- 2:39do what?
- 2:40>> I haven't been around my mom in years.
- 2:43I've tried. We had it falling apart
- 2:45because my grandfather
- 2:47>> Okay.
- 2:47>> I should have patched it up years ago
- 2:48and I didn't do it. It's a really shitty

- 2:53>> I appreciate it.
- 2:55>> Um, you know, we want to talk to you
- 2:57about superbikes.
- 2:58>> We're good.
- 3:00>> Would you rather
- 3:02write it out in a statement in your own
- 3:04words or would you rather
- 3:06>> I'd rather just tell it to you.
- 3:07>> You'd rather just tell it to us. Would
- 3:08you rather us tell it to us and us write
- 3:10it out or you just want to have a
- 3:11conversation and tell it to us? We'll
- 3:13let you pick whichever you want to do.
- 3:14>> I don't want to write.
- 3:16>> Okay.
- 3:16>> I do it for a living. My hands hurt.
- 3:18>> Okay. Do you want me to write it out for
- 3:19you?
- 3:20>> Sure.
- 3:20>> Okay.
- 3:31>> It's Christopher, correct?
- 3:33>> Yes, sir.
- 3:38>> Mr. Right.
- 3:40>> It's K O H L
- 3:42>> A K O H L H E P. I always get it wrong.
- 3:46And how are you again? What? I'm
- 3:48drinking
- 3:5045.
- 3:51>> Okay. Today is 115.
- 3:55>> 11:5.
- 3:58>> And your current address again? I forget
- 4:00it.
- 4:00>> 213.
- 4:01>> Mhm.
- 4:02>> Wind.
- 4:03>> Is that W I N
- 4:04>> D S O N G
- 4:08more.
- 4:12>> Okay.
- 4:12>> 29269.
- 4:14>> 2969. And your date of birth?
- 4:17>> 3771.
- 4:19>> And your social?
- 4:21>> 248.
- 4:22>> Yes, sir.
- 4:23>> 51
- 4:24>> Mhm.
- 4:24>> 041.
- 4:26>> Okay. And what's the phone number that
- 4:28you've been using that cell phone
- 4:30number? I forgot it.
- 4:31>> I'm having some not being smart. I'm
- 4:33trying to give the jail's address.
- 4:38>> Oh, yeah. No, I understand. I
- 4:40understand.
- 4:40>> 384
- 4:42>> 2488.
- 4:44Okay.
- 4:46Now, can what I want you to do is
- 4:51tell me from the very beginning about
- 4:54Superbikes.
- 4:56>> Well, led up to it or they
- 4:58>> You bought a bike from them.
- 5:00>> I bought a I bought a motorcycle from
- 5:02them. Um,
- 5:04>> what kind of motorcycle?
- 5:06>> It was a Suzuki GSXR 750.
- 5:11GSXR
- 5:13750. Now, you're going to have to bear
- 5:15with me because I ride slow. I'm going
- 5:18to bear with me.
- 5:19>> So, you bought a GSXR 750 from
- 5:22>> Superbike Motorsports.
- 5:24>> Super.
- 5:27>> I got to do the same thing. That's why
- 5:28we
- 5:30>> Super Bike
- 5:36Motorsports.
- 5:37>> Yes, sir. And that's on Parisburg Road.
- 5:40Correct.
- 5:41>> I still got the t-shirt.
- 5:43>> They give you a t-shirt?
- 5:44>> They did. I can't.
- 5:46>> I'm not a trophy guy.
- 5:48>> You're not a trophy guy?
- 5:50>> They want to give you a trophy?
- 5:52>> No, sir. That was actually
- 5:54>> I got you. Um
- 5:57>> I don't keep trophies.
- 5:58>> So you bought the bike. When did you buy
- 6:00the bike?
- 6:11Um
- 6:1403.
- 6:16>> Do you remember when in 03?
- 6:18>> No, sir.
- 6:18>> Okay. Just sometime in 03, but was it
- 6:21spring, fall, winter?
- 6:23>> Sure. That's not a long time.
- 6:24>> Okay.
- 6:26>> My grandfather gave me gave me the down
- 6:28payment. Okay.
- 6:29>> And I went and bought it.
- 6:34I'm thinking it was a free
- 6:42one.
- 6:49>> Where were you living at when you bought
- 6:51it?
- 6:51>> Club. You were living at Hunt Club? Mhm.
- 6:59Just
- 7:11Okay. So, Greg, you bought the bike.
- 7:13>> Bought the bike.
- 7:15Uh, tried to ride it. Didn't work either
- 7:17way. Um, key points. Um, had it 14 days
- 7:23and it got stolen from the front of the
- 7:25apartment complex.
- 7:31I had actually gone back to them. Hold
- 7:34on a second.
- 7:52>> You said you went back to them
- 7:54>> before it got stolen. I had gone back to
- 7:56them. uh a few days prior to being
- 7:59stolen and told him that I was having a
- 8:00hard time writing it and I was not so
- 8:03sure I had made a wise decision
- 8:06before it got stolen
- 8:16because I was
- 8:19inexperienced.
- 8:25knew a lot of bike.
- 8:29>> Okay. You went back to them because you
- 8:31were inexperienced. And what else did
- 8:33you say?
- 8:33>> I I thought it was a bad decision. I was
- 8:35trying to see if I could possibly trade
- 8:36it in for a smaller bike or something of
- 8:40that nature. Maybe I just
- 8:43I know how to ride it.
- 8:46And they bear with me. No problem.
- 8:48>> Thought it was a bad decision.
- 8:50>> Mhm. and maybe
- 8:55considered selling with that tool.
- 8:57>> You said something about wanted to trade
- 8:58or something.
- 8:58>> Either trade it for something smaller,
- 9:01uh maybe a 600 or get a uh um
- 9:05just walk away from it. Get get out of
- 9:07it.
- 9:17>> Okay. What happened? Uh they were please
- 9:23understand this has been many many
- 9:25years. Um they proceed to give me
- 9:29on the rude side about uh my inability
- 9:32to to to ride a that kind of bike.
- 9:36No one ever taught me. So I mean I'm not
- 9:39operating the clutch. the um
- 9:44and the possibility of them coming by at
- 9:45some time with a trailer. Maybe if I had
- 9:47to make up my mind that they they had
- 9:49dropped it off at the apartment. Okay.
- 9:51>> So, they knew they knew exactly where it
- 9:55was stored cuz the guy brought it over
- 9:56to me.
- 10:18So you said they knew where it was
- 10:20stored.
- 10:20>> They knew it was stored.
- 10:21>> Okay.
- 10:22>> Cuz they had dropped it off there.
- 10:25>> Okay.
- 10:25>> Uh 2 3 days later it came up missing. It
- 10:30was a police report.
- 10:32Um
- 10:35as far as I know, they never found the
- 10:36bike.
- 10:46You said I made a police report.
- 10:47>> I did.
- 10:51Actually, the law enforcement officer
- 10:54made fun of me.
- 10:57He informed me that that's that's a
- 10:59shame it got stolen before I had before
- 11:00I got a chance to write you a ticket.
- 11:04That was the one time I didn't like you
- 11:05guys.
- 11:07So, you made a police report?
- 11:09>> Yes, sir.
- 11:10>> And then what happened then?
- 11:12>> Insurance came out. I lost $1,000
- 11:14deposit because that was my deductible.
- 11:16They paid off the bike and it was never
- 11:19seen again or at least nobody bothered
- 11:21to contact me about it.
- 11:35And they paid off the bug. They did.
- 11:46Okay.
- 11:48Um, started this part of the story, but
- 11:51I mean started college, started going to
- 11:52Greenville Tech.
- 11:53>> Okay.
- 11:54>> Um,
- 11:57none of my credits transferred from my
- 11:59previous degree.
- 12:02like
- 12:04okay
- 12:05started there. Um got the Jonesing again
- 12:09for motorcycle and started going back to
- 12:12the shop
- 12:15and sitting on
- 12:40Now would this be at supervised?
- 12:42>> Yes sir.
- 12:55>> Okay.
- 12:57Um
- 12:58during one of my times over there
- 13:00sitting on one of the I believe it was
- 13:04the manager,
- 13:05the owner's friend.
- 13:07>> Okay.
- 13:08>> Um
- 13:11kind of was a bit of an [ __ ]
- 13:15I was looking at the bikes and trying to
- 13:17let the earlier part go.
- 13:18>> Hold on. Slow down. Okay.
- 13:21During one of my times there, the
- 13:23owner's friend,
- 13:25>> I believe it was the manager,
- 13:28I don't remember the names, it's
- 13:34partners at some Wow.
- 13:54>> You said you think they were partners.
- 13:56>> They were,
- 13:58according to the paper, they were best
- 13:59of friends. They went into business
- 14:01together. It was the
- 14:05Brian and something or something or I
- 14:07don't remember the names.
- 14:09>> But go ahead. You didn't know their
- 14:10names at that time.
- 14:12>> I did at the time, but I don't remember
- 14:13now.
- 14:14>> Okay. Okay.
- 14:14>> Uh I had spoke to both of them and
- 14:16buying the bike and all this
- 14:18>> and they were always together.
- 14:19>> Okay. So you so go back to where we
- 14:21were. You you were sitting on bikes. I
- 14:23was sitting by talking back and forth
- 14:24and the
- 14:27manager started making some comments
- 14:30about
- 14:32some I'm going to have to lose each say
- 14:35because I don't remember the whole thing
- 14:36but basically great now we have some
- 14:38long lines we'll have another one to go
- 14:40pick up
- 14:42and made some comments about
- 14:45the last one being installed and the
- 14:47manager
- 14:49said,
- 14:53"Great.
- 14:57Now
- 14:59we
- 15:00will
- 15:02have
- 15:10another one to go
- 15:15pick up."
- 15:16>> And and he says something about
- 15:20Mine was on it way to Mine was on its
- 15:21way to Florida.
- 15:23I have no idea what's in Florida or why
- 15:25he said that.
- 15:43>> Okay.
- 15:46When he said it was I I talk about the
- 15:49time when I asked about possibly selling
- 15:51it. It was implied that
- 15:54we took your [ __ ]
- 16:11>> Okay.
- 16:12>> Um I let it slide for the time being.
- 16:17Um, thought about it.
- 16:20>> Oh, bear with me.
- 16:25>> This is why I type.
- 16:29>> If it was if it was my handwriting.
- 16:32>> Oh, mine's not much better, but So, you
- 16:34let it slide for the time being.
- 16:36>> Time being just Give me just a minute.
- 16:45>> Second. What?
- 16:46>> Just keep going.
- 16:48>> Okay. Go ahead. I'm sorry.
- 16:50>> Is it more about me?
- 16:52>> No.
- 16:52>> No.
- 16:53>> This is
- 16:56what I say. I think I told you. You're
- 16:58good.
- 17:00>> Um,
- 17:00>> so you let it slide for the time being.
- 17:02>> Time being got mad about it. Kept going
- 17:06out there. Why I kept going to the same
- 17:08bike place, I don't really know.
- 17:11But I'd go out there, sit on the bikes
- 17:16and listen to these two talk [ __ ]
- 17:27>> Say that again. You kept going out there
- 17:29and sitting on the bikes.
- 17:30>> The bikes, trying them out, and
- 17:32listening to these two, the owner and
- 17:36uh the manager basically talk trash.
- 17:54Okay.
- 17:57>> Um,
- 17:59bought a bird 92 FS.
- 18:04I don't know why I keep telling you FS.
- 18:06Just details.
- 18:09>> Moretta
- 18:1092
- 18:11>> 92 FS
- 18:12>> FS
- 18:15>> uh 9mm. At the time, those only had 10
- 18:18round mags because they had still had
- 18:19the limitation and the aftermarket Pro
- 18:21mags were god awful.
- 18:23>> So, how many mag So, you had 10 a 10
- 18:25round magazine.
- 18:26>> Yes, sir. Three of them.
- 18:27>> Three 10 round magazines.
- 18:29>> Mhm.
- 18:31I actually prefer a shoulder halter.
- 18:35Although, I've got
- 18:38quite a few of those kidex.
- 18:40>> They work very well. U bravo
- 18:43concealment.
- 18:44Um,
- 18:47highly recommend them.
- 18:50>> Then what happened?
- 18:51>> Um,
- 18:53swap barrels. I don't think this is
- 18:54important. Swap barrels, but it does
- 18:56lead you to the story later.
- 18:58Uh, swap barrels.
- 19:01>> Swapped
- 19:06barrels.
- 19:06>> Yes, sir.
- 19:07>> Okay.
- 19:09I am not certain which barrel was on the
- 19:12gun that day.
- 19:15The reason is because one threaded one
- 19:19is not. And I was having problems with
- 19:22the suppressor.
- 19:24Okay, I'll explain that in a moment.
- 19:30Now, say that say that part again.
- 19:32You're not certain which one was on the
- 19:33barrel that day because
- 19:35>> because I was having problems with a
- 19:37suppressor.
- 19:38A suppressor would shoot on a
- 19:41semi-automatic
- 19:42requires a Neielson device also as a RAD
- 19:45on recoil assist
- 19:55if you have a movable barrel.
- 19:59Okay? Otherwise, you have to use the
- 20:01spacer and lock it.
- 20:02>> So, you're having problems with the
- 20:03suppressor. You're gonna have to say
- 20:04that.
- 20:04>> He's understanding it and you're just
- 20:06going, "Okay."
- 20:07>> Yeah. So, you're having problems with
- 20:09the suppressor.
- 20:10>> Yes. But if you don't have a RAD device
- 20:12on it, it causes the barrel to lock back
- 20:14and you have to
- 20:16>> say suppressor. That's you.
- 20:19>> Yeah. Not They're not silencers.
- 20:21>> Okay.
- 20:23So, say start from there then.
- 20:24>> Sure. Um, the problem with suppressor
- 20:28would it would lock up when you shoot
- 20:31one round if you don't have a RAD
- 20:32device.
- 20:36I couldn't make one of those.
- 20:38You can now
- 20:42>> if you didn't have
- 20:44>> a rad recoil device
- 20:48also known as nail
- 20:55>> device. Okay.
- 20:57>> Off that so you understand when it when
- 20:59it when it fires it keeps the barrel
- 21:01because of the barrel and the bettas all
- 21:03sphere locks the same way. Certain guns
- 21:05actually will the barrel will move a
- 21:07little bit. They're not fixed when they
- 21:09when they move like that. If you don't
- 21:11have the recoil the weight of the fired,
- 21:14if it doesn't have a little assist to
- 21:16help you move the barrel, it causes the
- 21:18barrel to get locked back and it can
- 21:20damage the weapon, but it locks it up to
- 21:21a single round.
- 21:23>> Todd, not that's going to be part of
- 21:24this, but on on this statement, where
- 21:26did you buy that Beretta on the street?
- 21:30You don't know who from do you remember
- 21:32guy? The guy I found him in
- 21:38one of those Iwanas.
- 21:39>> Mhm.
- 21:40>> And I had drive it easily and I bought
- 21:43it on the side of the road.
- 21:49I think more than this work, but I
- 21:50wanted it.
- 22:04And the suppressor I had made at a
- 22:06machine shop.
- 22:08>> Do you remember which machine shop?
- 22:11Moore.
- 22:12Moore. Moore. Machine shop.
- 22:14>> Mhm. Jim Moore. He's no longer in
- 22:16business or he's sold the he he's no
- 22:19longer managing the place and he made me
- 22:23bits and pieces for it. I mean, he knew
- 22:26what it was going to be for, but I mean,
- 22:29I don't know a machinist out there that
- 22:30can't that doesn't make
- 22:32>> You made the suppressor at where?
- 22:34>> Um,
- 22:36>> yeah, place called more uh
- 22:40more
- 22:43machine works.
- 22:44>> Okay. Okay. Go on.
- 22:47>> Um,
- 22:49I had to do the parts I put together.
- 22:51Um,
- 22:53did that, tried it out, made some
- 22:56modifications at the in the store. I
- 22:58didn't like it.
- 23:00Um,
- 23:11just didn't trust it.
- 23:15Dependability
- 23:17surpasses everything else.
- 23:22Okay.
- 23:23>> Years later, I actually learned how to
- 23:24make them myself and actually mine were
- 23:26coming.
- 23:27>> Then what happened?
- 23:29>> Uh
- 23:30was going to go out there, was using the
- 23:32suppressor, ended up leaving the
- 23:34suppressor in the in the car.
- 23:36I went with the intent.
- 23:38>> You took the suppressor with you. Mhm.
- 23:42>> But I didn't use it.
- 23:46>> I'm almost positive I put the original
- 23:48barrel back on.
- 24:20Okay. And then you drove up there.
- 24:23>> Mhm.
- 24:25>> You drove where?
- 24:26>> Uh was that Harris Road? Um, got off of
- 24:31class,
- 24:33got out of Greenville, drove down there,
- 24:36put the shoulder holster on when I was
- 24:38at CVS.
- 24:39>> No, back up. You confused me. So, you
- 24:41drove to
- 24:42>> All right. I left college, left my
- 24:45class.
- 24:46>> Okay.
- 24:46>> Drove to Bowling Springs.
- 25:00Okay, put the shoulder holster on at the
- 25:03CVS parking lot.
- 25:07Not going to worry about school.
- 25:13Do you remember what time of day it was
