  1. 0:00This is why average faces are going to
  2. 0:02look flat. And this is the part that no
  3. 0:05one really explains because they simply
  4. 0:07don't understand it enough. So, by the
  5. 0:10end of this video, you're never going to
  6. 0:11look at another side profile the same
  7. 0:13way. And the reason I say that is
  8. 0:15because you're going to learn how elite
  9. 0:17side profiles are actually going to be
  10. 0:19built naturally. Step one is going to be
  11. 0:21the hidden foundation. What that means
  12. 0:23is the foundational bone, which is
  13. 0:25changing the entire side profile, making
  14. 0:28it either look flat and literally
  15. 0:30recessed versus giving you a model-esque
  16. 0:33appearance. That one bone is step one.
  17. 0:36Step two, the remodeling switch. We need
  18. 0:39to remodel this bone naturally, don't
  19. 0:41we? And we need to understand what's
  20. 0:43actually going to tell the bone to
  21. 0:45change naturally. Step three is going to
  22. 0:47link into that, and we're going to be
  23. 0:48unlocking the hidden force that we're
  24. 0:51actually going to be applying to the
  25. 0:53bone to stimulate remodeling around this
  26. 0:56particular bone using the tongue, which
  27. 0:59sits at the foundation of your face.
  28. 1:01Step four, the direction problem. Now,
  29. 1:05most people are actually able to
  30. 1:07generate force with their tongue pretty
  31. 1:09effectively, but they end up wasting it.
  32. 1:11And that wastage is what's causing
  33. 1:13everything to actually fall apart fall
  34. 1:15apart. So,
  35. 1:17step four is what actually completely
  36. 1:19changes how I looked at faces in the
  37. 1:22beginning and the same way how you're
  38. 1:25actually going to begin improving it.
  39. 1:27So, let's now do a deep dive into step
  40. 1:28one, the hidden foundation. So,
  41. 1:31the hidden foundation is going to be the
  42. 1:33fact that your jaw might not actually be
  43. 1:35the problem, and that a weak-looking
  44. 1:37side profile is more often blamed on the
  45. 1:40chin or jawline when it's actually
  46. 1:42something a lot more deeper than that.
  47. 1:45And if you look here, most people are
  48. 1:47going to immediately see that, okay, the
  49. 1:49jaw's going to look slightly different,
  50. 1:52but people see that there's something
  51. 1:54more. However, they can't quite
  52. 1:55articulate it.
  53. 1:57We need to go a further. We need to not
  54. 1:59only be able to articulate, we need to
  55. 2:01be able to fix it. So, what I want you
  56. 2:02to do right now is cover your jaw with
  57. 2:04your hand, literally, so you can't see
  58. 2:06it. Then, what I want you to do is
  59. 2:08compare your profile to someone with
  60. 2:11stronger facial projection. I'm going to
  61. 2:13show you here. If I were to cover
  62. 2:15Alicia's jaw, look at her face. You can
  63. 2:17still tell that there's something
  64. 2:19lacking. Her face, from the front, you
  65. 2:20can tell there's something flat here.
  66. 2:22However, if I were to hide the jaw in
  67. 2:25this after picture now of Alicia, do you
  68. 2:28see how her frontal profile, you can
  69. 2:30tell it's projected? That even without
  70. 2:33seeing her jaw that there is something
  71. 2:35correct. That's exactly the point that
  72. 2:38I'm getting at. And that's going to come
  73. 2:40down to this bone. It's called the
  74. 2:42maxillary bone. The maxillary bone sits
  75. 2:45right in the middle of the face, and it
  76. 2:47is what determines your cheek, under
  77. 2:48eyes, and nose. If they all sit too far
  78. 2:52back, then guess what? The problem isn't
  79. 2:53actually going to be the jaw, which is
  80. 2:55making your side profile look flat. It's
  81. 2:57going to be the structure supporting
  82. 2:59everything on top of it. And you can see
  83. 3:00with where I was. This is where I was,
  84. 3:03and this is where I was after trying for
  85. 3:054 months, stuff that didn't really work.
