  1. 0:01hello again and welcome
  2. 0:05I'm back again to go over with you yet
  3. 0:08another technique taught by Jose Silva
  4. 0:10this is the three fingers technique
  5. 0:14this technique is specifically a memory
  6. 0:17recall technique
  7. 0:19or to put it another way it is a
  8. 0:22technique that is a trigger mechanism
  9. 0:24that reminds you of something you have
  10. 0:26programmed before
  11. 0:27[Music]
  12. 0:29as The Story Goes when Jose Silva was
  13. 0:31first starting to understand the power
  14. 0:33of alpha brain waves he wanted a
  15. 0:35mechanism that would help instantly
  16. 0:37induce a level of Mind where recall of
  17. 0:40information would be easier
  18. 0:44he initially tested out the three
  19. 0:46fingers technique when working with his
  20. 0:48children and got amazing results
  21. 0:52he found that by simply using this
  22. 0:54technique his children immediately
  23. 0:56perform better on their exams
  24. 1:01before we jump into the specific steps
  25. 1:03involved with this technique I want to
  26. 1:05mention that this technique wasn't
  27. 1:07specifically covered in the mind Valley
  28. 1:09Silva ultramine course
  29. 1:13it was mentioned briefly but wasn't
  30. 1:15covered in much detail but it was
  31. 1:18covered in the silpa mind control method
  32. 1:20book
  33. 1:23been playing around and testing this
  34. 1:25technique myself and have found it to be
  35. 1:27a good one to have in your tool belt
  36. 1:31it was noted in the book that this
  37. 1:33technique like all of them improves
  38. 1:36ineffectiveness the more you use it
  39. 1:40as I mentioned previously this technique
  40. 1:43works as a trigger mechanism for memory
  41. 1:45recall by quickly activating the alpha
  42. 1:48brainwave state
  43. 1:51so here's what you do to make this
  44. 1:53triggering mechanism yours keep in mind
  45. 1:55that this will require a few meditation
  46. 1:57sessions to fully internalize the
  47. 2:00procedure
  48. 2:02step one go to your level using the
  49. 2:05three two one method as was covered in
  50. 2:08the alpha centering technique video
  51. 2:12by the way quick note here I created a
  52. 2:14Silva techniques cheat sheet which
  53. 2:16covers all the techniques we've covered
  54. 2:18so far in a quick and easy PDF so feel
  55. 2:21free to grab that the link will be in
  56. 2:23the description and pin comment
  57. 2:25step two bring together the tips of the
  58. 2:28thumb and the index and middle fingers
  59. 2:30on either hand
  60. 2:33don't keep the fingers pushed tightly
  61. 2:35together but rather use more of a
  62. 2:37circular curved shape as shown here
  63. 2:42step three while you are doing this say
  64. 2:44to yourself either silently or aloud the
  65. 2:47following whenever I join my fingers
  66. 2:50together like this I will instantly
  67. 2:52Reach This level of mind and I will
  68. 2:54remember everything I need
  69. 2:58step four do this every day for about a
  70. 3:00week using the same process and the same
  71. 3:03words
  72. 3:05as you practice this you will soon find
  73. 3:07an association with putting the three
  74. 3:09fingers together like this and reaching
  75. 3:11an effective meditation level
  76. 3:15this will cause your mind to adjust to a
  77. 3:17deeper level of awareness and stronger
  78. 3:20programming of information which will
  79. 3:22result in easier recall of information
  80. 3:26so after practicing this if you find
  81. 3:28yourself in a situation where you just
  82. 3:31can't remember something realize that
  83. 3:33you now have a way of triggering recall
  84. 3:37I can say from my personal experience
  85. 3:39with the technique that it is definitely
  86. 3:41worth a try I've been practicing it and
  87. 3:44I'm finding that it is definitely
  88. 3:45helping me with memory recall when I put
  89. 3:48my intent on using it
  90. 3:50Jose Silva gives some other examples in
  91. 3:53the book of how this was used
  92. 3:54effectively
  93. 3:55he gives an example of a teacher using
  94. 3:58it with the kids in her class and how
  95. 4:00she found great results specifically
  96. 4:02with her students spelling test scores
  97. 4:04and how the students learn
  98. 4:06multiplication tables much faster than
  99. 4:09average
  100. 4:11another example he gives is of a taxi
  101. 4:13cab driver who would use the technique
  102. 4:16to remember how to get to the various
  103. 4:18areas his passengers wanted to go even
  104. 4:20if he hadn't been there in some time he
  105. 4:23found that with his three fingers
  106. 4:24together he relives the last time he
  107. 4:27drove there and is able to remember the
  108. 4:29route
  109. 4:31I read about another study conducted at
  110. 4:34Appalachian State University where 15
  111. 4:36students were given a 15-minute lecture
  112. 4:39on this technique before their final
  113. 4:41exams
  114. 4:43the results were nearly 87 percent of
  115. 4:47those students felt less anxiety before
  116. 4:49the exam and they felt more confident
  117. 4:52before the exam itself
  118. 4:55so try this out and think about all the
  119. 4:58ways that you can use it here are some
  120. 5:00more examples
  121. 5:02while you are learning something new
  122. 5:05when you want to recall something you
  123. 5:07can't remember
  124. 5:08when you're a significant other or boss
  125. 5:11is telling you something important that
  126. 5:13you don't want to forget
  127. 5:15while you were taking a test
  128. 5:17I've been using it to have the right
  129. 5:19thing to say when I'm communicating with
  130. 5:21someone and it seems to be working great
  131. 5:23feel free to add some of your own
  132. 5:25examples in the comments
  133. 5:28I'm definitely going to continue
  134. 5:30practicing this technique for myself I
  135. 5:33hope you try it and find as much value
  136. 5:34in this technique as I have
  137. 5:38as I mentioned previously I thought it'd
  138. 5:40be helpful for you all to have all the
  139. 5:42silver related info we've covered in
  140. 5:44these videos put into a cheat sheet so
  141. 5:47I've created a PDF
  142. 5:49feel free to grab it the link for the
  143. 5:52PDF will be in the description and the
  144. 5:54pinned comment but before you do that
  145. 5:56please give a like comment and subscribe
  146. 5:58if you haven't already and thank you
