  1. 0:00I'm Trevor Blake. I am a physicist by
  2. 0:02education. I am a serial entrepreneur by
  3. 0:06vocation. What does that mean? Well, for
  4. 0:08me, seven companies all in very
  5. 0:11different fields. One of my companies
  6. 0:13currently Neuvir oncology is, you know,
  7. 0:15somewhere between 3 billion and 22
  8. 0:17billion. We don't know yet. We're about
  9. 0:19to find out, which is going to be very
  10. 0:20exciting. So, we're talking about big
  11. 0:21numbers, real things. This is not
  12. 0:23mom-and-pop stuff. This is not I'm not
  13. 0:25Tony Robbins. I'm not a hustle guy or
  14. 0:28anything like that. We're talking about
  15. 0:29real things, real magic.
  16. 0:31Um and why is it magic? On the top of
  17. 0:33our shoulders, all of us,
  18. 0:35have a biological computer, and hardly
  19. 0:37anybody uses it. This biological
  20. 0:39computer is unique in the world because
  21. 0:42it has two chips.
  22. 0:44It has a chip here called mirror
  23. 0:46neurons, a little group of neurons.
  24. 0:48They allow us to learn by observation,
  25. 0:50so we don't have to go through the same
  26. 0:51experience.
  27. 0:53We have a chip here in the brainstem.
  28. 0:54Only us and a few reptiles have this
  29. 0:56chip in the brainstem. This keeps us in
  30. 0:58a loop of behavior.
  31. 1:00And so, what we pay attention to, we
  32. 1:01keep repeating, and we keep reliving,
  33. 1:03and we keep experiencing. So, that's why
  34. 1:05you hear people say, "Well, I'm sick of
  35. 1:06bad relationships." You know, cuz it's a
  36. 1:08repeat, repeat, repeat. We're on repeat.
  37. 1:10Knowing this is so valuable, and
  38. 1:12probably if this is the only thing you
  39. 1:14hear today, this will change your life.
  40. 1:17Because if you decide, and it is a
  41. 1:19choice,
  42. 1:20if you decide to change this loop by
  43. 1:23reprogramming it, and to be careful what
  44. 1:25you pay attention to, then your life can
  45. 1:27change completely, and it does. What you
  46. 1:29pay attention to changes everything.
  47. 1:31What you do here, what you reprogram,
  48. 1:33the habits, the new habits you create,
  49. 1:35you need to know how and why it works.
  50. 1:37And it works because these two chips
  51. 1:39together mean one incredibly important
  52. 1:42thing. The mind can't tell the
  53. 1:44difference between what is real and what
  54. 1:46is imagined. So, what if we use that as
  55. 1:48a tool, and we use our imagination to
  56. 1:51change the reality of our lives? So, in
  57. 1:53the transformation experience, uh, dive
  58. 1:56deeply into three really critical
  59. 1:58quantum physics concepts that are taught
  60. 2:01and and and explained and shared between
  61. 2:03us all in a in a way that makes it so
  62. 2:05magical and so exciting and so much fun.
  63. 2:08And the first is called quantum
  64. 2:09entanglement and basically I can distill
  65. 2:11it down into one sentence. Quantum
  66. 2:13entanglement, once connected, always
  67. 2:16connected. The second is the observer
  68. 2:18effect and I can distill that down into
  69. 2:19one sentence. What we pay attention to
  70. 2:21grows, always. The third, uh, aspect we
  71. 2:24talk in is string theory and this is the
  72. 2:26magic. All right, string theory says
  73. 2:28that in order for anything to exist,
  74. 2:30you, me, the computer, the camera, any
  75. 2:32In a In order for anything to exist in
  76. 2:34life, it has to exist mathematically
  77. 2:38in at least 28 dimensions of space. 28.
  78. 2:42And we know three. As humans, we're
  79. 2:44three-dimensional. That's all we know.
  80. 2:46So, imagine and that is one of the
  81. 2:49dimensions. Imagine if we had a tool
  82. 2:53that could help us go into a slightly
  83. 2:55different space because the law says for
  84. 2:57something to exist, it has to exist in
  85. 2:59all dimensions.
