  16. 0:40Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala. Okay? Now,
  17. 0:44um welcome welcome back to the Halal

  25. 1:07participants already have seen
  26. 1:09yesterday's live session. Allah Mubarak.
  27. 1:12122 different countries already so far
  28. 1:15and
  29. 1:16we are writing history here so far
  30. 1:17because this is officially the biggest
  31. 1:19Halal business event ever done live for
  32. 1:21multiple days. So, I welcome you here
  33. 1:24and I want to set up some very clear
  34. 1:26expectations. Today I'm going to break
  35. 1:29down exactly the business model that has
  36. 1:31helped me
  37. 1:33to build freedom as a Muslim. Okay? I'm
  38. 1:36going to actually show you the first
  39. 1:38steps, what to keep in mind, where to
  40. 1:40look at, and show you the right AI tools
  41. 1:43that can allow you to get there with the
  42. 1:46full road map step by step. Real
  43. 1:49results, okay? Real results not just for
  44. 1:51me,
  45. 1:52but behind the business model of
  46. 1:54brothers and sisters who did it
  47. 1:55themselves without any prior experience
  48. 1:58like Ali who made over 3K per month
  49. 2:02while closing his first client.
  50. 2:04Ahmed Hassan, who made
  51. 2:07made it to 10K MRR, monthly recurring
  52. 2:10revenue, after being a
  53. 2:13freelancer for the longest time.
  54. 2:16Hassan, who made 10K in 1 week. Ali,
  55. 2:20made it $16,000 so far.
  56. 2:23Hamza, 13,000 euros.
  57. 2:25Referred brother David, who made over
  58. 2:28$100,000
  59. 2:30last year. They were already
  60. 2:33in a place a few years ago, a few months
  61. 2:36ago, where you probably are right now.
  62. 2:38They were either working full-time, they
  63. 2:40had kids to take care of, they had real
  64. 2:42responsibilities.
  65. 2:44They had no prior experience, and they
  66. 2:46still made it happen. And this needs to
  67. 2:48be the proof for you that it's actually
  68. 2:50possible. Now, today I'm going to break
  69. 2:52down the exact business model that I've
  70. 2:54used myself to get here. Now, listen
  71. 2:57closely. I don't want to just tell you,
  72. 2:59I want to show you what I'm going to
  73. 3:01talk about today. Okay? Bismillah.
  74. 3:04Alhamdulillah, I built this website in
  75. 3:0715 minutes, and I sold it for $3,000.
  76. 3:13Hey Daniel, how are you today, man?
  77. 3:14Let's go ahead and find some leads with
  78. 3:17a bad website. All right, here we go.
  79. 3:19Let's give it a few minutes.
  80. 3:24Okay, um
  81. 3:25let's call this one.
  82. 3:27Yes, is this uh Gerald? Yeah, hey man.
  83. 3:29>> I'm not interested. Stop calling me.
  84. 3:34>> This is the voicemail of Cath- Leave a
  85. 3:35message.
  86. 3:36>> Emailed a thousand businesses in my
  87. 3:38local area. I used this tool that
  88. 3:40scraped all the local businesses around
  89. 3:43the area. The results, well, 62 of them
  90. 3:46replied to me. 21 of them were
  91. 3:48interested, and 13 actually agreed on my
  92. 3:51offer. And all of that made me this in
  93. 3:53the last week alone. What if I told you
  94. 3:55that I could do it for just $1,000? Like
  95. 3:57the others, man. In fact, I already
  96. 3:59built you one, and I would love to
  97. 4:01to show it to you. Nothing to lose.
  98. 4:03>> Yeah, that sounds better.
  99. 4:04>> Great.
  100. 4:05>> Yeah, at 11:00 a.m.
  101. 4:06>> 11:00 a.m. today, okay? It's in like 2
  102. 4:09hours from now.
  103. 4:10>> I have 30 minutes.
  104. 4:11>> Sure, that works. Let's go ahead, copy
  105. 4:14all their information here of their
  106. 4:16business. We use this prompts.
  107. 4:23There we go. All right, I guess it's
  108. 4:26ready. Looking good. Automatic. Let's
  109. 4:28send it over to him.
  110. 4:31Give it a few minutes, and then let's
  111. 4:33give it a call. Were you able to take a
  112. 4:35look at the concept? I just sent it
  113. 4:36over, yeah. It's in your email. Could
  114. 4:37you just open it there, yeah? Okay,
  115. 4:38great.
  116. 4:40That's it. This time full of AI for us
  117. 4:43Muslims is crazy.
  118. 4:47That's what I'm talking about, okay? I'm
  119. 4:49going to be breaking down my business
  120. 4:51step by step, how I used to do these
  121. 4:54things and still do it till this day.
  122. 4:57Now, listen, okay? I'm talking from real
  123. 4:59experience, because I want you to
  124. 5:01achieve the same thing. We're living in
  125. 5:03a time full of opportunities, and for us
  126. 5:06Muslims, this is crazy.
  127. 5:08The opportunity that is right in front
  128. 5:10of us because of AI is life-changing,
  129. 5:14and it's something that we have to make
  130. 5:15a decision about today.
  131. 5:18Now, listen, by the end of today's
  132. 5:19session, what you will know is the exact
  133. 5:21business model that helped me to do
  134. 5:23this, okay? How to start it yourself
  135. 5:25from scratch, how to find and serve
  136. 5:27clients, how to grow beyond your first
  137. 5:30client, and how to make it all simpler
  138. 5:33and more efficient to do it in the right
  139. 5:35way.
  140. 5:36Now,
  141. 5:37where are you today in this journey? Ask
  142. 5:39yourself this, because I am going to
  143. 5:41make sure that we are going to move
  144. 5:42forward, because no matter where you're
  145. 5:43coming from, whether you're an employee
  146. 5:45working a 9-to-5, a student, a
  147. 5:46freelancer, or already a business owner
  148. 5:48who wants to optimize his business,
  149. 5:50inshallah this will be beneficial for
  150. 5:52you, and I ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
  151. 5:54to make grant us success in both this
  152. 5:57world and the next one. Listen,
  153. 5:59yesterday I talked about the foundation,
  154. 6:02okay? This This two of the Halal Income
  155. 6:05challenge. We've talked already about
  156. 6:06mindset from the Islamic perspective
  157. 6:08doing business as a Muslim compared to
  158. 6:11doing it as a kafir, the intention,
  159. 6:12foundation, and all of it. Now, today
  160. 6:15we're taking it a step further. Today is
  161. 6:18going to be a very exciting day, okay?
  162. 6:20Where we're going to make it practical.
  163. 6:21I'm going to give you all the guidance,
  164. 6:23the steps, and the tools for you to
  165. 6:24actually get started. Every step of the
  166. 6:26way, I will tell you tell you what to
  167. 6:28do, where to start, how to do it, so you
  168. 6:31can actually start and do it yourself
  169. 6:33inshallah ta'ala. Now, let me make one
  170. 6:35thing very, very clear, okay?
  171. 6:37Your risk is written by Allah subhana wa
  172. 6:40ta'ala, but you still have to get up.
  173. 6:42You still have to take action, and you
  174. 6:43still have to trust him with the
  175. 6:45outcome.
  176. 6:46Because dua alone
  177. 6:48is not enough. It is tie your camel and
  178. 6:50trusting Allah subhana wa ta'ala. It is
  179. 6:52a combination of doing, striving, going
  180. 6:54there to actually receive that risk,
  181. 6:57okay?
  182. 6:58And not just that.
  183. 7:00Because later today I'm also launching
  184. 7:02something that I've been building on for
  185. 7:04a very, very long time. Many of you
  186. 7:06actually already applied for the waiting
  187. 7:09list yesterday, so many that our system
  188. 7:12broke down. Subhanallah, and I'm not
  189. 7:14joking. Like, the responses were so
  190. 7:17overwhelming that our application system
  191. 7:19actually broke down. For some of you who
  192. 7:22might be yesterday after the session
  193. 7:24were trying to get into the vault using
  194. 7:26the free resources, all of these things,
  195. 7:27it was just not possible because our
  196. 7:29system was completely breaking down
  197. 7:31because there were so many people
  198. 7:32applying for this waiting list. Allahu
  199. 7:35Akbar. But don't worry, okay? We fixed
  200. 7:37all of these things within like 60
  201. 7:39minutes-ish. We were already back
  202. 7:41online, so alhamdulillah.
  203. 7:43Now, today you will finally see what
  204. 7:46this is it's what you guys have been
  205. 7:48waiting on for so long, including me,
  206. 7:50alhamdulillah. But first, you need to
  207. 7:53understand the business in and of itself
  208. 7:56till it's core.
  209. 7:58Because I mean
  210. 7:59in order to run a business well, you
  211. 8:01need to understand where to start and
  212. 8:03what the priority is.
  213. 8:04Now, my own path was actually a very
  214. 8:07interesting journey where I started as
  215. 8:10someone without any prior experience. I
  216. 8:12was literally working in a local
  217. 8:14supermarket in
  218. 8:15the little town that I'm from in in
  219. 8:17Europe, you know? I was not knowing what
  220. 8:19I was really doing. So, I started making
  221. 8:21logos because I was like studying
  222. 8:23graphic designing and I started making
  223. 8:24some money on the side, but I was
  224. 8:26completely doing it wrong because I
  225. 8:28mean, logos and design in general is not
  226. 8:30as valuable is not valuable enough. So,
  227. 8:33I started focusing more on value. I
  228. 8:35started learning how to actually make
  229. 8:37websites. I started charging around
  230. 8:39$2,000, $3,000 per website and it's
  231. 8:42actually became something valuable
  232. 8:44leading me to making
  233. 8:46over
  234. 8:47my first $10,000 per month. Even though
  235. 8:49I had to still work my ass off like 60
  236. 8:52hours a week all doing it by hand. It
  237. 8:54was very overwhelming. I learned so much
  238. 8:56during that time.
  239. 8:58But, then I realized that AI can
  240. 9:00actually automate most of my business.
  241. 9:04Which is something that you can do as
  242. 9:06well. You can skip all these four steps
  243. 9:09that I took the ups and downs the
  244. 9:12tough journey that I had to go through
  245. 9:13in order to actually achieve this if you
  246. 9:16listen closely to what I'm about to say
  247. 9:18tonight, okay?
  248. 9:20Now, before I was working my ass off 60
  249. 9:22hours a week very hard. There was no
  250. 9:24room to grow because I was hitting the
  251. 9:25ceiling very quickly. Even though I was
  252. 9:28making 10
  253. 9:29grands a month,
  254. 9:30it was just not working well. I didn't
  255. 9:32have time for my dean. I didn't have
  256. 9:34time to actually go to the mosque, spend
  257. 9:36time with my family and what so ever
  258. 9:39until I implemented AI which five x my
  259. 9:43business. I started making five times
  260. 9:45more. I had my first $50,000 month a few
  261. 9:48months after
  262. 9:50and I had to work three times less
  263. 9:53in terms of the hours and the hard work
  264. 9:55I had to put in because AI and
  265. 9:57automation does so so much. Now, what AI
  266. 10:00truly changed for me is that instead of
  267. 10:02hiring a developer, AI can now actually
  268. 10:04write code.
