- 0:00What if dreams aren't random at all, but
- 0:02messages from a deeper part of yourself
- 0:05trying to show you things? In this
- 0:06video, you're going to learn exactly
- 0:08what dreams are from an esoteric view,
- 0:11how to control dreams, and how to dream
- 0:13more frequently. Dreams are not
- 0:15nonsense. They are expressions of the
- 0:18subconscious mind. In the daytime, we're
- 0:20using our conscious mind, what we are
- 0:22aware of. This represents the daytime,
- 0:25the sun, the external world. We're
- 0:27operating in the external outside the
- 0:29body in the day. But when we go to
- 0:31sleep, we return inward. Everything does
- 0:33this breath. We breathe in through the
- 0:35nose and out through the nose.
- 0:37Everything does this in and out process
- 0:39in the universe. We live. We die. Every
- 0:42single day we wake up. We express things
- 0:44in the external. Then at nighttime, we
- 0:47return back to darkness, back to the
- 0:49internal. This is the breath of the
- 0:51universe. We have summer. We have
- 0:53winter. This is the breath of the sun
- 0:55and the seasons with the earth. You have
- 0:57an internal world and an external world.
- 1:00External is physical. The internal is
- 1:02spiritual. Like I said, when we go to
- 1:04sleep, we are returning back to the
- 1:06internal world of your own consciousness
- 1:09and subconscious mind. Your subconscious
- 1:11mind holds everything about you. Your
- 1:14memories, your traumas, everything
- 1:16you've ever learned, your language, your
- 1:18name, your job, everything you identify
- 1:20with is stored within this vast network
- 1:23of the subconscious mind. It is your own
- 1:25personal consciousness. Therefore, when
- 1:28we dream, we return back to the
- 1:30subconscious mind and we are in fact
- 1:32thinking, but in a subconscious way. The
- 1:34subconscious does not speak the same
- 1:36language as the conscious mind. The
- 1:39conscious mind uses language, thoughts
- 1:41and all things that are very logical and
- 1:43very easy to understand. The
- 1:45subconscious is the complete opposite.
- 1:47It is very indirect, metaphorical and
- 1:50symbolic. The subconscious communicates
- 1:53and works in symbols. Ultimately,
- 1:55symbolism is the language of
- 1:58consciousness. This is why in occultism
- 2:01and esotericism it is filled with occult
- 2:04symbols because symbols are used to
- 2:07communicate directly with the
- 2:09consciousness within the subconscious
- 2:11mind and the subconscious mind is
- 2:13ultimately connected to the collective
- 2:16consciousness. We are all connected and
- 2:18tapping into the mental plane where we
- 2:20receive thoughts, ideas depending on
- 2:22what we attune our mind to. That's why
- 2:24we call it a mindset. But getting back
- 2:26on topic, the subconscious mind is your
- 2:29own personal network. It is like a net,
- 2:31an interconnected web of your thoughts,
- 2:34memories, traumas, emotional blockages,
- 2:36and all the things you identify with and
- 2:39have experienced in your life is stored
- 2:41within this network. It can be seen as a
- 2:44web. One example of the subconscious
- 2:46mind using symbolism is this next story
- 2:49I can tell you. Let's say I was in a
- 2:52very traumatic car crash as a young
- 2:54child. I experienced a lot of emotional
- 2:56trauma in that car and that deeply
- 2:58impressed my subconscious mind with that
- 3:01trauma of emotion that I felt.
- 3:03Therefore, every time I see a car in my
- 3:06external world, that car is now a symbol
- 3:08that represents the state of
- 3:10consciousness I was feeling in that
- 3:12particular time of the traumatic car
- 3:14crash. The car is a symbol for a state
- 3:17of consciousness within my subconscious
- 3:19mind. Just like when you see a word,
- 3:21that word triggers what you believe that
- 3:24word to be in your subconscious mind.
- 3:27Symbols are the language of the
- 3:28subconsciousness. Therefore, when we
- 3:30dream, we are basically seeing symbols
- 3:33of our own personal subconscious mind.