  86. 3:09However, when I actually dialed in with
  87. 3:11everything, you can see how much
  88. 3:13changed. You can see what fundamentally
  89. 3:16changed. It's not the jaw, it's the
  90. 3:17maxillary bone. So, the jaw often
  91. 3:19reveals the problem, doesn't always
  92. 3:21cause it. That's the thing. So, which
  93. 3:22bone is actually responsible for that
  94. 3:24support? You just learned that it's the
  95. 3:25maxillary bone. So, step two.
  96. 3:28Let's understand the remodeling switch.
  97. 3:30So, before we go deeper into the
  98. 3:32maxillary bone in particular, let's
  99. 3:34answer a more important question. How
  100. 3:37and can bones even change? Can they
  101. 3:40actually structurally remodel? Now,
  102. 3:42fortunately, your skeleton is not
  103. 3:44static. What that means is that it's not
  104. 3:45just going to be the same. Throughout
  105. 3:47your entire life, your body is
  106. 3:50constantly removing old bone and
  107. 3:53replacing it with new bone through a
  108. 3:55process called bone remodeling. And you
  109. 3:57can see how there are particular cells,
  110. 4:00which you don't really need to know, but
  111. 4:01it's just interesting.
  112. 4:03There are particular cells called
  113. 4:05osteoblasts, which build bone, and then
  114. 4:07there's particular cells called
  115. 4:09osteoclasts, which take away bone. And
  116. 4:12this is typically
  117. 4:14um
  118. 4:15a reaction where you can think of it as
  119. 4:18it's equal, where there's the same
  120. 4:19amount of bone forming as being
  121. 4:21resorbed.
  122. 4:22And in some people, there's going to be
  123. 4:24more resorption, which is causing the
  124. 4:25bone structure to get worse. We want the
  125. 4:27opposite. So, bone isn't going to
  126. 4:30remodel randomly. It adapts when you
  127. 4:32receive the right signals. And the right
  128. 4:34signals are going to come about around
  129. 4:36the jaw and upwards on the jaw.
  130. 4:39Remember, we talked about the bone which
  131. 4:40sits on top of the jaw.
  132. 4:42And this is what it's going to look like
  133. 4:44in in the change in question. So, if I
  134. 4:48show you right here, look at where he
  135. 4:50was with regards to his jaw, and look at
  136. 4:52the visibility of it, especially his
  137. 4:54chin. Do you see how the chin and jaw
  138. 4:56improving is one aspect of it, but it
  139. 4:59actually comes down to what's above.
  140. 5:01Look at this portion in particular.
  141. 5:03That's what I want you to see. Do you
  142. 5:05see the difference there? That's what
  143. 5:06I'm talking about. Just so you can
  144. 5:07visualize it. So, once you understand
  145. 5:10those signals, the importance of the
  146. 5:12upper jaw becomes obvious. And the upper
  147. 5:14jaw is the bone in question, this bone
  148. 5:17which sits right in the middle. So,
  149. 5:19let's now understand what actually tells
  150. 5:21bone that it needs to remodel. How do we
  151. 5:23get this to actually happen?
  152. 5:25And this is where step three comes into
  153. 5:26play, unlocking that hidden force,
  154. 5:28unlocking what's actually going to
  155. 5:30project the side profile naturally. Now,
  156. 5:33the face is going to be under constant
  157. 5:34load. All the time your face is under
  158. 5:37load, whether that's from gravity,
  159. 5:38sagging it downwards, pulling it
  160. 5:40downwards, and making it recessed over
  161. 5:42time, or if it's upwards through a very
  162. 5:45particular exercise that I'm going to
  163. 5:46outline to you. So, if you see him, if
  164. 5:49we look at Tom Cruise, Tom Cruise could
  165. 5:50have easily looked like this. However,
  166. 5:52he doesn't. He looks far better. Do you
  167. 5:54see how the jaw's one thing where his
  168. 5:57the jaw here is so much better than the
  169. 5:59jaw here. But, it's not the jaw. Once
  170. 6:02again, the jaw's being pulled by
  171. 6:03something. It's being properly projected
  172. 6:05by the mid-face. The eyes are going to
  173. 6:07be a clear sign of that. So,
  174. 6:10every time that you chew, every time
  175. 6:12that you're actually biting into force
  176. 6:14of food, what you're doing is the teeth
  177. 6:16are actually going to have force
  178. 6:18traveling through them. And that is what
  179. 6:21allows it to travel through the facial
  180. 6:24skeleton, the skull.
