- 0:00What if I told you Chad GBT is like a
- 0:02toolbox filled with power tools and yet
- 0:05you're still using this tiny little
- 0:07screwdriver to fix everything? Because
- 0:08the truth is most people are only using
- 0:1110% of Chad GBT's potential. If that as
- 0:14someone who spends every freaking day
- 0:16building AI products in my company,
- 0:17Martell Ventures, I'm going to show you
- 0:2024 hidden Chad GBT features that will
- 0:22save you hours, automate the most
- 0:25annoying, repetitive task, and help you
- 0:27make smarter decisions faster. And at
- 0:29the end, I'm actually going to give you
- 0:31three bonus GPT features. One for my
- 0:34fellow iPhone users, another that
- 0:36basically jailbreaks chat GBT to make it
- 0:38do whatever you want, and the last one
- 0:40will change the way you use the whole
- 0:42internet forever. All right, let's start
- 0:44with some quick fun ones. Hack number
- 0:46one, personalities. You can switch Chad
- 0:49GBT's tone, perspective, even the way it
- 0:52freaking talks to you to match your
- 0:54needs. Maybe you're feeling a little
- 0:56spicy. Maybe you want something less
- 0:57verbose. Maybe you don't want it to be
- 0:59so nice. I don't know. But you can
- 1:01change it. Here's how we do it. You go
- 1:03to profile settings. Then you go to
- 1:05personalization. And under
- 1:06personalization, you'll see this little
- 1:08section called custom instructions.
- 1:09There's chatty. There's witty. There's
- 1:11encouraging if you need a little bit
- 1:13more pep in your responses. My favorite
- 1:15is Gen Z. Like, come on. You can even
- 1:17put preset instructions. For example, I
- 1:20want you to be direct and ruthless.
- 1:22Don't sugarcoat things or agree with me
- 1:24for the sake of it. Chad GPT acts like a
- 1:26Canadian. It is like the nicest, polite,
- 1:29never argues with you. That's not going
- 1:31to push your life forward. So, change
- 1:33that setting and see what it does from a
- 1:34personality point of view. And by the
- 1:36way, I'm Canadian, so I can say that.
- 1:37Hack number two, tell chat GPT who you
- 1:40are. Let's just call it GPT for short.
- 1:42Essentially, GPT performs better when it
- 1:45knows you. How do you do it? Well, same
- 1:47thing. We go to our profile, bottom
- 1:49left, click personalization, and
- 1:51underneath that it says about you. where
- 1:54it says more about you. That's where you
- 1:56enter in two or three lines that tells
- 1:58them about who you are. Talk about your
- 2:00occupation, your desires, what you're
- 2:03working on. Mine, for example, is I'm
- 2:05Dan, CEO that builds AI companies, and I
- 2:07create YouTube videos teaching people
- 2:08how to scale their business. Short and
- 2:10sweet, but that context makes the
- 2:12response way more personal to who I am.
- 2:15If you're not doing this, you're wasting
- 2:16your time. Now, it'll know more about
- 2:18you every time you start a conversation.
- 2:20Hack number three, memory. This one's
- 2:22huge. Essentially, GPT has the ability
- 2:25for it to remember things about you,
- 2:27maybe projects you're working on or
- 2:29preferences that you like in life, but
- 2:30you can actually tweak this in the
- 2:32settings. You go in the same place under
- 2:34personalization, memory, and there's
- 2:36actually a section where you can click
- 2:37through and see what it's already
- 2:39recorded of you and delete stuff if it's
- 2:41not accurate. In the personalization,
- 2:43there's a memory section. And next to
- 2:44there's a button that says manage. Click
- 2:46that and you'll see everything it knows
- 2:48about you. Don't be scared. You can
- 2:49choose to tell GBT not to share that
- 2:51with anybody else, but it makes it a lot
- 2:53easier. So, for example, it sees in
- 2:55there that I was training for a
- 2:56sub4-hour marathon with a current half
- 2:58marathon PR of 158 with my race day
- 3:01being October 5th. So, every time I'm
- 3:03talking about training, it could
- 3:05actually reference that to make the
- 3:06training recommendations more specific.
- 3:08Hack number four, change your theme.
