1148. 38:43Pipedrive as well. Not only do they
1149. 38:45sponsor this show, but they've been an
1150. 38:46incredibly effective way of scaling our
1151. 38:48sales engine over the years. Pipedrive
1152. 38:49is an easy-to-use intelligent CRM and at
1153. 38:52its very core it makes your sales
  1154. 38:54process visible through one dashboard, a
1155. 38:57visual pipeline showing every deal, what
1156. 39:00stage it's in, what needs to happen
1157. 39:02next, and it's all in real time with no
  1158. 39:04delay. It doesn't magically close the
1159. 39:06deal for you, of course, but it does
1160. 39:07replace complexity with clarity. If you
  1161. 39:10want to join over 100,000 companies
1162. 39:12already using Pipedrive, you can use my
  1163. 39:14link for a 30-day free trial with no
1164. 39:16credit card payment needed. Head to
  1165. 39:18pipedrive.com/ceo
  1166. 39:21to get started. That's
  1167. 39:22pipedrive.com/ceo.
1168. 39:25I'll see you over there.
1169. 39:28One of the paradoxes with this is they
1170. 39:29appear to be such so advanced in their
  1171. 39:32physics
1172. 39:33and their technology, if I could call it
1173. 39:36that, but at the same time they seem to
  1174. 39:37be crashing a lot. Which is a bit of a
  1175. 39:40paradox, isn't Actually, [clears throat]
1176. 39:41some of them have not crashed but have
  1177. 39:44been
1178. 39:45simply left in the desert.
  1179. 39:48Sort of like a gift or a donation. We're
1180. 39:51still trying to figure that out. So I
1181. 39:53mean some of them do do do crash and and
1182. 39:56it can have maybe some of our
  1183. 39:58electromagnetic pulsing and laser
1184. 40:00pulsing can interfere with their
1185. 40:02technology and and and and you might get
1186. 40:04a crash. Why why don't you Why do you
  1187. 40:06think another country hasn't come
  1188. 40:08forward with
  1189. 40:09similar disclosures and similar
  1190. 40:11evidence? I actually think there's a
1191. 40:13really simple answer for that. I think
1192. 40:15our allies follow the US's lead. Right.
  1193. 40:18And I think our adversaries,
1194. 40:21primarily China and Russia, have no
  1195. 40:23reason to go public.
1196. 40:25They don't have the same sort of
1197. 40:26societies and dynamics. Like Xi can do
  1198. 40:29what he wants anyway. What's What's the
  1199. 40:31advantage to him?
1200. 40:32Same thing with Putin. You know, there
1201. 40:34is no advantage. And when you look at it
1202. 40:36that way, you really quickly get to the,
  1203. 40:38you know,
1204. 40:39this is the way it is for that reason.
1205. 40:41They did a study in 2026 and found that
1206. 40:4345 planets are likely capable of
  1207. 40:45supporting life.
1208. 40:47They call this the habitable zone out of
  1209. 40:49more than 6,000 planets discovered so
1210. 40:52far by NASA. Mhm. Um there are
  1211. 40:54approximately a trillion galaxies in the
1212. 40:56universe and within these galaxies
1213. 40:58100,000 planets could potentially host
1214. 41:01life according to Oxford University.
1215. 41:03Now, I believe that if you think about
  1216. 41:05the entire universe,
1217. 41:08I believe that we're not the only life
1218. 41:10in the universe. Yes, right. I think
  1219. 41:12that's I mean I think that's a very
  1220. 41:13scientific conclusion. Probabilistically
1221. 41:16it would be pretty incredible if we
  1222. 41:17were. I mean, it'd be just it's almost
1223. 41:19inconceivable that we are. The question
1224. 41:21of whether that life has been here is a
1225. 41:23question that for me is still a big
  1226. 41:24question mark.
  1227. 41:26Because I just, you know, I also I think
1228. 41:28Elon, you know, whatever you think about
1229. 41:30Elon, he is someone that seems to just
  1230. 41:32say what he thinks.
1231. 41:33And this is part of what's caused his
1232. 41:35companies a lot of problems. He seems to
1233. 41:36be pretty unfiltered. He has been asked
1234. 41:39multiple times as well if he believes
1235. 41:40that they are there are aliens in the in
1236. 41:43in our galaxy and he has said on
  1237. 41:45multiple occasions that he doesn't
1238. 41:47believe that to be the case. And you
  1239. 41:48know, he's launching rockets all the
1240. 41:49time. So, he said, I heard him say, "If
1241. 41:51anyone should know, it should be me."
1242. 41:54You do think he knows?
1243. 41:56I think that you can't operate in space
1244. 42:00at at at the level he does or operate as
1245. 42:03a contractor at the level he does
  1246. 42:06um
1247. 42:07without having clearances that require
  1248. 42:10secrecy. You know, there's
  1249. 42:12there's there's all kinds of
1250. 42:14uh uh levels of secrecy. You know,
1251. 42:16there's Everyone knows the word
  1252. 42:17classified, right? There's classified
  1253. 42:18projects, but there's also black
1254. 42:20projects that are unacknowledged special
1255. 42:22access programs where you literally by
  1256. 42:25law required
1257. 42:27to not acknowledge the existence of the
  1258. 42:29program or anything it does. That's
1259. 42:31literally the the Anything it knows.
  1260. 42:32Yeah. That's literally the whole They're
1261. 42:34They're literally referred to as
  1262. 42:35unacknowledged special access programs.
1263. 42:37That would be his team as well, wouldn't
  1264. 42:39So, if you're involved with an
  1265. 42:40unacknowledged special access program,
1266. 42:42if someone asks you about it,
1267. 42:43you you have to say you have no idea
1268. 42:45what they're talking about. And all of
  1269. 42:46his team.
1270. 42:47If if they are a part of the program,
  1271. 42:49yeah.
1272. 42:50But just because someone's um read it on
1273. 42:52an unacknowledged special access program
1274. 42:55doesn't mean all their employees are.
1275. 42:57Elon said um that we have 9,000
  1276. 42:59satellites up there. He's referring to
1277. 43:01his company Starlink, and not once have
1278. 43:02we had to maneuver around an alien
1279. 43:04spaceship. He argues that if aliens were
1280. 43:06constantly visiting Earth, the aerospace
1281. 43:08experts who watch these guys every day
1282. 43:10would be the first to know. Well, look,
1283. 43:13NASA also has said for decades that they
  1284. 43:15have no evidence
  1285. 43:16of extraterrestrial [laughter]
1286. 43:18life or UAPs, and last Friday the
  1287. 43:21federal government released a photo of a
  1288. 43:22triangle craft hovering over the 1972
  1289. 43:24Apollo space mission. So, somebody's
  1290. 43:26somebody's not being honest.
1291. 43:28Right. You know, which also implies a
1292. 43:30lot of other people know things that
  1293. 43:32they haven't revealed.
1294. 43:34I think I've heard you say before how
  1295. 43:35that you think
1296. 43:37this intelligent life actually exists
  1297. 43:39amongst us. Yeah, I I The quote was
1298. 43:41they are not occasional visitors. They
1299. 43:43live secretly alongside humans, but with
1300. 43:45advanced technology. We have so many
1301. 43:47sightings and so many uh
1302. 43:50even access to materials and so on.
  1303. 43:54I mean, they're all over the place. 65%
1304. 43:56of Americans believe intelligent life
1305. 43:58exists on other planets. 40% of people
1306. 44:00say military reported UFOs are probably
  1307. 44:02evidence of extraterrestrial life,
1308. 44:05according to Pew Research. And 30% of
1309. 44:06Americans believe UFOs or unidentified
1310. 44:08flying objects are probably alien ships
1311. 44:10of life form. And 47% of Americans
1312. 44:13believe aliens have definitely or
1313. 44:14probably visited Earth at some point,
1314. 44:16according to YouGov. Half of Americans
  1315. 44:19believe that UFOs
1316. 44:22{slash} aliens have definitely or
1317. 44:24probably visited life at some point.
  1318. 44:27Mhm. Quite a lot of people.
1319. 44:28>> Well, you see you see you see the the
1320. 44:30Age of Disclosure film and the people
1321. 44:33that came forward. I mean, you had
  1322. 44:35Clapper, ex uh
1323. 44:37head of the office of Director of
1324. 44:39National Intelligence and Senator Rubio
1325. 44:41at the time, now in his elevated
  1326. 44:44position and so on.
1327. 44:46You now have people of real quality and
  1328. 44:49you know they're not lying. And they're
1329. 44:52coming forth and saying, "This is real
1330. 44:54and we got to deal with it. And there's
1331. 44:57a lot we don't know about it." Could you
  1332. 44:59be wrong?