  181. 6:26And this is what it's going to look
  182. 6:27like. So, I'm going to draw this out for
  183. 6:28you and I want you to really start to
  184. 6:31dial in with this from today. You
  185. 6:33typically are going to chew with food,
  186. 6:36and this is what most people do, around
  187. 6:38here. This is how they're chewing food,
  188. 6:39isn't it? And then you have
  189. 6:42a bolus of food, and it's going to be
  190. 6:44around here, isn't it? Sometimes it's
  191. 6:46you're going to chew from your cheek
  192. 6:49outside of the dental arch towards your
  193. 6:51cheek, and it's going to push on that.
  194. 6:52This is where the food is going to be
  195. 6:54and you're going to chew it. I'm telling
  196. 6:56you that chewing like this isn't helping
  197. 6:58you. You need to chew like this.
  198. 7:01So, with this uh best diagram I could
  199. 7:03find. Just imagine the tooth was up
  200. 7:04there. This is how I want you to chew.
  201. 7:07Obviously, to bite into food you're
  202. 7:09going to chew slight amount here. But, I
  203. 7:11want you to chew there. Why? Because
  204. 7:13look at how force is going to travel
  205. 7:14now. Do you see how this is literally
  206. 7:16going to help the projection in question
  207. 7:19over time? Do you see the difference
  208. 7:20that I'm talking about? You chewing
  209. 7:22properly in the manner that I'm talking
  210. 7:24about allows your face over time to go
  211. 7:26from looking like it's sinking to over
  212. 7:29time, through the process of bone
  213. 7:31remodeling, having more of a projected
  214. 7:33look by a couple of millimeters. But,
  215. 7:36guess what? A couple of millimeters is
  216. 7:38all you need. A couple of millimeters is
  217. 7:40the difference between a jaw like this
  218. 7:42versus a jaw like that.
  219. 7:44The goal is to have force travel
  220. 7:46properly. So, this is going to be called
  221. 7:49facial loading. Just like your legs are
  222. 7:51going to experience loading when you
  223. 7:52walk, your facial bones experience a
  224. 7:55loading when you're going to be chewing.
  225. 7:58And when you chew properly,
  226. 8:00guess what? The change is inevitable.
  227. 8:03The change travels from here that I just
  228. 8:06talked about. And you see how if we map
  229. 8:08it out on your maxillary bone and the
  230. 8:10rest of your face. You see how it's
  231. 8:12going to travel upwards. You see this
  232. 8:15difference. That's exactly what I'm
  233. 8:17talking about. So,
  234. 8:18without loading, your body has no reason
  235. 8:20to actually change. And without having a
  236. 8:22reason to change, guess what? You're
  237. 8:24never going to be able to actually
  238. 8:25improve
  239. 8:26your face. What's What we're trying to
  240. 8:29practically transform the thing in
  241. 8:31question. So,
  242. 8:33the catch is actually going to be that
  243. 8:34not all facial loading creates the same
  244. 8:36outcome. And this is where most people
  245. 8:38are going to get tripped up. Most people
  246. 8:40understand that, okay, yeah, there's
  247. 8:42going to be force, there's going to be
  248. 8:45their tongue can do quite a lot, their
  249. 8:47teeth can do quite a lot. But the issue
  250. 8:49is going to be
  251. 8:50that it's going the wrong direction. So,
  252. 8:52every bite creates facial loading,
  253. 8:55but chewing mechanics influence where
  254. 8:57that loading is directed. And this is
  255. 9:00why chewing properly is so important.
  256. 9:03Look at what's going to be around the
  257. 9:05jaw. You can chew, as most people do,
  258. 9:08side to side. You can actually chew like
  259. 9:10this. Like I'll show you right now.
  260. 9:13You That's the last thing you want to
  261. 9:14do. Basically, because you're going to
  262. 9:17have the condyle actually bend and exert
  263. 9:21an unnatural force.
  264. 9:23You can't be having that. And you can
  265. 9:25see the consequences of it. It's going
  266. 9:27to stem with the teeth here.