- 3:10This one's so simple, but it makes it
- 3:12fun. If you don't have a favorite color
- 3:14or you don't have a thought on dark or
- 3:16light mode, you should. You just go back
- 3:17to your profile, general, then click
- 3:19appearance. The themes are pretty
- 3:21straightforward. You can change the
- 3:22language, the voice, you can even choose
- 3:23the accent color. I choose blue because
- 3:25it's part of my brand. But the
- 3:27appearance itself, you can go dark or
- 3:28light mode. So try it out. See what it
- 3:30does. You might like it better. Now,
- 3:32before I move on to the next hack, if
- 3:34you're an entrepreneur and you're like
- 3:35trying to keep up on this AI stuff while
- 3:37you're freaking maxed out on your time,
- 3:39I totally get it. You're running a
- 3:41business today, managing a team, and
- 3:42trying to figure out how to integrate
- 3:44this AI on top of all that. That can be
- 3:46tough. That's why I want to give you my
- 3:48internal AI company OS playbook. It's
- 3:50the exact frameworks that I use to
- 3:52plugin AI into every department in all
- 3:54my companies that actually buys back my
- 3:57time. So, just grab your copy below by
- 3:59clicking the first link in the
- 4:00description or just scan the QR code on
- 4:02the screen. Now, next tool hack number
- 4:04five, voice mode. All right, you chatty
- 4:07chatters, you know who you are. Look,
- 4:09you can actually have a human-like
- 4:11conversation with GPT. A lot of people
- 4:13don't know about it. It is how I
- 4:15interact with GPT most of the time.
- 4:16Here's how you do it on your phone. You
- 4:18literally go to the app and you click
- 4:21this beautiful little black wavy type
- 4:23icon and a blue bubble is going to show
- 4:24up. Now I get to talk. Hey Chad GBT, are
- 4:26you there?
- 4:27>> Absolutely. Here and ready to jump in.
- 4:29Feel free to toss anything my way.
- 4:31>> All right. Can you talk faster? You know
- 4:33me, I like it short and concise. Be very
- 4:35clear. Um, essentially I'm trying to
- 4:36explain AI to my 10-year-old nephew. How
- 4:39would you describe it to somebody just
- 4:41trying to learn this stuff?
- 4:42>> Absolutely. I can speed it up and keep
- 4:44it super simple. So, I'd say to your
- 4:46nephew, "Hey, AI is basically like a
- 4:48really smart robot brain that learns
- 4:50patterns from a bunch of stuff people
- 4:52show it and then it can help you answer
- 4:54questions or do fun tasks. It's like
- 4:56teaching a pet tricks, but the pet lives
- 4:58in a computer." How's that?
- 4:59>> Love it. Love the metaphor. You're
- 5:01awesome. Thank you. Have an amazing day.
- 5:02Bye. I mean, it's so easy. It's funny
- 5:05cuz like often times my kids will grab
- 5:06my phone and just click it and start
- 5:08asking it random questions about the
- 5:09cities that we're traveling in. It's the
- 5:11best. It's great for brainstorming while
- 5:13you're walking if you're going on a run.
- 5:15And trust me, it knows when you're
- 5:16talking versus not talking. So, you can
- 5:18interrupt it. You can play with it. You
- 5:20can give it a bunch of information and
- 5:22it'll actually come back. You can do
- 5:23this on a computer, too, but I use it
- 5:25almost exclusively on my phone. Hack
- 5:27number six, camera mode. This one's for
- 5:29my camera folks. You know, the ones that
- 5:30are always taking pictures. Since you
- 5:32like taking pictures, you might as well
- 5:33get better at AI. What's beautiful is
- 5:35you can actually show GPT objects in
- 5:38your environment and use it to get
- 5:40feedback on what you're looking at, how
- 5:42to fix something. I use it all the time.
- 5:44So, the way to get to it, cuz most
- 5:45people can't find it, is you go to the
- 5:46voice mode and then there's the camera
- 5:48icon that'll light up once I've got
- 5:50connection. See that? So, I go like this
- 5:52and I say, "Hey, what kind of plant is
- 5:54that?"
- 5:55>> Oh, I see it. That plant definitely
- 5:57looks like a Dina. One of those tall
- 5:59leafy house plants that are pretty
- 6:01forgiving indoors.
- 6:02>> That's exactly what I was going to say.
- 6:03Okay, thanks for that. It's so cool. You
- 6:06can point it at everything and it'll
- 6:07help you out. I have a few cool cars and
- 6:09unfortunately I don't know how the cars
- 6:11all work. So, I'm often taking a picture
- 6:14of a car and saying, "Where's the
- 6:15battery in this? How do I disconnect
- 6:17this? There's a light that's on in my
- 6:18dash. What does it mean? I use a camera
- 6:20mode almost every day." The other day, I
- 6:22was traveling in Barcelona with my kids
- 6:24and my team was teaching my kid Max on
- 6:27how to use it to actually get really
- 6:29cool information about all these
- 6:30paintings he was looking at cuz he's
- 6:31like, "I don't care about freaking old
- 6:33paintings. Essentially, he just pointed
- 6:34the camera to the painting and it would
- 6:36just start telling him about what they
- 6:38were looking at. It made it interesting
- 6:39for him and he enjoyed being at the
- 6:41museum. Hack number seven, projects.
- 6:44This one is like a folder on your
- 6:45computer that has all of the information
- 6:47about a project all in one place. Do you
- 6:49have projects? That's what I thought.