  1333. 45:01Um I don't think it's about
1334. 45:02[clears throat] whether I'm wrong or how
  1335. 45:04strong. You'd have to believe that
1336. 45:07senior leadership across the government,
1337. 45:10the military, the intelligence community
1338. 45:12that has access to classified
  1339. 45:14information
1340. 45:15and is saying, "Based on the classified
1341. 45:17information they have seen, this is a
  1342. 45:18real situation." You'd have to believe
1343. 45:20all of those people are lying for some
  1344. 45:22bizarre unexplained reason.
1345. 45:25So, I find that hard to believe.
1346. 45:27Could it be the case that all of those
1347. 45:29people were misinterpreting what they
  1348. 45:31were seeing?
1349. 45:32They they saw something, you know, if
1350. 45:34at flight altitude they saw something
1351. 45:35moving in their visors when they're up
  1352. 45:37in space.
  1353. 45:39Not really, because
1354. 45:40>> No, no, I mean, in some cases that could
1355. 45:42be the case, but then when you have
  1356. 45:44actual materials, crashed craft,
  1357. 45:47bodies that aren't
1358. 45:49human. Also, a lot of these sightings um
1359. 45:53they're now in the process of the White
1360. 45:55House, cabinet members are in the
  1361. 45:57process of
1362. 45:59identifying where the evidence exists
1363. 46:01within federal agencies and the military
1364. 46:03so they can get access to it themselves
1365. 46:06and then determine from there what can
1366. 46:08safely be shared with the public. I
1367. 46:10think once they get their hands on more
1368. 46:12evidence, then a plan would put in place
1369. 46:15for telling the world this conclusion. I
  1370. 46:17think we're we're it's like
  1371. 46:19>> We're close.
1372. 46:19>> Fait accompli basically. Like it's going
1373. 46:21to get to that point relatively soon. If
1374. 46:23we get to that point and you get
1375. 46:24personally invited in to wherever
1376. 46:26they're keeping the these materials and
1377. 46:28you get to see every single file that
1378. 46:29exists and as you go through those files
  1379. 46:31you realize that
1380. 46:34a lot of what you've been told is not
  1381. 46:35true because there's other explanations.
1382. 46:38How would it like fundamentally change
1383. 46:39the way that you see the world?
1384. 46:42Some of some of the UAP we've seen like
1385. 46:44take the famous everybody knows the Tic
1386. 46:46Tac UFO, right? The Commander David
1387. 46:48Fravor, the Navy fighter pilot,
  1388. 46:50interacted with in 2004, right?
1389. 46:52>> I'll put that on the screen for anyone
1390. 46:53that hasn't seen it. Great. And so take
1391. 46:55that take that UAP for example.
1392. 46:58Multiple data collection systems and
1393. 47:00Commander David Fravor, a legend in the
1394. 47:02in the Navy, Top Gun guy, commander of
1395. 47:05an entire naval strike group, right?
1396. 47:07Like total badass, legend legend of a
  1397. 47:11guy.
1398. 47:12He sees this with his own eyes and a
1399. 47:14bunch of data collection systems
  1400. 47:15captured data confirming it's real. This
1401. 47:17UAP went from hovering above the ocean
1402. 47:20to instantly being at 80,000 ft which is
1403. 47:23the entrance to space, right? And it did
  1404. 47:25that maneuver all afternoon.
1405. 47:28The amount of energy required to do that
  1406. 47:30is so bonkers.
1407. 47:33It's we do not humans do No human beings
1408. 47:35have the ability to create that must
1409. 47:37that much energy, right? In a localized
1410. 47:38area for for an aircraft.
  1411. 47:41And and so
1412. 47:43to answer your question, if we find out
  1413. 47:46you know
1414. 47:47the unthinkable, that this is not
1415. 47:48non-human intelligent life, that some
1416. 47:51humans have figured out how to crack
  1417. 47:52that technology
1418. 47:54and did it as recent as 2004 when the
  1419. 47:56Tic Tac incident happened.
  1420. 47:58That would
  1421. 48:00be even more mind-blowing than
1422. 48:04accepting that life from elsewhere is
1423. 48:06here and has been here a long time
1424. 48:07because that would mean that some some
1425. 48:09group of humans leapfrogged the rest of
1426. 48:12all of humanity technologically by
1427. 48:15thousands of years and then seemingly
1428. 48:18did nothing with that. Or it could be
  1429. 48:20something else. That's the nature of
1430. 48:22unusual things. They become great
1431. 48:23stories. So I I think in the case of the
  1432. 48:25Tic Tac incident, again, I'm what I'm
1433. 48:26trying to do is interrogate this from
1434. 48:29all angles. Is could it have been
  1435. 48:31something else?
1436. 48:33Could it be Any any isolated event like
1437. 48:35that you could do the whole could it be
1438. 48:37this, could it be that thing, but it's
1439. 48:38the it's the you got to take a step back
1440. 48:40and look at this the collective. It's
1441. 48:42one report like that after another from
1442. 48:44credible people since World War II.
1443. 48:48You know, during World War II pilots
1444. 48:49were seeing what they called the Foo
1445. 48:50Fighters, like these orbs that would
1446. 48:53move alongside uh our our fighter jets,
1447. 48:56right? Like they would like they would
1448. 48:58move in in line with them.
1449. 49:00Um And now we have we have people on
1450. 49:03ships seeing these things enter the
1451. 49:05water and then moving at, you know,
  1452. 49:07Impossible speeds.
1453. 49:08>> knots or something, which no no human
1454. 49:12being could could do that.
1455. 49:12>> as I know, our fastest submarines go
1456. 49:14like 50 miles an hour. These things are
1457. 49:16going hundreds of miles an hour under
1458. 49:17the ocean. So these craft are
  1459. 49:19transmedium. They're seen in space,
1460. 49:21they're seen in the air, they're seen
  1461. 49:23underwater.
1462. 49:24There's just too much activity to to
1463. 49:26ignore. Yeah, and and that would be a
1464. 49:28hard one to say, "Well, you know, is
1465. 49:30there some sonar thing that makes you
1466. 49:32think something is doing that?" But it's
1467. 49:34seen enough times under enough different
1468. 49:36conditions that we just have to accept
1469. 49:38it as real. Is there a reason why this
1470. 49:41hasn't been captured on like an iPhone?
  1471. 49:43When like in 4K? There's been a lot of
1472. 49:46stuff captured on phones and video
1473. 49:48cameras. In in that scene in the Age of
  1474. 49:50Disclosure I mentioned where Hal and
1475. 49:51some of the other people break down how
1476. 49:53these things are working and they
  1477. 49:54describe that they're creating a a warp
1478. 49:55bubble around the craft. That warp
1479. 49:57bubble also makes it very hard to get a
  1480. 50:00clear video of something cuz you're
  1481. 50:02you're taking a photo or a video
  1482. 50:04through
  1483. 50:05essentially a space-time barrier, you
  1484. 50:07know?
  1485. 50:07>> barrier.
1486. 50:08>> the equivalent of taking pictures of
1487. 50:11trying to take video of like koi fish in
1488. 50:13a pond from above the water. It's going
1489. 50:14to look all distorted cuz you're going
  1490. 50:16through the water.
  1491. 50:17If you're if you're trying to video or
  1492. 50:19take a photo through a
1493. 50:20this bubble, it makes it pretty hard.
1494. 50:22And then you end up with the kind of
  1495. 50:23videos we we see.
1496. 50:25Um you'll probably be familiar with this
1497. 50:26NASA report that they produced on UAPs,
1498. 50:29independent study team report where they
  1499. 50:31they essentially say that they don't
  1500. 50:32believe that this
1501. 50:34these UAPs are are aliens. Why would
1502. 50:37NASA be lying? Like all these big
  1503. 50:39bureaucracies, there's people who are
1504. 50:41aware of the truth and then there's
  1505. 50:42people who
1506. 50:44have the truth kept from them. Or, you
1507. 50:45know, one of the people I interviewed
1508. 50:47was Mike Mike Gold who was on the UAP uh
1509. 50:50the NASA UAP task force. And he talked
  1510. 50:53about um how that
1511. 50:56effort was was was flawed from the
  1512. 50:59start. They didn't want to have a result
1513. 51:01that said NASA has all this information
1514. 51:03that they've kept from the public. They
1515. 51:05wanted the result that that they landed
1516. 51:07on, which is there's nothing to see
1517. 51:08here. And they were really discouraged
1518. 51:10from um for example, the uh that that
  1519. 51:13image of a triangle
1520. 51:15what clearly appears to be a triangle
1521. 51:16craft over the moon, um
1522. 51:18they were told not to not to include
  1523. 51:21that in their report.
1524. 51:23Like they were they they they were not
1525. 51:25set up to tell the world the truth.
