- 0:00Something feels different today. Maybe
- 0:02you woke up and couldn't name it. A
- 0:04weight in your chest that isn't quite
- 0:06sadness. A stillness that isn't quite
- 0:09peace. You scrolled your phone, made
- 0:12your coffee,
- 0:13>> [music]
- 0:13>> tried to move through your morning, and
- 0:15underneath all of it, there was this
- 0:18quiet hum. Like something is shifting.
- 0:22Like something is ending or beginning.
- 0:24And you can't tell which.
- 0:26>> [music]
- 0:26>> If that's where you are right now,
- 0:28you're not imagining it. Eclipse periods
- 0:31do something to the emotional body
- 0:32that's hard to describe and even harder
- 0:35to ignore. They don't announce
- 0:36themselves loudly. They arrive in the
- 0:38periphery, in the dreams that leave a
- 0:40residue, in the way a memory of someone
- 0:43surfaces out of nowhere while you're
- 0:45washing dishes,
- 0:46>> [music]
- 0:46>> in the sudden urge to cry that passes
- 0:49before you understand it.
- 0:51And if you're someone who has
- 0:53experienced [music]
- 0:54or believes you're experiencing
- 0:57a twin flame connection,
- 0:59an eclipse can feel like the whole thing
- 1:02gets turned up by about [music] 10
- 1:04volumes. Every feeling amplified. Every
- 1:08silence heavier. Every moment of
- 1:10connection or distance carrying what
- 1:13feels like enormous weight. So today, I
- 1:16want to sit with you in that. Not to
- 1:19tell you what's definitely happening.
- 1:20[music]
- 1:21Not to hand you a prediction or promise
- 1:23you what's coming.
- 1:25But to help you understand what you
- 1:27might be feeling, [music]
- 1:29why it might feel so intense, and most
- 1:32importantly, how to move through it
- 1:34without [music] losing yourself in the
- 1:36interpretation of it.
- 1:38Because that last part, that's where
- 1:41most people struggle. Let's start with
- 1:44something grounded. [music]
- 1:45Eclipses, in both astronomical and
- 1:48astrological terms, represent moments
- 1:51[music] of interruption. The ordinary
- 1:53rhythm, the predictable rise and set,
- 1:56>> [music]
- 1:56>> the cycle we rely on gets briefly,
- 2:00dramatically altered.
- 2:01>> [music]
- 2:01>> In astrology, eclipses are understood as
- 2:04accelerators. They don't necessarily
- 2:07create events out of nowhere. They bring
- 2:10into focus what was already building.
- 2:12They collapse timelines. They push
- 2:15things that were quietly forming under
- 2:17the surface into the light whether
- 2:19you're ready or not. And the reason they
- 2:21tend to hit emotional people deeply
- 2:24feeling, deeply connected people harder
- 2:28than others isn't mystical superiority.
- 2:31It's sensitivity. When you're someone
- 2:34who carries a lot of emotional
- 2:35awareness, you feel atmospheric shifts
- 2:38more acutely. You notice your own inner
- 2:40landscape, the way a musician notices a
- 2:43change in key. It's not that the world
- 2:45is louder, it's that your listening is
- 2:48finer. For people in intense soul-level
- 2:51connections, whether you use the twin
- 2:53flame framework or not, this sensitivity
- 2:56is usually amplified even further. These
- 2:59connections [music] tend to carry a
- 3:01quality of deep resonance. What happens
- 3:04internally for you often seems to ripple
- 3:07into the connection and vice versa.
- 3:11Eclipses in this context [music] can
- 3:13feel like something is being forcibly
- 3:15revealed or resolved. But here's
- 3:18something important I want you to hold
- 3:20on to as [music] we go deeper into this.
- 3:22Intensity is not confirmation. Feeling
- 3:26something strongly,
- 3:27>> [music]
- 3:27>> feeling disrupted, opened, raw,
- 3:31electric, that is real information about
- 3:34your emotional state. It is not
- 3:36necessarily information about what the
- 3:39other person is doing, [music]
- 3:40thinking, or feeling. It is not
- 3:43necessarily a sign that something is
- 3:45about to happen between you.
- 3:47The intensity of your experience [music]
- 3:49is yours.
- 3:51And that distinction matters enormously
- 3:53right now.
- 3:55So, if [music] eclipses accelerate and
- 3:57reveal,
- 3:59what is actually being shown?
- 4:01In my experience observing these
- 4:03patterns, and in the experiences of the
- 4:06many people who walk through deep soul
- 4:08[music] connections, what eclipse
- 4:11periods most consistently bring up is
- 4:14not the other person.
- 4:16It's the self. Specifically, the places
- 4:19where you are still holding on to
- 4:21something that no longer serves you.