  269. 10:06Instead of hiring designers, AI can
  270. 10:08draft concepts and actually help you
  271. 10:10with that. Instead of hiring a
  272. 10:11copywriter, AI can do it for you.
  273. 10:15And weeks for a first version to your
  274. 10:17clients can now actually be done much
  275. 10:19quicker.
  276. 10:20And this is where the value truly lives
  277. 10:22because as a business owner you want to
  278. 10:24automate, you want to outsource so you
  279. 10:26have time for the most important things.
  280. 10:27So you have time for sales, so you have
  281. 10:29time for all these things, you know?
  282. 10:32So it was either me being a freelancer
  283. 10:33doing all of this by myself and hitting
  284. 10:35a ceiling or outsourcing it to things
  285. 10:37that cost me more money, but now you
  286. 10:39have AI.
  287. 10:40You don't need to be a professional
  288. 10:42programmer anymore to start learning.
  289. 10:44You can start this without zero
  290. 10:47experience. But you must know that you
  291. 10:50need to understand what you are selling.
  292. 10:51You cannot just blindly jump into this
  293. 10:53business model because you want to
  294. 10:55deliver what you promised because if you
  295. 10:57close a client, but you don't deliver
  296. 10:59what you promised and you mess up with
  297. 11:01the delivery, you also have a problem.
  298. 11:03So these are all things that we're going
  299. 11:05to talk about today and you know AI can
  300. 11:06do a lot and it's all nice and it's all,
  301. 11:09you know, so so cool, but
  302. 11:11you know, there's just a few things, few
  303. 11:14skills that stay important for us human
  304. 11:16beings. And apart from my whole
  305. 11:18technical session today because we're
  306. 11:19going to dive very deep,
  307. 11:21I want you to understand something and
  308. 11:23that is that there is a few skills that
  309. 11:25you as an human will need forever. And
  310. 11:28if you become the best at that,
  311. 11:30trust me.
  312. 11:31Trust me, trust me, trust me that you
  313. 11:33will then be a leader. You'll be able to
  314. 11:35make impact. Now what are these skills?
  315. 11:37These skills that stay important for us
  316. 11:39human beings are communication. We still
  317. 11:41need to communicate as humans in order
  318. 11:43to do business with each other. Talk
  319. 11:45about transactions, do contracts,
  320. 11:47whatsoever, right? We need to listen to
  321. 11:49clients because only when we understand
  322. 11:52what our clients want, then we can
  323. 11:54actually give the input correctly to our
  324. 11:57AI
  325. 11:58and build things ourselves.
  326. 12:00Trust and relationships.
  327. 12:02I mean business is actually really
  328. 12:04fundamentally built on trust and
  329. 12:06relationships.
  330. 12:08It depends on how good you are in
  331. 12:10communication
  332. 12:12to determine if you are actually going
  333. 12:13to make it far in business. Selling in
  334. 12:15and of itself, who's going to sell? An
  335. 12:16AI agent? No. Like you have to still
  336. 12:18close your clients, find your clients,
  337. 12:20and do your best to actually make
  338. 12:22something out of that. Critical
  339. 12:23thinking. I mean, AI can just do
  340. 12:25anything blindly, but if you don't
  341. 12:26critically think, then AI, the output of
  342. 12:29AI, will also not be good.
  343. 12:31Judgment and quality, creative
  344. 12:34creativity and taste, and
  345. 12:35responsibility. Overall prompting and
  346. 12:38being able to assist and instruct an AI
  347. 12:41in is also super super important.
  348. 12:44Now, the human side
  349. 12:46is your advantage, okay? As long as you
  350. 12:49focus on these skill sets and you
  351. 12:51improve yourself, you will become better
  352. 12:53step by step.
  353. 12:55And the character that makes the
  354. 12:56difference is honesty, trust,
  355. 13:00excellence, and patience. These are the
  356. 13:03competitive advantages that we have as
  357. 13:06Muslims doing business.
  358. 13:08Because we care about certain things
  359. 13:09that that kafirs basically don't think
  360. 13:11about in business.
  361. 13:13And that actually can help us to go way
  362. 13:15further, hit better results, and stand
  363. 13:18in front of front of Allah Subhana Wa
  364. 13:19Ta'ala on the day of judgment
  365. 13:21not with just money in our pockets from
  366. 13:23our business, but actually with good
  367. 13:25deeds that are even bigger. Inshallah
  368. 13:27Ta'ala. May Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala
  369. 13:29grant us Jannah, all of us, inshallah.
  370. 13:31Amen.
  371. 13:33What has been stopping you so far from
  372. 13:35starting? I want you to ask yourself
  373. 13:37this question because I'm going to hand
  374. 13:39over all the information to you
  375. 13:42that you need in order to get started.
  376. 13:44So, actually let me know in the
  377. 13:45comments, in the chat. Why is it that
  378. 13:47you want to make this happen and
  379. 13:49succeed? What is it that has been
  380. 13:52stopping you from starting? Is it money?
  381. 13:54Is it skills? Is it time? Is it fear?
  382. 13:56Because I'm going to give you the
  383. 13:57blueprint. I want you to be honest with
  384. 13:59yourself because after tonight there's
  385. 14:01no excuse anymore.
  386. 14:03There is no excuse anymore of like I
  387. 14:05don't know what to do because I'll be
  388. 14:06handing over everything to you and I
  389. 14:08want you to show commitment to it when I
  390. 14:11actually do that. Now, let's see how the
  391. 14:13blueprint actually looks like. What the
  392. 14:15business model actually does.
  393. 14:18The ISA business model, we've talked
  394. 14:20about it briefly yesterday, but we're
  395. 14:21going to break it down exactly today
  396. 14:23till the dot. Now,
  397. 14:25AI tools, you use AI to sell and provide
  398. 14:29a service to your client as an agency
  399. 14:33owner. That is literally simply what it
  400. 14:34means being
  401. 14:36an
  402. 14:37an an agency owner that runs a business
  403. 14:39model like this.
  404. 14:42You know how the model works is you
  405. 14:43actually find a business with a problem.
  406. 14:45So, you find a business with a problem,
  407. 14:48you use AI to solve it, and you actually
  408. 14:51find a paying client. Because these two
  409. 14:53things are a magical combination when
  410. 14:56you look closer to it.
  411. 14:58I mean, for example, if you find a
  412. 15:00business owner with a problem, let's say
  413. 15:02for example, you're looking for a barber
  414. 15:04shop close by,
  415. 15:06but they don't have a proper website and
  416. 15:08no one can find them. That is a clear
  417. 15:09problem. So, you solve that problem, you
  418. 15:13set up an
  419. 15:14something like this. Like you set up an
  420. 15:15AI agent that has a coding experience,
  421. 15:19uh coding experience, designing
  422. 15:20experience, and copying experience,
  423. 15:22writing copy, and all of that. And then
  424. 15:24AI can actually build it for you when
  425. 15:26you use the right tools and do it in the
  426. 15:28right way.
  427. 15:29Now,
  428. 15:30um
  429. 15:31people understand the business, you
  430. 15:33know, they find it and that is actually
  431. 15:35what makes them get in touch with them.
  432. 15:37So, you solve real problems for your
  433. 15:39customers. And this is a real skill that
  434. 15:41can make you thousands of dollars a
  435. 15:43month and it's very, very scalable. It's
  436. 15:45halal and it's something that can
  437. 15:47provide real success to you on the long
  438. 15:49term.
  439. 15:50Now, think like a merchant. Back in the
  440. 15:52days, we can learn so much from uh our
  441. 15:55beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu
  442. 15:56Alaihi Wasallam, the Quran, the Hadith,
  443. 15:58everything together. Because many don't
  444. 16:00know that, but our beloved Prophet
  445. 16:02Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam,
  446. 16:04peace be upon him, he was a merchant
  447. 16:05himself before his prophethood. Many of
  448. 16:07the Sahaba traded, too.
  449. 16:10May Allah be pleased with them. Abu
  450. 16:11Bakr, Uthman,
  451. 16:13Abdur-Rahman ibn Auf,
  452. 16:15and Khadijah, radiyallahu anha. May
  453. 16:16Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala be pleased with
  454. 16:18all of them.
  455. 16:19They
  456. 16:20did something
  457. 16:22that we actually never can achieve,
  458. 16:24okay? Like, I mean, let's be honest
  459. 16:27here. We shouldn't even be praising them
  460. 16:29just for the way they did business.
  461. 16:31It is just like a little crumble of what
  462. 16:33they really did, you know? Their ibadah,
  463. 16:35they never compromise any single dollar
  464. 16:37for their for their uh deen.
  465. 16:40>> [snorts]
  466. 16:40>> Now, but the way that they did business
  467. 16:42is something we can learn from, and we
  468. 16:45should learn from, you know?
  469. 16:47Now, how emergent things is you find
  470. 16:49demands.
  471. 16:51You organize the delivery, and you
  472. 16:53provide the value.
  473. 16:56And there are two different businesses
  474. 16:58and how you can actually run an agency
  475. 17:00like this. You're either a freelancer or
  476. 17:02you're an actual agency owner. Because
  477. 17:04there is a big difference, and I've been
  478. 17:05on the other side of the table, okay?
  479. 17:07You're either a freelancer
  480. 17:09that does the work personally, or you're
  481. 17:12an agency owner that manages clients and
  482. 17:15delivery and is above that.
  483. 17:17Or, once again, you're a freelancer
  484. 17:20where your income is tied to your own
  485. 17:21time, or your income is tied to the
  486. 17:24value that you deliver. Very clear
  487. 17:26difference. We talked about it
  488. 17:27yesterday, the difference between time
  489. 17:30and value.
  490. 17:32Now,
  491. 17:33a freelancer stops earning when they
  492. 17:36stop.
  493. 17:37When they stop working.
  494. 17:39An agency owner builds a system around
  495. 17:41the work.
  496. 17:42And that just keeps going.
  497. 17:44You know, there's a big difference to
  498. 17:46it, and that also results in
  499. 17:49as a freelancer
  500. 17:51having an actual ceiling.
  501. 17:54You can only help so many clients every
  502. 17:57single month
  503. 17:59because your time is limited.
  504. 18:01But if you adapt and turn into an agency
  505. 18:04owner, you will see that sky is the
  506. 18:06limit. You can keep scaling from there.
  507. 18:09Now, and you ask yourself,
  508. 18:12would you rather do every task yourself
  509. 18:14or build a system around it that
  510. 18:15delivers is it uh it yourself, like with
  511. 18:18AI, basically, right?
  512. 18:20Now, there are three main players. You
  513. 18:23need a client to be able to sell it to,
  514. 18:25right? And that client is someone who
  515. 18:28needs to feel pain, that needs a
  516. 18:30valuable result.
  517. 18:32Then you need to find the client, sell
  518. 18:35to them, manage it, and take
  519. 18:37responsibility. There's still a lot of
  520. 18:39tasks that are on your plate and that
  521. 18:41are not replaceable with AI or so, you
  522. 18:43know?
  523. 18:44But of course, you use the AI tools that
  524. 18:46help to produce and actually create the
  525. 18:49deliverables. And that's all you need.
  526. 18:52You're the one who brings these two
  527. 18:54worlds together.