- 25:15that you left class?
- 25:28No. Two 130 130 left there.
- 25:32It's 14 minute drive.
- 25:36I don't know.
- 25:40>> We're fuzzy on the time frame, sir. It's
- 25:42okay. It's been okay.
- 25:44>> It's nothing you do. It's not yet. You
- 25:46left class about what time? I think
- 25:49about 1:30.
- 25:51>> Okay.
- 25:53>> Was our class was so boring.
- 25:55>> Okay.
- 25:56And this was the CVS in Blooming Spring,
- 25:58you said?
- 25:59>> Yes, sir.
- 26:20Bear with me just a second.
- 26:25I got it.
- 26:30>> Okay.
- 26:34Then you So you put the shoulder hoster
- 26:36on at CVS and Boil Springs and then
- 26:39>> drove to the bike place, bike shop.
- 26:51Okay.
- 26:53Um got there.
- 26:56Um not everybody was there.
- 27:04Went in
- 27:10uh sat on a few bikes. Did my usual
- 27:18basically stuff for time
- 27:22and doing my best to make sure that the
- 27:24pain
- 27:26customers were not there.
- 27:30Collateral damage is not cool.
- 27:32>> Set on a few bikes stalling for time to
- 27:35make sure
- 27:36>> customers were not there. customer to
- 27:38make
- 27:39>> I was waiting for I was waiting for the
- 27:41other
- 27:42>> waiting to make sure customers were not
- 27:46there. You said you were waiting on
- 27:48what?
- 27:48>> This was during a time as you know that
- 27:51it was not busy.
- 27:52>> That chose time that was not after work
- 27:55when I would have a lot of people in
- 27:56there. Um did not want to shoot other
- 27:59people.
- 28:01>> Okay, hold on.
- 28:07Kind of funny. Kayla put on her
- 28:10paperwork when she was writing stuff out
- 28:11to me that she found a killer with a
- 28:14conscience and a kidnapper with morals,
- 28:16whatever the hell that meant.
- 28:17>> You remember that?
- 28:18>> Yeah.
- 28:19>> So you said I did not
- 28:20>> after she said I spent a lot of time
- 28:22thinking going, "Wow, kind of okay."
- 28:26>> So you said you did not want
- 28:29to shoot.
- 28:33>> I didn't want to shoot anybody else
- 28:35here. Bear with me. I'm sorry.
- 28:48I'm sorry. See, I did not want to shoot
- 28:51>> other I didn't want to see shoot other
- 28:53customers.
- 28:58>> Okay.
- 28:58>> And I had to wait for the other one of
- 29:00the guys wasn't there. I had to wait for
- 29:02her to come in.
- 29:04One
- 29:06of the
- 29:09guys
- 29:11wasn't
- 29:14there.
- 29:16I had to
- 29:19wait for
- 29:22him to come in. Who was not there?
- 29:27>> I don't remember which one. Okay. So,
- 29:29one one of the owner and the manager,
- 29:32one of the the two main people.
- 29:34Okay.
- 29:48>> I actually wasn't meaning to hit the
- 29:50mom.
- 29:52>> You actually what?
- 29:52>> I was not meaning to hit the mom.
- 29:56I prefer not to shoot women if I can.
- 29:59Okay.
- 29:59>> And I refuse to shoot a kid.
- 30:03Okay, tell me what happened then.
- 30:06>> Uh, finally all four showed up. From the
- 30:10sound, it sound like there was nobody
- 30:11else there.
- 30:13>> All
- 30:15four
- 30:18showed.
- 30:19Uh, when you say all four,
- 30:21>> all four people who worked at the at at
- 30:24the bike store, the mechanic, the mom. I
- 30:27was not going for the mom, but
- 30:31She was there at the time and she was
- 30:34working there, but
- 30:37she got thrown into it. She wasn't uh
- 30:40she wasn't a primary target.
- 30:50He's going to be up late tonight.
- 30:53Was not a primary target.
- 30:58>> Okay. Then what happened?
- 31:00sitting on a black Kawasaki Katana 600.
- 31:04I believe it's a crap bike,
- 31:07but I was sitting on it and it was a
- 31:12what now?
- 31:13>> Black Kawasaki Katana
- 31:16600.
- 31:24>> Okay.
- 31:25>> Um told him I would take it.
- 31:31At which point the mechanic
- 31:36took the bike to the back to prep it.
- 31:40>> Okay. Slow down for me. Okay. No
- 31:42problem.
- 31:48That was one big building.
- 31:51Yeah.
- 31:54I cleared it in under 30 seconds.
- 31:56>> You what now? I cleared that door in
- 31:58under 30 seconds. You guys would have
- 32:00been proud.
- 32:02I'm sorry, but you guys would have been
- 32:04proud.
- 32:05>> Okay. So, the mechanic took the bike in
- 32:06the back to prep it.
- 32:08>> Yes, sir.
- 32:08>> Okay. Then what happened?
- 32:11>> Uh sit around for a few moments, get sit
- 32:15around the middle. Uh they were writing
- 32:17paperwork.
- 32:19>> Sit around the middle.
- 32:21>> The building is very large. It's a
- 32:2310,000t building.
- 32:24>> Okay.
- 32:25uh spoken to a front area of the
- 32:26showroom. Second area was a showroom. I
- 32:29believe there's a tertiary area of the
- 32:31showroom.
- 32:32>> Then there's a back area that is
- 32:36um mechanic repair
- 32:40stolen [ __ ]
- 32:41>> Okay.
- 32:42>> Uh middle section is an office,
- 32:45bathrooms, office right behind where the
- 32:48front counter is.
- 32:49>> So when you said middle section, was
- 32:51that where you're at? Was the office?
- 32:53>> No, sir. That was in the second section.
- 32:55I was in the third section.
- 33:01I may be off on on this because they
- 33:04this part of the building wrapped around
- 33:05the office and then went around. So it
- 33:09may just look like another section, but
- 33:10it
- 33:11>> part of the
- 33:16building wrapped around.
- 33:18>> Mhm.
- 33:23the section as it should.
- 33:24>> Yes, sir.
- 33:26>> In that section, they have the glass up
- 33:29front. You have the glass um display,
- 33:32then the office, the bathrooms,
- 33:35little mini showroom.
- 33:45Okay.
- 33:46the glass display and
- 33:49>> the mini
- 33:50>> mini showroom.
- 33:52>> Mini
- 33:53show room.
- 33:56>> That was all part of the office and the
- 33:58>> bathroom office
- 34:01and
- 34:03bath
- 34:05rooms. Okay.
- 34:07>> Uh proceed to go to the back mechanics
- 34:10area where
- 34:12you use big boards.
- 34:19Sorry.
- 34:19>> Oh, no.
- 34:21>> You proceeded to go to the back
- 34:23mechanics area.
- 34:24>> Mechanics area where the mechanics was
- 34:28prepping the bike.
- 34:43Okay.
- 34:45walked up, pulled out the beretta, put
- 34:48the safety off,
- 34:52walked.
- 34:55I should carry it around the chamber at
- 34:56that time
- 34:58out the
- 35:06red. In incidentally, the reason why the
- 35:08Sig U 516 in the in the building had a
- 35:12round in it with a safety on is because
- 35:14I took Kayla for a walk without her
- 35:16handcuffs or leg chains. Took her for a
- 35:18walk around the property one day.
- 35:21>> Okay.
- 35:21>> So, you pulled out the Beretta and what
- 35:23happened?
- 35:24>> Um, shot the mechanic twice.
- 35:28Downward angle.
- 35:30>> Nice shot.
- 35:40Say that again. I just dangle angle. He
- 35:43was he was beneath me. He was down.
- 35:45Crash down on this side of the bike.
- 35:48Bike was here. I'm on this side. So I
- 35:50had to lean over the bike and
- 35:53I believe it was two. Two shots.
- 35:57>> It may have been two. It may have been
- 35:58three, but it definitely was two at a
- 36:00downward angle. You shot him hand twice
- 36:02at a downward angle.
- 36:05Maybe twice. Twice. Maybe third time. I
- 36:07don't remember the count
- 36:17on one side. You don't want to waste
- 36:18rounds. The other side you definitely
- 36:19need a desired effect.
- 36:20>> Do you
- 36:23Did he Where did he fall? Are then
- 36:26>> immediately there?
- 36:27>> Okay.
- 36:30I believe those were were with were were
- 36:32with the Remington 147 grain subsonics.
- 36:37That would be the brass casings.
- 36:40>> I believe those
- 36:42were
- 36:44with the Say that again.
- 36:47>> Remington
- 36:50147 grain
- 36:53subsonics.
- 36:55They're made for suppressors, which
- 36:57would be the brass casings.
- 37:02A crappy round, by the way.
- 37:13Okay.
- 37:15Um,
- 37:17he hit the ground when I realized he was
- 37:20not moving. He was not going to proceed.
- 37:23Um,
- 37:26>> I moved to the to the right.
- 37:28>> Hold on for me. When I realized
- 37:34he
- 37:36was not
- 37:39going to proceed,
- 37:43>> is that that's what you said?
- 37:44>> I got even two long two lung shots.
- 37:47Okay. I got each long.
- 37:54>> You got him in two long shots.
- 37:56>> Yes, sir.
- 38:00>> If you can get up from that,
- 38:03I'm impressed.
- 38:06>> Okay. Then what happened?
- 38:08>> Uh once I realized that he was no longer
- 38:10a threat, I immediately proceeded
- 38:13towards the front of the building.
- 38:16Hold on. He was
- 38:19no longer a
- 38:24threat. I
- 38:27proceeded
- 38:30to
- 38:32the
- 38:34front of the
- 38:38building.
- 38:39>> The reason why you didn't get any
- 38:41fingerprints.
- 38:42>> Okay, hold on.
- 38:45The reason
- 38:49why
- 38:51you
- 38:52didn't
- 38:54get any
- 38:58finger prints
- 39:01is on the door. I use my knuckles
- 39:04instead of my hand. My hand to open the
- 39:06door.
- 39:20And the reason you have no points on the
- 39:22on the shell casings
- 39:24>> Mhm.
- 39:24>> is I wear two pairs of gloves when
- 39:26loading every firearm. Even in practice.
- 39:29>> Okay.
- 39:30>> Even my practice ammo doesn't get finger
- 39:31blinds.
- 39:34That's why I don't have to worry about
- 39:35picking up shell cases.
- 39:45If you wear one pair, you can still have
- 39:48a laden print because of the acids in
- 39:50your finger. In regard to that when they
- 39:51touched, you still if you had that if
- 39:53you had any chemicals on the outside
- 39:54that you had touched first before you
- 39:56touch it, it can put a print on it. Even
- 39:57though you didn't you had gloves, if you
- 40:00wear a glove on top of the glove, it
- 40:02causes friction between the two of them
- 40:03that negates that.
- 40:06So when you're talking about you're
- 40:07talking about latex gloves?
- 40:08>> Yes, sir. But if you wear two pairs, not
- 40:10one,
- 40:11>> uh, one pair won't work.
- 40:13>> So you use two pair of gloves.
- 40:15>> Yes, sir.
- 40:16>> Latex gloves.
- 40:18>> Mhm.
- 40:21>> 5 mil preferred, not the surgical.
- 40:23>> Okay.
- 40:24>> 5 mil.
- 40:25>> Yeah.
- 40:267 mil is too tight. It's too thick.
- 40:3011 mil. 911 though are good for
- 40:32searching but they're not good for
- 40:34context
- 40:35pair of gloves latex gloves
- 40:38>> to load my you said your guns.
- 40:42>> Yes, sir.
- 40:45>> Okay.
- 40:45>> Every time. Every time.
- 40:47>> Every time.
- 40:49>> In the event that I'm trying to If you
- 40:51when you go back to the land when you
- 40:53open the toolbox up and you open
- 40:55everything, you'll notice I keep a mass
- 40:58amount of mags loaded.
- 41:01I don't have time sometimes in my mind
- 41:04to worry about which ones are this and
- 41:07which ones are that. Okay.
- 41:09>> So, the easy solution is let's not screw
- 41:12it up. Always wear gloves. Clothes are
- 41:14cheap.
- 41:14>> Okay. So, then what happened?
- 41:17>> Um, soon as I broke through, there was a
- 41:19blackish
- 41:21door.
- 41:23Kind of aish
- 41:25thingy kind of.
- 41:26>> You broke through the door?
- 41:28>> No, sir. It wasn't a door door.
- 41:30>> Okay.
- 41:31>> It's one of those um like fly catcher
- 41:33kind of doors, but it was like one of
- 41:34those kind of things.
- 41:35>> Okay.
- 41:38>> Like a fat. You said the fabric.
- 41:40>> Um plastic.
- 41:43It wasn't a door like door knobs.
- 41:46I just put my hand through and pushed it
- 41:48forward. When I pushed it went through
- 41:49it, it kind of parted.
- 41:50>> Soft door.
- 41:51>> Soft door.
- 41:53>> All right. I pushed
- 41:59drew it and it
- 42:04parted. Yes, sir.
- 42:06>> Okay.
- 42:06>> At that time, all three and that
- 42:10manager, owner, and the mom,
- 42:13>> the
- 42:15manager,
- 42:18owner,
- 42:20and
- 42:23mom.
- 42:24>> Mhm. were all they were had heard the
- 42:27gunshots obviously
- 42:28>> were all
- 42:30>> standing there
- 42:33>> standing
- 42:34there would you say they heard
- 42:37>> they had heard the gunshots in the back
- 42:39and were coming this way to figure out
- 42:40what had What happened?
- 43:14by the way the 38 revolver that she
- 43:17recovered.
- 43:17>> Mhm.
- 43:19>> Um that's actually my mom's. It was my
- 43:22grandmother's. My grandfather was being
- 43:23an [ __ ] to me. No one else was
- 43:25supposed to have it. She used to ask for
- 43:27it for years. I doubt you guys can do
- 43:29this as evidence, but that truthfully
- 43:33that one gun, only that one gun really
- 43:36does belong to her. Um,
- 43:39grandfather gave it to me to be an
- 43:41[ __ ] to her.
- 43:44>> So, after that point, you said they came
- 43:46they were coming back to figure out what
- 43:48happened.
- 43:49>> Came back to see what happened. Um, I
- 43:52had all a sudden I had three people in
- 43:54front of me. I dropped the mirrors. I'm
- 43:56sorry. All of a sudden,
- 44:01I had
- 44:04three
- 44:07people in front of me in front of me.
- 44:12Mom was the closest and mom was
- 44:18the
- 44:20closest.
- 44:21And I shot her two to three times in the
- 44:23chest.
- 44:25>> Not my best work. Her
- 44:28pattern was horrible.
- 44:30>> Two. Two.
- 44:31>> I was actually surprised.
- 44:32>> Three.
- 44:33>> And her being there. My pattern was
- 44:35horrible.
- 44:35>> In the chest.
- 44:40>> She She fell.
- 44:42The
- 44:44son and manager. Son, the the owner and
- 44:47the manager ran for the door.
- 44:51Took off.
- 44:51>> Okay, hold on. the owner and
- 44:55the
- 44:58manager.
- 45:00You said ran from the ran for the door.
- 45:02>> Yeah.
- 45:03>> At that range, they should have ran to
- 45:06me, not away.
- 45:08They were way too close.
- 45:10When I came around that door, it was
- 45:13boom. Three people right there.
- 45:15>> Okay. So then what happened? They ran to
- 45:16the door.
- 45:17>> They ran to the door. Um, in the process
- 45:21of that,
- 45:23>> I
- 45:26emptied topped a few rounds topped one.
- 45:29I don't know which one was which. in the
- 45:32>> in the process
- 45:33>> process
- 45:34>> of them running
- 45:35>> of them
- 45:38running.
- 45:40I popped
- 45:44>> a few rounds
- 45:46>> and got one of them in the back
- 45:48>> and got one of
- 46:03darker than my hand.
- 46:04>> One of them in the back. Is that where
- 46:06it stops?
- 46:07>> I can give you less details if you like.
- 46:08>> No, you're doing great.
- 46:10>> I got one of
- 46:13>> them
- 46:15in the back.
- 46:18>> And he crumpled indoor.
- 46:21He
- 46:23crumpled
- 46:25in the
- 46:28door. Okay. Did a tactical reload. I
- 46:33did a
- 46:36tactical
- 46:40reload
- 46:42>> and dropped the other one
- 46:44>> before we got out the door.
- 46:46>> Dropped
- 46:49the
- 46:51other
- 46:53>> I put I believe two maybe three rounds
- 46:56in him. I'm not sure the count.
- 46:58>> Hold on. Before he
- 47:00dropped the other one before he got to
- 47:02the door.
- 47:03>> The let me back door pathways here.
- 47:07>> Mhm.
- 47:08>> I engaged the first first people here at
- 47:10the all three here.
- 47:12>> Right.
- 47:14>> At this point, these two ran.
- 47:16>> Okay. While they were running,
- 47:18>> I emptied it and got this guy.
- 47:20>> Okay.
- 47:21>> Then proceeded to go did a reload while
- 47:26this guy was still running this guy. But
- 47:28I when I hit him