1526. 51:28There should be a button just down below
1527. 51:30here. And if it says subscribe, you're
1528. 51:32already subscribed. If it says subscribe
1529. 51:34bar, that means you're not yet. And if
1530. 51:36you're not subscribed, please could you
1531. 51:37do us a favor and hit that button. It
1532. 51:38helps to show more than you know. And
  1533. 51:40according to the algorithm, you're
1534. 51:41someone that watches our show, but you
1535. 51:43haven't yet hit that button. Thank you
  1536. 51:44so much.
1537. 51:46In your view, is it possible that aliens
  1538. 51:50aren't
1539. 51:51aren't real? Is it possible?
  1540. 51:54Possible.
  1541. 51:55>> I think I'm missing the question.
  1542. 51:57So, you think it's impossible?
1543. 51:58>> Yeah, using the term alien, you know,
1544. 52:00has a certain connotation about it. So,
1545. 52:02we can certainly say, I mean, that the
1546. 52:04evidence is absolutely clear that there
1547. 52:06is some form of life with advanced
1548. 52:08technology. You know, if you want to
1549. 52:10say, "Well, what can I prove about about
1550. 52:13it?" Well, that those are still unknowns
  1551. 52:15that we're trying to suss out.
1552. 52:18I got access at a very high to a very
1553. 52:20high level of the government, the
  1554. 52:22military intelligence community. And
1555. 52:23there were a lot of people who talked to
1556. 52:24me off the record that wouldn't go on
1557. 52:26camera. There were a lot of people who
1558. 52:29couldn't tell me about classified
  1559. 52:30information. I didn't want to know
  1560. 52:31classified information.
1561. 52:33But, they all made it very clear, um,
1562. 52:36not just on camera, but off the record,
1563. 52:38that there that there is evidence at a
1564. 52:40classified level that is clear as day,
1565. 52:43like some video taken when like the
1566. 52:45bubble is turned off and you can see a
1567. 52:48a craft of non-human origin clear as
1568. 52:50day. And there is evidence of the
  1569. 52:53technology that's been recovered and of
1570. 52:55these bodies. And when you have when if
1571. 52:56you put yourself in my shoes, when you
1572. 52:58have so many senior people across the
  1573. 53:00military, government intelligence
  1574. 53:01community telling you this, it's it's
1575. 53:03really just impossible to ignore it,
1576. 53:05especially when most of them aren't even
  1577. 53:06friends. They're not like ideologically
  1578. 53:08aligned or politically aligned. They're
1579. 53:10all just different groups of people. I'm
1580. 53:12less compelled by eyewitnesses. This is
1581. 53:14the problem cuz you know, I'm such a big
  1582. 53:15true crime fan.
  1583. 53:17>> [laughter]
1584. 53:17>> I hear about all the bloody cases where
1585. 53:18eyewitnesses said this and then they
1586. 53:20find out the serial killer wasn't that
1587. 53:21person or that thing didn't happen. So,
1588. 53:23and I also just have my own experiences
1589. 53:25of like thinking I saw things when I was
  1590. 53:26younger. Here's an interesting thing you
1591. 53:28just made me think of. So, in the film,
1592. 53:30uh, Rubio and General Jim Clapper, two
1593. 53:32people who are completely ideologically
1594. 53:35and politically opposed to each other,
  1595. 53:37made the same
  1596. 53:38really intelligent point.
  1597. 53:41And they both have knowledge at a a
1598. 53:43classified level of the situation.
  1599. 53:46They both said
  1600. 53:47a problem we
  1601. 53:49as humans have
1602. 53:50is that there's something in the human
1603. 53:52psyche that says, I cannot wrap my head
  1604. 53:55around or prepare for things I haven't
1605. 53:58seen or experienced, right? And time and
  1606. 54:01time again throughout history
1607. 54:03that has proven to be like a human flaw,
1608. 54:05right? Rubio goes on to say that the
1609. 54:08greatest intelligence failures in US
  1610. 54:10history
1611. 54:11come from a lack of imagination. And he
1612. 54:13cites a few examples. He says, we never
1613. 54:16would have imagined the Japanese could
1614. 54:19figure out how to get torpedoes through
1615. 54:20the straits and hit us at Pearl Harbor
1616. 54:22until they did. Um he says we never
1617. 54:25would have imagined terrorists would fly
1618. 54:27to the homeland, learn to fly commercial
1619. 54:30planes and then use them in a terrorist
1620. 54:31attack until they did, right? Um he says
1621. 54:34some other examples, too. But time and
1622. 54:36time again, not wrapping our head around
1623. 54:38a set of circumstances that and using
1624. 54:40our imagination to think about what
1625. 54:41might happen or what might be happening
1626. 54:44has it's bit us in the ass. And he he
1627. 54:46ends his line of thought by saying lack
1628. 54:48of imagination leads to strategic
  1629. 54:50surprise like Pearl Harbor, like 9/11.
1630. 54:52And sometimes strategic surprise changes
1631. 54:54the course of history. Mhm. And so
1632. 54:57you know, him and and other people I
  1633. 54:58interviewed think it's really important
1634. 55:00to get ahead of this as opposed to
1635. 55:02waiting for something to happen. As
1636. 55:03opposed to waiting for, you know, to
1637. 55:05find out the hard way that China, you
1638. 55:07know, cracked this technology before us
1639. 55:08and used it as in an act of war or uh
1640. 55:12non-human intelligent life uh does
1641. 55:14something unpredictable and then all of
1642. 55:16a sudden the US government's on its
1643. 55:18heels and so are other governments on
1644. 55:20their heels explaining to the public
  1645. 55:21what they've known for a long time. I
1646. 55:23I've often heard that the reason why
1647. 55:24they don't tell the general public that
1648. 55:26these things exist is because the
  1649. 55:27general public aren't ready for this
  1650. 55:29information.
1651. 55:31Is that an argument? I've not really
1652. 55:33heard you guys say that.
1653. 55:34>> Yeah, no, people there are people
  1654. 55:35involved in
  1655. 55:37gatekeeping this information that don't
1656. 55:39think the public can handle the truth.
1657. 55:40Uh you know, Hal recently told me that
1658. 55:42people in the legacy program are
1659. 55:43pointing to the Age of Disclosure and
1660. 55:45saying, "Look, this film reveals a lot
  1661. 55:47and people aren't losing their you
  1662. 55:50know? People aren't jumping out of
  1663. 55:51windows. It's not causing chaos in
1664. 55:52society." Like the public can handle the
1665. 55:55base facts. Of all the things you've
1666. 55:57heard, Dan, what is the What was the
1667. 55:59most compelling story or anecdote that
1668. 56:00you heard that convinced you?
1669. 56:02It was really just the sheer number of
  1670. 56:05very high-level military government
1671. 56:07intelligence officials who were telling
1672. 56:09me in in private settings to my face,
  1673. 56:12you know,
1674. 56:13that at a classified level they know
1675. 56:16with absolute certainty this is real.
1676. 56:18But if you had to pick one story? Oh, I
  1677. 56:20mean, it's really it's really
  1678. 56:22it wasn't one It really wasn't one thing
1679. 56:24for me. It was like it was the overall.
  1680. 56:26It's like, for example, I I interviewed
1681. 56:28Rubio and Gillibrand Senator Gillibrand
1682. 56:29on the same day. They both participated
1683. 56:32in the film and did lengthy interviews
1684. 56:34with me. And both looked me in the face
1685. 56:36and told me they thought this was the
  1686. 56:37most important documentary that's ever
1687. 56:38been made. And that this was really
1688. 56:40important to bring this information out
1689. 56:42in a thoughtful way to the public and
1690. 56:44make them aware of what's happening. You
1691. 56:46You can't like unhear stuff like that,
  1692. 56:47you know?
  1693. 56:48Um
1694. 56:49and it makes it makes an impact on you.
1695. 56:51What about you, Hal? What was the most
  1696. 56:53persuasive thing that you
1697. 56:55that tipped you over the edge from a,
1698. 56:56you know, maybe being agnostic to
  1699. 56:58believing that there are
1700. 56:59non-human intelligent life amongst us?
  1701. 57:03Well, it's looking at the technology,
  1702. 57:05which is so advanced,
  1703. 57:07that I'm that I'm essentially certain
  1704. 57:10that no
1705. 57:11uh us or our adversaries could have made
  1706. 57:14it.
1707. 57:15So, somebody actually made it and it has
1708. 57:18to be somebody who knows a lot more
1709. 57:20about physics than we do.
  1710. 57:22I mean, there's there's there's nowhere
1711. 57:24to go but to say, "Okay, there's
1712. 57:26somebody who is way beyond
1713. 57:29humans to develop that kind of
1714. 57:32technology and display it. Of all the
1715. 57:34evidence that's been released and all of
1716. 57:35the rumors and videos and you know,
1717. 57:37going back to the crop fields that we
1718. 57:39used to hear about many years ago,
  1719. 57:41presumably there's lots of this stuff
  1720. 57:43that you don't believe.
1721. 57:44That you think is nonsense.
