3. 0:04honest answer nobody's will ever give
4. 0:06you. And by the end of this, you'll know

8. 0:14this. I started as a chatter back then.
9. 0:16And I built one of the biggest chatting
10. 0:17agencies in Europe, almost 200 chatters
11. 0:20around the clock for some of the biggest
12. 0:21creators and agencies in the world. I
13. 0:23have lived through every single phase of
14. 0:25this business. So let me walk you
15. 0:26through exactly how it actually changed.
16. 0:28Because once you see the phases, you
17. 0:30understand exactly why most people fail
18. 0:32and what it really takes today. So phase
19. 0:34one, the wild west. Back then you could
20. 0:36post three Tik Toks and have a creator.
21. 0:38No chatting system, no structure,
22. 0:40nothing. And you could easily make 100k
23. 0:42a month without even having any kind of
24. 0:44starting capital because the demand was
25. 0:46insane. And almost nobody knew what they
26. 0:48were doing, which meant you didn't have
27. 0:50to eat. A lot of people who act like
28. 0:52geniuses today just happened to be
29. 0:54standing there when money was falling
30. 0:55out of the sky. Phase two, more and more
31. 0:57people heard about it and started and
32. 0:59you could feel the air drying up. Around
33. 1:012022 23, the easy money got harder which
34. 1:04actually filtered things a little bit.
35. 1:06Less idiots and more genuinely capable
36. 1:08people getting interested. So the whole
37. 1:10bubble got bigger and more serious. It
38. 1:12was harder to become successful than in
39. 1:14phase one. But if you had the right
40. 1:16information, a few connections, and some
41. 1:18capital, you could still start this
42. 1:19business really well. And now we're in
43. 1:21phase three. Where we are today is the
44. 1:22real industry. Saturated, professional,
45. 1:25competitive. The creators are smarter.
46. 1:27They know their worth. They ask the
47. 1:28right questions. The fans have seen
48. 1:30every single trick. They smell a script
49. 1:32instantly. They've been sold to a
50. 1:34thousand times probably. And on top of
51. 1:35that, platforms are cracking down. Like
52. 1:37Instagram, they ban. Traffic is harder
53. 1:39than it's ever been before. So when
54. 1:40people ask me, "Is it too late?" Here's
55. 1:42the truth. It's not too late. But the
56. 1:44version of this business that made
57. 1:45people rich for doing almost nothing,
58. 1:47that is gone, and it's never coming
59. 1:48back. So here's how you can be part of
60. 1:50the ones that still make it in today's
61. 1:52market. First, and this is the most
62. 1:53important one, urgency. I see this
63. 1:55problem all the time. Even with agency
64. 1:57owners who are already successful, they
65. 1:58take way too much time with everything.
66. 2:00Listen, if you are a management, you are
67. 2:02a service provider. And in this
68. 2:04industry, every single task that comes
69. 2:05into your head should ideally have been
70. 2:07done yesterday already. That's the exact
71. 2:09mindset I give my own team. You have no
72. 2:10time. You're already late. Your creators
73. 2:12will leave you for agencies like mine
74. 2:14and start doing your own marketing if
75. 2:15you keep reacting instead of acting with
76. 2:17urgency. The market is shifting and you
77. 2:19need to find a solution for your traffic
78. 2:20problem right now. But Instagram is
79. 2:22banning. My creators want film. Blah
80. 2:24blah blah. Those are victim stories. You
81. 2:26can influence every single one of those
82. 2:28things. The agencies I work with already
83. 2:30fixed the ban problem and they are

100. 2:59But the ones who win long-term, they all
101. 3:01have the same thing in common. They
102. 3:03stick to principles and act like
103. 3:05professionals. If you want to actually

114. 3:24calculations, how profitable is each
115. 3:26creator, each employee, where can you
116. 3:28save? What can you replace with AI? But

118. 3:31learned the hard way. When Instagram
119. 3:33started banning everything and they
120. 3:34watched their revenue drop, suddenly
121. 3:36profitability mattered and they realized
122. 3:38they had a 100 random two subscriptions
123. 3:40bleeding them every single month and
124. 3:42they have never even noticed. You do
125. 3:44probably as well. That should never
126. 3:45happen. You need to see that instantly
127. 3:47because every dollar you waste is a
128. 3:49dollar you can't put into the
129. 3:50investments that actually keep you
130. 3:51competitive. Fourth, connections today,
131. 3:53you need them. Instagram unbands, the
132. 3:55newest traffic methods, partners to
133. 3:57exchange information with, one person
134. 3:59for every problem you'll ever run into.
135. 4:01And in this business, there are plenty
136. 4:03of problems. If you are connected,
137. 4:04everything runs through connections.
138. 4:06Whoever has the best connections gets
139. 4:07the best creators. And whoever doesn't
140. 4:09can't even keep the creators they have
141. 4:10because the moment a creator sees more
142. 4:12growth somewhere else, the moment the
143. 4:14first doubt creeps in, she's going to be
144. 4:15gone instantly. So, the best connections
145. 4:17are what keep her and what get you the
146. 4:19next creator. If you want to actually

162. 4:47aren't willing to do that. The industry
