- 0:03This video is going to tell you about
- 0:05how it all went down. The details and
- 0:08the facts.
- 0:11Woman who had an affair with Chris Watts
- 0:14told our partners at the Denver Post
- 0:15that she hardly knew anything about
- 0:17Shannan and that she had only recently
- 0:19started a relationship with Chris. Well,
- 0:22there is now evidence to suggest that
- 0:23she knew about Shannan almost a year
- 0:25before the murders.
- 0:28Hi.
- 0:28>> Nicole later talked to police.
- 0:30>> And then one day he told me that he had
- 0:32two kids.
- 0:32>> Hi Bill.
- 0:34>> I was like, "That's pretty cool." And
- 0:37started telling me about his kids.
- 0:38>> That sounded like a sarcastic comment.
- 0:39>> No, I thought it was kind of cute. I was
- 0:41like, "Oh, he's a dad." It was like
- 0:43right around Father's Day, too.
- 0:46>> She learned he was married even though
- 0:48she says he didn't wear a wedding ring.
- 0:51>> The other woman claims she met Watts in
- 0:53June. She says she thought Watts was at
- 0:55the end of his divorce proceedings.
- 0:57>> I didn't know his significant other's
- 0:58name for a while.
- 0:59>> Uh, he's
- 1:01>> Do you know her name at this point?
- 1:02>> Yeah.
- 1:03>> Okay. Are you okay saying her name?
- 1:06>> It's Shenan.
- 1:08>> This video is going to be taking a look
- 1:09at the critical days leading up to the
- 1:11murders of pregnant Shenan Watts and her
- 1:13daughters Bella and Celeste Watts on
- 1:15August 13th, 2018.
- 1:18We will be looking at the week before
- 1:20the murders, paying particular attention
- 1:21to the days when Chris Watts spent time
- 1:24with his mistress on Wednesday, August
- 1:268th and Saturday, August 11, and some
- 1:29very curious facts about both Chris
- 1:32Watts and Nicole Kessinger on Friday,
- 1:35August 10th, and Sunday, August 12th,
- 1:38which of course was the eve of the
- 1:40murders. and what those days mean in
- 1:44regards to determining the role Nicole
- 1:47Kessinger may have played in the
- 1:49ultimate outcome of this horrific
- 1:51tragedy. And we will also be taking a
- 1:54look exclusive to this video at Shannan
- 1:56Watt's final Facebook post. These
- 1:59seemingly benign posts were removed from
- 2:02Shnan Watt's Facebook account and
- 2:05attempted to be scrubbed from the
- 2:07internet shortly after this tragedy
- 2:09happened. when you read the post and
- 2:12consider the whole picture, including
- 2:15Chris Watt's relationship with his wife
- 2:17and his mistress and particularly the
- 2:20known events
- 2:22that occurred in the week leading up to
- 2:24this tragedy.
- 2:26He might have some ideas why those posts
- 2:29were removed, and I'd like to know what
- 2:31yours are.
- 2:33>> The decision was made about 4 days ago.
- 2:35the decision to take the death penalty
- 2:37off the table in exchange for
- 2:39Christopher Watt's guilty plea to all
- 2:41nine counts he was originally charged
- 2:43with, including first-degree murder,
- 2:45first-degree murder of a child under 12,
- 2:47tampering with a deceased body, and
- 2:49unlawful termination of a pregnancy. The
- 2:52Watts family murders. This is
- 2:54undoubtedly one of the most horrific
- 2:56crime stories of our era. Over 5 years
- 3:00has passed and with each passing year,
- 3:03with each passing day, nothing about
- 3:05this case becomes more clear. Looking
- 3:08back on the investigation of this case
- 3:10and the prosecution of Chris Watts, you
- 3:12have to ask yourself, was anything ever
- 3:15meant to be clear? Was justice ever
- 3:18meant to be achieved?
- 3:22Chris Watts took the lives of of his
- 3:25wife who was 15 weeks pregnant, his
- 3:28four-year-old daughter Bella Watts, his
- 3:30three-year-old daughter Cece Watts.
- 3:32>> So, I'm here with my little munchkins,
- 3:36>> and the unborn baby that was going to be
- 3:39his very first son, baby Nico Watts.
- 3:49[Music]
- 3:57A good girl.
- 4:02>> Oh, I love it. Good job.
- 4:05>> High five.
- 4:05>> High five, baby.
- 4:07>> I want her. Don't kick her away.
- 4:13>> The murder of a pregnant woman.
- 4:17a three-year-old and four-year-old baby.
- 4:20And the way that the bodies were
- 4:22disposed of, it's absolutely
- 4:26egregious. There really aren't words
- 4:28that can describe how horrific this
- 4:30crime was. This is the kind of crime
- 4:33that causes us to put faith in the
- 4:35justice system and the prosecutor's
- 4:37office. Because after all, what more
- 4:40horrific crime could be committed than
- 4:43this?
- 4:44This is a kind of crime where if you
- 4:46give a crap about justice, you are going
- 4:49to make sure that anybody involved in
- 4:52committing this crime is discovered,
- 4:55charged, and prosecuted to the fullest
- 4:58extent of the law. Bella, will you tell
- 5:02everyone how old you're going to be?
- 5:04>> We
- 5:09unless of course you are the Weld County
- 5:11District Attorney, Michael J. Ror,
- 5:15>> stop asking about it. She didn't have
- 5:17anything to do with it. She wasn't there
- 5:18that morning. She voluntarily cooperated
- 5:21with law enforcement. She provided us
- 5:23all the information. I'm not going to
- 5:25tell you where she's at. Stop. Leave me
- 5:27alone.
- 5:29>> That was District Attorney Ror
- 5:31commenting on Nicole Kessinger in March
- 5:35of 2023. the Let's see what DA Ror had
- 5:39to say about Chris Watt's mistress after
- 5:43his sentencing in November of 2018.
- 5:47>> Can you give us a better uh idea of her
- 5:49role in the investigation, how
- 5:50forthcoming she was and how she helped.
- 5:53>> She originally came forward and and
- 5:56spoke to investigators on her own
- 5:58valition.
- 5:59Prior to the time, unfortunately, that
- 6:01she came in and spoke with
- 6:02investigators, she had deleted all of
- 6:04the information off of her phone that
- 6:06had any connection between her and Chris
- 6:08Watts. That hampered the investigation.
- 6:10Um, that hampered our ability to get
- 6:13that electronic digital um connection
- 6:15between the two. She was interviewed on
- 6:18multiple occasions. I believe that for
- 6:21the most part, she was forthcoming. It's
- 6:23clear that there are some major
- 6:24discrepancies between what District
- 6:26Attorney Ror said in 2018 after the
- 6:28sentencing and then what he said most
- 6:31recently and his wife's podcast in March
- 6:34of 20123.
- 6:36In his most recent recollection, he says
- 6:40that she came forth voluntarily and she
- 6:43was forthcoming with the information
- 6:45that she gave to investigators.
- 6:47Yet, in 2018, after Chris Watt's
- 6:49sentencing, he said that she hampered
- 6:53the investigation by not giving
- 6:55investigators all of the information.
- 6:58And then he says that he believes that
- 7:01she was forthcoming
- 7:03for the most part.
- 7:05Very different statements, work. We know
- 7:08the truth about Nicole Kessinger, and we
- 7:10know which of his statements is the
- 7:13accurate one, the 2018 statement or the
- 7:152023 statement. And the accurate
- 7:18statement is the 2018 statement and it's
- 7:20an understatement because we know Nicole
- 7:23Kessinger obstructed justice by
- 7:26destroying evidence. We know this
- 7:29hampered the investigation and we know
- 7:31that she was absolutely completely not
- 7:35at all forthcoming with investigators
- 7:39and we the public are left with far more
- 7:43questions than answers. And that's where
- 7:46we pick up here. This video seeks to
- 7:48answer the question, was there an
- 7:50ultimatum? Did Chris Watts mistress
- 7:52Nicole Kessinger give him an ultimatum?
- 7:55It's me or your family? According to
- 7:57Chris Watts in his jail house interview
- 7:59from February 2019, that Saturday,
- 8:02August 11th, the day of his date with
- 8:05Nicole Kessinger at the Lazy Dog
- 8:07restaurant, was pivotal. Listen to what
- 8:09he says about his feelings about that
- 8:13evening he spent out with Nicole
- 8:15Kessinger and if things could have
- 8:17ultimately have gone differently.
- 8:21Even I felt like you know like looking
- 8:24back at everything like just like
- 8:26reading the scripture more and more now
- 8:27I can see like you know God told like
- 8:29gave me opportunities to get out like
- 8:33even my friend Jeremy Lynro he even
- 8:35invited me because like it was his
- 8:37daughter that came watch the kids on
- 8:39Saturday that Saturday night and he was
- 8:42like hey we're going to Rocky game you
- 8:44want to go to New Bronco game and watch
- 8:46the Arizona Cardinal like in my mind it
- 8:48was like you
- 8:50go.
- 8:51>> Just Yeah. Just just say, "Hey, I I
- 8:53can't can't find a babysitter."
- 8:57>> Nikki.
- 8:57>> Yeah. And maybe that would have been
- 8:59like, you know, you know, like a light
- 9:02switch on my head goes off. Light switch
- 9:03in her head goes off. Maybe it just like
- 9:05goes different directions. That was kind
- 9:08of like my last like opportunity to kind
- 9:10of get out.
- 9:13Listening to that excerpt of his
- 9:15interview from prison begs the question,
- 9:17why did he feel that was his last
- 9:19opportunity to get out? Let's take a
- 9:22closer look at that week before the
- 9:24tragedy, paying particular attention to
- 9:26the days when Chris Watts and his
- 9:28mistress Nicole Kessinger spent time
- 9:30together.
- 9:42I just I really wanted them to fix it. I
- 9:45would have just like left the situation.
- 9:48>> So tell me why him Shenan calling a
- 9:50realtor and him mentioning that they
- 9:53were going to be divorced.
- 9:55>> Why why do you think it's important?
- 9:57>> Um because so after that he was like
- 10:00she's the one who called the realtor.
- 10:02And I remember I was like damn that was
- 10:04fast. cuz I knew he told me like we were
- 10:06going to put the house up, but they said
- 10:08he was like we didn't know how much to
- 10:10offer for it and we were kind of trying
- 10:11to find somebody and it like so for the
- 10:14first few weeks that I hung out with
- 10:15him, he kind of like dragged his feet
- 10:17on, hey, this is happening. And then
- 10:19after North Carolina, he's like, "Yeah,
- 10:21she wants to put the house up. She's on
- 10:23the call the realtor." And I was like
- 10:25kind of taken back, not necessarily at
- 10:26the speed of it given how long he said
- 10:29that they'd been separating, but the
- 10:30fact that she did it like the day after
- 10:33he supposedly sat down and had a
- 10:35conversation with her about, hey, do we
- 10:37fix this or do we not fix this
- 10:39relationship?
- 10:40>> If you are all familiar with Watts case,
- 10:42you know, like me, that there's a
- 10:44snowballs chance in hell that Chris
- 10:46Watts and Shannan Watts had a sitdown
- 10:48conversation while they were together in
- 10:50North Carolina. When Chris Watts came
- 10:53out to visit for the last week of
- 10:55Shannan, Bella, and Celeste solo trip
- 10:57across the country to North Carolina for
- 11:00a six-w weekek visit in the summer of
- 11:032018 just before Chris Watts, perhaps
- 11:07with the help of another, annihilated
- 11:09his family. Shannan Watt's best friend,
- 11:11Christina Mechum, learned what was
- 11:13really going on between Shannan and
- 11:15Chris in North Carolina.
- 11:18>> She sent me a picture. It's like this is
- 11:20how we are right now. They were in the
- 11:23same room but communicating through
- 11:26text. They were not talking with each
- 11:28other.
