- 0:00People would walk through deliverance. 6
- 0:02months later, I see them right back. The
- 0:03spiritual bondage has been removed, but
- 0:06you never close the door to what put
- 0:07them in bondage in the first place.
- 0:08>> Let's go.
- 0:09>> We remove the bondage, but we never
- 0:11address the counterfeit intimacy. When
- 0:12you don't turn to God to fill that
- 0:13wound, your soul starts searching for
- 0:15where can I get it from.
- 0:16>> The hungrier you are,
- 0:18>> the less discriminating you are about
- 0:20what you eat. Why is this happening?
- 0:22When you have misdiagnosed roots, you
- 0:24never know what to do with the fruit.
- 0:25So, fruit is actually [music] the
- 0:27byproduct of partnership.
- 0:30Meaning if I see a baby bump on a woman
- 0:34and [music] I see the woman with a man
- 0:36sitting in the living room, I don't got
- 0:38to really ask much questions. I can tell
- 0:41that there was partnership that happened
- 0:43between her and somebody else.
- 0:45>> Where there's partnership [music] with
- 0:46flesh,
- 0:47>> uhoh,
- 0:47>> with wounds, with demonic influence,
- 0:50you're going to see a different type of
- 0:51fruit. We we call that strange fruit. I
- 0:54don't have to try to produce peace. It
- 0:56comes as a [music] byproduct of my
- 0:58relationship with the prince of peace.
- 1:00We in the kingdom are so used to people
- 1:02manufacturing fruit. We can't even tell
- 1:04what is organic fruit now and what is
- 1:07actually manufactured. You will know
- 1:09them by their fruit. Jesus wasn't giving
- 1:12us a tool to identify false prophets. He
- 1:14was given us a universal spiritual law.
- 1:16The fruit that I see emanating from your
- 1:19life. Thank you, Lord. and you're not
- 1:21producing [music] the type of fruit that
- 1:23resonates with the kingdom, then you're
- 1:25in trouble of being casted into the
- 1:26[music] fire. Anxiety is a fruit.
- 1:28Chronic lust is a fruit. Bitterness is a
- 1:30fruit. Perfectionism is a fruit. You
- 1:32cannot cast out a fruit. You must break
- 1:34the agreement that produced [music] it.
- 1:36Okay? The FDA of heaven, the Food Drug
- 1:38Administration, right? The Faith
- 1:40Distinction Agency of Heaven, looking at
- 1:42your fruit and saying, "This fruit came
- 1:43from faith." You can have 20 years of
- 1:45ministry and two of them count. I'mma
- 1:47either rebuke, I'mma either cast him
- 1:49out. Never in my life will I say, "How
- 1:52did they get here?" Now we're over here
- 1:53trying to diagnose someone who has a
- 1:56spirit of Jezebel.
- 1:57>> Him or her have actually been seduced by
- 1:59the spirit of Jezebel.
- 2:01What was going on in your soul that even
- 2:03made Jezebel appealing [music] to you?
- 2:05You should cast out Jezebel. But then
- 2:06what do you do with the soul that had a
- 2:09vacuum
- 2:10because they had a need? Avoid that one
- 2:12filler. They didn't know how to fill it.
- 2:14H. And sometimes it's even unkind to
- 2:16walk someone through deliverance if
- 2:17[music] you don't have a plan of how to
- 2:18help them disciple their soul
- 2:20afterwards. Okay, say it a little
- 2:22louder. You're setting them up for seven
- 2:25times worse than they just let. He
- 2:27called Lazarus from the dead, called him
- 2:29out of the grave, and Lazarus came forth
- 2:30and but then he assigned Lazarus to the
- 2:33individuals around him to loose him from
- 2:36the bandages. We have assumed the spirit
- 2:39of Cain. When we walk around and claim
- 2:42that we are not our brother's keeper, I
- 2:44only know how to engage with flesh and
- 2:46blood. And then I forfeit my
- 2:48responsibility to loose you from what
- 2:51the Lord assigned me to loose you from.
- 2:55>> And the Lord reveals [music] himself to
- 2:58me.
- 2:58>> This is not a podcast. This is a
- 3:00deliverance ministry. God is going to
- 3:01deliver just as many, if [music] not
- 3:02more here than he does inside of church
- 3:04buildings.
- 3:05>> And you got to keep giving yourself over
- 3:07to it. It's [music] proving it to you
- 3:09over and over. and the weightiness of
- 3:10your anointing, the Lord says thousands
- 3:12will be delivered.
- 3:13>> It's an honor for me once again to have
- 3:16my brother back in the room. This is a
- 3:18man that we we met just like
- 3:22half-hazardly or so someone would say,
- 3:25God has strategically placed you in my
- 3:26life to be an anchor, to be a pillar.
- 3:29You're part of my personal intercessory
- 3:31team. Um someone who can speak life into
- 3:34me, to encourage me, to drop revelations
- 3:36onto me like you always do. And I just
- 3:38want to say thank you for being in my
- 3:40life. But also,
- 3:42man of God, you'll be teaching that
- 3:44word, man. I said, I've got to have you
- 3:47back to share something that you shared
- 3:49with our community. Um, we could talk a
- 3:52little bit about that when this is over.
- 3:54And I'm just like, we got to have you
- 3:55back. Just to just share that because it
- 3:57changed my life. And so, once again, I
- 3:59want to introduce to some and
- 4:01reintroduce to many others Dr.
- 4:04[laughter]
- 4:06Robert Hallwell. Man, thank you so much
- 4:08for being with me, bro.
- 4:09>> Hey, man. It's a It's a pleasure to be
- 4:10here again,
- 4:11>> man. I said doctor cuz the way you
- 4:12dress, man, you look like
- 4:14>> I'll take it. [laughter]
- 4:16>> All right, man. So, I'm not even going
- 4:18to waste any time. If you guys don't
- 4:19know his testimony, please. I'm going to
- 4:21put the link in the description so you
- 4:23guys can see this man has come out of
- 4:25darkness.
- 4:26>> Amen.
- 4:27>> I mean, he was bound. There was no He
- 4:30was not turning turning away from it. He
- 4:32even wrote a book um that God gave him
- 4:35to deal with the principalities as it
- 4:37relates to the Greek organizations and
- 4:40things of that sort. If you've never
- 4:41watched that episode, trust me, it's a
- 4:44mustwatch because he didn't just stop
- 4:46there. He started to talk about soul
- 4:47wounds. And I hope he gets into it a
- 4:50little bit today. Um today, I'm just
- 4:51going to release you how the Lord uh put
- 4:54it on your heart. He's talking about
- 4:57fruit and how you can trace the essence
- 5:01of a fruit back to its root. He's going
- 5:03to describe kingdom fruit, but then also
- 5:05the other side of what fruit looks like.
- 5:07And so, I'm just going to release you,
- 5:09man. Let the Lord have his way in you,
- 5:11bro.
- 5:11>> Man, man, thank you so much. Uh it's
- 5:13it's it's been such an amazing journey.
- 5:15I mean, I think uh even since my last
- 5:18time here on the podcast and what God
- 5:20has allowed to happen and all the
- 5:22testimonies that have came from just
- 5:24that podcast and I'm just blessed uh to
- 5:27be able to share and for God to be able
- 5:29to use me in the way that he's he's been
- 5:31using me. Uh one of the things it's it's
- 5:33always interesting when you kind of know
- 5:35yourself, right? and and and you know
- 5:37the things that you want to fix, you
- 5:39know, the things that you want, you
- 5:40know, you're still kind of laying before
- 5:42the Lord. And then for God to be able to
- 5:44speak through you, you know, I I I'm I'm
- 5:47like I'm just robbed. You see what I'm
- 5:49saying? And so, but then to see what
- 5:50what God is able to do through me and
- 5:53through soul disciplehip. Um, we have a
- 5:55community that's about about a thousand
- 5:56people now um that's walking through
- 5:58soul wounds, getting healed from soul
- 6:01voids um and able to actually get their
- 6:03soul restored so that they can as Psalms
- 6:0523 through through 5 uh 1-5 says like
- 6:08you know he he restores my soul then he
- 6:10leads me in the path of righteousness
- 6:11good for his name's sake and seeing so
- 6:14many people get their soul restored.
- 6:15It's definitely been a blessing. How do
- 6:17you how do you get a part of that
- 6:19community? You could just
- 6:20>> uh sure. Um so we're actually launching
- 6:22uh sould discipleship.org
- 6:25where you can actually register to
- 6:26become part of the community. Um and as
- 6:28as a little bit of what I will speak
- 6:30about today um to do the fruit
- 6:32assessment, right? Um, and so one of the
- 6:35things that I realized as I was helping
- 6:36walk people through deliverance, not
- 6:38only just through deliverance, but one
- 6:39of the things that I was seeing, and I I
- 6:41think I mentioned last time is that
- 6:43people would walk through deliverance
- 6:45and then 6 months later, I'd see them
- 6:47right again. I'd see them right back.
- 6:49And I started praying. I was like,
- 6:50"Okay, God, h how do how do we have the
- 6:52fruit remain?" Right? We like, you know,
- 6:54I got tired of seeing people to get
- 6:56their full deliverance but not be able
- 6:58to maintain their deliverance. Come on.
- 7:00>> And and I said, "Okay, something else is
- 7:02happening." right? When you could walk
- 7:04out free but then not have the tools,
- 7:06not be equipped to to maintain the
- 7:09deliverance that you received. And so
- 7:10then God started speaking to me. He
- 7:12said, "It's soul disciplehip, right? The
- 7:15spiritual bondage has been removed,
- 7:16right? The stronghold has been removed,
- 7:18but you never close the door to what put
- 7:20them in bondage in the first place."
- 7:21>> Let's go. Let's talk.
- 7:23>> Um and so, and so soul disciplehip, God
- 7:25started saying me that a lot of these
- 7:27people have soul voids. They have soul
- 7:28wounds, right? Their soul was thirsting
- 7:30for something just like the woman at the
- 7:31well who was thirsting for things that
- 7:33couldn't satisfy. Yes. Right. Her thirst
- 7:35and and her inability to find the true
- 7:38water, the living water that can fill
- 7:40her thirst. So she's she started looking
- 7:41for counterfeit intimacy.
- 7:43>> Right. And it was through the
- 7:44counterfeit intimacy that she was
- 7:46reaching for through the sin that
- 7:48actually created the bondage. And so
- 7:50many times through deliverance, we heal.
- 7:52We we remove the bondage, but we never
- 7:54address the counterfeit intimacy. We
- 7:56never address the voids that she was
- 7:58that she was that she had in her life.
- 7:59We never say, "Hey, there was actually a
- 8:01legitimate need here." Come on. Right?
- 8:03There was a need that she didn't know
- 8:04how to get filled, right? She didn't
- 8:06know how to get filled. And so, because
- 8:07there was a need, she had a void. And a
- 8:10void is always going to is always going
- 8:11to be a vacuum for to be filled, right?
- 8:13It's it's a a void is a vacuum of the
- 8:15soul. Right.
- 8:16>> So, explain that part right there. Right
- 8:18there.
- 8:19>> Okay. So, so let's say for example, and
- 8:21I'll give you an example. Say if you
- 8:23grew up without a father.
- 8:24>> Yes.
- 8:24>> Right. And so the love and the
- 8:26affirmation that you normally get and
- 8:28the identity that a father speaks into
- 8:30you, right, that comes from from the
- 8:33authority that God gives a father to
- 8:35speak into the child. Yes, sir.
- 8:37>> Right. And so when there's an absence of
- 8:38that, right, the soul is still longing
- 8:40for that. The soul is long to say,
- 8:42"Wait, where's that affirmation that I
- 8:44didn't get? Where's that where's that
- 8:45that that that author, that identity?"
- 8:48And so your soul starts looking, right?
- 8:50And when there's no when and we call
- 8:52that a wound, right? There's a soul
- 8:53wound and there's a soul void. Okay, a
- 8:56soul void is when there's something that
- 8:57you didn't get that you should have had.
- 8:59Okay, a soul wound when is when there's
- 9:01an injury. Okay, so just to make that
- 9:03distinction. So let's start with soul
- 9:05voids. Okay, so a soul void is when your
- 9:08father was should have been there. He
- 9:09should have spoke into you, but he
- 9:10didn't. Right? So now your soul is
- 9:12looking for that place to be filled.
- 9:14>> When when there's not when when you
- 9:16don't turn to the Lord, when you don't
- 9:18turn to God to fill that wound, your
- 9:20soul starts searching for where can I
- 9:21get it from? where can I get it from?
- 9:23And you will fill it with anything.
- 9:25That's why some people fill it with
- 9:27Greek life, right? They're looking for
- 9:29identity. This will give me identity.
- 9:31This will give me the affirmation,
- 9:32right? That was my story, right? I so
- 9:35desperately wanted brotherhood. I so
- 9:36desperately wanted, you know, to to
- 9:38figure out I feel like I I was looking
- 9:39for how to how to be successful, but I
- 9:41didn't know how to get there.
- 9:42>> Oh my goodness.
- 9:42>> And then something came along and said,
- 9:44"You know what? I'll help you do that.
- 9:46I'll help you be successful. I'll help
- 9:48you get identity. Look at MLK. You want
- 9:50to be great like MLK. He was great. Come
- 9:52join us. Right. And the soul voice was
- 9:55speaking so loudly that it grabbed onto
- 9:57it.
- 9:57>> So you said something came along and you
- 10:00reached out for it. It reminds me I
- 10:02don't want to interrupt you, but it
- 10:03reminds me of hunger. Like
- 10:05>> the hungrier you are,
- 10:07>> the less discriminating you are about
- 10:09what you eat.
- 10:10>> Exactly.
- 10:10>> And so I done found myself in a line at
- 10:13a particular place that I swore I would
- 10:15never go. Yeah.
- 10:16>> At the fast food line at this place. I
- 10:18called my wife and she said, "Where you
- 10:19at?" I'm like, I'm at what's the name?
- 10:21You know what she said? You must be
- 10:23really hungry.
- 10:24>> Exactly.
- 10:25>> And so that soul wound, the deeper it
- 10:28is, the greater it is, the less
- 10:30discriminating you are about what you
- 10:32fill it with. But go ahead, man.
- 10:33>> No. Ex. Exact. Exactly. And so, um, and
- 10:35so I started just like praying about it
- 10:37like, okay, God, how do we fill it? And
- 10:38so that's when he started giving me like
- 10:40this this this almost formula, right?
- 10:43And it's it's using biblical scripture
- 10:45to to have people to assess, okay,
- 10:48what's going on in your life? Right?
- 10:50What fruit are you seeing in your life?
- 10:52Right? And and for me, I for so long I
- 10:55there was fruit that was being developed
- 10:57in my life, but I I and I would see the
- 11:00the the result of it, but I never was
- 11:03able to trace it back, right? So like
- 11:05why is this happening? Right? Uh I I
- 11:08there's a there's a scripture that that
- 11:10David says uh uh why am I like this,
- 11:13>> right? Like why why am I like this? And
- 11:15so many times we see the behaviors that
- 11:17are being produced in people, but we
- 11:19never stop to say, "Okay, we see the
- 11:20fruit that's happening, right? But but
- 11:23what is actually the root of where it's
- 11:24coming from?"
- 11:25>> My goodness.
- 11:25>> Right. And and so many times we
- 11:26misdiagnosed roots, right? When you when
- 11:29you have misdiagnosed roots, you never
- 11:31know what to do with the fruit.
- 11:33>> Wait, explain, man. That's why I be
- 11:36like, "Slow down. What does that mean?"
- 11:38>> Right. Right.
- 11:39>> So So let's get to it. All right. Let's
- 11:41we going to start from the beginning.
- 11:43Okay. Um because most believers, right,
- 11:45they they will define themselves by the
- 11:48fruit, okay? By the fruit that they see
- 11:50in their lives, right? Um behaviors,
- 11:52habits, um reactions, emotions, right?
- 11:54But they they really ever slow down to
- 11:56say, "Okay, what where what is the what
- 11:59spirit is this fruit coming from?" Okay?
- 12:02Um if you look at John uh John 15,
- 12:04right? Scripture never cause us to
- 12:06actually produce fruit. Okay? Scriptures
- 12:09never tells us to produce fruit that we
- 12:11should be producing fruit. All right.
- 12:14John 15:4 and5 it says abide in me and I
- 12:18will abide in you and you will bear much
- 12:21fruit. Okay. So fruit is actually the
- 12:24byproduct of partnership.
- 12:28Okay?
- 12:30Right? Fruit is not an achievement.
- 12:32Okay? It is the byproduct of
- 12:34partnership. Okay? where there's
- 12:37consistent partnership with the Holy
- 12:38Spirit, you'll see Galatians, right?
- 12:41Five, right? It becomes your natural
- 12:43overflow. You naturally will have joy.
- 12:45You naturally will have peace. You
- 12:47naturally will have love. It comes as a
- 12:50byproduct of the partnership. Do y'all
- 12:53hear what this man just said? He said,
- 12:56"Fruit is a byproduct of partnership."
