- 0:00Yeah, this is this is from your partner.
- 0:02She said the Z's continue to speak about
- 0:04how precious the human species is and
- 0:07will be in the future once the highest
- 0:09potential emerges. A species bound in
- 0:12flesh that no longer survives through
- 0:15competition and war, rather one that
- 0:17thinks with the heart and practices
- 0:21collaboration, a spiritually evolved
- 0:23human race. So I was thinking as the
- 0:25heart coherence collaborative, that
- 0:27really resonated. As she said, one that
- 0:30thinks with the heart and practices
- 0:31collaboration. So I felt like we're in
- 0:35alignment with this future human. So
- 0:37>> Beautiful. So true.
- 0:38>> Yeah.
- 0:40So I don't really have a question there.
- 0:41I just I maybe my question would be just
- 0:43if you could talk a little bit about the
- 0:45disease and how important they've said
- 0:47the role of the heart is in our, you
- 0:50know, evolution.
- 0:52>> It's interesting, you know, they they
- 0:54they talk about heart energy being the
- 0:57currency of the future. This has come
- 1:00out a lot over the years and I always
- 1:02pay attention to the messages that come
- 1:04out a lot cuz they you know, I I've been
- 1:06doing this for 20 years now. So I've
- 1:08I've heard a lot from them over the
- 1:09years and when I'm channeling it's
- 1:12faster than when I'm speaking usually.
- 1:15And um
- 1:16heart energy is the currency of the
- 1:18future has been this
- 1:20continual message from them.
- 1:23I
- 1:24I'll give you an example of
- 1:26when I first met the Z's, how I
- 1:29differentiated the power of their
- 1:32message
- 1:33was the way they made me feel, not what
- 1:36they said.
- 1:38So I I met them on a tube train, the
- 1:42London Underground in when it where I
- 1:44was working at the time and living in
- 1:46London in my early 20s. I was 23.
- 1:49And I was literally going through all of
- 1:52my self-judgmental thoughts that
- 1:54morning. All the things that weren't
- 1:56working in my life. All the things that,
- 1:58you know,
- 1:59I knew that critical self-talk very
- 2:01well. So, I knew that voice.
- 2:04And I was beginning to work with it. You
- 2:06know, I'd been going to some workshops,
- 2:07but still I was pretty It was [snorts]
- 2:09pretty It had got me by the throat that
- 2:11morning.
- 2:13And I remember very clearly having a
- 2:14thought about the relationship that I
- 2:16was in at the time, the person I was
- 2:18dating,
- 2:19and thinking, "Ah, I was annoyed." And I
- 2:22thought that it was his fault, the guy I
- 2:25was dating.
- 2:27And literally they said, "That's an
- 2:29interesting perspective, but you're
- 2:31wrong."
- 2:33And it was like, "A, what's that voice?"
- 2:35And B,
- 2:36and then they proceeded to explain to me
- 2:40why I was wrong and why it was my ego.
- 2:44And the minute they explained it, not
- 2:46only did I mentally understand what they
- 2:48were saying to me, I felt in my body,
- 2:50which it was in my self-attack kind of
- 2:52energy, you know, the heart wasn't open.
- 2:54I was kind of uh cuz the heart can't be
- 2:56open when you're attacking yourself.
- 2:58That's a good thing to remember. If ever
- 3:00you're in self-judgment, it means your
- 3:01heart's shut down.
- 3:03So, it's a good thing that that often
- 3:05will talk us out of wanting to stay in
- 3:07self-judgment, you know?
- 3:09Um so, I remember just being like this,
- 3:11and then my body just opened, and it
- 3:13was, "Whoa, what was that? Like, how did
- 3:16that happen?"
- 3:18And that was the repeated experience for
- 3:20me of working with disease because their
- 3:22messages
- 3:25are designed to help you keep opening
- 3:27the heart. Now, sometimes one of their
- 3:29messages might give you a reaction
- 3:31because you need to clear something.
- 3:34But,
- 3:35when I think of that first encounter
- 3:37with disease, I think of
- 3:39those times I'm with people when my
- 3:41heart feels calm and open.
- 3:44And the more I'm in that state, the more
- 3:46I know I have my faculties because if
- 3:48you think about it, the heart chakra,
- 3:51the Zs say it's the center of you.
- 3:54Now, it may not be the center of you if
- 3:57you measure your body from top of your
- 3:59head to your feet, but they say it's the
- 4:01center of you. And so, when we are
- 4:04centered and our hearts are open, we
- 4:06think more clearly, we're more in flow,
- 4:09we have more available to be sensory in
- 4:12response to the world, which is the
- 4:14opposite to how we were trained as
- 4:16conditioned humans.
- 4:18So, they speak about the path for all of
- 4:21us of coming more into our heart, which
- 4:23they say age will give you that gift if
- 4:27you are open. You can be shut down and
- 4:29defended and wounded and not having done
- 4:32any work on uncovering yourself, and you
- 4:34can be a pretty miserable old person
- 4:37because of that. But, if that isn't your
- 4:40programming and you are
- 4:42age will start to help you open your
- 4:45heart because you will you will relax
- 4:47and you will open more. And they say
- 4:49that kids have open hearts, but it's
- 4:51different. They say their open hearts
- 4:53are not as adept at stillness because
- 4:56they have a lot to figure out in a short
- 4:58space of time. So, they're very busy,
- 5:01they're very into everything, things are
- 5:02big,
- 5:04and can be very open and very joyous,
- 5:06but equally they can be the opposite.
- 5:08And as we grow and as we learn to
- 5:10maintain and work with this heart, we
- 5:13can start to expand more. So, heart
- 5:16energy is the currency of the future,
- 5:18meaning
- 5:20that is going to be what more of us seek
- 5:24and create together and with each other.
- 5:28>> Mhm.
