The SIMPLEST Way To Dropship on eBay in 2026 ($250/Day) — Transcript

1. 0:00So, I've discovered what might be the
2. 0:02simplest way to start drop shipping on
3. 0:04eBay right now that actually works. In
4. 0:06fact, I know people who are making over
5. 0:09$250 a day with this simple system. Now,
6. 0:13this isn't some get-richqu scheme. You
7. 0:15will have to do some work to get this up
8. 0:17and running, but once you do, you'll see
9. 0:19that the software that I'm about to show
10. 0:21you will actually automate almost all of
11. 0:23this business for you. And the best part
12. 0:26about this is you don't need any website
13. 0:28to get set up. You don't need a ton of
14. 0:30experience and really all you need is a
15. 0:32laptop and some Wi-Fi. All right, so
16. 0:34before I show you exactly how to set
17. 0:36this up, let me quickly explain why this
18. 0:38method is so much simpler than anything
19. 0:40else out there. You see, most people
20. 0:42make drop shipping way harder than it
21. 0:44really needs to be. Because most people
22. 0:46are trying to drop ship on their own
23. 0:48website using something like Shopify.
24. 0:50So, for instance, this is a Shopify drop
25. 0:52shipping store right here. If we take a
26. 0:54look at this, this is a really nice
27. 0:56store. And there's a lot of pros to drop
28. 0:58shipping on your own website. You can
29. 1:00really build a brand that has a lot of
30. 1:03power. You can always sell this down the
31. 1:05line. And if you do this right, you
32. 1:07could make a lot of money. Here's the
33. 1:10problem, though. Almost everyone I know
34. 1:12who has actually tried this has failed
35. 1:15at it. And there's a number of reasons
36. 1:16for that. First of all, in order to get
37. 1:18this set up, you first have to buy a
38. 1:20domain name. And that's going to cost
39. 1:21you money, especially for a nice domain.
40. 1:24After that, you then have to build the
41. 1:26website on Shopify. Not only does
42. 1:28Shopify cost money, but also just the
43. 1:31whole process of setting up a store
44. 1:33takes a lot of time and expertise and
45. 1:36money as well. Then even if you have an
46. 1:38amazing looking website like this one
47. 1:40right here, how are you going to get
48. 1:42traffic and customers to actually visit
49. 1:44this website? Well, that's where you
50. 1:46have to pay for Facebook ads or
51. 1:48Instagram ads or maybe pay an influencer
52. 1:51on Tik Tok. Whatever it is, all of that
53. 1:54is going to cost you a lot of money. And
54. 1:58let's say that people visit your website
55. 2:00and never actually purchase from you.
56. 2:02Well, then you just wasted all that
57. 2:03money on ads, a domain name, a Shopify
58. 2:06store, all of it, and you never even
59. 2:09made any money. Now, if we compare that
60. 2:11to eBay drop shipping, you're going to
61. 2:12see that the risk is much, much lower.
62. 2:15So, I'm here on ebay.com and if you'll
63. 2:17notice that this person right here who's
64. 2:19selling this product is actually a drop
65. 2:21shipper. So, look at all the images of
66. 2:23the product that they're selling. Look
67. 2:25at the title right here. It's a main
68. 2:27stays memory foam futon. And look at the
69. 2:29price as well. If you were to come onto
70. 2:32eBay here and actually purchase this
71. 2:33item, all this seller is going to do is
72. 2:36turn around and buy the same exact item
73. 2:39for less money from walmart.com. I mean,
74. 2:42look at the photos. They are exactly the
75. 2:44same. The only thing different, even the
76. 2:46title is the same. The only thing
77. 2:47different here is the price of this
78. 2:50item. It is less on Walmart, which means
79. 2:52every time they sell the item to
80. 2:53customers on eBay. And as you see, this
81. 2:55is already sold three times, they make a
82. 2:58profit. In a nutshell, that is all that
83. 3:00drop shipping is on eBay. And you see
84. 3:02how much different is, right? You don't
85. 3:04need to pay for a Shopify account. eBay
86. 3:06is free. You don't need to build an
87. 3:09entire website. eBay already has a
88. 3:11website here ready to go. You don't need
89. 3:14to buy a domain. You don't need to pay
90. 3:15for advertising. There are already
91. 3:17customers on eBay.com ready to buy
92. 3:21stuff. You just have to put the items in
93. 3:23front of them and they could potentially
94. 3:25purchase from you and you can make
95. 3:26money. Now that you understand how this
96. 3:28works, let me show you the simplest part
97. 3:30of this entire system. Finding products
98. 3:32that are almost guaranteed to sell on
99. 3:35eBay. And I mean that because we're only
100. 3:37going to list up products that are
101. 3:39already selling like crazy on eBay. So
102. 3:42I'm over here in the software that I use
103. 3:44to help me find products to drop ship on
104. 3:46eBay. This is really designed by eBay
105. 3:49drop shippers for eBay drop shippers.
