Trading Course Day 12: Decision Making & Trading Psychology — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:01All right, guys. So, today we're going
- 0:03to talk about something that I feel like
- 0:05is very important when it comes to
- 0:07trading. And, you know, everything I
- 0:10pretty much put out is very important to
- 0:12trading. But, um, as we continue to go
- 0:14further and further into the course, I
- 0:17just want to keep telling you that, you
- 0:19know, watch the beginning so you can
- 0:21understand now, right? Um, we've made it
- 0:24this far. I think we're on 12. We made
- 0:27it this far and overall I want to
- 0:29explain market decision. So basically
- 0:33you find a setup and you need to make
- 0:36the decision if you're going to take the
- 0:37trade or execute the trade. What should
- 0:39you be looking for? The mindset
- 0:41basically of just finding your trades
- 0:43and seeing what you see in the markets
- 0:45and being able to determine if the trade
- 0:47is valid or not. So today I did a
- 0:49breakdown on uh Telegram. So, I recently
- 0:54just did a breakdown on Telegram and
- 0:56look at price. I want to show you
- 0:57something, right? So, price was sitting
- 1:00at 195 195 and then it bought up
- 1:04recently all the way up to 203, right?
- 1:08But that doesn't discourage me or
- 1:10anything. So, if we go here on a 1 hour
- 1:12time frame, that's why I got this,
- 1:13right? So, it was sitting on that level
- 1:15of support. Boom. This level of support.
- 1:18If we go back to the 4 hour, you can see
- 1:20what I'm talking about. So, that same
- 1:21level of support here, sitting on that
- 1:24level, and then it bought off of that
- 1:25level, which is cool. In my head,
- 1:29I'm thinking to myself, well, I'm like,
- 1:32okay, well, I see that price has a new
- 1:34low in the market. Is the correction
- 1:36still going? Because initially, we don't
- 1:39have any bearish signs yet. We had price
- 1:43come up to one um 211 and then have a
- 1:46rejection back down to 193, but price
- 1:51pushed up, but it didn't break over 211.
- 1:54So, it's not bullish. It can be
- 1:56considered bullish on the 1 hour time
- 1:58frame because price is above those swing
- 1:59highs. So, as you can see here, we have
- 2:02price above these swing highs. That
- 2:04indication above here, price corrected
- 2:06back down to these levels. Didn't break
- 2:08the level that it bought off of. So as
- 2:10you can see here price bought
- 2:13price came here it sold this is the
- 2:16lowest level it sold and then it bought
- 2:18bought off that level right so we have a
- 2:21high higher low higher high another
- 2:24higher low this could be a potential
- 2:27move for a higher high now this is why
- 2:30this video is very important because you
- 2:33can have things like this
- 2:36you can have things like this that
- 2:38confuses you on which way the market is
- 2:40going to go. So, you'll get into a buy
- 2:42trade now, right? You'll get into a buy
- 2:44trade now and then later on price will
- 2:46end up selling, right? So, what I want
- 2:50to advise you on, it's not like like I
- 2:53said, it's not always going to work, but
- 2:54it's best to be patient. Um, I know it's
- 2:57going to be super hard to do that, but
- 2:58it's best to be patient and wait for
- 3:00extra confirmations. So, for this 1 hour
- 3:02time frame, I'm going to show you both
- 3:03time frames and what you should be
- 3:05looking for. So, with this 1 hour time
- 3:07frame, if you're confused if price is
- 3:08going to go bearish or bullish,
- 3:15excuse me, I feel like I I feel like I
- 3:18yawn in every video we make. Um, but
- 3:22yeah, uh, I probably just need some blue
- 3:24light glasses to be honest, bro. It be
- 3:26making me a little tired. Um, but look,
- 3:28with the 1 hour time frame, look at it
- 3:31already. You would have been stopped out
- 3:33most likely. Some of you guys make super
- 3:35small stop losses, but with this you
- 3:40need to basically see more bullish
- 3:43structure, more bullish confirmation. So
- 3:45how you're going to do that, right? So
- 3:47for example, you see how price bought
- 3:49off this level. You see how price bought
- 3:52off this level right here. This is a
- 3:54signs that bulls are here, right? Price
- 3:56can do whatever it wants when whenever
- 3:59it's here, right? So this doesn't affect
- 4:00us if we're thinking from the 1 hour
- 4:02time frame perspective. 4 hour is always
- 4:05going to be stronger than the 1 hour. 1
- 4:06hour is always going to be stronger than
- 4:0830 minute. 30 minute is going to be
- 4:09stronger yada yada. So overall I feel
- 4:11like the 4 hour is still going to
- 4:12overpower the 1 hour. We're just waiting
- 4:14for uh the 4 hour to play out. But just
- 4:18just for you to overall get a
- 4:20perspective. If you ever have a trade
- 4:22where it's contradicting itself on the
- 4:24higher time frames,
- 4:27sometimes the one hour can build into
- 4:29that 4 hour. So the 4 hour might look
- 4:31bearish right now, but the 1 hour is
- 4:33building that up. So what you would want
- 4:36to see is price have some rejections to
- 4:38the downside and start building higher
- 4:40highs and higher lows. So then from the
- 4:421 hour, we can go to the 15minut time
- 4:45frame,
- 4:47right? So from this 15-minut time frame,
- 4:50price already had touched there. Wow.
- 4:52Price had already touched in that area
- 4:54on 109 where sellers were at here.
- 4:57That's pretty interesting. Maybe I'll
- 4:58take all this back.
- 5:00That is pretty interesting. But um let
- 5:03me just continue with it. Right. So if
- 5:06you think the 1 hour is going to go
- 5:07bullish, you need the 15minut time frame
- 5:09to remain the same. Now once again, I'm
- 5:13big on whichever higher time frame is
- 5:15bigger. So if the 4 hour has more
- 5:17bearish structure and is clear to see,
- 5:19I'll go with that. If the 1 hour has
- 5:21better structure than all of these, I
- 5:23will go with the 1 hour. But in this
- 5:25case, 15-minut time frame, we can see
- 5:28that price is building higher highs and
- 5:30higher lows, as we have here, as we have
- 5:33here, and then as we have here, right?
- 5:37And I'm big on marking the body closes
- 5:40because I feel like those are closed
- 5:41deals. wicks are more of like, hey,
- 5:43we've been here, but we didn't
- 5:45successfully get up to the level that we
- 5:47wanted to. So, we're closing out at this
- 5:49level. So, I'm big on body closes
- 5:52when it comes to marking things out. But
- 5:56with this with the 15-minut time frame
- 5:59building up bullish structure and we're
- 6:01still above oops, wrong one. And we're
- 6:04still above swing highs that we had. So,
- 6:07this gray area is where that initial
- 6:09breakout came from. breakout came from.
- 6:12This would still look to consider go
- 6:14bullish above 102 back to 110 111
- 6:19because of the 15-minut time frame is
- 6:21building bullish structure, right? And
- 6:24that's tagging along with the 1 hour
- 6:26time frame. So that's how you would see
- 6:28it if you was looking for buys on the 1
- 6:30hour time frame. Now if you was looking
- 6:32for sales, your market decision between
- 6:35that will always be under a it would be
- 6:38the same thing. You would basically take
- 6:40structure where if you're seeing sells,
- 6:44you want price to break a level where it
- 6:47shows you price can go bearish or
- 6:50bullish. In this case, bearish, right?
- 6:54So, we do not trade until price breaks
- 6:58below a level of where bears can come in
- 7:02control. Sorry. So, in order for you to
- 7:05sell, let's put it this way. Let's make
- 7:07a rule.
- 7:09Right in order
- 7:13for you to buy
- 7:16it has to break above a swing high. I
- 7:23feel like we made these rules before.