- 13:00Meaning if I see a baby bump on a woman
- 13:05and I see the woman with a man sitting
- 13:08in the living room, I don't got to
- 13:09really ask much questions. I don't have
- 13:11to diagnose. I can tell that there was
- 13:14partnership that happened between her
- 13:16and somebody else. And this is the
- 13:19result of the partnership.
- 13:20>> Exactly. Exactly. Right. But where
- 13:23there's partnership with flesh uh
- 13:25>> oh
- 13:25>> with wounds with demonic influence
- 13:28you're going to see a different type of
- 13:30fruit be produced.
- 13:32>> Oh man. A different kind. We call that
- 13:34strange fruit. Okay. You start seeing
- 13:37strange fruit. And the reality is that
- 13:39we start seeing strange fruit all around
- 13:41the kingdom and we mislabel it, right?
- 13:44Without without really understanding.
- 13:46Wait, it's you're not just super angry.
- 13:49You're not just super stressed. You're
- 13:51not just filled with anxiety. No, no,
- 13:52there's a root to that thing, right?
- 13:54There's a partnership that you haven't
- 13:56identified. Okay? And and when you start
- 13:59identifying that every fruit that you
- 14:01see, right, there there's not going to
- 14:02be any fruit that you see in this
- 14:04natural world that you that that's going
- 14:05to be produced by itself.
- 14:07>> All right? Show me one fruit in nature
- 14:10that's produced that didn't come from a
- 14:12root.
- 14:14I'll wait.
- 14:17Okay. Any fruit that you see is the is
- 14:20the fruit is the byproduct of a
- 14:22relationship.
- 14:24Okay? Is the is the byproduct of
- 14:26something down deeper. Right? And so
- 14:28many people I I'll say like this. I
- 14:30don't have to try to produce peace.
- 14:33Okay? It comes as as as a byproduct of
- 14:37my relationship with the prince of
- 14:38peace.
- 14:41Right? If you're constantly anxious,
- 14:44>> come on, man.
- 14:44>> Where is that coming from? a
- 14:46partnership. A partnership. And And when
- 14:50when when we hear uh Jesus say in in in
- 14:52the book of John that if you abide in me
- 14:55and I abide in you, then you will you
- 14:56will bear much fruit. Right? We this
- 14:58this is this is him echoing Genesis,
- 15:02right? Before the fall, okay? Because
- 15:04he's actually bringing us back to Eden.
- 15:06>> There it is.
- 15:06>> Right. When you see Adam in the garden,
- 15:08right? Fruit was was plentiful.
- 15:11>> Come on, man.
- 15:12>> Right. Originally, fruit was plentiful.
- 15:14He didn't have to try to originally make
- 15:16any fruit or produce fruit. All he had
- 15:17to do was abide, commune with the Lord.
- 15:21Okay? What with him being in constant
- 15:24community with the Lord, fruit was in
- 15:26abundance. All right? It's not until
- 15:28Genesis 3 that we actually see right
- 15:32after the fall when he actually is
- 15:34broken in community in in communion with
- 15:36the Lord. You hear you hear God say,
- 15:39"Now by the sweat of your brow will you
- 15:42will fruit be produced from the ground."
- 15:45Okay? So you having to manufacture your
- 15:47fruit actually comes with the curse.
- 15:51You have to try to be peaceful means
- 15:53that you're still under the curse. You
- 15:54have to try to have love means that
- 15:56you're actually under the curse. You
- 15:57have to try, you know what I'm saying,
- 15:59to to have joy. That's good. Is actually
- 16:01being under the curse. And that's why
- 16:03when Jesus comes, he comes to reinstate
- 16:05us back to the community we are supposed
- 16:08to have where you just abide in me, I
- 16:10abide in you and fruit comes naturally.
- 16:12>> Thank you, Lord.
- 16:13>> Right? And that's what so many people
- 16:15are are misunderstanding. And so when
- 16:17when you start saying, you know what, I
- 16:18I just I just feel myself getting so
- 16:20frustrated.
- 16:21It's time to start checking what's going
- 16:23on with those roots, right? It's not
- 16:26time to start checking, right? What's
- 16:28happening on the inside, right? Because
- 16:30if if you're exhausted by trying to be
- 16:32peaceful,
- 16:33>> it means that you're manufacturing
- 16:34peace. And the the reality is that we
- 16:37don't even know how to to identify
- 16:40fruit, what fruit is real, and what
- 16:43fruit is GMO.
- 16:46Okay? We in the kingdom are so used to
- 16:49people manufacturing fruit that we don't
- 16:51even know. We can't even tell what is
- 16:53organic fruit now and what is actually
- 16:56manufactured.
- 16:57>> Goodness.
- 16:58>> Okay. But like I said, fruit always
- 17:01reveals partnership. All right? And so
- 17:04in Matthew 7:16-20, right? Jesus said,
- 17:06"You will know them by their fruit."
- 17:09Okay? So here, Jesus just was just
- 17:11wasn't giving us a tool to identify
- 17:13false prophets. Okay? He was giving us a
- 17:16universal spiritual law. All right? That
- 17:19fruit always reveals the root. Okay?
- 17:23Your fruit will always reveal your root.
- 17:25Right? A person never needs to announce
- 17:26me their spiritual condition. audition.
- 17:29Let me say that again. A person never
- 17:31needs to announce their spiritual
- 17:32condition. All right? Your fruit
- 17:34announced it way before you did.
- 17:38Okay?
- 17:40People never need to. No one ever needs
- 17:42to come to me like, "I'm a Christian.
- 17:44I'm a believer. I'm spending time with
- 17:46the Holy Spirit. The fruit that I see
- 17:48emanating from your life." Thank you,
- 17:50Lord.
- 17:50>> Right. Will tell me exactly how much
- 17:52time you're spending with the Holy
- 17:53Spirit.
- 17:58The Bible even says like this, right?
- 18:00You shall know them by their fruits. Do
- 18:02men gather grapes of thorns or figs of
- 18:06thistles? Even so, every good tree
- 18:09bringeth forth good fruit, but a corrupt
- 18:12tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good
- 18:15tree cannot bring forth evil fruit.
- 18:18Listen, a good tree cannot bring forth
- 18:21evil fruit.
- 18:23That's Bible. So if you see corrupted
- 18:27fruit coming out, you you know where it
- 18:30comes from. All right? Um every tree
- 18:33that bringeth not forth good fruit,
- 18:34henceforth is cast into the fire. That
- 18:37right there should should put a tremble
- 18:39in everybody.
- 18:42Okay? Because God is literally saying,
- 18:43if I'm looking at you and you're not
- 18:47producing the type of fruit that
- 18:48resonates with the kingdom, then you're
- 18:50in trouble of being casted into the
- 18:52fire.
- 18:55And I think some people what's what
- 18:57what's tripping some people out is
- 18:59because when they hear the fruit
- 19:00conversation what they hear is works.
- 19:04And the way I describe fruit which is in
- 19:05alignment with what you're saying is
- 19:07fruit has more to do with identity.
- 19:09Fruit is literally biologically it is
- 19:12the expression or the outward manifest
- 19:16manifestation of the essence of its
- 19:19origin. Meaning if I want to understand
- 19:21an orange,
- 19:22>> I I I just look at the tree. Or if I
- 19:25want to understand the tree, I look at
- 19:26the orange. They they're interconnected
- 19:28by their relationship. In the same way,
- 19:30fruit has more to do with who I am.
- 19:34>> And so why that branch is being cut off
- 19:37and thrown away. It's not because
- 19:39they're not doing all the right things.
- 19:41is because there is no DNA genetic
- 19:45evidence that that verifies and
- 19:47substantiates its identity,
- 19:49>> right?
- 19:50>> You're not a branch,
- 19:51>> right? Right.
- 19:53>> Of the tree that you're supposed to be
- 19:54part of of that tree.
- 19:57>> Okay. You're not a branch of that tree.
- 19:59Right. Many believers only rebuke the
- 20:01And this is what I see so much in soul
- 20:03disciplehip and people that are just
- 20:04coming in. A lot of times they see the
- 20:06fruit in their life and they're trying
- 20:07to rebuke the fruit.
- 20:09Okay? Anxiety is a fruit. Rage is a
- 20:13fruit. Chronic lust is a fruit, right?
- 20:16>> What?
- 20:16>> Bitterness is a fruit. Okay.
- 20:18Perfectionism is a fruit, right? Uh
- 20:21emotional numbness is a fruit. Okay. You
- 20:24cannot cast out a fruit,
- 20:26>> right? You must break the agreement that
- 20:28produced it.
- 20:29>> Okay. May the grace of our Lord Jesus
- 20:32Christ, the love of God, and the sweet
- 20:33fellowship of his holy spirit.
- 20:35>> Yeah. [laughter] Yeah.
- 20:35>> That's enough.
- 20:36>> Yeah. Because this is the thing. Fruit
- 20:37is the echo of a spiritual contract.
- 20:40Okay. To change the sound, you have to
- 20:42break the contract.
- 20:46Okay. To break how you're sounding in
- 20:48the spirit, you have to break the
- 20:50contract. You have to break the
- 20:51agreement. What are you agreeing with?
- 20:53>> That's good.
- 20:54>> Okay. And and this is the thing. Okay.
- 20:56>> One of the things and and and we can get
- 20:58it it goes it goes
- 21:00>> uh it goes so deep. Okay.
- 21:03>> Fruit determines fruitfulness.
- 21:06>> What do you mean?
- 21:07>> What do I mean by that? Okay. the fruit
- 21:09that you have in your character. Love,
- 21:11joy, peace, longsuffering, you know,
- 21:13self-control, right? That that is the
- 21:15fruit of your character, right? And you
- 21:19having and and maintaining by abiding
- 21:21with in in in God, the fruit determines
- 21:24how fruitful you'll be in the kingdom,
- 21:26right? And so that's why you see we're
- 21:27talking about like works, right?
- 21:28>> Yes.
- 21:29>> So the the scripture Matthew 7:16, it
- 21:31says, "Do men gather grapes of thorns?"
- 21:34Right? That mean that you may be gifted,
- 21:37right? You may have a talent, but if
- 21:40there's something in my spirit that I
- 21:41need, right? But you, the fruitfulness
- 21:43is missing from your life, the fruits of
- 21:44the spirit, the love, joy, peace is
- 21:47missing from your life, that means that
- 21:48even though you may have what I need,
- 21:50I'm not going to go to you from it
- 21:51because I'm not going to go and get
- 21:52nourishment from someone that's also
- 21:54thorny.
- 21:58I'm not going to gather even though I
- 21:59see that, hey, there's something in you
- 22:01that that that I may need, there's
- 22:04mentorship in you that I may need. You
- 22:05actually have a word. you actually have
- 22:07the prophetic gifting that I need to
- 22:08take me to the next level, but guess
- 22:10what? I'm not going to gather grapes
- 22:11from thorns.
- 22:13Okay, I'm not going to get figs of
- 22:15thistles. And so many people are saying,
- 22:18well, you know, they'll they'll they'll
- 22:20see people that is rejecting, right, the
- 22:23the the words that they have. They'll
- 22:24see that's rejecting their ministry.
- 22:26Maybe it's not the ministries that
- 22:27they're rejecting. Maybe it's the fruit
- 22:29that comes along with it. Maybe the fact
- 22:32that you're not producing the fruits of
- 22:33the spirit, right? And so every time I
- 22:35come to you, I'm not actually getting
- 22:37love, joy, peace, right? Because that's
- 22:39what's actually what's attractive,
- 22:40right? That's actually what people
- 22:42people are looking for, right? There's
- 22:45so many people that's in ministry that
- 22:47they have the wisdom, they have the
- 22:49knowledge, they have the spir the
- 22:51spiritual knowledge, but when it come
- 22:53when I when I get close to you, what do
- 22:54I get? I get anxiousness. I get I get
- 22:57aggression. I get anger. Right? And so,
- 23:00you know what? I'd rather just figure it
- 23:03out from God myself than have to deal
- 23:06with all of the the the the the
- 23:08malformed fruit that comes out of your
- 23:10life. Why that's so important, bro?
- 23:14That's powerful because God has
- 23:17literally assigned you to people's lives
- 23:20to be a nourishment, to be a source of
- 23:24>> consumption. There's something I need to
- 23:27get from God from your life.
- 23:28>> Yeah. And the more I lean in or I I keep
- 23:32God's hand from pruning me and dealing
- 23:35with these issues that are in my life
- 23:36and dealing with the root in my life,
- 23:38then I am a walking
- 23:42conducer or conduct conductor of famine.
- 23:46>> Yeah.
- 23:46>> People are dying around me not because
- 23:49they're just dying out of individual
- 23:52like because my assignment I'm failing
- 23:54in my assignment of producing what was
- 23:56necessary for my wife. I'm failing in my
- 23:58assignment for producing what's
- 24:00necessary for my community. I'm failing
- 24:01in my assignment for producing in the
- 24:03areas that God have assigned me to. So
- 24:05if I see death around me, I must
- 24:08question retroactively, how am I not
- 24:10nourishing the environment that God has
- 24:12assigned me to?
- 24:13>> That it reminds me in the Old Testament
- 24:16the priestly garments, okay? They had
- 24:19fruit and they had bells, okay? And it
- 24:23rotated. It had fruit bell. I believe it
- 24:25was pomegranates, right? at the and they
- 24:27had fruit a bell fruit bell fruit bell
- 24:30right and one in the New Testament the
- 24:32fruit symbolizes what the fruits of the
- 24:34spirit that they were supposed to carry
- 24:35right the the bells represented that
- 24:37there was movement because what would
- 24:39happened is that when they went into the
- 24:41holy of holies everyone couldn't go
- 24:42there yes
- 24:43>> right and so as the priests moved about
- 24:46they would hear the bells ringing right
- 24:47and they would know that the the priest
- 24:49was still being active okay that they
- 24:51didn't die in their assignment right if
- 24:52the bell stopped they know that there
- 24:54was no more movement okay and So as the
- 24:56bells move, but the thing about it is
- 24:58that the bells were never supposed to
- 24:59clang together, right? They would hit
- 25:01the fruit, right, and it would make the
- 25:03sound, the sound it was supposed to
- 25:05make, right? And that's why in the New
- 25:06Testament, it says that if you have not
- 25:08love, which is a fruit of the spirit,
- 25:09you are just a what?
- 25:11>> A clanging symbol.
- 25:12>> That's crazy.
- 25:13>> Do you see what I'm saying? Do you see
- 25:14the connection? Right? And and and so
- 25:16many times, right, if you you can you
- 25:18can you can have the fruit and no
- 25:21movement, right? There there's many
- 25:24people that are are lovely people but
- 25:26aren't doing anything active in the
- 25:27kingdom.
- 25:27>> That's crazy.
- 25:28>> Okay. They don't make there's no sound
- 25:30in the kingdom, right? They're not
- 25:32they're not making any movement. They're
- 25:33they're just you know what? I'm just
- 25:35here to love me and my family and that's
- 25:37it.
- 25:38>> Have mercy.
- 25:39>> Not not actually doing anything to to
- 25:41progress the kingdom forward. Okay.
- 25:43There's no sound that they're making.
- 25:45Right? Then there's some people that
- 25:47there's a lot of there's a lot of
- 25:48movement. No fruit.
- 25:50>> No fruit.
- 25:51>> No fruit. Right? And so heaven never
- 25:53intended for you just to make noise in
- 25:55the kingdom.
- 25:56>> Oh my goodness.
- 25:57>> Okay. It never and that's why he said
- 25:58you can do you can prophesy. You you can
- 26:01you can do all these things but if you
- 26:03don't have love
- 26:04>> love come on man.
- 26:05>> All right. If you don't have the fruits
- 26:06of the spirit right it means nothing.
- 26:09>> Come on man.
- 26:09>> All right. Because people need both to
- 26:11be impacted.
- 26:15>> Right. to be as effective and efficient
- 26:17that as God intended you to be. He
- 26:20intended you to have both.
- 26:22He intended you to have both. And one of
- 26:24the things that really um it it's always
- 26:27a check to me. It is the fact that
- 26:31fruit is so necessary because you can
- 26:33you can go 20 years
- 26:36Oh my god.
- 26:38Doing things for the kingdom.
- 26:39>> Come on, ma'am. Come on, man.
- 26:41>> Doing things for the kingdom. Yes,
- 26:42>> sir. Yes. only to find out that it meant
- 26:44nothing to heaven.
- 26:48Okay, you you can be doing so much work
- 26:51and this this why I always tell people
- 26:52in soul disciplehip, right? It is so
- 26:54important to get your soul voids and
- 26:56soul wounds filled,
- 26:58>> right? Because you you will always
- 27:00minister and be and and and move based
- 27:03on not what you do but but based on who
- 27:05you are.
- 27:06>> Wow.
