  2. 0:02can't do it or you're not doing it and
  3. 0:05you're trying everything and it's not
  4. 0:06working and you just don't feel good in
  5. 0:09your own skin.
  6. 0:11Here we go, witches.
  7. 0:19If you came to this video thinking, "I'm
  8. 0:21going to be telling you some woo-woo
  9. 0:23crap, you can just sit on your sofa and
  10. 0:26lose weight." That's not what this video
  11. 0:28is. Laura and Frank
  12. 0:30and I'm just going to write some
  13. 0:32affirmations and it's going to come to
  14. 0:33me. You need to take action and I'm
  15. 0:36going to tell you how to build those
  16. 0:38habits and how to embody that next level
  17. 0:41version of yourself so it will become
  18. 0:44you. It is you. It is already inside of
  19. 0:46you. There is unlimited versions of you
  20. 0:48in the quantum field
  21. 0:51and bringing that version of you
  22. 0:53into this reality.
  23. 0:56But in order to do that, you need to
  24. 0:58become it. You need to take the action
  25. 1:00steps to become that. And I'm going to
  26. 1:02explain to you step-by-step how to build
  27. 1:04those habits, how to embody that next
  28. 1:06level version of yourself into this
  29. 1:08reality. So, I'm going to be sharing
  30. 1:10this in three parts. The first one is my
  31. 1:12story and my experience and how I did
  32. 1:15this for myself and sort of the
  33. 1:17actionable tips that I did. Two, I'm
  34. 1:19going to be sharing the mindset tips
  35. 1:22that you can implement and that I
  36. 1:24implemented for myself and how to sort
  37. 1:26of reprogram your bad habits. Then
  38. 1:29third, I'm going to be sharing the
  39. 1:31woo-woo, the spiritual, the esoteric,
  40. 1:35the my story.
  41. 1:37If I can do it, you can do it, too. I
  42. 1:41moved into a house where there was mold.
  43. 1:44So, I got this allergy to mold thing
  44. 1:46where I got fatigued, brain fog, other
  45. 1:50symptoms like breathing problems, but
  46. 1:52along with the mold toxicity,
  47. 1:56I got a sugar addiction. I was addicted
  48. 1:59to sugar. Uncontrollable
  49. 2:03craving for sugar. Like I would cry.
  50. 2:05If I had this terrible sort of
  51. 2:08condition, you can do it, too. This is
  52. 2:11why it gets me annoyed when people
  53. 2:13think, "Oh, I just can't. This is just
  54. 2:16the way I am."
  55. 2:18Uh no, it's not, right? I had a freaking
  56. 2:20medical condition where I gained weight
  57. 2:23and I did not let that stop me from
  58. 2:26being who I am. Honestly, I'm really
  59. 2:29proud of myself. So, I'm going to give
  60. 2:30myself a pat on the back for doing this.
  61. 2:32This led me to gain definitely 20 lb or
  62. 2:36more. From being underweight to being
  63. 2:39borderline overweight. Because for me,
  64. 2:42I'm 5 ft, so 20 lb is a lot. I'm going
  65. 2:44to show some pictures of me.
  66. 2:48It was just not it. Like I was just
  67. 2:51going downhill. I had a lot of bad
  68. 2:53habits that had come with this where I
  69. 2:55was like basically eating freaking
  70. 2:57chocolate all day. I was not having
  71. 2:59meals. I was not watching my body. I was
  72. 3:01not exercising. I was not sleeping well.
  73. 3:04I was a mess.
  74. 3:07So, my step-by-step process of how I
  75. 3:10went from being
  76. 3:1220 lb heavier to where I am today,
  77. 3:17step one, who do you want to be?
  78. 3:20Probably you've heard your next level
  79. 3:22self, your higher self, a lot of these
  80. 3:25buzzwords, but really who do you want to
  81. 3:28be? Not what do you want to be? Who do
  82. 3:31you want to be? Who is that next level
  83. 3:33version of yourself? Really focus on
  84. 3:35that next level version of yourself
  85. 3:37instead of just the weight on the
  86. 3:39scales. Yes, you can weigh yourself, but
  87. 3:41that is not the main focus. There's a
  88. 3:44quote by Dr. Joe Dispenza, which is your
  89. 3:46personality
  90. 3:48creates your personal reality. Your
  91. 3:51personality
  92. 3:53creates your personal reality. So, in
  93. 3:55order to create your reality, your new
  94. 3:58reality, you need to change your
  95. 3:59personality. See, it makes so much
  96. 4:02sense. So, when you
  97. 4:04are envisioning your next level self,
  98. 4:06that is changing your personality and
  99. 4:09your reality has to change around you.
