- 0:03Hi there, my name is Ronnie and today
- 0:05we're having a tough session with clear
- 0:07entries. Do you want to learn how to
- 0:09spot reversal points even before the
- 0:12price actually turns around? In this
- 0:14video, I'm going to show you how the
- 0:15combination of Ballinger bands and
- 0:17stochastic oscillator works. Two
- 0:19reliable tools to help you to catch
- 0:22overbought and oversold conditions
- 0:24literally a few seconds before the
- 0:25reversal. We'll open four trades on a
- 0:28real balance and you'll see how signals
- 0:30are confirmed, how to choose the best
- 0:32entry points [music] and most
- 0:34importantly how not to fall into the
- 0:36impulse trap. I do recommend you still
- 0:38till the end because this material will
- 0:41really change the way you look at the
- 0:43chart. And if you like when everything
- 0:44is laid out step by step, that's exactly
- 0:47what I do in my Telegram [music]
- 0:48channel. Every day I break down
- 0:50situations on the chart, explain why the
- 0:53entry is here and where the stop is. And
- 0:56finally, how to act if momentum changed.
- 0:58This is the live market and you do need
- 1:01to know how to understand it. The link
- 1:02is in the video description. Message me
- 1:04right away so I can add you to the
- 1:06group. So yes, I'll start with the
- 1:08platform setup [music] now. And I do
- 1:10recommend you do not skip this step.
- 1:12Chart type candlestick time frame uh 1
- 1:15minute indicators Ballinger bands and
- 1:17stochastic together. They give reliable
- 1:19entry signals. Now let's set a Ballinger
- 1:22period 10 deviation uh two. The higher
- 1:25the deviation, the wider the channels.
- 1:27For style, I'll set these colors.
- 1:30They're more comfortable to me when
- 1:32trading uh easier to see the borders. So
- 1:36now I'll set up stochastic. Look, here
- 1:38are the settings. They help detect
- 1:40overbought or oversold [music] uh with
- 1:43smoother noise filtering. For a style,
- 1:45I'll also set it to what's comfortable
- 1:47for me like this. Ballinger bands show
- 1:50the boundaries of price fluctuations.
- 1:53Stoastic oscillator shows whether the
- 1:55market has reached an extreme. All
- 1:57right, so now let's go to practice. I'm
- 1:59ready to enter a trade now. I'm
- 2:01predicting the market will go down. So
- 2:03I'm opening a put trade $2,000. Uh trade
- 2:06time 3 minutes. The price broke above
- 2:08the upper Ballinger band. This is a sign
- 2:11of overbought conditions. The market is
- 2:14overheated. A downward correction is
- 2:16likely. That's a sell signal. The
- 2:19stochastic line is in the overbought
- 2:20zone and is starting to slow down and
- 2:23turn downward. The market is overbought.
- 2:26Stoastic is giving a clear reversal
- 2:28signal down confirmation for a put.
- 2:31Looking at the candles, buyer momentum
- 2:33is weakening and the market is preparing
- 2:35for a correction. And my trade closes uh
- 2:38$3,840.
- 2:41Excellent. Never rush into a trade if
- 2:43you don't have clear confirmation. Wait
- 2:46for the combination indicator signal
- 2:48plus candle confirmation only then enter
- 2:51a trade. So how do you like this combo
- 2:53of indicators? Share in the comments.
- 2:56Now I'm continuing. Uh you know I see a
- 2:58really good entry point. Let's go. I'll
- 3:01enter a call trade $2,000. The price
- 3:04broke below the lower Ballinger band.
- 3:06That's a strong oversold signal. Uh the
- 3:08market is overheated. A correction or
- 3:10reversal upward is possible. The
- 3:13stochastic line is in the oversold zone
- 3:15below 20 and has already crossed upward
- 3:18out of the zone. Uh that's a classic
- 3:21bullish reversal signal. The first green
- 3:23candle at the reversal. A good moment to
- 3:26enter for an upward correction. The
- 3:28market bounces off the low. Uh the first
- 3:30buying momentum appears. I saw all the
- 3:33signals confirming my [music]
- 3:35expectations.
- 3:36So my trade closes and we got another
- 3:39$3,840.
- 3:41Just excellent. Look, if you actually
- 3:43want to understand the market, [music]
- 3:45not just copy someone's signals, you
- 3:48need to join me in Telegram. There I
- 3:50show not only the profitable entries,
- 3:52but also the doubtful ones. I explain
- 3:55why I don't enter, where I wait for
- 3:58confirmation, and where I act on
- 4:00momentum. You know, it's real trader
- 4:02mindset training. The link is in the
- 4:04description. Join in and uh get
- 4:06involved. All right, I'm ready to
- 4:08continue. I already see a great entry
- 4:10option. Uh, and right now I'll open a
- 4:13call trade for $2,000. The stoastic line
- 4:16is in the oversold zone below 20. The
- 4:19line started to rise upward and uh
- 4:22exited [music] the oversold zone. I
- 4:24consider that a buy signal. The price
- 4:26broke below the lower Ballinger band and
- 4:29returns inside. That's a classic
- 4:32oversold signal. The market is
- 4:33overheated downward. It's logical to
- 4:35expect upward [music]
- 4:37movement. Looking at the candles, a
- 4:39bounce from the low has started a strong
- 4:42signal from the level. And here is a
- 4:44tip. Do not enter a trade immediately at
- 4:46the first signal. Confirm your entry by
- 4:49at least two factors. Uh indicator plus
- 4:52candle [music] pattern. So my trade
- 4:54closes and $3,840
- 4:57just perfect once more. I'll take one
- 5:00more trade. Now my forecast is downward.
- 5:02So I'm placing put to $1,000. Uh the
- 5:06stochastic line is in the overbought
- 5:08zone above 80. It's starting to slope
- 5:11downward. [music]
- 5:11The market is overheated. Downward
- 5:13pressure is increasing. The price went
- 5:15above the upper Ballinger band. That's a
- 5:18sign of overbought. [music] After then
- 5:20the price started to fall. The candle
- 5:21returned inside the bands. Uh that's a
- 5:25signal of a downward pullback. After
- 5:27overbought conditions, the candles show
- 5:29a reversal impulse from the upper
- 5:31boundary. A very good example when the
- 5:33market is overheated and a pullback down
- 5:36happens. So, I'm waiting for the trade
- 5:38to close and I got another $3,840.
- 5:43Yesterday, my balance has grown solidly.
- 5:46Uh, and I recommend you re-watch this
- 5:47video and write down my moves because
- 5:50you will sure need them. So, what a
- 5:52great trading session it was. Today, I
- 5:54showed how Ballinger bands and
- 5:56stochastic give clear signals if you
- 5:58read them correctly. You saw how to
- 6:01trade systematically [music] without
- 6:02guessing. And finally, my advice, do not
- 6:05confuse overbought with reversal. If the
- 6:08market is overheated, that's not yet a
- 6:10reason to enter. Wait for confirmation
- 6:12from candles, [music] from momentum, and
- 6:15finally from stochastic behavior. This
- 6:17will save you from rash decisions and
- 6:20improve consistency. [music]
- 6:21I hope this was helpful, and if so, that
- 6:23would be really nice if you can give a
- 6:25like to this video and subscribe to this
- 6:27channel. I hope [snorts] to see you in
- 6:29the next videos and happy trading.