- 11:30>> So, do you remember how many days she
- 11:32was back in Colorado before leaving?
- 11:35>> Mhm.
- 11:35>> Do you know that?
- 11:36>> Cuz I don't remember when they got home.
- 11:38>> Right.
- 11:39>> I don't cuz I don't remember when they
- 11:41got home.
- 11:42>> Right.
- 11:43>> I don't. Miss Kessinger states that she
- 11:45doesn't remember when the Watts family
- 11:47altogether arrived home from North
- 11:49Carolina back to Frederick, Colorado.
- 11:52This is an absolute lie. And I'm going
- 11:55to show you how we know this in just a
- 11:57moment.
- 11:58This is a lie that must somehow be
- 12:02important to Miss Kessinger as she
- 12:05repeats this lie across several
- 12:08different interviews. Let's listen to
- 12:10what she had to say in the August 16th
- 12:13interview, the one with Kevin Kobach,
- 12:16also in person, her first inerson
- 12:17interview with him, where her dad is
- 12:19present.
- 12:21This excerpt from the interview occurs
- 12:24immediately after she denies that she
- 12:27knew that Shannan Watts was pregnant
- 12:30until the Tuesday after the murders. The
- 12:32day after the murders when she was
- 12:34reading the newspaper, remember? And we
- 12:36know that is a lie, too. take a listen.
- 12:40>> Um, all right. We can move past that.
- 12:44Um, the
- 12:47week that he comes back from North
- 12:49Carolina. You You don't remember?
- 12:50Somewhere in the first couple weeks of
- 12:51August.
- 12:52>> Yeah, I think it was the second week,
- 12:53but I don't remember off the top of my
- 12:54head.
- 12:54>> Keep in mind, this interview takes place
- 12:56on August 16th. The day the Watts family
- 13:00returned home from North Carolina was
- 13:03the evening of the 7th. So their first
- 13:07full day home back in Frederick,
- 13:10Colorado was August 8th, just 8 days
- 13:14before this interview.
- 13:16>> So we'll just use August as a time
- 13:19frame. Is that fair? Because you know he
- 13:21left in July and he comes back in
- 13:23August. How many times do you think you
- 13:25see him?
- 13:26>> I saw him a few times. I saw him this
- 13:28past Saturday. I saw him the Wednesday
- 13:31before that. And he wanted to see me
- 13:33more. I was the one who wanted my space.
- 13:35I was like, "Nope, your kids are home.
- 13:37Go hang out with your kids." And even on
- 13:40Wednesday, I cut it short. Like, he came
- 13:41and hung out with me for a few hours and
- 13:43then I was like, "Go chill with your
- 13:45kids." So, Wednesday was the day after
- 13:48the family returned home from North
- 13:50Carolina. And that was a very eventful
- 13:53day for Nicole Kessinger and Chris
- 13:54Watts. I'm sure it was a day that she
- 13:58remembers there. A lot of important
- 13:59things happened. And that's why we know
- 14:01that she knows exactly when they got
- 14:03home from North Carolina.
- 14:06She says, "I also saw him this past
- 14:08Saturday, which was just four days ago
- 14:11from this interview. That was the
- 14:13evening when they went on their date to
- 14:15the Lazy Dog restaurant. Saturday the
- 14:1811th, just a day and a half before the
- 14:21Watts family was annihilated in the
- 14:23early morning hours of Monday, August
- 14:2613th, Lazy Dog Date Day." Over the
- 14:28years, many people have speculated that
- 14:31planning happened planning towards the
- 14:34murder of pregnant Shannan, Bella, and
- 14:37Celeste. At the Lazy Dog, the evening of
- 14:40Saturday, August 11th, between Nicole
- 14:43Kessinger and Chris Watson. Some people
- 14:45even believe there were others involved,
- 14:47like Leave Jim Alone, perhaps. Now,
- 14:49according to Nicole Kessinger, all they
- 14:51did on that date was talk about macros.
- 14:54And she also admits that there was a lot
- 14:56of talk about Chris Watts moving into
- 14:59his new apartment. An event that was
- 15:02surely significant in the mind of Nicole
- 15:04Kessinger as Chris moving out of his
- 15:06house with his family and into an
- 15:09apartment on his own would signify the
- 15:12official end of his marriage to Shannan
- 15:15and the official beginning of his new
- 15:17life together with his mistress. What
- 15:20was said that evening at the lazy dog is
- 15:23a critical part of Nicole Kessinger's
- 15:25ultimatum and we will get to the details
- 15:29on what that was after we review what
- 15:33happened on the Wednesday when the
- 15:35couple were together. But Nicole
- 15:37Kassinger certainly would not have
- 15:38forgotten so quickly.
- 15:40>> And even on Wednesday, I cut it short
- 15:42like he came and hung out with me for a
- 15:44few hours and then I was like go chill
- 15:46with your kids. So, in the time when
- 15:49Chris Watts returned home from North
- 15:51Carolina with his family, the evening of
- 15:53August 7th through the early morning of
- 15:57August 13th, when Shannan, Bella,
- 15:59Celeste, and Nico were murdered, Nicole
- 16:02saw Chris twice, she says, once on
- 16:04Wednesday and once on Saturday. Now,
- 16:07it's important to put their meeting on
- 16:10Wednesday in context. It's critical that
- 16:13we understand this. That Wednesday,
- 16:16August 8th, when Nicole Kessinger
- 16:18apparently cut it short, Chris Watts was
- 16:23home in Colorado with his family for the
- 16:26first time, the first time ever
- 16:29apparently in the history of their
- 16:30dating. According to them, on August
- 16:328th, he's there in Colorado. Nicole is
- 16:35there in Colorado. And for the first
- 16:37time, his wife and children are also
- 16:39home.
- 16:40That dynamic and that change in the
- 16:43environment that Chris and Nicole were
- 16:47living their fantasy relationship in
- 16:50must have caused a lot of pressure for
- 16:53each of them and for their relationship
- 16:55in general. It is important to note that
- 16:59Chris Watts was home with his family in
- 17:02Colorado again for the first time during
- 17:05the entire duration of his short six
- 17:08week relationship with Nicole Kessinger
- 17:11for just under a week before his family
- 17:15was annihilated. It's also important to
- 17:19note that Shenan was only home on that
- 17:23Wednesday and Thursday the 8th and the
- 17:269th before she left for a Thrive Lavel
- 17:30trip in Arizona at 4:30 a.m. early
- 17:33Friday morning. So that means
- 17:37during the relationship of Chris and
- 17:40Nicole, that six week long relationship,
- 17:43Bella and Celeste were only there in
- 17:46Colorado with them, so to speak, just
- 17:48under a week, and Shenan was only in
- 17:51town for 2 days. Knowing that makes
- 17:56statements that Nicole Kessinger said
- 17:58during her interviews with law
- 17:59enforcement so very curious. for
- 18:02example, this statement here
- 18:06>> because like he could pretty much call
- 18:08me whenever he wanted. Like I was the
- 18:10one that would tell him like, "Hey, when
- 18:11your kids are awake, you need to spend
- 18:12time with your kids. Like do that." And
- 18:14then after they go to bed, like if you
- 18:16want to talk to me, you can talk to me.
- 18:18But it was never like this super super
- 18:20restricted thing. Like sometimes
- 18:24like right after work if I was like
- 18:26still talking to him, I get kind of
- 18:27bummed out and I you know, I tell him
- 18:29just like, "Oh, it's frustrating
- 18:30sometimes like having to like wait." But
- 18:32at the same time, I was never like,
- 18:34"This is horrible." Or, you know, it was
- 18:36always like, "I should."
- 18:39>> So, now that we know that the girls were
- 18:41only in town for 6 days during Chris and
- 18:45Nikki's entire relationship, and Chanel
- 18:46was only in town for 2 days, and Chris
- 18:49went to Nicole Kessinger's apartment
- 18:52right after work on Wednesday the 8th.
- 18:55That means there were only two days that
- 18:59Thursday and Friday when Nicole
- 19:01Kessinger would have had to have waited
- 19:03for Chris to call her after work to get
- 19:06all frustrated. But wait a minute. Chris
- 19:10and Nicole both took that Friday off of
- 19:13work. Listen carefully to Nicole
- 19:15Kessinger's response to interviewer
- 19:17Kevin Kobach when he asks about what
- 19:20Chris Watts did on Sunday. She's being
- 19:22forgetful as usual, but pay careful
- 19:25attention to what she says.
- 19:27>> Do you know what he did Sunday during
- 19:29the day?
- 19:30>> Um,
- 19:33I don't know what I did on Sunday during
- 19:35the day. I am so tired. Let me just
- 19:38think about this. Daniel came over
- 19:39Friday. I hung out with him Saturday.
- 19:42And then Sunday,
- 19:47when did Jim come in?
- 19:50>> Monday. Huh?
- 19:52Jim got here Monday.
- 19:54What did I do on Sunday? I am like
- 19:58drawing a blank. I'm really tired. I
- 20:00don't know. Can I get back to you on
- 20:02that?
- 20:02>> It is absolutely no surprise that she
- 20:04cannot remember what she did on Sunday.
- 20:06After all, Sunday was the evening going
- 20:08into the early morning when the family
- 20:11annihilation happened. It's also the
- 20:14evening when the 111 minute phone call
- 20:17happened that neither Chris or Nicole
- 20:19Kessinger will reveal any details about.
- 20:22Of course, she doesn't ever remember
- 20:24anything about Sunday. But did you catch
- 20:27that? She said Danielle came over on
- 20:29Friday. I hung out with him on Saturday.
- 20:32Danielle Hel, her friend, was in town
- 20:34Friday evening and spent the night at
- 20:36her apartment Friday night. Maybe that's
- 20:39why she had taken Friday off. So the
- 20:4110th Oh, you went to you went to the
- 20:43Rockies game.
- 20:44>> Yeah.
- 20:45>> Okay.
- 20:45>> I didn't see him that day.
- 20:49>> I was with my friends and I stayed with
- 20:51me that night.
- 20:53>> So now let's listen to Troy McCoy
- 20:55talking about meeting Chris Watts on the
- 20:57afternoon of Friday, August 11th. This
- 20:59is when Chris Watts gave Troy McCoy his
- 21:02Fire Stick to try to jailbreak it. Do
- 21:04you remember Chris Watts was trying to
- 21:06save expenses of sports channels and he
- 21:09was going to try to watch his sports
- 21:10through the Amazon Fire Stick and that
- 21:12was the purpose of the meeting.
- 21:14>> Okay. So, let's let's cover some uh some
- 21:18timeline stuff here.
- 21:19>> Yes, sir.
- 21:19>> So, let's let's start with start with on
- 21:21Sunday. So, Sunday would be the 12th.
- 21:24>> Yes.
- 21:24>> Did you talk to Chris at all on the 12?
- 21:26>> I didn't speak to him over the weekend.
- 21:28I seen him on Friday.
- 21:28>> I seen him on Friday. So, that was the
- 21:29last time you saw him before the work
- 21:31week.
- 21:32>> Yes. Okay. I seen him on Friday and he
- 21:33taken off Friday to uh take Shannan to
- 21:36the airport for Phoenix.
- 21:37>> Okay.
- 21:38>> And then he told me he wanted me to look
- 21:40at his Fire Stick that he bought. I
- 21:41said, "Okay." So
- 21:42>> TV Fire Stick, Amazon Fire Stick.
- 21:44>> So before the work day ended on Friday,
- 21:47he told me that he'd meet me at the
- 21:49Safeway parking lot there in Fort Lton
- 21:51and uh he showed up in their Lexus and
- 21:53Bell and CC were in the back seat. So he
- 21:55jumped out, gave me the Fire Stick, and
- 21:57right after he gave me the Fire Stick,
- 21:59that's whenever Cody called. Cody
- 22:00Roberts, the operator of the server 319,
- 22:03and said that he thought there was a
- 22:04leak in the bypass line.