- 6:51Are you using the projects folder? No,
- 6:53you got to. What it does is it
- 6:55centralizes all the information about
- 6:57your project so you can prompt directly
- 6:59with it. Ask it questions, give it new
- 7:01information, grab emails. like it's
- 7:03everything specific around an outcome
- 7:05you're trying to achieve. So, here's how
- 7:06you do it. You literally go on the left
- 7:08side, it says projects, expand it, hit
- 7:10new projects, then you give it a name.
- 7:13So, you could say opening up a new
- 7:16location and you can put all the files
- 7:18around opening up that location. I mean,
- 7:21talk about plans and diagrams and emails
- 7:23and conversations. You just like drop it
- 7:26all in there. Then you can prompt and
- 7:28say, "Hey, these are the locations I'm
- 7:29considering. what are other ones I
- 7:31haven't considered based on the best
- 7:32practices of my industry? And it might
- 7:34analyze everything you've given it and
- 7:36say, well, you know what, this corner on
- 7:37this area of the city is actually a
- 7:39better one based on where you're at.
- 7:41Now, one of my favorite hacks is
- 7:43exporting an email thread as a PDF and
- 7:45just uploading it to have more context.
- 7:46So, sometimes your emails are outside of
- 7:48projects, but you can just get them in
- 7:50there really quick by doing print to
- 7:51PDF. It can do some advanced things. I
- 7:54use it for analyzing real estate deals.
- 7:56I look at for analyzing investments. I
- 7:59pretty much look at it for anything
- 8:00that's considered a project in my life
- 8:03and the next time you use a new prompt
- 8:05in that project, it'll use the previous
- 8:07conversation as context to answer that
- 8:09question. Hack number eight, canvas.
- 8:12Essentially, it allows you to write,
- 8:13edit, and perfect any output directly in
- 8:17Chia GBT. Just like as if Google Docs
- 8:19was built in, here's how you work it.
- 8:21Essentially, in any chat, you can either
- 8:23click the plus dropown and go to more
- 8:25and see canvas and then it knows to do
- 8:27it as a canvas. I never do it that way.
- 8:29I literally just say create an email and
- 8:32put it in a canvas and then it'll just
- 8:35do that. You'll notice that it's a
- 8:36little different. You have this little
- 8:37edit icon. Here's where it gets awesome.
- 8:39You can type anything. You can say make
- 8:41it more concise.
- 8:44Write it in the tone of Dan Martell and
- 8:48essentially it knows who you are. So you
- 8:49can say your name and then again you'll
- 8:51see it kind of like scan through it and
- 8:53it'll update that message based on what
- 8:55you asked it to do. You can change the
- 8:57tone. You can be more direct. You could
- 8:58say no bulk. You could say go do some
- 9:00research and update it using these best
- 9:02practices. Whatever you want. And then
- 9:04it saves it with version history. And my
- 9:06favorite part is you can actually change
- 9:08things in there. So if I say the main
- 9:09reason, I say the right way. And then so
- 9:13you can edit it whatever. And then the
- 9:14cool part is sometimes I'll say write me
- 9:17the system prompt that would have gotten
- 9:19this output quicker. That is just a cool
- 9:21way to like work on something and then
- 9:23use Chad GBT to tell you how you could
- 9:26have told it to get to that place faster
- 9:28for next time. And if you don't know
- 9:29what system prompts are, just watch the
- 9:31video that I tag at the end of this one
- 9:33because I go deep on that one. Hack
- 9:35number nine, reminders and schedules.
- 9:37Did you know you can automate tasks,
- 9:40reminders, repeat them daily, weekly,
- 9:41monthly within Chad GBT? It's very
- 9:44simple. Watch. remind me every morning
- 9:48at 9:00 a.m. to check new AI tools. It
- 9:54will literally set a reminder and tell
- 9:56you. My favorite one is to say, "Hey,
- 9:59every morning go research and find the
- 10:01top new AI information about small
- 10:03businesses and how I can use it better
- 10:04and then send me an email." Most people
- 10:06don't realize that Chad GBT can help you
- 10:09with any kind of reminders, scheduling,
- 10:12etc. The way you set it up is go to
- 10:13profile personalization. Then you go to
- 10:16schedules and then that's where you go
- 10:17to manage and it's all there. And then
- 10:19under your notifications, you can choose
- 10:20how you want to get notified as well.
- 10:22Hack number 10, deep research mode. What
- 10:24this does is you tell Chad GBT to do a
- 10:27deep research project. Don't just give
- 10:29me the quickest answer. I want you to
- 10:31actually go search the internet, verify
- 10:33information, make sure that what you
- 10:35give me back is real data, real
- 10:37anecdotes, real connections. So the way
- 10:39you do that is in your prompt you hit
- 10:41the plus icon and you say deep research.