- 3:36Our higher mind, which is basically our
- 3:38subconscious, the higher version of you
- 3:40that exists beyond your human thinking
- 3:42mind, communicates using symbolism. The
- 3:45higher mind does not speak human
- 3:47thoughts, human language. It speaks the
- 3:49language of symbolism. Therefore, when
- 3:51we dream, every event, every person,
- 3:54everything that happens and everything
- 3:56you see is your own personal
- 3:57subconscious mind materializing within
- 4:00the plane of the astral plane. This is a
- 4:02dimension that sits just above the
- 4:04physical world that everything is pulled
- 4:06out of. For example, look around you.
- 4:08Everything you see around you was
- 4:10thought, then imagined. Imagination is
- 4:13the astral plane. And this astral plane
- 4:15sit above the physical world. As above,
- 4:17so below. These objects were thought,
- 4:19imagined within someone's mind and then
- 4:21pulled into a physical reality.
- 4:23Therefore, the imagination is what
- 4:25you're experiencing within a dream. It
- 4:27is your subconscious mind thinking and
- 4:30materializing within the imaginative
- 4:32plane. For example, let's say you are a
- 4:34Christian. You believe in Jesus your
- 4:36whole life. You have lots of emotion
- 4:38towards Jesus. This deeply impresses
- 4:40your subconscious mind. You believe in
- 4:42him so much. You go to sleep. You have a
- 4:44dream that you meet Jesus. You did not
- 4:47meet directly with Jesus. You met with
- 4:50your own belief. It was your own belief
- 4:52materializing within the imaginative
- 4:54plane and revealing itself to you.
- 4:56Dreams are materializations of your
- 4:59memories, your subconscious beliefs,
- 5:01traumas, and anything that could be
- 5:03inside the subconscious mind. It is your
- 5:05subconsciousness revealing itself to you
- 5:08in a material form. Let's say you have a
- 5:11nightmare. There is a big dark figure
- 5:13chasing you and you are running away in
- 5:15fear away from this dark figure chasing
- 5:18you. That dark figure is not an external
- 5:20entity. It is not a spirit or a jin or a
- 5:23demon. It is in fact an aspect of your
- 5:26own mind. It is a symbol that represents
- 5:28maybe a fear, a trauma or something you
- 5:31are running away from internally inside
- 5:33your subconscious mind. something that
- 5:35you are not addressing but something
- 5:37that is fearful, something that can be
- 5:39controlling you on a subconscious level.
- 5:41Let's say you have a fear to address
- 5:43something in your personal life. You
- 5:45want to address someone who is getting
- 5:47on your nerves at work. You continuously
- 5:49put this off and you fear doing that
- 5:52situation over a long period of time.
- 5:54This can slowly control you
- 5:55subconsciously. You start to avoid the
- 5:57person, avoid any contact. It is
- 5:59subconsciously controlling you. This is
- 6:01not the best example, but you can see
- 6:03what I mean. Hidden fears and traumas in
- 6:05the subconscious mind can subconsciously
- 6:07control your actions and ultimately lead
- 6:10you to low states of consciousness, keep
- 6:12you from reaching your higher potential
- 6:14and ultimately create blockages within
- 6:16your own consciousness. That figure in
- 6:18the dream is a materialization of
- 6:20something that you are fearing and
- 6:22running away from and not addressing.
- 6:24This is why people always have dreams of
- 6:27traumas that they have experienced as a
- 6:29child or when they were younger or maybe
- 6:31from a year ago or two. Because that
- 6:33emotion is deeply impressed in the
- 6:35subconscious and the subconscious is
- 6:36always trying to reveal things to you,
- 6:38communicate to you that you need to
- 6:40change, purify and maybe heal within
- 6:42your own consciousness. This is how the
- 6:44higher self communicates to you through
- 6:46the language of symbolism. Once you
- 6:48understand this, dreams can become a
- 6:50very powerful tool, not just
- 6:52entertainment at nighttime. Your
- 6:53consciousness never rests. Your
- 6:55consciousness is eternal. It is the very
- 6:58spark of the divine. Your body needs
- 7:00rest. Your consciousness is not
- 7:02physical. It does not need rest. So this
- 7:04is a way you can identify what your
- 7:06dreams are trying to show you is by
- 7:08writing them down. A dream journal.