- 22:05>> That's on 319, you said?
- 22:07>> Yes, the service 319. Okay. Yeah.
- 22:08Because that bypass line is now locked
- 22:10and tagged out cuz we done that Monday
- 22:11morning.
- 22:12>> Okay. Oh, that's okay. So, Bella
- 22:15>> Bell and CC.
- 22:17>> Yeah.
- 22:18>> We're in the back seat.
- 22:19>> Yes, sir.
- 22:19>> And was was Shannan Shannan Shannan?
- 22:23>> No, sir.
- 22:23>> Was she taking her to the airport?
- 22:24>> You took her there? Yes. Do
- 22:25>> you remember about what time this was?
- 22:27Um, let me look back through my text
- 22:29messages I gave in because he told me he
- 22:31was point he was sitting by the uh 5.0.
- 22:33There was an orange Mustang sitting in
- 22:34the parking lot.
- 22:35>> Okay.
- 22:36>> I think it was one of the ladies that uh
- 22:38Well, it looked just like the one I used
- 22:39to have.
- 22:39>> Okay.
- 22:40>> Cuz I had a red one. I was telling you
- 22:41about that earlier.
- 22:42>> Yeah.
- 22:42>> So, and he's a huge Ford guy cuz he was
- 22:44a master mechanic for
- 22:45>> Yeah, I remember he said something about
- 22:46that.
- 22:47>> Sorry.
- 22:48>> No problem.
- 22:49>> Chris Watts. Okay. Okay. Thanks for your
- 22:53link. He just sent it there. Okay. Right
- 22:55here. It's at uh 3:05.
- 22:58>> Okay. Just whenever you send me the text
- 23:00message here, part
- 23:01>> Friday, August 10th, off of work because
- 23:05Chris Watts needed to take Shannan to
- 23:06the airport as Troy McCoy reported. We
- 23:09know that that is not the case. He did
- 23:11not take Shannan to the airport. Nicole
- 23:14Atinson picked Shannan up from her home
- 23:16around 4:30 a.m. That is a well-known
- 23:19and documented fact. and the girls were
- 23:22going to daycare or they had been going
- 23:26to daycare before they left for North
- 23:29Carolina. So, it makes sense that maybe
- 23:32Chris wouldn't want to take him that
- 23:33day, but he could have. So, we wonder
- 23:36why did Chris Watts take off that day.
- 23:39And again, we have no idea why Nicole
- 23:42Kessinger did not go to work that day.
- 23:44They both report that they did not see
- 23:46one another that day. Do you believe
- 23:48that's true? Leave a comment below
- 23:50letting us know what you think. Now, I'm
- 23:53not going to spend a whole lot of time
- 23:54on it, but many people have created
- 23:57theories about exactly what happened
- 24:00that created this tragedy that had to do
- 24:03with Chris Watts and Troy McCoy
- 24:06exchanging that fire stick. You see,
- 24:10their coworker Cody Roberts reported
- 24:12that there was a leak at Survey 319
- 24:15while Chris and Troy were meeting in
- 24:17that parking lot that Troy was talking
- 24:19about. The timing is kind of ironic.
- 24:23Now, many people bring up this fire
- 24:25stick as being something suspicious.
- 24:28People who are proponents of the
- 24:31so-called explosion theory, some of them
- 24:33say that perhaps the fire stick was used
- 24:35as a detonation device. I personally do
- 24:38not believe that is the case because I
- 24:40don't believe in any kind of explosion
- 24:42theory around this case. And Chris Watts
- 24:46talks about using the Fire Stick to
- 24:49watch sporting events with both Shenan
- 24:52and Nicole Kessinger. It makes sense
- 24:55that he might want to, you know, use
- 24:57that way of watching the sporting events
- 24:59that he really enjoyed. We know that
- 25:01that is true because we do know that
- 25:03Chris Watts and Shannan Watts were
- 25:05headed towards their second bankruptcy
- 25:07and Chris was aware the finances were
- 25:09pretty tight and those sporting event
- 25:13channels on cable are wicked expensive.
- 25:16So, it was really only one day. So that
- 25:19one day of Nicole Kessinger having to
- 25:22wait a little while for Chris Watts to
- 25:24call her after work because he was with
- 25:26his children must have made a real
- 25:29impression on her. But remember Nicole
- 25:33Kessinger cannot recall when Shannan and
- 25:36Chris
- 25:38got back from North Carolina even though
- 25:41it was just eight days prior to this
- 25:44August 16th interview. Hm.
- 25:48I wonder why she won't admit to knowing
- 25:51when they returned home.
- 25:55On that ever important Wednesday, August
- 25:578th, the first day the family was back
- 26:00in Colorado. He goes to work on that
- 26:03day. But right after work, we know from
- 26:04his Geotab information that he drives
- 26:07right over to Nicole Kzinger's apartment
- 26:09immediately after work. I always wonder
- 26:12how Chris Watts got away with this, so
- 26:14to speak. We know that he was a creature
- 26:17of habit, as was Shannan. Their family
- 26:20had a very strict routine, and Chris was
- 26:23generally home between 3:30 and 4. So, I
- 26:27wonder how Chris got away with going to
- 26:30Nicole Kessinger's house for hours after
- 26:32work on that very first day. They were
- 26:34home from North Carolina without Shannan
- 26:38giving him a hard time. So on that
- 26:40Wednesday, August 8th, the first full
- 26:43day the Watts family was home,
- 26:46he stays there until 6:00 p.m., which
- 26:49just gives him enough time to leave her
- 26:52apartment, go pick up Shannan, and
- 26:55arrive at the ultrasound appointment to
- 26:59find out the gender of the baby that was
- 27:00scheduled for 7:30 p.m. that evening.
- 27:03Now, Shannan Watts was over the moon
- 27:05because Chris agreed to attend that
- 27:09ultrasound appointment with her. We know
- 27:11that August 8th was a big day for
- 27:14Shannan Watts. It also turned out to be
- 27:17a critical day for the relationship of
- 27:19Nicole Kassinger and Chris Watts. Here's
- 27:23a brief summary of the many important
- 27:26events that happened on that day. I do
- 27:30want to note that I detailed all of the
- 27:32events of this very important day in the
- 27:35history of this tragedy in the original
- 27:38ultimatum video which is linked in the
- 27:40description below. All of Shenan's text
- 27:42messages between herself and her friends
- 27:44during the time when she was concerned
- 27:46about Chris's behavior and their
- 27:47relationship are documented in the
- 27:50investigative discovery. So, if Shannan
- 27:52was suspicious about what he was doing
- 27:54after work that day, she would certainly
- 27:57have discussed it with one of her
- 27:58friends, and it wouldn't have appeared
- 28:00in the discovery.
- 28:02Listen to her best friend, Christina
- 28:04Meechum, talking about the routine
- 28:06nature of Shannan Watt's personality and
- 28:09the Watts family's life. I mean, like
- 28:12when Nikki went by the house, things
- 28:15didn't make sense to me at all because
- 28:18it just he she she said routine. She
- 28:22said routine like she's OCD. She has
- 28:26everything in order. She um she
- 28:29literally has a plan for everything. Um
- 28:33she's not a person to derive from those
- 28:36plans, right? This is what she's going
- 28:38to do. This is what's going to happen.
- 28:39The kids have times they go to take
- 28:41naps. They, you know, things go a
- 28:43certain way. You know, she she has a
- 28:46routine. Even what she wears, even the
- 28:49flipflops that she wears um is a routine
- 28:52for her.
- 28:53>> I wonder what Chris told Shannan about
- 28:55what he was doing after work on that
- 28:57day. We know from the investigative
- 28:59discovery that just 2 minutes after
- 29:03arriving at Nicole Kessinger's
- 29:05apartment, he modified Shannan Watt's
- 29:08contact information in his phone. I have
- 29:10to surmise that he was changing the
- 29:13contact name so it didn't say Shannan
- 29:16Watts or whatever he called her in his
- 29:18contact list, but rather something else.
- 29:21Although we know that Nicole Kessinger
- 29:23knew that Shannan Watts was pregnant
- 29:25with Chris's child, I doubt that he
- 29:28wanted to tell his mistress that he had
- 29:31to leave at a certain time because he
- 29:33had to go check out to attend an
- 29:35ultrasound appointment with his wife to
- 29:39find out the sex of their baby to be.
- 29:42Uh, yeah, I don't think so. I'm pretty
- 29:45sure that's what he did. We know that he
- 29:47stays there for several hours at Nicole
- 29:50Kessinger's apartment and leaves right
- 29:53around 6:00. He stays just up until the
- 29:56time when he would need to leave to be
- 29:59able to go get Shenan and make it to the
- 30:01ultrasound appointment at 7:30 p.m. on
- 30:04time. So, he's there for about 3 hours.
- 30:08Also on that day, while Chris is at
- 30:12Nicole Kessinger's apartment, Nicole
- 30:14Kessinger gives Chris Watts a key to her
- 30:18apartment. One of the confessions that
- 30:20Chris Watts makes in his letters from
- 30:23Christopher, the compilation book by
- 30:26Charlene Kadel, is that when Nicole
- 30:28Kassinger gave him a key to her
- 30:30apartment, he felt like it made the
- 30:33relationship official, that she was very
- 30:36serious about him and their future
- 30:38together.
- 30:40Shortly after Chris Watts leaves Miss
- 30:42Kessinger's apartment that evening, Miss
- 30:45Kessinger googles for the first time
- 30:48something as explicit as this. This
- 30:51statement literally verbatim quote
- 30:54marrying your mistress. We certainly
- 30:58know what's on Nicole Kessinger's mind
- 31:01when Chris Watts leaves her apartment on
- 31:03that day.
- 31:04>> We also know on that day that Chris
- 31:07Watts deletes his Facebook account. We
- 31:09know this because Dave Bombhover asked
- 31:11him about this in the jailhouse
- 31:12interview. And also Shannan asked Chris
- 31:16about this through text and he and his
- 31:18father Ronnie also discuss the deletion
- 31:21of his Facebook account through text
- 31:23messages.
- 31:24He tells Dave Bombhover that the reason
- 31:26he deleted his Facebook account is
- 31:28because he just learned that Nikki told
- 31:32her friends about him and he didn't want
- 31:35them to look him up and see that his
- 31:39wife was pregnant. Everything was moving
- 31:42very quickly for Chris and Nikki after
- 31:44the family returned back to Colorado
- 31:46from North Carolina. She gives him a key
- 31:48to her apartment. And it makes sense to
- 31:50me that it was during that time while
- 31:52Chris and Nikki were at her apartment
- 31:54after work that day that they discussed
- 31:57that Nicole had told her friends about
- 32:00Chris. And we do know that there is some
- 32:02truth to that, that Nicole Kessinger was
- 32:05telling her friends about Chris Watts.
- 32:08We know from the discovery and from
- 32:10Nicole Kessinger's interviews that she
- 32:12had a conversation, a text conversation
- 32:14with her very best friend, Charlotte
- 32:16Nelson, telling him all about this man
- 32:19that she just met, how wonderful he was,
- 32:22and a number of details and explicit
- 32:25facts regarding their physical and
- 32:27intimate relationship.
- 32:29And do you know what day she for the
- 32:32first time told her best friend
- 32:34Charlotte Nelson about her new bow, her
- 32:37new love interest, the person for whom
- 32:41she's googling marrying your mistress
- 32:43and looking for wedding dresses online
- 32:45for hours and hours.