- 7:28In order for you to sell,
- 7:33it has to
- 7:36break below a swing low. So in this
- 7:42case,
- 7:43right, in this case, if we're looking at
- 7:46only strictly the 4hour time frame, if
- 7:49we're only looking at the strictly 4hour
- 7:51time frame, price will be considered
- 7:52bullish above that level, right? It
- 7:54still matches with the 1 hour time
- 7:56frame. So even if we go here right here
- 7:58where price originally broke out on the
- 8:004 hour we have this push up. So this
- 8:02bullish momentum above this level a
- 8:05correction stayed strong price above
- 8:08this level bullish right? If price
- 8:11breaks that level of support it will
- 8:13match that other confluence with that
- 8:15support level that was here where buyers
- 8:17were once at. So as you can see buyers
- 8:19were once at this level price broke
- 8:22under that level which means anything
- 8:24under only only this price point.
- 8:26Remember only under the price point.
- 8:29It's not bearish in general until it
- 8:31breaks or it breaks above or below a
- 8:34level. Some of you guys will see an
- 8:36indication.
- 8:38You'll see an indication and you will
- 8:39only think the trend is supposed to be
- 8:41that. Just because you have an
- 8:43indication in a level doesn't mean the
- 8:45whole trend is that yet. It only becomes
- 8:48the trend when price is under this
- 8:49level. So we only say that price is
- 8:52bearish when it's under 190 189. Right?
- 8:56We only say price is bearish only under
- 8:58that level. So anytime it's above this
- 9:00level still price can do whatever. It's
- 9:03still can um still bullish above that
- 9:06level, right? It's still bullish when
- 9:07it's above 194 191. Price is still
- 9:11bullish. The moment it breaks 190, it
- 9:15broken all the bullish signs. So every
- 9:18sign that we got that price is bullish
- 9:20above this level, these pushes off this
- 9:22level, that will all go out the window
- 9:24once price breaks 189. I mean, yeah,
- 9:27189, right? So with that being said,
- 9:31your market decision has to get better
- 9:33when it comes to looking at market
- 9:34structure. Market structure is going to
- 9:36save you a lot, especially when you're
- 9:38looking at different time frames. So I
- 9:40don't stick to one time frame. I trade
- 9:42on most of the higher time frames. So, 4
- 9:44hour, one hour, and I swap through. I go
- 9:46look, see what I can find. Okay, the one
- 9:48hour looks pretty good to be bullish
- 9:50above um 199. Anything above 199 is most
- 9:54likely going to go to 209, right? Um the
- 9:59chances of that are pretty high because
- 10:00we had that same bullish uh momentum
- 10:03before. That's all we're doing. we're
- 10:05looking for. So, the best way to explain
- 10:08it is
- 10:10we're finding our swing lows and our
- 10:12swing highs.
- 10:14We're taking that swing high that we
- 10:16had, we're looking for that initial
- 10:18breakout and correction. Once we have
- 10:21that indication and correction, so once
- 10:23we have the breakout and the correction,
- 10:26everything else is just waiting for
- 10:28price to rebreak back above that level
- 10:30again. That's all the market structure
- 10:32and price action that we're using is
- 10:34we're waiting for price to rebreak above
- 10:37that level again. So in this case, price
- 10:39could go bullish because we've seen this
- 10:41break before and we've seen the causes
- 10:44of it. Right?
- 10:46We've seen the causes of this break. So
- 10:48I'm going to go ahead and put this here.
- 10:51Right?
- 10:54So we've seen the causes of this. So, we
- 10:55know price is going to try to make its
- 10:57way back up and try to do the same thing
- 10:59because above this level is letting us
- 11:01know that sellers have no control. So,
- 11:03as you can see, when I say sellers have
- 11:05no control,
- 11:07this basically means that buyers are
- 11:10going to push as much as free will as
- 11:13possible up into this level. It's like
- 11:16driving down the highway.
- 11:19If there's no cars on the road, if
- 11:21there's nobody to stop you on the road,
- 11:23there's no cars in the way, no traffic,
- 11:25you're going to punch the gas as far as
- 11:28you can. Literally as far as you can,
- 11:31and you're going to speed
- 11:34until you get to a point where there's
- 11:35cars in the way in traffic. So, it's the
- 11:37same way. Price is bullish. The next
- 11:41level of sellers is at
- 11:45uh 211,
- 11:47right? So bulls are going to maximize
- 11:50and use all the speed they can until
- 11:53they get to that next level of sellers
- 11:55and then that's when price starts to
- 11:56slow down.
- 11:58But if buyers maneuver through the
- 12:01traffic once they so if they get up here
- 12:04and they maneuver through the traffic,
- 12:06they move through the traffic and happen
- 12:07to to to get another free opportunity to
- 12:10push up higher, that's what buyers are
- 12:12going to do and that's what a trend is
- 12:15going to do. If price feels like it
- 12:17still has some more wiggle room or it
- 12:19still has some more gas left in the tank
- 12:21to push at maximum speed, it's going to
- 12:24do so.
- 12:25You cannot stop. Put it this way. You
- 12:28could be the guy that's slow Nancy on
- 12:31the road, you know, going to speed limit
- 12:33average speed limit, but if you see a
- 12:35Lamborghini speeding down the highway,
- 12:37you got to move out the way. So if
- 12:40sellers see that buyers are coming in
- 12:42full strong, full strength, they got to
- 12:45move out the way and they're going to
- 12:47move out the way and let buyers continue
- 12:49to keep going until they run out of gas,
- 12:53right? So it's pretty much everything is
- 12:55the same way when it comes to trends and
- 12:58market decisions, making decisions in
- 13:00the market and understanding everything.
- 13:02All I'm doing is simply taking what the
- 13:05market is showing. So, I'm looking at
- 13:07levels and I'm saying, "Hey,
- 13:10price was buying from this level." So,
- 13:14we're going to mark this level first
- 13:15because it bought from this level,
- 13:20pushed all the way up into this level.
- 13:23Why did it stop here? That's what that's
- 13:25what I would question myself. Why did it
- 13:27stop here?
- 13:30And then price sells.
- 13:33And then when it keeps going, punching
- 13:35the gas, punching the gas, punching the
- 13:36gas, and then it stops.
- 13:39It's like, no, I don't want to go any
- 13:40further. Now,
- 13:43why does it stop here? Oh, because
- 13:45there's more buyers picking up here.
- 13:49And then when I see this, I'll look over
- 13:52and I'll try to see if there's anything
- 13:54that it broke out of before. Where did
- 13:56this come from? So, where did this low
- 13:58was coming from? Oh, this low came from
- 14:01when price pushed all the way up and got
- 14:04to this point. So then that's very
- 14:06interesting because then I use this. And
- 14:09now I can see above this level, price is
- 14:12repeating the same thing. So I'm going
- 14:15to drag this over and I'm going to look
- 14:16for price to repeat the same thing. Same
- 14:18way with that bearish momentum, right?
- 14:21I'm showing you what's going on now. And
- 14:23maybe by the time you look at this
- 14:25video, it might be at uh 210, right? or
- 14:29it might be going for that sale.
- 14:32Um, I still believe in the higher time
- 14:34frame, but that one hour time frame can
- 14:36definitely build into the 4 hour time
- 14:37frame. So, the 4 hour could be out of
- 14:39shift right now. Right.
- 14:42Right. The 4 hour could be out of shift.
- 14:43What you solely go based off of
- 14:47is just the market structure alone. So,
- 14:491 hour time frame is above there. 4 hour
- 14:51time frame is above there. We have
- 14:52higher lows. Cool, right? But we still
- 14:54have this new low, which is why you can
- 14:56also think price could be bearish. But
- 14:58once again, price can be bearish under
- 15:01189. That's why there's an alert here.
- 15:04There's no trade set, but there's an
- 15:06alert here because under this level, it
- 15:08is seen that price can go from here to
- 15:11here. So, from here to here is what
- 15:14we'll be targeting. Same way with this.
- 15:16I mean, I didn't see this one. I'm just
- 15:18now seeing it because it's making the
- 15:19move and pushing up a little bit. So,
- 15:23above here, um, when we started the
- 15:25video, price was here. Now, it's here.