  100. 4:16When you start doing these habits, you
  101. 4:19are changing yourself. For example,
  102. 4:21something that I did was buy new running
  103. 4:24shoes. I bought a running vest. And
  104. 4:28every time I put the shoes on and the
  105. 4:31running vest, I was like, "I am a
  106. 4:34runner." There's a concept in James
  107. 4:35Clear and he talks about this. Sort of
  108. 4:37like associating places or associating
  109. 4:38things with that new habit. And I
  110. 4:41really recommend this. It really changed
  111. 4:43it for me. Whenever I put the running
  112. 4:45vest on,
  113. 4:47I was a new person. I was a runner. When
  114. 4:49I put the vest on, I was ready to go.
  115. 4:52This isn't an excuse to buy new cute
  116. 4:54workout clothes. There's a reason you
  117. 4:56see all these reels and they're like,
  118. 4:58"It makes me motivated." You going to
  119. 5:00feel motivated to go to the gym in like
  120. 5:01a big baggy T-shirt and with like a
  121. 5:03stain on it or something? No. Do you
  122. 5:06know why?
  123. 5:08Do you know why? Because the person that
  124. 5:11has the big baggy T-shirt on with a
  125. 5:13stain on it and not the Lululemon
  126. 5:15leggings and the Gymshark sports bra,
  127. 5:18it's because the Lululemon leggings and
  128. 5:20the Gymshark sports bra girl
  129. 5:23goes to the gym. She is a gym person.
  130. 5:25She is a gym rat. Person with a baggy
  131. 5:27T-shirt on with a stain on it, that
  132. 5:28person is not committed to the gym. Your
  133. 5:30personality changes your personal
  134. 5:33reality. When you put the nice fancy gym
  135. 5:36clothes on, you are saying, "My
  136. 5:38personality
  137. 5:40is a gym person." I also recommend
  138. 5:42gathering pictures for vision board,
  139. 5:45Pinterest board kind of thing. This
  140. 5:47really works because you've got this
  141. 5:49picture in your mind of where you're
  142. 5:51going. And when you create that picture
  143. 5:53in your mind and where you're going,
  144. 5:55your body will go in that direction. If
  145. 5:57you have been skinnier in the past, I
  146. 5:58don't recommend using old pictures of
  147. 6:01yourself. That's not who you are.
  148. 6:04You're not going back there.
  149. 6:06You're going to the new version of
  150. 6:09yourself, the better version of
  151. 6:11yourself. I'm looking at my past, it's
  152. 6:13like a dark energy and not somewhere I
  153. 6:15want to be. I'm not that person. I don't
  154. 6:17want to be that person. I want to be
  155. 6:18this new light energy and light energy
  156. 6:21holds a higher vibration, so that's why
  157. 6:24this works better. When I was in this
  158. 6:25bad habit place, I was like, "Okay, this
  159. 6:28is the first place I need to start. I've
  160. 6:30got all these bad habits. What do I do?"
  161. 6:32With that next level version of
  162. 6:34yourself, what are the habits they
  163. 6:35obtain? Write them out. What are your
  164. 6:38goals? When you're laying out your
  165. 6:40goals, get clear on what that next level
  166. 6:43version of you would do. Don't say, "Oh,
  167. 6:46I'm going to diet. I'm going to do the
  168. 6:48keto diet. I'm going to eat 1,200
  169. 6:51calories." Does this next level version
  170. 6:53of you have a really restricted way of
  171. 6:57eating? Does this next level version of
  172. 6:59you be on the keto [ __ ] crazy wacko
  173. 7:03stupid diet that you don't even want to
  174. 7:04do? No.
  175. 7:07No.
  176. 7:08This is why diets don't work because
  177. 7:12it's not sustainable. When you're doing
  178. 7:14it for just a period of time, you're
  179. 7:16going to go back to your old self
  180. 7:18because you haven't ingrained the habits
  181. 7:21of your new self. That next level
  182. 7:23version of you, what is their way of
  183. 7:26eating? What is the optimal way that
  184. 7:29next level version of you eats? I make
  185. 7:31all my meals myself and that was a big
  186. 7:33transition for me because at the time, I
  187. 7:36was just eating packaged food. So, I
  188. 7:40really had to stay consistent and I
  189. 7:43can't emphasize enough consistency,
  190. 7:46persistence,
  191. 7:48belief, and small steps.