- 27:06>> Okay. And the reason why we have so much
- 27:08strange fruit happening in the kingdom
- 27:10is because th there those places right
- 27:13that that people are partnering with
- 27:14other spirits because they haven't got
- 27:16those places filled. All right? I'll
- 27:19give you an example. Okay? And and and I
- 27:21want all the ministers if you're in
- 27:23ministry, I want you to hear this, okay?
- 27:24And I I want you to really just and and
- 27:26we do these these things called soul
- 27:27assessments. Yes.
- 27:28>> Right? Because it is so important that
- 27:30you understand and you know what fruit
- 27:33is being produced in your life.
- 27:35>> Yes.
- 27:36>> Okay. It is so important that you are
- 27:38able to understand, hey, I'm producing
- 27:41something. I'm making a movement in the
- 27:42kingdom, but it is the is it the type of
- 27:43fruit that heaven is is going to sign
- 27:46off on, right? The FDA of heaven, the
- 27:48FDA of heaven, right? The you we call it
- 27:51the Food Drug Administration, right? The
- 27:52the the the faith distinction agency of
- 27:55heaven, right? Is it looking at your
- 27:57fruit and saying, "This fruit came from
- 27:58faith."
- 28:01Okay? This fruit came from faith of
- 28:03abiding in me. I'm going to give you an
- 28:05example of of how it all ties together.
- 28:08Okay? Let's let's use the example from
- 28:09before, right? Say if you say if you had
- 28:11fatherlessness.
- 28:12>> Yes.
- 28:13>> Right. So now your soul is crying out
- 28:16for affirmation.
- 28:18>> Is crying out for identity. You have
- 28:21these gifts. Oh, you know what? I I can
- 28:23prophesy. You know what? I you know, I I
- 28:26can speak very well. I I'm I'm very
- 28:29articulate. I can I can grab a message.
- 28:31Right? So you start studying the Bible,
- 28:34right? But then when you start using
- 28:35your gifts, you're not using them with
- 28:38the purity of heart uh to to to see the
- 28:41kingdom move forward. You're using it
- 28:42for self validation.
- 28:43>> Oh my goodness.
- 28:44>> Okay. And so every time you go to
- 28:46minister to someone, what you're really
- 28:48looking for them is to validate you.
- 28:51So I'm going to pray for you.
- 28:53>> Okay? I'm going to minister to you, but
- 28:55at the end of the day, I need you to
- 28:56come back and say, "That was a great
- 28:58word." I need you to come back and say,
- 29:00"You know what? You know, I you were the
- 29:02you are so powerful. You are so
- 29:03anointed. You are so gifted. Right? And
- 29:06so what's coming out is that I stop
- 29:08performing. I stop having performance
- 29:10based ministry because what I'm really
- 29:12doing instead of abiding in God to get
- 29:13all those places full, I'm actually
- 29:15getting my soul filled because I'm using
- 29:17the validation that you give me from the
- 29:19ministry, right, to actually fill my
- 29:21soul.
- 29:22>> That's good, bro.
- 29:23>> Okay. And so what starts happening is
- 29:24that strange fruit starts getting
- 29:26produced.
- 29:26>> Wow.
- 29:27>> Right. Because the place that I should
- 29:28be partnering with the Holy Spirit for
- 29:30affirmation, right, I now have to
- 29:33partner with something else.
- 29:35>> And it's right and it starts it starts
- 29:37starting to build up in your life. You
- 29:40start seeing it start to manifest in
- 29:41different ways in your life.
- 29:42>> Mercy, God.
- 29:43>> All right. That that's when you start
- 29:44you start having and and this thing this
- 29:47this not something that that I read in
- 29:48the book. This something that that I
- 29:50lived out.
- 29:50>> Come on, man.
- 29:51>> Okay. I have a book that's called um
- 29:53Becoming Ahab.
- 29:54>> Wow.
- 29:55>> Okay. That that I'm going to drop later
- 29:56uh this fall. Yes, sir.
- 29:57>> And and for so long in my life, I didn't
- 30:00even realize that I I was I was a people
- 30:03pleaser,
- 30:04>> right? I was I was a people pleaser
- 30:06because I was looking for affirmation. I
- 30:08was looking for identity. I was looking
- 30:10for all these things that if I had
- 30:12really just was fully abiding in God.
- 30:15Okay. But then I started realizing I
- 30:16started seeing things, you know, you
- 30:18know, broken relationship manifest in my
- 30:20life. I started seeing like, you know,
- 30:21me do all these things and and I it was
- 30:23just these strange fruit that I was
- 30:25seeing be produced. I'm like, "Okay,
- 30:27well, I felt like I I did all the right
- 30:29things, but I wasn't seeing the the type
- 30:32of fruit that was should have come from
- 30:34the work I was putting in."
- 30:35>> Uhoh.
- 30:35>> Right. And and the the thing about is
- 30:37that many times we misdiagnose fruit.
- 30:39There there's a there's a lot of spirits
- 30:41and partnerships that actually look good
- 30:43on the surface. Okay? Especially and
- 30:46I'll say Ahab, right? Ahab is would be a
- 30:49great servant leader. He will appear to
- 30:52be a great servant leader because he's
- 30:53always going to be looking for
- 30:54affirmation from the leader. So he he'll
- 30:56be the person that's on time, that will
- 30:59show up early and leave late, right? But
- 31:01it's not at a place of, okay, am I
- 31:03really doing this to serve God? It's
- 31:04really, you know what, I need the
- 31:06affirmation from the people that's
- 31:07around me. All right? So the whole time
- 31:10I'm serving, it's it's I'm serving for
- 31:13for the validation of my soul. And guess
- 31:16what? So all that fruit that's being
- 31:17produced, it's strange. Heaven's saying,
- 31:20"Oh, even if it had kingdom impact, it
- 31:23came from the wrong place." Rejected.
- 31:25rejected.
- 31:27>> Rejected,
- 31:32>> right? And so it it it it makes you do a
- 31:34selfch check.
- 31:36>> All right? Because you can you can have
- 31:3820 years of ministry and two of them
- 31:40count.
- 31:42Right? This is why in the Bible it talks
- 31:44about your works going to be what? Tried
- 31:46in the fire.
- 31:47>> Have mercy, God.
- 31:48>> All right. Imagine you have 30 years of
- 31:50ministry being tried in the fire.
- 31:52>> Wow.
- 31:52>> Right. And as it's going up, that's
- 31:54straw, that's wood, right? You have
- 31:57these build big big big ministry looking
- 32:00things built up. It's all wood.
- 32:04And as soon as it goes in the fire, it
- 32:05gets burnt up. As soon as it goes in the
- 32:08fire, it it you it can't sustain, right?
- 32:12And and and and so so many people that
- 32:14I'm seeing mo most this I'll say about
- 32:1770% of the people that's in soul
- 32:19disciplehip right now, what are they
- 32:21what are they doing? They're actually
- 32:22ministers. Really? They're actually
- 32:24people in Mishi that have said, "You
- 32:26know what? I see areas in my life that
- 32:28I'm not healed,
- 32:32right? There you look around. You could
- 32:34look around in the kingdom right now and
- 32:36see so many people that are in ministry
- 32:38and you be like, "Oh, that person's
- 32:39rude.
- 32:42Yeah, that that person's gifted, but
- 32:43they don't know how to talk to people."
- 32:46Right? That that that person's anointed,
- 32:48but they lack love. that person know but
- 32:50they don't have self-control.
- 32:52>> Wow. Come on, man.
- 32:53>> Right. All those we we we we we try to
- 32:56use pretty words for them and a lot of
- 32:58times we we will overlook them but
- 33:01>> for the sake of their gift
- 33:03>> for the sake of their gift because we we
- 33:04need the gift,
- 33:07right? We want the gift but what about
- 33:10their soul,
- 33:13>> right? Because you will overlook their
- 33:16soul for the sake of the gift. you will
- 33:18overlook the state of their soul. And
- 33:19and to be honest, there's so many
- 33:22ministries that are
- 33:24not equipped to deal with people's
- 33:26souls,
- 33:29right? We have a lot of ministries
- 33:31that's that that that are great at
- 33:34identifying.
- 33:35Okay. But now that you now that you've
- 33:37identified Jezebel, now what?
- 33:40Okay. She has a spirit of Jezebel. Now
- 33:42what?
- 33:43What you going to do?
- 33:46Right. Do do you understand that why the
- 33:50the spirit of Jezebel was even tempting
- 33:52to that person?
- 33:54Right? You can you because you can cast
- 33:56out Jezebel, but if you don't if you
- 33:58don't understand that, okay, there was a
- 34:00fear because they've went through trauma
- 34:02growing up and because they went through
- 34:03trauma growing up, now they feel like I
- 34:05need to control everything and
- 34:06everything around me so that I can feel
- 34:08safe.
- 34:10And there's a place in their soul that
- 34:12needs safety. But when they come to you,
- 34:14all they get is the And so everything
- 34:16that you're giving them actually is the
- 34:18exact opposite of what their soul
- 34:20actually needs.
- 34:21>> Okay. What you just said right now, you
- 34:23we have to go down this path because I
- 34:25don't think you guys are listening to
- 34:26what he just said
- 34:27>> because if someone with a spirit of
- 34:30Jezebel arises in any framework, in any
- 34:32ministry, at that point that's an enemy
- 34:35and we got to deal with the enemy
- 34:37accordingly. And what we have become in
- 34:39ministry is reactive. And so in the same
- 34:42way we're only able to see gifts, we are
- 34:45only able to see fruit, but we cannot
- 34:48see roots and we don't care to see root
- 34:51because
- 34:52>> the root is is is it's intangible. It it
- 34:54takes work to get to the root. You got
- 34:56to go under or beneath the surface to
- 34:58get to the root. And if I'm reactive,
- 35:01>> then I'm really only reactive to the
- 35:04expression,
- 35:05>> right? and I'm not dealing with the real
- 35:08issue which makes me unproductive and it
- 35:12makes me now I'm operating outside of
- 35:14the assignment of God for my life
- 35:16because it's possible that God's
- 35:18allowing us to see this fruit for the
- 35:20sake of dealing with that root meaning
- 35:24like even with the kids I always talk
- 35:25about this as it relates to to kids like
- 35:28>> we are not called to be parents that are
- 35:31reactive to the tantrums of our kids but
- 35:33rather to investigate what the tantrum
- 35:35is if my baby is crying, I'm checking
- 35:37the diaper. I'm checking the
- 35:39temperature. I'm saying, "What's wrong?
- 35:40You hungry?" But we don't do that with
- 35:43other individuals. It's like you're
- 35:44crying. Imagine that. Every time a baby
- 35:46cried, you slapped them.
- 35:48>> Every time a baby had a tantrum, you
- 35:50kicked them across the room. This is who
- 35:51we are as a ministry. So, when I see the
- 35:53outbursts, when I see somebody operate
- 35:55in a way and I see that spirit of
- 35:57Jezebel, that's spirit of Ahab, I'mma
- 35:58either rebuke, I'mma either cast them
- 36:01out, I'mma either ostracize, I'mma treat
- 36:03him funny. But never in my life will I
- 36:05say, "How did they get here?"
- 36:07>> How did they get there? And and and and
- 36:09that's one of the things I've been cuz
- 36:10cuz it it's almost like if I identify
- 36:12Jezebel, just kick him out, right? It's
- 36:16pretty easy, right? It's it's and it's
- 36:18easy. But I'm like, is is any is is
- 36:20there anyone with a Jezebel spirit that
- 36:22God intends to redeem?
- 36:25I is is there anybody, right, that has
- 36:28one of these these spirits that God is
- 36:30saying, "Okay, you know what? I I I'm
- 36:31sending someone." And this is why I
- 36:33thank you Lord Jesus
- 36:34>> in in this in this iteration I feel like
- 36:37the the pastoral grace is is coming back
- 36:40in in in the fullest effect.
- 36:43>> Okay. And and and and I I believe that
- 36:45there's dispensations and I believe that
- 36:46there are seasons that that different
- 36:48graces take the forefront. For example,
- 36:50you know, there there's apostolic
- 36:52movements where God's trying to take the
- 36:54body of Christ to another position and
- 36:55they have to pioneer and dig it out,
- 36:57right? And so there are seasons where
- 36:59you see certain graces come to the
- 37:01forefront, right? And they start kind of
- 37:03leading the the kingdom. I think in this
- 37:05next season, one of the the greatest
- 37:07graces that are going to be ne necessary
- 37:09is the pastoral grace. People that are
- 37:11that can can shepherd the souls of men,
- 37:15right? The the pastoral grace. I think
- 37:17sometimes people just think that pastor
- 37:19the the and I'm when I say pastoral
- 37:21grace, I'm not just talking about well,
- 37:23you got to the highest part uh point in
- 37:25the organization and so they call you a
- 37:26pastor. That's not what I'm talking
- 37:28about. Okay.
- 37:28>> A shephering,
- 37:29>> okay? But but I'm talking about the the
- 37:32gifting of a pastor, right? Some the
- 37:35Bible talks about how the shepherd knows
- 37:37the the state of his of his flock,
- 37:39right? That when people that have a
- 37:40pastoral grace, you can come like you
- 37:42like if people if someone comes in my
- 37:44vicinity, I I immediately start picking
- 37:46out what's going on in their soul,
- 37:48right? It's it's almost like it starts
- 37:49speaking. They'll they'll you they'll
- 37:51they'll come near me and they'll I'll
- 37:52say, "How you doing?" They'll be like,
- 37:54"I'm fine." And I'm like, and but you
- 37:55can if there's a weightiness to it, you
- 37:58you you begin to discern immediately.
- 38:00No, there's something else going on in
- 38:01your soul.
- 38:02>> Yes.
- 38:02>> Right. There's something else that's
- 38:04going on that that that that and and I
- 38:06see it so many times. I'll be walking
- 38:08with someone and I'll say, hey, how you
- 38:09doing? They'll be like, good. And I'll
- 38:10be like, no, no, how you really doing?
- 38:12And and and you just you just see them
- 38:14start to crumble. Right? And and that's
- 38:17that's the pastoral grace.
- 38:18>> That's good.
- 38:19>> Right. And in this season, because there
- 38:21are so many people in the kingdom that
- 38:23are operating in high levels of
- 38:25ministry, but what they really need is
- 38:27shephering.
- 38:29Stop right there. Someone would argue
- 38:32and say, "But in Revelation, it said, "I
- 38:34have this against you. You tolerated
- 38:36that woman Jezebel." When some people
- 38:38hear the pastoral grace, all they're
- 38:39hearing is cheap grace. And it's saying,
- 38:41"Hey, when you see a demonic force, you
- 38:44deal with it. You see with the witch
- 38:45suffering out a witch to live. You see
- 38:47Jezebel, you tolerate Jezebel. No, we're
- 38:49supposed to be intolerant of that woman,
- 38:50Jezebel. So, how do you reconcile a
- 38:53scripture that tells us to deal harshly
- 38:56with spirits? And now we're over here
- 38:59trying to diagnose
- 39:01someone who has a spirit of Jezebel.
- 39:03>> All right. So, is Jezebel the person of
- 39:04the spirit?
- 39:07Okay. Jezebel, the person is partnering
- 39:10with the with the spirit of Jezebel.
- 39:12She's actually they've actually him or
- 39:14her have actually been seduced by the
- 39:16spirit of Jezebel.
- 39:18Right? And so when we when we talk about
- 39:20getting to the root of something, we're
- 39:22getting to the root of what was going on
- 39:24in your soul that even made Jezebel
- 39:26appealing to you.
- 39:28Cuz we can we can cast out Jezebel and
- 39:31you should cast out Jezebel, right? But
- 39:33then what do you do with the soul that
- 39:35had a vacuum
- 39:37because they had a need? Avoid that one
- 39:39unfilling. They didn't know how to fill
- 39:40it. Huh?
- 39:41>> All right. So So how do you how do you
- 39:43shepherd them after the deliverance?
- 39:45After you cast out Jezebel. I agree.
- 39:47Cast out Jezebel, but she'll be right
- 39:49back if you don't heal that soul.
- 39:52And guess what? She'll be back with with
- 39:54spirits seven times worse.
- 39:59And so that's why we see so many
- 40:00cyclical deliverance. It's like a
- 40:02revolving door. Revolving door, right?
- 40:04And sometimes it's if if you if I Lord
- 40:08grace me, right?
- 40:10I'll say like this. It's even sometimes
- 40:12it's even unkind to walk someone through
- 40:14deliverance if you don't have a plan of
- 40:15of how to help them disciple their soul
- 40:18afterwards.
- 40:19>> Okay, say it a little louder for the
- 40:22people in the back.
- 40:23>> Okay, it is often unkind,
- 40:26>> irresponsible,
- 40:26>> irresponsible,
- 40:28right, for you to walk someone through
- 40:30deliverance without a plan of how to
- 40:31shepherd their soul afterwards
- 40:34because you're setting them setting them
- 40:36up to be worse off than they were
- 40:38before.
- 40:41You're setting them up for seven times
- 40:43worse than they just left that other
- 40:45thing that just left them to come back.
