TIME to go ALL IN on your GREATEST COMEBACK in 2027 - rebrand in 90 days — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00We have 90 days left to go all in and
- 0:02lock in. Today is the day you wake up
- 0:04and decide this life is not it and
- 0:06you're going to completely rebrand your
- 0:07life. One of the best parts about
- 0:09getting older is realizing you can
- 0:11literally just change your mind anytime.
- 0:14You can just go, "Yeah, I had enough. I
- 0:16don't want this anymore." Now we get to
- 0:18build something else. Listen, you're not
- 0:20stuck because you're lazy, but maybe
- 0:21you're stuck because every morning you
- 0:23decide to wake up and keep continuing as
- 0:25you are. So that's what you get. Until
- 0:27something changes, nothing changes.
- 0:29Almost 2 years ago I made a video on how
- 0:30to rebrand your life in 90 days. Over a
- 0:32million of you have watched it and I
- 0:34took my own advice. Now my life has
- 0:36changed so much since. You can see it in
- 0:38my face. I also gained 400 subscribers.
- 0:39I moved to a new city. I made three
- 0:41times what I used to make back then. So
- 0:42my rebrand is a success and now we're
- 0:45doing it again. My subscribers, my
- 0:46angels, may have noticed that I already
- 0:48have new branding and everything. If you
- 0:50don't know me, I have degrees in
- 0:51psychology and design. So of course I'm
- 0:53obsessed with designing lives. I'm also
- 0:55a professionally trained life coach, but
- 0:57what really started everything was I hit
- 0:58my rock bottom and that was the best
- 1:00reset button I've ever had on my life.
- 1:02The truth is I've reinvented my life
- 1:04many times and since then I went from a
- 1:06timid girl who felt like a loser
- 1:08wherever she went to someone who can
- 1:10pick anything up on a whim. I built
- 1:12confidence from nothing. I lost over 50
- 1:14lb and I had a glow up of my life. Now I
- 1:16spend my days doing what I want,
- 1:18studying, researching, and building my
- 1:20next great leap, but the old me, I
- 1:22always send her my love because I am
- 1:24nothing without her. She was the one who
- 1:25decided this wasn't it. So here's my
- 1:27promise. No matter who you are, you're
- 1:30all walking away from this video with
- 1:31something. At the very least your next
- 1:32year will be planned. So grab a
- 1:34notebook. By the end of this you will
- 1:35have a whole program outline for the
- 1:36coming year in your hands and it will
- 1:38take you less time to work on than this
- 1:39video. I made you a free PDF guide with
- 1:42a whole worksheet plus bonus exercises
- 1:44not included in this video and it's link
- 1:45in the description. So go and download
- 1:47it right now. Honestly though, no matter
- 1:49when you're seeing this, you can start
- 1:50whenever you want. The calendar doesn't
- 1:52care, but the best time to start is now
- 1:55because now is the only time you
- 1:56actually control. If you're new here,
- 1:58hi, I'm Aime. Welcome to Stoic Angels.
- 2:00We're here to build our brains, our
- 2:01beauty, and our next level. We level up
- 2:03together. If you're someone who refuses
- 2:05to live the same year twice, subscribe
- 2:07because you are one of us. Here's the
- 2:09thing about a rebrand, it's really about
- 2:11our focus. Whatever we're giving our
- 2:13attention to for the next 90 days is who
- 2:15you become. So, my mornings start with
- 2:17me protecting my focus. Before we get
- 2:19into it, I've recently been chilling
- 2:21somewhere in the Florida Keys. I almost
- 2:23want to gatekeep because it's paradise.
- 2:25But if you know, you know. And one of
- 2:26the best parts about being down there,
- 2:28besides obviously the water and the
- 2:29vibes, is that I still get access to
- 2:31Publix. So, naturally, I grab my usual
- 2:33Pub sub for the beach and restock on
- 2:35RISE while I'm there. If you don't know,
- 2:37RISE mushroom coffee just launched at
- 2:39Publix and they have three options now.