- 47:29>> Mhm.
- 47:30>> he crumpled into the doorway.
- 47:32>> Okay.
- 47:34>> When I did my reload before this guy got
- 47:36out
- 47:37>> I put two in him before he before and he
- 47:39actually fell outside.
- 47:41>> Okay.
- 47:42>> So, but he already had two in.
- 47:43>> So, he crumpled in the door. I did a
- 47:46tactical reload and dropped the other
- 47:48one before he got to the door.
- 47:53>> He He fell outside. Sir,
- 47:55>> when you say you got him, you mean you
- 47:57shot him twice, but when he fell, he
- 47:59fell out the door?
- 48:00>> Yes, sir.
- 48:01>> He He actually The body actually ended
- 48:03up being in the parking lot.
- 48:04>> That's So that would make sense. So he
- 48:05he you you dropped and dropped the other
- 48:10one before he got to the door, but he
- 48:12fell out the door.
- 48:13>> He fell out the door.
- 48:14>> Okay.
- 48:18That was a very fast reload.
- 48:23>> Okay. Then what happened?
- 48:26>> Um went forward.
- 48:29I'm not entirely sure if I
- 48:34I think I may have put another round in
- 48:38the guy in the door when I went over
- 48:39him.
- 48:44But I'm not certain on that one.
- 48:47At at any point,
- 48:51>> I think I may have put another round in
- 48:55the
- 48:55>> the guy in the door.
- 48:56>> Guy in
- 48:58>> as I went over door.
- 49:01>> Yes, sir.
- 49:03>> At any point, did anybody I mean, was
- 49:05there There was nobody else. Okay. There
- 49:08was nobody else. But did anybody as they
- 49:12were falling
- 49:14I mean did they did they look at you?
- 49:17Did they face you? Did did they say
- 49:20anything to you? Was there any
- 49:22conversation?
- 49:24Don't please whatever.
- 49:26>> No sir.
- 49:26>> With any of this? I don't remember
- 49:27hearing any of that. I I will tell you
- 49:30that once I engaged I was engaged.
- 49:33>> Okay.
- 49:34>> Um so it's at that point it's almost
- 49:36like a video game. It's not a game, but
- 49:38it's almost like you you're focused on
- 49:43You've been there, sir. You know what
- 49:44I'm talking about.
- 49:46>> So,
- 49:48as you went over him, you put around the
- 49:50guy as you went over him,
- 49:51>> I think.
- 49:52>> Okay.
- 49:52>> I'm not positive. I
- 49:56>> think, but nobody put their hands up
- 49:57that I know of. At least I don't
- 49:59remember it. And nobody said anything
- 50:00other than basically, oh [ __ ] went
- 50:03through the door.
- 50:07I don't remember anyone
- 50:11saying
- 50:13anything
- 50:17or
- 50:19anyone
- 50:21putting their hands up.
- 50:23>> Was he showing my hand?
- 50:26>> I don't know.
- 50:28>> I'm just asking.
- 50:29>> It's just a natural. So that's where
- 50:31just ask them
- 50:32>> once once they saw me engaged the engage
- 50:35the lady. I mean their their entire
- 50:37mission was to get out that door. That's
- 50:39all they that's all they wanted.
- 50:40>> So then what what did you do?
- 50:42>> Went out to the front parking lot
- 50:46and I put um I put a round through the
- 50:49guy's doorhead.
- 50:53>> Where was he at?
- 50:54>> In the parking lot.
- 50:56>> I mean exactly where?
- 50:58>> Uh go through the front door. Go right
- 51:01went out to the front parking lot
- 51:02>> maybe 12 ft away
- 51:03>> and put one
- 51:08ground
- 51:10in. Now who was that? Is that the
- 51:12manager or the owner? You don't
- 51:13remember?
- 51:14>> It's one.
- 51:15>> Okay. Put one in. Put one in.
- 51:24Okay. Then what did you do? proceeded to
- 51:26walk back to the building again to
- 51:28clear. And as I went, proceeded
- 51:33to
- 51:34walk
- 51:36back through the building
- 51:39>> through
- 51:41the
- 51:44building.
- 51:46And as I did, I put one round in each
- 51:49person's forehead.
- 51:50>> Clear.
- 51:52And as I did, I put one in each
- 52:03person's forehead.
- 52:07Forehead? Yes, sir. And then what did
- 52:10you do? Uh, that point put the gun on
- 52:14safety
- 52:15and walked outside and got in my car and
- 52:18drove home.
- 52:20>> Okay. What kind of car were you driving?
- 52:23>> A 91 Acura Legend and it was a
- 52:29gray
- 52:31brown color.
- 52:32>> Okay.
- 52:33>> You put the gun on safety
- 52:35>> and got
- 52:38into
- 52:40my What year is it?
- 52:42>> 91.
- 52:43>> 1991. Was it twodoor? Four-door.
- 52:45>> Two door.
- 52:46>> Two door
- 52:48gray. It's a dark gray with a brownish
- 52:51tint. It's a weird
- 52:53>> It's pretty color
- 52:56>> tint
- 52:58Acura.
- 52:59>> Mhm.
- 52:59>> Integra.
- 53:00>> No, sir.
- 53:01>> Oh, was it
- 53:02>> Legend? I'm sorry.
- 53:03>> They don't make them anymore.
- 53:04>> That car was awesome for what it was
- 53:07>> then. Where did you go?
- 53:08>> Home.
- 53:09>> Okay.
- 53:14>> What did you do with the gun?
- 53:16>> Took the gun apart.
- 53:19Uh, every bit of it apart. Took all my
- 53:22trash.
- 53:24The barrel was separated from spring on
- 53:28the slide.
- 53:29>> I took all
- 53:33my trash. You mean when you say trash,
- 53:35what do you mean by trash?
- 53:36>> It was at Hung.
- 53:38>> Okay.
- 53:39>> All the trash in my house.
- 53:40>> Oh. Oh, you so you emptied all the trash
- 53:42from your house. Put it down in the same
- 53:44bags.
- 53:44>> Okay. And I took
- 53:48you said start you start you took all
- 53:51the trash and then you said I took what
- 53:52the barrel
- 53:53>> the I'm not sure which parts were which
- 53:56but the I took my cat when I had a cat
- 53:58at the time I took the cat litter and I
- 54:00stuck
- 54:02>> the barrel or the frame or something.
- 54:03One part went in into the bag of used
- 54:06cat litter
- 54:08and that got thrown in the trash in the
- 54:09in the dumpster.
- 54:13Then the other parts got thrown into
- 54:14other bags and thrown in the dumpster.
- 54:17>> It took the handle for one part in it.
- 54:21And
- 54:22>> if you if you guys don't get the barrel,
- 54:24you have a hell of a time to unlist.
- 54:27>> Firing pin will give you make maybe make
- 54:30a weapon. Extractor will give you make
- 54:32maybe model
- 54:34>> a weapon. Gives it to y'all.
- 54:36>> You took the cat litter and put one part
- 54:38in
- 54:39>> in it and put it in the dumpster. Okay.
- 54:42And then what did you do?
- 54:43>> Put all the other parts in other trash
- 54:45and we hit trash day.
- 54:47>> Put all the other
- 54:51parts
- 54:53in other trash.
- 54:56>> Trash.
- 54:57>> And it also went into the dumpster.
- 54:59>> All the way into the hunt club dumpster.
- 55:11If it hadn't been so long, you guys
- 55:13could have actually pulled records and
- 55:14actually gone and figure out where they
- 55:15put it. But at this point, it's kind of
- 55:16a mid point.
- 55:18Okay.
- 55:20Um,
- 55:39you fill out the top portion for
- 55:40>> I got it. Okay.
- 55:44>> I had a couple clarifying questions I
- 55:45may need to ask. Okay. I I got some
- 55:49um
- 55:56when the guy was shot that was when the
- 55:59guy got out of the building.
- 56:01>> Mhm.
- 56:02>> Did he have anything in his hand?
- 56:04>> Do you recall?
- 56:05>> I don't remember. Okay.
- 56:11>> I was focused on moving bodies. I wasn't
- 56:13focused on anything. If it wasn't a gun,
- 56:16I assume they had a gun.
- 56:17>> Mhm.
- 56:18>> This is the south.
- 56:19>> Mhm.
- 56:20>> That's a bike shop.
- 56:22>> Okay.
- 56:23>> I'm going to assume on the safety side
- 56:25that they probably were carrying or or
- 56:27had something close by.
- 56:28>> Do you know who you shot with what ammo?
- 56:34>> You you told me about the first guy.
- 56:36>> Yeah.
- 56:37>> But the rest of them
- 56:40you you did a tactical magazine change.
- 56:42I don't I don't spray that bad.
- 56:44>> Okay.
- 56:44>> Um it probably wasn't my best work, but
- 56:47it I don't spray that bad.
- 56:49>> So So you shot the gun the mechanic you
- 56:52said with the
- 56:53>> those the first two rounds would have
- 56:55been the the the brass.
- 56:59>> Okay.
- 57:00>> The lady would have been all brass.
- 57:02>> Okay. The
- 57:06third guy, the the the guy, the manager
- 57:09part, whatever the third before they got
- 57:10in the doorway may have been he would
- 57:14have started out with brass.
- 57:17>> After the reload, it would have been
- 57:19nickel. The guy outside should have been
- 57:22all nickel.
- 57:26>> Zero, sir.
- 57:29>> Yes, sir. Your social security last for
- 57:310411, correct? Yes sir.
- 57:34>> So the guy outside would have been all
- 57:36brass per
- 57:37>> all all nickel
- 57:39>> should have been.
- 57:40>> Okay. And then the guy in the doorway
- 57:43>> the only way the only way the last guy
- 57:45would have got any brass in him
- 57:47>> would have been in the process of when
- 57:48they first took off and I was trying to
- 57:50slow them down for the door and he might
- 57:52have got something in him. Okay.
- 57:55>> But most of him would have gotten there.
- 57:58Okay.
- 58:00What I'm going to do
- 58:02is let you read over this.
- 58:05Okay.
- 58:06>> Okay.
- 58:06>> There are a couple places here that I
- 58:09made a mistake when cuz you use big
- 58:12words and talk kind of fast. Um I I just
- 58:14drew one line so you still read the
- 58:16word. Okay. What I need you to do is go
- 58:19through and initial initial and date
- 58:22each one of those for me as you read
- 58:24through this to make sure this is
- 58:25accurate.
- 58:25>> Yes, sir.
- 58:26>> Okay.
- 58:29So my contracts
- 58:58Some of my handwriting may be hard to
- 59:00read. So if you have a problem, let me
- 59:01know.
- 59:01>> Trust me, if it was my handwriting, it
- 59:03would be understand.
- 59:06>> I can't I can't criticize when I can't
- 59:08do any better.
- 59:15I'll go ahead and put how many pages I
- 59:18>> I'll get that.
- 59:19>> I just wrote the time down
- 59:25>> initials and
- 59:26>> the date and then I'm going to do the
- 59:28same.
- 59:28>> Five or six
- 59:30>> five.
- 59:38And if that's accurate, sign right there
- 59:40for me
- 59:43and you'll get a copy. Just like you got
- 59:45a copy of your Miranda forms, I'll give
- 59:47you a copy of this as well.
- 59:49>> I'll get a copy.
- 59:54I'll sit around and read it.
- 59:582000 when it was done.
- 1:00:00>> Okay.
- 1:00:02I just can't talk. I need to get out of
- 1:00:04that room or give me a book. They gave
- 1:00:06me a Bible, but it's
- 1:00:08Fifth day of November. Correct, sir?
- 1:00:14>> Since I brought you, you'll have to
- 1:00:15witness it.
- 1:00:35>> Anything like Trump or uh Kill her. I'm
- 1:00:38scared to know
- 1:00:40you are in the way.
- 1:00:43There's a pen for you.
- 1:01:07What' I put? I'm sorry.
- 1:01:11>> What's the Betta
- 1:01:12>> FS?
- 1:01:13>> I'm sorry.
- 1:01:22>> Could just initial that there.
- 1:01:32They don't say 927s going back.
- 1:02:36I'm going to just count time until we
- 1:02:37get on my knees.
- 1:02:41If you get hungry through this process,
- 1:02:43too, we'll get you something else to
- 1:02:44eat, too. Okay.
- 1:02:46Or if you want something cold to drink.
- 1:02:51Stay.
- 1:03:02Um,
- 1:03:03sir,
- 1:03:04>> yes.
- 1:03:06>> Does I want to shoot other customers?
- 1:03:08>> I'm sorry.
- 1:03:21You want just initial?
- 1:03:28>> You're like me. You talk really fast.
- 1:03:30So,
- 1:03:33>> you ask me when I'm making a deal.
- 1:03:35>> Sir, you ask me when I'm making a deal.
- 1:03:38>> I was in sales once or another.
- 1:03:53Please God.
- 1:04:20I got it.
- 1:04:34All
- 1:05:01right.
- 1:05:24I'm going try to get that taste before
- 1:05:25me.
- 1:05:27Were any of them carrying a gun?
- 1:05:30>> I don't know. I don't know that. I don't
- 1:05:32know.
- 1:05:32>> I read the report. There was money big.
- 1:05:35The guy had like 10 grand in cash and a
- 1:05:37gun in the in the office, but I would
- 1:05:40have taken it.
- 1:05:44Let's move.
- 1:06:01I think Mr. R is going to rolled over by
- 1:06:04tomorrow.
- 1:06:06There you go.
- 1:06:07>> Oh, this is the last one. I'm sorry.
- 1:06:11And when we get done, I do have some
- 1:06:12clarifying additional clarifying things
- 1:06:14I need to ask you.
- 1:06:59Okay, I want to leave that part open for
- 1:07:00him real quick. Um, because I need to
- 1:07:03ask you a couple clarifying questions.
- 1:07:05Um,
- 1:07:07you said you you you mentioned in here
- 1:07:09exactly where you shot her.
- 1:07:12>> Mhm.
- 1:07:12>> And then you said you shot and where you
- 1:07:14shot the mechanic
- 1:07:16>> when you shot him. The other two
- 1:07:18gentlemen as they were running, you
- 1:07:19mentioned you shot one of them in the
- 1:07:21back. Do you know as the other one was
- 1:07:24running where you shot him? where he was
- 1:07:26hit.
- 1:07:27>> No, sir.
- 1:07:28>> Okay.
- 1:07:29>> Um,
- 1:07:31moving targets.
- 1:07:32>> Mhm.
- 1:07:32>> Multiple moving targets.
- 1:07:37>> Um,
- 1:07:39I don't think I missed. If I did, it
- 1:07:41wasn't more than once.
- 1:07:42>> Okay. Um,
- 1:07:43>> but I mean, it it's not an easy shot
- 1:07:45when you got two moving targets running
- 1:07:48fast as they can. The guy that was
- 1:07:50outside the outside part,
- 1:07:53>> was he up against anything? Was he touch
- 1:07:56laying on any? Was he where?
- 1:07:58>> I think the curb.
- 1:07:59>> The curb. Was there anything else
- 1:08:01nearby?
- 1:08:01>> I don't remember anything.
- 1:08:03>> Okay.
- 1:08:03>> I scanned the parking lot, but that's it
- 1:08:05was nothing moved. I went back to
- 1:08:08>> Did you
- 1:08:11through your story, you didn't say it,
- 1:08:13so but I just want to clarify. Did you
- 1:08:15hit anybody or pistol whip anybody? No,
- 1:08:17sir.
- 1:08:18>> Okay.
- 1:08:20Um,
- 1:08:21sir.
- 1:08:22>> Huh?
- 1:08:23>> I may shoot somebody is one thing,
- 1:08:25>> right?
- 1:08:26>> But I'm not a
- 1:08:28pistol whipping and beating somebody is
- 1:08:30not my thing.
- 1:08:31>> Did you when you were first there, did
- 1:08:35you see a customer leaving a green Ford
- 1:08:38Ranger pickup truck?
- 1:08:40>> I don't remember.
- 1:08:41>> You don't remember? Okay.
- 1:08:43>> I know a guy came in with a kid looking
- 1:08:46for a go-kart and left. Okay.
- 1:08:52>> Cuz I intentionally waited till they
- 1:08:54were gone to add
- 1:08:59a guy
- 1:09:02came in
- 1:09:05looking
- 1:09:07for a
- 1:09:10go-kart
- 1:09:12with his kid.
- 1:09:16And
- 1:09:18I
- 1:09:19waited
- 1:09:21for
- 1:09:23them to leave.
- 1:09:26>> Yes, sir.
- 1:09:26>> Okay.
- 1:09:27>> Worst thing I want to do is shoot a kid.
- 1:09:29>> And that's the best of your everything
- 1:09:31in there. The best of your knowledge.
- 1:09:32>> Best of my knowledge.
- 1:09:33>> Okay.
- 1:09:35>> I didn't see anybody else in the parking
- 1:09:37lot. If they were, they were leaving.
- 1:09:38And if they heard anything, they were
- 1:09:40leaving really damn fast
- 1:09:42cuz nothing was suppressed.
- 1:09:50Who got pistol whipped?
- 1:09:52>> I don't don't know. Nobody may have, but
- 1:09:56there was there was an injury that may
- 1:09:59was there was an unexplained injury. So
- 1:10:01that's what I was asking.
- 1:10:02>> No, sir. I didn't hit anybody with any
- 1:10:04question.
- 1:10:05Let us see here Tom