  86. 3:00>> So, a quick interruption. If you stood
  87. 3:02the reality as a mirror and when you
  88. 3:03feel confident and when you finish
  89. 3:05strong, reality will prove you right and
  90. 3:07give you more reason to think that. We
  91. 3:09discovered a very cool meditation for
  92. 3:11the last 2 years that recreate this
  93. 3:13state of absolute certainty and you can
  94. 3:17find it in another YouTube channel. Here
  95. 3:19you can click. You just have to go and
  96. 3:21subscribe and the only price is one
  97. 3:23smile paid in advance. No refund. Just
  98. 3:25click, enjoy, but let me know it goes
  99. 3:28and don't forget to pay.
  100. 3:29>> So, if we create something in
  101. 3:31imagination, it has no choice but to
  102. 3:33show up and that's so much easier to do
  103. 3:36than to physically build it through
  104. 3:38hustle, which is what we're all taught
  105. 3:39to do. All right, the world is a hustle
  106. 3:41world. It can work,
  107. 3:43but it's exhausting and your health will
  108. 3:45suffer and your relationships will
  109. 3:46suffer and I just don't think it's a
  110. 3:48cool way to live. The technique we're
  111. 3:50going to go through is one that allows
  112. 3:52us to bring together imagination and
  113. 3:54reality in one tool. And the tool is
  114. 3:56called the mini mind movie. Oh, and
  115. 3:59we're doing this for fun and for
  116. 4:00exercise and just
  117. 4:03for excitement, for fun only, right?
  118. 4:04This is entertainment only. If you
  119. 4:06really get this and you really like it
  120. 4:08and you think, "My god, I can completely
  121. 4:09change my life this way." then you need
  122. 4:11to go to the beginning and you need to
  123. 4:13come through the transformation
  124. 4:14experience. So, what I want you to do
  125. 4:16now and it'll this will feel a bit like
  126. 4:17meditation, but it's not that. What
  127. 4:19we're going to do is we're just going to
  128. 4:20fire up our five senses. This will take
  129. 4:23about 10 minutes, 15 minutes. It's very
  130. 4:25important that you can't be disturbed
  131. 4:27during this time. And just listen to my
  132. 4:28voice and then I'll take you through
  133. 4:31this type of mini mind movie exercise.
  134. 4:34Okay, so there's a process.
  135. 4:36This is always goes differently, by the
  136. 4:37way. So, there's a process.
  137. 4:40And what I want you to do, just for fun
  138. 4:42and for exercise, is the process we go
  139. 4:45through is first of all, we have to
  140. 4:46answer the most difficult question in
  141. 4:48the world. This is what the hell do I
  142. 4:49want out of life? And we never get asked
  143. 4:51that question and we certainly never ask
  144. 4:52ourselves that. And and we should be
  145. 4:54asking ourselves all the time. When we
  146. 4:55were five, people asked us what we want
  147. 4:57to be when we grow up. We stopped
  148. 4:58getting those questions. We just become
  149. 5:00part of some system, some with the two
  150. 5:04chips, the reticular activation system
  151. 5:06and the mirror neurons.
  152. 5:07So, when we when we sit down and say,
  153. 5:10"What do I actually want?
  154. 5:13And how do I want to feel when I get it?
  155. 5:15And who do I want to be when it shows
  156. 5:17up?" That's a tough question. And so, in
  157. 5:19the transformation experience in the
  158. 5:20mastermind, we often go around the
  159. 5:22circle of that question many times
  160. 5:25because of the first time we do it, we
  161. 5:27lie to ourselves. We think, "Oh, I want
  162. 5:29a Lamborghini or something." And that's
  163. 5:31not the truth.
  164. 5:32And typically, that's not the truth. Uh
  165. 5:35When I first asked myself that question,
  166. 5:37you know, I I did come up with material
  167. 5:39and physical answers, but then I
  168. 5:40realized I was blind to myself and
  169. 5:42actually what I wanted was something
  170. 5:43completely different, something more
  171. 5:45impactful, something something uh
  172. 5:47balanced in my life.