  267. 9:29And when this is unbalanced, do you see
  268. 9:31how everything then
  269. 9:33becomes worse. Look at the eye area here
  270. 9:35in this example compared to the eye area
  271. 9:37here. This is just an example, but you
  272. 9:40can see how if the foundation is wrong,
  273. 9:42this is going to completely change the
  274. 9:44trajectory of how your face is going to
  275. 9:46be. So, the goal isn't to just create
  276. 9:48more force. It's going to be to have
  277. 9:50better precision. You need to have
  278. 9:52better precision. And I'm going to show
  279. 9:53you how you can do that. How you can do
  280. 9:56this is I'll just show you an example.
  281. 9:59If you find yourself chewing food
  282. 10:01without actually paying attention to how
  283. 10:03many times you're chewing, then guess
  284. 10:05what? I guarantee to you that force is
  285. 10:08traveling in this downwards direction
  286. 10:10instead of having force traveling
  287. 10:12upwards. The easiest way is literally
  288. 10:14just count.
  289. 10:16Count how many times you're chewing your
  290. 10:19food and make sure you're not using the
  291. 10:22cheeks so that hollowing can actually
  292. 10:24come about over time and force is
  293. 10:27traveling in the correct direction. So,
  294. 10:29force isn't traveling outwards, but
  295. 10:32rather it's traveling up the central
  296. 10:34line, which allows for that projection.
  297. 10:37That's what's going to be so crucial.
  298. 10:39So, how do you constantly uh
  299. 10:41consistently direct where the force
  300. 10:44goes? How can you actually make that
  301. 10:45happen? Well, it's going to be
  302. 10:47amplifying the precise single signal.
  303. 10:50Remember I talked about the importance
  304. 10:51of precision with regards to direction.
  305. 10:54That's going to be crucial. Having the
  306. 10:55signal in question be precise is
  307. 10:58extremely important, isn't it?
  308. 11:00So, let's talk about
  309. 11:02how arrows actually going to create help
  310. 11:05with creating consistent remodeling
  311. 11:06signal. That's what I want you to now
  312. 11:09really have amplified. Because you've
  313. 11:11probably heard of arrow, and if you
  314. 11:13haven't, well, you're going to learn it
  315. 11:15in a different manner here. I want your
  316. 11:17tongue to now be able to pressurize
  317. 11:20upwards. So, you can chew properly, you
  318. 11:23can chew effectively, but I want you to
  319. 11:25now naturally pressurize the tongue in
  320. 11:27this manner inside of the roof of your
  321. 11:29mouth. And you can imagine what that's
  322. 11:30going to do with regards to facial
  323. 11:32projection. If you have these two force
  324. 11:34vectors always acting on your face, that
  325. 11:36is going to allow the jaw to also
  326. 11:39remodel over time, isn't it? Your jaw
  327. 11:41has no choice but for 1 to 2 mm for it
  328. 11:45to remodel. And this couple of
  329. 11:47millimeters is what is
  330. 11:49fundamentally transformative for
  331. 11:51everything. So, instead of just simply
  332. 11:53pressing the tongue upwards randomly, I
  333. 11:55want you to visualize the force
  334. 11:57beginning at the root of the tongue and
  335. 12:00then distributing onto the points that
  336. 12:02I've outlined onto the anterior maxilla,
  337. 12:05onto right here, the upper jaw. That's
  338. 12:08what's going to be crucial. The goal is
  339. 12:10not going to be to push harder, but it's
  340. 12:12to have this focused pathway. That
  341. 12:14focused pathway is what allows for us to
  342. 12:17drive. And when you can visualize it,
  343. 12:19literally stemming from the root of your
  344. 12:22tongue into where we need it to go.
  345. 12:24Your body has no choice but to remodel.
  346. 12:26So, what does that visually look like?
  347. 12:28What this visually is going to look like
  348. 12:30is that time your neck and your hyoid
  349. 12:33region is going to sit so much higher.
  350. 12:36The jaw structure is going to actually
  351. 12:38remodel. That's the aim of the game.
  352. 12:40That's how you can see it. So, you're no
  353. 12:41longer just applying pressure. You're
  354. 12:43going to be consciously directing force
  355. 12:46through the anterior maxilla. That is
  356. 12:49the aim of the game. So, now that I've
  357. 12:51optimized the signal, let's now discuss
  358. 12:53the very particular raw materials that
  359. 12:57you need for your body to respond to
  360. 12:59this. So, let's now discuss that.