- 15:27Um but yeah, this is this is the same
- 15:29thing that I would be looking for just
- 15:31on the sell side. So that would be the
- 15:33same thing. We have that indication
- 15:35price corrected in the market and then
- 15:36we're looking for price to sell back
- 15:38down to these lows, right? So it'll be
- 15:40the same thing no matter what you do. Um
- 15:42the price action market structure will
- 15:44be the same thing. The the setup will be
- 15:46still be the same thing, right? So with
- 15:49all that being said, back on the 4 hour,
- 15:52what we would want to see
- 15:55uh is basically price build lower highs
- 15:58and then break that level of support
- 16:00when over under 189 back down to 174 or
- 16:06price since it did break above this
- 16:08level. And we if we scale in we can see
- 16:11notice how price here didn't want to go
- 16:13anywhere above this level. it was
- 16:15rejecting, rejecting, struggling to get
- 16:18above um 198 and then it finally broke
- 16:21out of 198 went up to 209. Once it got
- 16:25to 209, sellers came into the market and
- 16:27they said, "Let's go for a correction.
- 16:29Let's push price back down for a bit."
- 16:31Boom. They pushed price down to 194.
- 16:35Uh 193 is the lowest or 191 is the
- 16:38lowest. So no breaking of the previous
- 16:41one because 190 was the last low and
- 16:43then now we have 192 191 as the low
- 16:47currently and now price is looking to
- 16:50push with that same momentum back to 10
- 16:53I mean 209. So
- 16:57all in all we're making a market
- 16:58decision based off of the reactions that
- 17:00we previous previously had before. Now,
- 17:04like once again, I'm saying um I'm super
- 17:07bearish on crypto because we have the
- 17:10new lows. Um anything else I would just
- 17:13look as as a correction for me. But if
- 17:15price continues to break above this,
- 17:18then my bias change.
- 17:20And why is that? Why does why does my
- 17:23bias change only when price is above
- 17:26this level, right? cuz now
- 17:30I have consistency
- 17:33and higher highs and higher lows. So if
- 17:35I'm looking at the higher time frame,
- 17:36it's okay to miss out one trade. It's
- 17:39okay for me to miss out one trade. I
- 17:41feel comfortable trading out missing
- 17:43this one and getting extra confirmation
- 17:46on the next one cuz the same thing is
- 17:48going to happen. Price still needs to
- 17:50make a higher high. Price still needs to
- 17:52make a higher low. Price still needs to
- 17:55make a higher high if it's going to go
- 17:57on a trend. Higher low, higher high.
- 17:59Still needs to do all that. So, I'mma
- 18:01see it regardless. It's okay to miss one
- 18:04because you can catch the rest if the
- 18:06higher time frame is building that trend
- 18:09right over here, right?
- 18:14So, that buy
- 18:18it was like right above this level,
- 18:19right? somewhere somewhere over here on
- 18:22the uh daily time frame. It was this. We
- 18:25had that indication. Price didn't break
- 18:27above it this time. Broke above it the
- 18:29second time. Price pushed right
- 18:32corrected. All this market happened.
- 18:33This is on the daily time frame, but I'm
- 18:35looking at it on the 4 hour. You can go
- 18:37back and rewatch it. But above this
- 18:39level, we we was looking for price to go
- 18:42bullish. That was higher high, higher
- 18:45low, higher high, higher low, higher
- 18:47high. respected that support level and
- 18:50still continue to push, right? There's
- 18:52multiple signs here that shows price was
- 18:54going to go bullish before it got back
- 18:56above this level.
- 18:59You you could have took advantage of it.
- 19:02I'm just giving you an example how price
- 19:05can build higher highs or even like
- 19:09looking at uh
- 19:11not recent gold. Recent gold is so bad.
- 19:16give you some better market structure,
- 19:19right?
- 19:21Uh let's go. Let's just say here, right?
- 19:24Price goes on a small correction and
- 19:26then we start seeing this being formed,
- 19:28right? We see a level of support. Price
- 19:31respects that. Obviously, we see price
- 19:33is respecting that even over here
- 19:36respects all that.
- 19:38And then we have I here price broke
- 19:42above indication corrected back down to
- 19:44here. price came back above that level
- 19:46again.
- 19:48So now we have highs correction still
- 19:52didn't break. So that's also one thing
- 19:53too as well. Don't get scared when price
- 19:56is correcting. As long as price is not
- 19:58breaking overall structure, you're 100%
- 20:00okay. I'm going to go ahead and come
- 20:02back here. So it's a little bit simple
- 20:04for you,
- 20:07right? Look at price higher. Oh, we have
- 20:10a low, higher high. Higher low, higher
- 20:12high. Higher low, equal low. tries to
- 20:15make a higher high, fails to do so, but
- 20:16makes that higher low to let you give
- 20:18that extra like confidence, that
- 20:20confirmation. When price get if price
- 20:23doesn't give you that higher high, but
- 20:24it gives you that higher low, still stay
- 20:26in the game. You still your stop loss is
- 20:28supposed to be under this level anyways,
- 20:30right? Price still maintains. We still
- 20:33have multiple opportunities, multiple
- 20:34signs before price makes that push. So,
- 20:37we have a push, higher high, then it
- 20:40needs a higher low back at that same
- 20:41level. There's ways to capitalize off of
- 20:44everything. Then we get that, you know,
- 20:46more momentum. What does price do? Gives
- 20:49us a fullblown correction. Once a
- 20:51full-blown correct, what can we do from
- 20:53there? Continue to do the same thing
- 20:55because we're going to have the higher
- 20:57high. Price makes the higher low. The
- 20:59last level that we pushed off of was
- 21:00here. And the reason why I'm saying that
- 21:03this is the last level we pushed off of
- 21:05is because look at this. Price stepped
- 21:07on the gas. Stepped on the gas. Got to a
- 21:09level. Got to a level. had a reaction.
- 21:13Look at I want you guys to take the time
- 21:14today to look at your swing highs and
- 21:17swing lows compared to the way that I'm
- 21:19marking my swing highs and swing lows,
- 21:21right? And not saying that mines are
- 21:25better or just like the best, but I want
- 21:27you guys to notice how I'm not going in
- 21:29the charts and I'm not marking up this.
- 21:32I'm not marking up this.
- 21:34I'm not marking up small things like
- 21:36this. I I all I'm doing is going to the
- 21:39chart and it's not me trying to make it
- 21:42like picky or anything. I'm just looking
- 21:44at the levels. Boom. I see that price
- 21:47got to this point. Made a huge change in
- 21:50and in in movement. Huge change in
- 21:53direction.
- 21:55Came to this point, shot up to 3,6
- 22:00uh 750. It went from
- 22:03uh 719 all the way to 750 in this one
- 22:06move. H buyers are strong here. Price
- 22:10came here once I um 790 or 749 shot down
- 22:16all the way to 730.
- 22:19Once it did that shot from 730 all the
- 22:21way back up to uh 760. These are
- 22:24movements where price is making
- 22:26decisions based off how many buyers and
- 22:28sellers are in control here. wouldn't be
- 22:31you wouldn't be marking this. You
- 22:33wouldn't be marking this. You can you
- 22:36can just take note that hey price is
- 22:38struggling to break above uh
- 22:42uh 751. Price is struggling to break
- 22:44above 751. Why? Because previous market
- 22:47at 751 shot down to 731.
- 22:52Right? We can take note of this. Price
- 22:55pushes up, gets to 757,
- 23:00shoots down a little bit, back down to
- 23:02739.
- 23:04These are things we could take account
- 23:06of,
- 23:08but it's all, you know, it's not the
- 23:11best because this is the main level that
- 23:13we have, which is at 7 uh 760. 760 is
- 23:18what we want to see. So, we have 750,
- 23:21760. We know that these are both highs
- 23:23in the market. We know that 730 732 is a
- 23:28support level. So as you can see support
- 23:30level on 732.
- 23:33So we already have our highs and lows.
- 23:34We need price to break above 750 to go
- 23:37bullish to 760.