  528. 18:56Now, let's say you actually find a
  529. 18:57client and you build a website for them
  530. 19:00for $2,000. Now, the client hands $2,000
  531. 19:03to you
  532. 19:05and you have only the delivery cost,
  533. 19:07which is AI tools, and you keep the
  534. 19:09difference in between. So, the client
  535. 19:11pays you $2,000. You pay the AI tools
  536. 19:15operating cost, and what you keep is the
  537. 19:18profit. And our business like this
  538. 19:20should have a profit of
  539. 19:23minimum of like 80 90%.
  540. 19:26And you know the difference between
  541. 19:27revenue of what the client pays and
  542. 19:29profit
  543. 19:30is what you actually have after the
  544. 19:32cost, and that's what we need to talk
  545. 19:33about. Because most go gurus online they
  546. 19:36talk about the actual
  547. 19:38revenue. They're like, "Oh, look at my
  548. 19:39e-commerce store, 100k." But then they
  549. 19:42have like 20% 10% margins, you know?
  550. 19:46And then it becomes way more tricky.
  551. 19:49Because your margin actually depends on
  552. 19:51your project scope, your expenses, your
  553. 19:54revision, and your client needs. And
  554. 19:56this is also how you determine the
  555. 19:58price.
  556. 19:59If one client pays $2,000 for a website,
  557. 20:03what would you need to deliver it?
  558. 20:05There's a whole stack that you need,
  559. 20:07right? You need design tools, you need
  560. 20:09to be able to build it, you need to
  561. 20:10actually write the copy, launch it. All
  562. 20:12these things are the things that we're
  563. 20:14going to talk about today, how you as a
  564. 20:16beginner can actually achieve that.
  565. 20:18Now, why does Model Works? You do not
  566. 20:20need an inventory,
  567. 20:22one service to start. The client already
  568. 20:25have budgets for these things because
  569. 20:26it's the main priority. AI can reduce
  570. 20:29your cost and you can scale without
  571. 20:31doing it all yourself, which saves a lot
  572. 20:33of time, makes it scalable.
  573. 20:35Now, this is how you build it.
  574. 20:37Before the steps, you need the road map.
  575. 20:40Not random AI services, not the random
  576. 20:42things here and there, you know? You
  577. 20:44need a real agency that can grow. So,
  578. 20:46let's talk about it. The agency growth
  579. 20:48road map. You actually start with
  580. 20:51selling websites. One clear service.
  581. 20:55Then you build relationships. You find
  582. 20:56the first clients and you build
  583. 20:58referrals. You make sure those clients
  584. 21:00are happy with your first projects, the
  585. 21:02the websites.
  586. 21:04And that's the moment when you can
  587. 21:05expect expand with your services.
  588. 21:09You can provide more value per client
  589. 21:11and increase the lifetime value.
  590. 21:14Now, what does that mean? I mean, a lot
  591. 21:16of people come to me and they're like,
  592. 21:17"Isn't selling websites with AI
  593. 21:19something a lot of people do and it's
  594. 21:21really accessible?" But you know what
  595. 21:22the thing is? Some people sell a few
  596. 21:25websites with AI. Okay, nice. But if you
  597. 21:27become a real professional in it, people
  598. 21:29will still choose for you rather than
  599. 21:31anyone else. And selling a website is
  600. 21:34just the first stepping stone to
  601. 21:35building an actual agency with more
  602. 21:38services. Let me explain.
  603. 21:40Because that's the only way to actually
  604. 21:42start and scale an agency.
  605. 21:44Let's talk about this, okay? Why
  606. 21:46starting with websites in this world
  607. 21:47full of AI?
  608. 21:49What can you deliver with an agency?
  609. 21:51There's a lot of things you can deliver.
  610. 21:53Websites, running ads, SEO, content,
  611. 21:56branding, email marketing automations,
  612. 21:58video editing. All these things are
  613. 22:00things you can actually provide as an
  614. 22:02agency owner.
  615. 22:04But every service has a complexity
  616. 22:07factor to it.
  617. 22:10I mean, websites is very accessible.
  618. 22:13It has a very low complexity factor.
  619. 22:16You build it, you deliver it, and done.
  620. 22:18That's it. You just build a website.
  621. 22:21But let's look at the running ads, for
  622. 22:22example. You need to make creatives. You
  623. 22:24need to record the content with the
  624. 22:26client, you need ad skills, you need ad
  625. 22:29budget, high risk. The
  626. 22:32The world around this is changing every
  627. 22:33single day, and it's highly highly
  628. 22:35competitive. And what about content?
  629. 22:37Making content as a service as an
  630. 22:39agency? It's also very high, because you
  631. 22:41need to know what goes viral. You need
  632. 22:43to look into the viral trends every
  633. 22:45single day.
  634. 22:47You need to record it, edit it. The
  635. 22:49moving parts, like planning, scheduling,
  636. 22:52there's so much that comes with it.
  637. 22:54And a client will not just judge you
  638. 22:55based on the content you make, they will
  639. 22:57judge you based on the results that come
  640. 22:59out of that.
  641. 23:00SEO,
  642. 23:01it is maybe a little bit medium, but
  643. 23:04still it takes very long to actually see
  644. 23:07results, no quick wins, ongoing work.
  645. 23:09You need to understand how to deliver
  646. 23:11that in the right way.
  647. 23:13So, that's why I'm saying start with
  648. 23:15websites, because they are simple to
  649. 23:17understand, and you can make such quick
  650. 23:20money with it.
  651. 23:21But that's not where it stops. It is not
  652. 23:23just a side hustle to make some money
  653. 23:26with closing websites or whatsoever.
  654. 23:29You know,
  655. 23:30the one thing that never changes is a
  656. 23:32website, because every service leads
  657. 23:35back to that website. Let's say you run
  658. 23:36ads, where are you going to run ads to?
  659. 23:39It is to a landing page, it's to a
  660. 23:41website, it needs opt-in forms and
  661. 23:43whatsoever.
  662. 23:45What about content? If people click on a
  663. 23:48content and they actually want to know
  664. 23:50more about your company, they click a
  665. 23:52link in bio, they they you know,
  666. 23:55so that also goes to a website. SEO
  667. 23:56services lead to a website.
  668. 23:59Email marketing goes to some sort of
  669. 24:01website and deal or whatsoever. Social
  670. 24:03media goes to a website, referrals go to
  671. 24:05a website. So, no matter what you do
  672. 24:07when you grow into a bigger agency,
  673. 24:11it all starts with a website.
  674. 24:13Whatever service you add later, you need
  675. 24:15to understand websites no matter what.
  676. 24:18So, as someone with no experience,
  677. 24:21with someone who is starting from zero,
  678. 24:24the best, most logical way to start your
  679. 24:27own side hustle,
  680. 24:29but at the same time have a huge
  681. 24:30potential to build a big agency on the
  682. 24:32long term,
  683. 24:34then you need to start with websites.
  684. 24:36A website does the job.
  685. 24:38Because let's say you are very hungry
  686. 24:40and you're on a vacation in Madrid,
  687. 24:42in Europe.
  688. 24:44What do you do? You grab this thing,
  689. 24:47your phone, and you're like, "I'm
  690. 24:48hungry. Where is a halal restaurant over
  691. 24:50here?"
  692. 24:51And only the actual restaurants that
  693. 24:54show up in Google that have a website,
  694. 24:56that have a nice menu, you can actually
  695. 24:58check the menu.
  696. 24:59That's the restaurant that you will go
  697. 25:01to, right? All of us do the same thing.
  698. 25:04So, you check the menu, you check the
  699. 25:06place, and you go to the one that
  700. 25:08actually can find because if there is no
  701. 25:09website, no menu, you will never even go
  702. 25:11there, you will never even find it.
  703. 25:13Or what about your roof is leaking in
  704. 25:16your house? You need a roofer, you need
  705. 25:17a painter.
  706. 25:19You go Google it. We all do this.
  707. 25:22So, it is and you it might surprise you,
  708. 25:24but there are so many businesses that
  709. 25:27still have a very old website that it
  710. 25:29hasn't been updated for 10, 20 years.
  711. 25:32Or that even don't have a website in the
  712. 25:34first place. Subhan Allah. I talk to so
  713. 25:37many business owners every single day
  714. 25:39that do not have that.
  715. 25:41And this is an opportunity where we can
  716. 25:43jump into. It's a billion-dollar market,
  717. 25:46okay?
  718. 25:47And that's why a website is so super
  719. 25:49important. Now, why websites first? Once
  720. 25:51again, it's easy to understand, easy to
  721. 25:53demonstrate to the client. Every
  722. 25:55business needs one already, so there is
  723. 25:57a market for it. One clear deliverable,
  724. 25:59recurring income, okay, with hosting and
  725. 26:02maintenance and all of these things. And
  726. 26:04AI builds it faster. It makes it easy to
  727. 26:07deliver. And it gives you a potential to
  728. 26:09actually upsell with other things, okay?
  729. 26:12Now, website, once again, they are the
  730. 26:14starting point, okay? The simplest
  731. 26:16service service to deliver as a beginner
  732. 26:18and the base for everything you add
  733. 26:20later.
  734. 26:21Now, let's talk about that, okay?
  735. 26:23Relationships. After your first few
  736. 26:25clients, let's say you close some of the
  737. 26:26first clients, okay? Business
  738. 26:28relationships, portfolio examples,
  739. 26:31client feedback, more experience. This
  740. 26:33is what you need to actually build a
  741. 26:35strong foundation.
  742. 26:37So, that is the human aspect aspect of
  743. 26:40it. AI cannot just do that out of
  744. 26:42nowhere. It requires hard work and
  745. 26:44consistency. And that is something that
  746. 26:4799.9% of people don't have. They don't
  747. 26:50have time to invest in all these things.
  748. 26:52And that will set you apart from all the
  749. 26:54competitors.
  750. 26:55And a happy client
  751. 26:57is easier to serve again than a
  752. 27:00stranger.
  753. 27:01So, let's talk about how to actually
  754. 27:03expand when you do the right thing.
  755. 27:05So, over time, you can actually add a
  756. 27:07lot of additional services. You can sell
  757. 27:10sell upsell maintenance for the service
  758. 27:12of the website, SEO, AI automation, CRM
  759. 27:15systems, lead generation systems, custom
  760. 27:18business tools, advanced web apps. Like,
  761. 27:20there's so much that you can do after
  762. 27:23just building a website. You can keep
  763. 27:26serving the same client.
  764. 27:28But, you do not need to offer these
  765. 27:30things immediately.
  766. 27:32You know, you can just start simple.
  767. 27:34But, all these things are connected to a
  768. 27:36website. So, a website is the starting
  769. 27:38point. Let's talk about scaling. Let's
  770. 27:40say, in the upcoming months, you find 25
  771. 27:44clients that paid you with $2,000, you
  772. 27:47already make $50,000 in just a few
  773. 27:50months. But, that's not where it stops.
  774. 27:52It is not just hustling some websites
  775. 27:54here. No. Let's talk about this.
  776. 27:57Let's say out of those 25 clients that
  777. 28:00you have right now, 25% of them want a
  778. 28:04recurring service for SEO package, and
  779. 28:07they pay $1,000 a month.
  780. 28:09$1,000 a month
  781. 28:11for six clients, $6,000 a month is
  782. 28:13$72,000 per year.
  783. 28:16Okay?
  784. 28:18And that is out of the same clients you
  785. 28:19already had. So, now with the same 25
  786. 28:22clients, you already made a total
  787. 28:24of $122,000.
