  1. 0:00Hello and welcome to another episode of
  2. 0:02posting every day until I reach a
  3. 0:03million subs. My name is Lilo and I help
  4. 0:06moms find legitimate remote work
  5. 0:07opportunities.
  6. 0:08So, I uploaded this video earlier where
  7. 0:10you could not hear me, unfortunately, so
  8. 0:12I have to redo it. Basically, what I'm
  9. 0:14going to be talking about today is
  10. 0:15working from home with no child care.
  11. 0:18So, I worked from home without any child
  12. 0:20care for over a year. So, I had my son
  13. 0:23here with me and it was very wild. I do
  14. 0:26not recommend as someone who did this, I
  15. 0:29don't recommend that you do this unless
  16. 0:32you really have no other choice, like no
  17. 0:35other avenue. You want to keep in mind
  18. 0:37that you can get a child care voucher
  19. 0:40through your local workforce program if
  20. 0:43you qualify for it. Now, if you're a mom
  21. 0:45with a gap like me, I have a three,
  22. 0:47almost four-year gap on my resume. Um
  23. 0:51you would be going into a get in where
  24. 0:53you fit in type of job where you should
  25. 0:55be able to qualify for additional
  26. 0:57assistance unless you're married and
  27. 0:58your husband has like an amazing job. Uh
  28. 1:01then that would be very different, but
  29. 1:02more than likely, um you could try and
  30. 1:05get assistance through your local
  31. 1:07workforce program where they'll cover
  32. 1:09part of your child care or if not all of
  33. 1:11it, where you pay like 20 bucks. I
  34. 1:13unfortunately did not qualify for that,
  35. 1:15so I had my son here in the house until
  36. 1:18we finally got called for daycare a year
  37. 1:20and a half later and um that is
  38. 1:22something that I can afford now. So,
  39. 1:25anyways, I'm just going to go over the
  40. 1:28things that helped me work from home
  41. 1:31with my son. And I also wanted to ask
  42. 1:34you, do you prefer inbound or outbound
  43. 1:37calling? So, when you are working
  44. 1:39remotely, when you're coming back to
  45. 1:41work remotely
  46. 1:42or if you've never worked remotely or
  47. 1:44worked at all, you have to kind of start
  48. 1:45from the bottom up and usually the
  49. 1:47bottom up means that you're going to be
  50. 1:49on the phones. Do you prefer making
  51. 1:51outbound calls or do you prefer making
  52. 1:54receiving the calls? Let me know in the
  53. 1:56comments. I'm really interested in
  54. 1:58finding out where this leads and um
  55. 2:02yeah, I'll let you know my answer in a
  56. 2:04few. So, I'm going to share my screen
  57. 2:05because there were a few jobs that I
  58. 2:07posted in the other video. Uh well,
  59. 2:09they'll probably be under this video cuz
  60. 2:10I'm just probably going to replace the
  61. 2:12the content. I don't know. I'll probably
  62. 2:14re-upload it. I don't know yet. Anyways,
  63. 2:17uh I'm going to share my screen and what
  64. 2:19we're going to do is go to that video
  65. 2:22that I had to remove and look at the
  66. 2:25jobs that I was talking about and then
  67. 2:27let you know how it can translate to you
  68. 2:30being able to work um
  69. 2:32remotely. And all of the companies that
  70. 2:34I'm going to talk about except one
  71. 2:36provide equipment. If you need to
  72. 2:38purchase your own equipment, please
  73. 2:39remember no Chromebooks, no Macbooks.
  74. 2:42You want to get a Microsoft Windows 11
  75. 2:45or older. That's what most of these
  76. 2:47companies look for when they require you
  77. 2:49to provide your own equipment. Your own
  78. 2:51equipment would be a laptop two or one
  79. 2:5413-in monitor. You can find those
  80. 2:56monitors on or in Walmart for like 50
  81. 2:59bucks a piece, sometimes even less if
  82. 3:02you go to like the Goodwill. Laptop,
  83. 3:04like I already said that, you can find a
  84. 3:06laptop in Walmart for about 225,
  85. 3:08sometimes cheaper. I believe they have
  86. 3:10an HP that I talked about in the other
  87. 3:12video, which I'll show here as well.