- 10:43Now you can say find me an open sports
- 10:46bar in Dubai playing the Super Bowl. Now
- 10:51it's going to go all over the internet
- 10:52to find places that have the Super Bowl
- 10:55being streamed at that sports bar. If
- 10:57you don't do stuff like that, it doesn't
- 10:58work. For example, if you're in real
- 11:00estate, try this out. Just do
- 11:02forward/deep research. That's another
- 11:03quick hack to get to that mode. and then
- 11:05say, "Create a one-page report on 2025
- 11:08real estate investment trends in Texas
- 11:10as an example and watch what it does." I
- 11:12pretty much use deep research projects
- 11:1470% of my prompts because I'm trying to
- 11:16get to an answer and I don't want it to
- 11:18use only the information that it has. I
- 11:20needed to go search the internet as
- 11:21well. Hack number 11, calendar
- 11:23integration. GPT can read your calendar
- 11:26and give you insights or summaries. So,
- 11:28in my book, Buy Back Your Time, I talk
- 11:30about doing a calendar audit. Most
- 11:32people are like, "Oh my god, that sounds
- 11:33like a lot of work." AI can now do it
- 11:35for you. Here's how it works. Go to your
- 11:37profile, go to your settings, then go to
- 11:39apps and connectors, and then it
- 11:41literally has Google calendar. So, you
- 11:43do need to connect it, but it's safe.
- 11:44It's secure. That's how we add it to
- 11:46JAGBT. For example, once it's connected,
- 11:48I can literally ask it to check my
- 11:50calendar and tell me what tasks I spent
- 11:51the most time on in the last 3 weeks.
- 11:53It'll analyze every calendar entry and
- 11:55give you that answer only if you put
- 11:57stuff in your calendar, which you should
- 11:59because that's what highly productive
- 12:00people do. Now, at the time of this
- 12:02recording, GPT can't modify create
- 12:05calendar entries yet, but if you stick
- 12:07around until the end, I'll actually show
- 12:09you a workaround where you can get it
- 12:10working today. Hack number 12, email
- 12:13integration. This one is a must. You
- 12:15have to do this. It'll change the way
- 12:17you interact with GPT. Essentially, GPT
- 12:19can read and reference your email inbox.
- 12:22The way you do it, same thing. Go to
- 12:24profile, settings, apps and connectors,
- 12:26and connect your Gmail. So now you can
- 12:27type summarize every unread email from
- 12:30this morning and it'll give you a short
- 12:32and condensed overview of those emails
- 12:34so you can stay out of your freaking
- 12:35inbox and stay working. Pro tip, I would
- 12:38combine this with the reminder hack so
- 12:40that you get that summary every morning
- 12:42without going into your inbox and stay
- 12:44focused on the work at hand without
- 12:45worrying you're going to miss something.
- 12:46And just like the calendar connector,
- 12:48Chad GBT actually can't send emails yet.
- 12:51But again, I've got a hack for this at
- 12:53the end that's going to make it happen
- 12:54today. Hack 13, document comparison.
- 12:57Most people use GPT for legal stuff, but
- 13:00you can use it for comparing different
- 13:01documents where you're like, "What did
- 13:03they change? I'm curious." So, you can
- 13:04upload two documents and ask GPT to
- 13:07highlight the difference, and it'll give
- 13:08you the highlight and differences. So,
- 13:10for example, I got these two service
- 13:11level agreements that got sent out, one
- 13:13came back. I want to know what they
- 13:14changed. I just drop it there. And then
- 13:16I type, "Show me a comparison
- 13:19of these two documents." Watch this.
- 13:22Boom. Here's a side-by-side comparison.
- 13:24So, it creates this table and it
- 13:26literally goes and it says, "Oh, look at
- 13:28this. This changed. This change summary
- 13:30updated to a year." Oh, why would they
- 13:32do that? Services, payments. Oh, that's
- 13:34interesting. Higher rate, shorter
- 13:36payment window. So, for example, I'm
- 13:38going to write compare these two
- 13:39contracts and tell me which one is a
- 13:41better deal for me. Then I send it and
- 13:43it's going to tell me, isn't that
- 13:44awesome? Verdict: better deal for you as
- 13:47a client. 2024 service agreement. Final
- 13:49verdict. And tell me why. Hack number
- 13:5114, model switching. When GBT 5 came out
- 13:54and kind of consolidated everything,
- 13:55people started freaking out because
- 13:57they're like, I was used to using this
- 13:58and I was used to using this. Even
- 14:00though GPT5 usually selects the right
- 14:02model behind the scene automatically for
- 14:04you, you can still choose the manual one
- 14:06from the past. Most people just don't
- 14:08know how to turn that on. So, here's how
- 14:09we do it. We go to the profile settings,
- 14:12general. There's a toggle show
- 14:14additional models. Turn that on. And now
- 14:16in your chat window, you'll be able to
- 14:18choose the different ones. The reason
- 14:19you would do this is that if you've
- 14:20built other prompts on those models, you
- 14:23want them to be the same so that you can
- 14:25compare the same outputs. It's a little
- 14:27bit more technical and most people
- 14:28wouldn't consider this, but it's also
- 14:30for speed. It's for specific use cases.