- 2:40The dark roast sticks, medium roast
- 2:42sticks, and the vanilla latte. The
- 2:44medium roast and the vanilla latte are
- 2:46my faves. Even though it's instant, it's
- 2:47like the coffee you buy at a coffee
- 2:49shop, and I think I like this better
- 2:50than what I typically make at home. But
- 2:52what makes it different than your
- 2:53regular cup of coffee is that every
- 2:55stick has their super six mushroom
- 2:57blend. That's 2,000 mg of functional
- 2:59mushrooms like lion's mane for focus,
- 3:01cordyceps for sustained energy, turkey
- 3:03tail for digestive support. So, instead
- 3:05of buying six different supplements,
- 3:06it's all in one cup. Zero sugar,
- 3:09dairy-free, gluten-free, and you can
- 3:10make it however you want. Hot, iced, or
- 3:13coconut milk, whatever fits your ritual.
- 3:15The fact that I can just grab it on my
- 3:16regular grocery run at Publix now
- 3:18instead of ordering online is a
- 3:19game-changer. The next time you're
- 3:20there, check the coffee aisle, try
- 3:22whichever blend sounds good to you, and
- 3:23let me know in the comments which one
- 3:25you went with. Now, notebooks out, we're
- 3:27working on the five Rs of a comeback.
- 3:29Number one is read the side. At the top
- 3:30of your page, write this ain't it.
- 3:32Underneath that, list three things
- 3:34you're done with. Whatever you don't
- 3:35want anymore, and be specific. Then,
- 3:37next to each one, write what you're
- 3:39deciding to do instead. Deciding takes 1
- 3:42second. It's sticking with the decision,
- 3:43though, is the part that we're going to
- 3:44work on. But if you're here, honestly,
- 3:46you're already halfway there. When I
- 3:47crawled out of my wake-up call era where
- 3:49I lost everything, I didn't wake up
- 3:51transformed the next day, but I had
- 3:53decided that was the day. And then I had
- 3:55to decide again the next day and the day
- 3:57after that. That's why it's called
- 3:58re-decide. We don't just decide once,
- 4:01but every morning we wake up and choose
- 4:03no, we're not going back before your old
- 4:06comfort seeking self stepped into the
- 4:07picture. And if part of your list is
- 4:09walking away from something you work
- 4:10really hard on like a career path, a
- 4:12plan, a dream that you told everyone
- 4:14about, hear me out. Changing direction
- 4:17doesn't mean you failed. Sometimes it
- 4:19just means you finally know yourself
- 4:20well enough to admit this is bad, so I
- 4:23want something different. This is coming
- 4:25from someone who spent four years
- 4:27studying for something that I didn't end
- 4:28up professionally getting into because
- 4:29the industry chewed me up and spit me
- 4:32out. It was just really abusive. Then I
- 4:33spent five years working on my so-called
- 4:36angle dream job, no such thing by the
- 4:37way, working in music until it turned
- 4:40into a complete nightmare and destroyed
- 4:42my passion for it. There were also
- 4:43projects that I was really excited about
- 4:45and I told everyone about it and it just
- 4:47didn't end up materializing. But the
- 4:48sunk cost fallacy is real. We have to
- 4:51remember that it's a fallacy. The paths
- 4:54that have failed us are not our paths.
- 4:56So if we keep going down that road and
- 4:58we keep forcing ourselves to then we
- 4:59will truly waste our lives. But if you
- 5:01have the courage to decide, I am so done
- 5:04with that, then there will be no moment
- 5:06in your life that will ever be wasted.