- 23:39Right? Price above 750 goes bullish to
- 23:43759 the first time retraces a little bit
- 23:46to get more mo more momentum
- 23:49back above 750. Where does it go? 760
- 23:53with another push. Now it goes from that
- 23:56760 all the way to 784
- 24:01from 783 784 it goes
- 24:05back down to 760. So now we know sellers
- 24:08are in control of the market or sellers
- 24:10are pushing price or trying to push
- 24:12price back to those 760 levels. That's
- 24:15okay. We have buyers at this level. So
- 24:18this will be our indication
- 24:21correction and then price once again
- 24:24pushes back above this level and gives
- 24:26us more high. So all of this is just me
- 24:28showing you
- 24:31that just looking at market structure
- 24:33alone can save you from a lot of market
- 24:35decisions and help you make the right
- 24:37decisions when it comes to pretty much
- 24:39trading anything. Right? We can you can
- 24:42literally trade anything at this point,
- 24:43right? So look at this.
- 24:48Even though I I feel like price is going
- 24:50to be bearish. But even if it doesn't go
- 24:51bearish,
- 24:53I'll I'll trade the buys if the buys
- 24:55look the Salana buys look way better
- 24:57than BTC buys. But anyways, I'm going to
- 25:00show you price sells under this level.
- 25:03Cool. I see price gets to this level.
- 25:07I see reaction. Not too much. So, I'm
- 25:10going to just use this one since since
- 25:12everything's already played out. This
- 25:13will be my analysis. Now, for what's
- 25:16going on here, I'll just look over here
- 25:18to see what's going on. Right? I see
- 25:20that price got to this level, pushed up
- 25:23from here. So, obviously, we can see
- 25:25that there's multiple times where price
- 25:27comes here, boom, price comes here,
- 25:32price comes here. I see there's multiple
- 25:35times where price comes to this uh 400
- 25:38or
- 25:40uh 110. It comes to this 110 level,
- 25:42110.4 for and it kind kind of has some
- 25:45buys up. Nothing crazy. No m crazy
- 25:48momentum. I see that these levels are
- 25:50getting lower and lower. Not a crazy
- 25:53sign of anything. I see that price
- 25:55really doesn't want to go above uh 1,00
- 25:59or um 112,000
- 26:02pushes down. Continues to push down.
- 26:04Tries the break. It doesn't want to
- 26:06break. So now I'm seeing in my head I'm
- 26:08thinking like, okay, and once again I'm
- 26:10working off the 1 hour time frame,
- 26:11right? I'm looking at all this and I'm
- 26:13like, okay, price is not willing to
- 26:15break yet. This is cool. It's okay.
- 26:18All right. Not really seeing much of a
- 26:20trend out of here. It looks like price
- 26:21is slowing down. The reason why I think
- 26:23it's slowing down is because price is
- 26:25only stopping in this 110 area to 109,
- 26:29right? Only stopping in this area here,
- 26:31right? And we have that huge rejection
- 26:33back down. So overall, I'm just seeing
- 26:35price is not trying to break this 110
- 26:37level overall. Then we have a push above
- 26:40110. Price tries to make a push, tries
- 26:44to make a run for it, but it stop it
- 26:46gets stopped for a few hours at what
- 26:50number is this? 112 or 111, right?
- 26:53Stops. It stalls for a bit and then it
- 26:55actually breaks above 111. It goes from
- 26:58111 all the way to 115. So this lets me
- 27:02know bulls can take control if price
- 27:07goes above
- 27:09112.
- 27:10It has potential to take itself to 116.
- 27:16So then I will take this
- 27:19and I'll just draw it across. And why
- 27:22would I draw it across, right? Why why
- 27:24would I do that? Because here we're
- 27:26looking for the same momentum with the
- 27:27volume. Price got up to a level.
- 27:33Price gets up to a level. So, we could
- 27:36look for that same momentum because it's
- 27:38all just buyers and sellers. So, if I
- 27:41know buyers have more control of the
- 27:42markets above this level, I might as
- 27:45well take the chance to see if it's
- 27:46going to repeat itself again. Now,
- 27:49there's obviously going to be some
- 27:50stipulations with this because you need
- 27:53a new high for price to chase. Price is
- 27:55normally chasing some type of uh high or
- 27:59low. Same way with like anybody in this
- 28:03world, we always chase a high. We all
- 28:06we're always chasing a high and that
- 28:08doesn't mean drugs, guys. Calm down. Um
- 28:11it could be anything. You could be
- 28:12chasing your dreams. Your highest point
- 28:15in life is your dreams. You're always
- 28:17chasing something. So it's the same way
- 28:18with the market is always chasing some
- 28:20type of incentive.
- 28:23some type of incentive
- 28:25whether it's bullish or bearish. Right?
- 28:28So, with all this being said,
- 28:31since price is chasing this, why do I
- 28:34just feel like price is not recording
- 28:36me? I don't know why. Um, with all this
- 28:39being said,
- 28:42price has no new incentive to chase. So
- 28:47the likelihoods
- 28:49of this decision could be very less.
- 28:54The probability on this is very less
- 28:57when you have no new high to chase.
- 29:01Not saying it's not going to happen, but
- 29:02the probabilities are lower. So now we
- 29:07get into more of the market decision.
- 29:08I'm just kind of laying out my mindset.
- 29:10it. Honestly, this is like I got to put
- 29:13this in like four different videos cuz
- 29:15the way that you think about the charts
- 29:16is I wouldn't say you're wrong if you're
- 29:19unprofitable. I would say the way that
- 29:21you're thinking is incorrect, of course,
- 29:23cuz you're unprofitable. And this is not
- 29:25me saying, "Oh, well, I got to be harsh
- 29:27on you. I got to be harsh. You got to be
- 29:29harsh on yourself. Not too harsh, but
- 29:32see your comfort level." Well, no, you
- 29:34got to be uncomfortable. You know what?
- 29:36Just lock in. Anyways,
- 29:41you have to be very precise in the
- 29:45things that you're choosing and why do
- 29:47you think the market is going to go in
- 29:49the way that it's going to go, but there
- 29:51also has to be a new incentive. So, if
- 29:53you ever seen, so BTC is kind of like
- 29:57the uh NASDAQ, right? It's like US30.
- 30:03It's kind of like, you know, S&P 500.
- 30:06All those three stocks move off of
- 30:08pretty much each other. I'm pretty sure
- 30:10everything moves off of the S&P 500
- 30:14because 500 stocks is way is is more
- 30:17stocks than you know NASDAQ 100 100
- 30:21stocks or Dow Jones 30 or you know Dow
- 30:25Jones 30 stocks compared to 100 stock
- 30:28compared to 500 stocks. So, same way
- 30:31with BTC, it's the biggest crypto in the
- 30:34game. The biggest.
- 30:39So, then when you start looking at your
- 30:41other trades,
- 30:44so this is for the crypto trader right
- 30:45now, right? Start looking at the other
- 30:48things, you have to, okay, well, BTC
- 30:52doesn't have a
- 30:54doesn't really have like a new
- 30:56incentive.
- 30:58We have that drop, a correction.
- 31:02Price pushed off this support because it
- 31:04didn't want to break anymore. But then
- 31:06it it this could still mean price is
- 31:08bearish because it's new. There's no new
- 31:10high. There's no new incentive. Price
- 31:12stalled here. It stopped. It came up,
- 31:15came down for a little bit, came back
- 31:16up, didn't break. So now it's a no trade
- 31:19zone for BTC.
- 31:22And now that I'm seeing this, this would
- 31:23mean that Salana is going to be at a
- 31:26halt too until BTC makes some movements,
- 31:29right? Until BTC makes some type of
- 31:31movements.
- 31:33Now, this this is not the same with
- 31:36correlation of pairs. Like, oh, EU is
- 31:40the opposite of such and such. That's
- 31:42not what I'm saying. And I don't trade
- 31:44forex pairs.
- 31:45the like the way y'all be trying to
- 31:48confluence or I mean correlate different
- 31:50pairs is like I don't understand but you
- 31:53know it is I mean to each is it all cuz
- 31:55like some things will move this some
- 31:57charts will look the same some charts
- 31:59probably look like BTC some charts
- 32:01probably look like gold doesn't mean
- 32:03they're doing the exact same thing
- 32:05doesn't mean what's driving gold is
- 32:07driving whatever you're thinking that's
- 32:10not always the case but when it comes to
- 32:12market decision you have to take these
- 32:14things into accountability. So, taking
- 32:17the fact that if you're trading NASDAQ,
- 32:20right? So, if we're trading
- 32:24NASDAQ
- 32:27and we're looking at NASDAQ and we're
- 32:28seeing NASDAQ go up, then we got to go
- 32:31look at something else. We got to go
- 32:32look at S&P 500. So, this will be S&P
- 32:36and Forex or CFD,
- 32:41right? It'll look the same.