106. 3:51And what I love about it is that they
107. 3:53really make your life easy. As soon as
108. 3:54you log in, this section right here
109. 3:57literally gives you trending eBay
110. 3:59products. You don't have to do any
111. 4:00searching around yourself. So let's take
112. 4:03a look at some of these. So, for
113. 4:04instance, we have some of these products
114. 4:06right here. These have sold two times in
115. 4:08total for a $25 profit. So, this is
116. 4:10someone drop shipping from Walmart onto
117. 4:13eBay this product and making about a $25
118. 4:16profit. You see a whole bunch of those
119. 4:18items in here as well. Now, if you need
120. 4:20further proof that this works, let me
121. 4:21show you this over here. This section
122. 4:22right here is actually one of my
123. 4:23favorites. It's the trending drop
124. 4:25shipper section because what this shows
125. 4:27you are other people on eBay who are
126. 4:30drop shipping successfully. It's pulling
127. 4:32all of this data from eBay. So, for
128. 4:34instance, this seller right here has
129. 4:36done over
130. 4:38$22,000 in sales in the past month alone
131. 4:41just with drop shipping. This seller has
132. 4:44done $19,000 in the past month. This
133. 4:46seller has done
134. 4:48$44,000 in sales. So, lots of sellers
135. 4:52being very, very successful on eBay with
136. 4:55drop shipping. Now, what's really cool
137. 4:57about this is that if you want to figure
138. 5:00out exactly what they're selling, all
139. 5:02you have to do is click this button
140. 5:03right here, and that will then scan
141. 5:04their store. So, let's do that for one
142. 5:06of these sellers. All right, so these
143. 5:08are the results of the scan. You can see
144. 5:09up here that this seller is doing
145. 5:11$13,000 a month in sales. And up here,
146. 5:14we can see that they are in fact a drop
147. 5:17shipper. So, let's actually look at
148. 5:18their products. Now, this is the only
149. 5:20part I really care about. Are their
150. 5:22products down here? Because you're able
151. 5:24to see not only what products they're
152. 5:25selling, but how often they're selling.
153. 5:28And this is huge. This this information
154. 5:30I can't find any other way except using
155. 5:32this software. So, what it shows you
156. 5:34right here is that in the past 30 days,
157. 5:36this item has sold 46 times, but 11 of
158. 5:39those sales have been in the past week,
159. 5:41in the past 14 days as well. So, this
160. 5:44tells me that this product is not only
161. 5:45selling in general, but it's selling
162. 5:48right now as well. This product right
163. 5:51here is another one. This one has sold
164. 5:5237 times in the past month and 12 times
165. 5:56in the past 2 weeks. So, now all you
166. 5:58have to do is when you see a product
167. 6:00like this is popular and is selling
168. 6:02well, you're going to go over to your
169. 6:03supplers's website and you're going to
170. 6:05try to find something similar. Now, you
171. 6:07don't want to sell the exact same
172. 6:08product because then you'll be competing
173. 6:10with this seller, but we can find
174. 6:12something similar. So, let me go ahead
175. 6:14and do that. So, I came over to Amazon
176. 6:16and I searched for a stainless steel can
177. 6:18opener automatic. We got a bunch of
178. 6:20results here. So, what am I looking for?
