These Are the Signs That You Have a Demon — Transcript

4. 0:20Now Vlad, you say there are 10 signs that someone  has a demon and I want to get to those 10 signs in
5. 0:29just a moment. But first, let's tackle this big  question a lot of people have. Can a Christian
6. 0:36have a demon? Thank you for having me Bob. I  think that Christians can have what they want
7. 0:44to have. So Christians I believe they can have a  demon but a demon cannot have a Christian. So when
8. 0:52somebody one time came to me and asked me that  they don't agree with me that a Christian can
9. 0:56have a demon I asked them a question. I said, can  a Christian open the door to a demon? They said,
10. 1:02yes. Then I said then a Christian can have a  demon, okay. Well, let's talk about you know
11. 1:09what are those open doors. You say there are  like three main open doors to getting a demon.
12. 1:14What are those three? So demons operate like  I consider like flies, like mosquitoes. If you
13. 1:22open a window in your house, they fly in. They get  in. You can put a sign in front of your house that
14. 1:28says mosquitoes are not welcome but mosquitoes  don't read signs. They just see opening and they
15. 1:33get in and just because a mosquito gets in, it  doesn't mean that the mosquito becomes the owner
16. 1:37of the house. So the same thing happens with the  demonic spirit is that they seek to enter in and
17. 1:43there's three main categories. The first one is  the inheritance. It's the demons that get passed
18. 1:47on through the bloodline or it could happen  also in the womb when a child gets rejected
19. 1:55by the parents and a lot of times, they have  an evil spirit of rejection. The second way is
20. 2:00the intrusion. This usually happens when we are  young growing up and there is an an invasion,
21. 2:05an intrusion of demonic spirits that takes place  through broken family or abuse. And the third way
22. 2:12is through involvement. Unrepentant habitual sin  or involvement with the occult. Usually it's the
23. 2:17occult or bringing demonic objects in your life,  abortion or even consumption of pornography, those
24. 2:25things and drugs could be an open door to demonic  spirits to enter in and begin to harass a person's
25. 2:30life, control a particular area of their life. It  doesn't mean that the person gets... completely
26. 2:35loses control of everything but they lose control  over one or two or three parts of their life and
27. 2:41demons begin to harass them. Okay. Let's begin  to tackle those 10 signs that someone has a demon
28. 2:48and the first one really follows right on what you  were just saying you know if there is involvement
29. 2:55with the occult or a false religion. So talk  about that. So when we step into the witchcraft,
30. 3:04occult, we step on the enemy's territory. I had  a situation one time where I got bit by a dog and
31. 3:09when I got bit by a dog, it was a German Shepherd  on the leash and the dog belonged to a teacher who
32. 3:15was helping me with math and one day, I decided  to always was curious so I wanted to see the
33. 3:20dog's house. So I walked into the teacher's yard.  I didn't see the dog so I got into the territory
34. 3:27that I knew that the leash was, the dog was you  know this was his territory. I stepped into it
35. 3:33cuz I didn't see the dog. Stuck my head inside of  the dog house. Turns out that the dog was sleeping
36. 3:36on the other side of the dog house, so I got  attacked. I almost died actually if it wouldn't
37. 3:42be for the teacher, I had to be stitched up, blood  was everywhere and what happened. Before that,
38. 3:47the dog would bark at me because I wouldn't step  on its territory. When I got on its territory,
39. 3:53it bit me. Anytime we step on the territory  of witchcraft, occult, false religion, we're
40. 3:59no longer going to be barked at by the devil,  tempted. We will be tormented by him because now
41. 4:05it's his territory. Sin, witchcraft and the occult  is his territory. That's a great illustration,
42. 4:11a painful one for you but unfortunately but I  survived. I called on the doctor and she came and
43. 4:17rescued me so I always tell people, when you're in  the occult, call on Jesus. He will come and rescue
44. 4:21you, deliver you and stitch you up. Absolutely.  The second sign is I found interesting extreme
45. 4:30restlessness in a spiritual environment. So talk  about that. So demons, if they cannot get us to