- 32:43you'll still see the same, right? But
- 32:45there will be moments where price won't
- 32:48look the same and you have to make
- 32:50decisions based off of, okay, if the
- 32:52S&P, let's say if the S&P was going
- 32:55down, then we have to think like, hm, I
- 32:58should take that with a grain of salt
- 32:59when it comes to looking at the NASDAQ.
- 33:01H, okay, let me make a decision based
- 33:04off that. And your decision most likely
- 33:06might be, you know what, you know, let
- 33:09me let me give the market a little bit
- 33:11of time,
- 33:14right? Let me give the market a little
- 33:15bit of time. See what happens. And I
- 33:17said this earlier when I was talking
- 33:18about Salana. Let me give the market a
- 33:20little bit of time to make a decision.
- 33:23It's okay if I miss out on one higher
- 33:26high, new high if it's a buy or it's
- 33:29okay if I miss out on a lower low,
- 33:31right? It's okay to miss something so
- 33:35you can get more information.
- 33:37This is what keeps me here, right? This
- 33:40is what keeps me here,
- 33:44right? This is what keeps me here. 98
- 33:49because I'm picky
- 33:51about putting myself in the markets
- 33:53because the market is a very risky
- 33:55thing. Risky. Super risky.
- 34:00So when it comes to
- 34:02making decisions in the market, you have
- 34:04to be very very careful at the at the
- 34:07market setup or the market structure,
- 34:09the price action that you're looking at
- 34:11and making sure there's new incentives,
- 34:14new things to even get into the market.
- 34:17If there's nothing new that you can use,
- 34:22then then there's if there's no new
- 34:24high. So for gold, for example, I'm
- 34:26going to give you a prime example. Gold
- 34:28has a more higher probability of buying
- 34:30up to the new high
- 34:32because the gold has been chasing its
- 34:34own highs. So it has the potential to go
- 34:38to those new highs. Oh, s why are you
- 34:41not taking this trade?
- 34:45I feel I personally like my thoughts on
- 34:47gold for the people that's been asking.
- 34:49My thoughts on gold is like there's it's
- 34:51been a crazy squeeze. Um,
- 34:56economically speaking, gold is not
- 34:58supposed to be this high this fast,
- 35:01but
- 35:04we're here.
- 35:06So,
- 35:08as a day trader, I would prefer,
- 35:13it's kind of hard to explain the
- 35:15mindset. I'm going just kind of lay it
- 35:16out on you. I prefer not to trade gold
- 35:18at these all-time highs, especially with
- 35:20the amount of liquid, I mean, um,
- 35:23liquidity that's been put into gold in
- 35:25the recent weeks. Um, sometimes people
- 35:28make a lot of investments because that's
- 35:30what we're trading. are trading based
- 35:31off of people investing into gold,
- 35:33putting money basically liquid cash,
- 35:36liquid money is going into gold. And
- 35:40sometimes people, you know, they get I
- 35:44wouldn't even say FOMO. People get
- 35:45scared or people just want to fit in
- 35:48with the money. So everybody starts
- 35:50liquidating and putting everything into
- 35:52this. It could be anything, crypto, it
- 35:54could be gold, anything.
- 35:57When people start having fear, they
- 35:58start buying everything that they feel
- 36:01like is valuable. During Corona,
- 36:05COVID 19,
- 36:07people was at the grocery store stacking
- 36:09up on tissues and stacking up on
- 36:12supplies because they was very scared
- 36:14that the that the items would be gone
- 36:17for life. They thought that this was the
- 36:20end of the world.
- 36:23And then after that there was a whole
- 36:26market reset after that. Like just a
- 36:29complete market reset. Price was at
- 36:32all-time highs. I still remember this.
- 36:35Price was reaching all-time highs right
- 36:38before COVID came out
- 36:41and the whole market just reset itself
- 36:45completely dumped. A lot of money lost,
- 36:48a lot of money gained. Most
- 36:50entrepreneurs were made during that time
- 36:53ever. Most entrepreneurs in the world
- 36:56was made in that time.
- 36:59So when it comes to these things, I
- 37:02think in my head I'm like, okay, I see
- 37:04gold. It's fun to trade. It's fun. You
- 37:07make money no matter what, right? No
- 37:08matter what I say, no matter what, you
- 37:10know the the politics say, the news say,
- 37:13papers say, Twitter say, Instagram, no
- 37:17matter what we say,
- 37:19trading is fun. You can still make money
- 37:21regardless.
- 37:24But the way that I trade is more of on a
- 37:26like if I was an investor, I would be a
- 37:29good investor, right? I classify you're
- 37:32classify yourself as a trader because
- 37:35you get in and out of the markets.
- 37:36you're not in it to hold it. You get
- 37:39what I'm saying? So, it's a little bit
- 37:40different. As a swing trader, you can
- 37:41kind of say I'm an investor, but
- 37:45it's a hit and miss. There's like
- 37:46debates about that cuz I'm in and out of
- 37:49the markets and some people are
- 37:50investing into that actual asset. So,
- 37:53some people are buying gold bars for
- 37:55$4,000 right now, right? So, it's it's
- 37:59different, right? Um, well, not gold
- 38:02bars because I don't really
- 38:05know how the pricing works with that,
- 38:07but I'm pretty sure it's about like per
- 38:08grams or per ounce or something like
- 38:10that. However that works. I'm not an
- 38:12expertise in gold, so don't bash me on
- 38:15that one. But all in all,
- 38:18I would rather stay away from trading
- 38:20something at an all-time high because of
- 38:22the amount of liquidity that was put
- 38:25into the market at a fast rate. It looks
- 38:28great. Once again, it looks great to
- 38:30trade,
- 38:32but for me and my setups, I don't think
- 38:34it would be the best for me to put
- 38:36myself in a position where it is more
- 38:38liable of price having random spikes,
- 38:42random pushes out of nowhere due to the
- 38:45fact that one day somebody can be like,
- 38:48"Okay, like we invested a couple days
- 38:50ago and price went up 30% now, so let's
- 38:55like liquidate our position." That makes
- 38:58sense
- 38:59because just these small moves like
- 39:01somebody could have invested Friday
- 39:05on the 10th. It's the 14th now. Somebody
- 39:08could have put $4,000 or um somebody
- 39:11could have bought gold for $4,000.
- 39:15And in less than 3 days,
- 39:19in less than 3 days, depending on how
- 39:23many shares, if they're trading um
- 39:26futures, or if they're investing into it
- 39:28and however many bars they have, ounces,
- 39:30however it works, grams, don't don't
- 39:34judge me, but um they've made a lot of
- 39:38money just based in three days. So then
- 39:41they can liquidate their position or
- 39:44they can continue to hold,
- 39:46right? But you you just don't know.
- 39:48That's the problem here. You don't know
- 39:50what an investor is going to do when
- 39:52price is at its all-time highs,
- 39:56right? Same way with BTC. BTC was just
- 39:58at its all-time highs
- 40:01and look how fast it came down. And I
- 40:04know there's going to be a lot of people
- 40:06that's going to be like,
- 40:08"Oh, because of the Trump tweet."
- 40:10Because of the Trump tweet. And this is
- 40:12going back into market decision.
- 40:16Before Trump even tweeted anything
- 40:18before before he tweeted anything, there
- 40:20were signs that price was losing
- 40:24money. Not even losing money. People
- 40:27were closing their trades. Remember it.
- 40:29Trading is simply buyers taking their
- 40:31trades to the sellers and sellers taking
- 40:33their trades to the buyers. So there's a
- 40:36bunch of buyers, buyers, buyers, buyers,
- 40:38buyers. Alltime highs was at like uh
- 40:42124, right? 124. So there's a bunch of
- 40:46people looking to sell at this level,
- 40:49right? There's a bunch of people looking
- 40:51to sell at this level. Bunch of people,
- 40:54right? Price gets to this level. First
- 40:56time it touches this level. Look, just
- 40:59watch the market itself. Look at the
- 41:01reactions price give you. This lets you
- 41:03know a lot. I need you to rethink how
- 41:05you look at things. Price gets up to
- 41:08this level, rejects.
