0:25today's story because I went down such a
0:28freaking rabbit with this woman during
0:32quarantine everybody was talking about

0:47finally I saw that the Sarah Boon um
0:50trial her sentencing had come up and she
0:52was recently sentenced now normally like
0:54I don't know if you've caught on but
0:56when I do murder mystery makeup I I do
0:57like to wait and when like the
0:59sentencing is done that way we get
1:01closure and all the facts are out there
1:04and I'm not just spreading like stuff I
1:06saw online it's just you know it's
1:08easier to just like go straight to the

1:18this woman and why everyone was talking
1:20about her so much and let me tell you I

1:46jeans biggest mistake I ever did when I
1:49sit down everything just folds over the
1:50buttons and the
1:52zippers and my underwear is like up my
1:54back I'm just confused why I did this to
1:56myself and why I'm trying to fit like no
1:59Bailey that's why you can't see the
2:00lower half of me cuz down here is a
2:03situation like I just I
2:05can't let's do some makeup Sarah Boone
2:09and George Torres
2:11Jr they had what you might call like a
2:13passionate
2:14relationship but not like the happy oh
2:18we love each
2:19other no it was more like a psychotic
2:22roller coaster no breaks type of
2:26relationship you know what I'm saying
2:27you know what I'm saying so they met in
2:30Winter Park Florida and I guess they had
2:32met through mutual friends at the time
2:35things had moved quite quickly so
2:37there's a lot to Miss Sarah Boon okay
2:40like there's a lot to her story but at
2:42this time when she moved in with George
2:45uh she had an ongoing legal fight over
2:48like the her home situation the place
2:50she had been living at was like trying
2:52to remove her I don't know it was an
2:55ongoing legal
2:56dispute and Sarah she needed to find
3:00like a new apartment ASAP so when she
3:02met George they started seeing each
3:03other and then like quickly after they
3:06got an apartment together so from the
3:08beginning the relationship was on again
3:10off again both of them George and Sarah
3:14they had a history of drinking heavily
3:17and fighting pretty violently now police
3:21had been called to their home more than
3:24once in 2018 they were both arrested for
3:27domestic violence Sarah allegedly tried
3:29to strangle George and George allegedly
3:33hit her the charges ended up getting
3:35dropped when both of them refused to
3:38testify against each other so Sarah and
3:40George were pretty toxic and like
3:42friends and family members they tried to
3:45distance themselves from this couple you
3:49know but it wasn't like they could just
3:52completely cut themselves off especially
3:55from Sarah well no from both of them
3:56because they both had kids from a
3:58previous situation Sarah she actually
4:01was married like briefly and she shared
4:04custody of her boy and uh he would he
4:08would visit the apartment like three
4:10times four times a week yeah
4:12unfortunately she shared custody with
4:15her child listen I say unfortunately
4:17because based off what I read allegedly
4:19I don't know it's a very toxic
4:21environment and the two George and Sarah
4:24just seemed to be struggling with
4:25alcohol they were fighting all the time
4:28and both of them were having a hard time
4:30holding down a job so for a kid I just
4:33you know that's why I'm like that sucks
4:35you get it now between all the fighting
4:36and whatnot and the drinking and all
4:38that stuff you would just hope that they
4:40would uh you know just end things but
4:43they couldn't and they didn't they clung
4:45on to each other just like feeding off
4:48of their toxicity cycling through fights
4:51breakups makeups all that you know
4:53allegedly based off of police records
4:56now up until the night of the crime the
4:57two continue to live in the apartment
5:00together along with Sarah's two Boston
5:04Terriers now let's Flash Forward to
5:07February 23rd 2020 Sarah she's 42 at
5:12this point and George who is also 42
5:16they were hanging out together at their
5:17apartment in Winter Park Florida
5:21according to Sarah it was a good day she
5:24and George you know when they woke up
5:26they cleaned the apartment they did some
5:28like sweeping mopping laundry dishes
5:30blah blah blah because the next day
5:32Sarah's son was coming she had custody
5:35of him the next day according to Sarah
5:37at sometime around noon the two of them
5:39went to Publix to buy a bottle of wine
5:42now apparently it was a magnum wine I
5:46know which I learned about cuz I was
5:47like what's that I thought that was a
5:48condom and it's not well it is but like
5:52Magnum wine is a wi you guys are crazy
5:55you wios the Magnum is a wine bottle
5:58that contains the equivalent of two
6:00standard bottles of wine so it holds 1.5
6:05L of wine which is a lot and it's a lot
6:09because Sarah and George they were both
6:12pretty petite they were like 5 foot2 5'
6:14three and around 100 lbs at the time
6:18both of them George was
6:20like10 barely Sarah was like something
6:24so they're petite and that's a lot of
6:26wine so once they got back to the
6:28apartment they started drinking the wine
6:30they're hanging outside on the porch
6:32they're playing darts and just talking
6:35and then in the
6:36afternoon Sarah said that George went to
6:39Publix's for like a second trip because
6:42they had run out of wine and he went to
6:43go pick up more wine he returned with
6:46another one of those jumbo wines so they
6:49continued drinking and Sarah said that
6:52you know this time around they were
6:54painting listening to music and dancing
6:58with their dogs in the apartment so not
7:01long after I guess they had finished
7:03that second jumbo thing of wine so
7:06they're pretty lit okay Sarah said that
7:08she was trying to entertain George like
7:11he seemed bored and like keep him in a
7:14good mood and she said eventually they
7:17ran out of things to do so they decided
7:20to play good oldfashioned hot and
7:25seek who doesn't like playing hide and
7:27seek huh according to Sarah she's like
7:30okay yeah so then we were playing hide
7:32and seek and she said she went up
7:34upstairs and she hid in the shower and
7:38she was up there waiting for George to
7:40come and find her and she was getting
7:42kind of irritated because like he wasn't
7:44finding her so she went back downstairs
7:47and she saw that George was just like
7:48sitting there on the couch not looking
7:50for her she's like this is not fun so
7:53Sarah's back downstairs and I guess
7:56they're still on the topic of Hide and
7:58Seek so according to Sarah she said that
8:02she thought it would be funny if George
8:04got into the suitcase that they had
8:07lying around and like zipped them in it
8:11she's like wouldn't that be hilarious oh
8:12my God that's what she said they said
8:15she said they said wouldn't that be
8:17hilarious the suitcase that just
8:20happened to be lying around in the
8:22living room was described as like a
8:25large hard shell suitcase it was around
8:2820 6 in in size and was definitely large
8:32enough to like fit a person inside
8:35according to Sarah
8:37George he was like oh yeah that's so
8:40funny so he got into the
8:42suitcase and then he zipped it up Sarah
8:45said that George willingly climbed in
8:49stuffed himself in that suitcase
8:52giggling like a little kid and then
8:55Sarah said she got up and she like she
8:58zipped theit suitcase closed but she's
9:02like I left a gap in the zipper like so
9:05it wasn't closed all the way and he
9:07could still stick two fingers out so
9:09like he's not really like stuck in there
9:11Sarah said after she zipped them up in
9:13the suitcase uh she assumed that George
9:16could get out whenever he wanted because
9:18his fingers were sticking out and it
9:20wasn't closed all the way so according
9:23to her she was just sitting there
9:24laughing ha and then around 1200 a.m.