- 14:32So, I do this if I want to do a bunch of
- 14:34tests and I don't want to wait for the
- 14:36model to choose. I want to tell it which
- 14:38one to use so that the outputs are a lot
- 14:39faster. Hack 15, study mode. This is
- 14:42where you get it to act like a tutor.
- 14:44GPT can teach you any topic like a real
- 14:47tutor. And the best part is you can
- 14:48adjust it for any grade level. So in the
- 14:50chat window, you just click the plus and
- 14:52then go to more and then you can see
- 14:54study and learn. So when you click it
- 14:56now, you can ask it to help me with my
- 14:57homework. You can even ask it anything.
- 14:59Teach me basic economics like I'm in the
- 15:0110th grade. And the cool part, it'll
- 15:04stop and then ask you and quiz you to
- 15:06see if you actually know it. The other
- 15:07day I was doing possessive plural nouns
- 15:11with my son Max cuz he's doing remote
- 15:13schooling and I didn't understand all
- 15:15the ways that it's done. And so we had
- 15:17to use this to teach us so that we could
- 15:19get his test done because he was going
- 15:21to fail cuz we just couldn't grasp the
- 15:23concept. My favorite part is actually
- 15:24using AI not to do my work but to teach
- 15:26me things because then I can use that in
- 15:28my brain for other stuff. A lot of
- 15:29people are just deferring their thinking
- 15:31to AI. That's dangerous. Using this will
- 15:34teach you. Hack number 16, agent mode.
- 15:36This one's going to blow your mind. GPT
- 15:38can actually do tasks for you.
- 15:40Controlling your screen while you're
- 15:42doing other stuff. It can get work done.
- 15:44So the way we do it is we got to select
- 15:46agent mode or type agent. Okay, same
- 15:48thing. You just click the plus icon and
- 15:49go to agent mode. Now it's in agent
- 15:51mode. You can ask it to do things. For
- 15:53example, find 15 of the best restaurants
- 15:55in Dubai and build a spreadsheet with
- 15:57addresses, star ratings, and open hours
- 16:00and link to their Instagram account.
- 16:01Now, it's going to take that, it's going
- 16:03to run the project while I'm going to go
- 16:05do something else. What it's doing is
- 16:07it's like collecting information. It's
- 16:08saving it kind of like on a table like
- 16:10this. It's like printing off the pages
- 16:12and putting them there. And then at the
- 16:13end, it's going to like correlate it and
- 16:14say, "Okay, based on all these different
- 16:16sites, these are the top ones. I'll put
- 16:18that in a spreadsheet, open up Google
- 16:20Sheets and actually create the Google
- 16:21sheet, put all the addresses in there
- 16:23with the information asked for, and then
- 16:24give me that spreadsheet without having
- 16:26to touch my laptop." It can do lead
- 16:28generation for you. It could book travel
- 16:31for you. It could do big research
- 16:32projects for you. It can literally do
- 16:34anything. When all of a sudden the
- 16:36button clicks are done by the computer,
- 16:38you just have to be the director. You
- 16:40don't have to be the doer anymore. The
- 16:42next five hacks are all about apps and
- 16:44you can activate them the exact same
- 16:46way. Hack number 17, Canva app. You can
- 16:49have the GPT create full presentations,
- 16:53social posts, essentially designs
- 16:55instantly. Most people stress they're
- 16:57like, I don't have a designer on staff.
- 16:58You don't need one anymore. It's crazy.
- 17:01Just go to profile personalization apps
- 17:03and connectors and activate the Canva
- 17:05app. Okay, so you will need an account.
- 17:07You'll have to sign into it. But now
- 17:09Chad GPT can talk to Canva to create the
- 17:12things that you want it from your chat
- 17:13prompts. Once you do that, it'll add it
- 17:15to the apps that are below in the plus
- 17:17icon so that you can instantly use it
- 17:19when you want to do something. So for
- 17:20example, create a five slide
- 17:22presentation about AI trends coming up
- 17:24for 2026. Boom. These are my slides. I
- 17:28can go through it. It does the research
- 17:29project. It tells me specifically what
- 17:31are the trends, etc. All magically
- 17:33through Canva. Think about creating
- 17:35customer proposals, communications to
- 17:37your team, research reports and
- 17:39visualize them, making things that are
- 17:41just words pretty. Hack 18, Spotify app.
