5. 0:10we're filming it because I'm hoping
6. 0:12we're able to do something about it this
7. 0:14foot on the right hand side is much
8. 0:16larger than one on the inside and I can
9. 0:18see a hole almost instantly I'm praying
10. 0:21we find something wrong with it yes my
11. 0:23teeth are still messed up I'm praying we
12. 0:25find something wrong with her because
13. 0:26her pastor is really swollen up and
14. 0:29that's not something we can do anything
15. 0:31about right
16. 0:51onwards fairly sure we found the
17. 0:56problem that is incredible is it not P
18. 1:02thing so I said our pastor was
19. 1:06swollen and
20. 1:07obviously my jeez oh and obviously that
21. 1:11is why it's been
22. 1:25swollen we just follow this back to its
23. 1:28culmination

36. 2:13this claw up off the ground this isn't a
37. 2:16case of reducing the size of a medial
38. 2:18claw we're literally only taking a very
39. 2:19minimal amount away and while we've got
40. 2:22the grinder in our hand we might as well
41. 2:23reduce that lateral claw as much as we
42. 2:25possibly can to ensure that every piece
43. 2:28of weight possible is top off the ground
44. 2:31small wooden
45. 2:33yep so these are the smallest box that
46. 2:36we've got as you're just about to see
47. 2:39even this one is bigger than that
48. 2:40interior claw meaning that there will be
49. 2:43a bit of an overhang that we need to
50. 2:44manage there a pretty boy then look oh

64. 3:17how much liquid came out of this

66. 3:23actually still some in there can hear it

71. 3:34because if we did we'd be opening our
72. 3:37foot up massively because this must be
73. 3:39such a huge cavity but we are going to
74. 3:41make sure that every bit of that

103. 5:26weeks time but actually I'm really happy

106. 5:33absolutely
107. 5:34huge we're going to spray this down with
108. 5:37iodine to make sure we kill any kind of
109. 5:39infection that's on the surface
110. 5:42there and we're going to wrap it to try
111. 5:45and heal up this open tissue
112. 5:48now so now all we need is a wrap from
113. 5:53Kev you're not getting a raise he keeps
114. 5:56doing that he thinks he's smart wait
115. 5:58until I ask you for a wrap
116. 6:04okay can you imagine the difference this
117. 6:06is going to make to the C so I said in
118. 6:08the beginning that the pastor was
119. 6:10inflamed and swollen up and I wasn't
120. 6:14sure if that would mean we could do
121. 6:16anything for the car and it turns out
122. 6:17the reason it's so swollen up was
123. 6:19because there was so much fluid inside
124. 6:20our foot now that fluid has been
125. 6:22released and this bandage will stay on
126. 6:24for a couple of days it should all heel
127. 6:26up nicely that block is going to take
128. 6:28all of the weight completely away from
129. 6:30the soul and she's going to be in a much
130. 6:32better place than she was just a few
131. 6:33minutes ago this is a win okay now
132. 6:36clearly we didn't see this guy walking
133. 6:38into the crush but I'm pretty sure
134. 6:39you're going to believe me when I tell
135. 6:41you she didn't even want to touch the
136. 6:42ground with that foot because it was so
137. 6:44sore if there's any doubt here just
138. 6:47think how much fluid just came out of
139. 6:49her foot the pressure that would have
140. 6:50caused and the pain that would have
141. 6:52caused in turn trust me she was not
142. 6:54touching the ground with that foot so
143. 6:56I'm hoping what we've done should make a
144. 6:59difference within a few

149. 7:22it is a few minutes later and here she
150. 7:24is walking now now clearly she is not
151. 7:27paying free but she is now touch ing the
152. 7:29ground which is Miles better than she
153. 7:31was before the video started so just
154. 7:34came work for it her whole pass turn was
155. 7:36swollen so the entire fot was causing
156. 7:39pain so even with the block on there's
157. 7:41still that pain there but over the next
158. 7:43day or so she's going to realize that
159. 7:45that block has really mitigated that
160. 7:47pain and really helped out so when we
161. 7:50next visit her in 2 weeks I fully expect
162. 7:53her to have her foot completely on the
163. 7:54ground and pretty much be lameness free
