- 0:01Hey everyone, welcome back to my
- 0:03channel. If you're new around here, my
- 0:05name is Marie. In today's vlog, we're
- 0:07back in beautiful Quebec City, my
- 0:09hometown. Over the weekend, we'll
- 0:12explore the charm of Darla, take in the
- 0:14stunning Momo Sea Falls, show you where
- 0:17you can swim in the city center, and
- 0:19even enjoy a twostar Michelin dining
- 0:22experience. Ready? Let's get started.
- 0:26Good morning. Today, we're going to be
- 0:28exploring Ilan. It's an island about 20
- 0:31minutes from the downtown area. It's
- 0:34connected by a bridge and it's right
- 0:36across from the Momasi waterfalls. So,
- 0:39we're going to go see what the island
- 0:41has to offer. So, we crossed the bridge
- 0:43and made our first stop on the island.
- 0:45So, our first stop is going to be Casa,
- 0:49a beautiful little spot with really
- 0:51great views. Their alcohol is actually
- 0:53internationally renowned. So, if you're
- 0:54a fan of wine, gin for cocktails, that
- 0:57kind of stuff, you know, you're really
- 0:58going to find what you're looking for
- 0:59here. We tried a bunch of their little
- 1:02jellies and jam and that kind of stuff.
- 1:04And even their products are really
- 1:06fabulous. This is the mustard,
- 1:10wine jelly. Wine jelly. That's got to be
- 1:12good on like cheese. And they have
- 1:15casses jelly as well if you don't like
- 1:17wine. Feel this one's more sweet. I
- 1:20think it would be good on ice cream. I
- 1:23love that we can try everything without
- 1:24having to ask anyone. It's just there
- 1:26for you to try. So, if you're an
- 1:28antisocial,
- 1:30it's great for you.
- 1:35We're enjoying some of their drinks.
- 1:39[Music]
- 1:42Very good. Just the tiniest bit. It's
- 1:44like 5 g of sugar, so it's not super
- 1:46sweet. It's very delicate. I don't know.
- 1:49I just read that on the can.
- 1:52Sparkling water. Having the lemonade.
- 1:56Yummy. I thought it was going to be
- 1:58sweeter. It is not. Great. Only 60
- 2:00calories. Everything's delicate here.
- 2:03Sparkling and pink. And they say that
- 2:04you can add a splash of vodka, gin, or
- 2:07tequila to make a cocktail. And I saw
- 2:10they do sell their own gin and vodkas in
- 2:12here. So, would recommend. There's a
- 2:15little spot to eat. There's some dairy
- 2:17bar for ice cream. So, a really nice,
- 2:20beautiful spot, a must try if you're on
- 2:21the island. We then jumped back into the
- 2:23car and made our way to our second stop.
- 2:25It's called Sheamag. It's a Kut. It's
- 2:29time to eat. So, we got the lobster roll
- 2:33and I believe it comes with fries, but
- 2:36we changed the fries for a lobster cuz
- 2:40there's never enough lobster. And we
- 2:42also got a ioli mayo to go with the pin.
- 2:46Looks delicious.
- 2:48Is this a big enough bite? I think
- 2:53>> get out. That's so good.
- 2:55>> Yeah.
- 2:56>> Oh my god. Delicious. Those curds, you
- 2:58know, those are the real curds. Like you
- 3:00hear it. The lobster is really fresh.
- 3:02The sauce is like creamy and just like a
- 3:05tiny bit of saltiness. Like it really
- 3:08brings it all together. It's amazing. If
- 3:10you're not from here and you've never
- 3:12had pin, putin is fries with cheese
- 3:14curds and gravy. But this one doesn't
- 3:17look like regular gravy. Looks they've
- 3:19made a different one. Usually it's like
- 3:20brown gravy. This one looks like it's
- 3:23made to be paired up with the lobster.