- 32:48That day, the first time she told her
- 32:50best friend Charlotte Nelson about Chris
- 32:53Watts was Sunday, August 12th. That's
- 32:57right. The day before, just hours before
- 33:02Chris Watt's family was murdered. Is
- 33:05that coincidental timing or what? Or did
- 33:09Nicole Kessinger know that she should
- 33:11start telling her friends to tell her
- 33:13best friend for the first time about her
- 33:16new bow? because she knew that in a very
- 33:19short time from then he was going to be
- 33:22free and clear to be with her and only
- 33:24her. Free of his family, of his pregnant
- 33:27wife, and of his two children, ready to
- 33:29start a fresh new life with Nicole
- 33:32Kessinger, putting her in the seat of
- 33:35first fiddle. So, let's shift back to
- 33:38Nicole Kessinger's recollection of the
- 33:42days before the murders, the weeks
- 33:43before the murders, the time before the
- 33:45murders since the Watts family returned
- 33:47home from North Carolina to Frederick,
- 33:49Colorado,
- 33:51and when Chris Watts in her mind was
- 33:53moving closer to holding those keys to
- 33:57her apartment permanently in his back
- 33:59pocket or the console of his truck or
- 34:01wherever he puts his keys. and also her
- 34:04very selective memory and her emphasis
- 34:10on the Watts family selling that house
- 34:1328 25 Saratoga Trail and then it was
- 34:17like we're filing for divorce we're
- 34:19selling the house and this was like all
- 34:22as soon as they were come back from
- 34:23North Carolina like boom boom boom boom
- 34:24boom
- 34:24>> will you recall when he gets back from
- 34:26North Carolina?
- 34:27>> No, I don't even know how long he was
- 34:28out there. I know it was like less than
- 34:29two weeks and more than one.
- 34:31>> Okay.
- 34:31>> I don't remember.
- 34:33I just I really wanted them to fix it. I
- 34:36would have just like left the situation.
- 34:38I you know he told me like we were going
- 34:40to put the house up, but they said he
- 34:41was like we didn't know how much to
- 34:43offer for it and we were kind of trying
- 34:44to find somebody and it like so for the
- 34:47first few weeks that I hung out with
- 34:48him, he kind of like dragged his feet
- 34:50on, hey, this is happening. And then
- 34:52after North Carolina, he's like, yeah,
- 34:53she wants to put the house up. She's
- 34:55going to call the realtor. And I was
- 34:56like kind of kicking back, not
- 34:57necessarily at the speed of it given how
- 35:00long he said that they'd been
- 35:01separating, but the fact that she did it
- 35:03like the day after he supposedly sat
- 35:06down and had a conversation with her
- 35:07about, hey, do we fix this or do we not
- 35:09fix this relationship?
- 35:11>> So, do you remember how many days she
- 35:13was back in Colorado before leaving?
- 35:16>> Do you know that?
- 35:17>> Because I don't remember when they got
- 35:18home.
- 35:18>> Right.
- 35:20>> Can't remember. But it's okay, Miss
- 35:21Kessinger, because we here at Wattsy
- 35:23Obsession have done the math for you.
- 35:26After the Watts family got home from
- 35:28North Carolina, Shannan Watts was home a
- 35:32total of 2 days before she was murdered.
- 35:36>> They get home. He had told you in North
- 35:38Carolina that they agreed to
- 35:40>> end their finalized their relationship.
- 35:42>> Yeah.
- 35:43>> They get home and she immediately wants
- 35:45to sell the house.
- 35:46>> Yes. And then um so I mean I started
- 35:50thinking, okay, well I know in Colorado
- 35:52houses sell very fast here. So I was
- 35:54like, what's your plan, you know? And I
- 35:57was like, cuz you might want to be
- 35:58prepared. And I remember that's when the
- 36:01whole concept came up of you probably
- 36:04need to start looking for a new place
- 36:06pretty quick. And that was when he was
- 36:09kind of overwhelmed with it. And I told
- 36:10him, I was like, look, like I just moved
- 36:12a few months ago. Um and uh I was like
- 36:15to find a place that was comfortable for
- 36:17me was like it took
- 36:20like a lot of research and I that's when
- 36:23I offered to help. I was like I'll help
- 36:25you and he seemed pretty gung-ho about
- 36:28it for like the first week and he seemed
- 36:31very grateful and I was putting in work
- 36:33on it and I was like calling him and
- 36:35kind of letting him know about places
- 36:37and there really wasn't that many
- 36:38options in Brighton. Um, I found one. I
- 36:41actually texted it to myself before I
- 36:42texted it to him because I was going, I
- 36:44still have that in my phone, too. Um,
- 36:48because I found it and it was great, but
- 36:49it was like right at the beginning of my
- 36:51search and I was like, I don't want to
- 36:53inundate.
- 36:53>> So, you said a week. Do you think you
- 36:55worked on that for a week?
- 36:56>> No, I honestly only probably spent like
- 36:58a few hours over a few days and just
- 37:01trying to like line it up.
- 37:02>> Just trying to think about how many days
- 37:04she had been back while you were working
- 37:06on that. Do you know what I'm saying?
- 37:07Oh,
- 37:08>> so you said did you actually work on it
- 37:10for a week straight?
- 37:11>> No, no, no. It was just like a couple
- 37:12days after work I would just like spend
- 37:14a couple hours if I had time like at the
- 37:17end of my day or if I didn't go to the
- 37:18gym and just sit down and I mean I can
- 37:21give you a date on one that I worked on
- 37:22because I texted that one to myself.
- 37:24>> Okay. Now, pay very careful attention to
- 37:28the next thing that she is about to say
- 37:30here.
- 37:31>> I mean, I can give you a date on one
- 37:32that I worked on because I texted that
- 37:34one myself. This one, I loved this one.
- 37:36Um, when is this? Saturday, August 11th.
- 37:40>> That's the night you guys went out.
- 37:42>> Uh, yeah.
- 37:46>> To uh a lazy dog.
- 37:47>> Yes.
- 37:48>> Or the two the two lazy dogs.
- 37:50>> Yeah.
- 37:51>> Did you catch that? Oh. Oh, I can give
- 37:53you a date here. I text the listening to
- 37:55myself and it's the date is August 11th.
- 38:00The silence is deafening. silence like
- 38:03we have not yet heard from Chris Watt's
- 38:06mistress before after she says, "Oh, it
- 38:09was August 11th." All of a sudden, she's
- 38:12speechless because law enforcement is
- 38:15not supposed to know what was really
- 38:17being discussed at dinner that evening.
- 38:19They're just supposed to believe that
- 38:21the entire time Kessinger and Watts were
- 38:23talking about Chris Watts diet and
- 38:26macros.
- 38:27>> I can give you a date on one that I
- 38:29worked on because I texted that one to
- 38:30myself. This one. I love this one. Um,
- 38:34when is this? Saturday, August 11th.
- 38:37>> That's the night you guys went out.
- 38:39>> Uh, yeah.
- 38:43>> To uh the lazy dog.
- 38:45>> Yes.
- 38:45>> Or the two the two lazy dogs.
- 38:48>> Yeah.
- 38:49>> Okay. So, this little sound excerpt that
- 38:52I'm playing here is 35 minutes into the
- 38:552hour and 20 minute final interview
- 38:58between Nicole Kessinger and Kevin
- 39:00Kobach. Now, up until this point, all
- 39:04that she has told Kevin Kobach about
- 39:06what they had discussed at the Lazy Dog
- 39:09that Saturday night, just about a day
- 39:11and a half before the murders, was Chris
- 39:14Watt's diet, his macros, dialing them in
- 39:19when she is asked about their date at
- 39:22the Lazy Dog restaurant on Saturday,
- 39:24August 11th.
- 39:27Saturday
- 39:29during your dinner. Um, what what kind
- 39:32of conversation did you guys have?
- 39:36>> I I don't
- 39:38>> The question is, Saturday during your
- 39:40dinner, what kind of conversation did
- 39:41you have? And let's just look at her
- 39:43response, her reaction. Again, again, we
- 39:46have a moment of silence. Very rare for
- 39:48this mistress.
- 39:50>> During your dinner, um, what what kind
- 39:53of conversation would you guys have?
- 39:57I I don't even Oh,
- 40:02I don't even Oh, she clearly does not
- 40:06want to answer that question. She's not.
- 40:08>> Do you guys catch that? Let me just go
- 40:10back again because she just like I think
- 40:12it's so so clear how badly she does not
- 40:16want to answer this question.
- 40:20>> Um, what what kind of conversation did
- 40:22you guys have?
- 40:25I I don't
- 40:27>> The question is, Saturday during your
- 40:29dinner, what kind of conversation did
- 40:30you have? And let's just look at her
- 40:33response, her reaction again. Again, we
- 40:35have a moment of silence. Very rare for
- 40:38this mistress.
- 40:40>> During your dinner, um what kind of
- 40:43conversation did you guys have?
- 40:46I I don't Oh,
- 40:51I I don't Oh, she clearly does not want
- 40:56to answer that question. She's not
- 40:57willing to answer the question. What was
- 40:58the conversation when you guys were out
- 41:00of the lazy dog restaurant? She has
- 41:03selective memory about so many things
- 41:06throughout the hours upon hours of all
- 41:08of her five interviews.
- 41:11You know, right here we're talking about
- 41:12not knowing when the family got home
- 41:14from North Carolina back to Colorado,
- 41:17even though it was just a week before
- 41:19this interview, right? And then to say
- 41:22that she doesn't know what they're they
- 41:25talked about at the Lazy Dog restaurant
- 41:26or act like she doesn't remember. It was
- 41:294 days 4 days before this interview. Of
- 41:32course, she remembers. Of course, she
- 41:35remembers these things cuz she remembers
- 41:36the details about so many insignificant
- 41:39things. So, we have to ask the question,
- 41:42why is Nicole Kessinger Chris Watt's
- 41:45mistress lying to law enforcement? Now,
- 41:49it's one thing to have selective memory
- 41:53about just random things, but here she's
- 41:55being directly questioned about recent
- 41:58events pertaining to the murders of a
- 42:0215week old pregnant woman and her two
- 42:04baby girls. Oh, by the way, the person
- 42:06who killed them, perhaps with the help
- 42:08of another, is her boyfriend. And this
- 42:10woman gets off without any hard
- 42:12questions with no charges. Although from
- 42:15what we already know about what she did,
- 42:17she should have been charged. She has no
- 42:20penalties, no consequences or
- 42:22repercussions. Law enforcement
- 42:24completely let her off the hook. And we
- 42:26have to ask
- 42:27>> Saturday
- 42:29>> during your dinner. Um what what kind of
- 42:32conversation did you guys have?
- 42:36>> I I don't remember. Oh, I uh so he's
- 42:41been trying to like eat a little
- 42:42healthier than he normally does and he's
- 42:44always like been in the working out
- 42:45since I knew him and he like tries to
- 42:47eat clean, but he was trying to like
- 42:50step it up a little bit and nothing like
- 42:52the people who do like the competitions
- 42:53and the shows that are all super
- 42:54restrictive and it's nothing like that.
- 42:56It's just like day-to-day general
- 42:57maintenance.
- 42:57>> Wait, wait, wait. What? What did she
- 42:59just say?
- 43:01>> The people who do like the competitions
- 43:02and the shows that are all super
- 43:04restrictive. Yeah, the people that do
- 43:05the competitions and the shows that are
- 43:06all super restrictive and stuff, you
- 43:08know, like the professional
- 43:10bodybuilders, like what is she talking
- 43:12about? It's crap like this, ramblings
- 43:15like this, complete nonsensical,
- 43:18irrelevant. What the hell are you
- 43:19talking about, girl? stuff like this
- 43:22that she spews for the whole nine hours
- 43:25of interviews that she does over those
- 43:26five interviews that lets us know she
- 43:29has no interest in helping this
- 43:31investigation and no interest in telling
- 43:34the truth. Why is that?