- 40:47When when you when you when all you're
- 40:49doing is cleaning houses and then move
- 40:50on to the next person.
- 40:52All you're doing is tidying the house
- 40:54for for the next group of demons to come
- 40:55in. If you if you don't understand how
- 40:58to help that person get filled,
- 41:03right? Because empty houses always bring
- 41:06squatters. Ah,
- 41:08>> and you cannot we cannot be have just
- 41:10have deliverance ministries that all
- 41:12we're doing is creating more empty
- 41:14houses to be filled by by greater
- 41:16squatters.
- 41:18So you're saying it should be mandatory
- 41:22to make sure that deliverance well I
- 41:26don't even want to say because I think
- 41:28we're separating deliverance from
- 41:30disciplehip
- 41:31>> and I think that's an unnecessary uh
- 41:33>> some people do though. Some people do,
- 41:36right? When when people come to me and
- 41:38that's why for me whenever say I get
- 41:40emails all the time, hey, can you walk
- 41:42me through deliverance? I say, what
- 41:42church you go to?
- 41:46Right? Because before I even walk you
- 41:47through deliverance, I have to
- 41:48understand that after you go through
- 41:50this moment of deliverance, you have a
- 41:51place to go.
- 41:52>> Oh my goodness.
- 41:54>> Right? And now that's why I even require
- 41:56people to go through soul disciplehip
- 41:58before I walk them through deliverance.
- 42:01No, you you have to even understand what
- 42:03is the soul voice, what are the soul
- 42:04wounds, what are you partnering with
- 42:06before I even will walk you through
- 42:07deliverance.
- 42:08>> That makes sense.
- 42:09>> You see what I'm saying? So, by the time
- 42:10you go through deliverance, you're
- 42:11already equipped with the tools of how
- 42:13to close the door to the enemy so that
- 42:15you don't become prey to what you just
- 42:17got delivered from.
- 42:18>> That's so good, man.
- 42:19>> You understand? and and and like like I
- 42:22said, I I this is an area I feel I'm so
- 42:25passionate about it because I I see the
- 42:27results of people that have went through
- 42:30deliverance and then they come back and
- 42:31before they were dealing with something
- 42:32this small and now they're dealing
- 42:35with something so much greater than they
- 42:37were dealing with originally,
- 42:39>> right? And and in the kingdom, we have
- 42:41to start understanding, wait the we we
- 42:44God made us body, soul, and spirit.
- 42:46>> Come on, man.
- 42:47>> Right? And he intends to heal the whole
- 42:50person,
- 42:52right? He intends to heal the whole
- 42:54person. Wow, man. Right. And can we be
- 42:57an embassy? Can we be an epicenter of
- 42:59whole soul deliverance, of whole body
- 43:02deliverance where the whole person is
- 43:04getting delivered?
- 43:08>> Oh my gosh, brother.
- 43:13I I I almost don't even want to say any
- 43:15more words here.
- 43:17Because the sale is so necessary.
- 43:21I don't want I don't want people to miss
- 43:24what you just what you just brought.
- 43:26Everyone that is in ministry, everyone
- 43:29that leads the church, everybody's
- 43:31getting excited about the demons and the
- 43:34demons fleeing. But the Lord said,
- 43:36"Don't even be tripping about that. Be
- 43:38excited that your names are now written
- 43:39in the book of life." So even Jesus
- 43:42Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:42>> Realizes that the casting out of demons
- 43:45is a secondary matter.
- 43:46>> Secondary.
- 43:48>> Yeah,
- 43:49>> bro.
- 43:52Because you have to understand, right?
- 43:54It it is it is a secondary matter.
- 43:57Um
- 43:59and and I think the reason why it is is
- 44:01so important is because you have to
- 44:03realize that the the the issues that
- 44:07were happening in the person's life even
- 44:08before the demons came, right? The demon
- 44:11is just the capstone, right? There are
- 44:14people there are people you you can be
- 44:15suffering and have ailments and have
- 44:17soul wounds and not have a demon,
- 44:20right? So I let me let me just walk you
- 44:22through. Okay? So for example, say uh
- 44:24and I I use this example often. Um say
- 44:28if you were a child, right? Five years
- 44:31old and because many times when we're
- 44:32walking people through deliverance, you
- 44:34mo most times you'll see the injury
- 44:36first started when they were very very
- 44:37young. that the enemy loves to attack
- 44:40when someone is still a child, okay?
- 44:43>> And someone says, "Hey, you know what?
- 44:46You're ugly. You're awkward. You're five
- 44:47and six. You're ugly. You're awkward. No
- 44:49one's ever going to love you." Okay?
- 44:51That that 5-year-old hears that lie.
- 44:54Okay? They they hear that statement.
- 44:56Okay? And so, there's an injury there,
- 44:59right? When there's an injury that that
- 45:01goes unpastored, unshepered, unfathered.
- 45:04Cuz normally if if something happens
- 45:05with my 5-year-old, she'll come and say
- 45:07or six-year-old now, my son is six,
- 45:10he'll come and say, "Daddy, someone
- 45:11called me stupid. Someone called me
- 45:13ugly." I said, "You're not stupid.
- 45:15>> You're not Don't even they they they're
- 45:17just they're just hating. They're just
- 45:18X, Y, and Z." Right. And so what would
- 45:19have been an injury because there was a
- 45:21there was a father there. There was
- 45:23someone there was a pastor there. There
- 45:24was a shepherd there. Right. That that
- 45:26injury was able to heal. Yes. Right.
- 45:28when there's an injury that goes
- 45:29uncovered, unshepered, un and un
- 45:32unstorted, right? The person says,
- 45:35"Wait, that may be true." So, so the the
- 45:39injury happens and then the lie
- 45:43gets internalized,
- 45:44>> received and come came into agreement
- 45:46with
- 45:46>> gets received and come into agree
- 45:48agreement with okay and they start
- 45:50saying, "Maybe I am ugly." They start
- 45:53rehearsing and meditating it. Maybe
- 45:55maybe I am ugly. Maybe I'm stupid. Maybe
- 45:57I'll never be be anything. The enemy
- 45:59smells blood in the water. I I smell an
- 46:02injury, right? I smell an injury that
- 46:04that that is being uncovered, that is
- 46:06unfathered, that is unshepered, right?
- 46:09And so the enemy will start. So that
- 46:11that's just an injury. And and if there
- 46:13was never any demonic influence, right?
- 46:15Say if a demon never came along to
- 46:17partner with it, that person will still
- 46:19walk along with low self-esteem, right?
- 46:21They will still walk around with a voice
- 46:24saying, "You know what? I wish I could,
- 46:25you know, I wish I could be this. I wish
- 46:27I could be that. Right?
- 46:28>> And it might not be an internal
- 46:31conscious rehearsing of that, but the
- 46:33reaction or the defense mechanism
- 46:35against that,
- 46:36>> which is now,
- 46:37>> oh, they said this, well, I'm about to
- 46:39live my life and build my life as a
- 46:42response
- 46:43>> to the injury
- 46:44>> to to the injury.
- 46:45>> I'm overcompensate for my limp. Why you
- 46:47walk like that?
- 46:48>> They don't know that I'm limping.
- 46:50>> Why you talk like that? Why you so hard?
- 46:52Well, you don't know. I'm trying to put
- 46:54on this facade.
- 46:55>> I'm trying to overcompensate for the lie
- 46:57that I believed in my soul. Right.
- 46:59Because once there once you have an
- 47:01agreement in your soul, agreements
- 47:02govern the soul.
- 47:04Whoa. Chills.
- 47:06>> Okay. What you come into agreement with
- 47:09will govern your soul, right? And in
- 47:11that area of your life, it will it will
- 47:14it will determine how you respond. It
- 47:16will determine that's why the Bible says
- 47:18because your soul is your heart, mind,
- 47:19and emotions, right? And that's why the
- 47:20Bible says um out of the abundance of
- 47:23the heart the mouth speaks right it says
- 47:25all of the issues of life flow from
- 47:27where right from the heart right all of
- 47:31the issues of life why because the soul
- 47:34right is is where is the governing body
- 47:37of of your entity it is the governing
- 47:40body and and I can I can speak about
- 47:42this from the priesthood we won't even
- 47:45go there okay
- 47:47>> right so so now there's something that's
- 47:48governing your soul
- 47:50Now, because the enemy sees, okay,
- 47:52there's a wound here that's untreated,
- 47:54right? Then there's a spirit that says,
- 47:55"Hey, you know what? I can help you
- 47:58moderate that. I can help you make sure
- 48:00that no one ever bothers you again. If
- 48:03you partner with me, I'll give you
- 48:04safety. I'll protect you." Right? What
- 48:08what's that spirit? Anger.
- 48:11Anger, resentment, bitterness. Right?
- 48:14And so, the person comes into agreement
- 48:16with that spirit. And so, Right. So then
- 48:19the person that used to get picked on,
- 48:21they start having a spirit of anger.
- 48:22They start walking around. Say something
- 48:24else. Say something to me. What you
- 48:25going to do? Right? So they intimidate
- 48:28everyone around them. No one picks on
- 48:29them. No one bothers them. But they they
- 48:32partnered with a spirit and now it's
- 48:34bondage. Right? So now they walk around
- 48:36angry. The food that's been produced is
- 48:38anger. People see anger. People see
- 48:41irritation. But where it's coming from
- 48:43is from that little per that that little
- 48:45girl, that little boy that didn't want
- 48:46to be picked on. They had a wound,
- 48:48>> right? You see, man, that person has a
- 48:51bad attitude. What you don't see is the
- 48:54soul that was fractured. This reminds me
- 48:56of the deliverance session that we had
- 48:58at that first We need to heal and the
- 49:00demon was expressing itself, saying, go
- 49:02ahead and leave her like everyone else
- 49:04does. And it was almost saying, I'm
- 49:06going to be with her even when you guys
- 49:08are gone. And so, I knew that
- 49:09abandonment had to be there. And they're
- 49:11playing off of that abandonment. But you
- 49:13even heard the demon. You heard the
- 49:14demon cuz the demon was telling the lie
- 49:18that that it was rehearsing to her soul.
- 49:21And so guess what? You be even if we
- 49:22cast out that demon, if we didn't get
- 49:24that place healing the soul, he would be
- 49:25back tomorrow.
- 49:28So we see the fruit,
- 49:31but the root of it was a place that she
- 49:34was partnering with a soul wound instead
- 49:36of partnering with the Holy Spirit.
- 49:38>> Have mercy, Jesus. And we walk around
- 49:39and we see all these people in our
- 49:41ministries and we say, "Oh, that's just
- 49:43a bad attitude. Oh, sometimes she just
- 49:44acts weird. Oh, sometimes she's a little
- 49:46standoffish. Oh, you're seeing all these
- 49:48fruit. Oh, she's a little anxious." But
- 49:50but but but there's there's there's a
- 49:53partnership that's going down on the
- 49:54inside, right? And if we would take the
- 49:57time to start saying, "Wait, where is
- 49:59that coming from?"
- 50:01And not just saying not not dismissing
- 50:03the fruit as that it's just the fruit is
- 50:06that it's just no that's a symptom.
- 50:08>> Yeah.
- 50:11>> Some people how many times how many
- 50:12times right we we see even in especially
- 50:14men we do it right so many times we'll
- 50:16feel something going weird on in our
- 50:18body.
- 50:18>> Yes.
- 50:19>> Right. Oh that's just gas. Uh yeah you
- 50:22know I got this ache but you know it's
- 50:24just you know you know what I'm saying?
- 50:25And many time it's our body
- 50:29right giving us signal something's wrong
- 50:31here something's off here. We do the
- 50:32same thing in the body of Christ. We see
- 50:35little cells that's acting awkward. We
- 50:38see cells that that are malformed. We
- 50:40see cells that are cancerous. What is a
- 50:42cancer? A cancer is a malformed cell,
- 50:44right? There are many malformed
- 50:45believers that we see that don't look
- 50:47how they should, that don't sound, that
- 50:48aren't biblical, right? That you know
- 50:50when you look at them something's off.
- 50:52We go that's just them. No, no, no, no.
- 50:54That's not just them. Wow.
- 50:56>> And who's going to have the heart? Who's
- 50:58going to have the the care enough to
- 51:00say, "No, I'm gonna walk alongside you
- 51:02and I'm going to to to get to the root
- 51:05and and hey, if you hate me later, okay,
- 51:08>> but but what what what Nie said is that,
- 51:10hey, Rob didn't try to love that out of
- 51:11you."
- 51:13>> That's
- 51:13>> that that Rob didn't tell you the truth.
- 51:15>> That's good, man.
- 51:16>> And I didn't tell you the truth in love.
- 51:18>> Wow.
- 51:19>> Right. there. No, I can believe I can
- 51:22say this with with in in truth. There
- 51:25there are very few people that are
- 51:27around me that haven't sat with me for a
- 51:30minimum amount of time that I haven't
- 51:32started saying, "What's going on with
- 51:33you?"
- 51:34>> Wow.
- 51:35>> Do you notice you notice you do that?
- 51:37Well, I was talking to one of our
- 51:38friends the other day. I think she she
- 51:39was talking to one of us and she said,
- 51:41you know, Rob said D. And I said, do you
- 51:44notice that you kind of do?
- 51:45>> Yes.
- 51:46>> You see what I'm saying? Yes.
- 51:47>> Because because it's almost like the If
- 51:49if you're going to be in my presence,
- 51:51>> Wow.
- 51:52>> Right. And if I pick up on something,
- 51:54it's my duty.
- 51:56>> Uh-oh.
- 51:57>> Okay. As as someone that says I love
- 51:59you.
- 52:00>> As someone that says I call call myself
- 52:02your friend. As someone if I see
- 52:03something to say, hey, you're making a
- 52:05strange sound in the spirit. Do you
- 52:06recognize that? I see fruit here. I see
- 52:10fruit here that doesn't sound that
- 52:12doesn't look like the Lord Jesus Christ.
- 52:14I see fruit being manifested. Are you
- 52:16aware that there may be something deeper
- 52:18here? Right? And there's so many times
- 52:21that so many of us and so many times we
- 52:25pick people in the Bible,
- 52:28right, that were flesh and blood and
- 52:30that that resonate with our soul wounds
- 52:32and try to use them as as reasons why we
- 52:35can continue on important behavior.
- 52:37>> Like what?
- 52:38>> Like uh like we we we say for example,
- 52:42we could say uh well, you know, Peter,
- 52:44he was a gangster. You know, he sliced
- 52:46the ear, but Jesus picked it up and put
- 52:48it back on. So why you going around
- 52:50slicing people?
- 52:52Right. Jes Jesus Jesus flipped tables
- 52:54one time in his ministry. You do it
- 52:55every week. What are we talking about?
- 52:58>> That's good, bro.
- 52:59>> What are we talking about?
- 53:00>> That's good, man.
- 53:00>> Right. We we we use people like, you
- 53:02know, uh the prophet Elijah mocked the
- 53:04people, right? But we we The reason why
- 53:07I believe that Jesus came down in the
- 53:10flesh was that he gave us a perfect
- 53:12example, right? that that we can look
- 53:15to. He gave us the biatitudes, right? He
- 53:18she he he literally walked us down
- 53:20through his words and through his
- 53:22lifestyle so that we because sometimes
- 53:24when you look at the Old Testament, you
- 53:26you can't tell sometimes what is their
- 53:27own human behavior and what is Holy
- 53:30Spiritled.
- 53:30>> Wow.
- 53:31>> Right. You can tell the actions that's
- 53:32led by the Holy Spirit, but sometimes
- 53:34what with the things that they're doing
- 53:36and how and the things that they're
- 53:38saying. Like for example, and I'm not
- 53:39saying that he wasn't spiritled when he
- 53:41said this, but for example, when Elijah
- 53:42mocked the pro the the prophets of Ba.
- 53:44>> Yeah.
- 53:45>> That could have just been Elijah's
- 53:46personality.
- 53:47>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 53:47>> You see what I'm saying?
- 53:48>> Y
- 53:49>> that that that didn't mean that it had
- 53:50to be the Holy Spirit, you know what I'm
- 53:52saying, uncction and screw to do that.
- 53:54>> That's good,
- 53:55>> right? But if we like to if we're a
- 53:57mocker, we'll use that.
- 53:59>> If we're someone that likes to mock
- 54:00people,
- 54:01>> we we we'll use that as evidence that
- 54:04that's okay, right? Even though we have
- 54:07a whole line of scripture that talks
- 54:10about how to love, how to speak with
- 54:12gentleness, how to speak with kindness.
- 54:13And hear me, there is a time, hear me,
- 54:16there's some knuckleheads out here,
- 54:18okay? There are some people that harden
- 54:20hearts. And when you have a hardened
- 54:21heart,
- 54:22>> yes,
- 54:22>> there are some people that need need the
- 54:24hammer to fall. And I and I believe that
- 54:26there are some people in the kingdom
- 54:27that God has given the boldness, right,
- 54:29to speak those strong words. I do
- 54:31believe. Now, so hear me correctly. This
- 54:33is not me coming against people that
- 54:35that have ministries and have anointings
- 54:37to speak strong words and direct words
- 54:39because there are a lot of people that
- 54:41have hardened heart and they need
- 54:43>> they need that. They need that heart.
