  1. 0:00There's one candle that can predict
  2. 0:01exactly where price is going next, and
  3. 0:03most traders have no clue what to look
  4. 0:05for. Step one, wait for the London
  5. 0:07session to open.
  6. 0:08>> Okay.
  7. 0:09>> Step two, switch to the one-hour time
  8. 0:10frame. When the market opens, it will
  9. 0:12form a new one-hour candle. Mark the
  10. 0:14high and low of that opening candle.
  11. 0:16Step three, watch for a liquidity grab
  12. 0:18in either direction. In this example,
  13. 0:20price grabbed liquidity to the downside.
  14. 0:23You want to see the wick break the
  15. 0:24range, but the candle's body must close
  16. 0:26back inside.
  17. 0:27>> Okay, that makes sense.
  18. 0:28>> Step four, once that happens, you've got
  19. 0:30a high probability bias. Price is likely
  20. 0:32to hunt the liquidity at the opposite
  21. 0:34end, targeting the high of the opening
  22. 0:36candle. Step five, drop to a smaller
  23. 0:39time frame to find two
  24. 0:40>> FVG
  25. 0:41>> Here, we spotted a bullish fair value
  26. 0:43gap. Wait for price to return to that
  27. 0:45gap. Enter the trade, set your take
  28. 0:47profit at the high of the one-hour
  29. 0:48candle, and place your stop loss just
  30. 0:51below
  31. 0:51>> Okay, that makes a lot of sense. This is
  32. 0:52actually a really simple setup that we
  33. 0:54can easily build an indicator around.
  34. 0:56But obviously, the first thing that
  35. 0:56jumps out is London open and the
  36. 0:58one-hour. So, this is more than likely
  37. 1:00trading for gold. You could probably
  38. 1:02trade on futures, but probably gold or
  39. 1:03some type of currency pair. So, look at
  40. 1:05this indicator that we built. As you can
  41. 1:07see here, all it does is it plots the
  42. 1:09first hour high and low. Then when it
  43. 1:10detects a candle closing inside after a
  44. 1:12break of that higher low for the next
  45. 1:14hour, it plots a signal here. So, we're
  46. 1:16here on a one-minute time frame. You can
  47. 1:17see we have that first hour plotted in
  48. 1:19this shade. Second hour signals a bear
  49. 1:22cuz it closed back inside that high. If
  50. 1:24I go to the settings, I actually enable
  51. 1:26show fair value gaps. It has a
  52. 1:27volatility filter if I wanted to change
  53. 1:29that. So, what I'm really looking for is
  54. 1:30just that bear or bull signal and then
  55. 1:32following suit with the FVG as well.
  56. 1:34We'd be looking for a bearish FVG and
  57. 1:36then taking the trade off of that,
  58. 1:38targeting the opposite end depending if
  59. 1:40we're bullish or bearish. I actually
  60. 1:41built this entire indicator using an AI
  61. 1:43called Lux Algo Quant. And it's actually
  62. 1:45better than Claude Code or ChatGPT or
  63. 1:47Gemini because it's specifically built
  64. 1:49on Pine Script. As you can see here, I
  65. 1:51just went back and I provided
  66. 1:53screenshots of the video, explained each
  67. 1:56setup, and then a few other tweaks, and
  68. 1:58we had a fully functioning indicator
  69. 1:59that I can use on my TradingView chart.
  70. 2:01And the other asset I've seen that moves
  71. 2:03really well with this strategy is
  72. 2:04actually the Euro USD, because obviously
  73. 2:06a lot of volume kicks in for the London
  74. 2:08open. But you can see here, a bull
  75. 2:10signal occurred. You have this FVG here.
  76. 2:12You could have your stop below, and
  77. 2:14obviously you target the high of that
  78. 2:15first hour, and you can see that it
  79. 2:17plays out very nicely. You could trade
  80. 2:19this on the 1-minute or the 5-minute.
  81. 2:21You can literally have signals on both
  82. 2:22of them. I wouldn't really go any lower
  83. 2:24than that, but as you can see, same
  84. 2:26situation, FVG, stop at the higher above
  85. 2:29the FVG, target the opposite low or
  86. 2:32high, and then just let it play, and a
  87. 2:34beautiful target hit as well. Like
  88. 2:36always, I'm going to give you the source
  89. 2:37code of this indicator completely free.
  90. 2:39Just comment the word London, and I'll
  91. 2:41send you the link. When you get that
  92. 2:42link, make sure you copy it into your
  93. 2:44external browser, and it's going to show
  94. 2:45up in a chat like this with a chart at
  95. 2:47the top of the screen. Just click code
  96. 2:49view, and then there's the source code
  97. 2:51for you to use on TradingView.