46. 4:40not get to Jesus, their second goal would be and  they would settle for that is to get us not grow
47. 4:47in Jesus and a lot of times, unclean spirits  they would... people who have unclean spirits,
48. 4:52they will begin to feel extreme restlessness  and extreme attack trying to pursue Jesus. They
49. 4:58almost feel like restriction. If you remember  the story of Lazarus coming out of the grave,
50. 5:02he was resurrected but he was restricted. He  was still bound. So imagine a bound person
51. 5:11with grave clothes, walking. That's pretty much  the picture of a person who is loving Jesus,
52. 5:19trying to pursue Jesus but has demonic attack  in their life. It's like Israel in Egypt under
53. 5:24torment. They're really trying to press in but  their life is very very difficult and that usually
54. 5:29happens in the spiritual life and so when people  get freed, one of the first signs they say, they
55. 5:34feel like my hands got released. Now I can finally  pursue Jesus with all of the passion that I wanted
56. 5:39to have. Yeah, I can see why somebody that has  a demon, let's say they're in a church service,
57. 5:44they're hearing the truth and the demon in them is  like I got to get out of here you know or people
58. 5:49fall asleep all the time. Yeah, that's kind of the  opposite side of it. It's like okay I'm going to
59. 5:53read my Bible. I'm going to get up early and  just yeah and then they can open Instagram
60. 6:00and go on for hours without even the feeling of  falling asleep but when it comes to the Scriptures
61. 6:06like the same verse and you just keep falling  asleep and I'm not saying that every time that
62. 6:10we're tired, it's not not demonic but if there's  a perpetual resistance to the things of the Spirit
63. 6:16and your heart finds the desire, it could be  demonic. So the third sign that someone might have
64. 6:21a demon is hostility to deliverance ministry. Have  you witnessed this? Have you experienced this?
65. 6:31Yes, I have many times but I actually see this in  the Scripture. Jesus comes to the synagogue and a
66. 6:38God-fearing Jewish man who worshiped God becomes  violent toward Jesus and starts you know making
67. 6:45all these noise, of course, it wasn't him, it  was an unclean spirit in him. A lot of times when
68. 6:49deliverance service happens, people start feeling  sick in their stomach. They hear voices, run from
69. 6:55here. They start feeling really uncomfortable  and then when a minister starts praying for them,
70. 7:00they become violent and so and that's also of  course, a very clear sign that there's something
71. 7:05in them that doesn't like this ministry because  that thing in them is about to get exposed and
72. 7:11expelled. Okay, number four. Intrusive thoughts  or hearing voices in your head. So the enemy loves
73. 7:20to plant thoughts in our head. The Bible says  that Judas had thoughts put by the devil in him
74. 7:28and eventually the devil came and entered him. It  says same thing about Ananias is that, Peter says,
75. 7:33why did you allow Satan to cause you to put those  things into your heart and stuff? So Satan a lot
76. 7:39of times when he lives on the inside, demons, they  begin to control a person's thought and that's why
77. 7:44I always tell people the difference between the  flesh and the demon is the flesh doesn't speak,
78. 7:50demons do. You almost like hear a third person  speaking there, in your mind and typically,
79. 7:56it's thoughts to blaspheme, thoughts to commit  suicide, thoughts of chronic intrusive, these
80. 8:01things. We all get tempted from the outside. When  the person is demonized, it's not temptation, it's
81. 8:07torment from the inside. Okay, well that kind of  leads right into the next one which is like surges
82. 8:13of violence and you know just violent anger, self  harm even suicide. So we see that like even in
83. 8:22king Saul, he would sit at family dinner, pick up  a spear and throw stuff at his children like that
84. 8:29was not normal. The Bible says distressing spirit  would come upon him and then when that thing would
85. 8:35lift, he wouldn't experience deliverance, he  would experience relief and that's what a lot
86. 8:39of people who are demonized, experience. They  have moments where it comes on them and they do
87. 8:46things that they regret, things that get them  in jail sometimes. I've prayed for people who
88. 8:52in violence threw hammers at teachers, who threw  things at teachers and this is what they say when