179. 6:21So, first of all, again, I'm not trying
180. 6:23to sell the exact same one. So, I'm not
181. 6:24going to sell this one, but I'm looking
182. 6:26for one that's as cheap as possible,
183. 6:29that still gets prime shipping, and has
184. 6:32good reviews. So, this one right here is
185. 6:34jumping out of me. Amazon does a really
186. 6:36good job of putting one of the best
187. 6:38products right here as the first one.
188. 6:40So, this one's immediately jumping out
189. 6:42at me, but let me scroll down and see if
190. 6:44there's maybe something just a little
191. 6:46bit cheaper that's just as good. So,
192. 6:48this is the same product right
193. 6:50here. Can we find anything cheaper than
194. 6:53like $12? I don't think so. I'm not
195. 6:55seeing anything else here. So, that
196. 6:57would be the winner right there. I would
197. 6:59go ahead and list up this product right
198. 7:02here. It's a really good price at just
199. 7:04$12. It still has good reviews. It's
200. 7:07Amazon Prime, so we're going to get
201. 7:09fast, free shipping. It just checks off
202. 7:11all the boxes and it's similar enough to
203. 7:14this one, which is again a stainless
204. 7:16steel can opener. So, we got the same
205. 7:18features in here as well. So, I'll go
206. 7:20ahead and open that up in a new tab and
207. 7:22save that for later when we actually
208. 7:24list our products. But, we're not done
209. 7:26yet. We can just go down the list now
210. 7:28and find other products that are really
211. 7:31successful as well. We're not just going
212. 7:32to stop there. And once we've gone
213. 7:34through this entire list, what you'll
214. 7:36then do is just scan another seller.
215. 7:38Here's another seller store right here.
216. 7:40They're doing over
217. 7:42$34,000 a month in sales as a drop
218. 7:45shipper. And I would do the same thing.
219. 7:47Just go through every single product
220. 7:48that they're selling and find them on my
221. 7:51supplers's website. Now, if you want to

237. 8:23with you slowly at first and then we'll
238. 8:25time ourselves to see how quickly we can
239. 8:28actually do this in real time. So,
240. 8:30jumping back into my computer, we're now
241. 8:31using this software right here called
242. 8:33AutoDS. And by the way, I'll have links

252. 8:53What is this? So, this actually
253. 8:55automates pretty much everything else
254. 8:57when it comes to your drop shipping
255. 8:58store. So, let me just show you how it
256. 9:01works. So, I've already set up my
257. 9:02account and I'm going to click up here
258. 9:04on the top left where it says add a
259. 9:06product and I'll click on single
260. 9:08product. Now, I'm going to select my
261. 9:10store. And the reason for that is
262. 9:11because this actually works with a lot
263. 9:14of different websites that you might
264. 9:15sell on. You could use this for Shopify.
265. 9:17You could also use it for eBay, Facebook
266. 9:19Marketplace, Tik Tok Shop. There's a
267. 9:21bunch of other ones as well. And you
268. 9:23could do all of that from within your
269. 9:25one account, but we're using this for
270. 9:27eBay right now. So now, if I want to
271. 9:29list a product, let's say it's this
272. 9:30product right here, all I have to do is
273. 9:33copy down the URL for this product, and
274. 9:35that's it. I don't have to copy
275. 9:37everything else and paste it into eBay
276. 9:40because once I paste in this URL here
277. 9:42and click on this orange button, that
278. 9:44will then bring all of the details into
279. 9:47AutoDS for me. And then once I'm ready,
280. 9:50I can just list the product onto eBay.