  88. 3:15And it was 225.
  89. 3:17The difference between a more expensive
  90. 3:19computer and a cheaper one is how fast
  91. 3:22they run. I've done the test myself when
  92. 3:24I've gone to Walmart and compare them
  93. 3:26and it's it's not much of a difference.
  94. 3:28It's a few seconds of a difference. I
  95. 3:30will tell you if you have to get a job
  96. 3:33that requires you to provide equipment,
  97. 3:35do it with the intention of potentially
  98. 3:37being able to return that equipment
  99. 3:39unless you pass the return the exchange
  100. 3:41credit, which I think it's 90 days.
  101. 3:42Please correct me if I'm wrong uh in the
  102. 3:45comments, but that's what I would do
  103. 3:46especially if you're very tight on
  104. 3:48money.
  105. 3:49Things that most companies provide when
  106. 3:50they provide equipment, Laptop or
  107. 3:52desktop, webcam if the laptop doesn't if
  108. 3:55you don't get a laptop. They also
  109. 3:57provide things like your headset,
  110. 4:00keyboard, mouse.
  111. 4:02Um
  112. 4:03as you
  113. 4:04uh
  114. 4:05go into a better role or are longer
  115. 4:08within the company, you start doing
  116. 4:09things like this, upgrading. This is
  117. 4:11ergonomic.
  118. 4:13This is an ergonomic mouse. I really
  119. 4:15recommend this. It's a Logitech mouse. I
  120. 4:17think I paid like $90 for it. I'm not
  121. 4:19sure. Then you have the little keyboards
  122. 4:21with the nice clickety-clacks and
  123. 4:23whatever. You just want to make sure
  124. 4:25that the area that you are working in
  125. 4:27feels comfy to you, cozy. Um I did not
  126. 4:31start in this area. I actually started
  127. 4:32with this desk right here. Let me see if
  128. 4:34you can see it.
  129. 4:36This little desk that you see right
  130. 4:37here.
  131. 4:40This is my little mobile desk setup.
  132. 4:42I when I worked from home with my son,
  133. 4:46you would catch me
  134. 4:47on this every day, all day because my
  135. 4:50son would love to go play outside. I
  136. 4:53have a huge yard with a lanai and in
  137. 4:57there he has three or four electronic
  138. 5:00cars that he likes to still drive around
  139. 5:02till this day. Back then, that was his
  140. 5:05thing, the cars to drive around. He
  141. 5:08would watch some TV. He would be on his
  142. 5:11boob. He He was breastfed for almost 3
  143. 5:13years.
  144. 5:15Um and then from there,
  145. 5:17he would have his snacks all a lot of
  146. 5:19snacks. You You want to have a lot of
  147. 5:20snacks. You want to have a lot of
  148. 5:22activities for your baby to do and you
  149. 5:25want to keep in mind that
  150. 5:29every day is going to be very different.
  151. 5:31So, some days are going to be more
  152. 5:32stressful than others.
  153. 5:34And your mental health will
  154. 5:38probably
  155. 5:39suffer.
  156. 5:41Mind it.
  157. 5:42I'm not trying to stop you from doing
  158. 5:44it. I'm just being very honest. I don't
  159. 5:45want to
  160. 5:47sensationalize or make this seem like um
  161. 5:52what's the word that that I'm looking
  162. 5:54for?
  163. 5:55Like
  164. 5:57romanticize it. This is There's nothing
  165. 5:58romantic about working from home with
  166. 6:00your children.
  167. 6:02After 3:00 this household
  168. 6:04it is turned upside down. During the day
  169. 6:06it is super relaxed.
  170. 6:08I enjoy I try to get most of my work
  171. 6:10done during the day, which is what
  172. 6:12what's That's the trick. You want to
  173. 6:14start where I'm going to teach you. And
  174. 6:16then once you start
  175. 6:18moving away, you want to go into a
  176. 6:19productiv- productivity base role.
  177. 6:22It's going to be easiest for you to
  178. 6:24navigate being a work-from-home mom.
  179. 6:27Okay, so let me pause here. I think
  180. 6:29we're at a good point and I'll share my
  181. 6:30screen.