- 54:44>> They need that. Yeah.
- 54:45>> But but you if if
- 54:49>> make sure it's the spirit and not you.
- 54:50>> Make sure it's the spirit in you, not
- 54:51you. Right. And and everybody shouldn't
- 54:53get the same blade.
- 54:56>> Right. The maturity is knowing when when
- 54:58what tool to use when.
- 55:01>> You see what I'm saying? There are times
- 55:02that that Jesus spoke very strong words
- 55:04and there there was times that he used
- 55:05compassion, right? And if if if if you
- 55:08don't understand the the the complexity,
- 55:12right? And and it's not even that
- 55:13complex. It's literally just being led,
- 55:16>> right? And and and I know sometimes I
- 55:18could look at something and say, "Hey,
- 55:20that's not for me, right? That situation
- 55:23probably needs somebody else to speak to
- 55:25it because cuz where I am, I probably
- 55:27will be say in a different way that they
- 55:30they need to receive it." Wow. What you
- 55:32what you just expressed when you talked
- 55:34about when you said this, it's my
- 55:36responsibility. I think about Jesus when
- 55:38he called Lazarus from the dead. Jesus
- 55:41did that by his power. No one else could
- 55:42do it. He called Lazarus from the dead.
- 55:44Called him out of the grave and Lazarus
- 55:46came forth and then he said he talked to
- 55:48the people around him and he said,
- 55:49"Loose him and let him go." So Jesus did
- 55:51the miracle of setting him free from
- 55:53death. Delivered him from death. But
- 55:55then he assigned Lazarus to the
- 55:57individuals around him
- 55:59>> to loose him from the bandages. And I
- 56:01realized that the loosing from the
- 56:03bandages was a process. It required
- 56:06attention. It required time. And I think
- 56:09for many of us,
- 56:11>> we want Jesus to do the miracle, but we
- 56:14don't accept the responsibility to walk
- 56:17people through the process of of what
- 56:18deliverance looks like. Yeah. And it
- 56:20takes me to actually look at someone an
- 56:22individual and say that doesn't belong
- 56:24there. Let me with you. I can see what
- 56:26you can't see. And so not taking the
- 56:29responsibility. What makes us a diff
- 56:32what makes us different than Cain who
- 56:35says, "Am I my brother's keeper?"
- 56:37>> Yeah.
- 56:38>> Is it my responsibility? While his blood
- 56:41was being shed,
- 56:43>> while his blood was crying out, Cain
- 56:45said, "I do not have responsibility for
- 56:48my dead brother." He probably was d it
- 56:50probably was at the moment of just
- 56:52death, right?
- 56:52>> And so for us like we have assumed the
- 56:55spirit of Cain
- 56:57>> when we walk around and claim that we
- 57:00are not our brother's keepers because
- 57:01they act out or they sin in ways that
- 57:03are different than us. Somebody act out
- 57:05with a spirit of Jezebel, they might
- 57:07have brushed you the wrong way. Somebody
- 57:08act out with anger or with rudeness,
- 57:11they done annoyed me. They done offended
- 57:13me and I allow my offense to rule and
- 57:16say I am unwilling
- 57:17>> come on
- 57:18>> to allow the spirit in me to deal with
- 57:21the spirit in you to help me love the
- 57:23soul in you because
- 57:25>> I don't know how to wrestle
- 57:27>> against spirit. I only know how to
- 57:29engage with flesh and blood. I only know
- 57:31how to react to the tantrums of the
- 57:33enemy and then I forfeit my
- 57:35responsibility to loose you from what
- 57:38the Lord assigned me to loose you from
- 57:40>> there. Come on. That is that is so good.
- 57:42There there was uh someone that came to
- 57:44me at one of the conferences, right? Um
- 57:45and I had walked with them through
- 57:47deliverance uh before, right? And when I
- 57:50first went up to them, um I said hi,
- 57:52gave them a hug. Um everything was fine.
- 57:55And then maybe 20 30 minutes later, they
- 57:58were acting kind of funny, right? And I
- 58:00was like, you know, they were kind of
- 58:02like just looking at me weird and they
- 58:03would walk by and and like I think one
- 58:05time they they almost like kind of
- 58:06bumped me and I kind of like kind of
- 58:08moved so I wouldn't bump them, but it
- 58:09was almost like it was a little bit
- 58:11>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 58:11>> almost aggressive, right? And I was
- 58:13like, "Oh, okay. That's interesting." I
- 58:14said, "You know what? Maybe they're
- 58:16going through something. It's fine."
- 58:18About an hour later, they said, "Hey,
- 58:19can I speak to you?" I said, "Sure." Uh,
- 58:22come on. And they they said, "I feel
- 58:24like the Holy Spirit wanted me to give
- 58:27this to you." On it was a piece of
- 58:30paper. All right. It was a piece of
- 58:32paper. On the right side, it said, "He
- 58:35is kind. He loves people. Um, you know,
- 58:39he he really does try to do his best to
- 58:41to help people." On the other side of
- 58:43the paper, it said um it said
- 58:48he is dangerous. Be ready to fight. He's
- 58:52the one that did this to us.
- 58:55Okay. So, in in that moment, okay, there
- 59:00were there were spirits speaking to her
- 59:02mind and she was having an internal
- 59:04battle with the spirits that were in her
- 59:06mind, right? And the person the the
- 59:09demons were saying, "Hey,
- 59:11I got the before he helped me walk
- 59:14through deliverance, two of them came
- 59:16back." and they're saying stay away from
- 59:18him because before he he got rid of us
- 59:21and we want him we want to stay
- 59:23delivered. He we don't want you to get
- 59:25delivered, right? And so she's arguing
- 59:27but hey, he's actually kind of kind. I
- 59:29know him. He actually loves people,
- 59:30right?
- 59:31>> If I had started acting out back towards
- 59:34her, okay, if I felt how she was acting
- 59:37towards me, I said, "You know what? You
- 59:39you you acting kind of funny, right? If
- 59:42I would had allowed myself to be
- 59:43offended, okay, that would have gave the
- 59:46demons acts in her mind room to say,
- 59:49"See, see see reinforcements. It would
- 59:52have reinforced what the spirits in her
- 59:54mind were telling her." So you're
- 59:56telling me that if we are reactive,
- 1:00:02if we get offended,
- 1:00:05if we get in our feelings instead of in
- 1:00:07the spirit,
- 1:00:08>> come on,
- 1:00:08>> then it's likely that we have
- 1:00:11cheerleaded, supported, and reinforced
- 1:00:15demons.
- 1:00:16>> Come on,
- 1:00:17>> that we were responsible to cast out.
- 1:00:20>> We were there to prove that they were a
- 1:00:22liar.
- 1:00:22>> Come on. Come on. But we came and
- 1:00:24because we're offended, we proved them
- 1:00:26right. And you know why? Because you
- 1:00:29weren't operating with the fruits of the
- 1:00:30spirit. Come.
- 1:00:31>> Okay? Because if you operating with
- 1:00:33love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
- 1:00:34tenderness, self-control, right? When
- 1:00:36that thing happened, it wouldn't have
- 1:00:38shifted you.
- 1:00:38>> Oh man.
- 1:00:39>> That's why God said if you're going to
- 1:00:40be in this ministry, you have to be
- 1:00:41unoffendable.
- 1:00:42>> Un what?
- 1:00:43>> Unoffendable.
- 1:00:46Because if all someone has to do is
- 1:00:47offend you and now you are so upset
- 1:00:50within yourself that you can no longer
- 1:00:51carry out the kingdom mandate, then all
- 1:00:53the enemy has to do is have that person
- 1:00:55act out in a certain way and your
- 1:00:57ministry is done.
- 1:01:00>> Jesus should have been offended so much
- 1:01:02so at Peter that he could not have
- 1:01:04assigned him apostilhip well and led him
- 1:01:07to apostilhip when told him to feed the
- 1:01:09sheep.
- 1:01:09>> Come on.
- 1:01:10>> Because how could you Peter, you done
- 1:01:12rock with me.
- 1:01:13>> Come on. I I warned you. How dare Peter?
- 1:01:18You told me that you would never leave
- 1:01:19me.
- 1:01:19>> Come on.
- 1:01:20>> And here you go denying me. If Jesus was
- 1:01:24in his feelings if Jesus got offended,
- 1:01:27Peter would not have been established.
- 1:01:30Peter would not have preached preached
- 1:01:31and asked and would have brought
- 1:01:33deliverance and salvation to the 3,000.
- 1:01:37>> If Jesus was offended, he would have
- 1:01:39hindered the 3,000 and acts.
- 1:01:41>> Come on.
- 1:01:43Come on.
- 1:01:44>> What
- 1:01:46what bondage has your offense produced
- 1:01:48in your family, in your lineage, in your
- 1:01:51community? And and this is why as
- 1:01:54ministers, you have to be healed because
- 1:01:57the enemy will play on your soul wounds.
- 1:01:59He will play on your soul voids. And
- 1:02:01whatever is in you that can be
- 1:02:03corrupted, he will literally use that
- 1:02:05thing to make you inefficient in
- 1:02:06ministry.
- 1:02:11M. Oh. Oh. Oh. He He still He's still
- 1:02:13angry a little bit. He still got a
- 1:02:15little bit of anger in him. He still got
- 1:02:16a little bit of lust in him. He still
- 1:02:17got a little bit of Okay, that that's
- 1:02:19exactly how he's coming
- 1:02:21because the goal is to because there's a
- 1:02:24place that you're not abiding because he
- 1:02:25can the enemy can see the fruit that
- 1:02:27looks like him.
- 1:02:29Okay? He's always looking for his fruit.
- 1:02:32The fruit's always going to come from
- 1:02:34two kingdoms. Okay? You got the kingdom
- 1:02:36of heaven. You got the kingdom of of of
- 1:02:38flesh, hell, whatever the case may be,
- 1:02:39right? There's always two kingdoms of
- 1:02:42flesh of of fruit.
- 1:02:43>> Yes.
- 1:02:44>> All right. The enemy is looking for what
- 1:02:47fruit looks like him.
- 1:02:51What fruit got a root that should be
- 1:02:53going to there, but it's actually coming
- 1:02:54right here.
- 1:02:55>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:02:56>> Right. Oh, there's some unforgiveness
- 1:02:58there. That that's right there in the
- 1:02:59gates of hell.
- 1:03:00>> Oh.
- 1:03:00>> So, so you you you got five roots that
- 1:03:03that go where it's supposed to. You got
- 1:03:04two that come right here.
- 1:03:07Right. you you you great when it comes
- 1:03:08to being kind. You great when it comes
- 1:03:10to to joy, but when it comes to
- 1:03:12finances, you don't really trust God. So
- 1:03:15So there you that lack of faith bring
- 1:03:18your root right here.
- 1:03:21And and so guess what? Because you
- 1:03:23haven't trusted God and you're not
- 1:03:24abiding in him, you know, for entrusting
- 1:03:27him to for your finances, guess what?
- 1:03:29When when you start using your gifts, as
- 1:03:31soon as that dollar sign comes, guess
- 1:03:32where you going? Right over here.
- 1:03:35And and it will start dictating how you
- 1:03:38minister. It will start dictating what
- 1:03:40you say yes to. It will start dictating
- 1:03:42are you going to go to this conference
- 1:03:44or that conference? Are you going to
- 1:03:45take this assignment or that assignment?
- 1:03:47Why? Because although all the other
- 1:03:48roots go over there, the insecurity of
- 1:03:50finances come right here.
- 1:03:53>> It's crazy.
- 1:03:54>> And so and so the fruit, the sound that
- 1:03:56it makes. Well, how come how come you
- 1:03:57only do conferences that you know pay
- 1:03:59you 20,000 or more? Hm. That that's a
- 1:04:02strange that's that's a strange sound in
- 1:04:04the kingdom. That's a strange fruit.
- 1:04:08Why? Because
- 1:04:10there's a root.
- 1:04:13How How come? How come when when it it
- 1:04:14came time that those people over there
- 1:04:17that can't pay you anything, but they
- 1:04:18seem like they really need your
- 1:04:20ministry, you keep saying no to them.
- 1:04:22>> Wow, man. Talk.
- 1:04:24>> So, so your so your ministry starts
- 1:04:26making strange fruit.
- 1:04:28>> Oh my gosh.
- 1:04:29>> Right. How about this one? You you have
- 1:04:31a spirit of control,
- 1:04:33right? A spirit of control because you
- 1:04:35you you you seen things it and and and
- 1:04:37this this is the thing. You can have
- 1:04:41poor fruit or or misaligned fruit and
- 1:04:44your intentions be good.
- 1:04:49Okay. What what about the what about the
- 1:04:51minister that you know I won't use that
- 1:04:54example. What what what about what about
- 1:04:58the person, right, that that just
- 1:05:00started a job, right? And they want to
- 1:05:02do everything amazing. They want to do
- 1:05:05everything great,
- 1:05:06>> right? And so they see little, you know,
- 1:05:08uh inefficiencies,
- 1:05:10right? And so instead of just, you know,
- 1:05:12partnering and and and working, they
- 1:05:14start controlling everything.
- 1:05:16>> Well, I I got to fix this and I got to
- 1:05:17fix that. I got to fix that. And and and
- 1:05:19and so what you're actually doing is
- 1:05:21that you're partnering with the spirit
- 1:05:22of control, right? And so the people
- 1:05:25that you should be developing and
- 1:05:27saying, "Okay, you know what? You made a
- 1:05:28mistake, but I'm going to pull you in
- 1:05:29close and I'm going to work with you and
- 1:05:30develop." Right? You have such a a need
- 1:05:33for validation for everything to go
- 1:05:35right, for everything to be right. And
- 1:05:37you're so afraid, you know what I'm
- 1:05:39saying, for anything to go wrong that
- 1:05:40you say, "You know what? I'm going to
- 1:05:41control everything." And when you try to
- 1:05:43control everything, you actually end up
- 1:05:44suppressing all of your employees.
- 1:05:47>> Oh my gosh.
- 1:05:48>> So they don't grow. The company looks
- 1:05:50great.
- 1:05:51>> Wow. Wow.
- 1:05:51>> But you have all of these malformed
- 1:05:53employees that never are able to grow to
- 1:05:55become what they should be,
- 1:05:58>> but it was actually a spit of control.
- 1:06:00So, so they, so for you, you look
- 1:06:02around, hey, everything's going really
- 1:06:04well. You know, we haven't had any, you
- 1:06:06know, financial mishaps. We haven't had
- 1:06:08any, you know, scandals in in the job.
- 1:06:10We haven't had X, Y, and Z. But when you
- 1:06:11look around every all your employees
- 1:06:13that should be maturing,
- 1:06:16>> that should be able to grow and develop,
- 1:06:19they're still level one employees.
- 1:06:22>> Wow.
- 1:06:22>> Because all you did was control
- 1:06:25everything, micromanage,
- 1:06:28right? So even think that it came from a
- 1:06:30good place because you wouldn't trust
- 1:06:32God with the process.
- 1:06:34>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:06:36>> You you entered your own control. Now
- 1:06:40everyone everyone else is affected
- 1:06:44because you didn't trust God that he
- 1:06:46would help you grow and develop what he
- 1:06:49gave to you in the first place. You keep
- 1:06:51mentioning control. We had a
- 1:06:53conversation and you were talking to me
- 1:06:55about Jezebel and the relationship with
- 1:06:57Jezebel and Ahab and the
- 1:06:59interconnectedness and kind of
- 1:07:01diagnosing what you see there and how to
- 1:07:05avoid the trap of both ones. I never
- 1:07:08heard the perspective of Ahab being
- 1:07:11something that could be seen as a hero
- 1:07:13in other segments and Jezebel being
- 1:07:16someone that you can anyone man or woman
- 1:07:20can tie themselves to the spirit of
- 1:07:22Jezebel. Could you talk about that
- 1:07:23relationship a little bit?
- 1:07:24>> Sure. So, um the the reason why Jezebel
- 1:07:28and Ahab go well together, right? Ahab
- 1:07:31is someone that is looking for and and
- 1:07:34people think that they they they see
- 1:07:35Ahab they think weak, right? Most times
- 1:07:38Ahabs are going to be super talented
- 1:07:40because Ahab was a leader. Okay, but he
- 1:07:43was conflict averse,
- 1:07:46right? He was not formed well in his
- 1:07:49soul, right? And so what what actually
- 1:07:51when you're when you're Ahab, you're
- 1:07:53actually attracted to powerful people.
- 1:07:55you're actually attracted to you some a
- 1:07:57lot of times Ahabs won't will be very
- 1:08:00indecisive. Wow. Right. Because they
- 1:08:03never want to get it wrong. They're
- 1:08:04perfectionists, right? And so when you
- 1:08:06see somebody that's just I get it done.