  1722. 57:46>> definitely there's definitely
  1723. 57:47>> tons of them.
1724. 57:48>> of reports that are that when you look
1725. 57:50into them seem like for sure.
1726. 57:54Because you know, one of the things
1727. 57:55people often say is that alien encounter
1728. 57:57descriptions perfectly match the pop
  1729. 57:58culture of that era.
1730. 58:00So, people saw flying saucers in the in
  1731. 58:02the 1950s after sci-fi movies
1732. 58:04popularized them and gray aliens in the
1733. 58:061980s after books like Communion
1734. 58:10popularized them. And this kind of
  1735. 58:11suggests that
1736. 58:13sightings are born from human
  1737. 58:14imagination versus
  1738. 58:16Well, I I think I and I think that's a
  1739. 58:18reasonable uh
  1740. 58:20place to come to. I think I think a lot
1741. 58:22of the reports that we get,
1742. 58:24you know, we can generally set aside as
  1743. 58:26being, you know, just
1744. 58:28manufactured by humans who get caught up
  1745. 58:31in the sort of
1746. 58:32a give and take on social media and so
  1747. 58:34on.
1748. 58:35But, nonetheless, when you really zero
1749. 58:38in on actual evidence of technologies
  1750. 58:41and evidence of bodies,
  1751. 58:43there you can't just say it's uh
  1752. 58:46you know, it's just social contagion.
1753. 58:48>> Yeah, when I think about the
1754. 58:49technologies, when I watch like the Tic
  1755. 58:50Tac video, Mhm. it's kind of blurry. I
1756. 58:52don't really know what I'm looking at.
1757. 58:54Like there's this thing moving around on
1758. 58:56the screen that's like black and white,
  1759. 58:57but I don't really know what I'm looking
1760. 58:59at. And I think this has always been the
1761. 59:00struggle with it is we're so used to
1762. 59:02consuming content in high definition
1763. 59:05that we can clearly and it it appears to
1764. 59:07be the case that so many of these UAP
1765. 59:09videos are like in the distance and kind
  1766. 59:10of blurry and vague.
1767. 59:12So, it makes them harder to believe. And
  1768. 59:15I just I think we're all longing for
1769. 59:16like a solid video. You talked about
1770. 59:18them going in and out of the water.
1771. 59:20How come someone's not got a You got If
1772. 59:22someone like falls over and we we we
1773. 59:24capture it all on camera these days.
1774. 59:26CCTV cameras on every high street. Why
1775. 59:28is there no like a solid video of
1776. 59:30something going in the water and out of
  1777. 59:32the water?
1778. 59:32>> Look, multiple people said on camera
1779. 59:35they have seen with their own eyes
1780. 59:37classified videos that are indisputable.
1781. 59:40Um and some of them told me specifics
1782. 59:42like that story I told you that the
1783. 59:43first video Jay Stratton was shown when
1784. 59:45he went down this rabbit hole. It was a
  1785. 59:46triangle craft hovering over a nuclear
1786. 59:48weapon site. Uh Air Force security
1787. 59:51guards had filmed it on a little VHS
1788. 59:52camera that they had. It was It was
1789. 59:54hovering long enough for them to do
1790. 59:55that. You know, that kind of evidence
  1791. 59:56exists, but it's just still classified.
1792. 59:58Will it be coming out, do you think? I I
  1793. 1:00:00I hope so. I I I know this process is
1794. 1:00:02playing out right now where people like
1795. 1:00:04like Jay Stratton are helping the
1796. 1:00:05administration find where the evidence
1797. 1:00:08exists so they can get their hands on it
1798. 1:00:10and then determine whether it can safely
1799. 1:00:12be declassified. Like that process is
1800. 1:00:14definitely playing out right now. Do you
1801. 1:00:16think Do you trust the Trump
1802. 1:00:17administration to release all of the
  1803. 1:00:19available information? I I don't think
1804. 1:00:21it's a question of do we trust the
1805. 1:00:23current administration will release it.
1806. 1:00:25It's do we think all these federal
1807. 1:00:27agencies and branches of the military
  1808. 1:00:29are going to turn
1809. 1:00:31over the evidence they have to the
  1810. 1:00:33administration. That's the question. And
  1811. 1:00:35the jury's still out on that. They're
  1812. 1:00:36They're not right now. They're pushing
  1813. 1:00:37back.
  1814. 1:00:38And they're pushing back hard. And
1815. 1:00:40that's why the administration is working
1816. 1:00:42with people like Stratton like Jay
1817. 1:00:43Stratton who who who have who over 16
1818. 1:00:46years has learned where a lot of this
  1819. 1:00:47evidence is. Um they're working with
1820. 1:00:49people like him to find out where the
  1821. 1:00:51evidence sits, who who's gatekeeping it
1822. 1:00:54at each of these different
1823. 1:00:54organizations, and how to get to it. Um
  1824. 1:00:58so they're doing They're doing a
  1825. 1:00:59fact-finding mission right now.
1826. 1:01:06Woah. What's that on your face? This is
1827. 1:01:08a My Bond Charge face mask. I've been
1828. 1:01:10wearing this for some time now. They're

1834. 1:01:19better. And then people more people
  1835. 1:01:21listen to the podcast cuz I I look
  1836. 1:01:22better. Professional-grade equipment in
  1837. 1:01:24such a small box. It's non-invasive. And
1838. 1:01:27having sat here with so many of the
  1839. 1:01:28world's leading health professionals,
  1840. 1:01:30there's various things that I repeatedly
  1841. 1:01:32hear work, and some things I'm a bit
1842. 1:01:33skeptical about. This is one of the
1843. 1:01:35things that almost all of my guests on
1844. 1:01:37this show have confirmed works. It is
1845. 1:01:39really really really effective. And they
1846. 1:01:41offer fast free shipping worldwide with
  1847. 1:01:43easy returns and exchanges. And you'll
  1848. 1:01:45also get a 1-year warranty on all of
1849. 1:01:47their products. And they're HSA and FSA
  1850. 1:01:49eligible, giving you tax-free savings up
1851. 1:01:51to 40%. And you can get 20% off when you
1852. 1:01:55order through my link at
  1853. 1:01:56bondcharge.com/doac.
  1854. 1:01:59That's bondcharge.com/doac.
  1855. 1:02:03The deal applies worldwide.
1856. 1:02:05If it is released, if all the
  1857. 1:02:06information that you've heard from your
1858. 1:02:07witnesses is released, if they release,
1859. 1:02:10you know, craft alien craft, and they
1860. 1:02:12release alien bodies and all of these
1861. 1:02:14things, how do you imagine the world
1862. 1:02:16would be different? I think it will lead
  1863. 1:02:20to a giant technology boom. I think once
  1864. 1:02:24we're told, "Hey, there's this
1865. 1:02:25technology that exists that could
1866. 1:02:27revolutionize the way we live, you know,
  1867. 1:02:29it could lead to anti-gravity
1868. 1:02:31technology. It could lead to
1869. 1:02:32solve new energy sources, solve the
1870. 1:02:34energy crisis overnight, right?" Could
1871. 1:02:37lead to interstellar travel and going
  1872. 1:02:39farther out, you know. And I think it'd
  1873. 1:02:41have a great psychological effect uh
1874. 1:02:43because, you know, you suddenly
1875. 1:02:46uh you go from the point of saying,
  1876. 1:02:47"Well, maybe we're the only intelligent
1877. 1:02:49species in the universe." And then you
1878. 1:02:51suddenly get the idea that
1879. 1:02:53uh this is a universe full of life.
1880. 1:02:56>> What does that mean for religion?
1881. 1:02:58I think all dogmas will just apply to
1882. 1:03:00it, you know. And I think that the
1883. 1:03:01Vatican's already gotten ahead of it and
1884. 1:03:03said, you know, they put out a message a
1885. 1:03:05couple years ago that basically the the
1886. 1:03:07the gist of it was, you know, God's
1887. 1:03:09God's universe and God's work is vast
  1888. 1:03:11and, you know,
  1889. 1:03:12>> and you couldn't you couldn't uh
1890. 1:03:15you know, say that he he wouldn't have
1891. 1:03:17the ability to do that. I mean
  1892. 1:03:18>> Yeah.
  1893. 1:03:20So I I I I I I I
  1894. 1:03:20>> from a religious standpoint
1895. 1:03:23and certainly in the case of the
  1896. 1:03:24Catholic Church
1897. 1:03:26they've had uh very positive views about
1898. 1:03:30population being throughout Yeah. And
1899. 1:03:32there's nothing really at least from the
  1900. 1:03:34Catholic Church's perspective, there's
1901. 1:03:36nothing that counters the you know it
1902. 1:03:38does that doesn't allow you to wrap your
1903. 1:03:40head around the fact that there's other
1904. 1:03:41life out there, you know? Are you guys
1905. 1:03:43religious? Not like overly religious,
1906. 1:03:44but like you know I my my my mom's Irish
1907. 1:03:47and and grew up going to Catholic school
  1908. 1:03:49and I you know I went to a CCD and you
  1909. 1:03:51know Sunday school is the it's called a
  1910. 1:03:53CCD where I grew up.