9:28she SAR got sleepy as one does and
9:31decided to go upstairs and go to bed the
9:35thing is she left George in the suitcase
9:40downstairs in the living room the next
9:42morning it's about 1100 a.m. Sarah wakes
9:45up she realizes she's alone wear shorts
9:49you know so uh she said she had this
9:52moment where she's like oh he must still
9:53be downstairs or something like maybe
9:55he's still on the suitcase so she goes
9:57downstairs she sees that the suitcase is
10:00still there and it's he didn't seem to
10:02get out so she unzips it and she saw
10:06that George was purplish and not
10:08breathing now weird part no instead of
10:11calling the police Sarah first called
10:14her
10:16ex-husband yeah now some reports said
10:18that he came over to the house um and I
10:21think he did but like I couldn't figure
10:25out their relationship I don't really
10:27think whatever she calls her ex-boy her
10:29ex-husband now he ends up telling her to
10:32call 911 so uh the paramedics arrived
10:36and they got there within like six
10:37minutes of the phone call but even it
10:40was too late like by the time they got
10:42there George was officially declared
10:45dead so when police arrived to the scene
10:48Sarah was like oh my God I thought he
10:49could get out we were playing hide and
10:50seek he you know she told him that whole
10:53story and we have um the body cam
10:57footage from when they showed up to
10:58Sarah's place
11:00I watched like all of her uh the court
11:03nonsense and everything but I I didn't
11:04see the body cam footage so let's watch
11:07it really quick and I putting a puzzle
11:09together we've been doing some artwork
11:11together having a good time with one
11:12another but we're drinking we had a
11:14bottle of wine last night so then it's
11:16like we decided to play hide and seek
11:18right okay so he gets in the suitcase I
11:21fell asleep when did he do c this
11:24morning when I found it before you
11:26called yes so I came downstairs and I
11:29was like oh he's in the suitcase still
11:31so you were playing and who Zed him up
11:34in I did but then I fell asleep okay
11:37okay you're okay I don't I wasn't here
11:40I'm just trying to figure out what
11:41happened I fell asleep leave may add my
11:42Dr Pepper I am so cut mou right
11:46now I can't
11:52move please I need
11:54water I need water B can I have a
11:57cigarette please ma'am I can't take take
11:59anything out of the house it's on the
12:00back porch nope do you guys tell his
12:03family like today or after tomorrow you
12:07have
12:08to they're going to think I kill him
12:10because I'm the
12:12blueeyed white dragon that's what they
12:14call me
12:20oh it makes sense it makes sense I came
12:24across this um when I was doing research
12:26for this story uh they mentioned a blue
12:29eyed white dragon that's what
12:31Sarah was saying that the family had
12:34called her but I couldn't find the
12:35source of like where that came from and
12:37that's where it comes from like in that
12:39uh body cam footage Bailey that's why
12:42you should watch it but yeah I guess
12:43that's a a forgive me for my ignorance

12:53doesn't matter the point is as you can
12:55tell from the body cam footage Sarah is
12:58very animated she's very like and uh
13:01it's just like she's a okay you know I
13:04need a Dr Pepper you're like yeah I
13:07don't okay I think someone's dead ma'am
13:09I don't think you need a Dr Pepper right
13:11now Dr Pepper is good but like someone's
13:14dead that was the police cam footage of
13:16when they arrived to the scene as you
13:18could tell she's very
13:20um so police then ask if they're if
13:24Sarah's okay with them going through her
13:26phone you know to ver verify like the
13:30timeline that she had given whatever it
13:33shouldn't be a big deal you guys are
13:34playing hide-and-seek whatever right but
13:37listen what they
13:39found was damning okay damning I
13:44couldn't think of another word besides
13:45daming so police they go through her
13:47phone they found two haunting videos
13:51they were recorded like 11 minutes apart
13:53on Sarah's cell phone the night of the
13:57situation so the first video was taken
14:00at 10:20 p.m. on the night of February
14:0423rd so this video showed what seemed to
14:07be the living room okay and in the frame
14:10is the zipped suitcase lying face down
14:14on their dirty ass carpet I was like
14:16maybe you get a carpet cleaner but
14:18that's not the point as the video goes
14:20on it's heartbreaking cuz you can hear
14:22George from the inside of the suitcase
14:25calling out over and over again he's
14:27like Sarah
14:30Sarah Sarah like it's just like there's
14:33it's just Eerie it's quiet she's filming
14:36a couple of times he says I can't
14:38breathe I can't breathe she's recording
14:41the whole thing and then you can hear
14:42her laugh she's laughing then she starts
14:45to taunt him mind you again this is all
14:47on camera she's freaking filming it
14:50she's like oh that's what you do and he
14:52choke me that's on you mind you there's
14:55a lot of drinking involved so like her
14:57words are all slurred she's like that's
14:59on for
15:03me messy okay so she's taunting him
15:07Sarah taunted George every time he
15:10called out to her this is the first
15:12video then there's another video now
15:15looks like the suitcase moved because
15:17now the suitcase is lying uh face up
15:21still zipped and it still has George
15:24inside and he's still calling out to her
15:27but this time on the second video it's
15:29like um it's like his calls were a
15:32little bit weaker okay he's like Sarah I
15:35can't breath he's still saying Sarah I
15:36can't breathe and she's laughing he
15:39keeps saying it over and over and over
15:41again can't breathe I can't breathe it's
15:43really sad it's really sad and her being
15:47drunk cuz again she's filming and she's
15:50sosed she's like that's what it's like
15:52when he cheat on me I liy he tell me and
15:57then she has this evil laugh
15:59then she finishes the recording with the