- 1:08:09I you want that. I got it. Right. So
- 1:08:13they're looking for someone that is that
- 1:08:15is a go-getter that get it done and
- 1:08:16they're actually attracted to that
- 1:08:17because it helps cover up that place
- 1:08:19where they're indecisive. Right? And
- 1:08:21then Jezebel, right? She's like, "Oh,
- 1:08:24no. I need to be in control of
- 1:08:25everything." Ahab is willing to give up
- 1:08:27his authority, right? Oh, you you
- 1:08:30somebody's gonna get it done. Well, I'll
- 1:08:31look good if you get it done. Go ahead
- 1:08:33and get it done. In the meantime, you're
- 1:08:35giving up your authority, right? And
- 1:08:37Jezebel, she needs control, right? So,
- 1:08:40she'll gladly take the authority that
- 1:08:41you're giving it cuz that's going to
- 1:08:43make her feel like she's safe. When I
- 1:08:44can control everything, then now I'm
- 1:08:47safe. And many times people that deal
- 1:08:49with the spit of Jezebel, they for a
- 1:08:51long time in their life, they felt out
- 1:08:52of control.
- 1:08:54>> Wow.
- 1:08:54>> Okay. For a lot of times if you if you
- 1:08:56see someone that's dealt with dealing
- 1:08:57with the spirit of Jezebel, you'll see
- 1:08:58there was some kind of big trauma. A lot
- 1:09:00of people times when people have done
- 1:09:01deal with uh dealt with like abuse and
- 1:09:04like you know sexual abuse in their life
- 1:09:05that um they dealt with uh people that
- 1:09:07were overly doineering, they say, you
- 1:09:09know what, I'll never let this happen to
- 1:09:10me again. Wow. Right. I'll never be
- 1:09:13taken advantage of again. All right. And
- 1:09:16because they they that that
- 1:09:18they have that rule in their soul,
- 1:09:21right, that now governs their soul. So
- 1:09:23every decision where they start feeling
- 1:09:25out of control,
- 1:09:27they got to snatch it back. You said,
- 1:09:29I'm going to I got to let you come back
- 1:09:32to it. You said the soul is where that
- 1:09:35governing takes place. You made me think
- 1:09:37about government and also like the state
- 1:09:40in which we live. Like my state issues
- 1:09:42my driver's license.
- 1:09:44>> Mhm. In any state that you live in in
- 1:09:46United States, they issue your driver's
- 1:09:47license. Isn't it interesting that the
- 1:09:49governing state issues your ID,
- 1:09:53>> issues your identity,
- 1:09:54>> but also the governing state makes a
- 1:09:58determination on the boundaries where
- 1:10:02its principles can govern you, right?
- 1:10:05>> In a sense, they set your limitations.
- 1:10:08>> They set the punishments
- 1:10:10even if you're not aware of them.
- 1:10:12>> Right? They set what happens, what
- 1:10:14doesn't happen. I was driving in Georgia
- 1:10:18and I didn't realize that you can't
- 1:10:20drive by a police in the shoulder drive
- 1:10:23by the police on in the shoulder of the
- 1:10:25freeway at the same speed you were
- 1:10:26driving.
- 1:10:27>> Mhm.
- 1:10:28>> If they weren't there.
- 1:10:29>> Yeah.
- 1:10:29>> They pulled me over and I'm like, he was
- 1:10:31like, "You didn't slow down." I was
- 1:10:32like, "I'm from LA. Why do I got to slow
- 1:10:34down?" He's like, "You're in Georgia
- 1:10:35now. Anytime you drive by an officer,
- 1:10:37you got to slow down if they're in the
- 1:10:39shoulder." I'm like, "Man."
- 1:10:40>> And a lot of times they make you switch
- 1:10:41lanes, too. or or switch or you got
- 1:10:43switch lanes or slow down.
- 1:10:44>> I was just like that's so crazy. I was
- 1:10:47like I don't get no slack. I didn't
- 1:10:48know. He said you live in Georgia now.
- 1:10:51>> Come on.
- 1:10:52>> It doesn't matter if you didn't know.
- 1:10:54>> Yeah.
- 1:10:54>> And so when we authorize governing
- 1:10:57authorities over our souls based on and
- 1:11:01who you give authority to like when I if
- 1:11:03I move to a different state um they have
- 1:11:07they have that that state has governing
- 1:11:08authority over me. I don't think the
- 1:11:10soul realm works like that. I don't have
- 1:11:12to be in a different location.
- 1:11:14Literally, it's not geographical. It's
- 1:11:16spiritual. It's on a spiritual level.
- 1:11:18And so, we we don't realize that we give
- 1:11:21permission to authorize spirits to give
- 1:11:24us our ID. Yeah.
- 1:11:25>> To set our limitations and to regulate
- 1:11:28our lives. Yeah.
- 1:11:30>> Based on their principles, not yours.
- 1:11:32>> Exactly. And not the kingdom of heavens.
- 1:11:36Okay. And so, and so that's why Right.
- 1:11:38when when you have the you have this
- 1:11:40entity governing your soul.
- 1:11:42>> Oh man.
- 1:11:42>> And it's producing what it wants to
- 1:11:44produce out of you.
- 1:11:46>> Okay. And then and so then and it's so
- 1:11:48interesting. So for you, you feel safe.
- 1:11:52You you feel you like look I'm good. I'm
- 1:11:54driving. I'm good. You in your car. You
- 1:11:55you feel safe cuz you know what you
- 1:11:56know, right? But everyone around you is
- 1:11:59experiencing something else.
- 1:12:00>> Uh-oh.
- 1:12:01>> Okay. So with you being controlling, you
- 1:12:04feel okay. I feel safe. Everyone else
- 1:12:06feels manipulation. Everyone else feels
- 1:12:08anger. Everyone feels when they bump up
- 1:12:10against you. I I heard someone say it
- 1:12:12like this, right? Um they use this
- 1:12:14example. They said, um,
- 1:12:18I have a cup of coffee, right? You bump
- 1:12:21me and bump my cup of coffee, right?
- 1:12:24Why? And the coffee spills. Why did the
- 1:12:27coffee spill?
- 1:12:28>> Cuz you bumped me, right?
- 1:12:30>> Yes.
- 1:12:31>> No. Because there was coffee in my cup.
- 1:12:33Okay. If there was water in my cup,
- 1:12:35water would have spilled. If there was
- 1:12:36juice in my cup, juice would have
- 1:12:38spilled, right? What what what ends up
- 1:12:40coming out of you is is a result of
- 1:12:43what's already in you.
- 1:12:44>> That's good, bro.
- 1:12:45>> Okay. And so what's governing your soul,
- 1:12:47right? It people people think about the
- 1:12:49fruits of the spirit, right? We're not
- 1:12:52talking about on your best day.
- 1:12:53>> Oo.
- 1:12:54>> Okay. What comes out when you're
- 1:12:56pressed,
- 1:12:57okay? What comes out of you, okay? when
- 1:13:00you're squeezed. Okay, that's that's why
- 1:13:04there's a wine press, okay? Because
- 1:13:06we're trying to see what's on the inside
- 1:13:08of you, okay? So many people try to
- 1:13:10judge themselves by their best day.
- 1:13:11We're not talking about by your best
- 1:13:12day, okay? It's when you get under
- 1:13:15pressure, what comes out of you. That's
- 1:13:17actually what's on the inside.
- 1:13:18>> That's good, bro.
- 1:13:19>> Okay? And that's actually what's
- 1:13:20governing your soul. when someone bumps
- 1:13:22up against you, when you're having the
- 1:13:24worst day, when when you're when when
- 1:13:25when you're stressed, when you're when
- 1:13:27when when when life is not going how you
- 1:13:29want to go, do you still have joy? Do
- 1:13:32you still have peace?
- 1:13:36Okay. Do are you still longsuffering?
- 1:13:38Are you still patient?
- 1:13:40Wow.
- 1:13:41>> Okay. Do you have self-control?
- 1:13:44A lot of us, we're we're great as soon
- 1:13:46as we leave church, right? Monday,
- 1:13:49Tuesday, Wednesday, you get get
- 1:13:50stressed. You and your wife get in an
- 1:13:51argument X Y and Z. That's self-control.
- 1:13:53You still got self-control to stop doing
- 1:13:55what you're supposed to do.
- 1:13:55>> Wow. Right. When when you get pressed,
- 1:13:58that's what shows what's really on the
- 1:14:00inside of you. That really shows what's
- 1:14:02governing your soul. That really shows
- 1:14:04what lane you're in. Right? And I have
- 1:14:07so many people that are that there's a
- 1:14:08difference between being aware
- 1:14:11and being being governing. Okay? There's
- 1:14:14a lot of people that think they're good
- 1:14:15because they're aware of their flaws.
- 1:14:18Oh, yeah. Yeah. I I know have bad
- 1:14:19attitude. Okay. But are you able to
- 1:14:22control it?
- 1:14:23Oh, yeah. Yeah. I I know I struggle with
- 1:14:25this. Yeah. But have you got it under
- 1:14:27control?
- 1:14:29Okay. And that's why the the the one of
- 1:14:31the the last fruits of the spirit is
- 1:14:33self-control. It means that you have the
- 1:14:35ability to govern yourself.
- 1:14:38Not that that just that you're aware of
- 1:14:40what's happening, right? Because many of
- 1:14:43us, we we we we become aware of what's
- 1:14:45happening and we we become aware of the
- 1:14:47food that's being produced in our life
- 1:14:48and we say, "Well, God got it.
- 1:14:51Well, grace grace covers it. And I love
- 1:14:54what you said about um partnering for
- 1:14:56your deliverance. It's so amazing that
- 1:14:59the um the Bible says that God delivered
- 1:15:03the children of Israel with a strong and
- 1:15:05mighty hand. Yes, he did. But they still
- 1:15:08had to walk.
- 1:15:09>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:15:10>> Right. They they still had to move their
- 1:15:12feet, right? They still had to cross the
- 1:15:15burning sands.
- 1:15:16>> That's good, man.
- 1:15:17>> Okay. So that means that there's always
- 1:15:19a place for you to partner with your
- 1:15:20deliverance.
- 1:15:22God gives you the the opportunity. He
- 1:15:24opens the door. You still have to walk
- 1:15:26through it.
- 1:15:27>> Still got to walk through it.
- 1:15:28>> You still have to walk your deliverance
- 1:15:30out, right? God didn't send an angel to
- 1:15:33carry them across the desert and place
- 1:15:35them in in the in the promised land. No,
- 1:15:37they still had to walk that thing out,
- 1:15:40right? And any time that their faith was
- 1:15:43didn't did did not give them they didn't
- 1:15:44have the requisite faith to be in the
- 1:15:45promised land they went around again.
- 1:15:48Okay. The Bible says all of the fact
- 1:15:50that it could have been a three-month
- 1:15:51journey. It took them 40 years
- 1:15:53because they didn't have the faith to
- 1:15:55exist in the promised land. He said if I
- 1:15:57had brought you there because of your
- 1:15:59faith you would of fear you would have
- 1:16:00turned around and ran.
- 1:16:01>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:16:03>> All right. So that so then I the the the
- 1:16:06reality is and the reason even why that
- 1:16:08he he had to give them manner day by day
- 1:16:10is because he had to show them I am your
- 1:16:12source.
- 1:16:13>> Yes.
- 1:16:14>> I am your source. I you will only
- 1:16:16partner with me.
- 1:16:17>> Yes. That's right.
- 1:16:17>> And and and the reality is the the
- 1:16:20minute that he kind of let loose a
- 1:16:21little bit, they started building a
- 1:16:22calf.
- 1:16:25Right. The the the reality is God is
- 1:16:28saying you have to abide in me. And what
- 1:16:30most people don't realize, I was talking
- 1:16:32to someone just yesterday and they were
- 1:16:34saying, "Hey, I'm struggling with this
- 1:16:35and I said,"Well, are you abiding?"
- 1:16:38>> Wow.
- 1:16:40>> Are you abiding?
- 1:16:42And he was like, "Yeah, I go to church."
- 1:16:45I said, "Yeah." No. Are you abiding?
- 1:16:49Some Some of us make it seem like
- 1:16:51abiding means I'm I'm doing drivebys to
- 1:16:54to the Holy with the Holy Spirit that
- 1:16:56I'm I'm I'm making visits.
- 1:16:59And I said I said there is no shortcut
- 1:17:03there. There is no shortcut in the
- 1:17:05spirit.
- 1:17:05>> Whoa.
- 1:17:06>> Okay. There's no shortcut to discipline.
- 1:17:08There's no shortcut to to maintaining
- 1:17:11your relationship with God.
- 1:17:12>> Wow.
- 1:17:13>> So, you're saying I can't stop this this
- 1:17:16uh you know, every now and then I start
- 1:17:18struggling with with lust again. Well,
- 1:17:20what's your relationship like? Are you
- 1:17:22abiding? I said, "You you ever notice
- 1:17:24that when you're in church and it's and
- 1:17:27and you've been shouting and praising,
- 1:17:29it's it's very hard to be lustful?"
- 1:17:31>> Come on, man.
- 1:17:33>> Right. Do you do you ever realize that
- 1:17:35it's it's extremely hard to to be super
- 1:17:37upset when you after you've been
- 1:17:39praising?
- 1:17:39>> Yes.
- 1:17:40>> It usually takes a while to to kind of
- 1:17:43weigh down. I I was at um this uh this
- 1:17:45uh event called the heart room I think
- 1:17:46and I heard um someone say it like this
- 1:17:50uh and it's first time I actually heard
- 1:17:51heard about heard somebody say it. They
- 1:17:53said when you plug in the your your cell
- 1:17:56phone right and the the cell phone's on
- 1:17:58a charger. All right. The minute you
- 1:18:01plug it out it starts dying.
- 1:18:07The minute you plug
- 1:18:10the cell phone out, it starts dying.
- 1:18:13Right? So, the phone that's in with 80%
- 1:18:16left and the phone that has 20% left are
- 1:18:19in the same condition,
- 1:18:22right? You just don't start looking for
- 1:18:23your charger until you hit 15%. Until
- 1:18:27you hit 10%. But it's actually it's
- 1:18:28always been dying ever since it left the
- 1:18:30plug.
- 1:18:30>> That's so good, bro.
- 1:18:31>> Okay. The reality is many of us we wait
- 1:18:33till we get to 10 and 5% to start saying
- 1:18:36God I feel I'm struggling I'm d no the
- 1:18:39minute you unplugged you started
- 1:18:40decreasing the minute you unplugged
- 1:18:43right you started you stopped abiding
- 1:18:46right you just waited till you were in
- 1:18:48the red zone
- 1:18:49>> to till your voice started creeping up
- 1:18:50again till you started getting thirsty
- 1:18:52again to say wait a minute I feel off
- 1:18:56you you knew your prayer life hadn't
- 1:18:57been where it's supposed to be you knew
- 1:18:59you hadn't been fasting like you
- 1:19:01supposed to be fasting And you knew God
- 1:19:02say, "Hey, pick it up two weeks ago."
- 1:19:06You knew God say, "Hey, I'm about to
- 1:19:07send something, so you need to." But we
- 1:19:09go, "Okay. All right, God. I got my kids
- 1:19:12right now." Okay, God. Okay. I got left.
- 1:19:16>> Okay. We wait till we are in the red
- 1:19:18zone, till lust is knocking on our door,
- 1:19:21till aggression to what irritated, till
- 1:19:23we cussing people out to ex to say,
- 1:19:24"Okay, what's going on?"
- 1:19:27Right? But when we talk about abiding,
- 1:19:29all right, it's it's that it means that
- 1:19:31we are always on the charger,
- 1:19:34right? That there's this this ever ever
- 1:19:36ever present relationship with God,
- 1:19:39right? That we're not waiting till we're
- 1:19:41dehydrated. We're not waiting until
- 1:19:42we're hungry. We're not waiting
- 1:19:44>> for that moment where we're feel like
- 1:19:47>> I and and the enemy is so cunning,
- 1:19:50>> right? He is so cunning that that he
- 1:19:52will fill you. It's like junk food,
- 1:19:54right?
- 1:19:54>> Yes. It's it's it's like you know that
- 1:19:56there's dinner going to be at the table.
- 1:19:58You know that that that your your wife
- 1:19:59cooked. You know you know there's this
- 1:20:01but okay that's two hours away. So I'm
- 1:20:03just going to get this little snack. I'm
- 1:20:04going just eat some. I'm going to just
- 1:20:06pick here. By the time you get home you
- 1:20:08don't you you don't even want the food.
- 1:20:09Well you might.
- 1:20:11>> Okay. [laughter]
- 1:20:12>> I feel you though.
- 1:20:13>> I see your plate. I feel you. You know
- 1:20:14what I'm saying? But but sometimes we we
- 1:20:16we we fill ourselves up with so much
- 1:20:18stuff but by the time it's supposed to
- 1:20:20it's it's time for us to actually
- 1:20:22connect. We are so full, but that the
- 1:20:24very thing that's supposed to abide and
- 1:20:25give us life, we don't have time for, we
- 1:20:28don't have energy for. The intimacy
- 1:20:30dies.