- 17:45This one's got to be my favorite. I'll
- 17:46tell you why. It allows you to build
- 17:48curated playlists to focus or your mood
- 17:51or any kind of events. So, how do you do
- 17:53this? Same process. You go into
- 17:55settings, go into the apps, then go to
- 17:57Spotify, and you just connect it. Now,
- 17:59once it's connected, check this out. You
- 18:01can do some really cool things. create a
- 18:032-hour gym playlist based on the music
- 18:05that I usually listen to. So, it's going
- 18:07to create that playlist. I can then use
- 18:09my phone and add it to my Spotify, save
- 18:11it, download it, so I can use it
- 18:12offline. It even tells me why it chose
- 18:14those songs. For me, one of the hacks is
- 18:17I can't work without listening to music,
- 18:19but it can't have words in it. And I
- 18:22like EDM type music, but there's
- 18:23different vibes. So, I'll just tell it
- 18:24to create a custom playlist based on the
- 18:26kind of work I'm about to do. It's kind
- 18:27of weird, but if you're a creative, this
- 18:29is a game changer for focus. Hack number
- 18:3219, Corsera app. It will pull full
- 18:35courses, I'm talking training from
- 18:37Corsera to teach you and learn
- 18:39interactively. Same process, just go
- 18:42into your profile, go into your
- 18:43settings, connectors and apps, and
- 18:44connect your Corsera account. So, you do
- 18:45need an account. Connect it, log in,
- 18:48it's there. Now, I can choose that
- 18:50Corsera app. So, I go down here, and
- 18:52it's there. And watch this. find a
- 18:54beginner's course on editing in Adobe
- 18:56Premiere Pro. I'm not an editor. I don't
- 18:58even know anything about Adobe Premiere
- 19:00other than my team uses it, but it will
- 19:02find the course which would teach me how
- 19:05to use it. And then I can interact with
- 19:07that video. So, it pins the video at the
- 19:08top and then I can continue my chat, ask
- 19:10it other things, watch the video, ask it
- 19:12questions, tell me how that works,
- 19:14what's that button about. So much
- 19:16different than how I learned in school.
- 19:17Hack 20. Booking.com. All right, my
- 19:20travel friends. Did you know within GBT
- 19:23you can plan or book your trips
- 19:24directly? Here's how you do it. Same
- 19:26process. Connect the app, log in. Boom.
- 19:29Now you just click that plus icon and
- 19:31you choose it. And then I say, "Plan
- 19:344day business trip to Austin under
- 19:36$2,000 including flights, hotels, and
- 19:39things to do." It takes that. It goes to
- 19:42Booking.com. It tells it what I'm asking
- 19:44for. It does all the searches. Does all
- 19:46the comparison. Looks at the prices.
- 19:48looks at the things to do cuz it's got
- 19:50all the data including flights,
- 19:51including hotels. It's crazy. Now, I can
- 19:53book these within Chad GBT. But if it
- 19:55didn't, I could then switch to agent
- 19:57mode and then have it book them for me.
- 19:58And like sometimes it's cool cuz it'll
- 20:00even ask me clarifying questions I
- 20:01didn't even think about like which
- 20:02departure city am I coming in from or
- 20:04what are the dates or etc. And then that
- 20:06uses all that information to put it
- 20:07together. And if you prefer Expedia, you
- 20:09can use that app extension instead. Hack
- 20:12number 21, Figma app. It allows you to
- 20:15create visual mockups and boards for
- 20:17design projects. So like kind of think
- 20:19of it like you know scribbling and
- 20:21ideiation and just keeping it super fun
- 20:24and visual. This is how I design a lot
- 20:26of the interfaces at my company Martell
- 20:29Ventures when I have new app ideas, new
- 20:31interfaces, websites, landing pages. You
- 20:34use Figma for this. So again, you go to
- 20:35your profile app and connectors and you
- 20:37connect it like every other app. But
- 20:38here's a fun one that every business
- 20:40should do. Build an org chart showing
- 20:42how roles connect in a small media team.
- 20:45Make it color-coded and easy to
- 20:46understand. Go find examples online of
- 20:49how media teams are set up for best
- 20:51practices and design me that structure
- 20:53using Figma. There you go. It showed me
- 20:56the roles. It color code it. Made it
- 20:57easy. Another use case for me is create
- 21:00a model that represents the replacement
- 21:02ladder by Dan Martell in his book Buy
- 21:04Back Your Time. Tada. So, if you've ever
- 21:06seen me draw circle squares, triangles,
- 21:09ven diagrams, etc. I can just get Figma
- 21:12to give me some first passes based on
- 21:14the information. So, I give it the
- 21:15context. Here's what I'm thinking. This
- 21:17is how I think about it. The names, the
- 21:19language, and it'll design it for me.