- 5:07Everything is a learning opportunity. So
- 5:09let's flip that script around and say
- 5:11no, if I decide I had enough then
- 5:13nothing goes to waste. It was all worth
- 5:15it anyway. Number two, redefine. Next
- 5:17page, write three words you want people
- 5:19to use to describe you when you're not
- 5:21there. Then under those three words,
- 5:23what you're known for, what you no
- 5:24longer want to put up with, what your
- 5:26typical day looks like. And let me be
- 5:27clear about something, when I say we're
- 5:28rebranding, I'm using it to get a point
- 5:31across. I know we're people, we're not
- 5:33products, but a product doesn't get to
- 5:34choose what it becomes, you do. Not
- 5:36everything is black and white, but you
- 5:38have the power to choose yourself and be
- 5:40whoever you want. Personal branding
- 5:42gives you something concrete and solid
- 5:44to stand on for who you want to be next.
- 5:46So that's all it is. Life is a game if
- 5:49you choose to see it that way. So,
- 5:50choose your avatar. Apple sold
- 5:52computers, then phones, then watches,
- 5:54but they're still Apple. And likewise,
- 5:55you started off as a brain cell, and now
- 5:57you're a whole person, and you're
- 5:58building a universe of you, and that's
- 6:00really exciting. Your life is a
- 6:01projection of what you believe in
- 6:02yourself. So, if there's something that
- 6:03you're criticizing about yourself, then
- 6:05finish the sentence differently. For
- 6:07example, I'm aggressively
- 6:09straightforward, but I'm easy to talk
- 6:10to. I'm shy, but I observe everything.
- 6:13So, think about your own version of what
- 6:15that looks like. The third R is reset,
- 6:16and this one might feel a little bit
- 6:18uncomfortable, but you have to stop the
- 6:19self-deprecating jokes today, especially
- 6:23if you're a woman. Every time you make
- 6:24fun of yourself for not knowing
- 6:26something, you're training everyone to
- 6:28see you as incompetent. And I'll say one
- 6:30more thing, you're training yourself,
- 6:32too. There's an actual study that found
- 6:34when men use humor at work, they were
- 6:35given higher status, but when women use
- 6:38humor, they were rated as less capable
- 6:40leaders and given lower performance
- 6:41evaluations. That study was about
- 6:43telling jokes in general, but now
- 6:45imagine the joke is about you. I hate
- 6:47that so much. I'm not telling you to
- 6:49stop being funny, but I'm telling you to
- 6:50stop making yourself the joke. I
- 6:52suffered the direct consequences of
- 6:54that, by the way. Every single thing I
- 6:56talk about is from personal experience.
- 6:58I literally lost a job being that way.
- 7:01So, replace the roast with two phrases:
- 7:03good question and I'll look into that.
- 7:06That's it. No, oh my god, I'm so stupid.
- 7:08No. Before you do or say anything, pause
- 7:11and ask, does what you're going to say
- 7:13match your future self? Then you know
- 7:15what? Reset everything else in your life
- 7:17if you have to. And if you think you
- 7:19should, you probably should. When I
- 7:20wanted to change myself, I was literally
- 7:23like, new me, new fragrances, new
- 7:25shampoo and body wash, new laundry
- 7:27detergent, because yeah, your old life
- 7:29has a scent, too. It has a smell. And if
- 7:32you change even these sensorial signals
- 7:34alone, there's less to pull you
- 7:37backward, both consciously and
- 7:39subconsciously speaking. Things like, if
- 7:41you want to wear a new outfit, wear that
- 7:42new outfit. Become even embarrassingly
- 7:45obsessed with your own life again,
- 7:47because I am and I have been since then
- 7:50and it is a constant blessing. I'm so
- 7:52sorry, baby. Some of you guys do not
- 7:54love yourselves enough. The truth is, if
- 7:56you don't care, nobody cares. You have
- 7:58to teach everyone around you how to
- 8:00respect you and how to treat you. You
- 8:03have to show them so that if they try
- 8:05anything, they are going to find out.
- 8:08You don't need to shrink yourself to
- 8:09make other people more comfortable. So,
- 8:10if you have to do that, then that's your
- 8:12sign to go to a different place. Stop
- 8:15wasting your time there, because they
- 8:17don't respect you. Number four, retreat.