- 1:20:30>> And then we turn around and we say,
- 1:20:32wait, we look, we can look around and
- 1:20:33there's all this strange fruit around
- 1:20:35us.
- 1:20:36>> And we're like, how did this strange
- 1:20:37fruit get here? Because there's areas in
- 1:20:39your life that you stopped abiding.
- 1:20:46The difference between living
- 1:20:50and surviving. Surviving is literally
- 1:20:53the state
- 1:20:55of being not dead
- 1:20:58>> yet. That's good.
- 1:21:01living is is this onward blossoming
- 1:21:07comprehensive
- 1:21:09approach to life that does not leave
- 1:21:12room for the panic and anxiety of I just
- 1:21:16am trying to the Lord did not call us to
- 1:21:19live like that to survive and that's
- 1:21:21what junk food does God made the body so
- 1:21:23re resilient and I call it grace
- 1:21:26>> you could eat hot Cheetos every day
- 1:21:29until you're 32 to and not die.
- 1:21:32>> Yeah.
- 1:21:33>> But just because you're not dead.
- 1:21:35>> That is so good.
- 1:21:36>> Doesn't mean you're living. Doesn't mean
- 1:21:39you're nourished. God just says, "I'm
- 1:21:42hoping that they wake up tomorrow.
- 1:21:44>> Come on.
- 1:21:45>> I'm hoping that they change the I made
- 1:21:47your body so resilient that you could
- 1:21:49survive off toxins.
- 1:21:51>> Come on.
- 1:21:52>> You're surviving."
- 1:21:54>> Yeah.
- 1:21:54>> But it doesn't mean you're living. And
- 1:21:57and and that is why gifting is so
- 1:21:58dangerous.
- 1:22:00>> Oh my gosh.
- 1:22:01>> Because gifting can give you the
- 1:22:03illusion
- 1:22:05that you're healthy and the whole time
- 1:22:08you're dying,
- 1:22:10right? Gifting can give you the illusion
- 1:22:12be because you you can sing very well
- 1:22:14and people still get moved that you're
- 1:22:16abiding.
- 1:22:17>> Have mercy, God.
- 1:22:18>> Gifting because you can still prophesy
- 1:22:20makes you can can make you feel like,
- 1:22:22okay, I'm still doing well.
- 1:22:23>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:22:24>> Right. Well, all the time. And let me
- 1:22:25can I just say this? God is not
- 1:22:27impressed by your gifts.
- 1:22:30Okay? God is not impressed by your
- 1:22:32gifts.
- 1:22:34One one of the illustrations I always
- 1:22:35talk about is, you know, my kids are at
- 1:22:37this the age now of six and eight where
- 1:22:39we may we may start giving them
- 1:22:41allowances. Okay? And so they may get $5
- 1:22:45on Friday. Okay? And I have a son and a
- 1:22:48daughter. All right? Lily and and Levi.
- 1:22:50Okay? I sometimes I'll give Levi five.
- 1:22:53He'll he'll come and get his alliance
- 1:22:54for us. He'll get $5 for us. He'll run,
- 1:22:56"Look, Lily, I got $5." She's like, "Oh,
- 1:22:57you got money. You got money. X, Y, and
- 1:22:59Z." Right? He'll come back to me 10
- 1:23:02minutes later. I got $5. I got $5. Okay.
- 1:23:07I'm like, "Congratulations."
- 1:23:09Right? God is not congratulating you on
- 1:23:11the gift on on the fact that you have
- 1:23:14something that he gave you.
- 1:23:16>> I always say this, God's gifts or
- 1:23:19giftings is not proof of his love for
- 1:23:22you. It's progenous
- 1:23:24>> and it's proof that he loves them
- 1:23:27through you.
- 1:23:28>> Come on.
- 1:23:29>> He said there is a gift that I have
- 1:23:32given that proves my love for you.
- 1:23:34>> Come on.
- 1:23:34>> For God so loved
- 1:23:36>> that he gave what?
- 1:23:38>> Himself. Himself.
- 1:23:40>> If you want proof that God loves you,
- 1:23:42>> then you got to tap into him. You got to
- 1:23:44tap into source. You got to tap into his
- 1:23:46presence.
- 1:23:47>> Come on.
- 1:23:48>> If you want to know I love you, then tap
- 1:23:49into my presence. You want to love No, I
- 1:23:51love you and tap into me. My gifts are
- 1:23:54just proof that I love them through you.
- 1:23:56>> Come
- 1:23:57on.
- 1:23:58>> Ain't that kind of crazy that we
- 1:24:00[clears throat]
- 1:24:00>> Oh, God loves me because he let this
- 1:24:02prophetic word flow through me.
- 1:24:04>> That was for them.
- 1:24:05>> That was for them.
- 1:24:06>> Okay. I like see I said to him I'm like
- 1:24:09I'm like I'm not congratulating my kids
- 1:24:11for having money, right? I get some What
- 1:24:13impresses me, okay, is how they steward
- 1:24:15it.
- 1:24:16>> Oh my gosh.
- 1:24:18>> Okay. how how what impresses me is is
- 1:24:20what they do with it. Okay.
- 1:24:21>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:24:22>> They It's so funny. My the other day um
- 1:24:25I I heard my my my daughter and my son
- 1:24:27speaking, right? And so she always has
- 1:24:30more money than him.
- 1:24:31>> She I mean not because they get
- 1:24:33different amounts. He just likes to blow
- 1:24:35through his she holds on to hers.
- 1:24:39>> He came from outside and his shoes were
- 1:24:40dirty cuz he was playing outside in the
- 1:24:41dirt, right? and she looks at his shoes
- 1:24:43and she says, "Uh, Levi, um, I think I
- 1:24:48think I'm going to get you some shoes."
- 1:24:49She's eight.
- 1:24:51Okay. She She's 8 years old.
- 1:24:54>> Wow.
- 1:24:54>> Okay. And I I said I said, "Lily, uh,
- 1:24:57you I don't think you can afford those
- 1:24:58shoes." She ran upstairs, okay, got her
- 1:25:02little piggy bank and brought it down
- 1:25:05and and said, "Look,
- 1:25:07I've been saving all this money." And I
- 1:25:10was like, and and guess what? She had
- 1:25:12enough that she could have bought him
- 1:25:13shoes. But what even impressed me more
- 1:25:16is that she knew that our household had
- 1:25:18a need and she was ready to fill it with
- 1:25:20what I had given her.
- 1:25:26Okay?
- 1:25:28She she was aligned with the household.
- 1:25:31She knew that, hey, when when his shoes
- 1:25:33get to a certain amount of time, daddy's
- 1:25:36going to have to because she knows
- 1:25:38daddy's heart and she knows when his his
- 1:25:41when when his shoes get looking a
- 1:25:43certain type of raggedy, daddy's already
- 1:25:46going to go, it's time for some new
- 1:25:48shoes. And so she says, "Hey, you know
- 1:25:49what? With what you've given me, I'm
- 1:25:52going to do cuz I know your heart."
- 1:25:55>> What you just said, you keep on drilling
- 1:25:58this point. The the prodigal son's
- 1:26:02brother said that your son you're
- 1:26:05celebrating but I've been here all this
- 1:26:07time.
- 1:26:08>> Come on.
- 1:26:09>> The father said that your brother
- 1:26:13>> come on
- 1:26:14>> was lost and now is found. Is dead and
- 1:26:16now is alive.
- 1:26:18>> Same person referred to in two different
- 1:26:20ways.
- 1:26:21>> Come on.
- 1:26:21>> The brother said that's your son. The
- 1:26:24father said that's your son. your
- 1:26:25brother. You said,
- 1:26:27>> "Come on,
- 1:26:28>> the the embrace between the father and
- 1:26:31the prodical son should have been a
- 1:26:34three-way hug,
- 1:26:35>> right?
- 1:26:35>> If the brother had his father's heart,
- 1:26:37he would have been waiting with him.
- 1:26:39>> It should have been a a two-way kiss. It
- 1:26:42should have been a three-way embrace."
- 1:26:44>> But we're we're we see the souls of
- 1:26:47individuals around us and we're just
- 1:26:49trying to get to our next level cuz God,
- 1:26:51that's your kids,
- 1:26:52>> right? Right?
- 1:26:53>> God is saying, "That's your brother."
- 1:26:55>> But come on,
- 1:26:56>> that's your sister.
- 1:26:57>> And and didn't I put in you what they
- 1:27:00need that could restore them?
- 1:27:03>> Did Did not I give you
- 1:27:08and and and this is the thing. If you
- 1:27:10had my heart, you would see that you had
- 1:27:12in you what they needed to be restored,
- 1:27:14>> bro. Man, you know what, bro? You know
- 1:27:18what?
- 1:27:20[laughter]
- 1:27:22Okay.
- 1:27:23>> So, so, so, so this is reality. So, so
- 1:27:25that's that shows me that you can have
- 1:27:27God's gifting.
- 1:27:29You can have the wisdom of it. But, do
- 1:27:31you have his heart?
- 1:27:35Because when you have his heart, you
- 1:27:38will see the need
- 1:27:40before he tells you about it.
- 1:27:45Okay.
- 1:27:48So that's what this was about, huh?
- 1:27:50[laughter]
- 1:27:51So that's what this is about. This
- 1:27:55that is the genetic marker.
- 1:27:57>> Come on.
- 1:27:58>> For being a branch. Do you have the
- 1:28:02heart
- 1:28:04of God? Do you have the heart of the
- 1:28:06father? We will not be able to approach
- 1:28:08this accordingly without his heart. I
- 1:28:11want to ask you, I know we we we've
- 1:28:14spoke a spoken a lot and I know you
- 1:28:15probably have something else that you
- 1:28:17want to share, but I want to ask
- 1:28:18practically, man.
- 1:28:21So, I'm hearing I'm hearing what's
- 1:28:23happening, but practically, if I have
- 1:28:27issues, I have fruit in my life. How do
- 1:28:31I go from seeing the fruit,
- 1:28:36experience, experiencing a level of
- 1:28:38deliverance,
- 1:28:40and then getting to a place where I'm
- 1:28:42able to walk out identifying these soul
- 1:28:45wounds or soul voids? Could you walk me
- 1:28:48through practically?
- 1:28:49>> Sure.
- 1:28:50>> And for the for the baby that's
- 1:28:51listening, what do I need to do cuz I'm
- 1:28:53one of those people that have these
- 1:28:55issues, but I don't know how to get from
- 1:28:56here to there. Uh so I think uh
- 1:28:59practically right you I always I always
- 1:29:02ask people when did this fruit start
- 1:29:04showing up in your life? When did you
- 1:29:07start noticing this fruit show up in
- 1:29:09your life? Okay. What situation
- 1:29:11triggered it? Right? What lie did you
- 1:29:14agree with or come into agreement with?
- 1:29:18All right. Or or sometimes it's this.
- 1:29:20What emotion did you make room for?
- 1:29:23All right. And then what spirit took
- 1:29:26advantage of that open door
- 1:29:30and what fruit has grown because of it?
- 1:29:34Those those are literally the questions
- 1:29:36I would start asking.
- 1:29:38Right? And if you go to soul
- 1:29:39disciplehip.org shameless plug we have a
- 1:29:41whole fruit assessment.
- 1:29:43>> What is the fruit assessment?
- 1:29:44>> All right. So the fruit assessment it
- 1:29:46literally is we take every fruit
- 1:29:49biblically every fruit and we start
- 1:29:51creating asking you situations right
- 1:29:54what have you experienced this and we
- 1:29:55can actually show you hey what fruit is
- 1:29:58lowing your life
- 1:29:59>> low
- 1:29:59>> yeah well like what fruit based on the
- 1:30:02the
- 1:30:03>> you got to bring your mic close so we
- 1:30:04can make sure you hear all right so it's
- 1:30:06it's we we call it the fruit assessment
- 1:30:08we do it in soul disciplehip and I think
- 1:30:09I did a part part of it on in on your on
- 1:30:11your teaching on um on your live
- 1:30:14>> and So, but now we kind of digitized it,
- 1:30:16right? And so, we start there's these
- 1:30:18questions, these questions that we ask
- 1:30:19to help you identify, okay, what fruit
- 1:30:22may be showing up in your life, right?
- 1:30:24Where did it come from? And then how do
- 1:30:26you renounce, right? And then re-root,
- 1:30:30okay? Because like I said, every fruit
- 1:30:32>> re-root is crazy. That's like a metaphor
- 1:30:34right there. What I'm talking about, I
- 1:30:36could go we could talk about the moberry
- 1:30:37tree. Okay? He said, come on. Do I have
- 1:30:40time? He because literally he said if
- 1:30:42you have faith right to speak to the
- 1:30:43tree he said you can cast it can be
- 1:30:46uprooted and throw it into sea and then
- 1:30:47God even talks about how it'll be
- 1:30:49replanted into the sea right which is
- 1:30:52unnatural for roots because roots can't
- 1:30:54survive in the sea. So what he's saying
- 1:30:57is that if if you would have faith
- 1:30:59enough in me the and the thing about the
- 1:31:01malberry tree if you look in it it has
- 1:31:02one of the most complex root systems
- 1:31:05right to show that even those
- 1:31:07complicated issues in your life even
- 1:31:09those generational issues in your life
- 1:31:11that you know your mama had a bad
- 1:31:12attitude and your grandma had had a bad
- 1:31:14attitude and your great grandma had a
- 1:31:15bad those complicated issues in your
- 1:31:17life that you don't you you're acting
- 1:31:18out things that you don't even know
- 1:31:20where it came from. Wow.
- 1:31:21>> Right. If you have enough faith to abide
- 1:31:23and to trust in God, even those can be
- 1:31:25uprooted and thrown into a sea where it
- 1:31:28will never survive and can never be
- 1:31:29replanted in your life again.
- 1:31:30>> My goodness.
- 1:31:32>> Right? And so we start walking people
- 1:31:34through each of these, right? And then
- 1:31:36the end of the assessment, it actually
- 1:31:37gives you a plan on how you can
- 1:31:40literally week by week start not only
- 1:31:42get rid of those fruit, but start
- 1:31:43rrooting yourself in the word of God.
- 1:31:46>> Oh my. Okay. So soul disciplehip.org.
- 1:31:50Yeah. So, we're going to put all the
- 1:31:52links in the description and also the um
- 1:31:54soul disciplehip school that you
- 1:31:56>> So, yeah. So, we we also have a soul
- 1:31:58disciplehip community.
- 1:31:59>> Okay.
- 1:31:59>> Where um like like I said, we have close
- 1:32:01to a thousand people. And so, we don't
- 1:32:03we we want you to we want to partner
- 1:32:05with you. All right. Um and we're even
- 1:32:08creating a a new pathway for for
- 1:32:10churches. Um because one of the things
- 1:32:11that I think, you know, I just don't
- 1:32:13like to come hard at ministries, right?
- 1:32:14I think God was like, "Okay, what what
- 1:32:16is the solution?" So we're actually
- 1:32:17creating a soul diagnostic system for
- 1:32:19churches so that pastors can say you
- 1:32:21know what how do I disciple my people
- 1:32:23right and so we're creating actually
- 1:32:25systems that churches we can partner
- 1:32:26with churches and pastors that say hey I
- 1:32:28have 15 20 40 people on my leadership
- 1:32:31team they can take an assessment and
- 1:32:33they can diagnose where they are in
- 1:32:34their soul and it can literally show you
- 1:32:36areas that that you can partner with
- 1:32:38your people to shepherd them in the
- 1:32:40areas of growth in their soul.
- 1:32:42>> That is so fire.
- 1:32:43>> Yes sir. And because like like I said, I
- 1:32:45really feel like God in this season is
- 1:32:47is bringing back the shepherd in grace.
- 1:32:49>> That's so good,
- 1:32:50>> right? And and how can how can
- 1:32:52ministries cuz let's be real, everyone
- 1:32:54is not equipped, right? Everyone if if
- 1:32:57pastors was going to sit down and have
- 1:32:59to take the time it it's it's it's
- 1:33:01challenging to do, right? To sit down
- 1:33:03with every single person on your team
- 1:33:05and say, "Okay, what what are you going
- 1:33:06through X Y and Z?" So this is a system
- 1:33:08that and and it's all Bible based
- 1:33:11straight from that's one thing we do.
- 1:33:13It's all of it comes from scripture,
- 1:33:15right? Every lie that we believe, we we
- 1:33:17we say, "Okay, what's lie that you
- 1:33:19believe and what is the biblical truth
- 1:33:20that you now need to insert into your
- 1:33:22soul that now will govern your soul?"
- 1:33:24>> Wow.
- 1:33:25>> Because in every area that you had a
- 1:33:27soul wound, you need a biblical truth to
- 1:33:29govern that area now.