- 4:23That can look like a lot of different
- 4:25things. It can look like an old pattern
- 4:28of waiting, waiting for someone to be
- 4:30ready, waiting for circumstances to
- 4:32change, waiting for external
- 4:35confirmation of something you already
- 4:38know internally. Eclipse energy [music]
- 4:41has a particular intensity around
- 4:44waiting.
- 4:44>> [music]
- 4:45>> It illuminates how much of your present
- 4:47life is being held in suspension for a
- 4:50future that may or may not arrive the
- 4:52way you've imagined it. It can look like
- 4:55hope that has quietly become a way of
- 4:57not moving forward. There's a beautiful
- 5:00kind of hope, the kind that is open,
- 5:03fluid, [music] and not attached to a
- 5:05specific outcome. And then there's hope
- 5:07that has hardened into something more
- 5:09like refusal, the refusal to consider
- 5:12other possibilities, the refusal to
- 5:14grieve what may truly be over. Eclipse
- 5:17periods often [music] press on that
- 5:19distinction until you can feel the
- 5:21difference. It can look like fear
- 5:23wearing the clothing of love. Sometimes
- 5:26what feels like longing for someone is
- 5:28actually [music]
- 5:29the fear of accepting a particular truth
- 5:31about the connection,
- 5:33about timing, [music]
- 5:35about where they are, about what the
- 5:37relationship has actually been versus
- 5:40what you've needed it to be.
- 5:41>> [music]
- 5:42>> None of this is judgment. These are
- 5:44human experiences. [music] They're not
- 5:47signs of weakness or failure.
- 5:50But eclipse periods tend to hold them up
- 5:53to the light. And it can feel jarring
- 5:55and disorienting when they do.
- 5:58The question eclipse energy [music]
- 6:00is really asking is not, "What is
- 6:02happening between you and this person?"
- 6:05It's asking,
- 6:07"What are you still carrying that
- 6:09belongs to an older version of
- 6:10yourself?"
- 6:12Now, I want to talk about something that
- 6:14almost never gets addressed in twin
- 6:16flame content. And I think it's one of
- 6:19the most important things to understand
- 6:21during a period [music] like this.
- 6:23There's a difference between genuine
- 6:25inner clarity and emotional projection.
- 6:28Genuine clarity has a certain [music]
- 6:29quality to it. It's quiet. It doesn't
- 6:32need to be validated. It arrives without
- 6:35urgency. You know something clearly, and
- 6:37you feel steady inside that knowing,
- 6:39[music] even when you don't act on it
- 6:41immediately. Real clarity doesn't
- 6:44obsess. It doesn't require you to check
- 6:46for signs. It rests inside you like
- 6:49something solid. Projection is
- 6:51different. Projection is when the
- 6:53emotional intensity you're experiencing
- 6:56gets directed outward, usually onto the
- 6:58person in the connection, and
- 7:00interpreted as information about them
- 7:03rather than information about you. It
- 7:05feels like [music] clarity because it's
- 7:07certain. But underneath that certainty
- 7:09is usually a strong emotion searching
- 7:12for a landing place. During eclipse
- 7:15periods, when your emotions are elevated
- 7:17and your inner world is stirred up,
- 7:20the risk [music] of projection increases
- 7:23significantly. You might feel suddenly
- 7:25and completely convinced that your
- 7:28[music] person is thinking of you right
- 7:29now, or that something is about to
- 7:32change between you, or that a dream you
- 7:35had last night was a direct sign. Maybe
- 7:38some of those things are true. But the
- 7:40feeling of certainty that you're
- 7:42experiencing, [music]
- 7:43that's your emotional intensity speaking
- 7:46and it deserves to be heard, but not
- 7:49necessarily believed as literal fact.
- 7:51[music] I'm not saying your intuition
- 7:53isn't real, it is. But intuition and
- 7:56wishful thinking can wear remarkably
- 7:59similar faces [music] when you're in the
- 8:01middle of something emotionally charged.
- 8:03The practice, and it is a practice,
- 8:06is learning to pause before you
- 8:08interpret, to ask yourself, does this
- 8:11knowing feel like stillness or does it
- 8:14feel like urgency? Because urgency, more
- 8:17often than not, [music] is about
- 8:19unresolved emotion, not spiritual
- 8:22confirmation. There are two experiences
- 8:24[music]
- 8:25that commonly come up during intense
- 8:27eclipse periods that I want to address
- 8:29directly because both can be deeply
- 8:31[music] misread. The first is emotional
- 8:33detachment. Sometimes, in the middle of
- 8:36what should feel like a heightened
- 8:38>> [music]
- 8:38>> energetic period, you feel
- 8:41nothing
- 8:43or very little. You feel distant [music]
- 8:45from the connection, from the feelings
- 8:47that are usually so present, from the
- 8:50person themselves. And this can be
- 8:52terrifying if you interpret it as
- 8:55meaning the connection is fading or that
- 8:58you're losing something important.
