- 0:00A new style of stickman videos is going
- 0:02viral on YouTube and creators are
- 0:04getting millions of views with these
- 0:06simple but interesting animations. Some
- 0:09channels are even making thousands of
- 0:11dollars from this type of content. But
- 0:13here's what makes [music] these videos
- 0:15even more interesting. Very few people
- 0:17are talking about this new style or
- 0:19showing others how to create videos like
- 0:21these. This means you still have a great
- 0:23chance to get started before everyone
- 0:25jumps on this trend. [music] And today,
- 0:27I'll show you how to create these
- 0:29trending stickman videos using free
- 0:31[music] AI tools without spending a
- 0:33single dollar. I'll walk you through a
- 0:35simple and easy method that [music]
- 0:37anyone can follow even if you've never
- 0:39created an animation before. But before
- 0:42we start, watch this animation [music] I
- 0:44created using the exact method I'm about
- 0:46to show you. Stay until the end because
- 0:48I'll guide you through the whole process
- 0:50step by [music] step so you can create
- 0:52your own videos in this trending style.
- 0:54Let's get started.
- 0:56>> It's a normal Tuesday.
- 0:59You're sitting at your desk bored out of
- 1:01your mind. So you grab a pencil and
- 1:03start drawing a sports car. Nothing
- 1:05special, just a few lines, four wheels,
- 1:08and a little spoiler. But the moment you
- 1:10finish the last wheel, the paper starts
- 1:13shaking. Suddenly, boom! A real sports
- 1:17car appears in your bedroom.
- 1:19You stare at it. Max stares at you. Bro,
- 1:23did you just draw a car? You look at
- 1:26your pencil.
- 1:27Yeah, apparently I'm an artist now.
- 1:31>> In this video, our main goal is to learn
- 1:33how to create amazing stickman animation
- 1:36videos completely free without spending
- 1:39any money. To make the entire process as
- 1:41simple and beginner-friendly as
- 1:43possible, I've already prepared a master
- 1:45prompt template for you. I've tested
- 1:47this template multiple times to make
- 1:49sure everything works smoothly and that
- 1:51you don't have to deal with any
- 1:52unnecessary errors or complications. You
- 1:55can find the Google Docs file containing
- 1:57this master prompt in the video
- 1:58description. So make sure to check it
- 2:01out. Now, let's get started. First, open
- 2:04Chat GPT in your browser. Once Chat GPT
- 2:08is open, simply switch back to the
- 2:10Google Docs file that I've provided.
- 2:12Here, you'll find the character sheet
- 2:14prompt. Simply copy this entire prompt
- 2:16and switch back to Chat GPT. Paste the
- 2:19copied prompt into the chat and hit
- 2:21enter.
- 2:24Chat GPT will then process your
- 2:26instructions and generate 10 different
- 2:28character sheet image prompts for you.
- 2:31These prompts will help us create
- 2:32consistent stickman characters that we
- 2:34can use throughout our animation videos.
- 2:37Once Chat GPT has finished generating
- 2:40all 10 character sheet prompts, it's
- 2:42time to move on to Flow AI. Open Flow AI
- 2:45and click on new project to start a
- 2:47fresh project.
- 2:49Now, go back to Chat GPT, copy all 10
- 2:52character sheet prompts that it
- 2:54generated for you,
- 2:57and return to Flow AI. Before pasting
- 3:00the prompts, we need to give Flow AI a
- 3:02simple instruction. Type something like,
- 3:05"I will provide you with multiple image
- 3:07prompts. Please generate a separate
- 3:09image for each prompt, making sure to
- 3:11create all the images without skipping
- 3:14any." Once you've entered this
- 3:15instruction, paste all 10 character
- 3:18sheet prompts below it. Now, make sure
- 3:21to select agent mode, and then click on
- 3:23generate.
- 3:25Flow AI will start processing your
- 3:27instructions and automatically generate
- 3:30all 10 character sheet images for you.
