28:07found the guy later on who was your
28:10friend that got shot uh Michael
28:12something I was a kid I remember Michael
28:14something you remember the guy that you
28:16shot I never knew his name you never
28:18knew his name he he drove
28:22a Nova great Nova what year was that you
28:26think or how old were you 14 you were 14
28:31the okay um my my understanding is it
28:35was some kid who wanted to be in a gang
28:37and was doing his initiation and his
28:39initiation was to shoot your friend we
28:41were just two kids coming out of an
28:42alley we weren't part of nothing we were
28:45part nothing that was his initiation yes

28:54you killed anybody else in spart
28:58no sir have you killed anybody else in
29:01South Carolina no sir other
29:04than the the boy in Arizona and super
29:08bikes and the ones that we have on the
29:11property have you killed anybody
29:14else and this is where I ask it

29:21is the thing no this is the
29:24thing this is not to drive a nail home
29:27or anything like that okay you had your
29:30moment in here with your mom and this is
29:32your opportunity to get everything it
29:35it's not you know what I'm saying it's
29:37opportunity to get everything out of the
29:39way you know because you're going to be
29:41sitting in a Cell
29:43mhm and and there's going to be lonely
29:45times and and you're a compassionate
29:49person I'm a compassionate person okay
29:51In the Heat of the Moment when somebody
29:53pisses you off you may want to beat the

29:57kill them whatever ever but when you're
29:59laying there at night it's going it may
30:02bother
30:03you you see what I'm saying mhm and
30:06that's the reason I'm asking that's the
30:07only on shot that's the only one you
30:09shot okay
30:12um I didn't want to have to explain
30:14numbers on the phone and I sure didn't
30:16want to give numbers of four it's it's
30:18already hard enough I know you guys are

30:24I actually thought you ever made it I
30:27got one I got a phone call yesterday
30:29finally got a phone
30:32call but you you said that you knew that
30:34you you said there that I had your mom
30:37reached out to your mom reached out and
30:39she told she actually you told her to
30:42reach out to me I did okay well she
30:44inadvertently reached out somehow
30:47through to the solicitor's
30:49office who reached out to me okay so
30:52that's how I met with one of their
30:54investigators and he told me that your
30:57mom reached out to him and he told me
31:01what she had said MH and then we went
31:04from there talking MH so that's how all
31:07that transpired okay okay
31:11um they're they're they're video
31:14recording probably I don't have I I
31:16don't you
31:18know I gave you everything I so okay so
31:22there's no one because and I was told to
31:25ask you there's two missing people out

32:20deliberate with what you

33:17able to do for you I know giving you a a
33:20clear conscience is one of the only
33:22things we can honestly I'm not worried
33:23about my conscience you gave me what I
33:26wanted what I wanted was to be have the
33:29opportunity to take care of my mom
33:33whether my girlfriend accepts it or not
33:36to at least attempt to take care of her
33:37and her kid you still want me to reach
33:40out and talk I have not yet but do you
33:42still want me to reach out and talk to
33:43her to see if she wants to come see you
33:45or talk to you if she would please okay
33:48I will the biggest thing is please let
33:50her know that
33:52whether I screwed up I can't fix it
33:56m I hope that she doesn't basically let
33:59her pride get in the way mhm I've got
34:02Mom Clearing House on trying to sell
34:04this stuff off
34:07okay no one's going to get rich here but
34:10the idea is I'd like to be able to get
34:11enough money where she is not damaged
34:13where she can basically restart her life
34:17okay without okay this over her head
34:21okay and put the kid through some school
34:23she grows up to be something positive
34:26okay um pass
34:28that that's all I really wanted okay I
34:31mean mom's going to put some money on my
34:33books once once the money is released
34:36okay and you need to transfer that
34:38through the bank on the computer through
34:40the bank right or by the checkbook the
34:43easiest way M would be one of two things
34:47uh One release the cash in the save MH
34:50that's option A or release the two
34:53checkbooks I don't need the escro
34:54checkbook okay but I do need the
34:59um personal checkbook and the company
35:01checkbook what are they what bank
35:03account and what are they both of those
35:04are Wells Fargo and they're going to say
35:06although on the AL what are they say on
35:10well on the on the
35:12checks t t Associates okay uh the one I
35:16don't need there's $1,000 in that
35:19account that's mine I did transfer over
35:20so if you want to bring me the es
35:22there's three I don't know what back up