- 1:10:23you've already signed it once, but I
- 1:10:25added that bottom part. I just need you
- 1:10:26to sign it again for me.
- 1:10:28>> Just below it.

- 1:14:18So,
- 1:14:20this is yours. You keep it, but I'm done
- 1:14:21with it. As long as I have this, I don't
- 1:14:23care.
- 1:14:23>> Yeah, you're good. No, this is yours.
- 1:14:25I'm talking about me writing statements.
- 1:14:26This is just me and you talking.
- 1:14:28Although, we got some other to talk
- 1:14:29about. That's what I'm going to ask you.
- 1:14:32First of all, after you left,
- 1:14:35what was your what was your route home?
- 1:14:39Did you go back down Paris bridge road?
- 1:14:41How did you get home?
- 1:14:42>> Same. I'm I'm a creature of had
- 1:14:45>> So, you left CVS, come up Shley, and
- 1:14:47then went up Paris bridge, the road
- 1:14:50right next there, or do you remember?
- 1:14:53>> Give me a moment.
- 1:14:54>> Okay.
- 1:14:59Because that's part of Poland Springs to
- 1:15:01this day gets to be confused with.
- 1:15:06I believe CVS left the park on CVS went
- 1:15:10right which would be Shelby Bridge. Is
- 1:15:13that right?
- 1:15:14>> Within Shelly Bridge.
- 1:15:16>> Yes. Uh that should be Old Furnace. You
- 1:15:19go left, cross over the fourway, and
- 1:15:22keep booking and booking and booking and
- 1:15:24booking.
- 1:15:24>> Say that again now. If if you leave CVS,
- 1:15:28>> there we go.
- 1:15:30>> The map is excellent.
- 1:15:31>> Okay. Highway 9 is here.
- 1:15:34>> CVS is here.
- 1:15:36>> Okay. There's a road next to CVS right
- 1:15:39here. Yes, sir.
- 1:15:40>> And then you go on up on Highway 9 and
- 1:15:42then this is Parish Road and it
- 1:15:45eventually comes down here to Highway 9.
- 1:15:47>> Okay.
- 1:15:48>> Okay. So, right here at CVS, did you
- 1:15:51were here at CVS? Did you go up Highway
- 1:15:539 or did you go this road to Parish
- 1:15:55Bridge?
- 1:15:57Cuz you're talking about Old Furnace.
- 1:15:59Old Furnace is up near the high school
- 1:16:01and all that.
- 1:16:02>> I didn't go by the high school.
- 1:16:04>> Okay. This road right here would have
- 1:16:05taken you by um Balloon Farms, that
- 1:16:08little farm thing on the left.
- 1:16:10>> Peach shed.
- 1:16:11>> It's like a peach shed and stuff like
- 1:16:12that.
- 1:16:13>> It's been a long time.
- 1:16:14>> Right.
- 1:16:16Well, after you left the CVS, do you
- 1:16:17remember going up Highway 9 or do you
- 1:16:19remember? You don't remember
- 1:16:22>> knowing me? Mhm.
- 1:16:23>> I would have taken this and going that
- 1:16:24route.
- 1:16:24>> Okay. And you came back the same way?
- 1:16:27>> Yes.
- 1:16:28>> Okay. Cuz you mentioned the fourway.
- 1:16:32>> Well, well, on up. There's a fourway on
- 1:16:34Paris Creek Road.
- 1:16:35>> There is.
- 1:16:36>> There's a stop light.
- 1:16:37>> Gas station's on the right hand side. If
- 1:16:39you make a left, it takes you down past
- 1:16:41nothing.
- 1:16:41>> That's on the front of
- 1:16:42>> goes on.
- 1:16:44That's old road because that takes you
- 1:16:46to the high school.
- 1:16:49>> Yeah, I think that's not the way. So,
- 1:16:51you came up this little road right here
- 1:16:54and went up Paris Road.
- 1:16:57>> You know, I'm not entirely sure. Okay,
- 1:16:59that's fine. It was how many years ago?
- 1:17:02>> 14.
- 1:17:03>> Yeah. So, maybe you're not sure.
- 1:17:05>> My name details are numbers.
- 1:17:06>> Okay.
- 1:17:07>> Um, let me Can you hand me that for a
- 1:17:10second? I'm going to throw it outside
- 1:17:12>> one more time. No, it's not when you
- 1:17:14talk about the weapons.
- 1:17:16>> Hold on a second.
- 1:17:18>> You want me to talk about the weapons?
- 1:17:28>> Hang on, son.
- 1:17:31Okay.
- 1:17:31>> Hey, I'm kind of glad I'm not gone.
- 1:17:34>> I wish that one was gone. Um, I can take
- 1:17:37these off, right? Um,
- 1:17:41you had mentioned to your mom
- 1:17:45>> and that we when we had talked at the
- 1:17:47jail that there were others and you told
- 1:17:50your mom
- 1:17:52she didn't have enough hands.
- 1:17:54>> I had some altercations in Arizona.
- 1:17:56>> Okay.
- 1:17:57>> Um, I don't remember all the details. I
- 1:17:59had a friend of mine that got shot come
- 1:18:01out coming out of the alleyway.
- 1:18:04>> Okay.
- 1:18:05>> I found the guy later on. Who was your
- 1:18:08friend that got shot?
- 1:18:09>> Uh, Michael something. I was a kid. I
- 1:18:11don't remember. Michael something.
- 1:18:13>> Do you remember the guy that you shot?
- 1:18:15>> I never knew his name.
- 1:18:16>> You never knew his name?
- 1:18:17>> He He drove a
- 1:18:21Nova. Great Nova.
- 1:18:22>> What year was that, you think? Or how
- 1:18:25old were you?
- 1:18:26>> 14.
- 1:18:26>> You were 14 at the time.
- 1:18:29>> Okay. Um
- 1:18:31>> my my understanding is there was some
- 1:18:33kid who wanted to be in a gang and was
- 1:18:35doing his initiation
- 1:18:36>> and his initiation was to shoot your
- 1:18:38friend.
- 1:18:39>> We were just two kids coming out of an
- 1:18:40alley. We weren't part of nothing. We
- 1:18:42were part of nothing.
- 1:18:44>> That was his initiation.
- 1:18:45>> Yes, sir.
- 1:18:46>> Wow.
- 1:18:47Um
- 1:18:50have you
- 1:18:53killed anybody else in Spartanberg?
- 1:18:56>> No, sir.
- 1:18:57>> Have you killed anybody else in South
- 1:18:59Carolina? No sir.
- 1:19:01>> Other than
- 1:19:03the the boy in Arizona and superb bikes
- 1:19:07and the ones that we have on the
- 1:19:08property,
- 1:19:09>> have you killed anybody else?
- 1:19:13And this is where I ask you this.
- 1:19:16>> Is that enough?
- 1:19:17>> I do. But no, no, no. This is the thing.
- 1:19:20No, this is the thing.
- 1:19:23This is not to drive any home or
- 1:19:25anything like that, okay? You had your
- 1:19:28moment in here with your mom and this is
- 1:19:30your opportunity to get everything. It
- 1:19:33It's not You know what I'm saying? It's
- 1:19:35your opportunity to get everything out
- 1:19:36of the way.
- 1:19:38You know, because you're going to be
- 1:19:39sitting in in a cell
- 1:19:42>> and and there's going to be long times
- 1:19:44and and you're a compassionate person.
- 1:19:47I'm a compassionate person. Okay. In the
- 1:19:49heat of the moment when somebody pisses
- 1:19:51you off, you may want to beat the [ __ ]
- 1:19:54out of them, shoot them, stab them, kill
- 1:19:55them, whatever. But when you're laying
- 1:19:57there at night, it's going it may bother
- 1:20:00you.
- 1:20:01You see what I'm saying?
- 1:20:02>> Mhm.
- 1:20:03>> And that's the only reason I'm asking.
- 1:20:05>> That's always a shot.
- 1:20:06>> That's the only ones you've shot.
- 1:20:08>> Okay. Um
- 1:20:11>> I didn't want to have to explain numbers
- 1:20:12on the phone. I sure didn't want to get
- 1:20:14numbers of four. It's It's already hard
- 1:20:17enough. I know you guys are listening.
- 1:20:19>> Actually, we have
- 1:20:21>> I'm surprised. I actually thought
- 1:20:23>> you haven't made it.
- 1:20:25>> I got one. I got a phone call yesterday.
- 1:20:27Finally got a phone call.
- 1:20:31>> But you you said that you knew that you
- 1:20:32you said there that I had your mom
- 1:20:34reached out to
- 1:20:35>> Your mom reached out and she told she
- 1:20:38actually
- 1:20:39>> you told her to reach out to me.
- 1:20:40>> I did.
- 1:20:41>> Okay. Well, she inadvertently reached
- 1:20:43out somehow through to the solicitor's
- 1:20:46office
- 1:20:48who reached out to me.
- 1:20:49>> Okay. So that's how I met with one of
- 1:20:51their investigators and he told me that
- 1:20:55your mom had reached out to him
- 1:20:57>> and he told me what she had said.
- 1:21:01>> Mhm.
- 1:21:01>> And then we went from there talking.
- 1:21:04>> Mhm.
- 1:21:04>> So that's how all that transpired.
- 1:21:06>> Okay.
- 1:21:07>> Okay. Um
- 1:21:10there uh there there is a recording
- 1:21:12probably. I don't have I I I don't you
- 1:21:15know I don't I don't
- 1:21:16>> I gave you everything. Okay. So
- 1:21:19>> Okay. So there's no one because and I
- 1:21:22was told to ask you there's two missing
- 1:21:24people out of
- 1:21:27>> Gaston.
- 1:21:30I can't remember that. And it's
- 1:21:31irrelevant.
- 1:21:33You're saying you not killed or harmed
- 1:21:36anybody else. That's right.
- 1:21:37>> The other person that you were talking
- 1:21:38about
- 1:21:40>> I'm not sure I even killed him.
- 1:21:41>> Okay. And it was a long
- 1:21:43>> So when you told mom she didn't have
- 1:21:45enough fingers,
- 1:21:46>> I just didn't know what to tell on the
- 1:21:48phone.
- 1:21:48>> Okay. So that was kind of not I don't
- 1:21:50want to say embellishment, but it was
- 1:21:51just something to
- 1:21:53>> Didn't want to give her phone numbers.
- 1:21:55>> I got you.
- 1:21:55>> I got you.
- 1:21:56>> Definitely more more than one hand, but
- 1:21:58um it's not really a bragging kind of
- 1:22:02>> I understand.
- 1:22:02>> Some of these knuckleheads may call
- 1:22:03that. That's cool. I I don't really call
- 1:22:05that cool. Hey Todd, a while ago you
- 1:22:07made a statement that said that when you
- 1:22:09you just said those are the only people
- 1:22:11I've shot.
- 1:22:14>> Any other means?
- 1:22:16>> Okay. I just know that you're very
- 1:22:18deliberate with what you say.
- 1:22:21>> Did you stab anybody or anything like
- 1:22:22that?
- 1:22:24>> Well, not Yeah, but not like you're
- 1:22:26thinking I was a kid. I was kid school
- 1:22:28bus school scissors.
- 1:22:29>> Okay.
- 1:22:30>> U stab anybody and kill anybody by
- 1:22:32stabbing them or anything like that.
- 1:22:33Okay.
- 1:22:34>> Okay. And you can call me Tommy. You
- 1:22:36don't have to call me sir.
- 1:22:38>> It's just respect.
- 1:22:40>> How old are you?
- 1:22:41>> 45.
- 1:22:42>> What's your name?
- 1:22:44>> He's sir.
- 1:22:49>> Okay. Well,
- 1:22:49>> it it's hard for me not to to say sir. I
- 1:22:52got you.
- 1:22:53>> I understand, man. That's it's you know,
- 1:22:55my kids do that to me.
- 1:22:57>> Mhm.
- 1:22:57>> I never told him to. My dad was a
- 1:23:00military man and his dad was a military
- 1:23:02man and he would not make me call him
- 1:23:04sir because he always had to call people
- 1:23:06sir and I don't make my children call me
- 1:23:08sir but they did.
- 1:23:10>> Just just remember too at the beginning
- 1:23:12we told you that
- 1:23:14>> there's probably not a lot we're going
- 1:23:15to be able to do for you.
- 1:23:16>> I know
- 1:23:17>> giving you a a clear conscience is one
- 1:23:19of the only things we can
- 1:23:20>> honestly I'm not worried about my
- 1:23:21conscience. You gave me what I wanted.
- 1:23:24What I wanted was to be have the
- 1:23:27opportunity
- 1:23:28to take care of my mom, whether my
- 1:23:31girlfriend accepts it or not, to at
- 1:23:33least attempt to take care of her and
- 1:23:35her kids.
- 1:23:36>> Do you still want me to reach out and
- 1:23:38talk? I have not yet, but do you still
- 1:23:40want me to reach out and talk to her to
- 1:23:41see if she wants to come see you or talk
- 1:23:43to you?
- 1:23:44>> If she would, please.
- 1:23:45>> Okay, I will.
- 1:23:46>> The biggest thing is please let her know
- 1:23:48that whether
- 1:23:51I screw it up. I can't fix it.
- 1:23:53>> Mhm.
- 1:23:55I hope that she doesn't basically let
- 1:23:57her pride get in the way.
- 1:24:00>> I've got mom clearing house on trying to
- 1:24:02sell this stuff off.
- 1:24:03>> Okay,
- 1:24:06>> no one's going to get rich here. But the
- 1:24:08idea is I'd like to be able to get
- 1:24:09enough money where she is not damaged,
- 1:24:11where she can basically restart her
- 1:24:14life,
- 1:24:14>> okay,
- 1:24:15>> without
- 1:24:16>> okay,
- 1:24:17>> this over her head,
- 1:24:18>> okay,
- 1:24:19>> and put the kid through some school.
- 1:24:21>> She goes up to be something positive,
- 1:24:24>> okay?
- 1:24:24um to pass that.
- 1:24:27That's all I really wanted.
- 1:24:29>> Okay.
- 1:24:29>> I mean, mom's going to put some money on
- 1:24:31my books once once the money is
- 1:24:33released.
- 1:24:34>> Okay. And you need to transfer that
- 1:24:36through the bank on the computer through
- 1:24:37the bank, right? Or buy the checkbook.
- 1:24:40>> The easiest way
- 1:24:42>> would be one of two things. Uh one,
- 1:24:45release the cash in the safe.
- 1:24:47>> Mhm.
- 1:24:47>> As option A.
- 1:24:49>> Or release the two checkbooks. I don't
- 1:24:51need the escro checkbook.
- 1:24:53>> Okay. But I do need the um
- 1:24:57personal checkbook and the company
- 1:24:59checkbook.
- 1:24:59>> What do they what bank account and what
- 1:25:01are they?
- 1:25:01>> Both of those are Wells Fargo.
- 1:25:03>> And they're going to say
- 1:25:04>> although on the all
- 1:25:05>> what do they say on them?
- 1:25:06>> Well,
- 1:25:09on the on the checks or
- 1:25:11>> Taco Taco Associates.
- 1:25:13>> Okay.
- 1:25:14>> Uh the one I don't need, there's $1,000
- 1:25:16in that account. That's mine. I did
- 1:25:17transfer over. So if you want to bring
- 1:25:19me the escro, there's three.
- 1:25:20>> I don't know what back up. I don't know
- 1:25:22what you know I don't know what we're
- 1:25:24gonna be able to do. I just got
- 1:25:25>> there is three checkbooks alto together.
- 1:25:27>> Okay.
- 1:25:28>> One of them actually says what? Wovi is
- 1:25:31bluish. Wakovia personal.
- 1:25:33>> Okay.
- 1:25:33>> Wovi turned into Wells Fargo.
- 1:25:35>> Yeah.
- 1:25:35>> So I left that blue cuz I could tell
- 1:25:37mine versus the companies.
- 1:25:39>> Um since I'm an sole proprietor
- 1:25:42basically the company is me.
- 1:25:44>> Okay.
- 1:25:44>> So I pay off of both things. Um,
- 1:25:48>> if I can just get the checkbooks and
- 1:25:50write her a check out of each one of
- 1:25:52them,
- 1:25:53>> I don't know the total of each account.
- 1:25:55>> Okay.
- 1:25:55>> But if I can kick her something,
- 1:25:58>> okay,
- 1:25:58>> then we can deal with the rest of the
- 1:26:01money later.
- 1:26:01>> Well, that's I mean, we'll I like I
- 1:26:04said, like I told you in the beginning,
- 1:26:05I'll do everything I can
- 1:26:06>> cuz mom doesn't have any money.
- 1:26:07>> I'll do everything I can. Um,
- 1:26:09>> I didn't know she was that bad. You
- 1:26:10know,
- 1:26:10>> I haven't seen her in years.
- 1:26:12>> I haven't seen her in years.
- 1:26:13>> What happened to her hip?
- 1:26:16Oh man, everything really.
- 1:26:17>> She's more accidentrone than I am.
- 1:26:19>> Really,
- 1:26:20>> if if there's a bump, there's if there's
- 1:26:21a curve, if there's something out there,
- 1:26:23that woman will hit it. She won't mean
- 1:26:25to.
- 1:26:25>> Well, let me go out here and take care
- 1:26:26of a few things.
- 1:26:27>> She's not Well, she was a big girl when
- 1:26:28I met her. Last time I saw her,
- 1:26:32>> she will.
- 1:26:34>> Let me ask you this, too, Todd. In
- 1:26:37reference to
- 1:26:39the other two people that we talked
- 1:26:40about down there, Megan and
- 1:26:43>> Johnny,
- 1:26:44>> is there anything that you left out
- 1:26:47while we were at the jail talking while
- 1:26:50we were at the detention center talking
- 1:26:51about them that we need to know? I mean,
- 1:26:54obviously you told me and make sure that
- 1:26:56I'm getting this right.
- 1:26:59You picked them up at Blackstock and you
- 1:27:02know what? You picked them up at
- 1:27:03Blackstock and Real Road, I think you
- 1:27:06said, and then
- 1:27:08>> that's Well,
- 1:27:10>> okay.
- 1:27:11>> To the start.
- 1:27:12>> I met her there.
- 1:27:14>> Okay.
- 1:27:16>> Got her number. We talked on the phone
- 1:27:18for a brief moment.
- 1:27:19>> Okay.
- 1:27:20>> Then I met them later on at that
- 1:27:25um
- 1:27:27next to Ricky's Hot Dogs Big Huge
- 1:27:29parking lot. They walked across.
- 1:27:31>> Okay. and spoke to me there.
- 1:27:33>> Okay.
- 1:27:34>> Um I almost thought she was going to hit
- 1:27:36on me to actually Come on. I show I was
- 1:27:39in our car. Um but that's not what I was
- 1:27:42there for.
- 1:27:43>> I got you.
- 1:27:43>> I'm going tell you our meeting looked
- 1:27:44shitty as [ __ ]
- 1:27:47>> I understand. I mean I got you cuz you
- 1:27:48show up with with that
- 1:27:51>> in that parking lot.
- 1:27:52>> Yeah. And her kind of the way she was. I
- 1:27:54understand what you're talking about.
- 1:27:55Um,
- 1:28:00basically offered her the job, offered
- 1:28:01to let him go in and do come work as
- 1:28:04well. Uh, the next day she The next day,

- 1:29:21>> Well, for you to know that house
- 1:29:22>> I used to patrol out there years ago. I
- 1:29:24don't know about what particularly
- 1:29:25happened out there. I just know that
- 1:29:27you're talking about
- 1:29:28>> No. No. When I used to patrol, I

- 1:29:49my land of kids supplies.
- 1:29:51>> Mhm.
- 1:29:52>> And got him down to my building. And
- 1:29:55that's when Johnny pulled a knife out.

- 1:30:11What did she do when Johnny pulled the
- 1:30:12knife out? What did she say?
- 1:30:14>> Nothing. So, you think she was planning
- 1:30:16on the planning of this?
- 1:30:17>> I think she entirely was in the plan of

- 1:30:28>> her actions were
- 1:30:31>> she knew he was doing that.
- 1:30:32>> Mhm.
- 1:30:33>> They saw a guy who had a shitload of
- 1:30:35money driving a car they can't afford.
- 1:30:37>> Mhm.
- 1:30:37>> They didn't even have a car and they
- 1:30:40were going to get something.
- 1:30:42>> Okay. Um,
- 1:30:43>> so then you shot him how many times?
- 1:30:47>> Shot him twice. Okay.
- 1:30:49>> In the chest.
- 1:30:49>> Okay.
- 1:30:50>> He dropped forward. He dropped forward.
- 1:30:53I went around him
- 1:30:56and put another one through a spinal
- 1:30:58column.
- 1:30:59>> Okay. And you shot her?
- 1:31:02>> Not exactly.
- 1:31:03>> Okay.
- 1:31:04>> Um,
- 1:31:05the ConX was not meant to be a cage.
- 1:31:10>> Okay.
- 1:31:12All that chain [ __ ] was after the fact.
- 1:31:15>> Okay.
- 1:31:16>> ConX was designed for my food
- 1:31:20and my weapons and to secure my
- 1:31:22four-wheeler before I had the building
- 1:31:24built.
- 1:31:25>> Okay.
- 1:31:26>> The back area that's all wood.
- 1:31:28>> Mhm.
- 1:31:28>> That wasn't designed for them.
- 1:31:30>> Mhm.
- 1:31:31>> That was designed for my stuff.
- 1:31:32>> Okay.
- 1:31:33>> Until last week, there was no ceiling on
- 1:31:35that.
- 1:31:36>> Okay.
- 1:31:36>> I put that in because she was cold.
- 1:31:41Kayla was cold.
- 1:31:42>> Okay. I'm glad we're still talking about
- 1:31:44John.
- 1:31:44>> I got you. She insulated the back to
- 1:31:46help keep her warm.
- 1:31:48>> I didn't know what to do with her, man.
- 1:31:50Um, one side I really wanted to drop
- 1:31:53her. The next side I really It's [ __ ]

- 1:32:03that far cuz we were talking about
- 1:32:05Johnny, the girl that was with Johnny.
- 1:32:07Did you shoot her?
- 1:32:08>> Not at that time. Okay. What happened
- 1:32:10with her?
- 1:32:11>> She panicked and then she sat I told her

- 1:32:14>> Mhm.
- 1:32:15>> Uh went ahead and cuffed her.
- 1:32:17>> Mhm.
- 1:32:18>> Patted her down.
- 1:32:18>> Mhm.
- 1:32:19>> Told her I wasn't going to hurt her.
- 1:32:20>> Mhm.
- 1:32:21>> Uh she calmed down
- 1:32:23>> and I actually took her to the ConX. No,
- 1:32:26that's not true. I had her lay there for
- 1:32:28a while. I didn't know what the hell to
- 1:32:29do with her. Um I didn't want her in my
- 1:32:31ConX cuz I had stuff in there. I know
- 1:32:32what the hell to do with it.
- 1:32:33>> Mhm.
- 1:32:34>> Putting her in with my guns is not a
- 1:32:35good move.
- 1:32:36>> I understand that. Uh, actually had to
- 1:32:39go
- 1:32:41for the first time. I was having a
- 1:32:42little bit of a panic of what the hell
- 1:32:43do I do with her?
- 1:32:44>> Uh, put her here, put her there, drop
- 1:32:46her. What the hell do I do? Do I call