- 3:32As you can see, all 10 character sheets
- 3:35have been successfully generated. Now,
- 3:37from these results, you can choose any
- 3:39character you like. For this tutorial,
- 3:42I'll go with the character named Max.
- 3:44However, as you can see, there's a
- 3:46yellow bag in the character sheet that I
- 3:48don't really need for this animation.
- 3:50So, I'll simply ask the AI to remove the
- 3:53yellow bag while keeping the character's
- 3:55original appearance, design, and details
- 3:58exactly the same. And there you go. As
- 4:01you can see, the yellow bag has been
- 4:03completely removed and our character now
- 4:05looks exactly the way we want. Once
- 4:07you're happy with the result, simply
- 4:09download the updated character sheet as
- 4:12we'll be using it in the next steps to
- 4:13create our animated video.
- 4:18Now, let's move on to creating our
- 4:20story. Go back to the Google Docs file
- 4:22and find the section containing the
- 4:24story generation prompt. Copy the entire
- 4:27prompt, open Chat GPT, paste it into the
- 4:30chat and press enter. Chat GPT will
- 4:33generate 10 different short story ideas,
- 4:36each with its own title and script. Take
- 4:39a moment to go through all the
- 4:40suggestions and choose the one you find
- 4:43most interesting. And if none of them
- 4:45really catches your attention, simply
- 4:47type more to generate additional story
- 4:49ideas until you find something you like.
- 5:00For this tutorial, I've selected a story
- 5:03titled, "What if you could summon
- 5:05anything by saying its name?"
- 5:07Copy the title and script of your chosen
- 5:09story and paste them into the same Chat
- 5:12GPT conversation. Chat GPT will then ask
- 5:16you to specify the desired video
- 5:17duration. For this example, I'll choose
- 5:203 minutes, but you can select any
- 5:22duration depending on the type of video
- 5:24you want to create. Once you've provided
- 5:26the duration, Chat GPT will expand your
- 5:29selected story into a complete script
- 5:32that matches your chosen video length.
- 5:34After Chat GPT finishes writing the full
- 5:36script, it's time to prepare the
- 5:39individual video prompts.
- 5:45For this, go back to your Google Docs
- 5:47file and find the next section
- 5:49containing the video prompt generation
- 5:50template. Copy this prompt,
- 5:55but this time, instead of using the same
- 5:57Chat GPT conversation, open a new chat.
- 6:01Paste the copied prompt into to new
- 6:02conversation and press enter. Chat GPT
- 6:06will ask you to provide your completed
- 6:08story script. Simply return to the
- 6:10previous Chat GPT conversation,
- 6:14copy the entire script it generated, and
- 6:17paste it into this new chat.
- 6:21Press enter, and Chat GPT will start
- 6:25breaking down your story into individual
- 6:27video generation prompts. In my case,
- 6:29Chat GPT has generated six video
- 6:32prompts, and also mentioned that I can
- 6:34request the next parts whenever I need
- 6:36them. For now, we'll work with these
- 6:38first six prompts and generate our
- 6:40initial video clips. Once all the video
- 6:43prompts are ready, we're done with the
- 6:45preparation stage. Now, it's time to
- 6:47bring everything together and turn these
- 6:49prompts into actual animated videos.
- 6:52Now, open Flow AI, and the first thing
- 6:55we need to do is upload the character
- 6:57sheet we downloaded earlier. Once the
- 6:59character sheet has been uploaded
- 7:00successfully, now, select the character
- 7:03sheet you want to use for this scene,
- 7:05and add it to your video prompt. This
- 7:07will help Flow AI maintain the same
- 7:09character design and appearance
- 7:10throughout your animation. Once you've
- 7:12added the character sheet, go back to
- 7:14Chat GPT, and copy the first video
- 7:17prompt it generated for your story.