16:03[ __ ] you and you're like that doesn't
16:06look good girl so it appears to
16:08investigators that this was no hide and
16:11seek situation or an accident this
16:14seemed to be straight up torture so what
16:18the what the hell girl you know how
16:20could a simple game of hide and seek go
16:24so wrong Sarah forgot how like first of
16:27all how technology works okay okay
16:29stupid ass so she is is being questioned
16:32by investigators and they show Sarah the
16:35videos that they found on her phone my
16:36favorite I like to watch interrogation
16:38videos and especially when they have
16:40like the evidence right they're like oh
16:44so um it was you just went to bed like
16:46not a big deal and then they pull up the
16:47phone and they're like oh interesting
16:50cuz right here on the phone that you
16:52recorded on your phone that you
16:56recorded it says otherwise I love
16:59watching those you know and then they're
17:00just like they don't know what to say
17:02same with her they pull up the video
17:04they show it to her on her on the
17:05computer or whatever and she stops them
17:08halfway through and she's like look I
17:09don't remember taking those videos she
17:11pretty much tells them like it doesn't
17:13look good it's a bad look the video is a
17:15bad look she's telling investigating
17:16thought like it was just an accident
17:17they were playing hide-and seek she
17:19thought he could get out like it she
17:22didn't kill him you know really wasn't
17:23making sense to investigators and then
17:25they showed her this footage and that's
17:28when she gets very defensive as most
17:31people do when they're uh you know being
17:34caught for murder so I watched the
17:37interrogation footage and of course she
17:40has once again some interesting onliners
17:43this woman I have not touched him then
17:46how would you get those injuries tell me
17:47and we'll both know were you guys
17:49drinking and it got out of hand and it
17:52got physical or is it no I was not drunk
17:55I was not drunk I mean I've always been
17:57a straight A student I am an outstanding
17:59mother to my son I excel at everything
18:03any photos videos that you remember
18:06doing on your okay um it's not funny I'm
18:09not laughing at her well I kind of am
18:12because during interrogation you know
18:14she was like I don't think you know who
18:15I am I'm a straight A student I excel
18:17everything I do I'm an outstanding
18:19mother to my son I would not do that
18:21blah blah blah and it's that girl first
18:23of all you're in your 40s you're not in
18:25school anymore so it doesn't really
18:26matter if you're a trade a student sorry
18:28I mean maybe she's in college but she's
18:29not she's an outstanding mother to her
18:31son I don't want to judge I think but I
18:34don't know I mean okay I won't take that
18:36from her I guess um I don't know what
18:39she's getting at really you know what's
18:41funny is like during these interrogation
18:42videos it's like I'm I'm a straight A

21:41body was taken for an autopsy now there
21:43it was determine that it was like so
21:46much more than just being locked in a
21:48freaking suitcase there was something
21:49else going on because he had nail
21:52scratches on his mid uper back he had a
21:55large nail scratch on the back of his
21:57neck he had bruises on his left shoulder
22:00and his left skull George also had
22:04bruises on his forehead that were
22:07consistent with like blunt force trauma
22:10and on top of that his lip was like
22:13busted open
22:15so what how did that happen if you're
22:18just playing hide and seek like none of
22:20it is just making sense once
22:23investigators had the medical examiner
22:25report uh you know it just really
22:27destroyed Sarah's version of that night
22:30not that she even had a strong one but
22:32yeah I mean George just didn't die from
22:35like being inside the suitcase he had
22:37blunt force trauma to his skull he had
22:41cuts and bruises on his body and he had
22:44injuries consistent with someone like
22:46fighting for their life so you know when
22:49Sarah was confronted with all this and
22:51like she couldn't run away from it
22:52anymore then her tune changed well she
22:54changed her tune that's the phrasing
22:57right she changed her tune and she said
22:59it was the alcohol's fault she said you
23:01know we were drinking a lot I wasn't
23:02thinking clearly babe babe you filmed it
23:06though you know sorry girl you're not
23:08getting out of it well on February 25th
23:112020 Sarah was arrested for second
23:13deegree murder and this my friends is
23:17where Sarah's case turned into an
23:20absolute circus cuz you think it'd be
23:22just like open and
23:24shut like the suitcase but it's not it's
23:27like there's so many layers his freaking
23:29story oh my gosh this she stressed me
23:32out I think I got an ulcer because of of
23:35this this okay Sarah ended up going
23:38through nine attorneys before
23:42trial
23:44nine nine nine some quit some were fired
23:49one only lasted like 16 days before he
23:51like eated himself out of there Yeet did
23:54I use that correctly yeated yeting Yeet
23:57he yeated himself out of there so let me
23:59give you kind of a simple rundown of
24:02what happened so in the beginning the
24:04court likely determined that Sarah was
24:08indignant I know I was like what does
24:10that mean ooh it sounds mean it sound
24:12like a disc they were like she's
24:13indignant and I was like ooh mean but
24:16when the court determines that you're
24:17indignant it means that uh like she in
24:20her case was lacking the financial
24:22resources to hire private Legal C
24:25counsel so when you are determined in
24:28ignant it means you qualify for a courta
24:31appointed attorney her first courta
24:33appointed attorney was a a woman latia I
24:37think was her name but Sarah wanted to
24:39go in a different direction so she hired
24:42a bigwig lawyer Mauricio Padia side note
24:46when the court determines that you are