- 1:32:55>> Um,
- 1:32:58she was bad. She crazy, man.
- 1:33:01>> That's what you said earlier.
- 1:33:02>> Uh, I told her I wasn't going to touch
- 1:33:05her. Wasn't going to rape her. Wasn't
- 1:33:06anything to her. uh just calm the hell
- 1:33:08down and let me sort this [ __ ] out.
- 1:33:11>> Somewhere
- 1:33:13between when I did that, when I shot
- 1:33:14him, put the back tight in the back, got
- 1:33:16her to calm down
- 1:33:18and kept coming back and forth trying to
- 1:33:20figure out what to do, but I had her
- 1:33:21cuffed and she wouldn't go anywhere.
- 1:33:24>> Eventually, I went and locked
- 1:33:30I want to say I left her on that floor
- 1:33:31for a while. I left her on that floor
- 1:33:33puffed. I wouldn't because I didn't know
- 1:33:34what to do with her. I didn't want her
- 1:33:36in the building. Okay.
- 1:33:38>> Got the tractor, got it out of there,
- 1:33:40picked the body up, and was trying to
- 1:33:42figure out what the hell to do with it.
- 1:33:44>> This is Johnny's body.
- 1:33:45>> Yeah.
- 1:33:45>> Okay.
- 1:33:46>> Um, like I said, I was held in the
- 1:33:48meltdown.
- 1:33:49>> Okay.
- 1:33:50>> Um,
- 1:33:52the land was supposed to be my
- 1:33:55>> sanctuary.
- 1:33:56>> Yeah. Not my killing field,
- 1:33:57>> right?
- 1:33:59I understand.
- 1:34:00>> Not meant to be my killing field. Um, it
- 1:34:03was supposed to be the place where I go
- 1:34:04to relax and get away from people and
- 1:34:05not deal with this [ __ ]
- 1:34:07>> Um,
- 1:34:09this this killing only bother me because
- 1:34:11it was such needless [ __ ]
- 1:34:14>> Uh, hell, I was giving him money. Why
- 1:34:16were you bothering me?
- 1:34:17>> Yeah.
- 1:34:18>> Um,
- 1:34:21I I
- 1:34:24went down to the ConX, cleaned out the
- 1:34:26back area
- 1:34:27>> cuz I had [ __ ] all in there.
- 1:34:29>> Mhm. Um, and at one time those ammo
- 1:34:32racks weren't there. The ammo rack was
- 1:34:35here and here.
- 1:34:37>> Mhm.
- 1:34:37>> Pistol rifle.
- 1:34:39>> Okay.
- 1:34:40>> Um,
- 1:34:41so there was only that much space at the
- 1:34:44back. So I moved all the guns forward
- 1:34:46and at that time those were on casters.
- 1:34:48>> Okay.
- 1:34:49>> And those are not on casters now.
- 1:34:51>> Okay.
- 1:34:52>> Put her back there. Told her to calm my
- 1:34:54hell down. Let me rethink this crap. Um,
- 1:34:57let me see what the hell I'm trying to
- 1:34:59figure out what to do.
- 1:35:00>> Mhm.
- 1:35:01>> Um, one guy, Johnny, went over there and
- 1:35:03dug a hole and like I said, you take the
- 1:35:06tractor and you keep going in and dig
- 1:35:08and what you end up doing is making a
- 1:35:09slanted
- 1:35:10>> Mhm.
- 1:35:11>> until I put him here,
- 1:35:12>> right?
- 1:35:13>> Um,
- 1:35:15dug that, stuck him in it, covered it
- 1:35:18up.
- 1:35:19>> Uh, it's a lot more work than you think.
- 1:35:21uh did that, went back and dealt with
- 1:35:23her, try to figure out what to do with
- 1:35:24her. Really wasn't sure. Uh ended up
- 1:35:28basically leaving her tied up there and
- 1:35:30went and got some chain. I had chain
- 1:35:32around. There's lots of chain in that
- 1:35:33building.
- 1:35:34>> Mhm.
- 1:35:34>> Um I use chain for all kinds of [ __ ]
- 1:35:36There's chain in the in in the woods
- 1:35:38where I've got trees with comealongs
- 1:35:39that are starting to lean towards my
- 1:35:40fence
- 1:35:41>> and I'll put chain around it, hook a
- 1:35:43comealong to it and start working this
- 1:35:44way and over a period of time it'll fall
- 1:35:46away from the fence.
- 1:35:47>> Okay.
- 1:35:48>> Uh so chain and cable and that kind of
- 1:35:50stuff. I got a lot of
- 1:35:51>> um tied her up, left her there
- 1:35:54>> while I tried to figure out what to I I
- 1:35:57didn't know what to do with it, man.
- 1:35:58>> Right.
- 1:35:58>> Um got rid of Johnny, came back,
- 1:36:03left her there,
- 1:36:05went and got food,
- 1:36:08fed the girl.
- 1:36:10Uh
- 1:36:11>> fed her after she tried to rob you.
- 1:36:13>> Man, what are you going to do with her?
- 1:36:16I don't want to shoot her.
- 1:36:17>> I understand. I mean, I can't have some

- 1:36:20mean, she was going to bipolar left and

- 1:36:22>> She wouldn't calm down. Like,
- 1:36:24>> oh, she finally calmed down, but she
- 1:36:28would she was talking to me and first
- 1:36:30she had drug issues,
- 1:36:32>> right?
- 1:36:33>> And then she kept going off the deep end
- 1:36:35with weird [ __ ] and kept talking and
- 1:36:38then she kept telling me that she had
- 1:36:40manic mode or some sort of bipolar
- 1:36:43lithium crap. and all the hell it was
- 1:36:46where I mean she was
- 1:36:49up down up down up down

- 1:36:53>> no not at all she did finally calm down
- 1:36:57but
- 1:36:59she wasn't upset what made you decide to
- 1:37:02shoot her
- 1:37:03>> I'll get to that
- 1:37:04>> okay
- 1:37:05>> uh I wasn't going to shoot her
- 1:37:07>> okay
- 1:37:07>> I was going to give her money

- 1:40:20would come out. It's like one of those
- 1:40:22cartoons.
- 1:40:25Looking back, giving her cigarettes is
- 1:40:26why I made a mistake.
- 1:40:29um

- 1:41:30her I would give her $4,000 and
- 1:41:32basically release her in Tennessee. Just
- 1:41:35go. Please go. Don't come back.
- 1:41:39It seemed like an easy It seemed like an
- 1:41:41easy solution. Uh, she didn't really
- 1:41:43know my name. She didn't know my
- 1:41:44address. She didn't know where I lived.
- 1:41:46When I first met her, I mean, I told her
- 1:41:48who I was, but I just told her I was a
- 1:41:49realtor. She didn't really know me.
- 1:41:53There was very little for her to I mean
- 1:41:55what's she going to do? She's got
- 1:41:57warrants out for her arrest.
- 1:42:00She'll call you guys up to say some
- 1:42:02[ __ ] shot my boyfriend, but you're
- 1:42:04looking for me anyhow. Uh I don't know
- 1:42:08where he lives. We went to some land. I
- 1:42:10don't know where the [ __ ] I was.
- 1:42:11>> Can I ask you a question?
- 1:42:13>> Yes, sir.
- 1:42:14>> Did
- 1:42:15and I'm I am jumping back and forth.
- 1:42:18Let's get back to Megan in in just a
- 1:42:20minute. Did you give Kayla any
- 1:42:23cigarettes or did you
- 1:42:25did you give Kayla cigarettes?
- 1:42:28Cigarettes? No.
- 1:42:31She took a shitload of pills. Okay. Did
- 1:42:33she want cigarettes?
- 1:42:35She asked you for for weed.
- 1:42:40Why would you not? Is Is that
- 1:42:44So, obviously, you didn't give it to
- 1:42:45her. Was the trouble that you had with
- 1:42:49Megan something that you decided I'm not
- 1:42:51going to go through this again? Oh,
- 1:42:54definitely. Type thing.
- 1:42:56>> So, you basically
- 1:42:58went from, you know, you didn't want to
- 1:42:59give her cigarettes to let her attempt
- 1:43:01to burn [ __ ] because you learned from
- 1:43:03what Megan did.
- 1:43:04>> Yeah. No fire.
- 1:43:06>> You wasn't going to let Kayla do that.
- 1:43:07>> But I don't remember Kayla asking me for
- 1:43:08cigarettes.
- 1:43:09>> Kayla didn't ask you for cigarettes.
- 1:43:10Okay. But Megan, so you you're sitting
- 1:43:13there with Megan.
- 1:43:14>> Yes, sir. And Megan,
- 1:43:16>> I don't understand the question then cuz
- 1:43:18she didn't ask me for cigarettes.
- 1:43:19>> Well, and that's fine. I didn't know if
- 1:43:21she did or not.
- 1:43:21>> I just I just know that I wasn't going
- 1:43:22to give her anything like that.
- 1:43:24>> There you go.
- 1:43:24>> Um, all that stuff was was burned and I
- 1:43:26was like,
- 1:43:29>> going down this road.
- 1:43:30>> So, with Megan, you you you made her the
- 1:43:32offer of the $4,000. Keep your mouth
- 1:43:35shut. I'll take you to Tennessee.
- 1:43:37>> Drop you off and leave.
- 1:43:37>> Drop you off and leave. You go one way,
- 1:43:39I'll go the other way.
- 1:43:40>> Totally.
- 1:43:40>> What made that change? What happened?
- 1:43:43What do you mean when made that change?
- 1:43:44>> Well, she ended up dead.
- 1:43:46>> Oh, you mean what? What? Where preceded?
- 1:43:48>> Yeah,
- 1:43:49>> that makes sense. Uh,
- 1:43:52>> I'll use your words. We're preceded.
- 1:43:56>> I'm not trying to be
- 1:43:57>> No, you try not to be an [ __ ] What?
- 1:44:00What? Dude, you're fine.
- 1:44:02>> Um, I wanted to get rid of her. The
- 1:44:05weather went to [ __ ]
- 1:44:06>> Mhm.
- 1:44:07>> Uh, we were having sleep. It was right
- 1:44:08before Christmas, man. We having sleep.
- 1:44:10We were having rain. Mhm.
- 1:44:12>> Weather went to [ __ ]
- 1:44:13>> Okay.
- 1:44:13>> And I still had to find a way to get
- 1:44:15away from Ashley, my girlfriend, long
- 1:44:18enough to get up out of work, get this
- 1:44:21person to Tennessee, drop her off and
- 1:44:23get home. That's not that's not just a
- 1:44:25couple hour trip.
- 1:44:26>> No.
- 1:44:26>> And if I'm dropping her, it ain't going
- 1:44:27to be at the border.
- 1:44:29>> We going north to Nashville. I want her
- 1:44:31way hell away from me. Uh I don't I want
- 1:44:34her to forget where South Carolina is,
- 1:44:36>> right? I told her I said, "I give you I
- 1:44:38give you 4K in cash,
- 1:44:40drop you off somewhere, other side of
- 1:44:42other side of nowhere.
- 1:44:44>> If you got any common sense, you keep
- 1:44:46walking."
- 1:44:46>> Mhm.
- 1:44:47>> Go get a job at Go get a job at a at a
- 1:44:49at a diner somewhere, work as a
- 1:44:51waitress, get your [ __ ] get your [ __ ]
- 1:44:53right, don't come back. They got one
- 1:44:57free here and I'm here, so
- 1:45:01just don't come back.
- 1:45:02>> Okay.
- 1:45:03>> Uh
- 1:45:05she was going to take it. She was happy.
- 1:45:06She was happy as hell for like 2 days.
- 1:45:09>> Okay,
- 1:45:09>> she was happy as hell. I just couldn't
- 1:45:11get past the weather.
- 1:45:13>> Okay.
- 1:45:14>> Uh
- 1:45:16the last day I went over there uh opened
- 1:45:19the conx up, she burned half the
- 1:45:22freaking building. Uh this I mean she
- 1:45:26took my ammo racks and grabbed them and
- 1:45:29did this.
- 1:45:32>> Holy [ __ ]
- 1:45:33>> Oh, I'm going tell you. I'm for such a
- 1:45:34[ __ ] Mhm.
- 1:45:36>> Damn.
- 1:45:38>> So then what happened?
- 1:45:39>> Uh, well, there was ammo everywhere and
- 1:45:41stuff everywhere and she broke the fan.
- 1:45:43I I got her fan. She broke the fan.
- 1:45:46>> Mhm.
- 1:45:47>> Prime. And you just can't beat that
- 1:45:48[ __ ] too. They're two day shipping. Uh,
- 1:45:54>> got her one of those.
- 1:45:57There's there now, but it came as a two
- 1:45:59pack.
- 1:45:59>> Mhm.
- 1:46:00>> Uh, I had her those to get air
- 1:46:02ventilation. Mhm.
- 1:46:03>> I got lanters for her so she have light.
- 1:46:05I did the best I could to make it
- 1:46:07>> somewhat livable.
- 1:46:09>> Got her blankets, got her pillows. She
- 1:46:10lit the damn thing on fire.
- 1:46:12>> I'm surprised she didn't fixiate.
- 1:46:15>> That's what I was thinking.
- 1:46:16>> I'm surprised she didn't. When I walked
- 1:46:18in the building, I mean, I was choking.
- 1:46:19>> Mhm.
- 1:46:20>> I'm going, "Holy shit."
- 1:46:22Uh, went to get her out and then all of
- 1:46:25a sudden it's like I had a caged animal
- 1:46:27on my hands. I don't know what the hell
- 1:46:28what the hell. She went from I'm so
- 1:46:31freaking happy in the world to be I'm
- 1:46:33going to go to Tennessee with money and
- 1:46:34I'm gonna restart my life and thank you,
- 1:46:36thank you, thank you
- 1:46:37>> to
- 1:46:39bet you're crazy.
- 1:46:41>> Um,
- 1:46:42>> tell them just a minute.
- 1:46:43>> I got you.
- 1:46:44>> At that point, I tried to walk her out
- 1:46:46of the building. I just had enough. I
- 1:46:48walked outside. I was trying to calm
- 1:46:49down her what the hell to do with her,
- 1:46:50what to do with her, what to do with
- 1:46:51her. Didn't know.
- 1:46:53>> Um,
- 1:46:55I had the key back in the building. Um,
- 1:46:58she was going nuts. Just
- 1:47:02it wasn't like she was emotional about
- 1:47:04the situation. This this had been days.
- 1:47:05It wasn't about that. It was just like
- 1:47:08serious chemical imbalance [ __ ]
- 1:47:12And she walked outside. I walked I
- 1:47:14walked her outside. I went her outside.
- 1:47:15I put a four in the back of her head.
- 1:47:17>> What gun did you shoot her with?
- 1:47:18>> Same one
- 1:47:19>> that you shot. Johnny.
- 1:47:22>> Johnny with
- 1:47:23>> And that's a Glock. And that's the same
- 1:47:25one you shot
- 1:47:27Charlie.
- 1:47:27>> Charlie's my favorite gun. Just it's
- 1:47:30just
- 1:47:31>> it's a it's a handy gun.
- 1:47:32>> It's a handy one. It's very effective,
- 1:47:34especially if you shoot 180 grains.
- 1:47:36>> Let me ask you this one. I do have I I
- 1:47:38do have one clarification question with
- 1:47:40with Charlie.
- 1:47:41>> Okay.
- 1:47:41>> Okay. Cuz like we talked to you before
- 1:47:43about the feet are missing.
- 1:47:45>> I didn't tell you my feet.
- 1:47:46>> I I know. I know you didn't. I know you
- 1:47:48didn't. Animals, whatever. Cuz you said
- 1:47:50you had coyotes out there.
- 1:47:52>> I do. When you know how you saying you
- 1:47:54you dug it out and it kind of leaves a
- 1:47:57little a little ramp kind of thing there
- 1:48:00>> when you put him in the the hole grave
- 1:48:04so to speak. Okay. Was he face down? Was
- 1:48:07his head going downhill? Was his head
- 1:48:09coming going up? Was he on his back? Do
- 1:48:11you remember?
- 1:48:12>> I don't remember.
- 1:48:13>> Okay.
- 1:48:14>> I hit tilted it.
- 1:48:15>> So you just hit hit tilt. He fell out.
- 1:48:18>> All I do All I did is drive up there.
- 1:48:22hit tilt, dropped him out. The way he
- 1:48:23way he land is the way he went.
- 1:48:26>> Do the hole this way?
- 1:48:27>> Yes, sir.
- 1:48:28>> Did he ran this way or this way?
- 1:48:31>> Do you remember?
- 1:48:36>> Well, there we go.
- 1:48:38>> There you go.
- 1:48:42If if you
- 1:48:44if you dig
- 1:48:47here
- 1:48:47>> Mhm.
- 1:48:48>> going this way.
- 1:48:48>> Mhm. And you basically as you go in, you
- 1:48:51keep going down deeper. So it ends up
- 1:48:53like this.
- 1:48:54>> Right.
- 1:48:55>> Right.
- 1:48:56>> As you go down, you I put I don't know
- 1:48:58why I keep acting like I did this a lot
- 1:48:59of times with them. Um put the dirt to
- 1:49:03the side.
- 1:49:03>> Right.
- 1:49:03>> Put the dirt to the side and I put dirt
- 1:49:05behind it. And then when I basically
- 1:49:07just drove down, but there had been a
- 1:49:09lot of rain
- 1:49:10>> days before this.
- 1:49:11>> Okay.
- 1:49:12>> So there was water down there.
- 1:49:13>> Mhm. And I got him down as far as I
- 1:49:16could and then I just basically hit the
- 1:49:18a little far forward, took the bucket,
- 1:49:19hit the get the dirt that I could
- 1:49:22>> behind him, pull it, put this dirt, put
- 1:49:24that dirt and cover them as best I
- 1:49:26could.
- 1:49:26>> Okay.
- 1:49:27>> Um
- 1:49:29I think he was kind of
- 1:49:31>> sideways
- 1:49:33and cuz you know how the two holes are
- 1:49:36parallel. Yes. So he wouldn't like let's
- 1:49:39say this is a bed. He wouldn't be laying
- 1:49:40in like head to head to foot at the
- 1:49:43headboard and at the footboard. He'd be
- 1:49:44kind of more caddyy cornered across it.
- 1:49:47>> This one where he could be in there I he
- 1:49:48would never be like this way.
- 1:49:50>> Okay.
- 1:49:50>> And the re the reason
- 1:49:51>> so you would have been digging from this
- 1:49:53angle
- 1:49:54>> reaching out coming back this way right
- 1:49:56>> you don't know him.
- 1:49:58>> Okay.
- 1:50:01So when's the Travis Morgan formed? Oh,
- 1:50:04Travis Morgan was the guy that I hired
- 1:50:05over there that did the sort of do work.
- 1:50:07>> I heard that name. He man, he ain't the
- 1:50:09[ __ ] man. Once he I mean just clean. He
- 1:50:13what he does, he goes on upstate home
- 1:50:16Venus, whatever. He's full of [ __ ] What
- 1:50:17he does, he go out there, he goes on
- 1:50:18Facebook all those um I posted on
- 1:50:21Facebook one day. I was looking for
- 1:50:22cleaning people uh in regard to Vista
- 1:50:25the first time.
- 1:50:26>> Okay.
- 1:50:27>> When they first I you pick
- 1:50:29>> What is is Vista is just a house, right?
- 1:50:31>> Just a house. Um, it's just that it's
- 1:50:33got bad omens, man.
- 1:50:34>> That's the one in Shadow Legs.
- 1:50:37>> No, sir. That's the one in Twin Lights.
- 1:50:38>> I mean, Twin Lakes. Yes, I mean Twin
- 1:50:40Legs.
- 1:50:40>> I moved a crazy lady, a a lady who had
- 1:50:44two two daughters that were underage in
- 1:50:48there. And when I had to go there the
- 1:50:50very first time to resolve an issue, the
- 1:50:5414-year-old came on to me and I left and
- 1:50:56went, "Oh, hell to the no." And from
- 1:50:58that point on, anytime I send a service
- 1:51:00pot guy over there, I actually pay
- 1:51:02double to make sure that a
- 1:51:04>> there's another person with them
- 1:51:06>> at all times.
- 1:51:06>> That's a good idea.
- 1:51:09>> Yeah.
- 1:51:10>> Yes, sir. I'd rather pay the extra money
- 1:51:12because as soon as they bring him into
- 1:51:13it and barely my company is involved in
- 1:51:16it,
- 1:51:16>> I'd rather pay the extra money.
- 1:51:18>> Um, got them moved out, took 13
- 1:51:21truckloads of trash out of the house.
- 1:51:24Then I moved in the Catholic people who
- 1:51:25both worked at the church. I'm thinking
- 1:51:27safe bet, right?
- 1:51:28>> Yeah.
- 1:51:28>> He he broke into the uh closet where
- 1:51:33they kept the communion wine and he he
- 1:51:35drank God's stash and got drunk and got
- 1:51:39caught.
- 1:51:41This guy's like 55 years old.
- 1:51:44>> You know you're in trouble when you
- 1:51:45steal from the church. You know,
- 1:51:48>> even I won't.
- 1:51:50>> I mean, come on. It's one thing if
- 1:51:51you're a teenager and you sneak in there
- 1:51:53and you get the wine, but if you're a
- 1:51:54grown man and you're breaking, you know
- 1:51:56what I mean?
- 1:51:59There's some things in life you don't
- 1:52:01do. I got them out of there. Then I
- 1:52:02moved in the car salesman now.
- 1:52:07They were there probably just a couple
- 1:52:10like the first month and the second
- 1:52:12month I had to have they they didn't
- 1:52:13they think they didn't want to pay the
- 1:52:15bills.
- 1:52:15>> Yeah.
- 1:52:16>> And we had repairs to do. Well, in
- 1:52:19between that, I had Travis come in and
- 1:52:23he was supposed to do uh he he built
- 1:52:26himself as a we do everything.
- 1:52:29Um going to fix the holes in the wall,
- 1:52:31going to fix stuff in the ceiling, going
- 1:52:32to go ahead and fix the doors, going to
- 1:52:34go ahead and fix this. He didn't fix
- 1:52:35anything. Um brought his mom in.
- 1:52:38Supposedly his mom shampooed the house.
- 1:52:40My thing was, I don't know how you
- 1:52:42shampoo the house when the water's not
- 1:52:43turned on. This is a 4,400T house, so
- 1:52:47you have to bring a lot of water in.
- 1:52:48Yeah.
- 1:52:49>> Oh, yeah. We brought it in by a bucket.
- 1:52:53>> I'm going to call [ __ ]
- 1:52:54>> What? Did you go steal it from one of
- 1:52:55the lakes?
- 1:52:56>> Well, there is that, but that's not what
- 1:52:58you really want.
- 1:52:58>> Yeah. Yeah. That's what I'm getting at.
- 1:53:00I mean,
- 1:53:01>> um, but he
- 1:53:01>> do like the on the shelf.
- 1:53:04>> He promised me that he basically built
- 1:53:05himself as I do this, I do this, I do
- 1:53:07electrician, I do roof, I do this, we do
- 1:53:08this on all this license stuff. He
- 1:53:10didn't have license for anything. Well,
- 1:53:11I didn't know that. that well I got even
- 1:53:13hooked up with several of my agents who
- 1:53:14were doing rehabs
- 1:53:15>> and a bunch of my other properties that
- 1:53:17I I manage I don't own
- 1:53:22um and got them and doing all these
- 1:53:23repairs. Well, he had like $65,000 worth
- 1:53:25of repairs going on and then find out
- 1:53:28afterwards in in steps that all a sudden
- 1:53:30I got owners calling going, "Uh, your
- 1:53:31guy ain't [ __ ] He didn't do this. He
- 1:53:34didn't do this. He didn't do this. He
- 1:53:35didn't." I'm like, "Okay, I'm trying to
- 1:53:36track him down." Then he had to go fix
- 1:53:39uh I had a house. cuz I had to have the
- 1:53:41lawn mowed in the middle of the summer.
- 1:53:42>> Mhm.
- 1:53:43>> Over in Bowling Springs. The backyard's
- 1:53:45on the hill like this. And he already
- 1:53:48got paid for it. Then he wouldn't go do
- 1:53:51the job. Well, I had to get it mowed
- 1:53:53before the the appraisal came in. So, my
- 1:53:55big ass went and put the push mower in
- 1:53:57the back of my SUV. Drove over there and
- 1:53:58I spent the day pushing push mower up
- 1:54:01the hill.
- 1:54:02Owner bought me that bottle of uh
- 1:54:04Woodburn Reserve. He's like, "Yeah, you
- 1:54:06definitely earned it."
- 1:54:09Um, yeah, he was a little on the crazy
- 1:54:12side. Not that that didn't show me. I
- 1:54:13don't know him. Why would they say that
- 1:54:15he
- 1:54:15>> He used to hunt there. I guess it was
- 1:54:17before you owned the property.
- 1:54:19>> There's a lot of people who hunted there
- 1:54:20before.
- 1:54:20>> Yeah, he used to hunt there. Um, cuz we
- 1:54:23found several deer stands. We found two
- 1:54:25that I've seen. There's one old Well,
- 1:54:28one it's been there for a while. It's
- 1:54:30like an old wood dilapidated one. And
- 1:54:32then there's a metal one.
- 1:54:33>> The metal one I left.
- 1:54:34>> Okay. Yeah. There's one. It's just like
- 1:54:37when we were walking out there, you
- 1:54:38could see where it had been. It's been a
- 1:54:40long time.
- 1:54:41>> Well, it was where they they used to
- 1:54:42been. I I drove that forestry cutter.
- 1:54:45>> Mhm.
- 1:54:45>> I drove into put the thing up and and
- 1:54:47just quiz article them.
- 1:54:49>> Okay.
- 1:54:50>> Uh I didn't know there was another one
- 1:54:51out there unless
- 1:54:53I missed one.
- 1:54:54>> Yeah. It's it's out there. Um
- 1:54:57but he used to hunt that out there on
- 1:54:58that land and he um one of the nieces
- 1:55:02was under the impression he did work for
- 1:55:04you or he
- 1:55:06>> cleaned for you once or something like
- 1:55:09that.
- 1:55:09>> I've never seen him before.
- 1:55:10>> Okay.
- 1:55:11>> Now, as far as land goes, I mean, I went
- 1:55:12out almost every day. Actually, every
- 1:55:14day, and sometimes more than once.
- 1:55:17>> Yeah.
- 1:55:17>> And I mean, I patrol my I made sure the
- 1:55:20neighbor saw me.
- 1:55:21>> Okay. Okay.
- 1:55:25when they see you, they don't bother
- 1:55:27you. Except for the guy who's across
- 1:55:30um in the in the trailer,
- 1:55:32>> right?
- 1:55:32>> He's nosy as [ __ ]
- 1:55:34>> And the old man across at the gate is
- 1:55:36nosy as hell.
- 1:55:37>> Now, would you need to get on the
- 1:55:39computer for yourself for this your
- 1:55:42checks? Do you need to get on the
- 1:55:43computer to do it? Is this something you
- 1:55:44can do on the phone to check the account
- 1:55:47balance or how you want to do that?
- 1:55:49>> I
- 1:55:51really need the internet right now. I
- 1:55:53just need my computer. I don't even have
- 1:55:55to log into anything. I just need to be
- 1:55:57able to log into my Micros Microsoft
- 1:55:58Money account
- 1:56:01>> on your computer. You see your
- 1:56:02computer's locked up. We can't get to
- 1:56:04that.
- 1:56:04>> I didn't know that.
- 1:56:06>> Yeah, we can get on like if you wanted
- 1:56:07to get on one of our computers and log
- 1:56:10onto your account, then we can do it
- 1:56:11that way. But as far as anything else,
- 1:56:13do you I mean
- 1:56:14>> I might do you know that's what I was
- 1:56:16going to say. Do you know how much
- 1:56:17money's in there? You you just know how
- 1:56:19much to write a check for or No,
- 1:56:22>> it'd be really close. It'd be really
- 1:56:24close.
- 1:56:24>> So, you know how much is in there?
- 1:56:26>> Uh, there should be 24
- 1:56:2926 in one and about the same in the
- 1:56:31other ish.
- 1:56:32>> So, you would be writing her a check for
- 1:56:35>> I'd write two separate checks. I'd write
- 1:56:37I clean out both of them as much as I
- 1:56:39can.
- 1:56:40>> It's like it's like it's like that the
- 1:56:43all the all the business deals they're
- 1:56:45supposed to pay me anyhow, right? I
- 1:56:46never know. I don't give a d the the
- 1:56:50script,
- 1:56:51>> but you need a computer to you got the
- 1:56:52passwords and login. You need a computer
- 1:56:54to lo to log in. So, if I bring a laptop
- 1:56:56in there, you could get on there and
- 1:56:58look in there so you would know how much
- 1:57:00you need to write the checks for.
- 1:57:01>> Yes, sir.
- 1:57:01>> All right, I'll do that. I get a
- 1:57:03computer.
- 1:57:03>> I just need a piece of paper and a
- 1:57:05pencil.
- 1:57:05>> All right, I'll get away for you.
- 1:57:34What you want to eat, man?
- 1:57:36>> Whatever you guys want. Whatever's going

