4. 0:08the murder of my mother

8. 0:16just like i now believe kathleen
9. 0:19i didn't really realize it all until uh
10. 0:21i tried to break my sobriety
11. 0:23a couple of weeks ago
12. 0:26my own father try to break once friday
13. 0:28that's actually i figured out he's a
14. 0:29serial killer
15. 0:30until then i was blind and stupid and
16. 0:32thought he wouldn't hurt a family
17. 0:33remember and well
18. 0:36i feel like
19. 0:37if you want to break your own son's
20. 0:39sobriety
21. 0:40do anything i was a fall down drunk
22. 0:43i'm not a good guy i'm not a good guy
23. 0:46i am now but
24. 0:48if you judge me against my whole
25. 0:49lifetime i've done some [ __ ] horrible

27. 0:52former alcoholic drug addict
28. 0:55three years ago as a top running
29. 0:56american

39. 1:17finding that one i was a fall down drunk
40. 1:18man i was losing my car once a week i'm
41. 1:20trying once a month
42. 1:22wasn't this one i had a cool cool jeep
43. 1:25so such a drunk man i was losing my car
44. 1:26once a month
45. 1:28just passing out on the street literally
46. 1:31waking up like six in the morning
47. 1:34the six most dangerous in the world
48. 1:37you know i was in alcoholic for a lot of
49. 1:39reasons
50. 1:44funny enough
51. 1:46it was because i was shy
52. 1:47and i just started drinking a lot when i
53. 1:49was young man to overcome
54. 1:51and then you know just
55. 1:52then you know abusing alcohol and
56. 1:55horrible [ __ ] decisions and
57. 1:57anyways um
58. 2:00that's another story but
59. 2:04alcoholics never turn on each other
60. 2:07you don't do it man i got [ __ ] over
61. 2:09wrongly
62. 2:10by a woman locally uh
63. 2:14she knows she did wrong now
64. 2:17she had a jealous boyfriend is what it
65. 2:19was
66. 2:20basically i got thrown out of [ __ ]
67. 2:21gym it wasn't my fault
68. 2:24but i let that one go because
69. 2:26she's a former alcoholic you don't [ __ ]
70. 2:28with form alcoholics man
71. 2:30because when you start drinking again
72. 2:31it's the same thing as a death sentence
73. 2:33and so
74. 2:34anyways everyone knows that my brother's
75. 2:37been alcoholic for 20 years
76. 2:39no support on that end either which is
77. 2:41fishy and strange regarding kathleen i
78. 2:43might add
79. 2:45anyways um i'm gonna head over the house
80. 2:47now cause i just discovered today the
81. 2:50final pieces that made it all sense okay
82. 2:52i didn't go to my mom's funeral
83. 2:54about four months ago
84. 2:55she was my best friend i was with her
85. 2:58when she
86. 2:59the day she died i was with her when she
87. 3:01died my father
88. 3:03waited three hours while my mom was
89. 3:05having a heart attack didn't call the
90. 3:06cops when i came over within seven
91. 3:08minutes i called the cops

93. 3:11my mom would be alive today for one from
94. 3:13my father anyways
95. 3:16it's all about this man
96. 3:18about the insurance uh when they got
97. 3:20divorced my
98. 3:21mom ended up with all the stuff my dad

107. 3:41yeah my mom probably has a couple
108. 3:42hundred thousand maybe half a million of
109. 3:44our work maybe maybe about a million but
110. 3:46more importantly the easy to see stuff
111. 3:48is just called silverware it's easy
112. 3:50because it's silver and it should be
113. 3:52there