24:48indignant indignant defendants may have
24:50certain court costs filing fees and
24:53other legal expenses waved or reduced
24:57plus they other things
24:59um so that's how she was able to get
25:01this next guy this big wig uh lawyer guy
25:04Mauricio now this Mauricio guy he
25:06defended some high-profile murder cases
25:09for example one of them was uh dedric
25:12Williams uh he was the guy accused of
25:14killing rapper XXX tanan is that is that
25:19how you say it uh he killed him in 2018
25:22I apologize if I'm butchering everyone's
25:24name so I guess Sarah was a
25:27fan um so she's like I want that guy but
25:30she didn't do great research because
25:32Mauricio the guy he didn't win that case
25:34dedric was found guilty and senten to
25:36life in prison but Sarah was like I want
25:39that guy I want that guy and she got him
25:42so after hiring this new lawyer Sarah
25:45pleaded not guilty and requested to have
25:47a jury trial now the trial was
25:49originally set for July 27th 2020 but
25:52like clockwork when it comes to her
25:54things started to just go off the rails
25:57Sarah's defense had asked for more time
25:59so the trial ended up getting pushed
26:00back to November then came another delay
26:03another one another another another next
26:06thing you know Sarah's trial had been
26:08pushed back nearly two years then out of
26:11nowhere okay Mauricio the big shot
26:14lawyer he filed a motion to withdraw
26:17from the case yes Macio was like I can't
26:21take this anymore maceio cited
26:23irreconcilable differences later he said
26:26that the two were just arguing non-stop
26:29so this guy was like I'm out okay so
26:33lawyer gone Sarah decided she was a
26:36little irritated so she wrote a letter
26:38to the judge uh or to the courts really
26:41to anyone who would listen she got Penn
26:43to paper and she wrote aggressively and
26:46in these letters she claimed she had
26:48been left in the dark about everything
26:52she was getting no updates she said that
26:54Mauricio had betrayed her I'm I'm
26:57spitting everywhere sorry and that she
26:59had no clue why he just upped and left
27:02her leaving her just in the dark
27:05completely blindsided
27:08just so the court appointed her another
27:12public defender okay this lawyer had
27:16lasted less than a month before
27:17withdrawing because plot
27:20twist they actually represented George
27:23in Sarah and George's 2018 domestic
27:26violence case so it was a conflict of
27:29interest and this guy was like I'm out
27:32next I thought Florida was big but like
27:35she just kept running into issues so the
27:37court assigned her another lawyer who
27:40turned out had represented one of the
27:42key Witnesses in another one of Sarah's
27:45cases I didn't want to go too much into
27:47detail about this case cuz remember in
27:49the beginning when I mentioned like she
27:50was needed a place to live cuz she had
27:53like a legal battle going on it was this
27:56it had to do with like I think she was
27:57being a squatter or something I don't
28:00know I didn't check too much into it
28:02anyways so this person was like I can't
28:05I can't do it then came lawyer number
28:07five Mark consalo and just two weeks
28:11after filing Sarah's plea Mark
28:15quit yeah according to court documents
28:18Sarah wanted all of all of their time
28:21calling up to 10 times a day there were
28:25uh disagreements on like the legal
28:27strategy what they can and cannot do in
28:30court there was a lack of resources this
28:34is all according to this lawyer G he
28:36said that she was being unreasonable she
28:38took non-viable legal positions I was
28:41like what does that mean so I looked it
28:43up taking nonviable legal positions
28:47means making arguments or pursuing legal
28:50strategies that have little to no chance
28:53of success due to lack of legal Merit
28:56factual support or precedent that's the
28:58definition thank you okay so Sarah's in
29:02jail she's waiting right so she's
29:03getting mad because like these lawyers
29:06these courta appointed attorneys and all
29:09that stuff like they are just not giving
29:11her all the attention she wanted you see
29:13what was really happening was like when
29:15all this was going down a lot of the
29:17news the media picked up the story and
29:20were putting out these wild stories
29:22about Sarah about what happened right
29:25and everyone was talking about it at
29:27this time S at the time was in jail
29:30waiting for something to happen and she
29:32was seeing all these media reports
29:34happening and she was upset that the
29:36courts weren't moving as fast as like
29:38media was she really badly wanted to
29:41like get it out there that she was
29:42innocent and like people needed to hear
29:44her side of the story cuz like in her
29:46mind she had a strong side of her story
29:48she was just getting irritated with that
29:51is what I was researching she didn't
29:54realize that the court system is very
29:56very slow and it was not going to move
29:58as fast as a YouTube video you know so
30:01she uh gets this new attorney guy and
30:04she's getting really really upset
30:06because she's not she's like I'm barely
30:07hearing from this guy this guy Frank so
30:09she was sending letters to Sarah she's
30:13sending letters to Frank the attorney
30:15guy she's sending letters to the judge
30:17and the courts asking like what is going
30:19on I haven't heard from my lawyer in 11
30:22weeks you know what's going on with my
30:24case she wrote how many more pens will I
30:27exhaust asking she loved writing a
30:30letter she kept writing and writing and
30:32writing so she's writing and writing and
30:35writing and writing she even threatened
30:36in the letter that she was going to call
30:38the governor like she was making these
30:39threats that
30:41just there was so many letters I read so
30:44many letters she has great hand writing
30:46mind you very Millennial bubbly but
30:48she's just she's coming off a little
30:50crazy girl girl this isn't looking good