89. 8:57it ended. They say, I don't know what happened  to me. I was not in control and of course we say,
90. 9:01oh you're not taking responsibility for your  actions but in reality, something took control and
91. 9:06the person was in the back seat and they couldn't  stop that and until they get delivered, then the
92. 9:12Holy Spirit helps to build within them, the fruit  of self-control and so it is totally possible
93. 9:17when the person says, I was out of control. I  don't know what happened to me. Something just
94. 9:20took over me and that is true. It was an unclean  spirit, it took over. Okay, next one. Constant
95. 9:26attacks in your sleep like what kind of attack  are you talking about? The Bible says in Matthew
96. 9:3213 is when they slept, the enemy sowed tares. The  enemy loves when there's an open door, he loves to
97. 9:39attack our sleep because when we're not rested  well, it affects our day. A lot of times that
98. 9:45happens, seeing spiders, constantly falling, being  shot in the dream, being killed, being abused in
99. 9:52the dream. One of the common signs of demonic  activity in somebody's life is regular consistent
100. 10:00sexual dreams. They call them incubus or succubus.  When it gets even to the point where a person have
101. 10:06a different life in the dream. They have children  in the dream. They sleep with the same spouse in
102. 10:13the dream and usually those people have chronic  marriage problems and they cannot have children
103. 10:17in the physical. So sometimes when I would  pray for deliverance and the demon would say,
104. 10:21I am her husband. Her husband is standing next to  her and so I would say, who is this man? He says,
105. 10:26I don't know this man. I want to kill him. He is  not her husband. Wow and so when children were
106. 10:32dedicated to the enemy at the young age, sometimes  those demons, they want to connect and create this
107. 10:38cohabitation with those people and those people  usually experience extreme physical problems,
108. 10:43extreme fatigue during the day because of  those attacks. My wife actually had that
109. 10:48and when she experienced deliverance, it caused  problems in marriage first two years and after
110. 10:53her deliverance, her life completely changed.  Next sign, heaviness or depression, constant
111. 10:59fear. The Bible says that instead of spirit  of heaviness God will give us the garment of
112. 11:04praise. So heaviness isn't just a feeling and if  it's a spirit, it can't be treated with medicine.
113. 11:10If it's just an emotional thing, you can go to a  doctor, he'll give you some medicine or you can
114. 11:14get enough sleep. Go to the nature, the whole nine  yards and it will fix it but if it's a spirit,
115. 11:20spirits don't leave with medical help, therapy  or even counseling. Spirits need to be addressed
116. 11:26by a Spirit, Holy Spirit. The Bible also says  the spirit of fear. So there's a natural fear.
117. 11:32There's a Godly fear and then there's a demonic  spirit. It's a paralyzing controlling thing
118. 11:37that controls somebody's life. People would feel  like something sits on them. They can't get out
119. 11:41of the house. Everything is good on the outside.  Everything is wrong on the inside and deliverance
120. 11:46happens and those people begin to live for the  glory of God without that fear and without that
121. 11:51heaviness. Yeah if anyone wonders if fear is a  spirit, the Bible says God has not given us a
122. 11:57spirit of fear. Absolutely, okay number eight.  Intense desire for defiled things. Now Vlad,
123. 12:05what do you mean by defiled? So defiled things  like pornography, violence. Pretty much consuming,
124. 12:12so defiled things are the food for demons. Demons  need food. It's the things that they consume. It's
125. 12:19the things that they feel that so that there's a  difference between the flesh and the demon. One
126. 12:24of the other differences between the flesh and the  demon is that the Bible says dealing with lust as
127. 12:29it relates to flesh. You have to cut off the hand,  remove the eye meaning remove the cues. Remove the
128. 12:33triggers. When we remove the triggers, the cues.  For example, if I remove the eye and I still see,
129. 12:41I'm not dealing with flesh anymore, I'm dealing  with the spirit. Something else sees. When I
130. 12:46remove the hand and I'm still handling, I'm  dealing with the spirit now and that unclean
131. 12:51spirit has an appetite that they almost need to  like feed. They need to feast and they feast on
