  1. 0:00Did you know that if you soak steel cut
  2. 0:02oats in water for about 6 hours and then
  3. 0:04drain them, transfer them to a bowl and
  4. 0:07add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax
  5. 0:09seeds, quinoa or oat flakes, as well as
  6. 0:12psyllium husk, mix it all well and then
  7. 0:15add apple cider vinegar to water and
  8. 0:17then add this water to the oats and
  9. 0:19seeds, give it a really good mix and let
  10. 0:22it sit for a little and transfer the
  11. 0:24mixture to a loaf pan, press it firmly
  12. 0:27into the pan so it looks like this and
  13. 0:29then bake it. You end up with the most
  14. 0:32delicious crusty bread. It's so easy to
  15. 0:35make and holds together so well. It's
  16. 0:38extremely easy to slice, beautiful to
  17. 0:40look at and doesn't fall apart and you
  18. 0:43can cut it into slices and freeze it for
  19. 0:45up to 3 months. A bread that doesn't
  20. 0:47send your blood glucose on crazy
  21. 0:49excursions and can help lower your bad
  22. 0:51cholesterol.