- 43:38There's nothing like that. It's just
- 43:39like day-to-day general maintenance, but
- 43:41it's how I eat and it's pretty healthy.
- 43:42And um he's been losing a lot of weight.
- 43:45He lost,
- 43:47I want to say, like 13 pounds in the
- 43:49time that we were hanging out. And
- 43:50honestly, when you start eating a little
- 43:52bit cleaner and you start working out a
- 43:53little bit harder the first couple
- 43:55months, especially for a man, cuz they
- 43:56lose weight faster, it's not something
- 43:59that's like that drastic to me, but it
- 44:01did stand out that it was like a little
- 44:02much. And so, I was like, whoa. Like,
- 44:04maybe.
- 44:04>> Seriously, guys, I am sorry that you are
- 44:07listening to this in my video right now,
- 44:08but I'm going to speed it up here. We're
- 44:10going to listen to it on so she could be
- 44:12talking really fast. But I think it's
- 44:14important to understand how long she was
- 44:16talking about absolutely nothing. Not
- 44:18answering the question that was asked
- 44:20well because she's lying. And I mean,
- 44:22who would really think that this answer
- 44:24is genuine and how Kevin Kobach just
- 44:28patiently waits for her to finish with
- 44:30her diet tribe and then says, "Okay, so
- 44:33that was, you know, the bulk of your
- 44:35conversation. All this [ __ ] that you're
- 44:36telling me now, the macronutrients." and
- 44:38she's like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah." Um, it's
- 44:43important. What does she not want to
- 44:45talk about that was discussed at dinner
- 44:47when they were at the lazy dog or what
- 44:49happened that evening that she doesn't
- 44:51want law enforcement to know about?
- 44:54So, let me look at them. So, he had been
- 44:56working on his My Fitness Pal app and
- 44:57like programming like all stuff he
- 44:58needs. And I just started going through
- 45:00them and I was like trying to figure out
- 45:01like where his ratios were. We actually
- 45:03spent a lot of time doing that because
- 45:04he had asked me to do it for him. Um
- 45:05because I just was at the point where I
- 45:06was like if his weight loss slows down
- 45:08in a few weeks he'll be fine and if it
- 45:10doesn't then his macros are a little
- 45:12off. It's not like that big of a deal
- 45:13like in the workout community. This is
- 45:14like a very normal thing. But
- 45:15>> there any other outside concerns like
- 45:16potential drug use, alcohol use, any of
- 45:18that stuff that that led you to go he's
- 45:20lost extreme amount of weight in such a
- 45:21short period of time.
- 45:22>> No. And I wouldn't call it extreme. It
- 45:23was just like it it was it was a lot.
- 45:25But I mean when I first started working
- 45:27out I dropped like 12 pounds in two
- 45:28weeks when I first first started like
- 45:29hitting it hard with the diet. So, the
- 45:31fact that he lost like that much weight,
- 45:33it wasn't, like I said, it was it was
- 45:35not a surprising amount. I just didn't
- 45:36want it to be like a sustained amount.
- 45:37But, no, I didn't think anything weird
- 45:38of it just because of like how inner
- 45:40knitted I am with the like workout
- 45:42community and I know like this is
- 45:43possible. But it just he the thing that
- 45:45concerned me about it, I guess it wasn't
- 45:46even concerned, but the thing that like
- 45:47kind of red lighted me like, hey, this
- 45:49might be carrying on is the fact that
- 45:50his macros were like pretty dialed in.
- 45:53Like, I had wrote them and he like
- 45:54didn't stay exactly on them, but his
- 45:56calorie intake was about where it needed
- 45:57to be. my experience anyways for like
- 46:00what he was trying to achieve. And so I
- 46:02don't know, he didn't seem to have a
- 46:03problem with it. He liked where he was
- 46:05at with all of that.
- 46:06>> So that was your main conversation
- 46:07Saturday.
- 46:08>> That was like a big chunk while we were
- 46:10there is like us actually going through
- 46:11because I was like going through each
- 46:12item like why do you have why are your
- 46:15ratios off?
- 46:16>> Do you know where his kids or wife were
- 46:18that night? Good old Kessenger using a
- 46:21technique she is comfortable with when
- 46:22she does not want to answer a question,
- 46:24when she wants to obuscate, confuse, and
- 46:27redirect whoever she's speaking with,
- 46:30and that is to just ramble on about
- 46:31[ __ ] that has no consequence or
- 46:34meaning for anything that they should be
- 46:37talking about right now.
- 46:39One of the primary signs that somebody
- 46:41is telling a lie in their narrative
- 46:44story or if you're they're being asked
- 46:46questions is that what they say does not
- 46:51match the question asked. And this
- 46:54happens through all of the five
- 46:57interviews, almost nine hours of
- 46:59interviews with Nicole Kessinger as it
- 47:02relates to this tragedy.
- 47:05So, the comfortable conversation that
- 47:08Nicole Kousinger just defaulted to when
- 47:10Kevin Kobach asked her about, "Hey, what
- 47:13did you guys talk about at the Lazy Dog
- 47:15is, you know, the fitness app and the
- 47:18workouts and the dialing it in and the
- 47:20macros and the diet and how she helped
- 47:24Chris Watts." And if that sounds a
- 47:27little familiar to you and you hadn't
- 47:29heard the those words verbatim before,
- 47:31it might be because another time when
- 47:33Nicole Kassinger does not want to tell
- 47:35law enforcement what she was up to or
- 47:38what was said, she defaulted to talking
- 47:43about helping Chris Watts out with his
- 47:45fitness app. She's
- 47:47>> I think this is a really interesting
- 47:48point that she goes to these like same
- 47:50similar topics when she wants to avoid
- 47:53you know answering a certain question. I
- 47:55I think this is super interesting and
- 47:57this is a technique that compulsive
- 47:59liars certainly do use good with working
- 48:01out but you know he needs to dial it in
- 48:04with the macros and the diet. And that
- 48:06was when she ended up at his house on
- 48:10the morning of the 4th of July after he
- 48:13left her apartment because Shenan was
- 48:14freaking out because she couldn't get a
- 48:16hold of him and she was pissed. She just
- 48:19shows up on his doorstep. This is just a
- 48:21few days after they started dating.
- 48:25I just sat on the floor and it was on
- 48:26the 4th of July. It was the morning of
- 48:28the fourth and I was helping him
- 48:31uh to set up my fitness pal app and like
- 48:35track his food, his calories and stuff
- 48:37cuz he does pretty good with the working
- 48:38out and stuff and he asked me he's like
- 48:40can you help me just like get this
- 48:41dialed in? It's like yeah I can do that.
- 48:43So that he invited me up to the house
- 48:45and I was already kind of hesitant to do
- 48:46it cuz I was like there are other people
- 48:48that live here and I just felt like it
- 48:50was an amazing space. It takes one
- 48:52special kind of personality to talk
- 48:55about such meaningless self-involved
- 48:58crap and show no concern for the victims
- 49:03under these circumstances and all the
- 49:05while lying her way through this nearly
- 49:084hour interview. Lies, lies, lies.
- 49:15Now, although Nicole Kessinger had
- 49:17certainly mentioned Chris Watts getting
- 49:20an apartment, moving out of the house,
- 49:21and getting an apartment of his own, and
- 49:23her helping him with those efforts
- 49:25before this, what I consider to be a
- 49:27slip when she says, "Oh, well, the day I
- 49:29texted to myself, it was August 11th.
- 49:32Crickets crickets like we've never heard
- 49:34from her before." Cuz I don't think he
- 49:36was supposed to know. I don't think that
- 49:38law enforcement was supposed to know
- 49:40about the heat that Nicole Kessinger was
- 49:42putting on Chris in that week and those
- 49:45days and those hours leading up to the
- 49:47family annihilation.
- 49:49The high pressure that she was applying
- 49:51for him to make a move and make it now.
- 49:54And most of all, the ultimatum that she
- 49:57laid down before him. Just days and
- 50:01hours before Shannan, 15 weeks pregnant,
- 50:04Bella and Celeste were murdered.
- 50:07Now, this is just one piece of the
- 50:09puzzle that lets us know that there was
- 50:12in fact an ultimatum delivered from
- 50:14Nicole Kessinger to Chris Watts, but I
- 50:16want you to just take note here and put
- 50:18a bookmark in it that this is in fact a
- 50:21piece of that puzzle we're going to
- 50:23refer back to. All right, go get
- 50:25yourself a glass of water, a glass of
- 50:27wine, or a cup of coffee, but get ready
- 50:28to pay attention. The following excerpts
- 50:31are going to cover a pivotal, compelling
- 50:3520inut span of Nicole Kessinger's
- 50:38interview from August 16th, 2018. The
- 50:41one where her dad was present. Again,
- 50:43it's just going to be excerpts, but I
- 50:45need you to listen carefully.
- 50:48And we're going to start out when Nicole
- 50:50Kessinger is talking all about those
- 50:52macros when she is asked about their
- 50:56date at the Lazy Dog restaurant on
- 50:58Saturday, August 11th.
- 51:01>> Saturday
- 51:03during your dinner, um, what kind of
- 51:06conversation did you guys have?
- 51:10So, just like Nicole Kessinger did not
- 51:11want to tell law enforcement that she
- 51:13had a tantrum on the 4th of July and
- 51:15showed up at Chris Watt's house and all
- 51:17of the rest, she didn't want to tell law
- 51:19enforcement what she and Chris talked
- 51:21about at the Lazy Dog because it had
- 51:24very much to do with Chris Watt's
- 51:27relationship with his wife again, just
- 51:29like it did on the morning of the 4th of
- 51:31July when Jana wanted Chris to answer
- 51:34the phone immediately and was
- 51:35questioning him because he wasn't. and
- 51:38he responded to that and that upset his
- 51:42mistress.
- 51:44Something was going on with Shannan and
- 51:46Chris that weekend of the Lazy Dog date.
- 51:51And on August 11th, just before the
- 51:55murders,
- 51:57they had Nicole feeling very
- 51:58uncomfortable about Chris and Shan's
- 52:00relationship. She was freaking out,
- 52:04throwing a tantrum, needed things to be
- 52:06her way, making demands, telling Chris
- 52:09how it was going to be, pushing him
- 52:11around, berating and belittling Shenan,
- 52:14and caring about no one other than
- 52:16herself.
- 52:18>> Do you know where his kids or wife were
- 52:20that night
- 52:21>> on Saturday?
- 52:22>> Yeah, his kid Well, you know, his kids
- 52:24are with the babysitter. Do you know
- 52:25where his wife is?
- 52:26>> She's in Arizona.
- 52:27>> Okay. How do you know that?
- 52:28>> Cuz you told me.
- 52:29>> Okay. Do you know what she's doing
- 52:31there?
- 52:31>> I think she's on a business trip. He
- 52:34didn't even tell me right away. He
- 52:35actually told me I think like on
- 52:37Saturday or something. It might have
- 52:39been like Friday or something. I don't I
- 52:41honestly don't remember. I just remember
- 52:43I was like really surprised where he's
- 52:44like, "Hey, like I'm going to try to get
- 52:47a babysitter if you want to hang out or
- 52:49something like that." And I was like,
- 52:50"Why do you need a babysitter? Like your
- 52:52wife's home." He's like, "No, she's out
- 52:53of town." I was like, "Oh,
- 52:55>> okay. Is there much conversation
- 52:57regarding
- 52:59>> and check out the body language from
- 53:02Miss Kassinger?
- 53:03>> I just asked him what time she was
- 53:05coming home on Sunday and he just said
- 53:06really late.
- 53:08>> Okay.
- 53:08>> And that was it. I mean there's nothing
- 53:10really to talk about with that.