30:52for your case she wouldn't stop she was
30:54convinced her constitutional rights were
30:56being violated I know I was like what
30:58rights girl cuz you kind of murdered
31:00someone and then like you filmed it so
31:02like what and I couldn't you can't find
31:04a clear answer from her but okay uh so
31:09she's writing all these letters she's
31:10not getting anywhere so then she starts
31:12directing letters straight to the press
31:14to the media she's hoping that they'll
31:15expose the quote unquote incompetence of
31:19her legal team she ended one of these
31:21letters with quote please do not
31:23discredit my truth I am who not what
31:28respectful and diligent Sarah Boon like
31:31girl what are you even talking about
31:33like what are you even talking
31:36about what are you even talking about if
31:39only she cared this much about like her
31:40son and stuff huh so Sarah's not getting
31:43anywhere even with all these letters and
31:45she's just getting more and more
31:47frustrating so you know what she does
31:49you'll never guess what she does she
31:51hires a private investigator and I was
31:54like okay well maybe she wants this
31:55private investigator to like help her
31:57with her case because she's not getting
31:59it from her attorney or whatever no that
32:02is not why she wanted a private in she
32:04hired a private
32:06investigator to track down her
32:11lawyer yeah not like to help her with
32:15finding Justice and proving her
32:17innocence or anything like that no no no
32:20to find her lawyer that was the last
32:22straw for lawyer number six was the
32:25whole private investigator situation
32:28so this guy Frank he filed a motion to
32:32withdraw and in it he said this woman
32:35will never be happy with a lawyer unless
32:38that lawyer has no other cases the judge
32:40at this point finally had enough okay
32:44mind you this is like months and months
32:45of back and forth I'm giving you the
32:46very condensed version but the judge was
32:48like look enough is enough he ruled that
32:50Sarah had forfeited her right to counsel
32:53so it was like hey no more lawyers for
32:55you n neigh and she would have to
32:58represent herself to be fair the court
33:01told Sarah multiple
33:03times you do not want to represent
33:06yourself okay they're like you need to
33:08find a lawyer you need to stick with it
33:10because you do not want to represent
33:13yourself and they told her this numerous
33:16times they're like it's not easy you
33:18don't want this but she's Sarah Boon and
33:22she was on one you know she was on she
33:25was on her sboon high so after she fired
33:27this last guy the judge is like look
33:29you're just you're on your own fine
33:32you're going to get what you want you do
33:33it so she takes a shot she's going to
33:35try and represent herself and she
33:37realizes as time is going on it's
33:40actually a lot harder than she thought
33:42and like and that kind of says a lot
33:43well not really but yeah it kind of does
33:45because she had all the Time in the
33:46World to sit around and like research
33:50court lingos and how to represent
33:52yourself not that she should have but
33:54it's like um what else is she doing you
33:57know she's not busy is what I'm getting
33:59at so yeah girl represent yourself take
34:02a shot see how it goes well she does she
34:04tries to but she realizes again like how
34:06hard it is so she goes back to the court
34:09and she begs the judge on her case to
34:13get another lawyer and then the judge is
34:15like hell like I literally told you it
34:17was hard like no no no and I love that
34:21someone said no to her well Sarah was
34:23not happy with this she felt like she
34:25was being treated unfairly so she
34:28decided to take matters into her own
34:31hands as if that's not what she was
34:33doing but she decided to try a new
34:35tactic how about that she created a
34:37flyer advertising for a lawyer to take
34:40on her case and I was like this has got
34:42to be fake so I looked it up not fake
34:45the flyer read epic opportunity awaits
34:50again she's got that bubbly Millennial
34:52chaotic writing the flyer is a little
34:54busy it's a lot but good for her she put
34:56in the work so he puts his flyer out
34:58there and guess what it worked God I
35:02know girl you killed someone just own up
35:07to it girl you know own up to it she got
35:09a lawyer named James Owens and he sees
35:12the flyer and he's like oh my god this
35:14is my calling so he steps up and he
35:16turns out to be Sarah's ninth attorney
35:19well 10th if you count Sarah herself but
35:22whatever by this point it had been 5
35:25years since her arrest and the judge was
35:28over the delays her trial was set for
35:32October 7th 2024 and there was no
35:34pushing back this was it they were not
35:36taking her [ __ ] anymore so the trial was
35:38set but then it was briefly delayed not
35:41because of Sarah this time but because
35:43of hurricane Milton so it's hurricanes
35:45rolling in and again this case has been
35:48going on so long and at the end of the
35:50day it's pretty open and shut like girl
35:52you don't have a chance like right right
35:55so the prosecution had came came to
35:58Sarah and they offered her a plea deal
36:01and I was like oh what so with this plea
36:03deal it would reduce her potential
36:06sentence to 15 years if she pleaded
36:09guilty to manslaughter now this was
36:12probably her best bet okay like a plead
36:15deal babe take it run not that I want
36:18her to but you know what I'm saying like
36:21yeah take it you did it okay what's
36:25Sarah she's unique you know she rejected
36:29the plea deal insane move insane move
36:32that I was like what trust me she was
36:35heavly heavily advised to take the plea
36:39deal but she's on one I don't know well
36:42her trial started towards the end of
36:46October so her attorney uh the guy who
36:50responded to her
36:52flyer when's the Lifetime movie is what
36:55I'm wondering huh but the her attorney
36:57the guy he actually called forward like