132. 12:58defiled things. Things that are pornography.  Things that are perverted. Things that have
133. 13:02profanity. Anything that's contrary and opposes  God is their food and sometimes people who are
134. 13:07demonized, they will even say that, something  in me wants to watch pornography. Something in
135. 13:13me craves for drugs. Something in me wants  that defiled thing and once it's removed,
136. 13:19the flesh is still there which we control, we  crucify but a demon, you don't control a demon,
137. 13:26it controls you. The only one remedy for a  demon is deliverance not self-control. Flesh,
138. 13:33we apply self-control. We crucify the flesh.  That's the remedy for the flesh. For the demons,
139. 13:37the remedy is not crucifixion. It's expelling  them. Okay, number nine chronic illnesses. So
140. 13:45the Bible talks about evil spirits that are behind  sicknesses. Jesus went out healing those oppressed
141. 13:51by the devil. Now not every sickness has a  demon behind it but there are many sicknesses
142. 13:56that have demons behind them. I've seen a guy  that came in with Leukemia. He was given just
143. 14:02few years to live, spent a lot of money on  medicine and he came for deliverance service,
144. 14:06not even for healing. He thought that he  had a demon and so as we started to pray,
145. 14:10he vomited all kinds of stuff like I mean  a lot of like saliva, blood. Everything
146. 14:14came out and so he felt delivered went back to  the doctor to get his next dose of medicine,
147. 14:19didn't think anything of it. The doctor examines  him and to the doctor's surprise finds that there
148. 14:24was no trace of Leukemia. 6 months later, he goes  in for another check. It's been about now 7 years,
149. 14:30completely clean. His blood is completely cured  and I've seen sleep apnea, asthma, arthritis,
150. 14:36tuberculosis. So many illnesses that were removed  when the demon was removed. Okay number ten, real
151. 14:43quick, paranormal activity. What do you mean? It's  when stuff is moving in your house, a cross on the
152. 14:49wall falls, you hear voices and noises. You hear  objects. You're seeing things constantly and that
153. 14:57could be a sign that sometimes there's a demon  that's controlling the house or actually could
154. 15:01be a sign if it's happening every place you're  at, it's most likely demon that's controlling
155. 15:05your life, not the house. There's eight things you  say that people need to get rid of right now that
156. 15:10are opening the door to the demonic and why don't  you go over those eight things and actually the
157. 15:15eight thing. The number eight I think is going  to surprise a lot of people. Go ahead. Yes I
158. 15:20think it will. The first one is the objects that  relate to American native pagan practices. Things
159. 15:29like symbols, pottery and jewelry that has things  associated with spirits. I've seen dream catchers,
160. 15:37is the big one, yeah and people really use them  to you know catch the dreams. Dream catchers are
161. 15:42demon catchers. That's what they are and if you  get rid of them, you will experience freedom and
162. 15:47a lot of people have demons because of those dream  catchers. The second one is the new age symbols,
163. 15:52books and objects and tarot cards. Third one  is symbols and books and objects that represent
164. 15:59witchcraft like Ouija boards and so many others.  Fourth one is good luck, charms, crystals, rabbits
165. 16:05foot and really I just have a rabbit's foot yeah  anything that promises to get you charm or good
166. 16:12luck. There's two sources of power. There's either  holy power and it's unholy power and so anything
167. 16:19that promises power that is not from the Holy  Spirit, it comes from the other source and the
168. 16:25other source is the demons. The fifth one is  the symbols and images and statues of other
169. 16:32religions. A lot of times, those idols they seem  like oh it's just a little you know Buddha but
170. 16:37in reality those idols, they do have evil spirits  behind them that push false religion and deception
171. 16:43around the world. The sixth one is demonic games.  Dungeons and dragons, they just have a movie that
172. 16:49came out about that and now KFC is partnering with  the Diablo that you know pretty much has a demon
173. 16:56Lilith and you're trying to fight that demon in  that game by sorcery and stuff. So you don't fight