- 53:12>> And she ends by saying when he asked if
- 53:16they talked about Shannan. Yeah. Well,
- 53:18there no there there's nothing really to
- 53:20talk about with that.
- 53:22Wow. Remember again, Shenhan pot's
- 53:26remains were just recovered hours before
- 53:29this interview. And for people who
- 53:31wonder why the world can't stand Nicole
- 53:34Kessinger, here is a shining well really
- 53:38a dimming example.
- 53:41>> Not really. I just asked him what time
- 53:42she was coming home on Sunday and he
- 53:44just said really late.
- 53:45>> Okay.
- 53:46>> And that was it. I mean, there's nothing
- 53:48really to talk about with that.
- 53:49>> Okay. So, your conversation's mainly
- 53:52health related.
- 53:54>> Um, you guys return to your house and
- 53:56then he goes home and then you talk to
- 53:59him for um a few hours on Sunday.
- 54:03>> All right. This is Kevin Kobach's first
- 54:06attempt at taking a crack at trying to
- 54:09discover what that 111 minute phone
- 54:12conversation was about that happened
- 54:14literally just
- 54:17a few near hours
- 54:202 3 4 5 hours before Chris Watt's family
- 54:26was murdered. Now something you might
- 54:28find interesting. How many times did
- 54:30Kevin Kobach ask her about what was
- 54:33discussed during that 111 minute phone
- 54:35conversation on Sunday just hours before
- 54:37the murders? You know how many times he
- 54:40asked her about that phone call? I can
- 54:42tell you it was at least eight times. I
- 54:44counted eight times. Eight significant
- 54:46times where he asked her directly or
- 54:49tried to follow up and really try to get
- 54:51an answer from her. And did she give him
- 54:53any meaningful information or truth
- 54:56about the 111 minute phone call? any of
- 54:58those eight at least times. He asked her
- 55:01directly about what was up that phone
- 55:03call. Like it was long, weird timing. It
- 55:06was the longest phone call in her 3
- 55:08months of phone records that they
- 55:11obtained per the discovery by far. The
- 55:15second longest phone call on her phone
- 55:18records was only 52 minutes. At 111
- 55:21minutes, it was significantly longer,
- 55:24significantly
- 55:25closer to the time of the murders of
- 55:28Shenan, Bella, and Celeste than any
- 55:31other phone call. And you know what
- 55:32else? You may have heard me talk about
- 55:34this before in one of my phone data
- 55:37videos.
- 55:39on her phone bill. The 111 minute phone
- 55:42conversation
- 55:44is right next to the 6:16 a.m. phone
- 55:49ping that happened right outside the
- 55:51Watt's house. That's right. No other
- 55:54activity happened on Nicole Kessinger's
- 55:56phone between that 111 minute phone
- 55:58conversation just hours before the
- 56:00murders and her 6:16 a.m. ping right in
- 56:03front of the Watts house. that would
- 56:05have happened just hours, minutes,
- 56:08moments after the murders.
- 56:12>> So, I that's another important point I
- 56:13just want to highlight on her. As far as
- 56:15her phone activity goes, these two
- 56:17events are next to one another
- 56:19chronologically. Nothing happened
- 56:20between them. As far as her phone
- 56:21activity, the end of the 111 minute
- 56:24phone conversation, and there's a whole
- 56:26lot around that that's interesting. We
- 56:29talked about that during the last live
- 56:30stream. Talk about it again and again
- 56:32and again. It's all really important
- 56:33stuff. And then the 6:16 a.m. phone
- 56:36ping. From the end of the 111 minute
- 56:38phone conversation to when her phone
- 56:40pinged in Frederick, Colorado at 6:16
- 56:42a.m., there was no other activity on her
- 56:45phone. That's important, man. Like, how
- 56:51how
- 56:52was she not interrogated and
- 56:54investigated heavily?
- 56:58And then you talked to him for um a few
- 57:02hours on Sunday.
- 57:04>> Did I? Are you asking me? Are you
- 57:06talking
- 57:06>> asking you?
- 57:07>> Oh, I was like I don't even know.
- 57:10Sunday, honestly. Oh, on So, wait a
- 57:13minute. That was Saturday. This is We're
- 57:15talking about Saturday. We're not
- 57:16talking about Sunday, right?
- 57:17>> This is a dimming example of one of the
- 57:19travesties of the dynamic of this
- 57:21interview that Nicole Kessinger is
- 57:23allowed to just lead him all over the
- 57:25place in whichever direction she wants
- 57:26to go. He asked about the 111minute
- 57:28phone conversation on Sunday. She's just
- 57:30like, "Wait a minute. Wait a minute.
- 57:31We're on Saturday." Well, there's
- 57:33nothing more to talk about on Saturday.
- 57:36Nothing else happened unless she wants
- 57:38to mention her Google search for Shannan
- 57:42Watts, Chris Watts, Ronnie Watts, and
- 57:452825 Saratoga Trail. That happened 2
- 57:49minutes after Chris Watts left her
- 57:51apartment at 10:02 p.m. after their
- 57:56dinner at the Lazy Dog that Saturday
- 57:58evening. Aside from that, nothing else
- 58:01happened apparently. Since most of you
- 58:03have already listened to many of the
- 58:05Nicole Kessinger interviews and
- 58:08specifically the one from August 16th,
- 58:10one where her dad is present, I'm just
- 58:12going to tell you that as he asks her,
- 58:14as Kevin Kobach asks Nicole Kessinger
- 58:16about the 111 minute phone conversation,
- 58:20she successfully detours him for about
- 58:2310 minutes going off about Nutgate
- 58:27talking about CC Watt's apparent tree
- 58:30nut allergy and the fight Shannan and
- 58:32Cindy Watts got into as a result while
- 58:35they were in North Carolina on July 9th.
- 58:38You guys probably know a whole lot about
- 58:40that whole situation. And if you don't,
- 58:42I have plenty videos created about
- 58:44Nuckate on my channel.
- 58:47She just talks and talks and talks and
- 58:49talks and talks and talks and talks in
- 58:51circles and really doesn't get anywhere.
- 58:52So, finally Kevin Colbeach cuts her off
- 58:56about that and tries again to redirect
- 58:58her.
- 59:01So, after successfully ending the
- 59:04tangent Nicole Kessinger was taking him
- 59:06on about the tree nut allergies and the
- 59:08nutgate argument between Shazan and
- 59:10Cindy Watts,
- 59:12he's going to go back to trying to
- 59:14question her about the 111 minute phone
- 59:16conversation. What I'm thinking is he's
- 59:18realizing that's probably not a good
- 59:20idea to try to launch right back into
- 59:22because she's already on alert that he's
- 59:24trying to probe around about it and she
- 59:26is being defensive and evasive. So he
- 59:30just asks her about the nature of their
- 59:33relationship of her relationship with
- 59:35Chris Watts while they were dating for
- 59:37the apparent 6 weeks that they were
- 59:39together. Nicole Kessinger talks about
- 59:42their affection for one another and
- 59:44saying I love you and there's that weird
- 59:46story about how he said I love you to
- 59:48her while he was in North Carolina and
- 59:51she said well hear it from her yourself.
- 59:54I was like, "Don't say that to me. Like,
- 59:57please go try to fit." And I mean, and
- 59:59that might even mean the text, too.
- 1:00:00Like, don't don't like don't say those
- 1:00:03words to me and then go wife and lay in
- 1:00:06bed with another woman. Like, just don't
- 1:00:08do that.
- 1:00:08>> Wow. As a side note, I wonder if her dad
- 1:00:12is
- 1:00:14impressed at all at what comes out of
- 1:00:16Nicole Kassinger's mouth.
- 1:00:18>> I mean, the nerve for her to say that.
- 1:00:21Don't say you love me and then go lay in
- 1:00:23bed with another woman. Dude, that woman
- 1:00:25is his wife, [ __ ] Get out the way,
- 1:00:28[ __ ] It's his wife. I just can't even
- 1:00:30believe those words came out of her
- 1:00:32mouth
- 1:00:33during this interview. He just sits
- 1:00:35there. What is going through his head?
- 1:00:37Or is he just used to this crap? Okay,
- 1:00:40as we start to move towards talking
- 1:00:42about the the moment, the event, the
- 1:00:45thing that made Nicole Kessinger snap
- 1:00:47that pushed her over the edge and caused
- 1:00:49her to deliver the ultimatum to Chris
- 1:00:52Watts. It's me or your family. I just
- 1:00:55want to point out a couple things about
- 1:00:57that little excerpt that we just heard
- 1:00:59about Nicole Kessinger saying, "Oh, you
- 1:01:01know, don't say I love you and don't go
- 1:01:03lay in bed with another woman." So
- 1:01:06gross, right?
- 1:01:08First of all, I think we see time and
- 1:01:10time again the complete lack of
- 1:01:12compassion that Kessinger has for
- 1:01:14Shannan Watts. I mean, for God's sake,
- 1:01:16she doesn't even care that the woman was
- 1:01:17just murdered. She certainly doesn't
- 1:01:20care about the relationship dynamics
- 1:01:22that were going on between Chris and
- 1:01:24Shenan, who had been together for years
- 1:01:26and years and years and years while they
- 1:01:28were in North Carolina. You know, all
- 1:01:31she really wants is to be with Chris
- 1:01:33Watts obsessively. And God knows why,
- 1:01:36but I mean that's where this woman is
- 1:01:38at. Also, this is just one example of
- 1:01:42the many examples where you see a clear
- 1:01:46display of contempt and disgust for
- 1:01:51Shannan Watts. And these are the ugliest
- 1:01:54human emotions that we feel towards
- 1:01:57another person. And when people are
- 1:01:59feeling contempt, disdain or disgust for
- 1:02:03someone, there is really almost a
- 1:02:07necessary hatred for that person. And
- 1:02:10also those feelings in and of themselves
- 1:02:12are so uncomfortable because they are so
- 1:02:15ugly and intense to hold inside that
- 1:02:19people will usually do just about
- 1:02:20anything to eventually escape that
- 1:02:22feeling, including irrational things. So
- 1:02:25when Chris Watt says, "I love you to
- 1:02:27Kessinger." when he's in North Carolina,
- 1:02:29she tells him what she thinks about
- 1:02:30that. So, listen carefully to this. I
- 1:02:32always notice this and I think that this
- 1:02:35is so important.
- 1:02:36>> Don't say those words to me and then go
- 1:02:38try to make peace with your life.
- 1:02:40>> Did you catch it? She says don't say
- 1:02:42those words to me and go try to make
- 1:02:43peace with your life wife. You know, she
- 1:02:46almost says life, but she then corrects
- 1:02:48herself and says wife. Well, why is this
- 1:02:51significant? Because I think it's not
- 1:02:53just Chris Watt's wife that Nicole
- 1:02:56Kessinger has a problem with and really
- 1:02:58would like out of the picture so she can
- 1:03:00have that hunk of hot loving all to
- 1:03:02herself. I believe she has a problem
- 1:03:05with his entire life that doesn't
- 1:03:09revolve around her. So that would be of
- 1:03:12course his children and Shannan at this
- 1:03:16point. And I'm sure if you know their
- 1:03:18relationship did continue, they are on a
- 1:03:21trajectory for her to have a problem
- 1:03:22with everything in his life other than
- 1:03:25her, but that's a whole different video.
- 1:03:29Nicole Kessinger is not okay with any
- 1:03:31aspect of Chris Watt's life that is not
- 1:03:34Nicole Kessinger.
- 1:03:36I mean, do you guys agree? Leave a
- 1:03:38comment down below. So eventually Kevin
- 1:03:41Kobach tries to again redirect her to
- 1:03:43the topic at hand finding out
- 1:03:45information about the murders of
- 1:03:46Shannan, Bella, and Celeste and says,
- 1:03:49"Well, you know, during the course of
- 1:03:50your relationship,
- 1:03:52you know, the kids and the wife were
- 1:03:54gone most of the time. You got to spend
- 1:03:56a lot of time together." And listen to
- 1:03:58how she answers.