- 8:20Don't announce your rebrand or tell
- 8:22anyone. Just do it. It's like a New
- 8:25Year's resolution. If you announce it on
- 8:26January 1st, everybody's just like,
- 8:28"Yeah, okay.
- 8:29We'll see about that." Nobody talks
- 8:31about this, but that's actually us
- 8:33opening ourselves up to evil eye, so to
- 8:35speak. And if you don't believe in evil
- 8:36eye, that's fair. But, it's basically
- 8:38public scrutiny. I want you guys to come
- 8:41out blazing like an action movie. Then,
- 8:44everyone else can watch you glow up and
- 8:46be shocked. In the meantime, work in
- 8:48silence. Let your results do the
- 8:50talking. Let them wonder what you're up
- 8:52to and let them talk. The only thing you
- 8:54control is how you react, what you say
- 8:57and what you do. Every ounce of energy
- 8:59that you spend explaining yourself is
- 9:02energy that you're not spending working
- 9:04on your success. And stop waiting until
- 9:05you feel like it. Your timing doesn't
- 9:08have to be perfect and it never is, but
- 9:09you do need to start. Do what you say
- 9:11you would do when you say you'd do it.
- 9:13That's how you build self-trust. And
- 9:15switch your language from I have to to I
- 9:17get to. I get to go to the gym. I get to
- 9:19work on myself. I get to live my dreams.
- 9:21Isn't that exciting? Guys, seriously,
- 9:23like I have a headache and a stomach
- 9:24ache right now and I'm still here and
- 9:26I'm so excited. I'm not using that as an
- 9:27excuse or anything. Even in that first
- 9:29rebrand video I made, a lot of people
- 9:32mentioned that I had red eyes. I looked
- 9:33like I was crying. Well, yeah, because
- 9:35there's never a perfect time, guys. And
- 9:37what I try my best to do is I always try
- 9:39to keep my word, no matter what. So, if
- 9:41there's something that you want to
- 9:42track, track this. Every night, ask
- 9:44yourself three questions. Did I learn
- 9:46something? Did I help someone? Did I
- 9:48push myself? Then, you can mark the day
- 9:50green or red depending on how it went.
- 9:52It only takes 1 minute. The rebrand is
- 9:54that grand mountain, right? And it may
- 9:56seem like we're climbing a grand
- 9:57mountain right now, but the steps are
- 9:59tiny little 1-minute entries like these,
- 10:01and tiny steps compound over time. 90
- 10:03days, you're going to be like, "Wow, I'm
- 10:05already there." Number five, return.
- 10:07This is the last one. Decide it's going
- 10:09to work before you have any proof. Say
- 10:12this with me. I'm a delusional optimist
- 10:14and I will win. This is not toxic
- 10:17positivity. Delusional optimism without
- 10:19making moves is just delusion. You need
- 10:22both. So, if you claim delusional
- 10:25then have the belief and discipline to
- 10:27prove yourself right. Confidence is like
- 10:29the most underrated skill there is on
- 10:32the planet. And like all skills, you can
- 10:34build it from zero. I think I was in the
- 10:36negatives when I started, honestly. But,
- 10:38the more you trust yourself, the faster
- 10:40you act, the more opportunities you get.
- 10:42And if you trust yourself, people also
- 10:44trust you more. And it's free to build
- 10:47confidence. You're going to have to
- 10:49climb the cringe mountain, babes. You
- 10:51got to do something insane to get insane
- 10:54results. And if you slip at some point,
- 10:56let's say you have a red day, maybe even
- 10:58a red week, that's not the end of your
- 10:59rebrand. Self-reinvention is a skill,
- 11:03and some chapters require a whole new
- 11:05version of you to be able to do what it
- 11:07takes. You may have to reinvent yourself
- 11:10over and over again, like I did. And
- 11:12listen, people love to be like, "May,
- 11:14wait till you're old and nobody cares
- 11:16about your glow up." Listen, I have no
- 11:18prime. I will keep evolving until I die,
- 11:21and then my soul will transcend into the
- 11:22clouds, and from there I will keep
- 11:24evolving. So, please take your life so
- 11:27seriously that people will start to
- 11:28wonder what the hell happened to you.