119. 4:02the bizarre behavior of my father
120. 4:04immediately after my mother's death and
121. 4:05him taking all this stuff
122. 4:10my mom died in front of me twice
123. 4:12actually i saved her the first time her
124. 4:14body failed her so we had to pull the
125. 4:16plug on her which is the most inhumane
126. 4:17thing in the world but
127. 4:19i brought my mom back from death the
128. 4:21first time
129. 4:25did cpr for that i don't know 10 minutes
130. 4:27or so
131. 4:28but we both agree with my dad and i mean
132. 4:30she died while we were while i was on
133. 4:32the phone with 9-1-1
134. 4:34you know i couldn't go back in the house
135. 4:36for a while so finally i asked my dad to
136. 4:37help me get things moving because i
137. 4:39couldn't set foot in the house well by
138. 4:41the
139. 4:42second or third it was pretty awful
140. 4:45by the fourth day i think that's when
141. 4:46you try to break my sobriety i have it
142. 4:48all on notes but
143. 4:49it's a [ __ ] monster

145. 4:54he's a sociopath he was hot he goes cold
146. 4:57this is my uh
147. 4:59this is my

149. 5:03my mom had an account for us and she
150. 5:04wanted to pay for insurance for me
151. 5:09i haven't had insurance in 20 years i
152. 5:10don't believe in it
153. 5:11but we have a joint shared account um
154. 5:16somewhere around here
155. 5:19on this okay me my mom and my dad okay
156. 5:21money comes out of here for the
157. 5:23insurance that she makes me good
158. 5:26well

162. 5:33i'm gonna go pull out the money

164. 5:36we're actually going to pull it all out
165. 5:37it's like 500 bucks or so for the
166. 5:40insurance for the year but more
167. 5:41importantly i'm doing that to show that
168. 5:43my father is erratic because this is
169. 5:45what i believe he'll do
170. 5:47i believe he's going to text me messages
171. 5:49now calling me irresponsible and
172. 5:51horrible and
173. 5:52you know
174. 5:54whatever you know he's gonna blame it on
175. 5:55me even though he has literally stolen
176. 5:58all of this stuff
177. 6:00it is my belief that he's going to go
178. 6:02hot and cold because
179. 6:04he doesn't only call the cops on him
180. 6:07and all of his emails after does evil
181. 6:09stuff oh i love you so much i'm here if
182. 6:10you ever need me right like a [ __ ]

185. 6:17when i pull out this money within the
186. 6:19hour he's going to send some awful
187. 6:21messages to me about being irresponsible
188. 6:23and
189. 6:24or a loser or what have you but
190. 6:27i want to have it recorded
191. 6:29now in advance but also have the text
192. 6:30messages to show a pattern of
193. 6:32sociopathic behavior and also show that
194. 6:34i can also predict his behavior now
195. 6:37and if i can predict this
196. 6:39it's probably fair to say other things
197. 6:42see i never thought my dad would kill
198. 6:44kathleen or my mom because i didn't
199. 6:46think he would hurt his own family
200. 6:47member i literally needed my own
201. 6:49personal experience where he tried to
202. 6:51hurt me and ruined my life and my
203. 6:53alcoholism
204. 6:55i needed that personal experience to see
205. 6:58nothing would prevent him
206. 7:00from
207. 7:01doing anything i mean if he'd ruin his
208. 7:03own child's alcohol sobriety
209. 7:06or i've been clean for three years
210. 7:09if kathleen was going to leave him which
211. 7:14was a very strange final conversation
212. 7:17that she had with me
213. 7:20uh the last conversation that she had
214. 7:22with me
215. 7:25you know it's not a smoking gun at all
216. 7:29but it's very strange because
217. 7:31it was basically her talking about
218. 7:33how she believed that
219. 7:34in life you have three relationships one
220. 7:37in your 20s
221. 7:38you know 25 to 35
222. 7:41145 to 55 and then the other one from
223. 7:43like you know 60 to the rest of your
224. 7:46life
225. 7:47well my dad was the uh the second
226. 7:49relationship there he wasn't the third
227. 7:51one because kathleen was like
228. 7:53in her 40 late 40s i think early 50s
229. 7:56it was the weirdest damn conversation i
230. 7:58have ever seen
231. 7:59and i didn't ever see anything so
232. 8:01obviously i didn't think my dad did it
233. 8:02and it was
234. 8:03would have been a very harmful
235. 8:05conversation to
236. 8:07jury had heard about
237. 8:09because she left him he would have to
238. 8:12move out of the house of 1810 cedar
239. 8:14street because he didn't have the cash
240. 8:15flow because his books were getting
241. 8:17rejected left and right and while he did
242. 8:19have good news about a movie
243. 8:22that stuff is pie in the sky and it is
244. 8:24statistically unlikely
245. 8:26whereas the fact that his financial
246. 8:27stress was very real
247. 8:29she had left him he would have been
248. 8:30devastated it is true they had the
249. 8:32world's greatest relationship they never
250. 8:34fought they literally had the world's
251. 8:35greatest relationship
252. 8:37you can talk to any girl i've ever dated
253. 8:39bad boyfriend
254. 8:41i'm wearing my father for that one
255. 8:42called bad parenting and made me a bad
256. 8:44person but i'm a good person now but
257. 8:47i was a very bad boyfriend for many
258. 8:48years and admittedly i haven't been in a
259. 8:50relationship
260. 8:52since i got sober and
261. 8:54i think it's best just to be very devout
262. 8:57and not burden other women with me
263. 8:58frankly speaking so i'm assuming i'm a
264. 9:00good person now but i can't say it for
265. 9:02fact but
266. 9:03unbelievably my dad and kathleen
267. 9:04actually had the world's greatest
268. 9:05relationship i do not know how that's
269. 9:07possible
270. 9:09i think he's gay for the record
271. 9:11i know he's bisexual but
272. 9:13i've never seen that man have a
273. 9:14heterosexual experience that was
274. 9:16authentic in my life other than they did
275. 9:18have a great relationship with kathleen
276. 9:19but that dude
277. 9:21he goes off when he sees men i've never
278. 9:23seen him go off when he sees a woman
279. 9:24anyways
280. 9:28i think i'm just now procrastinating on
281. 9:30a porn [ __ ] phone call i gotta call
282. 9:32the cops and
283. 9:34someone get my father rested tonight