- 41:11Why is that? Ask yourself why is that?
- 41:14Because there are there's some heavy
- 41:17amount of sellers here
- 41:21that is selling price, selling their
- 41:23selling their BTC,
- 41:25right? Boom. First sale. Then buyers are
- 41:28like, "No, bro. We got to keep pushing.
- 41:29Keep pushing."
- 41:31Some people are getting in late or some
- 41:33people are just now thinking that this
- 41:35is a small pullback and they get in for
- 41:36the next move. So then it pumps again.
- 41:40Now there's a new all-time high and
- 41:41price gets to that new all-time high. It
- 41:43has rejections. Sellers are here. People
- 41:46are selling now. People are starting to
- 41:48sell. Sellers push in. Boom.
- 41:52No, bro. Keep buying. Keep buying. Keep
- 41:53buying. Boom.
- 41:56comes up again, but this is the same
- 41:58level of sellers. Boom. Sellers are
- 42:01like, "No, bro." Boom. Then we get this
- 42:04break because now this time price sold.
- 42:06It sold more than it sold the last time,
- 42:11which should be a red flag if you're a
- 42:12buyer.
- 42:14This time it sold more than it sold the
- 42:16last time. It's the same way with like
- 42:21um let me give you an example. It's the
- 42:23same way with like I don't know just
- 42:25like a grocery store right if a product
- 42:28comes out let's say a pair of glasses
- 42:32right pair of glasses comes out on the
- 42:34market everybody every prime example
- 42:38matter of fact prime example right
- 42:41chrome hearts or clothing
- 42:44a piece of clothing comes out depending
- 42:46on the brand too as well piece of
- 42:48clothing comes out it's only like 10
- 42:52pairs Right.
- 42:54It's only 10 pairs.
- 42:5610 pairs sells out.
- 42:59Right. All the 10 pairs sells out. Now
- 43:03there's no more on the market, right? So
- 43:05now people are making fake ones. People
- 43:07are trying to make one. People are
- 43:08trying to get them. People are trying to
- 43:09buy them. They're in demand. Now it's in
- 43:12demand. So the value goes up, right? So
- 43:15let's say the jeans
- 43:18were they released here, went up in
- 43:20value. people are buying them, right?
- 43:24Then you start seeing fakes and you
- 43:26start seeing, you know, people trying to
- 43:28copy it and this and that. So, the value
- 43:30kind of goes, you know, it tanks a
- 43:33little bit due to the fact that people
- 43:35are
- 43:37um diluting the the the uh market. But
- 43:40that's okay because any anything you do
- 43:43in life, somebody's going to copy it,
- 43:46right? anything you do in life, there's
- 43:48always going to be a real side and fake
- 43:50side of it.
- 43:52So then the market becomes um it's
- 43:55basically gaining value. There's a
- 43:57market pullback on those jeans or those
- 44:00piece of piece of clothing. Market
- 44:02pullback, right? But that pullback is
- 44:05healthy,
- 44:07right? And then you have another surge,
- 44:09another 10 pair of pants drop, another
- 44:13surge, more people this time at a higher
- 44:15price. people find more value in it
- 44:17because now there's another there's
- 44:19another stock out. So people are more
- 44:22driven to try to get it this time, but
- 44:24they're they're going to get it at
- 44:25whatever cost. They don't care. They're
- 44:27going to get it at whatever cost they
- 44:28can get it. So then the market value
- 44:32drives up. Crazy insane,
- 44:35right? All gone. So now it's all gone.
- 44:39No more no more in stock. No more in
- 44:41supply. So then there's more of a demand
- 44:44for it. But then that's when more and
- 44:46more fakes and more and more people are
- 44:49trying to, you know, get a hold of
- 44:51these. The market kind of slows down.
- 44:54Doesn't mean it's bad. It just slows
- 44:56down. The market slows down. People are
- 44:58still in demand for it, but the market
- 45:00slows down on it. Another drop comes
- 45:04out. Boom. More prices, higher money,
- 45:08higher returns. This is even how you run
- 45:11a business, bro.
- 45:13There's going to be points where you
- 45:15make a plan. You have to make
- 45:17productions and make ads for it and
- 45:19stuff like there's going to be slow
- 45:21times and then after that you do another
- 45:23drop, another release or something and
- 45:25it booms. That booms sometimes some
- 45:28maybe maybe not or whatever, right? So
- 45:31to put this all into perspective, price
- 45:34gets to a certain level where there's so
- 45:36many pairs of these pants now or a pair
- 45:38of clothing
- 45:40where then some people lose the value of
- 45:43it because there's so many now, right?
- 45:47And essentially what the market is going
- 45:50to do
- 45:51is that is going to be diluted. It's
- 45:54going to be diluted. There's going to be
- 45:56so many pairs of pants that it lost its
- 45:58value. So to reflect this all back into
- 46:01trading
- 46:03price on gold or price on BTC crypto, it
- 46:07has a lot of value because there's a lot
- 46:09of
- 46:10momentum behind it, a lot of news behind
- 46:13it, a lot of hype behind it.
- 46:18And all this
- 46:20can then die out sometime. But there are
- 46:23signs back to market decision.
- 46:27you start to see these signs.
- 46:30So, we know price is losing hype
- 46:34when it goes under the previous lower
- 46:36level than it was. So, if price when it
- 46:39slowed down the first time, it only got
- 46:42to 122. So, here
- 46:47price came down to this level
- 46:51122
- 46:53bought up from 122 and made a new height
- 46:55for itself. gain more popular
- 46:57popularity.
- 46:59It got to 125
- 47:01and when it got to 125
- 47:04kind of died for a little bit. Slowed
- 47:06down. I wouldn't even say died. Slowed
- 47:08down for a little bit. You know,
- 47:10everybody already has a pair. Everybody
- 47:12has it already or most people have it
- 47:15already. You know, whatever. Whatever.
- 47:18Not attainable. It's not obtainable
- 47:20anymore.
- 47:22Then the market starts to die for it.
- 47:25And then we have a break, but this time
- 47:29it breaks below than the previous low
- 47:31that it had. So this is a sign that
- 47:33price could be actually losing its value
- 47:36on it. And now I'm going back to actual
- 47:38BTC right below this level of support.
- 47:44We know anything under 122
- 47:47is going to give us that same momentum.
- 47:49There's there's pieces in here where you
- 47:51can see price tries to go under 122, but
- 47:53it fails to do so.
- 47:56Right? That's cool. We still have these
- 47:58lower highs. These are still signs.
- 48:01This is signs if if you ever feel like
- 48:04price is not going down.
- 48:07Look at it. If it's going up, because
- 48:09this is also a good sign, too. If you're
- 48:12thinking sells under this gray area,
- 48:14which is what you're supposed to think,
- 48:16but price, let's say, let's say you got
- 48:19quote unquote faked out here, even
- 48:20though you're supposed to wait for that
- 48:21lower high. Let's say you got faked out
- 48:23here. Boom. That's okay because the
- 48:26previous high we had, the previous low
- 48:28level we sold from was here or even
- 48:31here. Let's just say here,
- 48:34right? You had a level here of where it
- 48:37was holding support. came here,
- 48:41came up high, high low. And I don't
- 48:45remember what I said earlier. I don't
- 48:46want to mark this because doesn't really
- 48:49show a significant change in direction,
- 48:51but I'm pretty sure on the 1 hour it
- 48:52probably looks a lot different. But
- 48:55anyways, let's say we have this high low
- 48:59tries to come up, wicks out, closes
- 49:01here, closes lower than the previous
- 49:04one.
- 49:05Since it closes pre lower than the
- 49:07previous one, we have a break. This is
- 49:09when it really comes into play, though,
- 49:11because this is the level that we made
- 49:13this high off of. One thing I need you
- 49:15to also remember is you want to go based
- 49:18off of, please write this down.