- 11:29Like, this came out of nowhere. Where
- 11:31did you get this audacity from? So, 90
- 11:33days, decide for yourself, retreat, work
- 11:36in silence, and then return and become
- 11:38completely unrecognizable. Comment your
- 11:40three words below. I'm going to read
- 11:42them, and in 90 days, come back to this
- 11:44exact video and tell me if you are
- 11:46successful or not. And if you haven't
- 11:48grabbed the free guide yet, it's in the
- 11:49description. It has all the pages that
- 11:51we talked about, plus the bonus
- 11:53exercises. And I have to tell you, the
- 11:55newest thing that I cannot stop thinking
- 11:56about. My life is consumed by it. It's
- 11:59my personal development membership,
- 12:00Stoic Angels, and I'm launching it in a
- 12:02matter of weeks. This is completely
- 12:04separate from YouTube and Patreon
- 12:06memberships, and it's launching so soon.
- 12:08Honestly, I'm nervous. I've been
- 12:10building the infrastructure behind this
- 12:11membership for almost a year now. I've
- 12:13been working on it for that long. But
- 12:14the method itself, I have been
- 12:16practicing it in my own life for years.
- 12:18It's literally what got me here today.
- 12:20And the reason why I share it now is
- 12:22because it's almost done. We're
- 12:24launching with over 150 pieces of
- 12:26content, so the value that my members
- 12:28are getting is insane. There are lessons
- 12:31in there that I want to teach that
- 12:32deserve more depth, more contacts, and
- 12:34more room to practice than YouTube
- 12:36allows, because I don't always want to
- 12:37be appeasing the algorithm gods. But
- 12:39basically, we're doing what we did
- 12:41today, but this video is only a small,
- 12:43tiny fraction of what we are about to do
- 12:45in this membership. You can watch a
- 12:47video and feel good about yourself, but
- 12:48in the membership, we're doing the
- 12:49practice. Research-informed lessons in
- 12:51psychology and neuroscience, nervous
- 12:53system tools and support, somatic
- 12:55practices, guided meditations, and
- 12:57subliminals, and practical glow-up
- 12:58techniques. There are practices in there
- 13:00that we can all do together daily to
- 13:02become a new dream version of you, and
- 13:04we can reinforce that every day. I
- 13:06sleep, breathe, and eat this platform
- 13:0824/7. I am so excited I literally have
- 13:11to use my own meditations and
- 13:12subliminals to fall asleep. It's not
- 13:14even here yet at the time that I'm
- 13:16filming this, and it already feels like
- 13:17a huge win. If you peek at my natal
- 13:19chart, you're going to be like, "Yep,
- 13:20this is exactly what she's built to do."
- 13:22I found my calling. Helping support you
- 13:24is my North Star, and I'm already
- 13:25rewarded by seeing it come to life. This
- 13:28is going to be a space for you to
- 13:29understand your patterns, practice new
- 13:31responses, and become someone you can
- 13:33trust. If you're ready to make space for
- 13:35the person you want to become, join my
- 13:36waitlist at mayuko.eo.page.
- 13:39It's linked below as well. If you sign
- 13:41up for that, you're going to be the
- 13:41first person to know when it launches.
- 13:44But, if you're at rock bottom right now,
- 13:46trust me, I've been there. I promise
- 13:48you, you can turn it into your greatest
- 13:49opportunity. This is your great comeback
- 13:51moment. So, get ready, okay? Don't be
- 13:53afraid to go all in. But, also let me
- 13:55know how it goes. I love you, angels,
- 13:57and I will see you in the next video.