  788. 28:28Now, let's talk about something even
  789. 28:29more like complex, but it has a high
  790. 28:32reward. High risk, high reward. Running
  791. 28:34ads, something you should stay away from
  792. 28:36right now as a beginner. But it's an
  793. 28:39easy upsell when you become good at it
  794. 28:41and when you think it's a logical next
  795. 28:42step. So, help once again, help 25
  796. 28:45clients, upsell them with one of these
  797. 28:46services.
  798. 28:47If you find six clients that are paying
  799. 28:49you $3,000 per month for ad services,
  800. 28:52which is a very normal price to pay.
  801. 28:55You're talking about over 200,000
  802. 28:58dollars per year in recurring revenue.
  803. 29:01So, that's why I'm saying, we're talking
  804. 29:03about a side hustle, okay? But I want to
  805. 29:06I want you to understand that you're not
  806. 29:07just starting a side hustle by selling
  807. 29:10some websites with AI. No, we're talking
  808. 29:12about building a long-lasting business
  809. 29:14that can actually upsell clients into
  810. 29:16things that are even more valuable
  811. 29:17afterwards.
  812. 29:19But that's why I want you to start
  813. 29:21simple. Start with websites and expand
  814. 29:23step by step.
  815. 29:25That's how scaling works with an agency.
  816. 29:28You build repeatable systems for sales,
  817. 29:31client onboarding, delivery, project
  818. 29:33management, customer retention, and
  819. 29:36recurring revenue. When you focus on
  820. 29:38these things as an agency owner, trust
  821. 29:40me, your future will be bright,
  822. 29:41especially when you understand AI.
  823. 29:45Now, my own journey followed this exact
  824. 29:47path. I started selling small projects
  825. 29:49for people around me, like simple
  826. 29:51websites. Then I started improving the
  827. 29:53quality, better pricing, looking for
  828. 29:56better clients so I had the right
  829. 29:57experience.
  830. 29:59Then I turned into a more advanced
  831. 30:01service, for your brand, my own agency.
  832. 30:04You can look it up on the internet. We
  833. 30:06started with development and then we
  834. 30:07started actually doing lead generation.
  835. 30:10So, actually ads as a service, you know?
  836. 30:13That's how I scaled to a seven-figure
  837. 30:15agency. And now, I'm moving into
  838. 30:17building software. More about that in a
  839. 30:19second, okay? Now, start simple. Get
  840. 30:22good at one valuable service, build
  841. 30:24relationships, and then expand.
  842. 30:28Here's the journey that we will walk
  843. 30:29through today, okay?
  844. 30:31These are all the things that we are
  845. 30:33going to cover step by step today. So,
  846. 30:34also make sure to actually grab your
  847. 30:36notes
  848. 30:37as we go through this.
  849. 30:40Step number one, start your agency.
  850. 30:42We're going to talk about all of this.
  851. 30:44Step number two, finding leads. Very
  852. 30:47important, something that a lot of us
  853. 30:49really struggle with.
  854. 30:51Step number three,
  855. 30:53contact prospects. How do you actually
  856. 30:56reach out to them and get in touch with
  857. 30:58them?
  858. 30:59How do you close them?
  859. 31:01How do you deliver projects and manage
  860. 31:03finances correctly?
  861. 31:05Now, let's actually go through that.
  862. 31:08Now, where do you want to be in 12
  863. 31:09months? Keep this in mind while we go
  864. 31:12through all of these steps, because
  865. 31:13trust me, it is more realistic than you
  866. 31:15think.
  867. 31:16Step number one, starting your agency.
  868. 31:19Bismillah. Let's go.
  869. 31:21As I said, you begin with websites,
  870. 31:23because every business needs one,
  871. 31:25clients understand it instantly, and you
  872. 31:28can show the result. So, you pick
  873. 31:30something that businesses are already
  874. 31:32buying.
  875. 31:33Most business owners, they understand
  876. 31:34they need something like this, but they
  877. 31:35don't have the time to do it themselves.
  878. 31:40People are already looking, okay?
  879. 31:4346% of Google searches look for
  880. 31:46something local.
  881. 31:47Three in four people who search nearby
  882. 31:50visits
  883. 31:52a business within a day.
  884. 31:54One out of four small businesses still
  885. 31:57have no website. So, that means there's
  886. 31:5925%
  887. 32:01of local businesses that you can close
  888. 32:04as a potential client. It's a no-brainer
  889. 32:06to start there.
  890. 32:08Now, let's take an example. Let's say
  891. 32:11you focus on barber shop, local barber
  892. 32:13shop.
  893. 32:14You do not go to them and like dial them
  894. 32:17and be like, "Hey, I can build you a
  895. 32:18website with five pages." Like, no,
  896. 32:20that's not the offer. What you really
  897. 32:21offer is the outcome.
  898. 32:24The outcome of that website.
  899. 32:26So, what you help them with is a better
  900. 32:29online presence that leads to more
  901. 32:32appointment requests.
  902. 32:34Now, what a better online presence does
  903. 32:36for them is once again, a customer looks
  904. 32:39them up
  905. 32:40and if they don't have a website, no one
  906. 32:42can find them. But now you build a
  907. 32:43website for them, so people can actually
  908. 32:45find them. They find a professional
  909. 32:47website where they can book
  910. 32:49appointments. You build a website that
  911. 32:51can book appointments for this
  912. 32:52barbershop.
  913. 32:54And now the business starts to get more
  914. 32:56bookings because they now have something
  915. 32:58they can promote on social media, they
  916. 33:00can do and whatsoever.
  917. 33:02And that's what you do. You sell the
  918. 33:03opportunity. You sell the opportunity to
  919. 33:06have more online presence.
  920. 33:10Now your starting offer
  921. 33:13is that service.
  922. 33:15You have to find the ideal target
  923. 33:17customer.
  924. 33:19Local business.
  925. 33:20And that is your offer.
  926. 33:22You offer a service, aka a website, to a
  927. 33:25target customer, aka a local business.
  928. 33:29And that is your offer.
  929. 33:31Now there is a lot of local businesses,
  930. 33:33okay? Barbershops, restaurants, gym
  931. 33:35owners, driving schools, roofers,
  932. 33:37dentists, beauty salons, you name it.
  933. 33:41100 plus other options that you can pick
  934. 33:43from. But you want to become a
  935. 33:44specialist in one of these so that you
  936. 33:47can stand out. Because yes, everyone can
  937. 33:49make a nice website, but if you
  938. 33:51specialize in all in in one of these
  939. 33:54like areas,
  940. 33:56you will be able to serve them better.
  941. 34:02And that's the thing, you know, local
  942. 34:04businesses who need to be found and you
  943. 34:06actually help them with a better online
  944. 34:09presence that results in more growth and
  945. 34:12revenue.
  946. 34:13Now think about it. Think about your own
  947. 34:15environment of people that you know in
  948. 34:18your local area whatsoever. Which type
  949. 34:21of local businesses do you think that
  950. 34:23you know and understand the best? That's
  951. 34:25where you should start.
  952. 34:28Pick an industry that you have the most
  953. 34:32um interest in.
  954. 34:35Now price the value, not the hours. Very
  955. 34:38important lesson. We've talked about
  956. 34:39this many, many times.
  957. 34:42In this session, we use the $2,000 as an
  958. 34:45example.
  959. 34:47And you know, now let's let's look
  960. 34:49actually at your situation. How much
  961. 34:51time do you actually have? If you look
  962. 34:53into your general schedule and a lot of
  963. 34:55Muslims also tell me this, you know,
  964. 34:57from Monday to Friday you work and the
  965. 35:00Saturday and Sunday you want some family
  966. 35:01time in the evening you need to rest
  967. 35:03these things, but
  968. 35:04you need to look for little moments
  969. 35:06where you have some free time in order
  970. 35:07to actually be able to start a side
  971. 35:09hustle like this.
  972. 35:11So, let's say during the working days
  973. 35:13you only have a little bit of free time
  974. 35:14maybe in the evening. Saturday Sunday
  975. 35:16you do a little bit in the in the
  976. 35:17morning.
  977. 35:19You can easily find 10 to 20 hours a
  978. 35:21week that you can add additionally to
  979. 35:23start something like this and that's all
  980. 35:25you need.
  981. 35:26One to two three hours per day on
  982. 35:28average is all you need in order to
  983. 35:30really build something valuable as a
  984. 35:33side hustle on the side.
  985. 35:35If you're still doubting that, then let
  986. 35:37me tell you something, okay? If you're
  987. 35:38still not sure if you have the time,
  988. 35:40then I want you to really be honest with
  989. 35:41yourself and open up your phone.
  990. 35:44And tell me honestly, what is your
  991. 35:46screen time? If you would just lower
  992. 35:48that literally
  993. 35:501 hour a day, because most of us really
  994. 35:52have like hours and hours that we're
  995. 35:54spending on social media.
  996. 35:56If you just cut 1 hour per day, that's
  997. 35:58already 7 hours extra per week. You
  998. 36:00cannot tell me any you're all you guys
  999. 36:01are all here already watching me for
  1000. 36:03another
  1001. 36:0540 minutes right now.
  1002. 36:07That's the thing.
1003. 36:10It's all about priorities. You can
  1004. 36:12always make time.
1005. 36:14You can always make time free, right?
1006. 36:17We're building a halal side hustle, not
1007. 36:19a replacement of your job, not a second
  1008. 36:21income.
1009. 36:23That's the thing. Like I said yesterday,
1010. 36:25I don't want you to quit your job, okay?
1011. 36:28Your job is what you do today. This
  1012. 36:29covers the bills. I don't want you to
1013. 36:30take any risk. I'm not saying that you
1014. 36:32have to start a business out of nowhere
  1015. 36:33and risk it all.
1016. 36:35What if you with this agency with this
1017. 36:38side hustle can make an $5,000 on top of
  1018. 36:41your income?
1019. 36:43I I that would change a lot, right? But,
1020. 36:44that's just two three websites a month.
1021. 36:46Mhm. If you sell it on average for like
1022. 36:48$2,000, then you make already that 5K.
  1023. 36:51You know, it's about simple math. It's
  1024. 36:52about simple thinking. I don't like to
1025. 36:55make things too complex. I want to keep
1026. 36:57it simple for you to understand because
1027. 36:59that is truly what gives the freedom.
1028. 37:04So, you can be the giving hand. And
1029. 37:06that's the thing, you know, our beloved
  1030. 37:07prophet Muhammad
1031. 37:08said that the giving hand
1032. 37:10the upper hand is better than the lower
  1033. 37:12hand.
1034. 37:15Now, think about it for yourself. What
1035. 37:17would an extra $5,000 per month change
  1036. 37:20for you?
1037. 37:21What would that do? And we've talked
  1038. 37:23about this earlier
1039. 37:25yesterday. We are all here with very
  1040. 37:27beautiful reasons to start.
  1041. 37:32And that's actually where you also
1042. 37:33should start. One service, one type of
1043. 37:36customer, one simple offer, and one way
  1044. 37:38to get paid. That's it.
1045. 37:40Brothers and sisters, did the exact same
  1046. 37:42thing.
1047. 37:43Like the results that I shared so far,
  1048. 37:44brother Ali.