- 1:57:58Highway. You got KFC. You got McDonald's
- 1:58:00at the Circle. You got
- 1:58:02>> Burger King, Angles, Chick-fil-A.
- 1:58:04>> Chick-fil-A. Well, not on Sunday.

- 1:58:46the stuff. It's really good.
- 1:58:48>> You look silly.
- 1:58:49>> Sure. Excellent.
- 1:58:51>> I'll tell you this, if you're going to
- 1:58:52do that, which the better place to get
- 1:58:55it is Miami Grill because they have the
- 1:58:58Supreme and it comes with the Philly
- 1:59:00steak and cheese and it's got lettuce,
- 1:59:01tomato, and everything on it. Phil Miami
- 1:59:03Grill makes a better one than Subway.
- 1:59:05But it's up to you.
- 1:59:07Everything.
- 1:59:09>> The one Yeah, the one at um

- 1:59:48Some sort of chips. I'm really not
- 1:59:50picky.
- 1:59:50>> Plain or barbecue. Um,
- 1:59:55if you got something that's got like um
- 1:59:57sour cream and onion or some sort of
- 1:59:59like
- 1:59:59>> I got you.
- 2:00:00>> The

- 2:00:47Okay. If
- 2:00:48>> you're like me, I can't do it without my
- 2:00:49mouth.
- 2:00:50>> I tell you something, man. And and this
- 2:00:52is
- 2:00:52>> although I got a feeling No, this was
- 2:00:54this is what the deal is, man. This
- 2:00:56won't work.
- 2:00:59It's a brand new computer and it won't
- 2:01:01work. I think my computer's got a virus
- 2:01:03on it. Really?
- 2:01:04>> Because when I went I had a mouse just
- 2:01:06like that.
- 2:01:07>> Mhm.
- 2:01:08>> And ran it in the ground. Well, then the
- 2:01:12battery supposedly it's it one day it
- 2:01:14just stopped working. Well, I swapped
- 2:01:15the batteries out and I mean those
- 2:01:17things really there's not much to go to
- 2:01:18go wrong on them.
- 2:01:21So, we had that and then I went and
- 2:01:24bought a brand new mouse. Brand new
- 2:01:26mouse. Top of the line.
- 2:01:29>> Of course, since since they've come out,
- 2:01:30the price has come way down.
- 2:01:32>> Oh, yeah.
- 2:01:33>> And uh I mean the mouse I used to pay 60
- 2:01:35bucks. I'm paying like$9.95 for. That's
- 2:01:38this this was originally was like 65
- 2:01:39bucks and now it's like you you I went
- 2:01:42in there to replace it and I was like
- 2:01:44>> but my but my computer has dual
- 2:01:47processor. It it's called Godzilla for a
- 2:01:49reason. I had
- 2:01:50>> your computer Godzilla.
- 2:01:51>> No, the company that built it did.
- 2:01:53>> Oh, it had a sticker on it.
- 2:01:55>> Specially Yeah. Special made.
- 2:01:57>> That's all those are special made.
- 2:01:58>> Okay. Uh well the the little one that
- 2:02:01was underneath the the other monitors
- 2:02:03that was originally a normal thin line
- 2:02:07desktop I bought from one of my
- 2:02:08assistants but then she screwed it up so
- 2:02:10I took back.
- 2:02:12>> Okay, let me give you this. You left
- 2:02:15hand. Which side do you want the mouse
- 2:02:16on?
- 2:02:17>> Okay.
- 2:02:19I'll tell you something. I was I looking
- 2:02:21at retiring
- 2:02:23next year if I can if I can get my wife
- 2:02:26to quit spending money.
- 2:02:28doing what?
- 2:02:30>> Looking at retiring from here and I
- 2:02:32always wanted to go into real estate. I
- 2:02:33wish we had met at a different time in a
- 2:02:35different place.
- 2:02:37>> If you ever want to come back and talk
- 2:02:38to me, I can teach you how to make so
- 2:02:40much freaking money.
- 2:02:41>> Really?
- 2:02:41>> Yeah. It's It's
- 2:02:44>> You're just You're just a really cool
- 2:02:45guy, man.
- 2:02:47>> I made 160K in the stock market in 5
- 2:02:50months.
- 2:02:50>> Really?
- 2:02:51>> Yeah.
- 2:02:53>> Yeah. I was working on finishing my
- 2:02:55bachelor's degree in criminal justice
- 2:02:57and a buddy of mine told me, he said,
- 2:02:58"Why do that?" He said, "You've already
- 2:03:00got your bachelor's degree for 19
- 2:03:02years."
- 2:03:07He said, "Your best bet is to go do
- 2:03:09something else."
- 2:03:18What do you Just so I know, what are you
- 2:03:19logging on to? So if they ask me,
- 2:03:25okay, I just that way if supervisor
- 2:03:28says, "Hey, what was he logging on to on
- 2:03:29your computer?" I would say, "Hey, I
- 2:03:31made sure that you know what I'm saying.
- 2:03:35I messed up
- 2:03:41HK5
- 2:03:42ST2.
- 2:03:47I have to have all mine in my phone.
- 2:03:52No, I didn't thought.
- 2:03:55No, I don't. No, I don't.
- 2:04:01I think this account's wrong, but I can
- 2:04:04fix part of it.
- 2:04:09Why is that? That's That's not right. I
- 2:04:12can fix it.
- 2:04:14Not looking at it.
- 2:04:32Okay. Okay. I can solve this problem.
- 2:04:37There's not many problems I can't solve.
- 2:04:38I just didn't have the computer around
- 2:04:40me.
- 2:04:44Oh, I got very good at um
- 2:04:48See, like my wife and my our dreams
- 2:04:51always been to flip houses and stuff
- 2:04:53like that. I've got a friend that does
- 2:04:56it in Florida. was pretty successful at
- 2:04:57it, but
- 2:04:59I'm real interested in the stock market.
- 2:05:01I'm just really stupid at it.
- 2:05:05And I've got a friend who does real
- 2:05:07estate, like I was telling you here.
- 2:05:08>> Mhm.
- 2:05:09>> And
- 2:05:12I wouldn't trust him to cut my grass,
- 2:05:13but he is doing good in real estate. I
- 2:05:16don't understand.
- 2:05:21>> Let me explain both those to you. How to
- 2:05:23make money without screwing yourself in
- 2:05:25a second. Okay. Cuz I did sales for I
- 2:05:28don't know if you remember all the Gold
- 2:05:29Gyms were here.
- 2:05:31>> Mhm.
- 2:05:32>> I opened them. Me and a guy named David
- 2:05:34Dixon and a guy named David Gillespie.
- 2:05:44Well, it's not as much money as I
- 2:05:46thought,
- 2:05:51but
- 2:05:52it'll work.
- 2:05:57Okay.
- 2:06:00>> It's more than my mom has nothing. I'm
- 2:06:03pretty sure that she's living on social
- 2:06:06security, which she ain't that [ __ ]
- 2:06:11>> Well, and I had an issue. I got to go
- 2:06:13take care of her tonight. Um, she showed
- 2:06:15up at the house and tried to get $1,000
- 2:06:17out of the lock box.
- 2:06:18>> Mhm.
- 2:06:18>> And the patrol officer that was there
- 2:06:20didn't know about it, so they wouldn't
- 2:06:23let her get it. So, they called me
- 2:06:24afterwards and I said, they said, "We
- 2:06:27turned her away." I said, "I'll take
- 2:06:28care of it. I'll fix it. I'll talk to
- 2:06:30her. I'll get it squared away."
- 2:06:31>> Um, I've already paid that owner on
- 2:06:33that, but that was supposed to be late
- 2:06:36fees, all that in there. There's
- 2:06:37a,000,50.
- 2:06:39The guy always drops it off. So, when I
- 2:06:41know he's going to drop it off, I just
- 2:06:43go ahead and pay.
- 2:06:44>> Well, I I want to tell you this, too. I
- 2:06:46talked to my lieutenant
- 2:06:47>> about the $13,000
- 2:06:49>> and he said since that is not part of
- 2:06:52any of this, there should be no problem
- 2:06:55>> releasing it.
- 2:06:56>> We just have to go through some
- 2:06:57paperwork and some protocols. So, we may
- 2:06:59have to have come back over here again
- 2:07:01tomorrow
- 2:07:02>> to sign that over.
- 2:07:03>> Okay.
- 2:07:04>> Okay.
- 2:07:04>> Okay. And what I'm going to do today is
- 2:07:07I got to talk to my lieutenant and the
- 2:07:09sheriff or my captain and the sheriff
- 2:07:10about these checks because we have a
- 2:07:12search warrant at your home.
- 2:07:15Bring in the checks to get you to sign
- 2:07:16them. So, and I got to see how
- 2:07:19legalitywise how we can do that. So,
- 2:07:21what I'm going to do is I'm going to do
- 2:07:22it all at once. bring you over here, get
- 2:07:25the check, get you to write out the
- 2:07:27checks,
- 2:07:28get cuz I've already talked to this
- 2:07:30lister and everything. And they said,
- 2:07:31"As long as it doesn't have anything to
- 2:07:33do with the case, then we're we're
- 2:07:34good."
- 2:07:35>> Yeah.
- 2:07:35>> And I said, "His doesn't it has nothing
- 2:07:37to do with he's a legitimate
- 2:07:38businessman, real estate, he's
- 2:07:40legitimate." Um I said, um he said,
- 2:07:43"Then you, the sheriff's office, can
- 2:07:45handle that. So that's what we're going
- 2:07:48to do.
- 2:07:48>> And that way I'll probably bring you
- 2:07:50back over here tomorrow."
- 2:07:52Well, if I can get her this, she has
- 2:07:54something to work with. And then she
- 2:07:55give pretty much I'm going to have her
- 2:07:57give basically half of it eventually get
- 2:07:58to Ashley.
- 2:08:00We're going to go ahead and get I gota
- 2:08:01get I got to get a power of attorney
- 2:08:03done because I can turn it over. The
- 2:08:06house is paid for. Well, I'll just cut
- 2:08:08the price to fire sale.
- 2:08:11>> Mhm.
- 2:08:11>> And get the thing sold. I mean, it's
- 2:08:14$175,000.
- 2:08:16You want a $175,000 house for 150?
- 2:08:19>> I could afford it. be.
- 2:08:21>> Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:08:24>> Get in, get done, get out.
- 2:08:25>> Yeah.
- 2:08:26>> Um quick sale.
- 2:08:27>> Quick sale.
- 2:08:28>> Yeah.
- 2:08:29>> $150,000. I just paid for a kids
- 2:08:31college.
- 2:08:31>> Yeah.
- 2:08:32>> Um I just paid for kids college and
- 2:08:34Ashley's taken care of. My dogs taken
- 2:08:36care of cuz Ashley can't afford to feed
- 2:08:38those dogs,
- 2:08:39>> right?
- 2:08:40>> I've been kicking her everything from
- 2:08:41dog food to um uh those raw high dogs.
- 2:08:44>> You were worried about her getting
- 2:08:45fired. Where does she work? Come. Place
- 2:08:48is called SDS. Southern Design Systems.
- 2:08:50Where is that at? Uh, if you go down,
- 2:08:52you'll never find it. If you go down um
- 2:08:5629, this the logo is SDS.
- 2:08:59>> Mhm.
- 2:08:59>> I've seen the logo.
- 2:09:01>> If you are across,
- 2:09:05if you are across from if you're coming
- 2:09:07down 29.
- 2:09:08>> Do you want to run off of that or?
- 2:09:09>> Yeah. I just want you to see.
- 2:09:12No, I I
- 2:09:15don't take this the wrong way, but I
- 2:09:16trust you. I'm good. We're good.
- 2:09:26You see, the only thing I won't touch
- 2:09:28>> is that account
- 2:09:30>> cuz that's not mine.
- 2:09:31>> I don't see what that is.
- 2:09:32>> Escrow.
- 2:09:35That's where people had brought me
- 2:09:36money, held it in held it in. They hold
- 2:09:38it in escrow.
- 2:09:39>> 29,000. Oh, okay. That's interesting.
- 2:09:42>> Actually, that's off, too.
- 2:09:46It should be an odd number.
- 2:09:51>> Would somebody have put money in there,
- 2:09:52you know, well,
- 2:09:57>> but I might have paid a repair bill out
- 2:09:59of it and haven't got That's what
- 2:10:01happened. I didn't get reimbured for the
- 2:10:02damn um
- 2:10:06screw it. It's not worth It's not worth
- 2:10:08it. It's not worth the drama.
- 2:10:10So for for for a couple hundred dollar
- 2:10:13it's not worth
- 2:10:17I'd rather I'd rather
- 2:10:20>> see I'm an ethical
- 2:10:24>> and that's a [ __ ]
- 2:10:29>> I mean me me and the sheriff had a long
- 2:10:30talk about that last night and
- 2:10:33>> I like the sheriff
- 2:10:34>> he's a great guy and see that's the
- 2:10:36thing I I can retire in 11 months
- 2:10:40And I'm not going to because as long as
- 2:10:42he's sheriff I'll be here. I mean as
- 2:10:46long as he's sheriff I'll be here,
- 2:10:48>> you know.
- 2:10:49>> Thank you. I would be very surprised if
- 2:10:52he doesn't win Tuesday.
- 2:10:55>> Yeah, I will be too. I don't think it's
- 2:10:57I don't think there's a chance he's
- 2:10:58going to lose.
- 2:11:02>> Lynch likes to complain a lot about the
- 2:11:05car,
- 2:11:06>> about the Raptor. Yeah. Okay. And
- 2:11:12>> sure, man. Do what the hell you want to
- 2:11:14do.
- 2:11:14>> Well, there and see there are certain
- 2:11:16guidelines in the laws that allow him to
- 2:11:18do certain things and
- 2:11:20>> he followed those guidelines and and the
- 2:11:22truck goes he actually has a pdeium for
- 2:11:25a truck and the truck that he was
- 2:11:27driving that he had the pium he gave to
- 2:11:29the sheriff's office and one of our
- 2:11:32officers is driving.
- 2:11:33>> So I mean he followed everything by the
- 2:11:35letter of law. Now describe my Z4 when I
- 2:11:37have to talk.
- 2:11:39>> That would be mean.
- 2:11:44>> Well, see, I want my mom to take that
- 2:11:46and as much as I hate see I told her if
- 2:11:49you want it, you can have it.
- 2:11:50>> Mhm.
- 2:11:51>> But you can also sell it and y'all can
- 2:11:55stop eating ramen noodles all this time.
- 2:11:57>> I didn't know she was that bad off.
- 2:11:59>> I didn't know.
- 2:12:00>> Wow,
- 2:12:01>> dude. I haven't talked when I last time
- 2:12:03I talked to her, she was my size. She
- 2:12:05thanked me yesterday when we were
- 2:12:07leaving.
- 2:12:07>> Mhm.
- 2:12:08>> When was the last time I mean because
- 2:12:09you guys hadn't talked. How long had it
- 2:12:10been?
- 2:12:11>> Three. It was three Christmases ago.
- 2:12:12>> She thanked me because she said um
- 2:12:17she thanked me. As a matter of fact, she
- 2:12:19almost said the same exact thing when I
- 2:12:21came back in with you. She said, "Thank
- 2:12:24you." And I said, "You're welcome,
- 2:12:26ma'am." I said, "For
- 2:12:28>> for what?"
- 2:12:30>> And she said, "For helping me and him
- 2:12:33>> reconnect. you know, she didn't say
- 2:12:35those exact words, but she that's
- 2:12:37basically what she's saying.
- 2:12:38>> And um
- 2:12:39>> I did the best I could to make it to
- 2:12:40where she she'll blame herself for days
- 2:12:43and I'm like, it's not your fault,
- 2:12:44>> right?
- 2:12:45>> You know,
- 2:12:46>> um but yeah, we we got to talk. It was
- 2:12:48good, but I didn't know. My god, she got
- 2:12:52skinny.
- 2:12:53>> Really?
- 2:12:55>> Yeah. Like 80 pounds worth.
- 2:12:58>> Uh she she's dropped it. Um I know she