- 21:21You have to connect these. Like, if
- 21:22you're in business, use all these
- 21:24connectors cuz it'll change your
- 21:25productivity. Hack 22, data interpreter.
- 21:28GPT can run and visualize data and build
- 21:31small apps. The way you do that is you
- 21:33can upload any CSV file, a PDF, or even
- 21:36code, and just ask it to visualize it
- 21:38for me. I'm a visual learner. I need
- 21:40this. So I don't look at raw data. I
- 21:42always try to transform it into a
- 21:44picture that teaches me [music] things.
- 21:46So for example, you can tell it to
- 21:48create data in a business and then apply
- 21:51a visualization on top of it. So I'm
- 21:52going to do it all in one shot. Create
- 21:54me fake data that analyzes a marketing
- 21:56funnel that I can visualize using the
- 21:58theory of constraint and save it as a
- 22:00CSV file. Using GPT to create simulation
- 22:04data for you to test other apps is
- 22:06actually a pro move that everybody
- 22:07should start doing. Using the data I
- 22:09just attached, I want you to analyze it
- 22:11through the lens of theory of
- 22:13constraints and tell me where the
- 22:15bottleneck is, but do an output that is
- 22:17visual using a canvas and make sure you
- 22:20give me a visual representation of that
- 22:23bottleneck on top of that data. I'm
- 22:25literally telling it to be visual using
- 22:27a canvas so that I can understand it
- 22:29easier. Hack 23, code review and
- 22:32debugging. Chad GBT can read, analyze,
- 22:34and fix your code for any built-in code
- 22:36reviewer. Now, before you leave, let me
- 22:38just tell you if you use Excel or any of
- 22:40these Google advanced sheets, there's
- 22:41little code snippets you could be using
- 22:43in your business in these apps to make
- 22:44them work better and you don't know how
- 22:46to do it, but you can use Chad GPT to
- 22:48actually write it and then you just copy
- 22:50paste it in. Or if you break something
- 22:52in the cell in like a sheet, you can
- 22:54copy paste it in and say, "What did I do
- 22:56wrong because I'm trying to get this
- 22:57output, but I'm getting this error." And
- 22:59it'll actually give you the answer to
- 23:00fix the code. So, essentially, you can
- 23:02upload any code files directly into
- 23:04chat. just paste it as a snippet and
- 23:06then just ask GBT to review it or debug
- 23:08it. So, for example, find any errors or
- 23:10suggest fixes for this Python script.
- 23:12Hack number 24, code and deploy web
- 23:15pages. This one's wild. You can turn GPT
- 23:18generated code into a live website in
- 23:21seconds. Paying people to build landing
- 23:23pages for you. Silly when you can do it
- 23:25yourself. So, just ask Chad GBT to build
- 23:28your site. So, for example, code a
- 23:30simple landing page for my coaching
- 23:32business. Now, you just click the
- 23:33preview. It shows you the page that it
- 23:35just designed for you. Now, I didn't
- 23:37give it any information. It took all the
- 23:39best practices. Look at that. Scale with
- 23:40your team. It has the features page. It
- 23:42has the pricing, the testimonial
- 23:44section, etc. Now, what's crazy is I can
- 23:47literally say using Dan Martell's
- 23:50website as an example, redesign it, and
- 23:54then use this document with all the
- 23:57information about my company to fill in
- 23:59the copy. And if you don't have it, make
- 24:00it up. The whole thing's there. Now, you
- 24:02just download the file and then you
- 24:03upload it into a site that can host like
- 24:05a GitHub. Now, those are my 24, but as I
- 24:09promised, here's three game-changing
- 24:10bonus hacks that'll change everything.
- 24:12The first one is for my iPhone users.
- 24:14Have you ever struggled with Siri and
- 24:16actually getting it to do what you want?
- 24:18Apple calls it Apple intelligence. I
- 24:19think it's Apple frustration. I can't
- 24:21believe they launched this freaking AI
- 24:23powered crap. So essentially when you
- 24:25use Siri, you can say skip Siri and go
- 24:28straight to Chad GBT integrated into
- 24:31Apple Intelligence, but it's an
- 24:32extension. Here's how we do it. So you
- 24:33go to settings, you go to Apple
- 24:35intelligence, extensions, chat GPT, and
- 24:38then you just log into your account.
- 24:39Then you click setup, next, [music] and
- 24:42just enable chat GBT. Now, it does
- 24:44require iPhone 15 Pro or newer, but it
- 24:47is awesome sauce. So, next time you say,
- 24:49"Hey Siri, ask ChadBt to write a
- 24:5110-minute YouTube script about the best
- 24:53uses of AI." It'll do it using TrabT.
- 24:57Then you can say, "Hey Siri, make a new
- 24:59note out of this." And it'll save it
- 25:01straight into your Apple Notes. Do you
- 25:04see how freaking productive this is?