  1911. 1:03:55Um but uh
1912. 1:03:56>> in God? I do. I do. Do you believe in I
  1913. 1:03:58do too. Yeah. I'm a practicing Catholic,
1914. 1:04:00so So would that mean that you believe
1915. 1:04:02God has made all of these
  1916. 1:04:04aliens as well? That's my that's what my
  1917. 1:04:07worldview is.
  1918. 1:04:07>> Yeah, I would think that I couldn't say
  1919. 1:04:09that's not the case.
  1920. 1:04:10But you know, as a scientist I can't
1921. 1:04:12prove that that it is the case, but
1922. 1:04:15you know, just just on the statistics of
  1923. 1:04:17it it's pretty likely.
1924. 1:04:20You know, an interesting thing happening
1925. 1:04:22right now Steven too is these people who
1926. 1:04:24have been gatekeeping the truth.
1927. 1:04:26Um a lot of them are afraid to come
1928. 1:04:28forward and tell the White House what
1929. 1:04:30they know because they they think
1930. 1:04:31they're going to be villainized. They
1931. 1:04:32they think the optics around this are
  1932. 1:04:36such that like if someone's been
  1933. 1:04:38covering this up, they're they're
  1934. 1:04:40they're they're the villain of the
  1935. 1:04:41story, right? And so
1936. 1:04:43um the White House and the Director of
1937. 1:04:46National Intelligence and the Department
1938. 1:04:49of War realized this and so in the last
  1939. 1:04:52couple of weeks they've been messaging
1940. 1:04:53out to the military and the intelligence
  1941. 1:04:54community
1942. 1:04:56that this is not a witch hunt, it's not
1943. 1:04:57an endeavor to punish anyone. They want
1944. 1:05:00to encourage people to come forward,
1945. 1:05:01they assure them there will be no no
1946. 1:05:03punishment uh for being involved in
1947. 1:05:05gatekeeping this. They just want to
1948. 1:05:06learn the truth and find out where the
  1949. 1:05:08real evidence sits. So that's another
1950. 1:05:10thing that's playing out right now that
1951. 1:05:12I think if it gets out there enough, uh
1952. 1:05:14it will lead to more people coming
  1953. 1:05:15forward with that
1954. 1:05:17that evidence we all want to see. Yep.
1955. 1:05:20Earlier on we you talked about how some
1956. 1:05:22people feel like their lives are at risk
1957. 1:05:24because of what they know.
1958. 1:05:26Has there been any instance of anyone
1959. 1:05:27being punished for saying anything in
  1960. 1:05:28this regard?
1961. 1:05:30Well, certainly having having their
1962. 1:05:32clearances pulled or losing their up
  1963. 1:05:36opportunities for advancement, uh
1964. 1:05:39we we've heard stories like that from
1965. 1:05:41from several people in the intelligence
1966. 1:05:43community. Is there any Is there anyone
1967. 1:05:44you can name that has said that they
1968. 1:05:46were threatened or punished or in some
1969. 1:05:49form because of what they know?
1970. 1:05:51>> the the number one whistleblower for for
1971. 1:05:53many people has been David Grusch.
1972. 1:05:55And so he has uh outlined the various
1973. 1:05:59steps taken against him to
1974. 1:06:02basically ruin his career significantly
1975. 1:06:05enough that he went to the Inspector
1976. 1:06:07General of the intelligence community
  1977. 1:06:10and said,
1978. 1:06:11"I'm being punished, shoved aside,
1979. 1:06:14losing clearances, and so on because I
1980. 1:06:16came out with this data." And they said,
  1981. 1:06:18"Well,
1982. 1:06:19what you provided us is, you know,
  1983. 1:06:21serious, worthy of consideration."
1984. 1:06:23>> And I think a lot of people have had
  1985. 1:06:24their lives threatened. Um I'm not
1986. 1:06:26certain if if anyone has been killed, um
1987. 1:06:30but I know people have had their lives
  1988. 1:06:32threatened. Yeah.
  1989. 1:06:34And who's threatening them?
1990. 1:06:36People that are involved um
  1991. 1:06:39in
1992. 1:06:40this this program, referred to as the
1993. 1:06:42legacy program. Who think that the
1994. 1:06:44evidence should not ever come out.
1995. 1:06:47This legacy program. So this is a
1996. 1:06:49program run within the US government?
  1997. 1:06:53To it. US government
1998. 1:06:54>> Elements of elements of it, uh and also
  1999. 1:06:57defense contractors.
2000. 1:06:59>> And you think the legacy program knows
2001. 1:07:02the truth on this regard?
  2002. 1:07:03Yes, because they have the first-hand
2003. 1:07:06evidence of the crash materials and the
  2004. 1:07:09bodies.
2005. 1:07:11There's 80 years of data that this
  2006. 1:07:14this
  2007. 1:07:15group has.
2008. 1:07:17And they haven't released or leaked that
  2009. 1:07:19data for the last 80 years.
2010. 1:07:21There'd be no advantage. No one's hacked
2011. 1:07:23it. This This program is the epitome of
2012. 1:07:26a special access program. I think this
2013. 1:07:28program is as off the grid as it it
  2014. 1:07:30could possibly be.
  2015. 1:07:32It almost seems like there's nothing
2016. 1:07:33that eventually hasn't come to come to
2017. 1:07:35light that the government have done.
  2018. 1:07:36Like I've sat here and interviewed a lot
  2019. 1:07:37of CIA spies
2020. 1:07:39who've told me the history of the CIA
2021. 1:07:41and this program that lasted for 12
2022. 1:07:42years and then it comes out and this
2023. 1:07:44program and I mean even some of the
2024. 1:07:46stuff that I've heard you talk about how
  2025. 1:07:47around um
2026. 1:07:48what's it called? Remote viewing. Remote
2027. 1:07:50viewing. Remote viewing. Yeah. That was
2028. 1:07:52that CIA project? That was CIA. What is
2029. 1:07:54remote viewing? Remote viewing, well,
2030. 1:07:56the the the CIA suddenly got concerned
2031. 1:07:59because they saw that the the Soviets
2032. 1:08:01were spending millions of dollars at
2033. 1:08:03some of their best institutes to
2034. 1:08:05investigate the possible use of quote
  2035. 1:08:07ESP. What's ESP? Psychic ability.
2036. 1:08:10>> Yeah. Psychic abilities, extrasensory
  2037. 1:08:12perception.
2038. 1:08:14And so as it turns out I was at Stanford
2039. 1:08:16Research Institute and they saw my
2040. 1:08:19background. They they came to me and
  2041. 1:08:21said, you know,
2042. 1:08:22"We'd like for you to to look into this.
2043. 1:08:24Is there anything to this? I mean no um
2044. 1:08:27scientist in America even believes there
2045. 1:08:29is such thing as ESP." Who came to you?
  2046. 1:08:32CIA.
2047. 1:08:33This is This is in the '70s.
  2048. 1:08:34>> Yeah. The CIA
  2049. 1:08:35>> Back in the '70s.
2050. 1:08:36>> approached you in the '70s and asked you
  2051. 1:08:38to investigate remote viewing. That's
2052. 1:08:39right. And so they asked me to set up a
  2053. 1:08:42small program and 50 or 60 K or
2054. 1:08:45whatever. They said, you know, "We hope
2055. 1:08:47you'll find this is all nonsense. We can
2056. 1:08:48forget about it. We don't have to worry
  2057. 1:08:50about it."
2058. 1:08:51And it grew into, you know, more than a
2059. 1:08:53two-decade program, millions of dollars.
  2060. 1:08:56Stargate is
2061. 1:08:58the label for it that most people know
2062. 1:08:59about because by now most of the
2063. 1:09:02information in the program came out. And
2064. 1:09:04basically it we just we just found that
  2065. 1:09:07the people
2066. 1:09:08essentially just like you have artistic
2067. 1:09:11ability or athletic ability or whatever,
  2068. 1:09:14musical ability.
2069. 1:09:16Well, we found out that remote viewing,
2070. 1:09:18this ability to sit in a location and
2071. 1:09:22pick up information from some place far
2072. 1:09:24away uh is a talent that many people
2073. 1:09:28could demonstrate. And so we ended up
  2074. 1:09:31actually training Army intelligence
2075. 1:09:34officers at the Army Intelligence and
2076. 1:09:35Security Command at Fort Meade
2077. 1:09:38how to do this. And so So wait, let me
2078. 1:09:40just simplify this for the audience that
  2079. 1:09:41might not fully understand what we're
2080. 1:09:44talking about. So remote viewing is the
2081. 1:09:45idea that I could sit here in London
2082. 1:09:46where we are now and I could be trained
2083. 1:09:49to see what was going on in another part
  2084. 1:09:52of the world.