- 49:22Go based off
- 49:26of
- 49:28previous push.
- 49:33So basically what this means is
- 49:36if you mark a swing high,
- 49:39please just go back and see where that
- 49:41swing high was built from. Where did it
- 49:44push from? Because this is very
- 49:46important. Once you find this,
- 49:50you can make a decision under this
- 49:52level. Now this is price where it pushed
- 49:55from. So this is where all this bullish
- 49:58momentum came from. So the moment price
- 50:00is under this level there's that means
- 50:03market has no potential to be bullish.
- 50:06If price is under 1,00 or 122,000
- 50:11where that bullish momentum came from
- 50:13that means if it's under here it lost
- 50:15that momentum it had right here.
- 50:18It lost that momentum.
- 50:21The moment it breaks it lost that
- 50:23momentum every time price is only under
- 50:25here. So like I said in the beginning,
- 50:28if price is above that level, do not
- 50:31think price is going to be bearish.
- 50:34Wait for price to be under that level.
- 50:37And you have more higher probability
- 50:40under the level than you do above the
- 50:42level. So if price is up here in this
- 50:44area, do not say it's going to sell yet
- 50:48or do not take a sell yet. You can say
- 50:50it could sell, but don't go for a sell.
- 50:53Don't try to get into a sell.
- 50:56Right? But don't also try to not get
- 50:59into a buy. Why not get into a buy high?
- 51:02Because price just made a new low. This
- 51:04buy is just reactions from price hitting
- 51:08that new low. So whenever price makes a
- 51:11new low, it's going to have some type of
- 51:13bullish reaction to show you that bulls
- 51:15are in control at this level.
- 51:18Bulls can take it up as high as they
- 51:20want, but they cannot break where the
- 51:22previous sellers are were. Right? So,
- 51:24we're going to delete this. We're going
- 51:25to delete this. I'm going to delete
- 51:27this, right? I'm gonna delete this, too.
- 51:31And we're going to go back to this tool.
- 51:33So, this is the highest point. I'm going
- 51:35make this big for you.
- 51:39Right. This is our highest point. Price
- 51:43sells down. This is our support,
- 51:46our low. Price has reactions,
- 51:50comes up to this.
- 51:52Honestly, you can look at it this way
- 51:54because of the 1 hour time frame. So, if
- 51:55we go to the 1 hour, it will look it'll
- 51:57look a little bit better for you guys.
- 52:00So, that's what it'll look like. You see
- 52:03price came up to a certain level,
- 52:05dropped down, lower high, lower low,
- 52:08right? But let's just make it simple for
- 52:10you guys. Let me make it simple for you
- 52:11guys. Let me remove this. If we're
- 52:14looking at the 4our time frame,
- 52:17pay attention.
- 52:22Higher high. Higher low. Higher high.
- 52:26Higher low. Higher high. Higher low.
- 52:29Higher high.
- 52:32Broken.
- 52:34This is signs of a change.
- 52:38In order for us to say that price is
- 52:40going to go back bullish, it has to make
- 52:43a new higher high. Once again, I am okay
- 52:46with missing out
- 52:48on this higher high
- 52:52because then I have confirmation. Or the
- 52:54second scenario, price could come above
- 52:57here,
- 52:59stay above here.
- 53:01So stay above this level. So you see
- 53:04this higher high.
- 53:06Even if price made this indication,
- 53:10if price stays above that level where it
- 53:12made the previous bullish momentum here,
- 53:14if price stays above that level and
- 53:16builds a higher high, it could build
- 53:18again, right? That's okay. There's
- 53:21sometimes where the market will actually
- 53:23liquidate more than what's possible or
- 53:25more than what we think. That's okay.
- 53:27There will be times like that. But
- 53:28there's no reason you should get faked
- 53:30out because look at here. This is the
- 53:33time you're supposed to sell. If price
- 53:34doesn't give you that,
- 53:37if price doesn't go under that level and
- 53:39give you that,
- 53:41then you should you shouldn't be in that
- 53:44trade. This shouldn't be a sale. If you
- 53:47see price makes a high, rejects, goes to
- 53:49the low side,
- 53:51rejects, doesn't give you that uh lower
- 53:55high, doesn't give you any other bearish
- 53:57confirmation, rejects this level
- 54:01and pushes, you should be looking for
- 54:03those buys instead. But anyways,
- 54:06going based off previous push, previous
- 54:09push was here. It ended up being broken.
- 54:12This is signs that price is getting
- 54:13bearish. So then as we see here, price
- 54:18builds up but only comes to this level.
- 54:21So once again, look at how price gets to
- 54:23this level and it's having all types of
- 54:25crazy reactions even before it got
- 54:27there.
- 54:29Even before
- 54:31having all types of different signs. Let
- 54:33me turn this up for you guys.
- 54:36Right? And even though we don't
- 54:40go crazy crazy on the wicks,
- 54:43look at how all this rejection was here.
- 54:47Rejection, rejection, rejection. Super
- 54:50strong movement down with a red candle
- 54:53back under this level.
- 54:57So now we know sellers are in control at
- 54:59this point. Pushing price down. Price
- 55:02comes under this level. Has some small
- 55:04pushes down to this level, which is
- 55:05good. It was going good. Price came down
- 55:08even more. It came to that same level.
- 55:10So, if we was using the body closes, it
- 55:12touched the target.
- 55:14Once it touched the target, buyers came
- 55:16into the market.
- 55:19Boom. Look, buyers come into the market.
- 55:21They try to push price up. I'm not sure
- 55:23in which way this went up at first.
- 55:26Let's go and look at this.
- 55:30Oh, yeah. So, look. Price sold first.
- 55:33came to that level that it was looking
- 55:35for. So the same level where the buyers
- 55:37were sitting, it came down to that level
- 55:40just like how you want. Price showed
- 55:43some signs of bulls taking control,
- 55:47right? That's cool. That's okay. Price
- 55:49didn't break above the the highest
- 55:51point. So this was our highest point. We
- 55:54had a selloff.
- 55:56Price change structures, tried to
- 55:58correct. Once again, the higher time
- 56:00frame will always end up aligning
- 56:03overall. So what you seen on this time
- 56:05frame, on the one hour time frame,
- 56:10what you seen on here, you probably
- 56:13would have been scared.
- 56:15You probably been like, "Oh, bro, price
- 56:17is going to go back bullish."
- 56:20But there was multiple signs on the
- 56:22higher time frame, 4 hour. So 1 hour,
- 56:24the higher time frame, 4 hour is
- 56:26stronger than the 1 hour. So once again,
- 56:28it goes back to what we're looking at
- 56:30overall on our other side, right? Um
- 56:33what I was talking about earlier. Make
- 56:35sure this is not dying.
- 56:38The 4 hour time frame is stronger than
- 56:39the 1 hour time frame. 1 hour is
- 56:41stronger than 30, 15, five, all that.
- 56:43Right? So if you're looking at the daily
- 56:45is stronger than the four. If you're
- 56:47looking at the four, um it's stronger
- 56:49than the one. Right?
- 56:53So with all this being said, the 1 hour
- 56:55was showing
- 56:58price could be bullish above this level.
- 57:00This is what you probably would have
- 57:01seen. Something like this. Oh, made an
- 57:04indication corrected continuation back
- 57:06up here. Yeah, I see how you could see
- 57:09that.
- 57:11But if we're looking at overall what's
- 57:14going on, the market conditions, that's
- 57:16why I don't like telling people that,
- 57:18oh, just only trade the 1 hour. Flick
- 57:19through your time frames, see what's
- 57:20going on. Mainly stay on the higher time
- 57:23frames. I will always influence you guys
- 57:24to stay on the 4 hour, one hour time
- 57:27frame. If you need entries, go to 30,
- 57:2915. 15 is really good when it comes to
- 57:32um trading with gold for sure when it
- 57:35comes to trading BTC cryptos, stuff like
- 57:38this. And the reason why I like trading
- 57:41these things, I don't trade forex pairs
- 57:43because forex pairs um currencies is
- 57:46like a it's more of a stable thing. I
- 57:49feel like currencies is more like stable
- 57:51than anything.