  361. 13:01Now, as a bonus, we'll discuss the
  362. 13:03material problem.
  363. 13:05So, you've learned how bone remodeling
  364. 13:06works. You've seen how you can actually
  365. 13:08load and create that signal. You've also
  366. 13:09learned how arrow is going to work.
  367. 13:11Arrow is going to be what I just taught
  368. 13:13you here.
  369. 13:14How you can actually pressurize the
  370. 13:15tongue to allow force to travel in a
  371. 13:17very particular manner. So,
  372. 13:20let's see what minerals you actually
  373. 13:22need for this section of bone to
  374. 13:26remodel, for this to actually have
  375. 13:28enough force traveling through it, for
  376. 13:31that to be the main aim of the game. You
  377. 13:33can see here, when a face looks
  378. 13:34unhealthy, the bone structure is going
  379. 13:37to be
  380. 13:39very
  381. 13:40very much so not there. But also, the
  382. 13:43nutrients are also going to be not
  383. 13:45there. But when a face is attractive,
  384. 13:47the bone structure is going to be dialed
  385. 13:48in as well as the nutrients. Both of
  386. 13:51those things are going to be dialed in.
  387. 13:52That's the entire aim of the game, isn't
  388. 13:54it?
  389. 13:55So,
  390. 13:56what's going to be most often overlooked
  391. 13:58is
  392. 13:59the fact that a signal tells your body
  393. 14:01where to adapt, but it doesn't provide
  394. 14:03the material for it. That's what most
  395. 14:04people skip. So,
  396. 14:06supporting normal bone remodeling is
  397. 14:08going to depend on these following
  398. 14:09nutrients. Vitamin K2, which you're
  399. 14:11going to be able to find in Gouda
  400. 14:13cheese,
  401. 14:14collagen supporting proteins, you're
  402. 14:16going to be able to find this in bone
  403. 14:18broth and salmon, healthy fats, which
  404. 14:20you're also going to be able to find in
  405. 14:22bone broth, and most importantly,
  406. 14:24salmon, and then trace minerals like
  407. 14:27vanadium, which you're going to find in
  408. 14:29black pepper.
  409. 14:31Why am I talking about vanadium? What do
  410. 14:33all of these do?
  411. 14:35All of these have a hugely important
  412. 14:37role for allowing bone remodeling to
  413. 14:40take place, all of them. So, let me
  414. 14:42teach you how. Vitamin K2 acts like a
  415. 14:45traffic signal operator. You know
  416. 14:47calcium is really important for your
  417. 14:49bone structure. Calcium is going to go
  418. 14:51to the wrong place without vitamin K2.
  419. 14:53That is the value of vitamin K2.
  420. 14:56Collagen. Collagen makes up so much of
  421. 14:59your bone because your bone requires the
  422. 15:02scaffolding that is collagen. That's how
  423. 15:04important it is. Healthy fats are what
  424. 15:07allow hormones to be synthesized in your
  425. 15:09body. Hormones are what signals your
  426. 15:11body to actually remodel. And the trace
  427. 15:14minerals, such as vanadium, this has
  428. 15:17been researched to allow bone remodeling
  429. 15:21to accelerate. Remember in the beginning
  430. 15:23we talked about these two cells in
  431. 15:25particular. We talked about
  432. 15:27right here, osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
  433. 15:31I'm going to find it this.
  434. 15:33Vanadium allows this to go up and allows
  435. 15:36this to go down. Can you imagine how
  436. 15:38effective that's going to be? How
  437. 15:39transformative that's going to be? Yeah,
  438. 15:41that is the value of it. So, I want you
  439. 15:44to understand that no one single habit
  440. 15:46is going to change your facial
  441. 15:47structure. It's the combination of
  442. 15:49dialing in with everything that
  443. 15:51everything's going to work. And if you
  444. 15:53want to learn everything in one place,
  445. 15:56all of the years of knowledge that I
  446. 15:58actually spent on this and that I've
  447. 15:59used to transform all of the people that
  448. 16:01you can see here,
  449. 16:03as well as all of my one-to-one clients
  450. 16:05that you can see here and you can see
  451. 16:06their ages,
  452. 16:07then I have made the latest system. It's
  453. 16:10my community that you can see right here

  458. 16:19phases. But it's not just that. I've