- 3:25Looks yummy. It's my turn to eat as
- 3:27well. Let's try the second dish. The
- 3:29lobster roll. Kind of had to damage it
- 3:31so that we could share. As you can see,
- 3:33there are big chunks of lobster in
- 3:35there. Majestic. Yummy. There's like
- 3:39lettuce and cream. Delicious. Probably
- 3:41the best lobster roll I've ever had.
- 3:46As you can see, this place is pretty
- 3:49crowded. It's 1:30. We came at 12:30. It
- 3:51was maybe a third of what that lineup
- 3:53is. So, don't wait too late to come.
- 3:56Otherwise, you might have to wait for a
- 3:58little bit of time till you get to taste
- 4:00that yummy food.
- 4:01[Music]
- 4:06The island is famous for its
- 4:08strawberries. So MJ is going to try
- 4:11>> strawberry slush with real strawberries
- 4:13from the island.
- 4:14>> Yeah, I told her. She was like, "Should
- 4:15I?" I was like, "You have to. It's
- 4:17mandatory."
- 4:20>> Oh my god. And that's so good. I mean,
- 4:22obviously real strawberries and it's
- 4:25amazing. It's so good. Highly recommend.
- 4:28>> Not too sweet.
- 4:29>> No, surprisingly it's not too sweet.
- 4:30It's like there's no I think it's just
- 4:32real strawberries, but it feels more
- 4:34like almost like a sorbet. It's really,
- 4:36really good. So, it's right next to the
- 4:38canteen, right? Where we just had the
- 4:40lobster rolls and it's a little maybe
- 4:42like 50 m away. Uh, this was, I think,
- 4:45$10 total.
- 4:46>> I got to come clean. I tried MJ's and it
- 4:49was so good I had to get one myself.
- 4:52It's like as if they just crushed the
- 4:55strawberries.
- 4:56>> I don't think they've added sugar or it
- 4:59tastes very natural. And I grabbed the
- 5:01small version of it. It was 550, so not
- 5:05too bad. Back in the car we went. And
- 5:07for our third stop, we decided to go
- 5:09pick our own berries.
- 5:11[Music]
- 5:13A fun thing you can do here is to pick
- 5:15your own berries. And we're in the
- 5:17beginning of August and it's blueberry
- 5:19season. It was $8 per adult for a one
- 5:22liter basket. So, we're going to go pick
- 5:25our own and eat some as well.
- 5:30[Music]
- 5:33Best part about picking your own berries
- 5:35that you can eat them at the same time.
- 5:40These ones are big.
- 5:42This one,
- 5:47very sweet. I think they have like five
- 5:49different kinds that we can pick from.
- 5:53[Music]
- 6:02There's a lot. They're very good. Some
- 6:04of them are like tart. Some of them are
- 6:06really sweet and like juicy. They're
- 6:08big, too. They're huge. It's a really
- 6:10good price compared to other places. I
- 6:12love it so far. I would say 10 out of
- 6:1410.
- 6:14>> All done. Took us what, 15 minutes?
- 6:18>> Yeah, about.
- 6:19>> Yeah. Not too long. We're now going to
- 6:21head to our next stop.
- 6:22>> So, we hopped in the car and went to our
- 6:24final stop. It's a chocolier slash ice
- 6:28cream place with a great view.
- 6:32[Music]
- 6:41And I got a hazelnut milk chocolate
- 6:44dipped ice cream cone. Should be yummy.
- 6:49[Music]
- 6:51I got some turtles. my absolute sinful
- 6:55obsession. And they look really, really
- 6:57amazing. But I've had so much sugar
- 7:00today already that I didn't get anything
- 7:02from the little cafe. But those uh ice
- 7:04cream cones, I'm looking at it right
- 7:06now. Literally, look really good dipped
- 7:08in chocolate. And we're back in the car
- 7:10for another adventure. Our last stop for
- 7:13the day. We're going to see waterfalls.
- 7:15The moasi. We're going to go take
- 7:18the taloperic all the way up and then
- 7:20we'll cross the bridge. Just know you
- 7:22can do some ziplining if you feel like
- 7:24doing so. We're not going to do it
- 7:26today, but I've done it in the past.