- 2:13:01ain't got no money.
- 2:13:03Um,
- 2:13:05I didn't know it was that bad. If I know
- 2:13:07it was that bad, I would have
- 2:13:08mysteriously done something. I've done
- 2:13:11that a few times in my life
- 2:13:13>> with your mom
- 2:13:13>> with people.
- 2:13:15>> Really?
- 2:13:16>> I've had friends who got themselves I I
- 2:13:18hire a lot of people and sometimes I've
- 2:13:20paid them
- 2:13:22above rate
- 2:13:24>> to help them out.
- 2:13:25>> Mhm.
- 2:13:28>> You may want to seriously uh talk to
- 2:13:30Dustin Lawson.
- 2:13:32>> Okay. and give him a heads up. He's a
- 2:13:35dumbass. He's a 32-y old lazy kid who
- 2:13:37never had a daddy. Okay. So, he
- 2:13:39basically lived with women all his life.
- 2:13:42I
- 2:13:42>> I'll tell you this. I don't think the
- 2:13:43issue is Dustin Lawson. Okay.
- 2:13:45>> Mhm.
- 2:13:46>> I think the issue is who Dustin Lawson
- 2:13:48got the guns from,
- 2:13:50who he went to get the guns from.
- 2:13:52>> Oh, no. That that's that that's an easy
- 2:13:54solution.
- 2:13:54>> Okay.
- 2:13:55>> Uh that was all legit.
- 2:13:58>> So, he legitimately bought the guns.
- 2:14:00>> Yes, sir.
- 2:14:00>> Okay. And then I and then I modified the
- 2:14:02hell out of them.
- 2:14:03>> Okay.
- 2:14:03>> Now they're not
- 2:14:04>> Well, I didn't know if Justin Lawson was
- 2:14:06buying them from somebody illegally.
- 2:14:08>> No. Okay.
- 2:14:09>> U Cabela's Academy. I had one sh the bar
- 2:14:12got shipped in from Impact Guns.
- 2:14:14>> Okay.
- 2:14:15>> Um I got the receipts.
- 2:14:17>> Okay.
- 2:14:20These ammo places I did. I
- 2:14:22>> I got the tax stamps.
- 2:14:24>> Really?
- 2:14:24>> Those suppressors were bought legally
- 2:14:26for about 3 minutes.
- 2:14:28>> Really?
- 2:14:29>> Yes.
- 2:14:30Did you make you made some of the
- 2:14:31suppressors at the at your lathe?
- 2:14:34>> Yes.
- 2:14:35>> How how did you learn to do just on the
- 2:14:37internet or just looking at the ones and
- 2:14:39taking breaking them down?
- 2:14:41>> Uh most of you can't open,
- 2:14:43>> right?
- 2:14:44>> And I was trying to explain to the
- 2:14:45really tall dude with the candy shirt.
- 2:14:47>> Yeah.
- 2:14:47>> He's cool as hell, too.
- 2:14:49>> Joey,
- 2:14:50>> I guess Gy.
- 2:14:51>> Yeah.
- 2:14:51>> Yeah. Yeah. He's a good guy.
- 2:14:52>> And I explained to him the difference
- 2:14:53between they had the old stainless steel
- 2:14:55baffles, then they went to the M baffle.
- 2:14:57All the end baffle is draw. I don't want
- 2:15:00to heat that.
- 2:15:00>> Okay.
- 2:15:01>> Maff looks like looks like a freeze plug
- 2:15:03with just a hole in it and they just
- 2:15:04stack them.
- 2:15:05>> Mhm.
- 2:15:06>> Uh that's an M baffle.
- 2:15:07>> Okay.
- 2:15:08>> And basically cuz they sometimes they
- 2:15:10indent this slightly like an M.
- 2:15:12>> Okay.
- 2:15:12>> Then you have K baffle. K baffle.
- 2:15:17>> Um yeah.
- 2:15:26Now, what this looks like from the down
- 2:15:28view is you have a circle and then of
- 2:15:30course right here is your hole the
- 2:15:32bullet goes through.
- 2:15:33>> Then you have to take a take a milling
- 2:15:35machine or drill will work will work and
- 2:15:37bore a small hole at a diagonal so that
- 2:15:39you basically cut a hole through to
- 2:15:41there.
- 2:15:42>> Right.
- 2:15:42>> Okay.
- 2:15:43>> Uh this has to have a well actually but
- 2:15:46you got to bore a small hole right here.
- 2:15:48Second
- 2:15:55>> there. And this is a hollow cone.
- 2:15:58>> So you basically have to that this just
- 2:16:00has to have a small hole here. Now the
- 2:16:01very first the very first one has to
- 2:16:04have a blast chamber. And all that is is
- 2:16:06you elongate one
- 2:16:08>> so that it has a longer time before it
- 2:16:09actually hits. Otherwise if you're
- 2:16:11shooting a rifle pistol doesn't need it
- 2:16:13but a rifle
- 2:16:14>> it'll knock the crap out of it.
- 2:16:15>> Okay.
- 2:16:16>> So you stack these and then the very
- 2:16:18last one you don't do that. What you do
- 2:16:20is you take you just make like a wedding
- 2:16:21ring.
- 2:16:22>> Mhm.
- 2:16:22>> And you just basically make a band and
- 2:16:24then you basically fit it to where so it
- 2:16:26fits in tightly. And you sit there and
- 2:16:28you just sand that little bad boy off
- 2:16:29till it all fits together and you
- 2:16:30tighten that bad boy up. And I'm going
- 2:16:31to tell you and then if you look uh at
- 2:16:34all the um
- 2:16:37it's going to be funny as hell. Uh lube
- 2:16:39I have.
- 2:16:40>> Mhm.
- 2:16:41>> Dude, that ain't for that ain't for sex.
- 2:16:43>> The lube in the workshop.
- 2:16:45>> Yes. All the syringes.
- 2:16:46>> Yeah.
- 2:16:47>> IS THAT WHAT THAT IS?
- 2:16:48>> MHM. We were wondering what that was.
- 2:16:50We're afraid to
- 2:16:51>> No, that's like
- 2:16:53>> All that is all that is is uh wire lube.
- 2:16:58Wire loop. Pulling lube.
- 2:17:00If you take If you take pull lube, take
- 2:17:03your suppressor,
- 2:17:04squirt it in.
- 2:17:05>> Mhm.
- 2:17:06>> Thank you.
- 2:17:06>> Sorry to interrupt you. The needles,
- 2:17:09it's lube suppressors.
- 2:17:12>> If you do that on a pistol suppressor,
- 2:17:15>> do not do that on a rifle suppressor.
- 2:17:17>> Mhm. You make it what's called a wet
- 2:17:19suppression.
- 2:17:20>> Okay.
- 2:17:23>> That's That's what I do. Which one you
- 2:17:26want?
- 2:17:26>> I don't care. Whichever one you don't.
- 2:17:31>> Go ahead. If you squirt that into
- 2:17:35the initial baffles and then screw the
- 2:17:36hand on,
- 2:17:37>> it drops your dec.
- 2:17:39It really gives you an add of thing.
- 2:17:41Now, me personally, I I only use those
- 2:17:44>> when I'm playing. Uh, personally, white
- 2:17:47lithium grease from the spray can.
- 2:17:49>> Mhm.
- 2:17:50>> Just take it with the long tube, push
- 2:17:52all the way in and spray it as you pull
- 2:17:54out so it hits all of them. Not only
- 2:17:56will that drop your decel, 3 to four dB,
- 2:17:59easy, but when you have to clean clean
- 2:18:01the baffles later on, especially 22
- 2:18:03baffles, it really gets really dirty.
- 2:18:07Gets really dirty.
- 2:18:08>> I use the restroom real quick. I'll be
- 2:18:09right back.
- 2:18:11>> Wash your hands.
- 2:18:16Yes. Yes, sir.
- 2:18:20>> Boy, when I go back to the pod tonight
- 2:18:22and I fart, they going to be jealous.
- 2:18:24>> I hear that.
- 2:18:32>> Yeah. The only thing I need are those
- 2:18:33numbers later.
- 2:18:34>> Yeah, I got you. But I I just put this
- 2:18:36over here so you wouldn't
- 2:18:38>> I tell you, you get me talking guns and
- 2:18:40I can talk about guns for I hear you,
- 2:18:43dude.
- 2:18:45Well, he was asking me how I learned all
- 2:18:47this
- 2:18:48internet. It goes back to what we were
- 2:18:51talking about before, huh? Mhm.
- 2:18:56You sit there,
- 2:19:00get involved, look at some of how to
- 2:19:01build some of this stuff. Go online,
- 2:19:04look at images.
- 2:19:05>> It's not hard.
- 2:19:06>> And you reverse engineer it.
- 2:19:08>> You reverse engineer it. Um the the the
- 2:19:11shops around here will make them for
- 2:19:12you. Mhm.
- 2:19:13>> They're illegal as hell,
- 2:19:14>> but they will make it. They won't get
- 2:19:16paid, but they make crap.
- 2:19:18>> They won't make a cave.
- 2:19:20>> And that's way the new and the newer
- 2:19:22ones are called monolith.
- 2:19:23>> Mhm.
- 2:19:25>> Where it's tube inside of a tube. It
- 2:19:27fits totally. And what they do is it
- 2:19:30looks from the side. They've milled out.
- 2:19:32>> It looks like washers just stacked this
- 2:19:34way, but it's just been milled out. And
- 2:19:36all it does is go through. Now, they're
- 2:19:38not as quiet,
- 2:19:40but for a 22 suppressor, you unscrew it
- 2:19:43cuz you got to do it like every 300
- 2:19:45rounds or you're you're you're screwed,
- 2:19:46man.
- 2:19:47>> Uh do that, knock it off a couple times.
- 2:19:49I hit it with some white lithium, screw
- 2:19:51that bad boy back together, you're back
- 2:19:53in business.
- 2:19:54>> Um what do you think about the M the HK
- 2:19:57SDS? the excuse MP5 SDS. It's actually
- 2:20:01my password for really
- 2:20:05uh the the MP5 SD2s. Uh
- 2:20:10they're heavy,
- 2:20:12but they're awesome. They are
- 2:20:14>> uh and if you get the Navy Trigger
- 2:20:15Group,
- 2:20:16>> um yeah, they're they're awesomeness
- 2:20:19what they what you can do with them. The
- 2:20:21the
- 2:20:22>> Well, they've got the integral the
- 2:20:24barrel is integral suppressor to it. Uh
- 2:20:27they are from my understanding they are
- 2:20:30the baseline stander when testing again.
- 2:20:32You guys got one, don't you?
- 2:20:36Saw several. Damn,
- 2:20:39those are sweet. Um that's what
- 2:20:42everything else compares itself to.
- 2:20:43>> Especially what they compare to. You
- 2:20:44ever seen a honey badger?
- 2:20:46>> Mhm.
- 2:20:48>> That is bad.
- 2:20:51>> The You mean the animal or
- 2:20:54>> what's What are you talking about? H I
- 2:20:56don't the AAC Honeybadger.
- 2:21:00I haven't seen that. What's that?
- 2:21:03It's the intrical suppressed 300
- 2:21:06Blackout Honey Badger. Oh,
- 2:21:09I haven't.
- 2:21:10>> It's quieter than a MP5 SD.
- 2:21:13>> It is bad to the bone.
- 2:21:15>> Now, I'm going to tell you the the the
- 2:21:16300 whis 300 Blackout is is perfect for
- 2:21:20you guys on entry.
- 2:21:21>> I mean, it hits like a freight train.
- 2:21:23Oh, yeah. And it it cycles. Oh yeah.
- 2:21:25>> 5.56 and 762 won't cycle. Um
- 2:21:30it's not as quiet as I would like.
- 2:21:32>> Mhm.
- 2:21:33>> I got the 16in upper and I didn't like
- 2:21:35it.
- 2:21:36>> Right.
- 2:21:36>> It wasn't quiet enough. So I had to put
- 2:21:38it back on the shelf. Never never never
- 2:21:40shot it again. And then I went and
- 2:21:41bought a 12 1/2 in upper.
- 2:21:44It is a little bit quieter, but it's
- 2:21:46still once again um it's not great. It
- 2:21:50it it's
- 2:21:53you're never going to get Hollywood
- 2:21:54Quiet.
- 2:21:55>> Now, my 300. Well, you you guys really
- 2:21:57should have opened up the safe. 65085.
- 2:22:02I'll make it easy on you. Open the Open
- 2:22:05the Happy Box up.
- 2:22:07Uh would love to have the paperwork
- 2:22:09given to my mom because that's the
- 2:22:11payments of the land are in there.
- 2:22:13>> Okay.
- 2:22:14>> But she only needs the paperwork.
- 2:22:15>> I got you. Uh the there is a Ruger
- 2:22:19precision rifle that I've had tweaked in
- 2:22:21there and there is a it started life
- 2:22:25started life as a Remington 700 PSS
- 2:22:29police sniper uh system. Then I modified
- 2:22:32it and it now has um I took the barrel
- 2:22:35off the AAC barrel on it. So I shortened
- 2:22:38the barrel up so when you put a can on
- 2:22:39it which in the back of the SUV is the
- 2:22:42Cyclops suppressor port. Okay. Cyclone.
- 2:22:47Cyclone suppressor for it. Now, that
- 2:22:50one, if you're shooting any of the
- 2:22:52subsonics I got,
- 2:22:55homie don't know you're there.
- 2:22:56>> I hear you.
- 2:22:57>> Um,
- 2:22:59you'll know if somebody
- 2:23:04they'll hear something, but they won't
- 2:23:06have any clue what it was
- 2:23:08>> or where to look.
- 2:23:12Uh, which means now you can get his
- 2:23:14buddy. Um, but as far
- 2:23:17I used to mess with the hunters. The
- 2:23:18hunters would come on the land and I
- 2:23:20would play with the hunters. I wouldn't
- 2:23:22hit them. I got
- 2:23:23>> but I break the stuff.
- 2:23:24>> That's when we're talking about
- 2:23:25thermoses and
- 2:23:26>> thermoses. Yeah.
- 2:23:27>> And if I get if you're dumb enough, most
- 2:23:29of these guys don't know how to use a
- 2:23:30ton of the the the knobs.
- 2:23:31>> Mhm.
- 2:23:32>> They get these man. You see these guys
- 2:23:34go to Cabelas
- 2:23:35>> and they get a 338 Laua.
- 2:23:37>> Mhm.
- 2:23:39>> Very few people know how to use a piece
- 2:23:40of machinery.
- 2:23:42Uh, you're not going to carry. It's like
- 2:23:43a Barrett.
- 2:23:44>> Mhm.
- 2:23:44>> Um, well, I hear on Facebook all the
- 2:23:48time, that's my favorite gun. Have you
- 2:23:49ever shot one? No. Why is it your
- 2:23:52favorite gun? That's what I use on Call
- 2:23:53of Duty, though.
- 2:23:55>> Mhm.
- 2:23:57>> This ain't a video game.
- 2:23:59>> Trust me.
- 2:24:01>> And being a sniper is a [ __ ] job.
- 2:24:06>> It ain't like Hollywood. You going to
- 2:24:08pee on yourself. You going to sit there
- 2:24:10long hours. You ain't gonna go nowhere.
- 2:24:12It's uncomfortable.
- 2:24:14And nine times out of ten, you ain't get
- 2:24:15to shoot. You're giving somebody else
- 2:24:18information.
- 2:24:19It ain't the cool job. And you tell that
- 2:24:22that's what I like.
- 2:24:25And they go with the Barrett. I go, "Do
- 2:24:26you even have any idea what that thing
- 2:24:27is for?"
- 2:24:28>> It's me not meant for people. It's meant
- 2:24:32to take out vehicles, radar domes,
- 2:24:35missile systems. That's right. Um,
- 2:24:39if some [ __ ] wants to go behind a
- 2:24:41barricade,
- 2:24:43I don't think you guys will need to bear
- 2:24:44it cuz you never know,
- 2:24:46>> right?
- 2:24:46>> But I mean, I'd rather have it than not
- 2:24:48have it.
- 2:24:49>> That's true.
- 2:24:50>> The uh
- 2:24:53I'm going to step on back here.
- 2:24:56You still
- 2:24:58>> water? Yeah.
- 2:24:59>> Don't leave me halfway with the water.
- 2:25:05We talking guns again. Huh?
- 2:25:06>> We talking guns.
- 2:25:07>> I'm actually fascinated by it. What
- 2:25:09you're telling me?
- 2:25:11>> Well, they got that the integrals. The
- 2:25:13integrals are the whole barrel is an
- 2:25:15actual
- 2:25:16>> the tube for the suppressor and then