1049. 37:46Okay? You have a service, you know who
1050. 37:48you're selling to, and your agency is
  1051. 37:51ready. That's it. But, there's a
  1052. 37:52problem, okay? You don't have clients
1053. 37:54yet. You probably start to get a little
1054. 37:56bit to understand, to know like the
  1055. 37:58foundation of this.
1056. 38:00You know? But, let's actually talk about
1057. 38:02the real real deal here today. Finding
1058. 38:05clients, contacting prospects, like all
  1059. 38:07these things.
  1060. 38:08So,
1061. 38:10step two, after you set up the
  1062. 38:11foundation of your business,
1063. 38:13is you need to find your first leads.
  1064. 38:16Local business
  1065. 38:18that has a problem because that's what
1066. 38:19you call a lead. A lead is not just any
1067. 38:21random business owner. No. You want
  1068. 38:23business owners that really have a
  1069. 38:25problem, right?
1070. 38:28There's no sort shortage of local
  1071. 38:30businesses. There's literally 300
  1072. 38:33million plus businesses worldwide.
  1073. 38:40There are only 24,000
1074. 38:42of us here joining this event right now.
1075. 38:45That means that even if every one of us
  1076. 38:47would start a business today, we
1077. 38:49couldn't even serve 1% of the potential.
1078. 38:51That's why I'm here. Like the potential
1079. 38:53is so big and I want us Muslims to
1080. 38:55actually take advantage of this
  1081. 38:57opportunity.
1082. 38:58Okay. So, where do we find those leads?
1083. 39:00Let's actually dive into it.
1084. 39:02Where are these leads hiding? You can
1085. 39:04find them anywhere, okay? You can go to
  1086. 39:05Google Maps, Google Search,
1087. 39:08you can uh go to social media, local uh
1088. 39:11directories, your own network, local
1089. 39:13groups, and you'll be surprised to what
1090. 39:17you will be finding over there. Trust me
1091. 39:18when I say that. Because when you just
1092. 39:21go to Google Maps and you're typing in
1093. 39:22roofers or painters nearby or
1094. 39:24whatsoever, just out of the 50 results
1095. 39:27that you get, if you click on every
1096. 39:28single website, you will see that like
1097. 39:2925, 35% of all of these leads, one out
1098. 39:33of four, two out of four almost, will
1099. 39:36have either a very bad website, they
1100. 39:37don't have a website, their website is
1101. 39:39not updated for very long. So, these are
1102. 39:41all potential clients that you can sell
  1103. 39:43to.
  1104. 39:44So, just search like a customer.
1105. 39:46Act like you are looking for these
1106. 39:50services, but then don't click on the
1107. 39:52first one, click on page number 10 on
1108. 39:54Google, go to page number seven on
1109. 39:56Google. No one looks there except you
1110. 39:58and you can contact them, right?
1111. 40:01Spot the problem, either no website or a
  1112. 40:03bad website, and then
1113. 40:06write it down. Make a whole list of
1114. 40:08these potential leads that you can reach
1115. 40:10out to so you can actually start
  1116. 40:13reaching out.
1117. 40:14Every business without a good website is
1118. 40:16a potential client. And like I said,
1119. 40:18there are so, so many.
1120. 40:20Now, AI can speed this up and we'll talk
  1121. 40:21about that in a second, okay?
1122. 40:25But I want you to ask yourself this
  1123. 40:26question constantly, which businesses
1124. 40:29near you do not have a website? Look for
1125. 40:32barbers, look for restaurants, look for
1126. 40:33gym owners. Look for your area and this
1127. 40:36works differently in every area. I mean,
1128. 40:37you mean we have Muslims here from 122
  1129. 40:39different countries. Allah Mubarak.
1130. 40:42So, you have to make a decision over
  1131. 40:44there.
1132. 40:45And finding leads is actually a skill.
1133. 40:48And skills can be learned.
  1134. 40:51Now,
1135. 40:52this is how you do it, okay? You just
1136. 40:53literally just go to Google and you find
  1137. 40:55these leads.
1138. 40:56Step number three is contacting them,
1139. 40:59and then it gets a little bit more
1140. 41:00tricky. Now, step number three,
  1141. 41:01contacting customers. There's a lot of
1142. 41:03ways to reach out. You can
1143. 41:05send them an email, direct message,
1144. 41:08phone call, in person. You can just walk
1145. 41:10in their store and be like, "Hey, I want
1146. 41:11to help you." And there's so much more,
  1147. 41:13social media, Facebook, Instagram,
  1148. 41:16WhatsApp, whatever, right?
1149. 41:19Same goal, very different results.
1150. 41:22So, there's different things you can do.
1151. 41:24A lot of people make the mistake by
  1152. 41:26sending them a very simple
  1153. 41:28um static message. You're saying like,
  1154. 41:30"Hey, I build websites. I have an
  1155. 41:32agency."
  1156. 41:34And
1157. 41:35uh you know, contact us if you are
  1158. 41:36interested in it. No. I mean, that's not
1159. 41:38going to work. You need to make it
1160. 41:40personal. You need to say something
1161. 41:42like, "Hey, uh Sam, like hey John,
  1162. 41:44whatsoever." Try to find the owner's
1163. 41:45name and be like, "I noticed that your
1164. 41:48business name, like your business, Fresh
  1165. 41:50Cuts Barber Shop, whatsoever, doesn't
  1166. 41:52have a website right now.
1167. 41:54I can help your customers to book
1168. 41:56online, to build these fancy tools, to
  1169. 41:58actually help you."
  1170. 42:00And that's where things get different.
1171. 42:03You know, personal touch beats generic
  1172. 42:06every time.
1173. 42:08The good word is charity, so you even be
1174. 42:11You need to make sure you be kind,
1175. 42:12respectful when you do these outreaches,
1176. 42:14but when you do that in the right way,
  1177. 42:17I mean, that's where it gets
  1178. 42:18interesting.
1179. 42:20Now, what the math actually looks like,
  1180. 42:22okay?
  1181. 42:23100 businesses contacted. So, let's say
  1182. 42:26you contact over around 100 businesses,
1183. 42:28you all send them messages.
  1184. 42:30Then, it's a volume game, so you can
1185. 42:32expect maybe five replies. Three people
1186. 42:34are not interested, two people are okay
1187. 42:37to have a conversation, you close one
1188. 42:39client. So, you sent 100 messages, and
  1189. 42:42you closed one client worth $2,000.
1190. 42:45And that's it. Repeat that two three
  1191. 42:47times a month, and you're at that like
  1192. 42:505K extra per month.
  1193. 42:53Now most people won't reply and that's
  1194. 42:55normal. You only need a few. It's a
1195. 42:57volume game. It is genuinely a volume
  1196. 43:00game and that's when you win.
1197. 43:02An email is one option. Sending messages
1198. 43:04is one option, but there are many many
1199. 43:05options. One of the best ones that
1200. 43:07worked for me and you saw all these
1201. 43:08videos that I shared with you in the
  1202. 43:10beginning.
1203. 43:11Cold calling worked very very well.
1204. 43:15Now how many businesses would you
  1205. 43:17contact by this week?
1206. 43:19And that's like the question you need to
1207. 43:21ask yourself. How much can I do on a
1208. 43:22daily basis? How much can I do on a
  1209. 43:24weekly basis? Because that's going to
1210. 43:26determine how much clients you can
  1211. 43:27eventually close.
1212. 43:29Brother Hassan actually went through
1213. 43:31this, did these tips and tricks he
1214. 43:34showed you actually went through it that
  1215. 43:35I showed you.
1216. 43:37And he made $10,000 in one week.
1217. 43:40He went all in on outreach and that's
  1218. 43:43it.
1219. 43:44When you can go all in and commit,
  1220. 43:46there's a potential to it, a huge
1221. 43:47potential. Step number four, closing
  1222. 43:49clients.
  1223. 43:51Let's talk about that.
1224. 43:53So you know how to reach out to them,
1225. 43:54how to find these leads. Now let's
1226. 43:55actually talk about closing, okay?
1227. 43:58From prospect to paying clients. So you
  1228. 44:01first need a prospect, a lead. You need
1229. 44:03to have a conversation with them, then
1230. 44:05you do a proposal, you do an offer.
1231. 44:07And when you agree, you make a payment,
  1232. 44:10a quick upfront
1233. 44:11payment and then you onboard them.
1234. 44:14That is literally how you move from a
1235. 44:16prospect to an actual paying client,
  1236. 44:18right?
  1237. 44:19Now closing isn't pressure.
  1238. 44:21It's helping them decide.
1239. 44:24A short conversation. So someone is
1240. 44:26like, okay, I want more bookings, you
1241. 44:28can help with that. They will ask
  1242. 44:29questions
1243. 44:31and then you write a proposal for them,
1244. 44:33what it looks like, how long it's going
1245. 44:35to take, how much you are going to ask
1246. 44:37for it and they can accept it or not.
1247. 44:40When they accept, they pay a deposit,
  1248. 44:43few like a percentage of it, 50%
  1249. 44:45upfront, 20% upfront, whatsoever. You
  1250. 44:47build it and that's all.
1251. 44:50You're selling the halal way, keep that
1252. 44:52in mind. We are always honest about what
1253. 44:53we deliver. Communication is everything.
1254. 44:55We cannot do fake promises or guarantees
1255. 44:57or, you know, we need to clear pricing
  1256. 44:59scope.
1257. 45:00And we need to agree beforehand what is
  1258. 45:02going to happen.
1259. 45:04So, Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala says in the
1260. 45:06Quran, "Oh you have who have believed,
  1261. 45:08do not consume one other's wealth
1262. 45:10unjustly, but only through trade by
  1263. 45:12mutual consent." So, it's very important
1264. 45:15to keep that in mind.
1265. 45:17If the seller and the buyer are truthful
1266. 45:20and make things clear, their trade is
1267. 45:22blessed. If they lie and hide, the
1268. 45:24blessing of their trade is erased. And
1269. 45:27it is something you should fear as a
1270. 45:28Muslim when you do business.
  1271. 45:30You're not selling a website, you're
  1272. 45:32selling more customers for them. You're
  1273. 45:34selling a potential for them. You're
1274. 45:35selling online presence for them.
1275. 45:38Could you explain to a barber why he
1276. 45:40needs a website? Do you feel comfortable
1277. 45:43with going out there and actually making
  1278. 45:45sales?
  1279. 45:46Important question.
1280. 45:49Step number five, when you close the
1281. 45:51client, you have to deliver the
  1282. 45:52projects.
  1283. 45:54Now,
  1284. 45:55when they say yes, there's a few steps
1285. 45:58you have to go through in that process.
1286. 46:00The kickoff, gathering the content, the
1287. 46:02information, then you build it with AI,
1288. 46:04you put all the input for them into the
1289. 46:07project, you would review, you improve,
1290. 46:09you stay in control, you need critical
1291. 46:11thinking, and then you launch. So, this
1292. 46:13is in general what you have to go
1293. 46:15through, but all of these steps come
  1294. 46:16with a lot of depth.
1295. 46:18AI builds the first version, you make it
  1296. 46:21great.
1297. 46:22Because clients will remember the
  1298. 46:24difference, okay?
1299. 46:26Poor delivery, no updates, regular
1300. 46:28updates, you know, all these different
1301. 46:30things are mattering very, very much.