- 7:27Really fun. Let's go. Welcome to the
- 7:30ship mama house.
- 7:32Up and down.
- 7:33>> Yeah.
- 7:34>> $34 for two adults.
- 7:36>> It's not bad.
- 7:36>> Not bad at all.
- 7:37>> I'm excited to see the view.
- 7:41[Music]
- 7:48>> Yeah. 83 m high. Yeah, that's how high
- 7:50the falls are.
- 7:53[Music]
- 8:00>> Just a little sample.
- 8:02>> Shoot.
- 8:03>> A waterfall.
- 8:04>> A shoot.
- 8:06Really cool.
- 8:12[Music]
- 8:16Going on the bridge at the top of the
- 8:19waterfalls. Pretty decent view up here.
- 8:25And there's a nice breeze today, which
- 8:27is welcome cuz it's about 35°
- 8:30with the humidity. So, not complaining.
- 8:38And what you can see on the other side
- 8:40is the Ila where we were earlier. So,
- 8:42that's the whole island on this side. We
- 8:45cross that bridge and then on the other
- 8:47side is the waterfall.
- 8:52They're actually taller than Niagara
- 8:54Falls even though Niagara Falls are kind
- 8:57of like the staple. Very popular.
- 8:59Niagara Falls is actually a 51 m and
- 9:02these guys are actually 83 m. So pretty
- 9:05tall. And they're named for a duke who
- 9:08never ended up seeing the falls. Fun
- 9:10fact. We're feeling pretty exhausted.
- 9:12But just for you guys, we'll get closer
- 9:15to the waterfall and try to get some
- 9:17mist on our faces. So, we're going to do
- 9:19a short walk all the way to the falls
- 9:21and show you the view from there.
- 9:30[Applause]
- 9:32[Music]
- 9:35It's very refreshing. You can probably
- 9:38see in my glasses that we're getting a
- 9:40little bit wet. If you're coming on a
- 9:42hot day, super worth it to come here.
- 9:44So, if you don't want to take the cable
- 9:46car, you can still get a really nice
- 9:48view from up top. You're just going to
- 9:49have to do a lot of stairs. So, behind
- 9:52me is actually where you can kind of
- 9:54climb and get really nice views from the
- 9:56falls at various heights. There's little
- 9:58observation decks that you can take some
- 10:00really nice photos and get some really
- 10:02nice views. Day two. Woohoo. Today we're
- 10:05going to stay in the downtown area.
- 10:07There's a festival going on. It's called
- 10:09Festival Val France, New France. We're
- 10:12going to travel back to the 1600s today.
- 10:17[Music]
- 10:33Thank you.
- 10:40[Music]
- 10:44[Applause]
- 10:47We have all the founding families in the
- 10:49various books showing all their code of
- 10:51arms and kind of like their um kind of
- 10:55like their quotes what they stood for.
- 10:57So it was interesting to see some of you
- 10:59know my family line and you know I think
- 11:02one of them was like defend your rights
- 11:04which I was like yes love that. If only
- 11:08I had some rotten tomatoes.
- 11:10>> I heard they didn't have tomatoes back
- 11:12then. It was like cabbage or onions, but
- 11:14for some reason they've added tomatoes
- 11:16to this, but the other guy said they
- 11:18didn't have tomatoes.
- 11:19>> Ah, fun fact. Fun fact.
- 11:23>> The Sim Quebec has been around for a
- 11:25very long time. It was built to be kind
- 11:28of solid and also beautiful. It's
- 11:30withtood storms and fire and even enemy
- 11:34cannonballs.
- 11:36[Music]
- 11:41We're now making our way to the old
- 11:43port. Apparently, there's a great patio
- 11:46situation when we can go relax and sip a
- 11:48drink.
- 11:49>> We found a 9 and 1/2, but we can't seem
- 11:52to find 9 and 3/4.
- 11:54>> 9 and 3/4. Think you're being funny, do
- 11:56you?