35:47off a bunch of things
35:50um if I can just get the checkbooks and
35:53write her a check out of each one of
35:54them I don't know the to total of each
35:57account okay but if I can kick her
35:59something okay then we can deal with the
36:03rest of the money later no that's I mean

36:07beginning I'll do everything I can cuz
36:08Mom doesn't have any money I'll do
36:10everything I can um I didn't know she
36:11was that bad mom you know I haven't seen
36:13her in years haven't seen her in years

37:37um I almost thought she was going to hit
37:39on me to actually come on sh ,000 car um
37:44but that's not what I was there for I
37:45got you I going tell you our meeting

37:52that in that parking lot yeah and her
37:55kind of the way she was I understand

38:01um basically offered her the job offered
38:04to let him to go in and do can work as

38:09this was over several days the next day
38:11she was in the paper mug shots I guess
38:15you guys had arrested her for
38:18um meth or some [ __ ] uh hair I don't
38:22know something was in her bloodstream
38:23and you took her kids away okay um I
38:27asked her about it and she informed that
38:29yes she had drug issues
38:32and with that okay um I still was going
38:37to give him a
38:38chance you
38:40know I
38:42get [ __ ] happens to people it's hard I
38:45get it
38:46um great to meet him back there actually
38:50I meet from there but they told me the
38:53address which is across the
38:55street where they were
38:59do you remember that address that's you
39:01this when you were talking about behind
39:02the apartment complex yes okay I can't
39:05say the address but another day if you
39:07want to M the house is unique enough I
39:10can point it out okay um cuz it sits on
39:14a corner at a funky
39:16angle I I okay you know what J talking

39:24house I used to patrol out there years
39:26ago I don't know about what particularly

40:58and put another one through a spinal

41:09meant to be a

41:16fact okay conx was designed for my
41:22food and my weapons and secure my
41:25four-wheel before I had the building

41:36last week there was no ceiling on that

41:42cold Kaleb was cold okay I thought we're

41:50warm I didn't know what to do with her
41:52man um one side I really wanted to drop
41:55her the next side I really

42:07Johnny the girl that was with Johnny did
42:09you shoot her not at that time okay what
42:12happened with her she panicked and then
42:14she s I told her to sit down she sat
42:17down uh went ahead and cuffed her M
42:20patted her down MH told her I wasn't
42:22going to hurt her mhm uh she calmed down
42:25and I actually took her to conx no
42:28that's not true I had her lay there for
42:30a while I didn't know what the hell to
42:31do with her um I didn't want my conx cuz
42:33I had stuff in there I didn't know what
42:34the hell to do with it m putting her in
42:36with my gun is not a DI I don't
42:39understand that uh actually had to
42:42go for the first time I ever was having
42:44a little bit of a panic of what the hell
42:45do I do with her M uh put her here put
42:48her there drop her what the hell I do do
42:49I call the cops [ __ ] I got legal guns uh

43:20down and kept coming back and forth
43:22trying to figure out what to do but I
43:23had her cuffed and she wouldn't go
43:25anywhere eventually I went and
43:31locked I want to say I left her on that
43:33floor for a while I left her on that
43:35floor cuffed I would cuz I didn't know
43:37what to do with her I didn't want her in
43:38the building okay got the tractor got it
43:42out of there picked the body up and was
43:44trying to figure out what the H deal
43:45with it this is Johnny's body yeah okay
43:48um like I said I with melt understand

44:45space at the back so I moved all the
44:47guns forward and at that time those were
44:49on casters okay and those are not on
44:52casters now
44:54okay put her back there told her to calm
44:56the hell down let me reink this
44:58crap um let me see what the hell trying
45:01to figure out what to do M um when got
45:04Johnny went over there and dug a hole
45:06and like I said you take the tractor and
45:09you keep going in and dig and what you
45:11end up doing is making a slanted until I
45:13can put him here right um dug that stuck
45:19him in it covered it up uh it's a lot
45:21more work than you think uh did that
45:25went back and de with her Tred to figure
45:26out what to do with it
45:28really wasn't sure uh ended up basically
45:31leaving her tied up there and went got
45:33some chain I had chain around there's
45:35lots of chain in that building mhm um I

59:24pull it put this dirt put that dirt and
59:27covered him as best I could okay
59:30um I think he was kind of
59:34sideways and cuz you know how the two
59:38holes are parallel yes so he wouldn't
59:40like let's say this is a bed he wouldn't
59:42be laying in like head to head to footb
59:45at the headboard and at the footboard
59:46he'd be kind of more catty cornered