1302. 46:32Quality is your job. AI helps, and you
1303. 46:35make the final decisions. Indeed, Allah
1304. 46:38loves that when one of you does a job,
1305. 46:41he does it with excellence. So, you want
1306. 46:42to make sure that when you deliver, you
1307. 46:43do it in the best way, better than
  1308. 46:44anyone.
1309. 46:46Because when you do that, clients will
1310. 46:47talk like proudly about you, about their
1311. 46:50website. They will recommend you to
1312. 46:52others, and that's when the ball gets
  1313. 46:53rolling.
1314. 46:55A happy client brings more, you a happy
  1315. 46:58client gives positive reviews,
  1316. 46:59referrals, and new clients.
  1317. 47:02Now, brother David, a brother who
1318. 47:05started with nothing, went through this
1319. 47:06journey and actually made it happen
  1320. 47:08himself.
  1321. 47:10He ended last year
  1322. 47:12with 100k in revenue. Allah Mubarak.
1323. 47:18Now, what would you make a client say,
1324. 47:19"Wow, what is the thing?" Always ask
  1325. 47:21yourself that question.
1326. 47:23And then lastly, when you have this
  1327. 47:24whole circle complete and it's actually
1328. 47:27working and we will all talk even more
1329. 47:29in depth about this in the upcoming
  1330. 47:30weeks, days I mean, during this
  1331. 47:32challenge, you know.
1332. 47:34I mean, this challenge just got started,
1333. 47:35but I want you to understand that this
1334. 47:37is kind of the basics of every step.
1335. 47:39Tomorrow we'll talk about how you can
1336. 47:41actually even imply implement these
1337. 47:42steps even more in depth with AI and
1338. 47:44whatsoever, but one very important thing
1339. 47:46is when you start making money, you need
1340. 47:48to know what to do with that money. So,
1341. 47:49let's talk about this as well. Managing
1342. 47:52your finances. When a client pays, you
1343. 47:54need to set up an agency account in the
  1344. 47:56right way.
1345. 47:57You need to measure the cost, the taxes,
1346. 47:59the rules, your profit, and all these
  1347. 48:00things.
1348. 48:02You send the invoice and you need to
1349. 48:03keep it simple. Clear invoices, track
1350. 48:05what comes in, goes out, set money aside
1351. 48:07for taxes if you still live in in the
1352. 48:10west and all of these things, right? And
1353. 48:12you keep business money separate. A lot
1354. 48:15of people, they send an invoice, use
1355. 48:16their personal account, all these things
  1356. 48:18get messed up. There's a lot of things
1357. 48:19that you need to know. And if you mess
1358. 48:21up over there, you can mess up a lot in
1359. 48:22business, especially if you want to do
  1360. 48:24it on the side.
1361. 48:26You know, you want to you don't want to
  1362. 48:27take risk over there.
1363. 48:29Let's say you have 10 clients. What you
1364. 48:30can do is you can actually upsell those
1365. 48:3210 clients with hosting and support.
  1366. 48:34Let's say you charge $100 for a hosting
1367. 48:36and support, you make an extra $1,000
  1368. 48:39per month.
  1369. 48:40It's $12,000 per year. So, you don't
1370. 48:42need to just make it in in terms of your
1371. 48:44administration, set it up in the right
1372. 48:46way. You also want to make sure that you
1373. 48:50treat your finances and your clients in
1374. 48:52the most effective way so you can also
1375. 48:53make more of your current projects, but
1376. 48:56keep it halal. Clear contracts, clear
1377. 48:58contract records, and also no interest.
1378. 49:01Stay away from riba. Make sure you don't
1379. 49:03have contracts that are based on riba.
1380. 49:04You don't work with the wrong software
1381. 49:06tools and things when you actually send
  1382. 49:08invoices because Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala
1383. 49:10has declared war against people who are
  1384. 49:13involved in that.
1385. 49:14And remember your zakat and your sadaqa.
1386. 49:17As a business owner, this is what is
  1387. 49:20very, very important. That's the whole
  1388. 49:22journey if I would summarize it in a
  1389. 49:24quick way.
1390. 49:26You've seen the steps. You've seen the
1391. 49:28results and it is possible.
1392. 49:31Others have walked that exact path, the
1393. 49:33same path. All the brothers and sisters
  1394. 49:35that I'm actually showing you during
1395. 49:37this session have went through that.
1396. 49:40And I do this myself as well. My agency
1397. 49:42For Your Brand has helped over 250
  1398. 49:44clients.
1399. 49:46You can look it up. You can literally
1400. 49:47look it up online For Your Brand and you
1401. 49:49will be able to find the agency of me.
1402. 49:53Which step feels the hardest to you?
1403. 49:55It's also something to really ask
1404. 49:57yourself right now as you are in this
1405. 49:59challenge because in the upcoming days
1406. 50:01I'll be breaking this down even in more
  1407. 50:03details.
1408. 50:05You know the journey. The real question
1409. 50:06is what AI tools do we even need? We've
1410. 50:08not talked about this yet. You know now
  1411. 50:10the foundation of doing business. That's
1412. 50:12what we talked about on day one. Day
1413. 50:14two, you now know the business model.
1414. 50:15You know what to do.
  1415. 50:17But
1416. 50:18which AI tools do you need? And that's
1417. 50:20actually create some problems, okay?
1418. 50:22Because it can be very, very expensive
1419. 50:25if you to make the wrong decisions over
  1420. 50:26here.
1421. 50:27You need AI assistants like ChatGPT,
1422. 50:29Claude and all these things and it like
  1423. 50:31is 20 to 40 dollars a month. Plus they
1424. 50:34ask more credits when you run out of
  1425. 50:35these things. You need a website
1426. 50:36builder, designing tools, lead finders
1427. 50:39because you're not going to do that
  1428. 50:41like manually, right?
1429. 50:43You're not going to start going to
  1430. 50:45Google and then finding 100 leads
1431. 50:47manually by clicking on their website.
1432. 50:49No, you need AI to do all of this
  1433. 50:51because otherwise it's going to be
  1434. 50:52coming a big mess.
1435. 50:54Outreaching and emailing tools, CRM to
1436. 50:56make sure you can actually have a
1437. 50:58pipeline where you manage your clients
1438. 50:59because if you lose track of that, it
  1439. 51:02becomes a complete chaos. For delivery,
1440. 51:05you need project management tools,
1441. 51:06invoicing and accounting, and then all
1442. 51:08these tools of AI have always underlying
1443. 51:11additional credits. So, you end up
  1444. 51:14spending $300, like hundreds of dollars.
1445. 51:17It can even be more than that.
  1446. 51:19Well, you didn't even start it.
  1447. 51:21Before you earn a cent, you're spending
  1448. 51:22$4,000 a year already on tools.
1449. 51:26And that is the biggest issue that I'm
1450. 51:27seeing with a lot of Muslims. They are
1451. 51:29convinced of the agency model. They know
1452. 51:31that AI can do so much, but they don't
1453. 51:33don't know which tools are good, know
1454. 51:35where to start, and all of this stuff.
  1455. 51:37And that's really why
1456. 51:39you need to pay attention over here.
1457. 51:41Because most of them, they they charge
1458. 51:43extra. You will run out fast. And it's
1459. 51:45just like at least $4,000 per year that
1460. 51:47you will already lose, you know?
1461. 51:50And problem two is there's also no clear
1462. 51:52guidance. They will just hand over tools
1463. 51:54to you, and you ask ChatGPT, "Which tool
1464. 51:56is the best for making websites?" But
1465. 51:57then you get handed over a tool, and you
1466. 51:59don't even know how that works, you
  1467. 52:01know?
1468. 52:02What you need first is the tools that
1469. 52:04you most of the time get is like you
1470. 52:06need to figure it out all by yourself,
1471. 52:08but you want to know what is the next
1472. 52:09clear step. Which tool do I need to use
1473. 52:12right now to move on, right?
  1474. 52:15Hours of tutorials.
1475. 52:17No, you don't want that. You want to
1476. 52:19make sure you just exactly know what to
  1477. 52:21do for your business.
1478. 52:23Nobody wants to know what comes next.
  1479. 52:25And that's like the biggest
  1480. 52:26difference.
  1481. 52:28You know
  1482. 52:30that
  1483. 52:31um
1484. 52:33what you want is you want to know which
  1485. 52:35single tool works.
1486. 52:36And that brings us to problem number
  1487. 52:38three is you don't know who's behind it.
1488. 52:42I mean, you are managing your client's
1489. 52:44data and your own data
1490. 52:46a brand new tool every single week
1491. 52:49by who? Who designed it? Who built it?
1492. 52:51Stored where? Used for what? Like
1493. 52:55we have so many big AI tools and AI
1494. 52:58tools that are not even existing for
1495. 52:59longer than a few months right now.
  1496. 53:02But
1497. 53:04like who is owning the data? What if
1498. 53:06anything goes wrong? We don't know where
  1499. 53:07it goes, right?
1500. 53:09Brand new tools, unknown owners, no
1501. 53:12Muslim owners, built on years
1502. 53:15built on your values in mind. Like, and
1503. 53:17that's the thing, you know, like we we
  1504. 53:19don't know.
1505. 53:21And there's no all in place. You have
1506. 53:23eight different logins, monthly bills,
  1507. 53:25learning curve,
1508. 53:27and no tools that work together. And
1509. 53:29they all will stack up, the expenses,
1510. 53:31the guidance that you miss, the unknown
1511. 53:34owners data, and nothing that is
  1512. 53:35connected. It's just a complete mess.
  1513. 53:38So, that's why I the majority of this
1514. 53:40event, I actually together with you want
1515. 53:42to actually really, really look deeper
1516. 53:44into what AI tools you need in order to
1517. 53:48get there. We're going to talk about all
  1518. 53:49of this.
  1519. 53:51But,
1520. 53:52that's also what holds most Muslims back
  1521. 53:54from actually starting. Because
  1522. 53:56understanding this opportunity makes
1523. 53:58sense. All these steps and these things,
1524. 54:00it makes sense. You need to find clients
1525. 54:02and build build on a website. But, what
  1526. 54:03tools do you use?
1527. 54:06The business is simple. The tools is
1528. 54:08what makes the whole headache over here.
  1529. 54:10And that's what I found myself when I
1530. 54:11run my own business, you know, for a
  1531. 54:14long time.
1532. 54:15Because what you need is tools that you
1533. 54:16can trust. Simple tools, affordable
1534. 54:18tools, the right steps, the right
1535. 54:21guidance, and one place. Just a simple
  1536. 54:23one place, right?
1537. 54:25Remember that waitlist from yesterday?
1538. 54:28This is what you've been waiting on.
1539. 54:29This is exactly what I have built.
1540. 54:32What if it all can live in one place?
1541. 54:35You can just manage your business, not
1542. 54:37with all these thousands of tools and
1543. 54:38thousands of dollars, but just in one
  1544. 54:40simple place.
  1545. 54:42What if it came
1546. 54:44with the guidance even as well, how to
  1547. 54:46use it? I'm not just handing over a
1548. 54:48simple tool to you like and be like,
1549. 54:50"Good luck." No, it comes with actual
1550. 54:52practical guidance. And what if it was
1551. 54:55built by Muslims for Muslims only
  1552. 54:57exclusively?
1553. 54:58With your values at its core, your data
1554. 55:01protection, about free, all these
  1555. 55:03things.