  182. 6:34Okay, so speaking of working from home
  183. 6:36with no child care
  184. 6:38someone is making a cameo, so you might
  185. 6:40see a floating head around because it is
  186. 6:42bedtime as I am recording this again.
  187. 6:45So, I'm going to try to make this super
  188. 6:47duper quick because he will not sleep
  189. 6:49unless
  190. 6:51mommy is with him.
  191. 6:54Okay, let me see why
  192. 6:57I wonder if you can see this properly.
  193. 7:05Okay, bear with me. There's something
  194. 7:06going on. I'm going to pause this for a
  195. 7:08sec.
  196. 7:09Okay, let's just work with what we have
  197. 7:11going on. So, first things first, when
  198. 7:14you start working remotely, the first
  199. 7:17thing that's going to happen is
  200. 7:19you have to get on a schedule. If you're
  201. 7:21working remotely with your child, the
  202. 7:23first thing you need to do is get on a
  203. 7:24schedule. Make sure that you wake up If
  204. 7:29you're going at 8:00, don't wake up at
  205. 7:307:00, wake up at 6:00.
  206. 7:32Better yet, wake up at 5:00, okay? And
  207. 7:35wake up your child, too.
  208. 7:37So, by the time you're getting ready to
  209. 7:38log in, it's almost nap time. So, that's
  210. 7:41the first thing you need to do once you
  211. 7:43go back to work, especially if you don't
  212. 7:44have any child care. You want to make
  213. 7:46sure that you have your child on a
  214. 7:49schedule. Um and it's hard at first
  215. 7:51because, you know, you don't want to
  216. 7:52wake up at 5:00 a.m. if you don't go in
  217. 7:54until 8:00, especially since you're
  218. 7:55working from home. Like that's one of
  219. 7:56the pros of working from home. You no
  220. 7:59longer have to wake up earlier. You
  221. 8:00don't have to wake up early at all. But
  222. 8:02when you're working from home with your
  223. 8:04child, you need to wake up early. Let
  224. 8:07them run around, get that energy out.
  225. 8:09Make them run around to get that energy
  226. 8:11out, you know. It's hard, but
  227. 8:15you're going to remember me when it is
  228. 8:1710:00 a.m. and your child is taking a
  229. 8:19nap. And now it's 1:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m.
  230. 8:22and now they're starting to wake up. You
  231. 8:24know, it it's going to be so much more
  232. 8:28convenient for you and for them. You
  233. 8:30having them on a schedule. From there,
  234. 8:32you want to make sure that you have
  235. 8:33snacks on deck. Always have snacks
  236. 8:35available to them. Make sure that they
  237. 8:38not only have access to the television.
  238. 8:40You know, my my child would probably
  239. 8:42watch maybe 20, 30 minutes of television
  240. 8:45a day because that's how much his little
  241. 8:47attention span could take. Most of the
  242. 8:49time he was just playing around. So,
  243. 8:50make sure you have a lot of toys. Like
  244. 8:52their favorite toys are like the random
  245. 8:53things that they like. My son, for
  246. 8:55example, used to love
  247. 8:58uh he still loves his cars and he would
  248. 9:00love to play with spoons.
  249. 9:03And plates, like the plastic plates. So,
  250. 9:06there's that. Take take whatever you
  251. 9:08want from that, but if you're a mom, you
  252. 9:10get what I'm trying to explain.
  253. 9:12From there, noise cancellation headset.
  254. 9:15And that's where my storefront comes in.
  255. 9:17It's going to be linked in the comments.
  256. 9:19You want to use noise cancellation
  257. 9:21headsets. I have two headsets on here.
  258. 9:24Both of them I own myself and I have
  259. 9:27used uh one of them is the 11 wireless
  260. 9:30headset. Um
  261. 9:33I have purchased these now about times,
  262. 9:35I believe. I've had three different
  263. 9:37versions of this. Uh this is the last
  264. 9:40version that I purchased.
  265. 9:41Uh then you also have the TeckNet
  266. 9:43Trucker Headset. For the TeckNet Trucker
  267. 9:46Headset, um that one's going to be more
  268. 9:49affordable. It's like $30.
  269. 9:51>> go ahead and do a comparison video.
