15. 0:49there despite having trimmed hundreds of
16. 0:51thousands of cows feet some of them
17. 0:53still manage to take my breath away this
18. 0:56is absolutely horrendous it really is

22. 1:16while remember my goal is not to do
23. 1:18anything surgical it's only to remove
24. 1:20what was already detached or partially
25. 1:23detached from the ho I'm working on SC

32. 1:45I can actually take a lot of this away I
33. 1:49think we'll get a block in place first
34. 1:52though working on a hoof like this is
35. 1:54far from standard practice you can't
36. 1:57just use the measurements that were all
37. 1:59taught is budding hoof trimmers only
38. 2:02experience can let you deal with
39. 2:04something like this and every single one
40. 2:07is
41. 2:11different look at all of these
42. 2:12undulations this weird hoof horn

47. 2:47working on feet like this the smell is
48. 2:50what really hits you especially if
49. 2:51you're not used to it the tissue that
50. 2:54I'm trimming away right now is actually
51. 2:56decomposing yes it is delaminating from
52. 2:59the hoof Within but as it does that the
53. 3:02tissue with it is decomposing breaking
54. 3:04down and that releases a really pungent
55. 3:11smell careful careful hold your breath

65. 3:40truly heal I need to reduce as much of
66. 3:43this broken and detached hoorn as I
67. 3:46possibly

71. 3:59on show to all right now will be
72. 4:01excruciating for the animal

88. 4:54of this bills foot I'm actually pretty
89. 4:57impressed with how it turned out when we
90. 4:59started it looked nothing like this
91. 5:02there was a huge amount of detached to
92. 5:04horn and the wall was literally peeling
93. 5:06away from the internal parts of his foot
94. 5:09this will be so much more comfortable
95. 5:11for this big guy it'll be unbelievable
96. 5:14and that block being polyurethane should
97. 5:17last for the next couple of months as
98. 5:19hopefully he begins to recuperate