- 1:33:30>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:33:32>> Okay. So, for example, if you if you had
- 1:33:34fatherlessness, if you had mother
- 1:33:36wounds, right? I always tell people as
- 1:33:38I'm even as I'm doing deliverance, you
- 1:33:39know, when your mother and father
- 1:33:40forsake you, God himself takes you up.
- 1:33:43That is your new governing scripture.
- 1:33:45That is truth that now your soul can
- 1:33:47live with. Yeah, my dad was gone, but
- 1:33:49guess what the Bible says? Well, if my
- 1:33:51mother and father forsaken me, God
- 1:33:53himself takes me up. I'm not a bastard.
- 1:33:55I'm not abandoned.
- 1:33:56>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:33:56>> And and Okay, so that place, that void
- 1:33:58that needs to be filled, well, I'm not
- 1:34:00abandoned because God himself took me up
- 1:34:04and now I can walk with that soul, my
- 1:34:06with that truth in my soul,
- 1:34:09right? There's there's a for every lie,
- 1:34:12God has a truth of his word that can
- 1:34:15fill every wound that was infested with
- 1:34:17a lie.
- 1:34:18>> Oh, chills.
- 1:34:20>> Right. And and and and I I really
- 1:34:22believe that that's my mandate in this
- 1:34:23next season is to truly help the body of
- 1:34:26Christ heal and and help ministers walk
- 1:34:29their people through through soul
- 1:34:31healing, soul voice, soul wounds so that
- 1:34:34they can walk out righteousness. As you
- 1:34:37were speaking, the Lord was saying, gave
- 1:34:39me a quick prayer for you that as you
- 1:34:42were speaking, he said, "This is my son
- 1:34:44and that is my heart." And he's saying,
- 1:34:48"The reason why you're able to one
- 1:34:50articulate what you're able to
- 1:34:52articulate is because your heart has
- 1:34:54been processed. Your life has been
- 1:34:56processed in his hands." He's also said
- 1:34:58that there were others that I wanted to
- 1:35:01release this message earlier through,
- 1:35:03but they didn't allow me to do proper
- 1:35:06work in them. And he's saying, "And the
- 1:35:08reason why you're able
- 1:35:11to love his sheep well
- 1:35:15is because you're giving them what you
- 1:35:18didn't get."
- 1:35:19>> Amen.
- 1:35:20>> And he
- 1:35:21he literally when he literally processed
- 1:35:24you in his hands.
- 1:35:26>> Amen. He fed you his truth. He gave you.
- 1:35:30You're literally creating something that
- 1:35:33is literally that has the fingerprints
- 1:35:35of God on it. That you can't say that
- 1:35:39you've been walked through what you're
- 1:35:40about to walk people through.
- 1:35:42>> Yeah. It's true. Yeah.
- 1:35:43>> You can't say that you've been loved in
- 1:35:45the ways that God is gifting you to
- 1:35:47love.
- 1:35:48>> Amen. And if you wanted to know
- 1:35:51if the Lord was with you, then you need
- 1:35:54to receive what he's done in your life
- 1:35:57as the greatest miracle that could be
- 1:36:00done.
- 1:36:01>> Amen.
- 1:36:01>> Because what he is using you to do is so
- 1:36:05transformational,
- 1:36:07so transcending and powerful that only
- 1:36:10he could do it.
- 1:36:11>> Amen.
- 1:36:12>> By himself.
- 1:36:13>> Oh, amen. I receive that.
- 1:36:15>> Amen.
- 1:36:16>> Amen. I want to pray for those that are
- 1:36:18watching.
- 1:36:20>> This was really, really powerful for me,
- 1:36:22lifechanging for me. What I took away
- 1:36:24from it is
- 1:36:26there's a responsibility on my life.
- 1:36:30God is counting on me. He's looking to
- 1:36:33me to be a vessel for his intention in
- 1:36:37the lives of those around me. That I
- 1:36:40there's a demand on my life for fruit
- 1:36:42for those that are around me. That's
- 1:36:43one. And two, the consequence of being
- 1:36:47fruitless is exponential.
- 1:36:50>> Come on.
- 1:36:52>> I I I refuse.
- 1:36:55I refuse to be fruitful.
- 1:36:56>> The Bible says it. He says that any tree
- 1:36:58that does not bear fruit.
- 1:36:59>> Oh my goodness, man.
- 1:37:01>> Okay. Is literally cut off, right? And
- 1:37:05and and there's so many of us and it's
- 1:37:07it's just like the the fig tree that was
- 1:37:10supposed to be producing fruit. I'm
- 1:37:12saying and and he and and the the
- 1:37:14reality is is it it looked like it had
- 1:37:18leaves,
- 1:37:20right? That that that if you if you
- 1:37:23start if you do a little study, the
- 1:37:25leaves only come as as a as a form of
- 1:37:28maturity.
- 1:37:29>> Oh my goodness.
- 1:37:29>> Right. So, it had all of the sentiments
- 1:37:32as though it that there when he got up
- 1:37:35close there should be fruit,
- 1:37:38>> but when he got there, there was no
- 1:37:40fruit on the tree. Oh my goodness.
- 1:37:42>> And what did he do? He cursed it.
- 1:37:45>> Mercy, Jesus.
- 1:37:47>> Which shows that there's so many of us
- 1:37:48that you've been in his presence long
- 1:37:51enough that there's the the amount of
- 1:37:52fruit that should be emanating on your
- 1:37:54life?
- 1:37:54>> See, Jesus,
- 1:37:56>> right? It should be so much abundant
- 1:37:59fruit. And then if you do have fruit, is
- 1:38:02it filled with thistles and thorns?
- 1:38:05That that every time someone tries to go
- 1:38:06and grab one, they get cut.
- 1:38:09>> They get wounded.
- 1:38:12Will you allow God to process those
- 1:38:14areas in your soul so that you can be a
- 1:38:16healthy representation?
- 1:38:18>> Come on, man.
- 1:38:20>> That you can be a healthy representation
- 1:38:22of his body.
- 1:38:23>> Wow.
- 1:38:26>> And I and I say this as someone that
- 1:38:28there's been times that I've been an
- 1:38:29unhealthy representation.
- 1:38:33Right. And so I had to go through the
- 1:38:36pressing to your point. I had to go
- 1:38:38through the the shaping and and the
- 1:38:41extremely hard seasons cuz God had to
- 1:38:43process that out of me. And I had to
- 1:38:45look at the fruit that was being
- 1:38:47produced in my life and say, "God, this
- 1:38:50doesn't look like what it's supposed to
- 1:38:52look like. God, I I want my life to to
- 1:38:56make the right sound. I want my fruit to
- 1:38:58be something that that you look at and
- 1:39:00say, "Yeah, this came from my kingdom. I
- 1:39:02want the the the fruit that people are
- 1:39:04able to to to get from my life to be
- 1:39:06something that when they ingest, they
- 1:39:08don't get sick.
- 1:39:09>> Come on, man.
- 1:39:10>> That they that they find it as
- 1:39:11nourishment and they're able to grow and
- 1:39:13get better and and find you even even
- 1:39:16the more. And I don't I want it so much
- 1:39:18that that I'm almost invisible.
- 1:39:21>> Oh man.
- 1:39:21>> That when they see me, they see you.
- 1:39:23>> Yeah.
- 1:39:24>> Right. That the fruit of my life when
- 1:39:26they say, "Well, why does Rob have
- 1:39:27peace?" It's because I've been with the
- 1:39:28Prince of Peace. when when they see joy,
- 1:39:31they they in circumstances that I should
- 1:39:33not have joy, they could say, "Well,
- 1:39:34it's probably because he's been with the
- 1:39:36Lord, right? That like that's that that
- 1:39:39is the testimony I want my life to to
- 1:39:41say,
- 1:39:43right? Um how how could I love people in
- 1:39:46such a way
- 1:39:50that that that speaks that I've been
- 1:39:52with God?
- 1:40:00You know that that that is what I
- 1:40:01believe God truly wants
- 1:40:04>> the body to get to
- 1:40:07brother.
- 1:40:10I'm a believer, man. I'm a I'm a
- 1:40:13believer. Everything that that has come
- 1:40:15forth today, Lord, I receive it. I
- 1:40:19receive it. I pray that everyone that
- 1:40:21heard this message today that they don't
- 1:40:22just This is This was not a podcast. I
- 1:40:25don't even know what this was, but it
- 1:40:26was in the podcast. And I pray every
- 1:40:28leader, every minister, every parent,
- 1:40:31every husband, every wife receives this.
- 1:40:34And and even this assessment, man, it's
- 1:40:36a really practical way to be able to see
- 1:40:38real time what's happening.
- 1:40:40>> Yeah.
- 1:40:40>> Diagnosing yourself based on scripture.
- 1:40:42Yeah.
- 1:40:42>> And um so I encourage this. Go ahead,
- 1:40:45man.
- 1:40:45>> Because just just people that and and
- 1:40:47and it's in it, but just because if to
- 1:40:50be uh ministerally responsible. So, so
- 1:40:53the goal when you take the is not to
- 1:40:55diagnose yourself and then start trying
- 1:40:57to produce that fruit.
- 1:40:58>> Oh man. Say, so, so the goal is not to
- 1:41:01say, "Oh, wow. I realize that I have low
- 1:41:04patience. Let me start being more
- 1:41:06patient because then then you're falling
- 1:41:07into the trap of what we just talked
- 1:41:09about, right?" It means that you have to
- 1:41:12be rrooted in that area that there's and
- 1:41:15and and the assessment will help you,
- 1:41:17but it it starts saying, "Hey, there's a
- 1:41:19place in in in that that you're not
- 1:41:21r-rooted and going to God for." And so
- 1:41:24when you identify that place, that's
- 1:41:26when you need to be seeking the Lord for
- 1:41:27that fruit.
- 1:41:28>> That's so good.
- 1:41:28>> And I just wanted to make sure we were
- 1:41:30responsible in even saying that.
- 1:41:31>> That's so good. That's so good, man.
- 1:41:33It's on you, man. If you could pray for
- 1:41:34those that are listening, man.
- 1:41:35>> Sure. Um so, Father God, I just thank
- 1:41:37you right now in the mighty name of
- 1:41:39Jesus. Lord, I thank you for this
- 1:41:40conversation. Lord, I thank you. I even
- 1:41:42feel that, Lord, that you are with us.
- 1:41:43You've been with us, Father, through
- 1:41:44this conversation. Lord, I thank you,
- 1:41:46Lord, that each and every listener, each
- 1:41:48and every person that will will listen
- 1:41:50to this podcast, Father God, that will
- 1:41:52listen to this, Father, over the
- 1:41:53airways, Lord, that they will take an
- 1:41:54assessment,
- 1:41:56that they will partner with you, Lord,
- 1:41:58to identify what areas of their soul,
- 1:42:01Father God, what area of their hearts
- 1:42:02and their minds, Father, that you're
- 1:42:04trying to do a great work in, Father,
- 1:42:06that they would partner with the Holy
- 1:42:07Spirit. That they would learn to truly
- 1:42:09abide in you in every area, Lord. that
- 1:42:12that you are healing the souls and the
- 1:42:14hearts of men. Father, I thank you right
- 1:42:16now in the mighty name of Jesus, Lord,
- 1:42:18that this word would go, Father God, and
- 1:42:20it would go, Father God, to their
- 1:42:21depths, Father God, that every person
- 1:42:24that needs to hear it, Father, that that
- 1:42:26they would listen uh, you know, in in
- 1:42:28full, Lord, and they would grab whatever
- 1:42:29it is that you want them to grab from
- 1:42:31it, Father God. This is not about my
- 1:42:33This is not about me. This is not about
- 1:42:35Ezekiel, Lord. This is about you and you
- 1:42:36grabbing your people and healing them
- 1:42:39and getting them to the place in there
- 1:42:40so that they can be fruitful in your
- 1:42:42kingdom. That that they can hear you
- 1:42:43say, "Well done, thy good and faithful
- 1:42:46serv."
- 1:42:46>> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
- 1:42:48>> That they can stand that that we all can
- 1:42:50stand before you. I put myself in it,
- 1:42:52too. That that we all can stand before
- 1:42:54you.
- 1:42:54>> Yes, God.
- 1:42:55>> Proud with the with with what we that
- 1:42:57what we're coming to you with with the
- 1:42:59fruit that's in our hand. And we will
- 1:43:00know that it's something that you will
- 1:43:01say, "I approved of this."
- 1:43:03>> There you go. that this fruit looks like
- 1:43:05me, that this is organic fruit from the
- 1:43:07kingdom of heaven.
- 1:43:09>> So, Father God, I thank you, Lord, that
- 1:43:11you're healing your body, that you're
- 1:43:13sending shepherds out, Father, in a
- 1:43:15mighty way that that would steward the
- 1:43:16souls and the hearts of men.
- 1:43:18>> Thank you.
- 1:43:18>> And I thank you for all these things in
- 1:43:19Jesus my name we pray.
- 1:43:21>> Amen.
- 1:43:23>> What's going on, family? As you [music]
- 1:43:25know, we need to heal Atlanta 2026 is
- 1:43:28going down August 27th to the 29th. I
- 1:43:31know, [music] I know, I know. tickets
- 1:43:33sold out fast and yes, it's going to be
- 1:43:36a packed lineup. It's going to be an
- 1:43:38amazing time in [music] the Lord. And
- 1:43:40some of you are going to be a part,
- 1:43:41others of you may not be a part, but
- 1:43:44there is a way that everyone can be a
- 1:43:46part. When God told me that this year,
- 1:43:492026, [music] we cannot charge, I was
- 1:43:53just like, "All right, Lord, we're going
- 1:43:54to do what you say, but I don't know how
- 1:43:56you're going to make it happen." Many of
- 1:43:58you guys have already [music] supported.
- 1:44:00You've already blessed our channel and
- 1:44:02God has done tremendous things through
- 1:44:03it. And I don't think you even recognize
- 1:44:05how many [music] people have been healed
- 1:44:07and blessed because you have donated.
- 1:44:09You have blessed. You have swed a seed.
- 1:44:11This is not going to be any different.
- 1:44:13We're believing and trusting [music]
- 1:44:14that God is going to do everything that
- 1:44:16we need him to do through his hands and
- 1:44:19feet. And so we're looking to you. Those
- 1:44:21of you who are already a part, [music]
- 1:44:23you did not pay a registration fee or
- 1:44:25anything like that. We need and I'm not
- 1:44:28ashamed to say we need donations. We
- 1:44:31need to [music] get the speakers there
- 1:44:33uh with their flights and hotels
- 1:44:35accommodations. We still have to pay
- 1:44:37some for the venue. We still [music]
- 1:44:38have to pay for security and other
- 1:44:40things that we need supplies and
- 1:44:42marketing materials and [music]
- 1:44:44branding. All of these things cost
- 1:44:46money. And we know that God can do
- 1:44:49amazing [music]
- 1:44:49things through us. So, as much as we are
- 1:44:52sacrificing on this side, we know that
- 1:44:54God can put it on your heart to
- 1:44:55sacrifice as well. And for those of you
- 1:44:57that feel like, hey, why am I blessing
- 1:45:00and I'm not going to get anything from
- 1:45:01[music] this? Well, one, you know that
- 1:45:02your reward is in heaven. Two, what
- 1:45:04you're doing is paying it forward
- 1:45:06because the next time we do, we need to
- 1:45:08heal. We're believing God for even
- 1:45:10bigger venue and we're believing [music]
- 1:45:11God to accommodate those who were not
- 1:45:13able to be accommodated last time. So,
- 1:45:15those of you that are willing to sew
- 1:45:17into [music] we need to heal this year,
- 1:45:19I want you to know that because of your
- 1:45:22seed, it's going to open the doors
- 1:45:23[music] for us to be able to make this
- 1:45:25happen in a better, more effective way
- 1:45:27next year. And I can't wait to see what
- 1:45:29God does with that. So, I'm just going
- 1:45:31to let y'all do y'all thing. Nothing is
- 1:45:33too small and [music] nothing is too
- 1:45:34big. So, go ahead and let God use you
- 1:45:37and sew something into what God is going
- 1:45:39to be doing for those three nights
- 1:45:41[music] for we need to heal. I cannot
- 1:45:44wait to see what God does. I love you
- 1:45:45guys and all the information to donate
- 1:45:48is in the link in the description
- 1:45:50[music] for social media. The link is in
- 1:45:52my bio. Love y'all. Peace,
- 1:45:57brothers. It's finally going down.
- 1:46:00Restore 2026, October 23rd to the 25th.
- 1:46:05I know [music] some of you have been
- 1:46:06before. Many of you have only seen clips
- 1:46:08on Instagram, but I'll just tell you
- 1:46:10this right now. It is like nothing
- 1:46:12you've ever experienced before. This
- 1:46:14year, we know that God [music] is going
- 1:46:16to move mightily. The speakers that we
- 1:46:18have apart, tremendous. The programming,
- 1:46:20h is so spirit-led that you don't want
- 1:46:23to miss it. Trust me when I say this,