  1556. 55:04Today, I'm super, super proud and
1557. 55:06excited to show you what I've been
1558. 55:08building on together with my team.
1559. 55:11And that is Himma AI. It is an actual
  1560. 55:13software agent, a software tool.
1561. 55:16An AI tool that helps you to start,
1562. 55:18manage, and scale your business in one
  1563. 55:20platform as a Muslim.
1564. 55:22And Himma is a word that comes
  1565. 55:24originally from Arabic
1566. 55:26that stands for high aspiration and
  1567. 55:29strong determination.
1568. 55:31And that's what it is. You can build in
1569. 55:33the right way. It's halal by design,
1570. 55:35okay? Nothing is wrong with it. It's
1571. 55:37fundamentally built for Muslims by
1572. 55:39Muslims. Clear privacy policies, data
1573. 55:42protection, and it is built by a team of
  1574. 55:44over 20 plus professionals.
  1575. 55:46Alhamdulilahi. I cannot take credit just
  1576. 55:48for myself, okay? I've been investing
1577. 55:50over half a million dollars into this to
1578. 55:53make it happen, and now the moment is
  1579. 55:55there.
1580. 55:56You know, it moves you. It bridges you
1581. 55:58from you not knowing what to do today to
  1582. 56:00actually building that agency.
1583. 56:03What you do not know yet, the tools, the
1584. 56:05steps, the guidance, and everything.
1585. 56:07All of it step-by-step is revealed to
1586. 56:10you inside of this platform. And that is
1587. 56:12what Himma is. It is the bridge between
1588. 56:13you right now and getting there.
1589. 56:16Himma gives you the tools, the trust,
1590. 56:18the simple tools, affordable tools, the
1591. 56:20right steps, the guidance in one place.
1592. 56:22One place to actually do it. Remember
1593. 56:24the six steps that we talked about
1594. 56:26today? Starting your agency, finding
1595. 56:28those leads, contacting the prospects,
1596. 56:30close clients, delivering the projects,
1597. 56:32and managing your finances. All of that
1598. 56:34is done in one environment, one simple
  1599. 56:37dashboard.
  1600. 56:39One login, one bill,
  1601. 56:41always know what's next, and everything
  1602. 56:43is connected. Now, most beginners don't
  1603. 56:45quit because it's hard. They quit
1604. 56:46because they do not know the next step.
  1605. 56:49And I figured that myself. I had such a
1606. 56:52big problem when I was running my own
1607. 56:54agency with all these other tools.
  1608. 56:57Like $4,000 per year, I wish that that's
1609. 56:59the only thing that I lost. At some
1610. 57:01point, I was spending like insane amount
1611. 57:03of money on AI tools that I actually
1612. 57:05didn't need it, and it was all over the
  1613. 57:07place.
1614. 57:09And a blank page is where most people
1615. 57:10stop. They have the interest, they have
  1616. 57:12the information, but they don't know
  1617. 57:14where to actually start.
1618. 57:16And that's the thing. You need something
  1619. 57:17that fits your situation.
1620. 57:20Now, the first thing, step one,
1621. 57:23Hima actually helps you to start your
  1622. 57:25business, your agency, guided. There's
1623. 57:27an AI assistance that talks to you and
1624. 57:30that can actually make and build it for
  1625. 57:33you.
1626. 57:34Searching leads by hand takes you two to
  1627. 57:37three hours a day. Is that's what you're
1628. 57:39going to do? Are you going to go to
1629. 57:41Google manually type it in? Which
  1630. 57:43website doesn't like which business
  1631. 57:45doesn't have doesn't have a website? And
1632. 57:47make that list manually, it's going to
1633. 57:49take hours and hours to to do that. You
1634. 57:52will never be able to do that. Like we
1635. 57:54do not have time, right? Like I mean two
  1636. 57:57to three hours a day
1637. 57:59on only lead searching. You're not going
1638. 58:01to build a business out of that.
1639. 58:03The best leads have a clear problem. So,
1640. 58:06you want to find specific leads that
1641. 58:08don't have a website or an outdated one.
1642. 58:10And I AI can actually do that in the
  1643. 58:12right way with Hima.
  1644. 58:14And step number two,
1645. 58:16a list that you build hand by hand is a
1646. 58:18list that stops you from growing.
1647. 58:21So, that's the thing. Hima AI actually
  1648. 58:23builds you
  1649. 58:25a lead list
1650. 58:26that is manually crafted based on your
1651. 58:29local area and it looks for the leads in
  1652. 58:33your business area.
  1653. 58:37Now, writing 50 personal messages by
1654. 58:39hand takes hours. You're going to write
  1655. 58:41these personalized messages yourself?
  1656. 58:45Hey, I looked at your website. I found
  1657. 58:46this problem.
  1658. 58:48Find a website, find a problem, send the
  1659. 58:50message, you're 20 minutes in with one
  1660. 58:52lead.
1661. 58:53You're not going to make it.
  1662. 58:56Cuz it's a volume game. And if you don't
1663. 58:58track it, you don't even know what
1664. 58:59works. Did they even open it? Who
  1665. 59:01replied?
  1666. 59:03Who needs a follow-up?
1667. 59:05Outreach is a volume game. Volume needs
1668. 59:07consistency. And AI can actually bring
1669. 59:09that consistency. It can do everything
  1670. 59:11for you.
  1671. 59:13Reach out at scale.
1672. 59:15You can actually with Hima reach out to
  1673. 59:18clients at scale
1674. 59:20on a personal level. Hima AI writes the
1675. 59:23emails for you, crafts it for you, and
  1676. 59:24sends it on autopilot.
  1677. 59:28Leads in notes, DMs,
  1678. 59:30and your hat.
1679. 59:31That's how it get lost.
1680. 59:33A proposal that takes you an evening cuz
  1681. 59:36you a moment, all these things,
1682. 59:37following up with these deals and know
1683. 59:39what to do. We have a whole pipeline.
1684. 59:41You can manage your clients and you can
1685. 59:43see where are they. Is this still a lead
  1686. 59:46or a conversation, a proposal, following
1687. 59:48up? AI, all of it, Hima tracks it for
  1688. 59:51you.
  1689. 59:52>> [snorts]
1690. 59:54>> Three projects at once without chaos and
  1691. 59:57tracking will never work.
1692. 59:59Clients who feel that they're in the
  1693. 1:00:01loop stay forever.
1694. 1:00:03And that's why in Hima you can deliver
1695. 1:00:05the projects, you can work with it
  1696. 1:00:07in the right way.
1697. 1:00:08And that's where we can just keep going.
1698. 1:00:10Clear invoices, you can send and manage
  1699. 1:00:12your finances.
1700. 1:00:14If you cannot see your income and your
1701. 1:00:15cost, you'd never see your profit. So,
  1702. 1:00:17that's why we built
1703. 1:00:19um an actual environment inside of Hima
1704. 1:00:21where you can manage all of your
  1705. 1:00:22finances.
1706. 1:00:24Everything that we covered today is in
  1707. 1:00:26one place, literally.
1708. 1:00:28Not eight separate tools, not spending
1709. 1:00:31hundreds of dollars a month. It is for a
  1710. 1:00:33fraction of the price.
  1711. 1:00:35>> [snorts]
1712. 1:00:35>> Not figuring out all of this by yourself
  1713. 1:00:37alone. No, guided step-by-step.
1714. 1:00:40Unknown owners and data, no. This is a
1715. 1:00:42Muslim team. All of the developers that
1716. 1:00:44are building Hima are Muslims.
1717. 1:00:47Clear privacy policies and everything is
  1718. 1:00:49safe.
  1719. 1:00:50Eight logins, nothing connected.
1720. 1:00:52But, in Hima we have it all in one
  1721. 1:00:55place, once again.
1722. 1:00:56Now, until today, okay? Hima AI wasn't
1723. 1:00:59open to the public. I've only used it
1724. 1:01:01for my own agency and for a few
1725. 1:01:03selective Muslims that I all shared the
1726. 1:01:05case studies with you already.
1727. 1:01:08But, today is the big big moment. The
1728. 1:01:10big moment that we've all been waiting
  1729. 1:01:12for. Alhamdulillah rabbil alamin.
1730. 1:01:14For the first time ever, we are making
1731. 1:01:16it publicly accessible for Muslims and
  1732. 1:01:18for Muslims only.
  1733. 1:01:21And I have a deal for you. It's not
1734. 1:01:22where it starts, it stops.
1735. 1:01:24I mean, I'm not saying you have to buy a
1736. 1:01:26course from me. I mean, the information
1737. 1:01:28is free. I'll tell you what to do, okay?
1738. 1:01:30And you also don't have to risk your
  1739. 1:01:31money. I have a guarantee for you. I
1740. 1:01:33have something even better. Inside of
1741. 1:01:35Hima, together with my team, we made a
1742. 1:01:38golden rule. And that rule is that on
1743. 1:01:40all products, if you commit
1744. 1:01:43if you follow the steps, and if you use
1745. 1:01:45the software for 6 months, but you do
1746. 1:01:47not succeed with it, then I'll give you
  1747. 1:01:49all your money back.
1748. 1:01:50Plus $500 out of my own pocket because I
1749. 1:01:53believe so much in this, okay?
  1750. 1:01:56So, you don't have to buy a course.
1751. 1:01:58You don't have to risk your money
  1752. 1:01:59because I have a 100% money-back
1753. 1:02:01guarantee after 6 months. How does that
  1754. 1:02:03sound?
  1755. 1:02:04Risk-free, let's just get this done.
1756. 1:02:07I've worked on this for so, so long.
  1757. 1:02:08I've tested this myself
  1758. 1:02:11for months now.
1759. 1:02:13Okay, listen. This is how it's going to
1760. 1:02:14work. This is what you're getting, okay?
1761. 1:02:16The Hima software in and of itself
1762. 1:02:17consists of the following things. You
  1763. 1:02:18get a personal AI assistant, thousand
1764. 1:02:21free leads in your niche with scraping
1765. 1:02:24and all of it personalized,
1766. 1:02:26invoicing, delivery, and all of that in
1767. 1:02:29one place. You can set up your entire
1768. 1:02:31business with AI. You can pick your
1769. 1:02:33service, set up your business, analyze
1770. 1:02:35your market, write your plan of
1771. 1:02:37approach, everything done with AI.
1772. 1:02:40You can just talk to it and it does it
  1773. 1:02:41for you.
1774. 1:02:43Thousand leads in your niche, Hima will
1775. 1:02:44scrape it for you and you can directly
  1776. 1:02:47start.
  1777. 1:02:48Set crystal-clear revenue targets.
1778. 1:02:51And reach out and track your progress.
1779. 1:02:54You can write and send proposals, manage
1780. 1:02:56your projects, you can create and send
1781. 1:02:57invoices, and track all of your
  1782. 1:03:00finances.
1783. 1:03:02And now this is my favorite feature.
  1784. 1:03:06You can turn
1785. 1:03:08your profit into Sadaqah with our
  1786. 1:03:10Sadaqah calculator. Allah Akbar.
1787. 1:03:13Our developers built something very
1788. 1:03:15powerful. We have an official
1789. 1:03:17partnership with Matthew and also
1790. 1:03:19started our own initiative called DAFIC
1791. 1:03:22where we try to be as much involved in
1792. 1:03:24charity both with this Hima itself and
  1793. 1:03:27also the clients inside.