  270. 9:53>> I'm going to guess $40.
  271. 9:55So, you might want to check that one out
  272. 9:57as well.
  273. 9:58What I will tell you is that if you do
  274. 10:00have to provide your own equipment, this
  275. 10:01is where the pro comes in.
  276. 10:04If you have to use your own equipment,
  277. 10:06there's this app called Krisp Krisp.ai.
  278. 10:09Download Krisp into your computer. I
  279. 10:12think it's like $15 a month. But it's
  280. 10:15going to do an amazing job at blocking
  281. 10:17out any noise. It's going to block out
  282. 10:19any noise cancellation. Because the Get
  283. 10:22in Where You Fit In companies, they
  284. 10:23don't want to hear your background. So,
  285. 10:25companies like American Specialty
  286. 10:26Health, which is currently hiring, they
  287. 10:28pay $15 an hour, but
  288. 10:30um
  289. 10:31they do have certain guidelines that you
  290. 10:34have to meet. They do provide equipment,
  291. 10:37as you can see here.
  292. 10:38You must have a stable connection to
  293. 10:40your internet service provider with the
  294. 10:42ability to participate by video in
  295. 10:43online meetings. So, a lot of these
  296. 10:45companies don't want you to use um
  297. 10:49like the Elon Musk internet or Wi-Fi.
  298. 10:52They want you to be hardwired, okay?
  299. 10:55Um
  300. 10:58I think and and it's going to men-
  301. 11:00sometimes they'll mention that you must
  302. 11:01have like a quiet and private area to
  303. 11:03work from.
  304. 11:06Communicate professionally at all times.
  305. 11:10So, basically what I'm trying to explain
  306. 11:12is that these companies do not want you
  307. 11:14to work from home with your child. But
  308. 11:16these companies also do not pay enough
  309. 11:19to um make you not work from home with
  310. 11:23your child. If they paid enough, it
  311. 11:24would be a different story. But $15 an
  312. 11:27hour, I mean, you're still in the
  313. 11:29low-income threshold, depending on how
  314. 11:30many children you have. So, you might as
  315. 11:33well try and go and apply for
  316. 11:36um
  317. 11:37daycare child care assistance through
  318. 11:39the workforce program.
  319. 11:41Um you see me here, but I'm still trying
  320. 11:43to figure out where you can see that.
  321. 11:49So, this
  322. 11:50uh maintain a safe, secure, and healthy
  323. 11:52work environment by following all legal
  324. 11:54and compliance requirements. That's
  325. 11:55HIPAA.
  326. 11:56HIPAA. Make sure you're mentioning HIPAA
  327. 11:59on that resume for this. Also, make sure
  328. 12:01that you mention in there uh when you
  329. 12:04are interviewing that in your last job
  330. 12:06you used to follow procedures because
  331. 12:08they mentioned procedures in here. All
  332. 12:10of these companies have like their own
  333. 12:12big company Bibles where they keep all
  334. 12:15the policies and procedures and it's
  335. 12:16constantly being updated. So, that's
  336. 12:19something that's food for thought for
  337. 12:20you, you know?
  338. 12:22So, as I was saying, I'm going to type
  339. 12:23my storefront down below and you'll have
  340. 12:25these two uh headsets that you can
  341. 12:27purchase. My favorite one has to be the
  342. 12:31because it is cheaper. I think I don't
  343. 12:34know if
  344. 12:48And I thought, well, I didn't do the the
  345. 12:49test on this. I thought I did the test.
  346. 12:51We just wasted our time. So, basically,
  347. 12:54these are the two headsets that I
  348. 12:55recommend. Like I said,
  349. 12:58your best friend is going to be um if
  350. 13:01you have to provide your own equipment,
  351. 13:03krisp.ai.
  352. 13:05If you have your child anywhere near
  353. 13:07you, the microphone will pick up your
  354. 13:09crying child, especially your crying
  355. 13:11child, no matter how much noise
  356. 13:13cancellation there is. The only thing
  357. 13:15that will save you from that background
  358. 13:17noise is going to be having white noise.