- 8:59[music]
- 9:00But detachment is not always loss. It is
- 9:03sometimes the self creating necessary
- 9:06space. It is sometimes emotional
- 9:08exhaustion asking for rest. It is
- 9:10sometimes the beginning of a deeper
- 9:13integration.
- 9:15The quiet that comes after a long period
- 9:18of intense feeling
- 9:20where something is being processed at a
- 9:22level below conscious awareness.
- 9:25Detachment during an eclipse doesn't
- 9:27mean you've fallen out of alignment with
- 9:29something [music] sacred. It may mean
- 9:31you're finally, gently releasing a grip
- 9:34you've been holding for a very long
- 9:36time. The second experience is what some
- 9:39people call activation, a sudden surge
- 9:42of emotion, memory, longing, or what
- 9:45feels like energetic connection. Old
- 9:48feelings flaring, dreams intensifying,
- 9:52>> [music]
- 9:52>> a sense of the other person being close,
- 9:55even when they're not physically
- 9:56present.
- 9:57>> [music]
- 9:57>> This too can be misread. Activation is
- 10:00not regression. You haven't gone
- 10:02backward. Feeling something intensely
- 10:05again doesn't mean you're back at the
- 10:07beginning, undoing whatever growth
- 10:09[music] you've achieved. What it more
- 10:11likely means is that an older layer of
- 10:14the experience [music]
- 10:15is moving through to be processed and
- 10:18released. The emotional body works in
- 10:21layers. Sometimes [music]
- 10:23the only way something finally leaves is
- 10:27that it rises to the surface one more
- 10:29time, not to re-anchor, but to be
- 10:32acknowledged and let go. Both of these
- 10:35experiences, [music] detachment and
- 10:37activation, deserve gentle attention,
- 10:40not dramatic interpretation.
- 10:43I want to say something now [music] that
- 10:45I hope lands softly
- 10:47because it's offered with genuine care.
- 10:50The most significant [music] thing that
- 10:52may be changing during this eclipse is
- 10:54not the connection.
- 10:56It's you.
- 10:57There's a tendency, especially [music]
- 10:59in twin flame communities, to focus
- 11:02almost entirely outward, [music] to read
- 11:04the other person's behavior for signs,
- 11:07to watch for synchronicities that seem
- 11:09to confirm something about the
- 11:11connection's trajectory, to orient the
- 11:13entire spiritual journey around the
- 11:15question [music] of are we getting
- 11:17closer to reunion? Is this finally the
- 11:19shift that brings us together? And I
- 11:21[music] understand that impulse
- 11:23completely. The connection is real. The
- 11:26feelings are real. The sense that this
- 11:29person matters in a way that is
- 11:31different from anyone else. That can be
- 11:33real, too.
- 11:35But if you spend the entirety of an
- 11:37eclipse or the entirety of this journey
- 11:41waiting for the external to shift you
- 11:44miss the actual invitation. The
- 11:46invitation is inward. [music]
- 11:48It is always inward.
- 11:51What is this connection showing you
- 11:52about what you most deeply need? [music]
- 11:55Not from them but from life. From
- 11:58yourself.
- 12:00What patterns have you repeated inside
- 12:02this dynamic that you've also [music]
- 12:04repeated elsewhere? What version of
- 12:06yourself have you been carrying that
- 12:09this connection has both activated
- 12:10[music]
- 12:11and in some ways kept in place?
- 12:15Eclipse periods can be genuinely
- 12:17profound moments of interior change, but
- 12:20only if you let the energy move through
- 12:22you rather than channeling it entirely
- 12:25outward into interpretation and [music]
- 12:28speculation. The shift that's available
- 12:30to you right now is real, but it lives
- 12:33inside the question
- 12:35"Who am I becoming because of everything
- 12:37[music]
- 12:38this has asked of me?" That is a
- 12:40worthwhile question. That is where the
- 12:43real work lives. Let me offer [music]
- 12:45you something practical now. Because
- 12:48spiritual insight without grounding just
- 12:51creates [music] more spinning. If you're
- 12:53feeling emotionally raw or heightened
- 12:55today, whether [music] it's because of
- 12:57eclipse energy or this connection or
- 13:00both
- 13:01here are some [music] things that
- 13:02actually help. First stop collecting
- 13:06signs. For today [music] just for today
- 13:09remove yourself from the cycle of
- 13:11looking for confirmation. Don't analyze
- 13:14the number sequence you just saw. Don't
- 13:16read into the song that came on. Not
- 13:18because those things are meaningless but
- 13:21because right now your nervous [music]
- 13:23system needs less input not more. Give
- 13:26it a rest. Second, feel the emotion in
- 13:29your body without narrating it. Instead
- 13:32of immediately moving into the story,
- 13:36this means he's thinking of me. This
- 13:38means she's pulling away. This means
- 13:41something is about to change. Try
- 13:43sitting with the physical sensation of
- 13:45what you're feeling. Where do you feel
- 13:47it? Your chest, your throat, your
- 13:51stomach. Just notice it. Let it exist
- 13:55without immediately turning it into
- 13:57information about someone else. Third,
- 14:00do something ordinary and absorbing. Not
- 14:04to escape the feeling, but [music] to
- 14:06give yourself a break from the intensity
- 14:08of its lens. Cook something, walk
- 14:11[music] somewhere, organize a drawer.