- 11:56>> Are you a Harry Potter fan? If you are,
- 11:59>> know you know.
- 12:00>> If you know, you know.
- 12:03[Music]
- 12:07Oh my god. So, they have this amazing
- 12:10thing called a bakei, which is a bang
- 12:13and a cookie. And so, they've like
- 12:15merged a chocolate chip cookie with a
- 12:16donut. And it's the most sinful,
- 12:19delightful thing I've ever had in my
- 12:20whole life. We've already had two and
- 12:22we've been here 2 days. And so, now it's
- 12:25time for another one. And they have a
- 12:26really good blueberry lemonade and it's
- 12:28awesome. Let's go.
- 12:40We also got a sandwich. Some sort of
- 12:42BLT. Bacon, turkey, and tomatoes. It
- 12:46should be yummy.
- 12:48You can't go wrong with bacon. The love
- 12:50of my life.
- 12:52Mayo. The love of my life.
- 12:58Much better.
- 13:00I'm closing my eyes.
- 13:03Look at this.
- 13:05Insane. It's so good. Like the donuts
- 13:08not too sweet, but then the cookie and
- 13:10they put this little like salt on top
- 13:12and it's just I don't know how to
- 13:14describe it. Just try it. Come here to
- 13:16Quebec City and try it. So the original
- 13:19La Portable is in Shalobu which is a bit
- 13:22of a drive from downtown. It's maybe 20
- 13:24minutes but you can come here at the old
- 13:26port and they have a setup for the
- 13:28summer. So, that's where you can try
- 13:30most of their products.
- 13:37We're about to put our feet in the
- 13:38water, get a little uh freshness cuz
- 13:41it's hot out here. We've got a nice
- 13:43bright hot sun, but oh my god.
- 13:48[Music]
- 13:51So, the Port of Quebec Oasis offers you
- 13:55uh these swim lanes in a swimming pool,
- 13:57in a harbor, and it's the first one in
- 14:00North America. It's a really good spot
- 14:02to come and put your feet in the water
- 14:03and relax after a long day of walking.
- 14:06Swimming here is actually free, as are
- 14:08most things in Quebec City. And uh you
- 14:12get the chance to actually swim in the
- 14:14St. Lawrence River, which is really
- 14:15cool. So, it's a must do. We approve. If
- 14:18you go to the Agora near the old port,
- 14:22you'll have it's called Lal, which is
- 14:24another place where you can sip a drink
- 14:26with your feet in the water, but we'll
- 14:28show you. It's very busy on a hot summer
- 14:30day like today.
- 14:31>> Oh, yeah. Lots of people.
- 14:32>> We've decided Yeah, we've decided
- 14:35against going. So, we already had our
- 14:37feet in the water and it was way better.
- 14:39I mean, if it's less crowded, maybe. Not
- 14:42today. Lots of people. Good morning.
- 14:45Welcome to day three. Today we're going
- 14:48to the museum. We're going to go see a
- 14:50Titanic exhibit. Later tonight, we
- 14:52booked a super
- 14:54fancy exquisite restaurant. It's got two
- 14:57Michelin stars, 15 course menu. So,
- 15:00we're not going to eat a lot today cuz
- 15:02we need to save some room. Yeah, keep
- 15:04some room cuz you know, we like our
- 15:06food. All right, let's get started.
- 15:16So, we bought our tickets online, and
- 15:18all you have to do is scan the barcode
- 15:20down here, and it'll print out your
- 15:22little stickers that you'll put on your
- 15:24shirt to visit the expositions for the
- 15:25day. It fills up pretty fast. Uh, every
- 15:28day has been kind of completely booked.
- 15:30We booked uh on Thursday and we're
- 15:32coming in on Sunday. And the great thing
- 15:34about getting it online is you also save
- 15:36$3. So, highly recommend.