2085. 1:09:53>> your mind's eye go to a remote location.
  2086. 1:09:56>> I'll give you [clears throat] a specific
2087. 1:09:57example. A Soviet plane that CIA wanted
2088. 1:10:01to get hold of went down somewhere in
  2089. 1:10:03Africa.
  2090. 1:10:04And they didn't they didn't know where
2091. 1:10:06because the pilot had bailed out and it
2092. 1:10:08just went on until it ran out of gas. So
2093. 1:10:11we got two of our quote best remote
2094. 1:10:13viewers, one that worked for the Air
2095. 1:10:15Force and one that worked for my
  2096. 1:10:17organization to say, "Okay, here's a map
2097. 1:10:20of Africa. Where's that damn plane? We
2098. 1:10:22got to go in and get it."
2099. 1:10:24And they put an X on the map that was in
2100. 1:10:263 miles of where the plane went down out
2101. 1:10:28of the hundreds of thousands of square
2102. 1:10:30miles. And so the CIA went and it got
2103. 1:10:32the plane. So I mean it was, you know,
2104. 1:10:34how do they do that? Well, By the way,
2105. 1:10:36there's an audio recording of President
2106. 1:10:38Jimmy Carter telling that story.
  2107. 1:10:39>> Yeah.
2108. 1:10:41Hm. Post post [clears throat]
  2109. 1:10:42presidency.
2110. 1:10:43Maybe we should play that.
2111. 1:10:45One time we had a a small plane go down
2112. 1:10:48somewhere in Africa. We were not able to
2113. 1:10:51find it by surveillance from our
2114. 1:10:54satellites. So the director of the CIA,
2115. 1:10:57he was also director of all the
  2116. 1:10:59intelligence agencies,
  2117. 1:11:01heard about a uh
2118. 1:11:03a woman in California that uh was a
2119. 1:11:06medium. And he uh contacted her, and she
  2120. 1:11:11gave him the
  2121. 1:11:14latitude and longitude of the plane's
2122. 1:11:17whereabouts. And the next time one of
2123. 1:11:19our space satellites went over that
2124. 1:11:22area, we located the plane where she
2125. 1:11:24said it was. Again, this sounds like
2126. 1:11:26it's impossible. Sounds like I give It
2127. 1:11:29sounds completely bananas. It sounds
2128. 1:11:30like something out of an X-Men comic
2129. 1:11:32book. It sounds crazy. But Well, I was
2130. 1:11:35okay. It is You want to be really
  2131. 1:11:37practical about it. Uh
2132. 1:11:39you know, they they often our skeptics
2133. 1:11:41would say, "Well, if they're so psychic,
  2134. 1:11:43why aren't they rich? Why aren't they in
2135. 1:11:44the stock market or whatever?"
2136. 1:11:47So, we set up a little program on on a
2137. 1:11:49challenge to predict silver futures. To
2138. 1:11:52predict to predict what? Silver futures.
2139. 1:11:54>> Just the value of silver? The value of
2140. 1:11:55silver silver on a daily basis was it
2141. 1:11:57going to go up or go down?
  2142. 1:12:00So, we had somebody said, "Okay, I I
  2143. 1:12:02will if you'll set up a little program
2144. 1:12:04like that for 30 days, I'll bet on what
2145. 1:12:06your quote remote viewers say,
2146. 1:12:09and I'll put the money in, and I'll give
  2147. 1:12:11you 10% of what I make." So, I said,
2148. 1:12:13"Okay, fine." Now, long story short, uh
  2149. 1:12:16made um
  2150. 1:12:18$260,000
2151. 1:12:19in the 30 days. We got our 10%, which is
  2152. 1:12:23$26,000.
  2153. 1:12:24So, people could actually
2154. 1:12:27in this case even look into the future a
  2155. 1:12:29day and
2156. 1:12:32generate a description of what they were
2157. 1:12:34going to see and handle the following
2158. 1:12:35day. Presumably not everybody. How many
  2159. 1:12:38people did you have
  2160. 1:12:39do that?
  2161. 1:12:39>> We had
2162. 1:12:41uh seven in that experiment.
2163. 1:12:42>> And how many of them were successful in
  2164. 1:12:44generating
2165. 1:12:44>> Six of the seven
2166. 1:12:46uh generated really good data. So, were
2167. 1:12:48those six of people now rich?
  2168. 1:12:51Well, I don't I don't know. Uh some of
2169. 1:12:53them may may have followed up. They
2170. 1:12:55don't Why were those six people picked?
2171. 1:12:58Since we had learned that sort of
2172. 1:13:00anybody can do this, uh
2173. 1:13:02we were actually raising money for a
2174. 1:13:05school that was being put together. So,
2175. 1:13:08I just went to the board of directors
2176. 1:13:09and said, "Okay, I'm going to give you a
  2177. 1:13:11crash course over the weekend in {quote}
2178. 1:13:13remote viewing of the type we train
  2179. 1:13:16intelligence officers to do."
  2180. 1:13:18And
  2181. 1:13:19so, you're going to be it.
2182. 1:13:21So, you just it was the board of The
  2183. 1:13:23school.
2184. 1:13:23>> The board board of the school. Okay.
2185. 1:13:25They all knew what I did for a living
2186. 1:13:27and so This program Stargate got
  2187. 1:13:30so much
2188. 1:13:31actionable intelligence from the remote
2189. 1:13:33viewers that Hal started briefing at the
2190. 1:13:35time the director of the CIA on a
  2191. 1:13:37regular basis.
2192. 1:13:38>> have briefed all the way up to Bill
2193. 1:13:39Casey, the director of the CIA. So, does
2194. 1:13:42it still exist, this program?
2195. 1:13:44In any capacity? Uh remote viewing? If
2196. 1:13:46it does, you wouldn't hear about it.
  2197. 1:13:48Why?
  2198. 1:13:50Because
2199. 1:13:52it'd be a best black highly classified
  2200. 1:13:54program. Why?
2201. 1:13:56Because we don't want our adversaries to
2202. 1:13:57know how we might be getting access to
2203. 1:14:00their data. You just told us.
2204. 1:14:02But people can not believe that, and
2205. 1:14:04that's fine. But aren't you under some
  2206. 1:14:06sort of contract?
2207. 1:14:08Well, as it turns out, the CIA and and
2208. 1:14:10DIA, also went to the DIA, that program
  2209. 1:14:13finally got declassified
2210. 1:14:16at the level that was operating at, and
2211. 1:14:18that you can go to the CIA reading room
2212. 1:14:21and you can get all the documents. All
2213. 1:14:22of So, your work was originally
2214. 1:14:25classified? Oh, it was originally top
2215. 1:14:27secret special access program. Yeah.
2216. 1:14:31There's a part of me that goes, "Listen,
2217. 1:14:32if people could do remote viewing and
2218. 1:14:34see, you know, into other parts of the
2219. 1:14:37world or predict the things that you're
  2220. 1:14:38saying,
  2221. 1:14:40I mean,
2222. 1:14:41if if if it was trainable,
2223. 1:14:44everything the life as we know it would
2224. 1:14:47be completely flipped on its head.
  2225. 1:14:49>> I think it's unreasonable to think that
2226. 1:14:51when Stargate became public, the US
  2227. 1:14:53government stopped
  2228. 1:14:57remote viewing. I mean, I wouldn't stop
2229. 1:14:59if I was the US government. If if it
  2230. 1:15:00worked, I wouldn't stop.
2231. 1:15:01>> it just went underground, moved to a
  2232. 1:15:02different agency.
  2233. 1:15:03>> Yeah, went underground.
2234. 1:15:05So you were training people to do it,
  2235. 1:15:06though.
2236. 1:15:07Yeah. We Well, we had Yeah, we had we
2237. 1:15:09had people that we trained. So train me.
  2238. 1:15:13>> [laughter]
2239. 1:15:13>> Yeah. How do you train me? Well, now a
2240. 1:15:16number of the uh military intelligence
2241. 1:15:18officers that we trained have now left
2242. 1:15:20the military, and they do have training
  2243. 1:15:23courses.
2244. 1:15:24Do you Do you believe it?
2245. 1:15:26I do. At first, I thought it just
2246. 1:15:28sounded too much like something in a
  2247. 1:15:29comic book, right? But
2248. 1:15:32the more I first read about Stargate in
2249. 1:15:35the declassified documents, started to
2250. 1:15:36realize how serious the government took
2251. 1:15:38it, and the more I learned about it
2252. 1:15:41through Hal, and then eventually
2253. 1:15:43um I really don't want to get into the
2254. 1:15:45details of this, but eventually
2255. 1:15:47um I got connected with someone who has
2256. 1:15:49done remote viewing for the government,
2257. 1:15:50and they did a demonstration for me that
  2258. 1:15:53blew my mind.