  192. 7:51Small steps. If you're going in the
  193. 7:55right directory, it's going to go like
  194. 7:57this. It's going to go like this. It's
  195. 7:58going to go like this. And but it's
  196. 7:59still going up. When you keep
  197. 8:02consistent, you keep going, you know
  198. 8:04where you're going, you believe you're
  199. 8:06going to get there, you will get there.
  200. 8:07Set small goals. Like me, you want to
  201. 8:09cook a meal. Say you're not cooking any
  202. 8:11meals. It's just microwave meals. It's
  203. 8:12packaged stuff and you want to cook a
  204. 8:14meal. Say you didn't even cook it. You
  205. 8:17just prepped everything, put it in the
  206. 8:19fridge in containers. You didn't cook
  207. 8:21it. That is a small step. You've got to
  208. 8:23praise yourself. Praise yourself because
  209. 8:26then that will give you the motivation
  210. 8:29to keep going. A small step is a step
  211. 8:32and I I can't emphasize enough, it is
  212. 8:35like building the blocks for you to be
  213. 8:37where you want to be. You need to praise
  214. 8:39yourself, give compassion that you're
  215. 8:41even trying. Most people don't try. If
  216. 8:45you go away from this video and don't do
  217. 8:47anything, then
  218. 8:49you're not going to get anywhere. But if
  219. 8:51you're trying and you're consistently
  220. 8:53trying and you're consistently moving
  221. 8:55upwards,
  222. 8:56you will get there. It's practice. It's
  223. 8:58ingraining your next level self now.
  224. 9:01Every time you prep the food, even if
  225. 9:03you haven't made it still, you've
  226. 9:04prepped it like three times, that is
  227. 9:06building a habit.
  228. 9:09The more you practice it, the more it
  229. 9:11becomes a habit, the more it becomes a
  230. 9:13part of your personality. Once you
  231. 9:15ingrain that habit, you'll move on to
  232. 9:17the next habit, which is making the
  233. 9:18food. Say you're doing a diet or a way
  234. 9:20of eating or a type of exercise that you
  235. 9:23don't enjoy, try a different thing. Try
  236. 9:27a different thing until you feel it in
  237. 9:29your intuition, "Okay, this is the right
  238. 9:31one for me." That's how you tell.
  239. 9:33There's a difference between not liking
  240. 9:36something and not being used to it. And
  241. 9:38this is a very hard definition to make.
  242. 9:42You'll feel it. You'll know. You'll
  243. 9:44know. You're trying to convince
  244. 9:45yourself, "Oh, no, maybe it's just not
  245. 9:47for me. I don't know." But you'll know
  246. 9:50if it's the right one. And if it's not
  247. 9:52the right one, if it's not the right
  248. 9:53one, stop. Try a different way. But I
  249. 9:56always knew that I wanted to lift
  250. 9:58weights, and that was the route that I
  251. 10:00wanted to go down. And I knew that it
  252. 10:02was just tweaking it. And then it was
  253. 10:05persistent consistency. So, in order to
  254. 10:08get to your next level self, we can do
  255. 10:10the act as if technique. This is highly
  256. 10:15highly recommended. This is so good.
  257. 10:18Acting as if isn't pretending. It's not
  258. 10:22pretending. You are being that person
  259. 10:25that you want to be now. And this is
  260. 10:28where the limiting beliefs come in and
  261. 10:29the self-doubt and that kind of thing
  262. 10:31because when you look in the mirror, you
  263. 10:33see I don't want to be this weight. How
  264. 10:35can I pretend that that's not me? It is
  265. 10:38hard, but you can do it. I have a video
  266. 10:40on how I manifested my boobs to get
  267. 10:42bigger. In this video, I talk about the
  268. 10:44mirror technique where I would literally
  269. 10:46look in the mirror and not see my flat
  270. 10:49chest. I would see me with boobs.
  271. 10:53And that's like the visualization along
  272. 10:55with acting as if. This worked wonders
  273. 10:57for me personally. As you're walking
  274. 10:59down the street, feel what you would
  275. 11:03feel like, the confidence you would have
  276. 11:05walking down the street in that next
  277. 11:08level version of yourself. People are
  278. 11:10looking at me, boys are checking out my
  279. 11:11bum. What does that feel like walking
  280. 11:14down the street knowing you're sexy AF?