- 14:14The mundane is enormously stabilizing
- 14:17when your inner world is running high.
- 14:20It reminds you that your life is
- 14:22happening now, here, in your own hands,
- 14:25not in the hands of another person or
- 14:27another cosmic event. Fourth,
- 14:30>> [music]
- 14:30>> write if you're a writer. Not to
- 14:33document what you think is happening
- 14:35spiritually, just to write what you're
- 14:37feeling uncensored, unpolished, honest.
- 14:40Eclipse energy often carries things that
- 14:43want to be expressed rather than
- 14:45analyzed. Let [music] the emotion out on
- 14:48the page before you interpret it. Fifth,
- 14:51be careful with who you process this
- 14:53with. Not every person in your life is
- 14:56equipped to hold space for where you are
- 14:59right now. Choose wisely. And [music] if
- 15:01you're tempted to reach out to the
- 15:03person in the connection to relieve the
- 15:05emotional pressure of what you're
- 15:07feeling, pause. Just pause. Ask yourself
- 15:11whether that impulse is coming [music]
- 15:13from genuine, grounded desire to connect
- 15:15or from the need to discharge intensity.
- 15:18Those are different things, [music] and
- 15:20they tend to produce very different
- 15:22outcomes. I want to leave you with this.
- 15:24You are not in this journey, whatever
- 15:27form it has taken, whatever [music]
- 15:29shape this connection has worn, simply
- 15:32to wait for another person to arrive.
- 15:35You are not here to be saved by reunion
- 15:38or completed by recognition or finally
- 15:41okay [music] when something external
- 15:43shifts. Eclipse periods are interesting
- 15:46and sometimes genuinely powerful moments
- 15:49and it's okay [music] to let yourself
- 15:50feel the weight and the strangeness of
- 15:53today. It's okay if something in you is
- 15:55stirring, if something old is surfacing,
- 15:59if the connection feels somehow present
- 16:02in your awareness
- 16:03>> [music]
- 16:03>> even when there's been silence.
- 16:06But the most loving thing you can do for
- 16:08yourself right now
- 16:10>> [music]
- 16:10>> and perhaps the most spiritually honest
- 16:12thing is to hold all of that without
- 16:15rushing to make it mean something
- 16:18definitive. You don't have to know what
- 16:20this is yet. [music] You don't have to
- 16:22have clarity today. You don't have to
- 16:24resolve the tension between what you
- 16:26feel and what your rational mind argues
- 16:28back. What you do have to do is stay
- 16:31present to yourself. Stay honest with
- 16:34yourself. Notice the places [music]
- 16:36where you're choosing comfortable story
- 16:39over uncomfortable truth and be willing,
- 16:42slowly [music] and gently, to look at
- 16:45those places with compassion rather than
- 16:48avoidance. The deepest shift available
- 16:51to you right now is [music] the quiet,
- 16:53private, unglamorous one. It's the shift
- 16:57where you begin to belong to yourself a
- 16:59little more fully than you did
- 17:01yesterday. Where the connection, real
- 17:04and meaningful as it may be, becomes one
- 17:08part of a whole thriving life [music]
- 17:11rather than the center around which
- 17:13everything else orbits. That's not a
- 17:15small thing. That is, in fact, [music]
- 17:18everything. Whatever you're feeling
- 17:20today, you're not alone in it, and
- 17:22you're more capable of holding it with
- 17:24grace [music] than you may currently
- 17:26believe. Take care of yourself today.
- 17:29Drink water, breathe [music] slowly, and
- 17:32trust that you don't have to figure it
- 17:34all out before the day is done. You're
- 17:36allowed to simply be [music] in it and
- 17:38let it pass through you and come out the
- 17:40other side a little more whole.