  359. 13:19So, have like a little iPad. You see my
  360. 13:21iPad in the background. Playing some
  361. 13:23type of music if your company allows
  362. 13:25that. Personally, when I worked on the
  363. 13:28phones, I preferred outbound calls all
  364. 13:31day, okay? All day I prefer being on
  365. 13:34outbound calls versus being the one
  366. 13:36taking the calls. Why? Because there was
  367. 13:39a least likely instance of me having to
  368. 13:41deal with a complaint when I'm placing
  369. 13:44calls to providers versus getting calls.
  370. 13:47Um because no matter what you do,
  371. 13:51what um
  372. 13:53procedures or processes you have in
  373. 13:55place, your child will at one point have
  374. 13:58a meltdown while you are on a call. You
  375. 14:01take enough calls, you work long enough,
  376. 14:03it will happen. It's not an if,
  377. 14:06it is a when because it will happen. And
  378. 14:09every day will be different from the
  379. 14:11last. You don't know if it's going to be
  380. 14:13a good day or bad day. For me, my
  381. 14:15anxiety was through the roof while I was
  382. 14:18doing this because every day I
  383. 14:20questioned whether or not my son was
  384. 14:22going to have a good day, whether I was
  385. 14:24going to be able to handle any temper
  386. 14:26tantrums that he may have.
  387. 14:28So, just keep that in mind. Again, I
  388. 14:30don't want to glamorize this. I don't
  389. 14:32want to romanticize it. This is
  390. 14:34something that we do out of necessity
  391. 14:36sometimes. So, um Conduent is also
  392. 14:40hiring for a benefits call center
  393. 14:42representative. These are get in where
  394. 14:44you fit in companies. If you are a mom
  395. 14:46with a gap, you're looking to get in
  396. 14:47where you fit in and get out. Make sure
  397. 14:51that you spend the least amount of money
  398. 14:54as possible to get yourself back in the
  399. 14:56workforce. Again, I'm very I'm going to
  400. 14:58be very biased in every single video
  401. 15:00that I make. If I had to choose between
  402. 15:03um
  403. 15:05bet buying a medical billing and coding
  404. 15:07course, spending thousands of dollars,
  405. 15:09and just joining my community for $57 a
  406. 15:11month, I join my community because you
  407. 15:13get access to all of the experts, and
  408. 15:15more than likely within 30 days you'll
  409. 15:17start landing job interviews. If you're
  410. 15:19doing your part, you will because my
  411. 15:20team is in there every day working on
  412. 15:23your behalf, working with you. Well, not
  413. 15:25on your behalf, but they are working
  414. 15:26with you. Um if you want someone to do
  415. 15:29the work for you, that is reverse
  416. 15:31recruiting. Anyways, as I was saying,
  417. 15:33this is a get in where you fit in
  418. 15:34company. Uh simple ATS-friendly resume
  419. 15:37template will do. Make sure that you are
  420. 15:39practicing your typing on
  421. 15:40typingtest.com.
  422. 15:42A lot of these companies want you to
  423. 15:43have a minimum words per minute that you
  424. 15:45can write, uh as well as the internet
  425. 15:47test that they do. So, just keep that in
  426. 15:49mind. They also will tell you what
  427. 15:51states they're hiring in. So, although
  428. 15:53up here it may say like um
  429. 15:57sometimes instead of saying United
  430. 15:58States, it'll say New Jersey. You want
  431. 16:00to read the job descriptions and find
  432. 16:04out if they're not hiring in certain
  433. 16:06states, which is this is the case.
  434. 16:08Um they're not hiring in California and
  435. 16:10New York, I believe. Yeah, it's very
  436. 16:12common for a lot of companies to exclude
  437. 16:15New York and California, but that
  438. 16:16doesn't mean that you cannot find a job.
  439. 16:18It just means it may take you a little
  440. 16:19longer. It means that you need to join
  441. 16:21the community. That's what that means.
  442. 16:24If I got to be honest, okay.
  443. 16:25Now, the pay for this one is $17 an
  444. 16:27hour. This is the schedule that they're
  445. 16:29going to give you, okay?
  446. 16:33So, it the pay is more than American
  447. 16:35Specialty, definitely more. But, you're
  448. 16:38going to be doing similar things.