  281. 11:17When you go in a shop and you look at a
  282. 11:19dress, don't think, "Oh my god, this is
  283. 11:21not going to fit me. This isn't going to
  284. 11:23be flattering with my curves or this
  285. 11:26isn't going to suit me, my figure."
  286. 11:29Those are limiting beliefs, and those
  287. 11:31are keeping you in your current reality.
  288. 11:34Change those. It's hard because it's
  289. 11:37like, "Well, I'm not there." Well, you
  290. 11:38want to fit into a size eight or
  291. 11:40something like that. If you can't wrap
  292. 11:42your head around the idea of you being a
  293. 11:44size eight now,
  294. 11:46think, "Oh, this size 12 dress isn't
  295. 11:49going to fit me in a couple of months
  296. 11:51because I'm going to be a size eight
  297. 11:53soon, so I can't buy this." And try and
  298. 11:56visualize what you're going to look like
  299. 11:59in the size eight. Erase those thoughts
  300. 12:02of, "Oh, this isn't going to flatter me.
  301. 12:04You know, I don't look good in dresses
  302. 12:06like this. My figure doesn't suit
  303. 12:08dresses like this." Those are limiting
  304. 12:09beliefs, and those are keeping you
  305. 12:10stuck. Think, "Oh my gosh, this is going
  306. 12:13to look really good on me soon. I'm so
  307. 12:15excited to wear this. This is the type
  308. 12:18of dress that I know is going to flatter
  309. 12:20me when I'm
  310. 12:22X, Y, and Z." So, that is consciously
  311. 12:24manifesting. It is reaffirming the new
  312. 12:27reality, and then it is embodying the
  313. 12:29new reality. It is feeling, feeling how
  314. 12:32confident you're going to feel in the
  315. 12:33new dress. The biggest tip I can give
  316. 12:36you, and I say this in all
  317. 12:39manifestations that I do, you have to
  318. 12:42know it's going to happen. You have to
  319. 12:45know and believe it's going to happen.
  320. 12:48And that is how it happens.
  321. 12:50If you believe and you know,
  322. 12:54I'm just going to keep going until it
  323. 12:55happens. It was like I was walking
  324. 12:57through mud for ages. I was doing all
  325. 13:00these things, and I was like, "I don't
  326. 13:02feel like I'm getting anywhere." And I
  327. 13:04wanted to give it a try cuz it was
  328. 13:05really, really hard. When I was in the
  329. 13:08gym and I still didn't like the way I
  330. 13:10looked,
  331. 13:11but I knew that I was getting there even
  332. 13:14if I couldn't see it. Because if you go
  333. 13:16to the gym or if you've ever been to the
  334. 13:18gym, you know results take time, and you
  335. 13:21won't see them instantly. Especially
  336. 13:23when you look in the mirror every day,
  337. 13:25you don't see the changes until you take
  338. 13:28a progress picture and look at you three
  339. 13:29months ago. When you are taking those
  340. 13:31steps, you automatically develop this
  341. 13:34compassion for yourself. Even if you
  342. 13:36can't see it, you will feel so much
  343. 13:38better about yourself because you know
  344. 13:40you are on the road. To recap, one,
  345. 13:44decide who you want to be. Who is that
  346. 13:46next level version of yourself? Have
  347. 13:48that in your mind all the time. What are
  348. 13:50the habits that she has or he has?
  349. 13:54Implement those habits. What does she
  350. 13:56dress like? Who is she? Is she a runner?
  351. 13:58Is she a gym person? Is she a clean
  352. 14:01eater? Next, visualization.
  353. 14:04Be her. Embody the feeling of what that
  354. 14:07would feel like when you are her, and
  355. 14:09soon it will be a reality. And belief.
  356. 14:14Belief is the core factor. Look at your
  357. 14:16limiting beliefs. What comes up? What
  358. 14:20are the things that you tell yourself in
  359. 14:22your mind that aren't true? When you
  360. 14:24have this fundamental belief that if you
  361. 14:27keep going, you keep assistant,
  362. 14:31it will happen. It will happen. Belief
  363. 14:35is the fundament of manifestation. Be
  364. 14:38compassionate for yourself. If you are
  365. 14:40trying, if you're watching this video,
  366. 14:42you are trying. And by trying, you are
  367. 14:44doing. And by doing, you are becoming.