- 15:39[Music]
- 16:05[Music]
- 16:14So, the Titanic at the bottom of the
- 16:16ocean won't be around forever because
- 16:18there's actually these like
- 16:19microorganisms
- 16:21eating their way through the metal. So,
- 16:24eventually there will be nothing left. I
- 16:26really liked the flow of the information
- 16:28kind of like presenting you know how
- 16:31they built the ship like the competition
- 16:33that was around in that time in terms of
- 16:35like ship building and uh getting people
- 16:38to like immigrate. Yeah, it really
- 16:40brought you through like the whole
- 16:41history and there was more information
- 16:42that kind of just the sinking. Yeah, if
- 16:45I were to do it again suggest taking the
- 16:47audio guide. Also, this exhibit is until
- 16:50January 11th, 2026. So, I don't know
- 16:53when you're watching this, but uh you
- 16:54have till then to go
- 16:56>> check it out.
- 16:57>> Yeah, it'll be like a little extra
- 16:58weight for the audio guide, but I think
- 17:00I'd recommend that just waiting an extra
- 17:02couple minutes to get yours and then do
- 17:04the exhibit.
- 17:05>> And it's free. There's no extra fees for
- 17:07the audio guide. So, take it.
- 17:09>> Got to follow the tradition.
- 17:14>> We were here.
- 17:18>> You hungry? You?
- 17:19>> Oh, yeah.
- 17:19>> So, we're going to the restaurant. It's
- 17:21called Tanya and it's one of the only
- 17:24two two Michelin star restaurants here
- 17:27in Canada.
- 17:28>> The space is really beautiful, really
- 17:30unique, kind of a denlike space made of
- 17:33stone, and the products are uh local to
- 17:36Quebec and really focus on creativity
- 17:40and uh harmonizing all of the flavors of
- 17:43uh what Quebec has to offer.
- 17:45>> When you book, they give you a
- 17:47five-digit code and you enter it. It's
- 17:49going to let us know we're allowed to
- 17:50enter. I'm going to put in the code, but
- 17:52you're not allowed to see it.
- 17:59Very excited. I love how cool it is in
- 18:03here compared to like the 40° humidity
- 18:05outside. It's very nice. And on top of
- 18:08that, I'm very hungry cuz we limited how
- 18:11much we ate today just to leave all the
- 18:13room. So, yeah, it's beautiful here. I
- 18:17love it. but in his slush.
- 18:22This is extremely refreshing on such a
- 18:25hot day and a really good start to this
- 18:27experience.
- 18:29This is our first albeit.
- 18:35[Music]
- 18:38I believe it's fish. It's really yummy.
- 18:45Scallops.
- 18:46M. Wow. It's really like fresh,
- 18:48delicate. It's a little warm.
- 18:50Unexpected, but it's really good.
- 18:52>> I'm now going to try their little tart
- 18:54toilets, little pine. There's feta
- 18:58cheese and peas. So, I'll go for it.
- 19:04Surprisingly,
- 19:06it's very savory, very flavorful. Love
- 19:09it. So, we're like in the first den, if
- 19:12you will, and that's where they're
- 19:13giving us some cocktails. We're having
- 19:15mocktails and a few of the appetizers.
- 19:18And then after we'll move to another one
- 19:20where we'll have our main dishes. I
- 19:22believe it's seven of them. And we'll
- 19:24have seven pairings of mocktails with
- 19:26them. It should be delicious.
- 19:32[Laughter]
- 19:36>> This one is duck, I believe. And they
- 19:38made some sort of salt that they
- 19:41sprinkled on top. with a berry that
- 19:43resembles blueberries and hascap, but I
- 19:47we're not sure of the name. So, we're
- 19:49just going to give it a try.
- 19:55[Music]
- 19:56[Laughter]
- 19:59The meat is very tender and it's like
- 20:02smokeoky delicious. Like best duck I've
- 20:05ever had, that's for sure. So, I'm going
- 20:08to be explaining this extremely simply,
- 20:10but there is a whole lot that goes into
- 20:13each of these bites. So, this is
- 20:16actually duck with the filo paste, but
- 20:19then there's like, you know, a
- 20:20reduction, a gel, everything to do with
- 20:22a specific type of tree where they use
- 20:24the bud to kind of like marinade and do
- 20:28a whole bunch of different things with
- 20:29it. So, let's try.