- 7:19Paste this prompt into Flow AI, and
- 7:22click on generate video. Flow AI will
- 7:24now start processing your prompt and
- 7:26turn it into an animated video clip
- 7:28using your selected character. Once the
- 7:30first clip is ready, repeat the same
- 7:33process for the remaining prompts.
- 7:35Simply select the appropriate character
- 7:37sheet, copy the next video prompt from
- 7:39Chat GPT, paste it into Flow AI, and
- 7:42generate your next clip. Continue
- 7:44following this method until you've
- 7:46generated videos for all the prompts. As
- 7:48you can see on my screen, I've already
- 7:51generated several video clips using Flow
- 7:53AI.
- 8:07Once all your clips are
- 8:09download them to your computer so we can
- 8:11move on to the next stage.
- 8:14Now, it's time to generate the voiceover
- 8:17for our story. For this, open Eleven
- 8:19Labs and go back to Chat GPT where we
- 8:23generated the complete story script
- 8:24earlier. Copy the entire script
- 8:29and paste it into Eleven Labs. Here, you
- 8:32can choose a suitable AI voice that
- 8:34matches the tone and style of your
- 8:36story. I recommend choosing a clear and
- 8:39engaging voice that keeps viewers
- 8:41interested throughout the video. Once
- 8:43you've selected your preferred voice,
- 8:45click on generate to create the
- 8:46voiceover. After it's ready, download
- 8:49the audio file and save it to your
- 8:51computer. Next, open CapCut because
- 8:54we'll use it to bring all our video
- 8:55clips and audio together. Start by
- 8:58importing the voiceover you just
- 8:59generated and placing it on the
- 9:01timeline. After that, import all the
- 9:04video clips you downloaded from Flow AI.
- 9:06Now, arrange these clips on the timeline
- 9:09according to the story and match them
- 9:11with the corresponding parts of your
- 9:12voiceover. Make sure each clip appears
- 9:15at the right moment so that the visuals
- 9:17accurately represent what the narrator
- 9:19is saying. If a particular clip is too
- 9:21long, you can easily trim it, split it,
- 9:24or adjust its speed to make it fit
- 9:26better. The most important thing here is
- 9:28to maintain proper synchronization
- 9:30between the voiceover and the visuals.
- 9:33Take your time with this step and make
- 9:34sure every scene flows naturally into
- 9:37the next one. Try to keep the visuals
- 9:39interesting and entertaining so that
- 9:41viewers remain engaged and enjoy
- 9:43watching your video from beginning to
- 9:44end.
- 9:52>> It's a normal Tuesday.
- 9:54You're sitting at your desk, starving,
- 9:57staring at your homework. I wish I had
- 9:59pizza. Pop!
- 10:01A steaming hot pizza appears right on
- 10:03your desk. You freeze. You look at it.
- 10:07Then at your mouth. Wait.
- 10:09What? You try again. Chocolate.
- 10:13A giant chocolate bar appears.
- 10:16You grin. Bro, I'm literally a walking
- 10:19vending machine. Congratulations, you
- 10:22can summon anything simply by saying its
- 10:24name. Sounds amazing, right? Well, enjoy
- 10:28it while you can because eventually your
- 10:30mouth becomes the most dangerous thing
- 10:32in the world. But how does this actually
- 10:35work?
- 10:36Your brain turns thoughts into spoken
- 10:38words using a network of connected
- 10:40regions. Broca's area helps produce
- 10:43speech, while Wernicke's area plays an
- 10:45important role in understanding
- 10:47language.
- 10:48>> And that's it. You've now learned how to
- 10:50create your own stickman animation
- 10:52videos completely free using AI. I hope
- 10:55you enjoyed this tutorial. If you found
- 10:57it helpful, don't forget to like the
- 10:59video and subscribe to the channel for
- 11:01more amazing AI tutorials. Thanks for
- 11:03watching, and I'll see you in the next
- 11:06one.