- 7:10Every single dream that you have a book
- 7:12placed near your bed. Every time you
- 7:14wake up, first thing you should do is
- 7:16pick up the book and write every single
- 7:18detail that you can remember about the
- 7:20dream. The people that you met are all
- 7:22symbols or aspects of yourself. Maybe it
- 7:25is a friend you saw in your dream. That
- 7:27friend represents a state of
- 7:29consciousness that is within you and is
- 7:31trying to reveal something to you. It's
- 7:33about making the subconscious into the
- 7:34conscious to become conscious of the
- 7:36unknown. Write down every detail,
- 7:39everything you saw, every event that
- 7:41played out, even the details of the
- 7:42clothes that they were wearing.
- 7:44Everything is symbolic within dreams.
- 7:46Write everything down and then analyze
- 7:49the dream. Don't analyze it from a
- 7:50logical mind. analyze it with the right
- 7:52hemisphere of the brain which allows you
- 7:54to see metaphors, read between the line.
- 7:57Try and gain the message that it's
- 7:59trying to show you. What does this
- 8:01overall mean to you? And what could this
- 8:04reveal about aspects of yourself that
- 8:06you need to heal or maybe take action in
- 8:09your life and world? Because your higher
- 8:11self is always guiding you towards
- 8:12awakening and fulfilling your mission in
- 8:14the manifested physical world. Dreams
- 8:16speak in symbols, not logic. Ask about
- 8:19your dreams. What is this trying to tell
- 8:21me? Don't take things literally. Look
- 8:23for an emotional tone and symbolic
- 8:26resonance. With practice, you'll begin
- 8:28to understand the personal language of
- 8:30your subconscious mind. Now that you
- 8:31understand that, again, please leave a
- 8:33like or a comment on this video. This is
- 8:36now a technique for lucid dreaming and
- 8:38dreaming more often. This is not going
- 8:40to happen overnight. This is not an easy
- 8:42method. It simply takes practice and
- 8:44dedication. Every morning, choose three
- 8:47time slots. For me, I choose 4:30, 5:00
- 8:50a.m., and 6:00 a.m. Three alarms that
- 8:53are going to go off at these three
- 8:55times, half an hour apart from each
- 8:57other. Each time you wake up, stay awake
- 8:59for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off the alarm.
- 9:01Try and keep your conscious mind awake,
- 9:04but drift back into sleep. There's no
- 9:06other better way for me to explain that.
- 9:08It's very difficult. But try and keep
- 9:10the mind awake, but the body falling
- 9:12back asleep. More than likely, you will
- 9:14drift off back to sleep. Then the next
- 9:16alarm will go off half an hour after.
- 9:18This will wake you up again. Guaranteed.
- 9:20You will probably drift back to sleep by
- 9:22repeating this process. After the three
- 9:24alarms go off, each one of them times
- 9:26you're either going to have a dream or a
- 9:28lucid dream. But definitely you will
- 9:31have a dream. And if it doesn't work one
- 9:32time, keep trying it. I've been using
- 9:34this method for a very long time and I
- 9:37can tell you 70 80% of the time it
- 9:40triggers a dream and a very vivid dream.
- 9:42And it's ideal for lucid dreaming
- 9:44because keeping the conscious mind awake
- 9:46while letting the body fall asleep, you
- 9:48can become conscious within the
- 9:49subconscious realms of your mind. But
- 9:51when you are conscious inside the dream
- 9:54world, you can do what you want, but you
- 9:56also want to let the dream naturally
- 9:58unfold. If you try and take too much
- 10:00control, then you will wake back up. If
- 10:02you feel any fear in your dream, you
- 10:04will wake back up into the material
- 10:06world. Another tip to dream more often
- 10:09is to meditate before bed. Simply close
- 10:11your eyes and think about nothing for 5
- 10:13to 30 minutes. Detach from everything
- 10:15outside you, your name, your job, work,
- 10:18the thoughts. Mentally detach from the
- 10:20world and the physical pleasures and
- 10:22become pure awareness before you try and
- 10:24go to sleep. This will help you become
- 10:26conscious while being within the self.
- 10:28If you wish to learn more about
- 10:30consciousness yourself, the Book of
- 10:32Wisdom volume 2 can definitely help you.
- 10:34I'll leave a link in the description.
- 10:35Thank you for watching this video and
- 10:36I'll see you in the next