  173. 5:49And so we ask we answer that question.
  174. 5:51We don't have time to go through that
  175. 5:52today. So assume that we've gone through
  176. 5:53that exercise and now you've answered it
  177. 5:56and just come up with a fun answer,
  178. 5:57whatever that whatever that is. Okay. So
  179. 6:00imagine that that intention, and there's
  180. 6:02a huge difference between goals and
  181. 6:03intentions. Goals are very safe, we need
  182. 6:05them. Intentions are like, you know,
  183. 6:09putting a jetpack on our backs and
  184. 6:10shooting across the universe. So So we
  185. 6:13what we figure out, okay, what do I
  186. 6:14want? And then we set an intention for
  187. 6:16that. So imagine you've gone through
  188. 6:17that process and what's your intention
  189. 6:18today? Okay? Not next year.
  190. 6:21Not someday in the future.
  191. 6:24I want you to imagine that you've set an
  192. 6:26intention
  193. 6:27and it's come true yesterday.
  194. 6:31It now is your truth.
  195. 6:34So yesterday, your biggest dream showed
  196. 6:38up.
  197. 6:39How do you feel today? Is how the mini
  198. 6:42my movie works and where we're going to
  199. 6:43get to. So
  200. 6:45for yourself,
  201. 6:47you don't have to share this. No one's
  202. 6:48going to laugh. No one's going to
  203. 6:50criticize. No one's going to say, "Hey,
  204. 6:52you're British, tone it down a bit."
  205. 6:54Which I got all my life when I was
  206. 6:55growing up.
  207. 6:56>> [gasps]
  208. 6:58>> Where are you?
  209. 6:59The day after your dream shows up.
  210. 7:02Are you on a beach?
  211. 7:04Maybe on a private island.
  212. 7:06Maybe you're in a
  213. 7:08I don't know, a log cabin on a mountain
  214. 7:10somewhere. Uh
  215. 7:12maybe in your favorite country, perhaps
  216. 7:14you're in the South of France. Perhaps
  217. 7:15you're perhaps you're in Tuscany,
  218. 7:16perhaps in in Italy, perhaps you're in
  219. 7:18the
  220. 7:19uh Monte Carlo.
  221. 7:21Where are you? The day after
  222. 7:23you've made it. The science of making
  223. 7:25it. Where are you the day after
  224. 7:27the science of making it helps you make
  225. 7:29it.
  226. 7:30Maybe you're just in your garden.
  227. 7:33I shouldn't say just cuz I have a
  228. 7:34beautiful garden, so I I love my garden.
  229. 7:37Maybe you're lying in your hammock.
  230. 7:39Maybe You're lying on the grass under
  231. 7:41the trees.
  232. 7:42Or maybe in a penthouse.
  233. 7:46Or maybe you're in the ocean.
  234. 7:48You decide for you
  235. 7:49where you are the day after.
  236. 7:52And then we're going to use our senses
  237. 7:54to place us in that position.
  238. 7:56And when we use all our senses
  239. 7:58because of string theory, what we
  240. 8:00imagine has no choice but to show up.
  241. 8:03But again, full disclaimer, this is all
  242. 8:05for exercise. So,
  243. 8:07what season is it?
  244. 8:11Are you in spring?
  245. 8:13Are you in summer?
  246. 8:14Is it a crisp autumn or you know,
  247. 8:17is there snow outside?
  248. 8:19Is there frost?
  249. 8:21Because wherever you are, might be in a
  250. 8:23different part of the world and the
  251. 8:25seasons are different throughout the
  252. 8:26world at the same time.
  253. 8:30Let's imagine that it's first thing in
  254. 8:32the morning.
  255. 8:33And wherever you are, you might be
  256. 8:35laying on the grass under a star sky or
  257. 8:37you might be in a beautiful bed in a in
  258. 8:40a a beach cottage. Wherever you are,
  259. 8:43it's morning time.