174. 17:03demons with sorcery, you fight demons and you  don't fight demons in the game, you find demons in
175. 17:07real life by expelling them by the name of Jesus.  The seventh one is the movies and music that have
176. 17:14horror. Extreme violence, sexual immorality  especially pornography those things can open
177. 17:19doors to demons. We prayed for people who have had  a demon that entered in a movie theater. I mean
178. 17:25that's why the entertainment the first part of it  is enter meaning, something does enter you and the
179. 17:32eighth one, surprising one. People sometimes say  well that can't be but I can't tell you how many
180. 17:38people that we prayed for who had a problem either  getting married or problems in their marriage who
181. 17:42had gifts, objects and letters from their ex.  So I encourage people that if you broke up in
182. 17:49the relationship, get rid of the gifts. Get rid  of the notes. Get rid of the stuff especially if
183. 17:54the relationship was toxic and controlling  because those things can hold a soul tie,
184. 18:00that can keep you away from moving forward and I  know that new ages use the idea of soul ties but
185. 18:07it's actually biblical. The idea of soul bonding  is biblical where we see that Jonathan's soul was
186. 18:13tied to David and there could be good soul ties.  Husband and wife become one but when you develop
187. 18:19a soul tie with a person that is not walking with  you in your future and you have these objects,
188. 18:27these gifts, jewelry, a lot of times that actually  hold that soul tie intact so when the relationship
189. 18:32is broken, we have to disconnect and remove those  objects. Okay, so if you got any of those things,
190. 18:39get rid of them. Burn them. Get rid of them  somehow. Vlad, we only have a little time left and
191. 18:46talk to the person who's watching right now and  they may have recognized some of those 10 signs in
192. 18:51their life or they may have opened a door and they  may have some of those things in their house that
193. 18:57you just listed. What can they do to get free? God  does not want them to live with a demon. He wants
194. 19:05them to live free. Yeah so the first thing that  you must do is you have to recognize that you have
195. 19:10a problem. The second one is you have to repent.  Place your trust in Jesus Christ. Repent of any
196. 19:16known sins. Repent of sins maybe of your ancestors  who dedicated you or the whole family to Satan. It
197. 19:22doesn't mean that that repentance will save them  but it will disconnect you from decisions that
198. 19:26they made. Number three is you have to renounce  any known connection to occult. Renounce any soul
199. 19:33tie. Renounce any promises or any vows you made  while being in that lifestyle and the fourth thing
200. 19:41is you have to remove. Remove any objects that  are demonic. Any objects that connect you to that
201. 19:48world. The fifth thing is you have to release  unforgiveness. One of the biggest strongholds
202. 19:54that the enemy has to believers is through  unforgiveness. So when you release unforgiveness
203. 19:58and then comes the last thing is that you have  to rebuke the demon. You can experience freedom
204. 20:04right there in your house, right there in your  room right now. Just follow these practical steps
205. 20:10and the Holy Spirit will come and deliver you.  In fact, let's pray right now, just stretch your
206. 20:15hands toward this screen that you're watching  or just receive this prayer. Father I thank
207. 20:20you in the name of Jesus that freedom is ours,  that deliverance is children's bread and right
208. 20:25now I take authority over every unclean spirit  tormenting, harassing the person that is watching
209. 20:32this video. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command  that unclean spirit to come up and out right now,
210. 20:39to leave in Jesus name. Whatever your reason and  open door was, we revoke that right now and I
211. 20:45command that unclean spirit to leave right now.  Be free in Jesus mighty name. Let's take a deep
212. 20:51breath and just breathe it out. They're coming  out right now. God is setting you free right now
213. 20:56in Jesus mighty name. If you know Jesus, then  the Bible says greater is He that is within you
214. 21:04than he that is in the world. So you have the  power within you to come against these demons
215. 21:10and kick them out of your life. If you don't  know Jesus, you need to start right there,