2259. 1:15:54Cuz you would think if anyone was
2260. 1:15:55capable of doing remote viewing, they
2261. 1:15:57could go on the internet and make one
2262. 1:16:00prediction or do one video that would
2263. 1:16:02be, you know, proven to be true, and
2264. 1:16:04they would literally be considered to be
  2265. 1:16:07a superhuman.
2266. 1:16:08Like they would literally be
2267. 1:16:11I mean, people would probably think they
  2268. 1:16:12were a deity or a
  2269. 1:16:13or a spiritual leader or something.
2270. 1:16:15Well, if one person could do remote
  2271. 1:16:16viewing
2272. 1:16:17>> was that it seems to be an act action
  2273. 1:16:21that
2274. 1:16:22is just part of the human makeup.
  2275. 1:16:24And so it isn't like they're super deity
2276. 1:16:27or god-like or really off the charts.
2277. 1:16:30It's something that people can learn to
2278. 1:16:31do, like they can learn to play the
2279. 1:16:33piano or whatever it is for whatever
2280. 1:16:35reason. Maybe it was a skill set that
  2281. 1:16:37anyone
  2282. 1:16:37>> new uh
  2283. 1:16:39you know, psychiatrists and
  2284. 1:16:40neurophysiologists
2285. 1:16:42beginning to study, you know, how does
2286. 1:16:44consciousness do its thing in the brain
  2287. 1:16:47and so on and
2288. 1:16:48are there elements of it once you get
2289. 1:16:51into quantum theory and quantum
2290. 1:16:52entanglement that would say you could
  2291. 1:16:54have evidence,
2292. 1:16:56you know, beyond just our physical
  2293. 1:16:58structure.
2294. 1:16:59>> Like it could be rationalized with like
2295. 1:17:00a quantum connection basically that that
2296. 1:17:02the moving your mind's eye to another
2297. 1:17:03location which also goes to like, you
  2298. 1:17:06know, Hal's life very interestingly, you
2299. 1:17:08know, first was the Stargate stuff and
2300. 1:17:10then he got into UAP and the overlap
2301. 1:17:12that I find fascinating is some of these
2302. 1:17:15craft that have been found or crashes
  2303. 1:17:19that have happened.
2304. 1:17:21The reports from people involved say
  2305. 1:17:23that a lot of them don't have any
2306. 1:17:24control panels in them. Mhm. Like
2307. 1:17:27they're basically empty other than seats
  2308. 1:17:29which suggests that maybe there's some
2309. 1:17:31sort of mind connection controlling
2310. 1:17:34these craft. I did wonder about the
2311. 1:17:36crafts. So I thought, you know, if I was
  2312. 1:17:37an advanced civilization, why would I
2313. 1:17:39and I was that small, why would I send
2314. 1:17:41life to these planets when I could just
  2315. 1:17:42send the crafts?
2316. 1:17:44You know, why am I sending biological
2317. 1:17:46life when I could just send the Maybe
  2318. 1:17:47they're manufactured biological life.
  2319. 1:17:49Maybe it's maybe they're the equivalent.
  2320. 1:17:50Maybe they're not sentient.
  2321. 1:17:52Yeah.
2322. 1:17:53It's true. But the remote viewing stuff
2323. 1:17:55opens up a lot of possibilities if Yeah,
2324. 1:17:57I mean we as part of this CIA program,
  2325. 1:18:00we found that
  2326. 1:18:02people could
2327. 1:18:04affect quantum devices that were
  2328. 1:18:07totally shielded by superconducting
2329. 1:18:09shielding. Tell them Tell them that
  2330. 1:18:10particular story. That's a Yeah, we we
  2331. 1:18:13uh
  2332. 1:18:14there's a quote psychic so-called and uh
2333. 1:18:18so I brought him to Stanford and I was
2334. 1:18:20skeptical at the time and uh I said,
  2335. 1:18:23"Okay, well, we've got this super
  2336. 1:18:24experiment where there's tiny quantum
2337. 1:18:28chip down inside of this electrical
  2338. 1:18:31shielding, magnetic shielding,
2339. 1:18:32superconducting shielding. We We to see
2340. 1:18:35if you can affect it.
2341. 1:18:38And he did. I mean, this is supposed to
  2342. 1:18:40be totally non-affectable
2343. 1:18:43from by anything on the outside. In
2344. 1:18:45fact, it was developed by the Navy to
2345. 1:18:48just look for corks and stuff like that.
2346. 1:18:50And so, it was supposed to not be
2347. 1:18:53influenced from the outside by anything.
2348. 1:18:56And he influenced it. And when I say he
  2349. 1:18:58influenced it, I'm not just saying
2350. 1:18:59there's a little blip that, you know,
2351. 1:19:01you could kind of read into it. No, it
  2352. 1:19:04it was a system where
2353. 1:19:06it ordinarily just had an oscillating
2354. 1:19:08signal like that. And then when he
2355. 1:19:10affected it, it just stopped the
  2356. 1:19:11oscillation.
2357. 1:19:13And then he could also make the
2358. 1:19:14oscillation go twice as fast. Of course,
  2359. 1:19:17for a graduate student whose life
2360. 1:19:18depended on this not being
2361. 1:19:20affected from the outside, you know,
  2362. 1:19:22really.
2363. 1:19:23But then they uh they
2364. 1:19:25that that that raised a big issue for
2365. 1:19:27them. That means uh gee, does that mean
2366. 1:19:29if we put if we hide our documents
2367. 1:19:31inside of superconducting safes, uh the
2368. 1:19:33Russians might be able to
2369. 1:19:35So, actually when we had detente, the
2370. 1:19:38American remote viewers got together
2371. 1:19:40with the Soviet remote viewers and
  2372. 1:19:42traded war stories.
2373. 1:19:44Did experiments together for You know,
  2374. 1:19:47I'm I think I'm naturally skeptical cuz
2375. 1:19:49I'm skeptical with all things, but I'm
  2376. 1:19:50often proven wrong.
2377. 1:19:52So, you know, my fiance, she um she
  2378. 1:19:54believes lots of things I don't believe.
2379. 1:19:56And so so frequently she's been proven
2380. 1:19:57right in those things that I remain
  2381. 1:19:59open-minded
  2382. 1:20:01to things in life
  2383. 1:20:03cuz I've learned to.
  2384. 1:20:05So, I think that's where I remain. I
  2385. 1:20:07remain open-minded.
2386. 1:20:08And I think on the balance of
2387. 1:20:09probability, if you ask me, do I think
2388. 1:20:11there's other life in the universe? I
2389. 1:20:13think it would be crazy to say there
2390. 1:20:14wasn't. Right. Right. But it but
2391. 1:20:16[clears throat] has there been life that
  2392. 1:20:17has arrived here that we've recovered? I
2393. 1:20:19just I would need more evidence. Is
  2394. 1:20:22there
  2395. 1:20:23>> I I think I think that's the right
2396. 1:20:24attitude. And we're hoping that uh with
  2397. 1:20:27the
  2398. 1:20:28release of documents that's starting to
  2399. 1:20:30happen now,
2400. 1:20:32that you'll get that evidence, but in
  2401. 1:20:34the absence of actually
  2402. 1:20:36getting access to the evidence, it's
2403. 1:20:38very reasonable that to be skeptical.
  2404. 1:20:40Yeah, absolutely.
  2405. 1:20:41>> I do think though that
2406. 1:20:43the current administration in the US
2407. 1:20:46is so focused on following through with
2408. 1:20:48this directive the president gave to
  2409. 1:20:51to get
2410. 1:20:52all the evidence within the possession
2411. 1:20:53of the federal government, all different
2412. 1:20:55agencies, military branches, and then
2413. 1:20:57figure out what can be declassified. I
2414. 1:20:58think they're taking it so serious that
2415. 1:20:59we're going to we're going to get to
2416. 1:21:01more tranches of more meaningful
  2417. 1:21:02evidence. And I think eventually we'll
2418. 1:21:04get to that thing that we that moment
2419. 1:21:06that we've all only seen in movies where
  2420. 1:21:07a sitting president steps to a
2421. 1:21:09microphone and tells the world we're not
  2422. 1:21:10alone in the universe. I think I think
2423. 1:21:11we're going to get there.
  2424. 1:21:13I think so, too.
  2425. 1:21:16Just a matter of time.
2426. 1:21:18Does it change the meaning of life if
2427. 1:21:19that becomes the case? Does it Does it
2428. 1:21:21mean anything for us as humans?