281. 9:52So for instance, right here we have the
282. 9:55title for this product. Now this is the
283. 9:57title that is grabbed from Amazon. And
284. 10:00this is optimized for Amazon. It is not
285. 10:03optimized for eBay. So we need to fix
286. 10:06this title. And luckily I just have to
287. 10:09click right here where it says optimize
288. 10:11title with AI. I'm going to go ahead and
289. 10:13click on that. And this will create a
290. 10:15title for me. So, I like to choose a
291. 10:17tone that is sellable. Keep this one as
292. 10:20balanced right here. And then I'll click
293. 10:22on AI. Right. So, there we have an
294. 10:25excellent title. I'll just now click
295. 10:27right here where it says save. And now
296. 10:29the title here has been updated with the
297. 10:32new one. So, that's done for us. Next
298. 10:34up, we have the category. The software
299. 10:36automatically selects the best category,
300. 10:38the best tags for us as well.
301. 10:40Automatically selects the best shipping
302. 10:42method. So, we don't have to do any of
303. 10:44that. Then what it's also going to do is
304. 10:46when we actually list it, it's going to
305. 10:48take the price here on Amazon and it's
306. 10:51going to increase it. Increase it enough
307. 10:53to cover our eBay fees, any sales tax we
308. 10:56might have to pay, any shipping,
309. 10:58although in this case, we won't pay any
310. 10:59shipping and more. So we actually make a
311. 11:02profit. So when it gets listed, it's
312. 11:05going to be listed for more than this.
313. 11:07Then what happens is we have all of
314. 11:09these monitors on down here. What do
315. 11:11these monitors do? Well, let's say this
316. 11:14item goes out of stock on Amazon. Well,
317. 11:16the software is going to make sure that
318. 11:18the item automatically goes out of stock
319. 11:20in our eBay store. If the price changes,
320. 11:23we also have price monitoring, which
321. 11:24means that if this goes up in price,
322. 11:27then the price is going to increase in
323. 11:28our eBay store. If it goes down in
324. 11:30price, then it's going to go down in our
325. 11:32eBay store, so we can be as competitive
326. 11:34as possible. And finally down here we
327. 11:36have auto orderering which literally
328. 11:39means that once someone buys a product
329. 11:41from us on eBay, the software is then
330. 11:44going to order it from Amazon for us,
331. 11:47enter in the buyer shipping address, and
332. 11:49have the item shipped directly to the
333. 11:51customer for us. Which means that as
334. 11:54soon as we list this item, this entire
335. 11:56process becomes pretty much handsoff.
336. 11:59Now, let's continue here. You'll see
337. 12:00that it also brings in a nice
338. 12:02description. We also have all the images
339. 12:04in here as well. So, pretty much all I
340. 12:07do is I check on the title, change it up
341. 12:10using AI, just make sure it's the way
342. 12:12that I want, and then I click right here
343. 12:14where it says save and import, and then
344. 12:16that item is then listed in my eBay
345. 12:18store. All right, so now that I showed
346. 12:20you how to do that, let's see how
347. 12:21quickly this can actually work. So,
348. 12:24let's say we want to list this product
349. 12:25right here that's on Walmart. I'll go
350. 12:27ahead and copy down this URL. But let me
351. 12:30first start a timer here in three, two,
352. 12:34one. All right. Going to go ahead and
353. 12:37copy down this URL. Return back to the
354. 12:39software. Click on add a single product.
355. 12:42Paste that in. Edit now.
356. 12:46Quick. I will now click on optimize
357. 12:49title with AI. Make it more
358. 12:55sellable. There we go. A nice title
359. 12:57right there. I'll click on save. There's
360. 12:59our title. I'll just make sure
361. 13:00everything looks good the way that I
362. 13:02want it. All the images look good. All
363. 13:06right. So, I'm happy. And I'll click on
364. 13:07save and import. And that was a total of
365. 13:1037 seconds. So, there you go. That's the
366. 13:14simplest way I have ever found to start
367. 13:16drop shipping on eBay that actually