- 25:06Like, if you're not connecting these
- 25:08tools, you're just working way harder.
- 25:10Bonus number two, Rube.app integration.
- 25:13So, remember how I said there's ways
- 25:14that you can actually make chat GBT
- 25:17create calendar entries and send emails?
- 25:19This is how we do it. You can connect
- 25:20any app to Chad GBT, even if there's no
- 25:23native connectors like the way I've
- 25:25showed you earlier. So, how do you do
- 25:26this for Gmail example? It's really
- 25:28simple. You just click your profile, go
- 25:30to your settings, apps, connectors,
- 25:32advance, and turn on developer mode.
- 25:34What's cool is you can go to rub.app,
- 25:36app, create an account, go to the
- 25:38marketplace, and select any tool they
- 25:40have and connect it directly through
- 25:42developer mode by just copying and
- 25:44pasting what's called the MCP URL. MCP
- 25:46stands for model control protocol, which
- 25:48is just a fancy way of how these apps
- 25:50talk to each other when it comes to AI.
- 25:52So, let's do that. It's super quick. And
- 25:54we got to go back into our settings and
- 25:55in the top right under apps and
- 25:57connectors, you'll see create. And
- 25:59that's where you plug the MCP URL into
- 26:01the app creator so that you can connect
- 26:03it from within Chad GPT to that app. So,
- 26:06for example, now I can say send an email
- 26:09to Sam telling him I did a great job on
- 26:11the last YouTube video and it'll send
- 26:13that email. And with that, once you
- 26:15connect Gmail and Google Calendar, you
- 26:17can create entries, you can check
- 26:19emails, you can send emails, you can do
- 26:21a whole bunch of stuff that isn't native
- 26:23to Chad GPT and many others. Go look at
- 26:26the marketplace over on rub.app. Bonus
- 26:28number three, ChatgPT Atlas. You may not
- 26:31know this, but OpenAI just launched a
- 26:33new browser. So, they're competing
- 26:34against Safari and Chrome, but it's
- 26:37powered by Chad GPT. How do you get it?
- 26:39You just go to OpenAI's website,
- 26:41download it, and then just log in using
- 26:43your GPT account. Now, try it out. Just
- 26:45look at something simple like things to
- 26:47do in Dubai. Now, it creates these tabs
- 26:48with home, search, images, and videos.
- 26:51You can even select articles from your
- 26:53search and open it on the sidebar. You
- 26:54can talk to it. You can ask, "If I only
- 26:56have one day in Dubai, what's that one
- 26:58activity I can't miss?" So, it'll read
- 27:01the whole article and give me a very
- 27:03concise answer. The other thing it can
- 27:04do is agent actions where GPT can
- 27:07interact with the web on your behalf to
- 27:09fill out forms, book trips, run tasks
- 27:11while you browse. It's essentially
- 27:13brought my favorite two things, AI and a
- 27:16browser together to make it really
- 27:18simple. So, try it out. Find the 10 best
- 27:20things to do in Manley, Australia, and
- 27:21put them in a Google doc. That way I can
- 27:23get back to doing other stuff that only
- 27:25I can do and I can share that Google doc
- 27:27with my assistant and say, "Can you look
- 27:28into booking these?" This is essentially
- 27:30the agent mode that I talked about
- 27:32earlier, but now I can use my computer
- 27:34while it's running. It's just super cool
- 27:36stuff and they're just getting started
- 27:37with this. I mean, there is fears that,
- 27:39you know, OpenI is trying to become the
- 27:41new internet, but at the end of the day,
- 27:43if you're trying to be more productive
- 27:44and really take your chat GBT to the
- 27:46next level, this is how we do it. I know
- 27:49that was so many features, but here's
- 27:52the real deal. Pick the one that you
- 27:54were like, "Oh, that's really cool." And
- 27:56just start doing it every day over 14,
- 27:5821, 60 days. It'll just become second
- 28:01nature. Then you can add another one and
- 28:03another one. Bookmark this video so you
- 28:05can come back to it because I guarantee
- 28:07you're not using all of them. But over
- 28:09time, when you start adding a new one,
- 28:10you will become a freaking weapon. So,
- 28:12here's my question. Which one do you
- 28:14think could actually save you the most
- 28:16time or change the way you work? just
- 28:18drop me the answer in the comment below.
- 28:20And remember, if you haven't grabbed the
- 28:22AI company operating system playbook
- 28:24yet, it'll show you exactly how to plug
- 28:26AI into every department and buy back
- 28:28your time. So, click the first link in
- 28:30the description or scan the QR code on
- 28:32the screen and I'll send it over right
- 28:33away. Now, if you want to learn how to
- 28:35get ahead of 99% of the people out there
- 28:37using AI, click the video and I'll see
- 28:39you on the other