  260. 8:45What's the first thing you see when you
  261. 8:46open your eyes?
  262. 8:49Is it the ocean? Is it the trees? Maybe
  263. 8:51it's a fireplace.
  264. 8:54Maybe someone next to you.
  265. 8:56Maybe it's your dog.
  266. 9:01What are you wearing?
  267. 9:04With a mini mind movie,
  268. 9:07the sexier we get, the more color we add
  269. 9:10to it, the more powerful the movie.
  270. 9:13And so what we go through in the
  271. 9:14transformation experience and through
  272. 9:15the mastermind is a process of window
  273. 9:17shopping where we add specifications. We
  274. 9:19don't have time to do that today. So,
  275. 9:21just imagine, okay, you've just opened
  276. 9:23your eyes wherever you're lying. What
  277. 9:24are you wearing?
  278. 9:26What's the linen like?
  279. 9:34And then I want you to get out of that
  280. 9:35position. So, if you're lying in bed
  281. 9:38you
  282. 9:40remove the
  283. 9:42400 count of 4,000 count Egyptian cotton
  284. 9:45sheets.
  285. 9:48And you step out of the bed. In my case,
  286. 9:50I I sleep naked. Sorry for that image,
  287. 9:52but I sleep naked. So, in my case, I get
  288. 9:54out of bed and I get up quickly. I
  289. 9:55always bounce out of bed. And first
  290. 9:57thing I notice is my feet.
  291. 10:01I feel through my feet. Now, most people
  292. 10:04in the world today are brain forward, so
  293. 10:06from the brain down. We learn to do it
  294. 10:08differently in the Mastermind and the
  295. 10:09Transformation Experience. We feel from
  296. 10:11the feet up.
  297. 10:12And we go through the the the our torso.
  298. 10:15So, we go through our torso once. So, we
  299. 10:17feel with our feet first. So, what's the
  300. 10:18first thing we feel? Is it cool mahogany
  301. 10:21floor or is it a soft carpet? Or if
  302. 10:24you're outside, is it the beautiful dew
  303. 10:26on the grass?
  304. 10:29And now you engage all your senses. So,
  305. 10:31if you're inside, you can walk through
  306. 10:33the house. You can smell the coffee
  307. 10:34being percolated. You can smell the the
  308. 10:38beautiful ocean breeze coming through
  309. 10:40the drapes. You can hear your feet slide
  310. 10:43on the beautiful floor, the stone floor
  311. 10:45or the wood floor, or whatever it may
  312. 10:46be.
  313. 10:48But, you're going to engage more than
  314. 10:50one sense now.
  315. 10:51So, what do you smell?
  316. 10:54Pine trees, rain, ocean air,
  317. 10:57fresh bread baking maybe.
  318. 11:00And then what can you touch as you move?
  319. 11:03If you're outdoors, you probably touch
  320. 11:05some branches.
  321. 11:07Maybe a squirrel comes and says hello to
  322. 11:09you and you touch the squirrel.
  323. 11:11Squirrels are short-sighted, so they
  324. 11:12won't mind.
  325. 11:14Maybe you sit on a wood bench.
  326. 11:17If you're inside, maybe you touch this
  327. 11:18amazing furniture, this beautiful
  328. 11:20artwork. Everything you do, you're
  329. 11:23starting to use all of your senses.
  330. 11:25So, you're still feeling through your
  331. 11:26feet.
  332. 11:28You're still using your your olfactory
  333. 11:30senses, so you can smell what's outside
  334. 11:32and you can smell what's inside.
  335. 11:37And now you're going to taste.
  336. 11:41And you're going to taste the air.
  337. 11:42And you're going to put your tongue out.
  338. 11:45Maybe it's a mountain mist.
  339. 11:47Maybe it's
  340. 11:49the taste of our salt coming off the
  341. 11:51ocean. Whatever it is, you're going to
  342. 11:52taste. So, you have your sight. You're
  343. 11:54looking around at this beautiful space.