  449. 16:40Now, we also have Cigna. Cigna currently
  450. 16:43hiring for a claims representative. They
  451. 16:45are also hiring Well, I think I took the
  452. 16:47other one out because it's a customer
  453. 16:48service and it's only specific to
  454. 16:50Missouri. But, if you go on Cigna's
  455. 16:52website, the Cigna Group, and search for
  456. 16:55um you know, remote careers that they're
  457. 16:57currently hiring in, you're going to see
  458. 16:58in it that they're hiring for a claims
  459. 16:59representative. This one pays $19 an
  460. 17:01hour, and I believe California and New
  461. 17:03York are not excluded from this one, so
  462. 17:05you may be able to apply. Believe it or
  463. 17:08not, this is an entry-level role. You're
  464. 17:09going to be in calls. Also, they're only
  465. 17:12hiring in these states.
  466. 17:13So, I apologize. California and New
  467. 17:15York, you're also excluded on this one.
  468. 17:17So, basically, you're going to be taking
  469. 17:19calls that have to do with medical
  470. 17:20claims.
  471. 17:21If I had to choose between this job and
  472. 17:24this job, I would first
  473. 17:27start with this one
  474. 17:28and start my uh you know, job interview
  475. 17:32at the same time with this one.
  476. 17:35Because I'm going to tell you something
  477. 17:35about Cigna. Their hiring process is so
  478. 17:38freaking long. So So, by the time they
  479. 17:40hire you, they give you the yes, you'll
  480. 17:42probably already be in a training class
  481. 17:44for this one, for Conduent. Keep that in
  482. 17:46mind. Conduent hires fairly quickly.
  483. 17:48They hire anybody. They're desperate. Um
  484. 17:51just do a good job on your interview.
  485. 17:53Don't do an amazing job. Don't go above
  486. 17:55and beyond. Good enough is good enough,
  487. 17:58okay? That's all I'm saying. I have been
  488. 17:59in group interviews where people are not
  489. 18:01even properly dressed, okay?
  490. 18:04Th- These companies will hire anybody,
  491. 18:06but you got to make a little bit of
  492. 18:08effort. Just show up and be good enough.
  493. 18:12Same with ResultsCX.
  494. 18:14ResultsCX is hiring for a few different
  495. 18:17roles. This is the one that I chose
  496. 18:18because I keep on kind of drilling into
  497. 18:21you to get your license. I've talked
  498. 18:22about P&C licenses. I've talked about
  499. 18:25your 240 license. Well, your 240 license
  500. 18:28would get you this job. ResultsCX is
  501. 18:30hiring for two different Well, they have
  502. 18:32a few on their website. But, the two
  503. 18:33main ones that would fit someone that's
  504. 18:35entry-level is going to be customer
  505. 18:36service representative and then seasonal
  506. 18:38licensed health insurance agent. Do you
  507. 18:40want to know what the the hourly um
  508. 18:44salary difference is? The salary
  509. 18:45difference is between the two, like the
  510. 18:47pay?
  511. 18:48This one pays $21 an hour. The other
  512. 18:49one, I believe, pays anywhere between
  513. 18:51$15 to $17 an hour. So, you're telling
  514. 18:54me that I can fork over maybe $600 in
  515. 18:56total between licensing fees and having
  516. 18:59to take the examinations and like it's
  517. 19:01just the the um prep fees that you that
  518. 19:04they require in the state for you to do
  519. 19:06and then the fingerprinting.
  520. 19:08You It's $600 at that max. And I can be
  521. 19:12making $7 more than I would be making if
  522. 19:15I didn't have my licensing.
  523. 19:18$600 is a pretty penny, but if you go
  524. 19:20into Conduent, that is maybe your first
  525. 19:23paycheck from there. You use that first
  526. 19:25or second paycheck to buy, you know,
  527. 19:27your to background check, to buy your
  528. 19:30exam requirements, to do all the things,
  529. 19:33then look at you. And about 2 to 3
  530. 19:36months of working at Conduent, you're
  531. 19:38now a licensed health insurance agent.
  532. 19:41And from there you can apply to Results
  533. 19:42CX or other companies that are hiring
  534. 19:45for similar roles. It is ramp up season.