- 2:25:17they have a new monolith
- 2:25:19>> which they they're only for 22s. I've
- 2:25:23got one. You play with it. Um
- 2:25:27it's two inside of tube. It just threads
- 2:25:29in. Mhm. And it's got
- 2:25:36you got the hole through. It's like
- 2:25:38washers. What they've done is they just
- 2:25:39basically taken a um a milling machine
- 2:25:42and drilled through and just take out as
- 2:25:44much material as they can
- 2:25:45>> so it's light as possible.
- 2:25:47>> Mhm.
- 2:25:49>> Thank you.
- 2:25:52So I'm going eat
- 2:25:58he has a high so he has to eat alone cuz
- 2:26:00he slow real slow
- 2:26:03around other people and it takes him too
- 2:26:05long.
- 2:26:06>> I love him to that I love him to death.
- 2:26:16>> Is that good?
- 2:26:17>> Mhm.
- 2:26:20you wrong, man. Do what you want to say.
- 2:26:22>> I made a joke with him. I was like,
- 2:26:23"Yeah, I'm going to go back to pod. I'm
- 2:26:24going let one part loose like everybody
- 2:26:26else.
- 2:26:31>> Take this crap dust, [ __ ]
- 2:26:35You all have sandwiches again."
- 2:26:43Oh, they're all back in the hesit.
- 2:26:48Well, the thing about it is there kids
- 2:26:50today are, you know, they call them
- 2:26:52millennials
- 2:26:53and they want everything handed to them
- 2:26:56at a buddy.
- 2:27:00And this is when I first realized it
- 2:27:03when I we didn't expect it from my
- 2:27:04generation.
- 2:27:06You when you been to Jacksonville,
- 2:27:10>> Jacksonville, Florida?
- 2:27:11>> I've not
- 2:27:12>> When you come into Jacksonville on St.
- 2:27:13Jones River and through the inter
- 2:27:15coastal. There's a place called North
- 2:27:17Florida uh North Porter Steel, North
- 2:27:19Florida shipyards.
- 2:27:20>> Mhm.
- 2:27:21>> His parents owned all of it.
- 2:27:23>> Mhm.
- 2:27:23>> And his dad and his uncle and he went to
- 2:27:26the Citadel.
- 2:27:27>> Mhm.
- 2:27:27>> He was going to go into the military.
- 2:27:29>> Found out he had a heart murmur so he
- 2:27:31couldn't. So he goes to the Citadel. He
- 2:27:33graduates from the Citadel. He thinks he
- 2:27:35should go from the Citadel to the
- 2:27:37boardroom.
- 2:27:38Said, "Dude, doesn't work like that.
- 2:27:40You've got to pay your dues." Mhm.
- 2:27:42>> It took me
- 2:27:45It took me I've been in violent crimes
- 2:27:48now for 5 years.
- 2:27:49>> Mhm.
- 2:27:50>> I've been a cop for 19.
- 2:27:52>> It took me that long to get into violent
- 2:27:55crimes because I
- 2:27:57>> One of one of the guards that's at the
- 2:28:00jail
- 2:28:01>> is a friend of mine on Facebook.
- 2:28:03>> Haven't seen him.
- 2:28:04>> Mhm.
- 2:28:04>> Um he had a heart problem. Had surgery
- 2:28:07the other day.
- 2:28:08>> Chris something. I don't remember his
- 2:28:09last name.
- 2:28:10>> I know what you're talking about. Yeah.
- 2:28:11>> Super nice guy. Mhm.
- 2:28:12>> Um, he's really depressed.
- 2:28:14>> Mhm.
- 2:28:15>> And I mean, I was the guy on Facebook
- 2:28:16that used to always kid with him.
- 2:28:18>> He's going to blow his mind when he see
- 2:28:19when he see if he ever sees me. We've
- 2:28:21never met. But the uh I'm always the one
- 2:28:24giving him the pep talk about, "Dude,
- 2:28:26seriously, you know, I call him my
- 2:28:28Aryan."
- 2:28:30>> BALLHEADED KID.
- 2:28:31>> YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. I know exactly
- 2:28:35what you're talking about.
- 2:28:37And we were talking one day and he wants
- 2:28:39to work the jail so that eventually
- 2:28:42Chuck Wright will let him move to patrol
- 2:28:45>> because he wants to be
- 2:28:47a sergeant or something and he wants to
- 2:28:49go SWAT.
- 2:28:50>> Mhm.
- 2:28:51>> I said that's great, but you realize
- 2:28:52it's going to take a little bit of time.
- 2:28:53>> Mhm.
- 2:28:54>> Yeah.
- 2:28:54>> Well, and the thing about it is, and I I
- 2:28:58say this now,
- 2:29:03most other sheriff's offices do that.
- 2:29:06>> Mhm.
- 2:29:07And the reason being when they put me on
- 2:29:10the road straight out of the academy.
- 2:29:12>> Mhm.
- 2:29:13>> After my field training, everything I
- 2:29:15really wasn't ready.
- 2:29:16>> Mhm.
- 2:29:17>> I was 26 years old, but I had gone from
- 2:29:22suburbia
- 2:29:24to being out there. You know, I had a
- 2:29:26lot of people that took me under their
- 2:29:27wing and made sure I was okay. But, you
- 2:29:32know, I'm still out there. Mhm.
- 2:29:34>> So the sheriff's
- 2:29:37and and it's he's modeling other
- 2:29:40agencies.
- 2:29:41>> You put them in the jail, they're in a
- 2:29:42controlled environment. They learn how
- 2:29:44to deal with people.
- 2:29:46>> Mhm.
- 2:29:46>> They learn how to deal with people in
- 2:29:48close quarters. They learn how to
- 2:29:50communicate with people.
- 2:29:52>> Then after they do that, if they show,
- 2:29:54you know, a proficiency for that, then
- 2:29:57they can apply to transfer over to the
- 2:30:00sheriff's office. And if the supervisors
- 2:30:02in the jail say, "Yes, this is a good
- 2:30:04candidate."
- 2:30:05>> Mhm.
- 2:30:05>> Then they can do that. And it what it
- 2:30:08does, it puts better officers on the
- 2:30:10street, you know, because one of the
- 2:30:12worst things you do, you give a young
- 2:30:15kid a badge, and I ran into it. You give
- 2:30:17a young kid a badge and he goes from
- 2:30:20college to a badge and a gun and he's 6'
- 2:30:24tall and bulletproof, and you're not
- 2:30:25going to tell him anything. He knows
- 2:30:28everything. That's where you get the one
- 2:30:30officer who does bad.
- 2:30:32>> Mhm.
- 2:30:33>> But then from that moment on, the public
- 2:30:35sees
- 2:30:36>> Mhm.
- 2:30:38>> that one officer who doesn't see the
- 2:30:40other 80,
- 2:30:41>> right,
- 2:30:42>> that are doing their job.
- 2:30:43>> Mhm.
- 2:30:44>> I haven't had a bad experience with law
- 2:30:46enforcement. My experience with law
- 2:30:47enforcement has been when I got messed
- 2:30:49up. Mhm.
- 2:30:50>> Um
- 2:30:53I've had people actually they're not
- 2:30:55allow their kids to be friends with my
- 2:30:57son
- 2:30:58>> because they found out I was cop.
- 2:31:03And when he first came to me with it and
- 2:31:04asked me about it, I said I said,
- 2:31:06"Honey,
- 2:31:08he's a little guy."
- 2:31:10Um and it upset him. He he wasn't even
- 2:31:1410 yet. Um and he's like, "I don't
- 2:31:16understand." And I said, 'Honey, I said,
- 2:31:18' That tells me that they're either
- 2:31:22doing something wrong. They've had a run
- 2:31:24in with the law that they did something
- 2:31:26wrong.
- 2:31:27>> Mhm.
- 2:31:27>> Or they have a family member that has
- 2:31:30had a run in and that they did something
- 2:31:32wrong. It's no reflection on you or me.
- 2:31:35>> Mhm.
- 2:31:35>> You know, it's a reflection on them. And
- 2:31:37if they don't want to be your friend
- 2:31:39because of that, then they're not a
- 2:31:40friend you want to have. or if their
- 2:31:42parents won't let them be your friend
- 2:31:43because of that, then that's not a
- 2:31:45friend that I want.
- 2:31:47>> I got cops on my friends list on
- 2:31:49Facebook.
- 2:31:49>> Mhm.
- 2:31:51>> Okay. I may not sit here and talk guns
- 2:31:53with you all day cuz you might find out
- 2:31:54that, hey, you know, I have them.
- 2:31:56>> Mhm.
- 2:31:57>> But we talk about cars and I talk about
- 2:31:59women and I talk about all kinds of
- 2:32:00other things and I make people laugh.
- 2:32:02>> Mhm.
- 2:32:03>> You're funny.
- 2:32:05>> Yeah.
- 2:32:06And I give him so much hassle.
- 2:32:11He gets to have the press.
- 2:32:15>> No, but
- 2:32:18he
- 2:32:20know it's it's just it's really kind of
- 2:32:22wild. I need to ask you a couple
- 2:32:24questions real quick.
- 2:32:25>> Sure.
- 2:32:25>> Before I forget
- 2:32:28the fleece that you wore, you said you
- 2:32:30still had it to supervise.
- 2:32:34>> Where is it at?
- 2:32:44closet.
- 2:32:44>> Is it going to be in the closet in your
- 2:32:48>> house? The house.
- 2:32:52>> Damn thing still fit.
- 2:32:54>> What's it look like? What kind is it?
- 2:33:02>> It's a Colombia on it.
- 2:33:04>> It's a Colombia, please. Mhm.
- 2:33:10the shoulder holster. Do you saw that?
- 2:33:12>> No.
- 2:33:16>> Many like it.
- 2:33:21>> Got a nice gym set.
- 2:33:37You guys just aren't used to having
- 2:33:41you know it's funny. It's not funny. I
- 2:33:43shouldn't say it's funny.
- 2:33:46Um
- 2:33:51I have a friend who introduced my wife
- 2:33:54and me to each other.
- 2:33:56He's in the same position you're in
- 2:33:58right now
- 2:34:00in Florida.
- 2:34:02>> This big of a problem?
- 2:34:03>> Pretty close.
- 2:34:04>> I am.
- 2:34:05>> And he actually introduced my wife and
- 2:34:07me in high school. We grew up together
- 2:34:09in high school. So that's like I grew up
- 2:34:13with him from the
- 2:34:16seventh grade through college. His
- 2:34:18issue, he he was corruption officer, but
- 2:34:21his issue was he married a girl and she
- 2:34:25got him hooked on drugs
- 2:34:27and you know he ended up making some
- 2:34:29really bad decisions. Um, so kind of
- 2:34:32like and he made me laugh.
- 2:34:36So when I'm sitting here talking to you,
- 2:34:38>> I kind of I kind of see that, you know,
- 2:34:42my friend, you know, so that it's kind
- 2:34:45of, you know, it's kind of it's kind of
- 2:34:48um
- 2:34:49>> I'm just wondering.
- 2:34:52>> I wonder how this is going to play out.
- 2:34:55Right. Then
- 2:34:57>> they're either going to put me on a burn
- 2:35:00>> Mhm.
- 2:35:01>> which is what I'm expecting.
- 2:35:04>> That's what I'm expecting.
- 2:35:07Or they're going to put me in a little
- 2:35:09box somewhere
- 2:35:11away from anybody and everybody, which I
- 2:35:13don't expect. I actually expected her.
- 2:35:15>> What do you want?
- 2:35:20>> I mean, all joking aside, I'll tell
- 2:35:21them. What do you want?
- 2:35:22>> Take me out back. She be back in bed. I
- 2:35:24wouldn't
- 2:35:27I had this
- 2:35:31I studied psychology a little bit in
- 2:35:34college. You want me to finish like I
- 2:35:35said I was trying I'm working on finish
- 2:35:37college
- 2:35:40but people at superbikes made you angry.
- 2:35:42>> Mhm.
- 2:35:43>> I don't know you tell people superbikes
- 2:35:46made you angry and
- 2:35:49and not just angry but I mean they
- 2:35:50belittled you they humiliated you. They
- 2:35:52made you angry enough to to do what
- 2:35:54happened.
- 2:35:58>> And then you had the situation last this
- 2:36:00last Christmas and then this most recent
- 2:36:01situation.
- 2:36:02>> Mhm.
- 2:36:04>> The time span.
- 2:36:07>> What kept
- 2:36:10anything from happening? You know, cuz
- 2:36:12that's a question.
- 2:36:14>> I don't need to kill.
- 2:36:15>> Well, I'm not saying we do. I mean, you
- 2:36:18you know, but that's a that's a genuine
- 2:36:20question. I mean, per
- 2:36:23per your legal definition,
- 2:36:25>> I'm serial. But I'm not.
- 2:36:28>> Okay.
- 2:36:29>> Honestly, if
- 2:36:31Johnny hadn't pulled the knife
- 2:36:33>> Mhm.
- 2:36:34>> If you'd seen the knife, you'd laugh
- 2:36:35your ass off.
- 2:36:36>> Really?
- 2:36:37>> Oh, god.
- 2:36:39Black and white tiger stripe.
- 2:36:42>> It was one of those.
- 2:36:42>> The handle.
- 2:36:43>> Yeah. The first time you buy at the
- 2:36:46little convenience store. ARE YOU
- 2:36:47SERIOUS?
- 2:36:50I'M going my ammo costs more than your
- 2:36:52than your damn knife. Are you kidding
- 2:36:54me? It cost me money.
- 2:36:56>> You're going to stab me. At least stab
- 2:36:58me with a butt knife or something.
- 2:37:01Something with some something wrong with
- 2:37:03a little history, you know.
- 2:37:05>> Get the thing up on the
- 2:37:09[ __ ]
- 2:37:12This is after you shot him. Oh yeah.
- 2:37:16He put that thing out and I went,
- 2:37:20"Here's how it's going to go." Okay,
- 2:37:22let's dance.
- 2:37:24And the other problem is if they don't
- 2:37:27put me on the ground.
- 2:37:28>> Mhm.
- 2:37:31>> When the people inside realize the
- 2:37:33people I hunt, it's them.
- 2:37:41I'll be scared to death of you.
- 2:37:47They'll they'll be scared to do that to
- 2:37:48you
- 2:37:51cuz I've never in my life. Never heard
- 2:37:53that in person. I'm entirely okay with
- 2:37:54that.
- 2:37:55>> It's just like with supervising some of
- 2:37:56this. It's just a reactional situation.
- 2:37:59>> Mhm.
- 2:38:03>> I would have never heard it person
- 2:38:05again.
- 2:38:08I had a problem with the drug dealers,
- 2:38:09but I kept it
- 2:38:12under control. Mhm.
- 2:38:15>> But then um
- 2:38:17very uncle.
- 2:38:21>> I I had a drug dealer. I lost my cousin.
- 2:38:24My my my best cousin. You you always
- 2:38:27have my mom's My dad's family is a small
- 2:38:31family.
- 2:38:32>> I mean, I shouldn't say small family.
- 2:38:34His
- 2:38:35father had six brothers and a sister.
- 2:38:38But as far as he was an only child. My
- 2:38:41mom's family, she's got a big family,
- 2:38:45had a real close cousin, and in the
- 2:38:47beginning of the year,
- 2:38:49um, someone gave her some drugs
- 2:38:52>> that they shouldn't have
- 2:38:54>> and she had a heart condition
- 2:38:59and she went to sleep and they were low
- 2:39:02financial means.
- 2:39:03>> Mhm.
- 2:39:04>> And she went to sleep with her daughter,
- 2:39:06the bed, and passed in her sleep. Then
- 2:39:10her daughter woke up
- 2:39:11>> and found her and that's something her
- 2:39:13daughter's going to live with with for
- 2:39:15the rest rest rest rest rest rest rest
- 2:39:15rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest

- 2:39:23>> I've seen too many people go down that
- 2:39:25path
- 2:39:28>> I don't like the junkies but I can
- 2:39:30understand the junkies
- 2:39:32>> the dealer the dealer's only