- 1:03:59>> Um, you guys are talking multiple times
- 1:04:02a day at least. You're
- 1:04:05>> you're seeing each other on a regular
- 1:04:06basis.
- 1:04:08Um, so it it's a very u and and his wife
- 1:04:12is not around nor are his children. So
- 1:04:15there's a lot of time for you guys to
- 1:04:16build your relationship in this first
- 1:04:19four four weeks or so. Is that fair?
- 1:04:21>> Yeah. And even when she she was back, I
- 1:04:24mean, it was still like we were still
- 1:04:25spending time together. He was still
- 1:04:27spending time with his children and I
- 1:04:28had my own life.
- 1:04:29>> Uh uh uh. Kassinger, law enforcement may
- 1:04:31not be on to you, but we are over here.
- 1:04:34What's the obsession? While she was
- 1:04:36back, we were still spending time
- 1:04:37together. Remember, we determined that
- 1:04:39during the course of their supposed six
- 1:04:41week relationship, Shannan was only home
- 1:04:44for literally two days of that,
- 1:04:48two days, August 8th and August 9th.
- 1:04:52Although what she is saying right here
- 1:04:54is a complete lie, a nonsensical and
- 1:04:58provable lie, there is the slightest bit
- 1:05:01of truth in what she's saying. Because
- 1:05:02yes, while Shannan was home in Colorado,
- 1:05:06she did spend time with Chris Watts on
- 1:05:08one day, and that was Wednesday,
- 1:05:12August 8th. In Nicole Kessinger's mind,
- 1:05:14and in reality, August 8th was an
- 1:05:16absolutely critical day to the eventual
- 1:05:19outcome of this horrible tragedy. And as
- 1:05:22crazy as it feels, we've got to hand it
- 1:05:24to her. She is right about that. August
- 1:05:268th was clearly a very important day
- 1:05:30related to the outcome of this crime. If
- 1:05:32you saw the ultimate in part one, you
- 1:05:34know that is absolute fact.
- 1:05:37Also important to the ultimate outcome
- 1:05:39of this horrible tragedy are all the
- 1:05:41other days that we have mentioned in
- 1:05:43this video and ultimatum one. And that
- 1:05:46is that Friday, August 10th, when
- 1:05:48Shannan leaves to go to Arizona for the
- 1:05:51weekend and Chris and Nicole Kazinger
- 1:05:53both take off of work and Chris and Troy
- 1:05:56McCoy meet through exchange fire stick.
- 1:05:58Although I think that doesn't have
- 1:05:59anything to do with crime. You're going
- 1:06:01to let me know what you think about
- 1:06:02that.
- 1:06:03Also, a critical day related to the
- 1:06:06outcome of this crime is Saturday,
- 1:06:08August 11th, the day of the lazy dog
- 1:06:11day. And of course, Sunday, August 12th,
- 1:06:13the day of the 111 minute phone
- 1:06:15conversation. And in all of those days
- 1:06:17that I just mentioned, there is so much
- 1:06:19that happened that is critical to this
- 1:06:23tragedy occurring on August 13th, 2018
- 1:06:27that still remains unsaid. What we have
- 1:06:31learned from examining the truth of this
- 1:06:33case over the past several years is that
- 1:06:36critical moments on those last critical
- 1:06:39days often times also remain
- 1:06:42undocumented in the case discovery.
- 1:06:47Tell you one thing, things start to look
- 1:06:48very interesting when you closely
- 1:06:51examine what exists, what has been
- 1:06:54hidden, and what has been altered, what
- 1:06:58has been destroyed, what exists in
- 1:07:00discovery, combined with what we learned
- 1:07:03about Kessinger's actions and behaviors
- 1:07:05in the days following the tragedy, and
- 1:07:08what she was trying to hide while she
- 1:07:10was being interviewed by law
- 1:07:12enforcement. When we compare what is
- 1:07:14known to be true and the stories that
- 1:07:17she clearly made up when she was being
- 1:07:19interviewed shows us that she is likely
- 1:07:23somehow involved in this horrible,
- 1:07:26horrible tragedy. And what does not
- 1:07:30appear in Discovery may indicate her
- 1:07:32guilt even more so than what is in that
- 1:07:36discovery document within the 1,960
- 1:07:41pages. So, here's what's real funny
- 1:07:44about the discovery.
- 1:07:46There are a lot of important events
- 1:07:49missing from the date August 12th, 2018.
- 1:07:54That is a day before Shenan, Bella,
- 1:07:56Celeste, and unborn baby Nico were
- 1:07:58murdered in the wee early morning hours
- 1:08:02of Monday, August 13th. It is a critical
- 1:08:06day and there are so many critical
- 1:08:08details that are missing from Shannan
- 1:08:11Watt's deleted post to Nicole's
- 1:08:14Kessingers's conversations with other
- 1:08:17people besides Chris Watts and the 111
- 1:08:21minute phone conversation between Chris
- 1:08:23Watts and Nicole Kessinger.
- 1:08:26Even though the very first item, the
- 1:08:29very first items in the official
- 1:08:32discovery timeline is about Nicole
- 1:08:34Kessinger. It says on September 7th,
- 1:08:382017, Nicole Kessinger, Google searched
- 1:08:42the name Shenan Watts.
- 1:08:47Although Nicole Kessinger's name is
- 1:08:49littered throughout the Discovery
- 1:08:50timeline, starting with September 1st,
- 1:08:532017, and she appears in it all the way
- 1:08:56through, her name literally appears
- 1:08:59scores of times in that Discovery
- 1:09:02timeline until, remarkably, Saturday,
- 1:09:05August 11th, 2018.
- 1:09:08The last mention of Nicole Kessinger
- 1:09:12until her mentioning goes dark the
- 1:09:15following day that Sunday, August 12th,
- 1:09:17the day before the murders, is a search
- 1:09:20that she made after she and Chris went
- 1:09:22out on a date to the Lazy Dog
- 1:09:24restaurant, one location and then
- 1:09:26another. That timeline entry states at
- 1:09:3022:04 hours, so that's 10:04 p.m. Having
- 1:09:35concluded her evening trrist with Watts,
- 1:09:37Kessinger searched the internet on
- 1:09:38topics like Chris Watts, Shannan Watts,
- 1:09:42Ronnie Watts, and 28 25 Saratoga Trail.
- 1:09:47And then all of a sudden on Sunday,
- 1:09:51August 12th, Nicole Kessinger disappears
- 1:09:54from the Discovery timeline. Not to be
- 1:09:56mentioned, not even once.
- 1:10:00Conspicuously missing is the 111 minute
- 1:10:04phone conversation between Watts and
- 1:10:07Kessinger that Kevin Kobach asked her
- 1:10:10about over the course of his four
- 1:10:12interviews with her. Asked about that
- 1:10:15conversation a total of nine times. All
- 1:10:19right. So although neither Nicole
- 1:10:21Kessinger or Chris Watts will tell
- 1:10:24authorities or anybody what the 111
- 1:10:28minute phone call was about, there are a
- 1:10:31few things we do know about this phone
- 1:10:32call. So let's talk about those. So,
- 1:10:36this phone call started at 9:28 p.m. on
- 1:10:40Sunday, August 12th. And the call ended
- 1:10:43at 11:19 p.m. Again, Sunday, August
- 1:10:4612th, which is just about exactly 2 and
- 1:10:501/2 hours before Shannan Watts is seen
- 1:10:54on her Ring Cam security camera footage
- 1:10:57and the Vivven Alert alerts when she's
- 1:11:00coming home. and she's seen walking from
- 1:11:02Nicole Atinson's car up to her house and
- 1:11:06through the front door. Again, this call
- 1:11:09ends just about exactly 2 and 1/2 hours
- 1:11:13before that moment when Shannan Watts
- 1:11:16enters her house for the final time.
- 1:11:20We know from the discovery that several
- 1:11:22different things were happening around
- 1:11:25the time of and during that 111 minute
- 1:11:28phone conversation between Nicole
- 1:11:30Kessinger and Chris Watts.
- 1:11:34At the time of the 111 minute phone
- 1:11:36call, Shannan was in Arizona. She was at
- 1:11:39the airport awaiting her flight back
- 1:11:41home to Denver, Colorado. She was
- 1:11:44supposed to arrive home around 11:00
- 1:11:46p.m. However, flights were delayed due
- 1:11:49to storms in Arizona at 9:29, just 1
- 1:11:54minute after the 111 minute phone call
- 1:11:56started. Isn't that kind of strange? The
- 1:11:59discovery says Shannan made an
- 1:12:00unanswered call to Watts.
- 1:12:04And then 13 minutes later at 9:44,
- 1:12:07Shannan told Watts that she tried
- 1:12:09calling him to give him an update. She's
- 1:12:11letting him know at that time the flight
- 1:12:12crew is not even there yet. So, she's
- 1:12:14going to definitely be significantly
- 1:12:17late. At 11:21 p.m.,
- 1:12:212 minutes after Chris gets off the phone
- 1:12:24with Kessinger, Watts finally reply
- 1:12:27saying, "Holy crap, sorry, I passed out
- 1:12:30on the couch. That's going to be late."
- 1:12:33We know that Shannan landed in the
- 1:12:35Denver airport a little before 1:00 a.m.
- 1:12:38and at 1:48 a.m. just about exactly 2
- 1:12:42and 1/2 hours after the 111 minute phone
- 1:12:45call ended. The discovery says Watt's
- 1:12:49phone logged the vivid alert of Shenan's
- 1:12:52entry into their home. We know that
- 1:12:55anywhere from a moment after Shannan
- 1:12:58walked through the front door of 2825
- 1:13:00Saratoga Trail for the very last time to
- 1:13:04just under 4 hours after she walked
- 1:13:07through that front door. Her life
- 1:13:09tragically was ended. We know this
- 1:13:12because Chris Watt's work truck leaves
- 1:13:15for Survey 319 at 5:46 a.m. the early
- 1:13:21morning of Monday, August 13th, 2018, a
- 1:13:25day that will live in infamy.
- 1:13:29What you will not find in the discovery
- 1:13:32on August 13th or the day before August
- 1:13:3512th in the timeline is any mentioning
- 1:13:38of Nicole Kessinger whatsoever.
- 1:13:42There's no indication of what Nicole
- 1:13:44Kessinger is doing the day before the
- 1:13:47murders, the eve of the murders,
- 1:13:50or the day of the murders?
- 1:13:53None at all.
- 1:13:55Do you remember these posts, Shannan
- 1:13:58Watt's final Facebook posts that were
- 1:14:02deleted, that were scrubbed from
- 1:14:03Shenan's Facebook account and seemingly
- 1:14:06the internet shortly after this tragedy
- 1:14:09happened. Ready to get home to Chris and
- 1:14:13the girls, she wrote around 300 p.m. on
- 1:14:16August 12th, the day before the murders,
- 1:14:18while she was in Arizona on her Thrive
- 1:14:21trip.
- 1:14:23And then there was one more post. It was
- 1:14:25Shannan Watt's final post to Facebook.