1794. 1:03:29And once again, you get access to Hima,
1795. 1:03:31all of the things that you just saw, but
1796. 1:03:34I'm also going to bundle it with the
  1797. 1:03:36most valuable products that I've ever
1798. 1:03:38created so far. You will get access to
1799. 1:03:41the web agency code mentorship program
1800. 1:03:44which is the full web agency code
  1801. 1:03:46framework, step-by-step ISA trainings, a
  1802. 1:03:49winning niche list and resources, 30

1805. 1:04:00of $1,800 is going to be included.
1806. 1:04:02Guides, workbooks, video trainings. If
1807. 1:04:04you think this is already valuable
1808. 1:04:06just wait for what this has to do. And
1809. 1:04:09inside of the community, we have fun and
  1810. 1:04:10exciting community challenges. There's
  1811. 1:04:12even for sisters a specific special
1812. 1:04:16niche list for sisters that they can use
1813. 1:04:19so that they can protect themselves and
1814. 1:04:20stay safe. We have a community of over
1815. 1:04:22500 Muslims inside already that
  1816. 1:04:24privately tested this software.
1817. 1:04:27Like brother David, Allah Muhammad,
1818. 1:04:29brother Ali who made over 3K per month,
  1819. 1:04:31brother Ali
  1820. 1:04:33another Ali, Allah Muhammad, with 16.8K,
1821. 1:04:37now aiming for 100. Brother Hassan made
1822. 1:04:4010K in 1 week, Allah Muhammad, brother
  1823. 1:04:42Hamza, brother Ahmed
  1824. 1:04:45brother Waqas
1825. 1:04:46and many, many more. And now it is your
  1826. 1:04:49turn.
1827. 1:04:50I'm inviting you for this big
  1828. 1:04:52opportunity
1829. 1:04:53to live your life on your own terms.
1830. 1:04:55Now, ask yourself, what would this extra
1831. 1:04:575K to your current salary, what would it
  1832. 1:05:01do?
  1833. 1:05:02And that's just the first stepping
1834. 1:05:03stone. Just two, three websites are
  1835. 1:05:05already adding this. You can add 10, 20,
1836. 1:05:0730K to your income if you consistently
  1837. 1:05:10execute on this.
  1838. 1:05:13What would that change?
1839. 1:05:15Would you spend it on more time with
  1840. 1:05:16your family?
1841. 1:05:17More sadaqa? More freedom? Would you
  1842. 1:05:19travel?
1843. 1:05:21Room to breathe like actually
1844. 1:05:25a home, Hajj, Umrah. What is on your
1845. 1:05:27list? What is it that you want to do?
  1846. 1:05:30Now,
1847. 1:05:31you might be thinking, "What is the
1848. 1:05:32catch? It all sounds so nice. There's
1849. 1:05:33all guarantee and all these things. What
  1850. 1:05:35is the catch?"
  1851. 1:05:36Because you're right, it's not going to
1852. 1:05:38be for free this software.
1853. 1:05:40Because success in life requires an
1854. 1:05:42investment in your time, your energy,

1873. 1:06:22stopped with this whole challenge yet.
1874. 1:06:25But, there's hundreds of hours inside of
1875. 1:06:28Hima that you can watch as well.

  1890. 1:07:00lessons.
1891. 1:07:01All of this adds up to a value of over
  1892. 1:07:0412,000
  1893. 1:07:06dollars. But,
  1894. 1:07:09no, that's not where you're going to pay

  1896. 1:07:12In fact, you're going to pay only $1,150

  1936. 1:08:40Okay?
1937. 1:08:42So, please make sure that you actually
1938. 1:08:45keep an eye on this.
1939. 1:08:47Also, on top of that,

  1947. 1:09:09very, very soon.
1948. 1:09:11Let me check with my team if everyone is
  1949. 1:09:14ready.
1950. 1:09:15I think the systems are good.
  1951. 1:09:18Alhamdulillah. Okay, let's go. 10, nine,
1952. 1:09:21eight, seven, six. There we go. The full

1956. 1:09:35package. Everything is included in Hima.
1957. 1:09:37The bonuses, the community support, and
1958. 1:09:39a thousand leads for free. Three. Are
  1959. 1:09:42you ready? Two. One.
  1960. 1:09:45Let's see. Let's see.
  1961. 1:09:47Bam. That's it. Alhamdulilahi Rabbil
1962. 1:09:49Alamin. This is the moment I've been
1963. 1:09:51waiting on for so so long. Hima AI. You
1964. 1:09:55can scan the QR code
  1965. 1:09:58and join right now.
  1966. 1:10:00jointom You can go to jointom.ai
1967. 1:10:04and be one of the first ones to use this
  1968. 1:10:07software stack.
1969. 1:10:08Talk to my team and become part of it.
1970. 1:10:11You can scan the QR code and you will go
1971. 1:10:13to a page that actually describes this
1972. 1:10:15offer in even more detail. Okay?
  1973. 1:10:20Everything step-by-step explained on
1974. 1:10:23this landing page. There is a five to I
1975. 1:10:26believe five minute video that explains
1976. 1:10:29the software, what it looks like, how it
1977. 1:10:30works, and all the bonuses that are
  1978. 1:10:33included.
1979. 1:10:36I'm inviting you to this
  1980. 1:10:40historic moment.
  1981. 1:10:44Alhamdulilahi.
1982. 1:10:46Now think [clears throat] about it,
1983. 1:10:47okay? Think about it. You have two
1984. 1:10:49options here. And let me say one thing.
1985. 1:10:53We are far away from done from being
1986. 1:10:55done with this event, okay? We literally
1987. 1:10:57just got started. I just want you to
1988. 1:10:59understand that apart from all the
1989. 1:11:01tactics, I have an option for you to run
1990. 1:11:05a business like this in a lean way. I
1991. 1:11:08don't want you to be scammed by all
1992. 1:11:10these AI tools and all these things that
1993. 1:11:12cost you way more money and you don't
1994. 1:11:14even know if your data is safe. I had
1995. 1:11:16this problem myself with running this
1996. 1:11:17business, so I teach you the business
  1997. 1:11:19for free
1998. 1:11:20through the all these days and you
1999. 1:11:22decide. Not forcing you into anything.
  2000. 1:11:25I'm just saying it's a smarter move to
2001. 1:11:26go for it. Because the truth is, you
  2002. 1:11:28have two options, okay?
2003. 1:11:30I'm not forcing you into anything. Once
2004. 1:11:32again, let me explain. Option one is you
2005. 1:11:34start yourself. You listen through all
2006. 1:11:37of the things that I'm saying throughout
2007. 1:11:38this event, throughout this challenge,
2008. 1:11:40and you actually implement it yourself.
  2009. 1:11:43But, that means you're going to spend a
2010. 1:11:45lot of money on unnecessary tools.
2011. 1:11:48You don't know where your data goes.
  2012. 1:11:51You don't have the right guidance.
  2013. 1:11:54And nothing is connected.
2014. 1:11:56So, you will have a super chaotic
2015. 1:11:58workflow, you don't really do not know
  2016. 1:11:59what to do.
2017. 1:12:01But right now, I'm here with you.
2018. 1:12:04And you understand the business model.
2019. 1:12:06So, I'm right now doing all these
2020. 1:12:07sessions, and you get it.
  2021. 1:12:10But in a few days, I'll disappear. And
2022. 1:12:12then there's nothing. Do you know what
2023. 1:12:14to do? I mean, inside of Himma, the the
2024. 1:12:16training like this will never stop. Me
2025. 1:12:18and my team are there.
2026. 1:12:20And there's hours of hours of sessions
2027. 1:12:22like this. So, that brings me to option
2028. 1:12:24number two. You actually choose today to
2029. 1:12:25go for Himma. And it provides to you all
2030. 1:12:28the guidance and the steps that you
2031. 1:12:29need. On your own, it will be a journey
2032. 1:12:32of ups and downs, and I'm not doubting
2033. 1:12:33that you will get there, but it might
2034. 1:12:35take a couple of years plus overspending
2035. 1:12:37on AI tools, where Himma already has
2036. 1:12:40everything laid out for you. 10 times
  2037. 1:12:42easier, 10 times quicker, and 10 times
  2038. 1:12:45more efficient. [clears throat]
  2039. 1:12:47And that's why I created this tool,
  2040. 1:12:48because I genuinely think it's needed in
  2041. 1:12:51the ummah.
2042. 1:12:52Now, today we covered the foundation.
2043. 1:12:54Alhamdulillah rabbil alamin. But we just
2044. 1:12:56got started, okay? Today we talked about
  2045. 1:12:58the six steps
2046. 1:13:01to start with websites, to increase your
2047. 1:13:04value, and then scale from there.
2048. 1:13:06It is a business that you can actually
2049. 1:13:08run, and already brings you to five,
2050. 1:13:10six, seven figures per year.
2051. 1:13:12But tomorrow is the big day. Tomorrow
2052. 1:13:15I'm going to dive deeper into how AI can
2053. 1:13:18actually leverage your agency to bring
2054. 1:13:20it to the next step, the next level.
  2055. 1:13:24And there are still 3 days left. We're
2056. 1:13:27We're just on day two, okay? We have
2057. 1:13:29tomorrow. On day four, we have a special
2058. 1:13:31guest that is coming that's going to
2059. 1:13:32talk about sales and how to close
2060. 1:13:34clients in the right way and on day five
2061. 1:13:36we have the grand finale where I'm going
2062. 1:13:38to start my business from scratch again
2063. 1:13:41and show you how I've done it.
  2064. 1:13:43Alhamdulillah.
2065. 1:13:45We'll dive into all of this step by
  2066. 1:13:46step. Now I ask Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala
2067. 1:13:49to bless you and to put baraka in your
2068. 1:13:51risk for being here today with me.
2069. 1:13:54Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to
2070. 1:13:56move on to the VIP session because we
2071. 1:13:59have also VIP ticket holders during this
2072. 1:14:01challenge. Unfortunately my team told me
2073. 1:14:04that the VIP tickets are now officially
2074. 1:14:06sold out so they are not available
  2075. 1:14:08anymore unfortunately but in 15 minutes
2076. 1:14:11from now I'm going to start that session
2077. 1:14:13so we unfortunately have to end up and
2078. 1:14:16wrap up this session here today. I want
2079. 1:14:18to say one more time
2080. 1:14:20and I want to invite you to join Himma
2081. 1:14:23right now and be one of the first users
2082. 1:14:27to actually jump in. Now once again, if
2083. 1:14:31you scan this QR code, you will be
  2084. 1:14:32redirected to a page that actually
  2085. 1:14:36describes everything
  2086. 1:14:38of this offer, okay?
2087. 1:14:40And you will be able to read all the
  2088. 1:14:42things, everything.
  2089. 1:14:44And once again,
2090. 1:14:46let me show this here to you uh
  2091. 1:14:48when you
  2092. 1:14:51join today,
2093. 1:14:52you will get free access to the AI
2094. 1:14:56agency starter skit. It is an actual
2095. 1:14:59bonus tool that includes a lot more
2096. 1:15:03resources straight up from my agency.
2097. 1:15:06If you join in the first 24 hours,

2105. 1:15:25we still have open. We are already at
  2106. 1:15:2815%
