  1. 0:00Everyone is talking about AI right now,
  2. 0:02but nobody shows how it actually brings
  3. 0:04in sales for a real business. And one of
  4. 0:06my clients stopped answering her DMs
  5. 0:08months ago, and now she books more calls
  6. 0:10than when she did it by hand. And this
  7. 0:12AI brought in 120K worth of clients in
  8. 0:15the first month. And it's the same
  9. 0:16system I used for this client, which
  10. 0:18generated 245,000.
  11. 0:20And the same system I used for this
  12. 0:22client, which got over 47 bookings out
  13. 0:24of 400 conversations. and we build an AI
  14. 0:27setter that talks to her leads and book
  15. 0:29calls automatically straight from her
  16. 0:31DMs. And this system works 247 without
  17. 0:34her team having to look at it. Now, this
  18. 0:36might seem complicated, but you don't
  19. 0:38need to be technical at all. The part
  20. 0:40that actually matters is the system
  21. 0:42around the AI because just dropping an
  22. 0:44AI in your DMs doesn't work. You need a
  23. 0:47three-step system so your leads are
  24. 0:49ready to book a call. And that's exactly
  25. 0:51what I will show you in this video. So,
  26. 0:54the first thing that you need as part of
  27. 0:56the three-step system is a freebie. And
  28. 0:58a freebie is something that solves a
  29. 1:00problem for your audience. So, this
  30. 1:02could be a free video, an ebook, or a
  31. 1:05checklist. And this builds trust with
  32. 1:07your audience. So, they're far more
  33. 1:08likely to get on a call with you. And
  34. 1:10this is how we do that. So, what we do
  35. 1:11is that inside our Instagram post, we
  36. 1:13promote a freebie and we ask people to
  37. 1:15comment a specific keyword. Whenever
  38. 1:17they do that, they get an automatic DM
  39. 1:20where we confirm their interest in the
  40. 1:22freebie. And then when they click on
  41. 1:23that button, what happens is that they
  42. 1:25automatically get the next message. And
  43. 1:26in the next message, we say, "Okay, what
  44. 1:29is your email?" And then whenever they
  45. 1:30typed in their email, we give them
  46. 1:32direct access to the freebie. But then
  47. 1:35what we do is that we wait for 30
  48. 1:37seconds. And then after 30 seconds, we
  49. 1:40ask a simple question. So in this case,
  50. 1:42it is, most women I talk to feel like
  51. 1:44they've tried everything. I'm curious
  52. 1:46what you have tried so far. And this
  53. 1:49actually brings us to the next step in
  54. 1:51our system, which is qualifying the
  55. 1:54lead. Because all of these clients, what
  56. 1:57they do is they sell a high ticket
  57. 1:59program. And when you're selling
  58. 2:01something high ticket, you don't want to
  59. 2:03get on a call with everyone because most
  60. 2:05people who reply aren't the right fit.
  61. 2:07And every call with someone who was
  62. 2:09never going to buy anyways is an hour
  63. 2:11you don't get back. So before we book
  64. 2:14anything with the clients, what we do is
  65. 2:16we first qualify the lead. So the moment
  66. 2:19the lead replies to that first question,
  67. 2:22we get an ongoing conversation. And this
  68. 2:25is what that looks like. So we ask this
  69. 2:27question and then the lead replies to
  70. 2:29that question and then we can
  71. 2:31automatically reply to that with the AI
  72. 2:33setter. So now we have an ongoing
  73. 2:35conversation. So it replies back h it
  74. 2:38asks another question. We then the lead
  75. 2:40replies with their answer and then the
  76. 2:42AI goes forward and asks the next
  77. 2:44question. So what you then get is
  78. 2:46basically this flow. So we deliver the
  79. 2:48freebie then we wait for 30 seconds. We
  80. 2:50ask that first question and then we ask
  81. 2:53all of the qualifying questions one by
  82. 2:55one. Then it could be that the lead also
  83. 2:58has a question for us. For example, they
  84. 2:59want to know whether the call is free or
  85. 3:01they want to know more information about
  86. 3:03the program or how much it costs. So
  87. 3:05whenever the lead asks a question, we
  88. 3:07actually answer that question and then
  89. 3:10return them back to the qualification
  90. 3:12questions. So we ask all of these
  91. 3:13qualification questions one by one. So
  92. 3:15it actually feels like a normal
  93. 3:17conversation. It doesn't feel like a
  94. 3:19form. So we ask all of these qualifying
  95. 3:21questions and then ultimately we come to
  96. 3:24a decision point where we need to
  97. 3:26determine whether the lead is qualified
  98. 3:28or not. If the lead is qualified then we
  99. 3:31directly book a call with them. So
  100. 3:33that's either by sending a booking link
  101. 3:34in the chat or just by giving a bunch of
  102. 3:38times that we automatically get from our
  103. 3:39client's calendar. So we can either book
  104. 3:42the call directly in the chat or we send
  105. 3:43a booking link. And if the lead is not
  106. 3:45qualified, then we just send a free
  107. 3:47resource to basically stay helpful, make
  108. 3:50them maybe a little bit warmer, maybe
  109. 3:52they will buy later, but right now they
  110. 3:54are not qualified. So we're not ready to
  111. 3:56book a call with them. And that split is
  112. 3:58super important because without it, the
  113. 3:59AI books calls with everyone, including
  114. 4:01all the people who will never buy your
  115. 4:03high ticket program and you will waste
  116. 4:05your whole week on calls that go
  117. 4:07nowhere. But the qualifying is what
  118. 4:09makes the bookings actually worth
  119. 4:11having. Now, when you're building an AI
  120. 4:13like this, there are five things that
  121. 4:15actually matter. So, the first thing
  122. 4:18that actually matters is that the AI
  123. 4:19should talk like you. Some of our
  124. 4:22clients write very long, detailed
  125. 4:23messages in their own specific style.