37:00several witnesses including
37:03psychologists now the psychologists were
37:06going to lay the groundwork for battered
37:09woman syndrome which was going to be
37:12Sarah's defense now let me give you a
37:14rundown of what battered women's
37:15syndrome is because yeah it's important
37:20okay great really some days I just can
37:23think clearly and then some days I can't
37:26today I'm like
37:29Aon so battered woman syndrome or
37:34bws is a psychological condition that
37:38can be used as a legal defense in cases
37:41where a woman accused of a crime us
37:44usually against her abuser has suffered
37:47prolonged domestic violence so example
37:50suppose a battered woman kills or harms
37:53her abuser in that case battered woman
37:56syndrome can support the argument that
37:58she reasonably believed she was in
38:01imminent danger even if the threat
38:05wasn't immediate at that moment got it
38:07so during her initial interrogation
38:10Sarah described George as abusive she
38:14told the police um that she had
38:17documented his violent Behavior with
38:19photos and videos of her injuries she
38:22mentioned how she kicked him out
38:24multiple times but always took him back
38:27and to be fair if they looked up the
38:29court Rec not court records the police
38:31records they would see like they had
38:33been out to her house for domestic
38:35violent calls and all that stuff so yeah
38:38there's some there's
38:40yes okay you know so that's what she
38:43initially said in the interrogation but
38:45then I watched the court trial and this
38:47is where I personally was
38:49confused uh I'm laughing because I'm
38:51uncomfortable in court Sarah took the
38:53stand and portrayed their relationship
38:56as loving
38:57but complicated she said that she was
39:00helping him get his life together she
39:02was even considering marrying him during
39:05the questioning she focused like
39:07whenever she was asked like about a
39:09timeliner anything like she would focus
39:12more on George's struggles like with
39:15alcohol and him not being able to hold
39:17down a job and it was like okay girl but
39:20why did you put him in the suitcase you
39:22know like Sarah said that
39:25evening again they ran out of things to
39:27do which led to hide and seek but on the
39:29stand she never gave a clear explanation
39:32for how George ended up in the suitcase
39:35she maintained that it was a joke gone
39:39wrong and that was really it like that
39:43was it she never gave a clear
39:45understanding like what happened that
39:47night at all I also just want to make it
39:50clear just in case we're all adults here
39:53but I believe her that like she said
39:56that he was aggressive towards her and
39:58stuff but um if you watch her uh in
40:02court and whatnot it's like both sides
40:05were very they were both very toxic to
40:08each other there was this one video that
40:10they played in court which was like
40:11freaking awful cuz of course they showed
40:13the videos that she took the night of
40:15his death but then they showed other
40:18videos that they found on her phone and
40:21they were awful there was one video
40:23specifically where he's George is is
40:27obviously like drunk or something and
40:30she is filming him on her phone and
40:32she's just yelling at him like what a
40:34piece of [ __ ] he is what a loser he is
40:36he needs to get out of her house and I
40:38think she was filming because she
40:39thought like I'm going to show this to
40:41the cops and like make you look bad but
40:45really made her look bad because she was
40:48so mean to him just verbally abusive
40:51towards him in this one little video I
40:53say it like that because like we don't
40:54really know behind the scenes what was
40:56going on but she was mean she was a very
40:59mean toxic abuse verbally abusive
41:02towards him based off of the things I
41:05saw or they showed in court I don't know
41:08cuz like one of the big things with the
41:09sarbon case is like was she abused and
41:12if she was abused then I don't know it
41:14just adds like a different layer to the
41:16story right that's what does get
41:18complicated I just don't want to just
41:19sound like I'm coming off as like I
41:21don't believe women [ __ ] you know I'm
41:23not coming off like that okay anyway so
41:25it was clear that they did not have a
41:28good relationship and that she was very
41:30very toxic to him that is what was very
41:33clear so in court they asked her on the
41:35stand like so how did he get all of his
41:37injuries cuz remember he had scratches
41:40he had head trauma like what what how
41:42did he get all that first she blamed
41:45saying it was from rough sex okay and
41:48then on the stand she just really gave
41:50some kind of word solid answer she said
41:53a lot of words no meaning just a lot of
41:56words in a sentence so again she kind of
41:59pivoted towards his drinking habits and
42:02how he struggled
42:03emotionally and then Sarah acknowledged
42:06that she did indeed record the videos on
42:09her phone but I mean she like downplayed
42:12the whole thing right again over and
42:14over again it was just a joke like I
42:16never intentionally meant to do like
42:18kill him or anything like that she was
42:20just saying words words and hopes that
42:24something made sense and would click for
42:25like a jury member I know I don't know
42:27what her goal was why she had to prolong
42:29this so long she came with like no solid
42:32evidence to prove much of anything other
42:35than she did it like you would think I
42:37thought with all this extra time like
42:39she would build a strong case gather all
42:42the the evidence like she said that she
42:45had tons of photos and videos of you
42:48know the relationship with George and
42:51how he was abusive towards her and um
42:54she just didn't come with like the
42:59evidence there you go I she did but like
43:02she didn't ah it was a mess it was a
43:05mess so the prosecution presented 14
43:09Witnesses with the most damning piece of