286. 9:38he's taking out hits on people in prison
287. 9:40i know this because i helped him
288. 9:42unfortunately
289. 9:44after the fact where i helped
290. 9:46send money when i go visit him
291. 9:50like i said i'm not innocent on a lot of
292. 9:51things but i do have first-hand
293. 9:53experience of my father taking out
294. 9:54people
295. 9:55he left a very clear message to me uh
296. 9:57that it hit would come my way
297. 10:00i hate to use the word white supremacist
298. 10:02but these dudes were pretty [ __ ]
299. 10:03hardcore biker dudes
300. 10:06i don't want to [ __ ] with them
301. 10:07anyways
302. 10:09i've made a lot of emails lately to my
303. 10:11brother saying that my dad's a serial
304. 10:12killer
305. 10:13i've made a emailed family over the last
306. 10:15couple years telling my father's a
307. 10:16serial killer
308. 10:19my mom really worked on me so i changed
309. 10:21my mind
310. 10:22when i came back here a couple years ago
311. 10:24but uh
312. 10:26i'm back thinking he's a [ __ ] serial
313. 10:27killer
314. 10:30this man should spend the rest of his
315. 10:31life in jail
316. 10:34and if we can't convict him in court
317. 10:37that's why i have this video so i can
318. 10:38convict him in the court of public
319. 10:40opinion
320. 10:41whether it's tick tock or facebook or
321. 10:43instagram but this guy's a monster
322. 10:47i
323. 10:50can't believe i'm gonna call the cops my

325. 10:57i was widely regarded as the toughest
326. 10:59white guy in the most dangerous city in
327. 11:00the world this is cartel land about
328. 11:02three years ago

330. 11:07and down there that would maybe frown
331. 11:08upon us i'm not ratting my dad out
332. 11:12this guy's a [ __ ] serial killer man
333. 11:14and he's a monster
334. 11:16i told my mom that he was going to kill

336. 11:20i actually told her that
337. 11:22and i made my piece with that because
338. 11:23she didn't want to hear him