  126. 4:26Others just reply with one sentence. And
  127. 4:28what's super important is that the AI
  128. 4:30has to match that. So the lead feels
  129. 4:32like they are talking to you and they're
  130. 4:35not talking to some generic robot. Now,
  131. 4:38the second thing that's important is
  132. 4:40that this AI should be able to handle
  133. 4:42images, voice memos, and multiple
  134. 4:44messages. What I see with a lot of tools
  135. 4:46is that the second someone sends a
  136. 4:48message, it instantly replies back. And
  137. 4:51that doesn't work inside Facebook,
  138. 4:53Instagram or WhatsApp because what real
  139. 4:55people do is they send three messages
  140. 4:58one by one or they send a voice memo or
  141. 5:00they send an image and your AI should be
  142. 5:02able to handle all of that or it falls
  143. 5:05apart and they instantly know okay
  144. 5:06they're talking to a robot. So that's
  145. 5:09the second thing is like it should be
  146. 5:10able to handle images, voice memos and
  147. 5:12multiple messages if they're sending in
  148. 5:14one by one. Then the third thing is that
  149. 5:16it should actually know your business.
  150. 5:17So it should actually know what you do.
  151. 5:19It's if someone has a question, it
  152. 5:21should be able to automatically reply
  153. 5:22with that. So, it actually should know
  154. 5:24your business and should be able to
  155. 5:26answer all of the questions that normal
  156. 5:28people has as well. Then the fourth
  157. 5:30thing is that it should be connected to
  158. 5:32your tools. Then the fourth thing is
  159. 5:33that it should be connected to your
  160. 5:35tools. So whenever new leads comes in,
  161. 5:38you can add it to your CRM or you can
  162. 5:40add it to your email tool or when it's
  163. 5:42connected to your calendar, it pulls in
  164. 5:44your real availability. So this AI
  165. 5:46should be plugged into whatever tool
  166. 5:48you're already using so that can
  167. 5:50automatically send leads there or get
  168. 5:53information to book calls. So that's the
  169. 5:55fourth thing. And then the fifth thing
  170. 5:57is that it should know when to hand off
  171. 5:58to humans because sometimes the AI
  172. 6:01should step back and actually pass the
  173. 6:02conversation to a human especially for
  174. 6:05very tricky or specific stuff you don't
  175. 6:07want that an AI handles on its own. So
  176. 6:11this is basically the system and
  177. 6:12honestly if you just build this alone
  178. 6:14this would already work really well and
  179. 6:17it will bring in a lot of results. But
  180. 6:19what also happens is that people get
  181. 6:21into a conversation with you and then
  182. 6:24halfway through they stop replying. They
  183. 6:26got distracted, life got in the way or
  184. 6:28whatever it is. And that's where step
  185. 6:31three actually comes in. And step three
  186. 6:34is sending follow-ups. And by sending
  187. 6:37follow-ups, you could easily double,
  188. 6:39triple, or quadruple your results
  189. 6:42because follow-ups are one of the first
  190. 6:44things that we add once an AI setter
  191. 6:46goes live for one of our clients. So
  192. 6:49with this client, what we do is we
  193. 6:51actually send the first reminder after 8
  194. 6:53hours. So as you can see here, we have
  195. 6:55an ongoing conversation, but then right
  196. 6:57here, the lead stop replying. So after 8
  197. 7:00hours, what we say is, "Hey, just want
  198. 7:02to circle back. Were you still open to
  199. 7:04chatting about next steps to get some
  200. 7:06clarity around what is going on? So what
  201. 7:09we do is we send a follow-up. And when
  202. 7:11you send reminders, it's always a
  203. 7:14balance between reminding people and
  204. 7:16being annoying. Because it is true that
  205. 7:18if you remind people more, you will also
  206. 7:21get more calls and you will also get
  207. 7:22more leads. But it's also true that if
  208. 7:24you remind people more, you also become
  209. 7:27more annoying. And some businesses and
  210. 7:30some of the clients, they basically want
  211. 7:31to remind more and they don't care about
  212. 7:33being annoying. Other clients that we
  213. 7:35have say, "Oh, I don't want to annoy my
  214. 7:37clients and I want to remind people
  215. 7:38less." It basically depends on your
  216. 7:40business, whatever you want to do,
  217. 7:42because there's just a balance in there.