- 1:14:30The final post of her life that she
- 1:14:33posted to Facebook just hours before she
- 1:14:36was murdered at the hands of her very
- 1:14:40own husband. Shannan Watts was traveling
- 1:14:43to Denver International Airport from
- 1:14:45Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
- 1:14:47August 12th, 11:09 p.m. in Phoenix,
- 1:14:51Arizona. ready to be home with Chris and
- 1:14:54the girls. Well, wouldn't you know, this
- 1:14:56very last post of Shenan's life was
- 1:14:58posted just 10 minutes before the 111
- 1:15:03minute phone conversation
- 1:15:05between Chris Watts and Nicole Kessinger
- 1:15:09ended. Now, I want you to listen very
- 1:15:11carefully to an excerpt of Chris Watts
- 1:15:13speaking in his interview from prison
- 1:15:15and also compare that to an excerpt of
- 1:15:18Nicole Kessinger's interview with law
- 1:15:19enforcement. remember that time she was
- 1:15:22talking about she was going over to his
- 1:15:24house on July 4th and they were, you
- 1:15:27know, of course talking about macros or
- 1:15:29dialing it in or working on the fitness
- 1:15:31pale app and she just went over there
- 1:15:33and she was just sitting on his carpet
- 1:15:35and sat on the floor and it was on the
- 1:15:374th of July. It was the morning of the
- 1:15:394th and I was helping him
- 1:15:42uh to set up my Fitness Pal app and like
- 1:15:46track his food, his calories and stuff
- 1:15:48cuz he does pretty good with the working
- 1:15:49out and stuff. And he asked me, he's
- 1:15:50like, "Can you help me just like get
- 1:15:52this dialed in?" It's like, "Yeah, I can
- 1:15:53do that." So that he invited me up to
- 1:15:56the house and I was already kind of
- 1:15:57hesitant to do it cuz I was like, "There
- 1:15:58are other people that live here." And I
- 1:16:00just felt like it was an invasion space.
- 1:16:02Okay, now listen very carefully to Chris
- 1:16:04Watt's version of this story and listen
- 1:16:07to what he has to say beyond just the
- 1:16:09facts of his story. Listen to what he's
- 1:16:12telling us it was she wanted that he
- 1:16:14wanted what she didn't want. How he was
- 1:16:16afraid things could turn out. And in
- 1:16:19particular, what I'm most interested in
- 1:16:21here that I think you should focus on
- 1:16:23are the questions that Graham Coder
- 1:16:26asks.
- 1:16:28>> That wasn't Jay. I was just letting it,
- 1:16:31you know, exponentially get worse,
- 1:16:34>> right? And if I told him like, hey,
- 1:16:38>> he would have been like, whoa, man,
- 1:16:39like, all right, take a step back and
- 1:16:40look, right? And like, don't like fall
- 1:16:43into that trap being you're going to be
- 1:16:46alone for 5 weeks.
- 1:16:48And there's times I wish, you know, like
- 1:16:50maybe Shenan didn't have to go away for
- 1:16:52five weeks. Maybe we all just went for
- 1:16:54one week. Yeah. Nothing ever happened.
- 1:16:57>> Yeah.
- 1:16:58It's only I mean five weeks alone that's
- 1:17:00the only reason really that would even
- 1:17:03almost allowed to happen.
- 1:17:06>> There are quite a few people who would
- 1:17:09tell us and who do tell us you need to
- 1:17:12look into Nikki Moore Nikki Kissinger
- 1:17:14all the way from the extreme end of
- 1:17:16things being Nikki's the one who ordered
- 1:17:18the hit.
- 1:17:20>> She was there hiding in the basement,
- 1:17:22>> you know. So the the extreme is she's
- 1:17:24the one who told Chris to do it. She's
- 1:17:26the real problem. all the way, that's
- 1:17:28the extreme side, and then all the way
- 1:17:29to, well, there were these texts where
- 1:17:32she was infatuated, she was in love, she
- 1:17:34was saying how good Chris was in the
- 1:17:35sack, and maybe we should look at her
- 1:17:38more. You know, what would you say to
- 1:17:39those people?
- 1:17:40>> Like, no, she she had her moments where
- 1:17:43I had to talk her like off a ledge kind
- 1:17:45of deal. What does that mean? It's like
- 1:17:48I guess after the fact there was like
- 1:17:49videos of her that she was like
- 1:17:51recording herself because she was like
- 1:17:52my bowler or something. I never knew
- 1:17:54that. But there it's like and she would
- 1:17:58get worked up about nothing. She would
- 1:18:00just like she came to my house once cuz
- 1:18:04I think it was like July
- 1:18:06July 4th. I I didn't have to work that
- 1:18:09day. So I didn't like get up at like,
- 1:18:11you know, 4:00 and go home.
- 1:18:13>> And she called me like
- 1:18:17and I didn't hear it cuz I was sleeping.
- 1:18:19I was just like
- 1:18:21and she was pissed. Shan was Shan was
- 1:18:24pissed and like I called her outside
- 1:18:27like where are you at? Like what? Like I
- 1:18:29was like I didn't have to work today. I
- 1:18:30was like called me at like you know
- 1:18:325:30. I was like the kids want to talk
- 1:18:34to you at 7:30. I'm like like I was
- 1:18:37sleeping. She's like, she just like, you
- 1:18:39know, screw you. Like, you know, like, I
- 1:18:42don't know where you're at. And
- 1:18:44I went back inside. I got to go. And she
- 1:18:48was just like, okay. And you come back
- 1:18:50and like go.
- 1:18:52>> So, wait a minute. You kind of lost me
- 1:18:53there. Were you at Nikki's place when
- 1:18:55Shenan called you?
- 1:18:56>> Yeah.
- 1:18:56>> Okay. And so, you were sleeping in her
- 1:18:58bed.
- 1:18:58>> Yeah. Cuz I wasn't going to work that
- 1:19:00day because I didn't have to that day.
- 1:19:01the first holiday I ever had off and you
- 1:19:04know she she pissed and you know kind of
- 1:19:07pissed Nikki off too that I just that I
- 1:19:09left but I think that's when she uh I'd
- 1:19:12call Nikki later and she was like you
- 1:19:14know she kind of realized that you know
- 1:19:17she'd always be like you know the second
- 1:19:19second she said second pill
- 1:19:22>> and because that's how I would come that
- 1:19:24day just you know I don't want to be
- 1:19:26anywhere else when she calls she was
- 1:19:28already pissed so
- 1:19:30>> it was stuff like that where she would
- 1:19:32like she would go
- 1:19:34she she said she would go on like uh
- 1:19:37websites and look at like will a
- 1:19:40relationship work with somebody like
- 1:19:42will a mistress work will a mistress
- 1:19:44turn into a relationship that's what she
- 1:19:46was looking at she would tell you that
- 1:19:48or
- 1:19:49>> okay
- 1:19:49>> yeah she said that she would go on
- 1:19:50websites and look at stuff like that
- 1:19:52just to I was like why do you even look
- 1:19:53at stuff like that she like I just want
- 1:19:55to see other people with experience
- 1:19:57>> but like so that confuses me though
- 1:19:58because I thought earlier you saying she
- 1:20:02thought you were heading toward a
- 1:20:03divorce. So why was she looking at
- 1:20:05herself at this?
- 1:20:06>> This was this was later on.
- 1:20:08>> Oh, like you know in August like first
- 1:20:11we go August when I told her like you
- 1:20:12know I had to have had that talk with
- 1:20:14her about separation.
- 1:20:15>> Uhhuh.
- 1:20:16>> That's when like she started looking at
- 1:20:17like apartments and stuff but like
- 1:20:18during our July
- 1:20:20>> relationship type thing there.
- 1:20:22>> Oh, I see.
- 1:20:22>> That's when she was looking up like you
- 1:20:24know know well it actually works.
- 1:20:27She told she told her friend Britney
- 1:20:29about it, I guess. And Britney told her
- 1:20:31not to do it, but she said she'd already
- 1:20:33made a decision.
- 1:20:34>> Okay.
- 1:20:36And so are those people absolutely wrong
- 1:20:38about Nikki? She wasn't asking you to
- 1:20:41get rid of your family?
- 1:20:42>> No.
- 1:20:42>> Are you sure?
- 1:20:44>> Okay. And no part of any of this was
- 1:20:46because she put it in your head or asked
- 1:20:49you to or you never I mean this whole
- 1:20:52this whole relationship contributed to
- 1:20:54it.
- 1:20:54>> Sure. But she never it never she didn't
- 1:20:58want to.
- 1:20:58>> I mean, was it ever like I wish you
- 1:21:00didn't have kids. I want to have, you
- 1:21:01know, kids of my own with you. Like,
- 1:21:04>> she wants I mean, she never knew if she
- 1:21:05wanted to have kids, but she said that,
- 1:21:08you know, at one point she said, "I'd
- 1:21:10like to give you a son."
- 1:21:11>> Some main points I gather from that
- 1:21:13excerpt are Nicole Kessinger's complete
- 1:21:16intolerance of Shannan Watts, of Shannan
- 1:21:19Watts period, and definitely Shannan
- 1:21:21Watts being in Chris's life. and really
- 1:21:25the whole family being part of Chris's
- 1:21:27life, but particularly Shenan.
- 1:21:31Also, Nicole Kessinger explicitly tells
- 1:21:34Chris she wants to give him a first son.
- 1:21:38We know that she knew that Shannan was
- 1:21:42pregnant with Chris's child from the
- 1:21:44very beginning.
- 1:21:46And there's a 50/50% chance that child
- 1:21:48was going to be a boy. So, what about
- 1:21:50that? And the information that we've
- 1:21:53recently learned is that it can be
- 1:21:56confirmed and
- 1:21:58relied upon to know that Nicole
- 1:22:00Kessinger, not only did she know that
- 1:22:02she now was pregnant with Chris's child,
- 1:22:04she was not okay with it.
- 1:22:07Also,
- 1:22:09Nicole Kessinger, she's afraid she's
- 1:22:11going to be second fiddle. She doesn't
- 1:22:12want to be second fiddle. Well, you
- 1:22:14know, honey, you're having an affair
- 1:22:16with a married man. That's what you are,
- 1:22:17and that's what you always will be.
- 1:22:21Also, we get a general idea of Nicole
- 1:22:24Kzinger's great instability in life. And
- 1:22:27this is something that most people would
- 1:22:28know if you've been following the case,
- 1:22:29just from what she says in her behavior.
- 1:22:32But this is a conclusion that Chris
- 1:22:34Watts, I guess, came to and can explain
- 1:22:36it from a firsthand perspective.
- 1:22:39And I think it's very interesting that
- 1:22:41this story, he says, he starts it out by
- 1:22:44saying sometimes she needed to be talked
- 1:22:46down from a ledge. Well,
- 1:22:50as it goes, apparently Shannan Watt's
- 1:22:53final Facebook post, those three posts
- 1:22:57that were posted on Sunday, June 12th,
- 1:23:00are what pushed Nicole Kessinger off
- 1:23:02that ledge. The point of no return. And
- 1:23:06that's when she delivered Chris Watts an
- 1:23:08ultimatum. It's me or your family.
- 1:23:16>> There are quite a few people who would
- 1:23:18tell us and who do tell us, you need to
- 1:23:21look into Nikki Moore, Nikki Kissinger,
- 1:23:24all the way from the extreme end of
- 1:23:25things being Nikki's the one who ordered
- 1:23:27the hit.
- 1:23:29>> She was there hiding in the basement.
- 1:23:31>> Yeah.
- 1:23:32>> You know, so the the extreme is she's
- 1:23:34the one who told Chris to do it. She's
- 1:23:35the real problem. All the way that's the
- 1:23:37extreme side. And then all the way to
- 1:23:39well, there were these texts where she
- 1:23:41was infatuated. She was in love. She was
- 1:23:43saying how good Chris was in the SAG and
- 1:23:46maybe we should look at her more. You
- 1:23:47know, what would you say to those
- 1:23:48people?
- 1:23:52But like, so that confuses me though
- 1:23:53because I thought earlier you were
- 1:23:56saying she thought you were heading
- 1:23:58toward a divorce.
- 1:24:03And so are those people absolutely wrong
- 1:24:06about Nikki? She wasn't asking you to
- 1:24:08get rid of your family? No.