2429. 1:21:23What do you think the meaning of life
2430. 1:21:24is, How? And do you think it we should
2431. 1:21:26change our behavior in any way even if
  2432. 1:21:28this
2433. 1:21:29moment does occur? I think if we found
2434. 1:21:31out that there were life throughout the
  2435. 1:21:33universe that it's
2436. 1:21:36it can be developed in all kinds of
  2437. 1:21:37forms
2438. 1:21:38then then that makes us
2439. 1:21:41take a new look at well, what does it
2440. 1:21:42mean to be human? You know, we ought to
2441. 1:21:45think about if we can interacting with
2442. 1:21:47these other species and seeing what we
2443. 1:21:50can learn from them and
2444. 1:21:51what might they learn from us? And so,
2445. 1:21:53it just opens up a whole new sort of
2446. 1:21:56view of what the universe is like. I
  2447. 1:21:59mean, I've got I've [snorts] got 15
2448. 1:22:01grandkids. They should grow up in a
  2449. 1:22:02universe where it's teeming with life
  2450. 1:22:05and they know that and that's a very
2451. 1:22:08kind of an exciting kind of thing. I
2452. 1:22:10think it also could be the one thing
2453. 1:22:11that could unify all of humanity.
2454. 1:22:14You know, Reagan gave a great speech
2455. 1:22:15during his presidency at the United
2456. 1:22:17Nations where he said he often thinks
2457. 1:22:19that it might be a threat from outside
2458. 1:22:22this universe that makes all of humanity
2459. 1:22:24come together and think more about what
2460. 1:22:26it has in common than than its
  2461. 1:22:28differences.
2462. 1:22:29Um and you know, it moves them past the
2463. 1:22:32the the the conflicts of the moment. And
2464. 1:22:35that might be, you know, wishful
2465. 1:22:36thinking and might be naive, but it also
2466. 1:22:38might actually be the one thing that
2467. 1:22:41could that could line people up. How's
2468. 1:22:43it changed how you think about the
2469. 1:22:45the meaning of life? Between what I've
2470. 1:22:47learned about the the reality of the UAP
  2471. 1:22:50situation and the existence of non-human
  2472. 1:22:51intelligent life, what I've learned
  2473. 1:22:53about, for example, remote viewing, it's
2474. 1:22:55made me realize that our sort of Western
2475. 1:22:59present-day view of reality is not
2476. 1:23:02complete. You know, we think we know
  2477. 1:23:03everything there is
2478. 1:23:05you know, to life and and how things
  2479. 1:23:07work and we just don't. And when you're
2480. 1:23:09honest with yourself and you look back
2481. 1:23:10at history, all the times people thought
2482. 1:23:12that they were they were proven wrong
  2483. 1:23:14pretty quickly.
2484. 1:23:15Right. And so it's made me open to a lot
2485. 1:23:17more possibilities um than than I would
2486. 1:23:20have been just just 10 years ago.
2487. 1:23:23Do you think it could be a a renaissance
2488. 1:23:25in in our attitudes toward life and and
2489. 1:23:28everything? Yeah. Are you both open to
  2490. 1:23:30being wrong?
2491. 1:23:32Yeah, look, I should have said this
2492. 1:23:33early on. When I first started making my
  2493. 1:23:35documentary, I was totally prepared to
2494. 1:23:38have people tell me, "Look, this is all
2495. 1:23:40It was all cover for our
2496. 1:23:42classified projects." Did they? No, no
2497. 1:23:45one did. That was the crazy thing. Not
  2498. 1:23:46not a single person did. I would I was
2499. 1:23:48trying to pull it out of people. I'd be
  2500. 1:23:50like,
2501. 1:23:51you know, "Come on, this is really this
2502. 1:23:53is like a black project then on an on
  2503. 1:23:55acknowledged special access program,
2504. 1:23:56right? Like just just say nothing if
2505. 1:23:58that's the case." And they're like, "No,
2506. 1:24:00dude. Not not even close." Like it was
2507. 1:24:02over and over and and these weren't
2508. 1:24:04random people. These were really senior
2509. 1:24:06people on the Senate Intelligence
2510. 1:24:07Committee, on the Senate Armed Services
  2511. 1:24:08Committee, um
2512. 1:24:10leaders in in the intelligence
2513. 1:24:12community, leaders in in in the
  2514. 1:24:13military. And so,
  2515. 1:24:16yeah.
2516. 1:24:17It's hard to ignore. Yeah. Well,
2517. 1:24:19Trump has released the first round of
2518. 1:24:21the UAP reports. Um so I guess in many
2519. 1:24:24respects this conversation is to be
2520. 1:24:26continued. Yeah. Yeah. And we we we have
2521. 1:24:28been told by our friends in government
2522. 1:24:30that the next tranche of evidence is
2523. 1:24:31likely to come out in the next 30 days
2524. 1:24:33or so. And it's going to be a rolling
  2525. 1:24:36declassification process. So there'll be
2526. 1:24:38a lot more to talk about in the near
2527. 1:24:39future. Thank you so much for your time.
  2528. 1:24:41Really appreciate it. I feel very
  2529. 1:24:43curious. Yeah. Very very curious and I I
2530. 1:24:46highly recommend people go check out
2531. 1:24:47your documentary. I'm going to link it
2532. 1:24:48below. Um and I think one of the great
2533. 1:24:50things about the documentary is the
  2534. 1:24:51diversity of people you've spoken to
2535. 1:24:53including Marco Rubio who is what now
2536. 1:24:55working alongside President Trump and
2537. 1:24:57many others including yourself Hal. Um
2538. 1:24:59and other guests that I've like people
2539. 1:25:00like Jay who um I hope to speak to you
2540. 1:25:02sometime soon. Cool. Thank you for
2541. 1:25:04having us and thank [clears throat] you
2542. 1:25:05for bringing attention to interesting
2543. 1:25:07topics like this. I really do think
2544. 1:25:09you know, you know, people like you are
  2545. 1:25:10are helping open people's minds. You
2546. 1:25:12know, in the past we only had you know,
  2547. 1:25:14it wasn't that long ago there's only
2548. 1:25:15four TV networks, right? And a small
2549. 1:25:18group of legacy media people controlled
2550. 1:25:19what people thought about really. So
2551. 1:25:21people like you are opening up
2552. 1:25:22everyone's minds to other possibilities
2553. 1:25:24and other information and so thank you.
  2554. 1:25:26>> Yeah, it's it's it's interesting cuz
  2555. 1:25:29again so sometimes I I think I have to
2556. 1:25:31remind the audience of like why I do
2557. 1:25:32what I do and why I pick the subjects
  2558. 1:25:34that I pick. But it's honestly just what
2559. 1:25:35I'm curious about. And if if something
2560. 1:25:38rises in public curiosity and it's in my
2561. 1:25:40my curiosity then I'll speak about it.
2562. 1:25:41It's not an endorsement of me believing
2563. 1:25:43everything. It is just me wanting to
  2564. 1:25:46learn more. Yeah. And I you know, I I
2565. 1:25:48wish we lived in a society that was more
2566. 1:25:50open-minded generally to the people on
2567. 1:25:51the other side of the aisle or to
2568. 1:25:53subjects that are currently considered
  2569. 1:25:54to be I don't know, controversial or or
2570. 1:25:57or not because you know, it's not lost
2571. 1:25:59on me that my own very existence as a
  2572. 1:26:02black businessman
2573. 1:26:04is in of itself um something that was
  2574. 1:26:06once a very controversial idea.
2575. 1:26:09And so I'm all for you know,
2576. 1:26:11uh controversial ideas being having some
2577. 1:26:14kind of space to be
2578. 1:26:15>> Every major breakthrough in the history
2579. 1:26:17of humanity came from someone being
2580. 1:26:19curious, right? And wanting to learn
  2581. 1:26:20about something they weren't aware of.
2582. 1:26:22So, I I think great things will come out
2583. 1:26:24of it. And and and you just touched on
  2584. 1:26:25something we didn't mention, which is I
2585. 1:26:27found, shockingly, that this is the the
2586. 1:26:30UAP issue, non-human subtle life, is the
2587. 1:26:32most bipartisan issue in Washington,
2588. 1:26:35D.C. At a time when Democrats and
  2589. 1:26:37Republicans in the United States can't
  2590. 1:26:38agree on anything, they're completely
2591. 1:26:40lined up on this being the biggest issue
2592. 1:26:42of our time. Extremely significant. And
2593. 1:26:45like that says a lot, too, you know?
  2594. 1:26:47Yeah.
  2595. 1:26:47To be continued.
2596. 1:26:48>> To be continued. YouTube have this new
2597. 1:26:50crazy algorithm where they know exactly
2598. 1:26:52what video you would like to watch next
2599. 1:26:54based on AI and all of your viewing
2600. 1:26:56behavior. And the algorithm says that
2601. 1:26:58this video is the perfect video for you.
2602. 1:27:01It's different for everybody looking
2603. 1:27:02right now. Check this video out, I bet
2604. 1:27:05you you might love it.