  218. 7:44What we typically do for our clients is
  219. 7:46that we send the first reminder after 8
  220. 7:49hours and we send the second reminder
  221. 7:51after 23 hours. And this 23-hour
  222. 7:54reminder, that's very important because
  223. 7:57a lot of these platforms like WhatsApp
  224. 7:59and Instagram and Facebook, they have
  225. 8:01specific DM rules. And you should always
  226. 8:03take these DM rules into account. And
  227. 8:06one of those rules is the 24-hour
  228. 8:08window. And what this means that if
  229. 8:10someone sends a message to you, you have
  230. 8:1224 hours to reply to that message, but
  231. 8:15also follow up with them. So you can
  232. 8:17actually send the last reminder around
  233. 8:19after 23 hours. Because for example, if
  234. 8:21you send it after 48 hours or after 3
  235. 8:24days, then you're actually breaking the
  236. 8:26rules and you might risk getting your
  237. 8:28account banned and that's not something
  238. 8:30that you want. So that's actually the
  239. 8:32third step of the system. So we
  240. 8:34basically have a very simple system
  241. 8:36where the first one is getting the
  242. 8:37freebie. Then the second step is
  243. 8:39qualifying the lead and the third step
  244. 8:41is following up with the lead if they
  245. 8:43stop replying. Now you might ask the
  246. 8:46next question is okay what results can
  247. 8:48we expect from this? And I can just show
  248. 8:50you the dashboards that we have created
  249. 8:52for our clients. So the first one is
  250. 8:54this one. So here you can see that
  251. 8:57almost always you have like between 15
  252. 9:00and like 10 to 30% of people are
  253. 9:04qualified and ready to book a call. So
  254. 9:05as you can see here we have almost 3,000
  255. 9:07started conversations and then 70% of
  256. 9:10them they are qualified and we actually
  257. 9:12sent a booking link. Then if you look at
  258. 9:14the other clients like here we have 21%
  259. 9:16so that's a little bit more. Here we
  260. 9:18have 10% which is a little bit less. It
  261. 9:20also depends a little bit on how warm
  262. 9:22your audience is and what type of
  263. 9:25content you create because if you create
  264. 9:26content that's for example very generic
  265. 9:29the chance that people are qualified is
  266. 9:30less. So that's also what it implies to.
  267. 9:33And also of course the conversation
  268. 9:35script the conversation script between
  269. 9:37these clients is a little bit different.
  270. 9:38If you add less steps in your
  271. 9:39conversation script the qualification is
  272. 9:42often higher. Yeah. So it's often
  273. 9:45between 10 and 30%, if you're somewhere
  274. 9:47there, then it's often fine. And then
  275. 9:49from the people that are qualified and
  276. 9:51you either send like time slots or a
  277. 9:53booking link from a confirmed booking,
  278. 9:55so going from uh qualified people to
  279. 9:57actually getting a booking is around 30
  280. 9:59to 50%. So what you see here is for this
  281. 10:02client, we have like 50% of people that
  282. 10:04are qualified actually also confirm the
  283. 10:06booking. Here we also see 52%, so that's
  284. 10:09a little bit more. And here you see 17%.
  285. 10:11So here we should definitely increase
  286. 10:12it. And then the easiest way to increase
  287. 10:14this number is by just sending more
  288. 10:17reminders. Because these are people,
  289. 10:19these are qualified, they're ready to
  290. 10:20book a call, but they just didn't
  291. 10:22confirm the booking. Then often they
  292. 10:24forgot about it or life got in the way.
  293. 10:26So then the easiest way to still get
  294. 10:27that booking is just by sending more
  295. 10:30reminders. So that's actually what you
  296. 10:32can expect from this. So like 10 to 30%
  297. 10:35that people are qualified and then
  298. 10:36between 30 and 50% to actually get the
  299. 10:40confirmed booking. So those are the
  300. 10:42results that you can expect. Then how
  301. 10:44much does it cost to run one? What we
  302. 10:46are doing is that we are using four
  303. 10:48tools to create this. So we're using
  304. 10:49ManyHat to send and receive the messages
  305. 10:51on Instagram that starts at $15 a month.
  306. 10:53We have Relevance AI, $29 a month,
  307. 10:55OpenAI, $10 a month, and make which is
  308. 10:58also $10 a month. So you can have this
  309. 11:00running for $64 a month. But if you only
  310. 11:04just get one client from this, from this
  311. 11:07entire setup, then it's definitely worth
  312. 11:09it. then you already got the money back,
  313. 11:10especially when you're selling something
  314. 11:12like a medium or a high ticket product.
  315. 11:14So, that is what it takes to run one.
  316. 11:16And if you want me to build it for you,
  317. 11:18just shoot me a message. The link is in
  318. 11:20the description. Or if you want to build
  319. 11:22it yourself, please check out the next
  320. 11:24video where I will build the whole thing
  321. 11:27step by step.