43:11evidence uh the freaking video footage
43:15of George trapped inside the suitcase I
43:17mean to the jury it was clear it was
43:20very clear what they were looking at
43:22George was zipped in a suitcase and like
43:24Sarah was there recording rep in it it
43:28it made it really hard to argue that
43:30Sarah was acting out in self-defense it
43:33was clear that this was not the case
43:35also throughout the the video her
43:37taunting him while he was suffocating
43:39showed to the jury malicious intent I
43:42should say to the prosecution not the
43:43jury yet so remember how George had like
43:46um the head trauma and the scratches and
43:48all that stuff there was never really a
43:50clear answer where that came from his
43:53scratches his marks and all that stuff
43:56but the process execution they threw out
43:58a theory as to what they believed
44:00happened they believed that Sarah had
44:02took a baseball bat that she had you
44:05know in the house and while he was
44:07trapped inside of the suitcase she was
44:11hitting him in the suitcase there's no
44:13visual proof of this bat being used but
44:17they were basing this off of the audio
44:19evidence cuz you know how she was
44:21recording the videos and whatnot so
44:23there was that like 11-minute Gap in
44:25between the two videos they believe in
44:27that 11 minute Gap she flipped over the
44:30suitcase she grabbed a bat she like
44:33shoved the bat into the suitcase
44:35remember how he could stick two fingers
44:36out they believe she shoved the bat in
44:39there and was like attacking him with it
44:41and then she went back and she filmed
44:43the second video that was their Theory
44:46again no visual proof no no like no
44:50proof that the bat was used but they
44:53believe that's what she did and she
44:56never gave a clear answer other than we
44:58had rough sex he was like okay girl so
45:01the prosecution argued that Sarah's
45:04videos showed cruelty and um I think
45:08it's very clear and that being drunk is
45:12not a defense for murder sorry they
45:16claimed that Sarah was not acting in
45:17self-defense instead she was angry and
45:21vindictive which I think we can all
45:24agree on so when the trial was all done
45:26you know the jury went back they only
45:28deliberated for like less than 2 hours
45:31and when they came back sarab Boon was
45:33found guilty of second degree murder
45:37she's lucky she got second degree huh so
45:39the sentencing finally the sentencing
45:42George's family had waited forever for
45:44this I mean can you imagine letting this
45:47psycho Queen just like be just
45:49completely dismiss killing your
45:53uh family member and her just being
45:56[ __ ] w and then dragging his name
45:58saying that he was abusing her and
45:59trying to make him look crazy when she
46:03was just as crazy so after her
46:06sentencing hearing George's mother poor
46:10thing she cried in the courtroom and
46:12bless her soul because she said that she
46:15did not hate Sarah she didn't hate her
46:18yeah it was sweet it was just about like
46:20forgiveness but you know she's really
46:22sad and her son died but uh George's
46:24sister she got up there and go for her
46:27her she told the court that Sarah
46:28deserved to rot in prison period she did
46:32not hold back a prison chaplain spoke on
46:35Sarah's behalf saying that she had
46:37become very spiritual since she was in
46:39jail her cellmate even called Sarah her
46:41best friend but none of those things uh
46:45could change the judge's decision so the
46:48judge determined that Sarah Boon would
46:51be sentenced to life in prison should
46:54have took that 15 years huh girl yeah
46:57yeah stupid ass not that she should have
46:59but she's an idiot I'm tired of her I'm
47:01so tired of her so tired of
47:05her so tired of her but there's more cuz
47:07after the verdict um Sarah made a
47:10statement of course she did so she made
47:12a statement saying that she forgave the
47:15torah's family for turning a blind eye
47:18to her abuse then she
47:21asked the entire planet for
47:25forgiveness she's like yeah therefore it
47:27counts because I asked and you think
47:30that'd be the end of Sarah no no no no
47:33no no she got back to her pen and paper
47:37and started writing letters again you
47:39know after she was sentenced she sent a
47:41the judge a 28 Page Letter this was
47:44recently I read this and I was like why
47:46am I reading this I don't know why am I
47:47here how'd I get here in this letter she
47:49criticized the judge calling him
47:52ignorant then in a Twist she said that
47:56she actually forgave him the judge she
47:59also wrote that she was excited about
48:01her appeal and then ended the letter
48:04with a Bible
48:05verse yeah she also quoted Cicero I
48:09believe her lawyer James Owen Owens
48:12followed a motion outlining all the
48:14alleged misconduct in her case to set up
48:18an appeal as of right now the time of me
48:21recording this um no appeal has actually
48:23been filed just her sending letters I'm
48:26sure they'll there'll be more letters
48:28let me get on this lip hold on one
48:30second so yes that is Sarah Boon God
48:33she's exhausting she had an answer for
48:37everything except for like what she did
48:40do you know what I'm saying she just
48:41could not take responsibility for any of
48:43her actions and that's concerning side
48:47note this has nothing to do with
48:48anything but like I can't do I can't I
48:50hate my hair I'm going through a thing
48:51where I just hate my hair and I want
48:53change so bad I want I wanted to go like
48:55blonde but I know you guys will kill me
48:57if I go
48:58blond plusz I don't it's it's not
49:00realistic it's not realistic Bailey I
49:02know but I want to but you can't I know
49:05but I'm bored and you know when like the
49:07one thing you want is change as a woman
49:11you're like I need change I need change
49:13and what's the easiest thing to change
49:14your hair right am I right ladies am I
49:17right so that's where I'm at right now