  344. 11:56This is the day after you've made it.
  345. 11:59So, of course the space is beautiful.
  346. 12:01So,
  347. 12:02you were looking,
  348. 12:04you're tasting, you're touching, you're
  349. 12:07smelling.
  350. 12:09And now what do you hear?
  351. 12:12You know with sunrise, you can actually
  352. 12:13hear the sun.
  353. 12:18Maybe you hear some birds.
  354. 12:21Maybe there's just
  355. 12:23if you're in the mountain situation, you
  356. 12:24just hear the breeze through the trees.
  357. 12:27But now you're using all five senses.
  358. 12:30And once you use all five senses, your
  359. 12:31movie becomes a real movie because no
  360. 12:34movie is two-dimensional. No movie is
  361. 12:36just a man standing in front of a
  362. 12:39a camera talking. It's the most boring
  363. 12:40movie in the world. Now you're using all
  364. 12:42five senses to take yourself through
  365. 12:45your space,
  366. 12:47wherever you are.
  367. 12:49And then,
  368. 12:51now that you're feeling it,
  369. 12:54there's a question that unlocks the
  370. 12:55emotional heart of the mini my movie.
  371. 12:59This is the day after you made it.
  372. 13:02What is the first thing today
  373. 13:05that you smile about?
  374. 13:10Is there a sense of freedom?
  375. 13:12Is it a sense of pride?
  376. 13:16Is it adulation?
  377. 13:18Doesn't matter. There's no judgment.
  378. 13:19This is for you.
  379. 13:22So, you use your five senses. You take
  380. 13:24yourself through your space the day
  381. 13:26after you made it.
  382. 13:27The day after the science of
  383. 13:30making it has helped you make it.
  384. 13:34What's the first thing you smile about?
  385. 13:37And what we're doing here is we're not
  386. 13:38creating a fantasy.
  387. 13:40We're actually rehearsing familiarity.
  388. 13:44Because as I said earlier, your brain
  389. 13:46can't distinguish
  390. 13:47between what's vividly imagined
  391. 13:50and what's real.
  392. 13:52It doesn't know the difference between
  393. 13:53vividly imagined experiences and
  394. 13:55remembered ones.
  395. 13:56So you can re-remember the past and
  396. 13:58change your future.
  397. 14:00It's very powerful.
  398. 14:01Most of the world's asleep, but we're
  399. 14:03not. So we use this tool in order to
  400. 14:06create the feeling
  401. 14:09of the success we desire.
  402. 14:12And when we repeatedly visit this
  403. 14:13future, it gradually becomes emotionally
  404. 14:16familiar to us instead of
  405. 14:17psychologically distant. That's huge.
  406. 14:20So instead of chasing it, we begin
  407. 14:23living toward it.
  408. 14:25And it becomes us. And I can tell you
  409. 14:26one thing for absolute sure,
  410. 14:28when the intention is real, when it
  411. 14:31shows up and you're in the day after,
  412. 14:34there's no excitement.
  413. 14:35There's no
  414. 14:37um bouncing heart. There's There's
  415. 14:39There's no churning in the stomach
  416. 14:42because you expected it.
  417. 14:44And it feels familiar. And that's the
  418. 14:47secret of the mini mind movie, and you
  419. 14:50won't get this information anywhere in
  420. 14:52the world because it's science.
  421. 14:59There's no fireworks.
  422. 15:02There's no emotion.
  423. 15:04It's simply using the fact that we can't
  424. 15:07tell the difference between what's real
  425. 15:09and imagined, and we create a mini mind
  426. 15:11movie.
  427. 15:15So,
  428. 15:16take a slow breath.
  429. 15:19Hold onto that feeling. Feel it. Embrace
  430. 15:21it. How are you feeling right now? What
  431. 15:23made you smile? That sense of
  432. 15:26Oh my god, I've made it.
  433. 15:28And keep that with you
  434. 15:30when you open your eyes.
  435. 15:31>> A quick interruption for a crucial
  436. 15:33message. Over the next 12 months, we're
