This Trading Strategy Changed My Life — Transcript

1. 0:00My trading strategy is super boring, but
2. 0:01it's literally the only thing that I've
3. 0:02found to work over 12 years of trading
4. 0:04and has got me funded multiple times.
5. 0:06So, here it is in a few easy steps. Step
6. 0:08number one is to go onto a higher time
7. 0:09frame like the 1 hour or 4 hour chart
8. 0:11and just look if we are in a general
9. 0:13uptrend or general downtrend. In this
10. 0:15case, we are in a general uptrend,
11. 0:16right? So, we should be only looking for
12. 0:18longs. Then, what we want to do is jump
13. 0:19down to the smaller time frames like the
14. 0:211 to 5 minute time frame. And now, we're
15. 0:23looking for what I call order zones.
16. 0:25Basically, where are the most amount of
17. 0:26buy orders sitting? The two concepts
18. 0:28that help you with this are going to be
19. 0:29liquidity sweeps and supply and demand
20. 0:31zones. So, what I do is I look for the
21. 0:33strongest areas of liquidity. In this
22. 0:35case, it's going to be this low right
23. 0:36over here. And then I'm going to look
24. 0:38for a demand zone. You can see right
25. 0:40over here. Why? Because it was the point
26. 0:42of consolidation before we saw that
27. 0:44massive move higher. Now, we wait for
28. 0:46some sort of confirmation that this zone
29. 0:47is going to hold. Usually, I like to go
30. 0:48down into a one minute time frame. And
31. 0:50you can see on the 1 minute time frame,
32. 0:52we get this nice strong candle here.
33. 0:53Could you enter at the close of this
34. 0:55candle? Yes. But usually I like to enter
35. 0:56in the zone just to keep my
36. 0:58risk-to-reward good. But for this
37. 0:59example, let's just say we enter on the
38. 1:01close of this one minute candle and put
39. 1:03our stop loss at the low. The final step
40. 1:05is to target the next obvious level of
41. 1:07liquidity. So in this case, it's going
42. 1:08to be these highs right up here. And
43. 1:10let's see how it plays out. Also, this