- 20:33Next we have banic, which is an
- 20:36indigenous type of I'll say bread in
- 20:39this case. And they've paired it uh
- 20:42they've actually put some deer inside of
- 20:45it. So let's give it a shot.
- 20:50[Music]
- 20:52It's so hard to describe some of these
- 20:55bites because they're so complex, but
- 20:58this is really good. Like the meat just
- 21:00melts in your mouth. Perfectly seasoned.
- 21:02Just a little bit of saltiness. It's
- 21:04incredible.
- 21:05[Music]
- 21:14>> Wow, that's really good. I've been
- 21:16alcohol-f free for a couple years now.
- 21:18It's always hard when you're ordering
- 21:20mocktails to get something that's not
- 21:22just super super sweet. And this is
- 21:24actually really incredible. It kind of
- 21:26brings me back to, you know, and I love
- 21:29sour, which this is, uh, the mocktail
- 21:31version, and it's really, really good.
- 21:41>> We have lobster from Yes. One of the
- 21:45things I mentioned earlier is that if
- 21:46it's not from Canada, then it's not on
- 21:48our plate. And so, we don't have lemons
- 21:50in Canada. And so it's actually to give
- 21:52it that kind of more citrusy type flavor
- 21:55that you'd usually have with seafood.
- 21:57It's actually a type of spray that
- 21:59they've put over the food. So let's give
- 22:01it a taste.
- 22:04>> It's hard to know what to say cuz I'm
- 22:06like so good. It's like an explosion.
- 22:09It's hard to know like which ones to
- 22:11pinpoint cuz a lot of really good
- 22:14flavors mixing together.
- 22:19[Music]
- 22:28And this one's supposed to mimic
- 22:30champagne. It's completely alcohol-free,
- 22:33but they went and got and it's like a
- 22:36vanilla taste, but we don't have vanilla
- 22:38here in Canada, so they found similar
- 22:40ingredients to give it that taste. But
- 22:43it's telling you it's delicious. We have
- 22:45a lot in here. I'm pretty sure there is
- 22:47some potato. There's some scallops and
- 22:50caviar, which I don't know if I've ever
- 22:52had. And then some like fried chips on
- 22:54top.
- 22:57It's like rich but citrusy. Everything
- 23:00kind of like melts. That's really,
- 23:03really good. So, our drink is made with
- 23:05fennel, but it's not too You know how
- 23:08fennel can be a little strong? This one
- 23:10is, and it's very subtle, but it makes a
- 23:12good combination. I know this one's got
- 23:14some fennel as well. So they use all the
- 23:16parts that are not usually used with
- 23:19scallops and they made some sort of yaki
- 23:21with it. It looks very delicious.
- 23:25The crispy bits that are on top. It's
- 23:27delicious. Their next drink, this one's
- 23:29meant to be more summer drink. Lemonade,
- 23:32but they don't have lemons here like
- 23:33we've mentioned previously. So they use
- 23:35a little fruit from a sumac tree. So you
- 23:38drink it, it's kind of sweet and then it
- 23:40becomes like very peppery. Really good.
- 23:43So on to the next. And we've got a
- 23:45really fun pairing here. This is rainbow
- 23:47trout. I've got preserved roses on top.
- 23:51We've got this tomato water just make
- 23:54for a really interesting blend of
- 23:56flavors.
- 23:58Like a little bit of sweetness, a little
- 24:00bit of like florals. Still getting like
- 24:02a little bit of spice coming through.
- 24:04That's really incredible.
- 24:07[Laughter]
- 24:10>> Oh my god. It's got really really nice
- 24:12acidity. It's a little bit sweet, but
- 24:15it's really, really well balanced. This
- 24:18looks absolutely insane. The smell, it
- 24:23smells, you know, he was saying when he
- 24:25poured the duck broth immediately, it's
- 24:28got a huge whiff and it's incredibly
- 24:30aromatic. We've got some mushrooms in
- 24:33here, fuagrava, and some duck. You've
- 24:35got that richness from the fuagla, but
- 24:38then the duck skin is really crispy and
- 24:41like really shines through and
- 24:43everything blends together really
- 24:44beautifully. This one smells like
- 24:46Christmas.
