2:45their way to the rooftop, hoping a

4:33Suzuki secretly removes the rooftop
4:35button and presses the button for the
4:37ninth floor instead. As soon as the
4:39elevator reaches the ninth floor and the
4:40doors open, hundreds of vicious zombies
4:43are waiting for them. The survivors are
4:44caught completely off guard. Several
4:46people are injured and some are even
4:48bitten in the chaos. Taking advantage of
4:50the confusion, Suzuki calmly walks out
4:52of the elevator and strangely enough,
4:54not a single zombie attacks him. That's
4:56because the antidote is already inside
4:58his body, making him immune to the
5:00virus. After Suzuki [music] escapes, the
5:02survivors manage to pull themselves
5:03together and fight the zombies inside
5:05the elevator. After a brutal struggle,
5:07they finally overpower them and send the
5:09elevator back toward the rooftop. But
5:11when they reach [music] the rooftop,
5:12their last hope disappears. Even more
5:14dangerous zombies are already waiting
5:16there. The survivors realize that
5:18stepping outside would be suicide. So
5:20they quickly change their plan. Instead,
5:22they decide to head down to the control
5:24room in the basement. Their hope is that
5:25the control room's CCTV [music] system
5:27will allow them to monitor the zombies
5:29throughout the building and find a safe
5:31route [music] out. They carefully make
5:32their way down to the basement where
5:34several zombies are lurking between the
5:36parked cars. [music] After narrowly
5:37avoiding them, the survivors finally
5:39reach the control room. Fortunately, the
5:41CCTV system is still working. As they
5:43start checking the camera feeds, they
5:45spot Suzuki [music] back on the third
5:47floor. but this time he isn't trying to
5:48escape. He's searching for someone.
5:50Soon, the survivors realize that Suzuki
5:52is looking for Kang, the very scientist
5:54he infected first. [music] Suzuki wants
5:56to see how far the virus has progressed
5:58inside Kang's body. That's why he
6:00deliberately places his hand in front of
6:02Kang's mouth, almost as if he's daring

7:47escape from there. The brother of the

8:51officer. Hundreds of zombies swarm him
8:53and tear him apart. Taking advantage of
8:55the chaos, the remaining survivors
8:57manage to escape [music] and reach a
8:58safer location. Meanwhile, the
9:00authorities finally discover that Suzuki
9:02is behind the entire virus [music]
9:04outbreak. They send a team of special
9:06forces and scientists to search his
9:08laboratory, led by Professor Gong. As
9:10soon as they enter the lab, they find
9:11research equipment, chemicals, [music]
9:13and years worth of experimental material
9:15scattered everywhere. They also discover
9:17dozens of monkeys locked inside glass
9:19containers, all standing completely
9:21still. But suddenly, one of the monkeys
9:23attacks them. The others immediately
9:24break out of their containers and start
9:26attacking as well. One of them lunges at
9:28Professor Gong, but she manages to knock
9:30it down with a heavy object and an
9:32officer quickly shoots it. Then
9:33something extremely strange happens. The
9:35moment that monkey dies, every other
9:37monkey in the lab suddenly collapses and
9:39dies as well. Professor Gong examines
9:41the research charts and realizes that
9:43all of the monkeys were being controlled
9:45by a single alpha monkey. The one they
9:47just killed was the central controller
9:49of the entire network. This gives
9:50[music] Gong a dangerous theory. What if
9:52the zombies work the same way? If there
9:54is a central controller behind the
9:56entire zombie network, then killing that
9:58controller could potentially kill every
10:00zombie connected to it. To [music] test
10:01the theory, the authorities go through
10:03the building's CCTV footage, searching
10:05for the very first person who was
10:07infected. [music] Eventually, they
10:08identify him. It was Kang, the scientist
10:10who was infected by Suzuki at the very
10:12beginning. The authorities immediately
10:14send two special forces [music] units
10:16into the building. The first unit is
10:17assigned to eliminate Kang, while the
10:19second is sent [music] to rescue Suzuki
10:21and the remaining survivors, because the
10:23authorities still believe Suzuki is
10:24their best chance [music] of obtaining
10:26the antidote. The first unit reaches
10:28Kang and shoots him dead, but nothing
10:29happens. The other zombies remain
10:31completely unaffected. They continue
10:33moving and attacking as if nothing
10:34happened. [music] This means Professor
10:36Gong's alpha zombie theory has failed.
10:38Killing the first infected person wasn't
10:40enough, so the real question remains, if
10:42Kang wasn't controlling the zombies,

13:23stop there. [music] As soon as they
13:24cross the barricade, he gives his zombie
13:26army another command. "Attack everyone
13:28outside." And just like [music] that,
13:30the outbreak breaks free from the
13:31building. Thousands of zombies begin
13:33spreading through the city, attacking
13:35innocent people and turning them into
13:36more infected. [music] With most of the
13:38zombies now outside the building,
13:39Chaomei finally gets the chance to
13:41escape. The moment she makes it outside,
13:43she contacts Professor Gong and asks for
13:45Suzuki's [music] location. Using the
13:47city's CCTV network, Gong tracks Suzuki
13:50down and immediately sends Chaomei his
13:52exact location. [music]
13:53Chaomei doesn't waste a second. She
13:54catches up with Suzuki and tries to run
13:56him over with her car at full speed, but
13:58Suzuki manages to dodge the vehicle at
14:00the last moment. He immediately sends a
14:02signal to his entire zombie army,
14:04ordering them to attack Chaomei. [music]
14:05But Chaomei has already jumped out of
14:07the car. She's also wearing clothes
14:09similar to the zombies, so they can't
14:10identify her. Realizing something is
14:12wrong, Suzuki orders the zombies to find
14:14and kill the girl wearing those clothes.

14:18throws them onto a nearby zombie. The
14:19entire zombie crowd mistakes that zombie
14:22for Chaomei and surrounds it. Suzuki
14:24becomes furious and rushes over to
14:26remove the clothes himself. But by now,
14:27thousands of zombies have gathered
14:29around [music] him. Controlling such a
14:31massive horde becomes too much for
14:33Suzuki, and for a brief moment, he
14:34completely loses control over them.
14:36Chaomei immediately takes advantage of
14:38the opportunity. She spots a large
14:40advertisement on the side of a passing
14:41bus

14:44draw the zombies' attention toward the
14:46image. The zombies mistake the giant
14:47picture for a real person and rush

14:51loses his balance and falls straight

14:56Suzuki is [music] dead. And the instant
14:57he dies, something incredible happens.
15:00All across the city, the zombies
15:01suddenly stop moving. One by one, they
15:04become completely still, standing like
15:06lifeless statues. [music] Chaomei has
15:08finally figured out the truth. Suzuki
15:10wasn't just the creator of the virus, he
15:11was the central [music] controller of
15:13the entire zombie network. And with his
15:15death, the entire network collapses. The