  535. 19:48The easiest job for you to find right
  536. 19:50now is going to be this one. So, prepare
  537. 19:52yourself this year for
  538. 19:56success next year. Time is going to pass
  539. 19:59you by regardless. Everything takes time
  540. 20:02and everything can sometimes be
  541. 20:04difficult. It doesn't mean that you give
  542. 20:06up or that you put it off. The longer
  543. 20:08you put off something, the longer it's
  544. 20:10going to take you to finish it.
  545. 20:12Remember that. So, then we have
  546. 20:14credentialing specialist. This one is a
  547. 20:16non-phone role.
  548. 20:18This one does not have any excluded
  549. 20:20states. I want to read something to you.
  550. 20:22They require you to have a high school
  551. 20:24diploma or GED. That's it. Can you get
  552. 20:26your CPCS? Yes, but it is not required.
  553. 20:30This is not required right here. They
  554. 20:32prefer someone with a minimum of 2 years
  555. 20:33experience in all facets of provider
  556. 20:36health care credentialing. It's not a
  557. 20:38must. Computer skills. We have what we
  558. 20:40we all have computer skills. Are you not
  559. 20:42familiarized with Outlook, Word, Excel,
  560. 20:44and Access? You're watching me on
  561. 20:45YouTube. Go on YouTube and and learn the
  562. 20:47basics. They're telling you everything
  563. 20:50that they want you to know how to do.
  564. 20:51Don't know what any credentialing
  565. 20:52software is?
  566. 20:54Google it.
  567. 20:55It's really that simple.
  568. 20:57You just have to prepare for yourself.
  569. 21:00You have to prepare yourself for these
  570. 21:02um
  571. 21:04interviews that you'll land. If you have
  572. 21:05an ATS-friendly resume, it's going to be
  573. 21:07very easy for you to land these
  574. 21:08interviews. Once you figure out that all
  575. 21:11you're doing is basically putting
  576. 21:13whatever they're looking for on your
  577. 21:15resume, and you figure out that you need
  578. 21:17to prepare for your resumes, it is
  579. 21:20life-changing. You will never put up
  580. 21:23with at any job because you know
  581. 21:24that you can get another job so fast.
  582. 21:28I'm telling you. Join the community.
  583. 21:30We'll train you.
  584. 21:31Anyways, um what are we going to move on
  585. 21:33to? Okay.
  586. 21:35So, I have my upcoming webinar. It is
  587. 21:37$10, okay? This is not the community. It
  588. 21:40is a webinar where I teach you the where
  589. 21:42I break down everything that my uh
  590. 21:45reverse recruiters do for our clients.
  591. 21:47We have had clients land 16 job
  592. 21:51interviews in a 6-week period. Okay,
  593. 21:54we've also have clients that land one or
  594. 21:56two job interviews. Those are six-figure
  595. 21:58clients. If you're looking for a
  596. 21:59six-figure role, six-figure roles can
  597. 22:02take upwards of 6 months
  598. 22:05to um secure. Okay? I just want you to
  599. 22:08keep that in mind. But, here we
  600. 22:09basically give you a rundown of what you
  601. 22:11should be doing to avoid burnout and get
  602. 22:14more job interviews than you're already
  603. 22:16getting. I don't go over the interview
  604. 22:18process because in the community, we do
  605. 22:20have our career coach Melissa who
  606. 22:22handles the interviewing portion. Um
  607. 22:25she's also currently a recruiter at this
  608. 22:27time. But, basically what I'm telling
  609. 22:29you here is find yourself one of these
  610. 22:31companies that provide equipment. Um
  611. 22:35use your first or second paycheck to get
  612. 22:37yourself some type of licensing, whether
  613. 22:40it's a 240 for a job like this or your
  614. 22:41PNC. And from there, stay at your
  615. 22:45getting where you fit in job, but
  616. 22:47continue to apply for other jobs,
  617. 22:50uh such as this one or even Cigna.
  618. 22:54Okay? That's what you need to do. That's
  619. 22:56what I would recommend.
  620. 22:58And that's it for this video. I will see
  621. 23:00you in the next one. Let me know
  622. 23:02um if you have any questions or you want
  623. 23:05me to elaborate on something else. Bye.