- 24:56>> No words.
- 24:58This was three layers with croutons
- 25:01being on the bottom. The top layer was
- 25:03like this creamy, rich deliciousness and
- 25:07then the meat that you had in the
- 25:09middle. And
- 25:11we get this for the second time. I
- 25:14almost cried in front of the waiter
- 25:17cuz I loved it so much the first time. I
- 25:20was tricked
- 25:22and they did it very well. This is
- 25:24actually dessert and it's just as good
- 25:28as the other service. It really looked
- 25:31exactly like it. Really interesting. So
- 25:33vanilla does not grow in Canada. So
- 25:35instead, you know, we've mentioned the
- 25:36hay. Here it is. It's so aromatic. Like
- 25:39I mean it just fills the nostril
- 25:41completely and it does have that kind of
- 25:43like vanilla taste.
- 25:45[Music]
- 25:49We just learned there's a third vault
- 25:51apparently. So it's the dessert vault
- 25:53and that's the one we're in. It's full
- 25:55of birch trees. It's so pretty. And we
- 25:57got our next drink. And it's made with
- 26:00verbane. If you're a Vampire Diaries
- 26:02fan, you'll know that Verane is there
- 26:04for tonight.
- 26:07So, we'll see if I'm a vampire or not.
- 26:10Wo. It's strong, but no alcohol. But it
- 26:14feels strong. Really good. And I'm not a
- 26:16vampire.
- 26:19It's like cold and refreshing. And it's
- 26:21very light. Rhubarb. I think it's just
- 26:24going to be delicious.
- 26:27Crunchy, chewy, fresh. A hint of
- 26:29sweetness. Like it's not too sweet at
- 26:31all. Tiniest hint of tartness. That's
- 26:34really, really good.
- 26:37[Music]
- 26:42These are the last ones. It's the last
- 26:44one. Very sad moment. This one's like a
- 26:46little cheesecake on a spoon.
- 26:50Can't even say what it is. It's really
- 26:52yummy. This was an amazing experience. I
- 26:55don't think I will ever be the same and
- 26:57they'll have to drag me out kicking me
- 26:59and screaming. I feel like I've just
- 27:01left like I don't know a place I wasn't
- 27:03supposed to be. It was like they brought
- 27:05you through a secret door to like let
- 27:07you out and it just This is going to
- 27:09sound weird, but it just smells so good.
- 27:11And then you just come out on the street
- 27:12and it's like if you look behind me,
- 27:15it's like it's nothing, you know? But we
- 27:17just live this really crazy amazing
- 27:19experience and now it's like back to
- 27:21real life. It felt like a like a moment
- 27:23of time that just kind of like stopped
- 27:25and we were in a completely different
- 27:27place. So, it's weird to come back on
- 27:28the street and be like, "Oh my god,
- 27:30we're here." So, you need to book in
- 27:32advance. I believe I booked maybe 2 to 3
- 27:35months in advance. Right now, we are
- 27:37August 10th and we check there is no
- 27:39availabilities until October 30th. So,
- 27:42give it a two 3 months for sure. Also,
- 27:46you have to do the pairing minimum with
- 27:49the mocktails.
- 27:50>> It's a must. It brings the experience to
- 27:53a whole other Yeah. And also wanted to
- 27:56mention this is my second video here in
- 27:58Quebec. So if you want to know about
- 28:00other things you can do around here,
- 28:02I'll pop the other one. I'll link it
- 28:04here. Watch it. And in the upcoming
- 28:07months, there's going to be a winter one
- 28:08as well. So keep an eye out for that.
- 28:10Stay tuned. And thank you guys for
- 28:12watching. I'll catch you in the next
- 28:13one. Bye.