49:19but like there's just I don't know what
49:21to do I'm bored in my look you guys
49:24bored so um yeah yeah I was thinking cuz
49:27I watched all the footage of her and
49:28stuff and like she's just so out there
49:30and so off her rocker man it's just
49:33she's stressful at the end of the day
49:36she killed someone okay period they were
49:38in a toxic alcohol filled abusive
49:42relationship the two of them there were
49:44other videos of Sarah haunting George
49:46again it was awful so here's what I was
49:50thinking I was like look I think she
49:52purposely left him in the suitcase that
49:55night to quote unquote teach him a
49:57lesson this is my thought in her sick
49:59mind leaving him there all night in the
50:02luggage zipped up was payback and she
50:04even said this in the videos she said in
50:06the videos that she's recording like
50:08this is what you get this is what you
50:11got she just telling everyone why why
50:14she did it CU people kept asking why why
50:16why
50:17why she told you why she told you why in
50:21the videos I think she locked him in
50:23there obviously they're drunk and like
50:25out of their minds but
50:27she locked him in the little suitcase
50:30thing and I think she walked her butt
50:32upstairs went to bed not realizing he
50:35was going to die because in her mind she
50:38left a hole open in the suitcase so he
50:40could stick two fingers out so in her
50:43mind she's like that means he can
50:45breathe he's fine yeah I mean just based
50:48off of uh all the interviews and stuff I
50:51watched 100% in my mind that makes sense
50:55that's exactly what she was thinking
50:56thinking and it's like why is suitcase
50:58and all that because this is Florida do
51:00you know trash I know trashy people I
51:03lived next to Hemet
51:06and if you're from Southern California
51:09Southern California deep cut anyways but
51:11I've seen people like this who are just
51:13like stupid drunk like it doesn't make
51:16sense but she's a [ __ ] she's a [ __ ]
51:19I'm sorry you need to be locked up girl
51:21I don't even know why I'm saying sorry
51:23one thing too that stuck out to me that
51:24I didn't really know like if it was
51:26anything but whatever she what kept
51:28claiming over and over again during the
51:30interrogation that you know she was so
51:32drunk she couldn't remember anything and
51:34then she would give these super detailed
51:36descriptions about what the luggage
51:38looked like specifically like she
51:40remembered that the luggage had broken
51:42pieces to it she remembered that like on
51:44the luggage the zipper itself was broken
51:46so she had to put like um uh a paper
51:49clip in the zipper because it was broken
51:52so she could close it but she couldn't
51:54remember anything else and I was like oh
51:57that's girl at the end of the day she's
51:59a very toxic person and she killed
52:02someone you know I skimm some of the
52:04letters that she sent out there a lot of
52:06them again her specialty word salad to
52:10the max she says a bunch of words a
52:14whole lot of nothing she quotes Cicero
52:16in the letter she quotes the Bible you
52:19name it she quotes them but the last
52:21letter that she wrote was all about
52:24forgiveness so in this letter she wrote
52:27out detailed descriptions about all the
52:30people that she forgave all of the
52:32people that had done her wrong listing
52:35them out one by one she's like the judge
52:38I forgive you for giving me life the
52:40media I forgive you for making me the
52:42bad person George's family I forgive you
52:45for not knowing that he was abusing me
52:47she goes on and on and on and on but the
52:49one person she forgot to
52:52forgive herself
52:57she didn't once acknowledge anything
52:58about herself before she can get to the
53:00point of forgiving herself she needs to
53:03acknowledge and accept her actions she
53:06did wrong you know she points a finger
53:08at everybody else everyone else's fault
53:11she should have taken the plea deal
53:13she's an idiot I feel bad for her kid I
53:15feel bad for George's family it's all
53:17around just a [ __ ] show and that my
53:20friends is Sarah Boon thank God that she
53:23got arrested and and caught and all that
53:25stuff cuz who knows what she would have
53:26been up too I mean I think eventually
53:27she would
53:28have she did she did well one thing I
53:32know for sure one thing we know for sure
53:36is that Sarah Boon will be spending the
53:38rest of her life Behind Bars if there's
53:41anything you should learn don't get into
53:43luggage don't get into luggage it's not
53:45funny and you can die honestly because
53:47like I know this might be stupid sorry I
53:50didn't know you could die if you like
53:51were hiding in luggage like that I know
53:53that sounds stupid but I was really
53:55learning looking into this because he
53:58died from like Suffocation and whatnot
54:00and he also had the head trauma and I
54:02was like how do you like how though if
54:04he had a whole how well there's
54:06different types of um asphixiation which
54:09I was learning about and um like for him
54:13there's a type like if you're squished
54:15in a certain position uh it can slow
54:18your breathing and then you're not going
54:19to get any air and you kind of like
54:21slowly die and that's what happened to
54:22him it was like how he was kind of a
54:24like in there like a
54:27a baby in a way and it was like not
54:30allowing his lungs to expand so he could
54:32breathe in there and that's how he died
54:35so if there's anything you learn about
54:37this story it's like don't hide in like
54:39luggage or or juice think it's funny cuz
54:43I could see people doing this for some
54:44reason no okay I don't know so don't do
54:47that also don't murder people I think
54:49that is definitely the moral of the
54:50story here Bailey anyways uh I always
54:54struggle at the end because I don't know
54:56now what you know now what write her a
54:59letter no maybe I'll write her a letter
55:01and be like [ __ ] you [ __ ] you're trash