- 57:54So there could be little fluctuations,
- 57:56sometimes a lot, sometimes a you know
- 57:59not too much. But the basic ones that
- 58:01most people trade like EuroUSD,
- 58:06EuroUSD,
- 58:08GD G BP, JPY,
- 58:13USD CAD,
- 58:16USD,
- 58:18um what's the other one? JPY,
- 58:22GBP, USD. These things people trade a
- 58:25lot.
- 58:27But most of these, like unless there's a
- 58:29crazy market shift or like there's a
- 58:32crazy economical thing, these are really
- 58:35honestly going to stay around the same
- 58:37prices sometimes unless there's like a
- 58:39crazy
- 58:45crazy shift
- 58:47in economics.
- 58:52I can't spell. Echo e economics, bro. I
- 58:57can't spell.
- 59:00Unless there's a crazy shift in
- 59:01economics,
- 59:03these are not really going to make too
- 59:04much of a shift.
- 59:06It's not like you're investing into
- 59:08these things.
- 59:10But when it comes to trading something
- 59:12like
- 59:15NASDAQ,
- 59:17people are investing. This is an
- 59:19investment,
- 59:21right? People are constantly investing
- 59:23into the NASDAQ market every single day.
- 59:25Same with SPY. Same with Dow Jones.
- 59:29These are things people are investing to
- 59:30gold. People are investing into these
- 59:32things. Cryptos.
- 59:35So these things are constantly having
- 59:37liquidity put into them which means
- 59:41more liquidity,
- 59:45more movements,
- 59:47more volatility,
- 59:51right? All this is more volatility. Why
- 59:54do I trade NASDAQ? Why do I trade gold?
- 59:56Why do I trade cryptos? I just started
- 59:58trading cryptos cuz the go hasn't really
- 1:00:01been like we've already been over this.
- 1:00:05So I don't trade forex pairs because
- 1:00:09these these are investments. Investments
- 1:00:11constantly have liquidity put into
- 1:00:12poured into them. And this will all
- 1:00:16driven off the
- 1:00:19hype and economy,
- 1:00:25right? All this is driven off of the
- 1:00:27economy and hype,
- 1:00:30right? Economy comes down to and I'm
- 1:00:33talking about prompt two and stuff like
- 1:00:35that, right? So, we're talking about
- 1:00:36that too. All this has moved off of
- 1:00:39that. This brings volume
- 1:00:43big
- 1:00:45part
- 1:00:47in price action
- 1:00:49trading,
- 1:00:51right? You got the market structure. You
- 1:00:54understand higher highs. You understand
- 1:00:55higher lows, lower highs, lower lows,
- 1:00:57uptrends, downtrends. You understand
- 1:00:59that.
- 1:01:00But price action,
- 1:01:06price action, action. You need action.
- 1:01:10Price needs action. What is going to
- 1:01:13drive price?
- 1:01:17So, what's going to put the gas on
- 1:01:20price? What's going to what is the pedal
- 1:01:22for price? It are these hypes,
- 1:01:27news releases, news,
- 1:01:30tweets from Trump. All these things are
- 1:01:33volume,
- 1:01:34volume always going to push price volume
- 1:01:38always. That's why it's always good to
- 1:01:40trade all these NASDAQ, SPY, Dow Jones,
- 1:01:44gold. Trade these during New York
- 1:01:46session USD.
- 1:01:49These are USD things.
- 1:01:52New York Stock Exchange is going to
- 1:01:55drive all of this money poured in
- 1:01:58because that is when the New York Stock
- 1:02:00Exchange is opening. That's where people
- 1:02:02go to invest their money or just the
- 1:02:05bank of trading,
- 1:02:08right? Pouring their money into banks.
- 1:02:11Banks open New York session
- 1:02:169:30
- 1:02:209:30 a.m. EST. Chat GBT for your time
- 1:02:24for your time zone, right? We all got
- 1:02:27different time zones. Right now it's
- 1:02:298:00 at night, but you're
- 1:02:31probably watching this video in the
- 1:02:33afternoon. I'm in Europe right now,
- 1:02:35right? These things
- 1:02:38need volume.
- 1:02:41So, I'mma close this first segment out
- 1:02:44because I feel like I yapped long
- 1:02:46enough. I'mma close this first segment
- 1:02:47out
- 1:02:49at the fact that you need for any of all
- 1:02:51of this to work. You need volume at the
- 1:02:53end of the day. Trading things where it
- 1:02:56has more mo more movements will normally
- 1:02:58come down to investments. Are people
- 1:03:00investing their money into this?
- 1:03:04With Forex pairs, like I said, I feel
- 1:03:06like it's stable and that's my take on
- 1:03:08it. I feel like it's a stable thing.
- 1:03:10There can be price movements um based
- 1:03:13off of, you know, circle certain
- 1:03:15economical events, but it really just
- 1:03:18comes down like to just the economical
- 1:03:20events and leading up to them. The news
- 1:03:23really draws Forex pairs a lot because
- 1:03:26that that's where most of the volume
- 1:03:27comes from. But when it comes to things
- 1:03:29like NASDAQ, SPY, Dow Jones, gold,
- 1:03:32crypto, people are constantly putting
- 1:03:34their money into this every single day.
- 1:03:36every single day. People are also
- 1:03:39exchanging money every single day.
- 1:03:42But the the likelihoods of, you know,
- 1:03:47USD coming out of nowhere and being 10
- 1:03:51times more than another currency or 10
- 1:03:54times more than euro or let me put it
- 1:03:57this way, the United States dollar, the
- 1:04:01chances of it being 10 times more
- 1:04:04um in a few days more than the euro is
- 1:04:09very unlikely.
- 1:04:11But the chances of crypto going from
- 1:04:14like look at look at the other day
- 1:04:16crypto went from $125,000
- 1:04:21all the way to $110,000 in less than a
- 1:04:24few hours or less than two days, three
- 1:04:26days.
- 1:04:28You see how fast that went? Just like
- 1:04:31that. So much money liquidated in the
- 1:04:34market.
- 1:04:36So much selling pressure.
- 1:04:38Same way with gold.
- 1:04:42That's why, you know, gold is a little
- 1:04:45bit on my bad side right now because
- 1:04:47once again, I feel like price is being
- 1:04:49driven too fast at a fast rate.
- 1:04:53Gold is something where people, you
- 1:04:55know, slowly invest their money into and
- 1:04:58get into it. And it's kind of like real
- 1:05:00estate. You don't just right off the
- 1:05:01gate buy 10 properties
- 1:05:04right off the gate. Not Not right off
- 1:05:06the gate. If you're a smart investor, if
- 1:05:09you're a smart person, you're not buying
- 1:05:11anything you see, everything you see
- 1:05:13just because it's there, just because
- 1:05:14you can. You don't buy things just
- 1:05:16because you can buy it. You buy things
- 1:05:18because it serves value.
- 1:05:21So, the fact that people are driving
- 1:05:23gold price cuz realistically when price
- 1:05:26is going up, that means people are
- 1:05:28buying into it. Once again, it goes back
- 1:05:30to the clothing brands. The more demand
- 1:05:34it has, the more people hype it or the
- 1:05:37more people
- 1:05:39think it is very valuable, the more
- 1:05:41value it can be given. BTC, for example,
- 1:05:44is not even a real physical asset, but
- 1:05:49people bring a value to it because it's
- 1:05:51only so much of it,
- 1:05:54right?
- 1:05:56So, people are still driving gold price
- 1:05:58up.
- 1:06:01Sooner or later there's going to be
- 1:06:03people are going to be like, "Dang, bro.
- 1:06:05Like I got all this gold,
- 1:06:09right? And there's going to lose its
- 1:06:10value." So, it's very risky trading
- 1:06:14price at a time where you don't know if
- 1:06:17people are going to buy more or buy
- 1:06:19less. Sell, sell more, sell less. You
- 1:06:22don't you never know. But as traders, we
- 1:06:25can make money both ways. So, everything
- 1:06:27comes back down to market decision. I
- 1:06:29hope you guys enjoyed the video and once
- 1:06:31again I hope you learned something from
- 1:06:33this.
