The Role of the Divine Feminine in the Awakening of the Divine Masculine — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00You've drafted a message to him three
- 0:02times tonight. The first version was
- 0:04long, everything you've been feeling,
- 0:07the spiritual connection, what you sense
- 0:10between you two, the question of why he
- 0:13keeps pulling back. The second [music]
- 0:15version was shorter, safer, just
- 0:18checking in, casual.
- 0:20The third version you deleted entirely
- 0:23>> [music]
- 0:23>> because even you could hear how much it
- 0:25was asking for reassurance and you're
- 0:27still sitting [music] there, phone in
- 0:30hand, feeling this enormous pull towards
- 0:33someone who hasn't given you a clear
- 0:35signal in days, maybe weeks. This
- 0:38feeling, this particular tension between
- 0:41what you sense on a soul level and what
- 0:44you're experiencing on a human level
- 0:46is exactly [music]
- 0:47what I want to talk about today because
- 0:49this moment, the one you're in right
- 0:52now, is actually one of the most
- 0:54important moments in your role on this
- 0:57journey. Not because of what you decide
- 0:59[music] to send, but because of what you
- 1:02decide to do with yourself before you
- 1:04touch that screen. There's a version of
- 1:06holding space that gets talked about in
- 1:09twin flame [music] and spiritual
- 1:11communities that I want to gently push
- 1:14back on because it often becomes
- 1:16permission to keep giving to someone who
- 1:18isn't receiving, keep waiting for
- 1:20someone who hasn't asked you to wait and
- 1:23keep calling it spiritual devotion when
- 1:26what it actually is, sometimes, is
- 1:29[music] anxiety wearing a sacred name.
- 1:31Real support, the kind that actually
- 1:34serves another person's growth, requires
- 1:37that the person offering it is intact.
- 1:39You cannot genuinely support someone's
- 1:42expansion while you are contracting.
- 1:44>> [music]
- 1:44>> You can't pour from a cup you've been
- 1:46quietly draining for months. The divine
- 1:49feminine principle [music]
- 1:50isn't about being endlessly available,
- 1:53endlessly patient, endlessly
- 1:55compassionate at your own expense.
- 1:57[music] At its core, it's about
- 1:59presence. Genuine, grounded, embodied
- 2:03presence. And you can't be present for
- 2:05someone else when you've abandoned
- 2:06yourself to orbit them. This distinction
- 2:09matters more than almost anything else
- 2:12in this conversation. Love, real love,
- 2:15doesn't require you to disappear. If
- 2:18what you're doing in this dynamic is
- 2:20making yourself smaller, quieter, less
- 2:23needy, less human in hopes that this
- 2:27makes you more spiritually acceptable or
- 2:30less threatening.
- 2:31>> [music]
- 2:31>> That's not sacred feminine energy.
- 2:33That's fear wearing a spiritual costume.
- 2:36So, let's talk about what it actually
- 2:38looks like to support someone's
- 2:40awakening from a place of wholeness
- 2:42rather than longing.
- 2:44>> [music]
- 2:45>> Principle one, understand what you're
- 2:48actually feeling before [music] you act
- 2:50on it. One of the hardest things to do
- 2:52in an intense connection is [music]
- 2:54distinguish between
- 2:56sensitivity and anxious attachment. They
- 2:59can feel almost identical from the
- 3:01inside. Both involve heightened
- 3:04awareness of the other person. Both feel
- 3:07urgent. Both can be framed as knowing,
- 3:10but they have different signatures.
- 3:12Spiritual sensitivity tends to be calm
- 3:15at its core, even when it's carrying
- 3:17something difficult. You might sense
- 3:19something's off with him, feel called to
- 3:21send [music] something, or feel a strong
- 3:24knowing, but it sits in you steadily.
- 3:27You can wait. You can breathe.
- 3:30>> [music]
- 3:30>> You don't feel like you'll come apart if
- 3:32you don't act on it immediately. Anxiety
- 3:35is urgent [music]
- 3:36and contracting. It tells you right now,
- 3:39"What if?" But what does it mean? It
- 3:42makes [music] your chest tight and your
- 3:44thoughts circular. It wants relief, not
- 3:47connection.
- 3:47>> [music]
- 3:48>> Before you act, ask yourself honestly,
- 3:51"Is this a knowing or is this a craving?
- 3:54If you sit with it for 15 minutes
- 3:56without [music] acting and the impulse
- 3:58intensifies rather than clarifies, it's
- 4:01probably anxiety. Tends [music] to be.
- 4:04What to do? Build a small gap between
- 4:07impulse and action. 5 minutes, 15, a
- 4:12walk around the block. Notice what the
- 4:14urge feels like in your body before you
- 4:16decide whether it's worth acting on.
- 4:18What not to do?
- 4:20Don't spiritualize every anxious
- 4:23impulse. Not every feeling called to
- 4:25reach out is a soul nudge. Some of them
- 4:28are just the nervous system asking for
- 4:30proof that you haven't been abandoned.
- 4:33Principle two, regulate your own nervous
- 4:36system before you engage with his. This
- 4:39is practical and non-negotiable. When
- 4:42you're activated, when you've been
- 4:44overthinking for two hours, when you've
- 4:47read the last conversation 17 times,
- 4:50when you're in that low-grade state of
- 4:53bracing, [music]
- 4:54anything you send, say, or do from that
- 4:57place will carry that frequency. Not
- 5:00metaphorically, practically. Your
- 5:02message, your tone, your word choices
- 5:05will all reflect a person trying to
- 5:08stabilize themselves [music]
- 5:09rather than a person offering genuine
- 5:11warmth. He will feel that whether he can
- 5:14articulate it or not. [music] And in
- 5:16someone who already has complicated
- 5:18responses to emotional intensity or
- 5:21need, [music] it tends to create more
- 5:23distance rather than less. What to do?
- 5:26Before any meaningful interaction, get
- 5:29into your body first. Walk, shower,
- 5:33breathe slowly and deliberately for a
- 5:35few [music] minutes. Not as a spiritual
- 5:37practice, just as a way of telling your
- 5:39nervous system the emergency is not
- 5:42happening right now. Talk to a friend.
- 5:45Journal out the anxiety before you try
- 5:47to communicate through it. What not
- 5:49[music] to do: Don't reach out as a way
- 5:52of self-regulating. He is not your
- 5:54regulation tool. Using someone else's
- 5:56response to settle your own nervous
- 5:59system makes your peace contingent on
- 6:01their availability. [music]
- 6:03And that's a fragile structure to build
- 6:06anything on. Why this matters
- 6:08spiritually: [music]
- 6:09The most potent thing the feminine can
- 6:12offer in this dynamic [music] is genuine
- 6:14stability, not performed calm, not
- 6:17suppressed need, but actually settled
- 6:19[music]
- 6:20presence. That kind of presence is rare.
- 6:23It creates space. Forced calm creates
- 6:26distance. [music]
- 6:27Genuine groundedness creates room for
- 6:30someone else to relax [music] into their
- 6:32own truth.
- 6:34Principle three: Know the difference
- 6:36between breadcrumbing and actual growth.
- 6:39This is the one that requires the
- 6:41clearest eyes because this is where the
- 6:43most self-deception tends to live.
- 6:46Breadcrumbing looks like occasional
- 6:48warmth followed by long silences. Enough
- 6:51engagement to keep you invested without
- 6:54enough consistency to constitute a real
- 6:57relationship. Responses that feel
- 6:59meaningful in the moment, but don't lead
- 7:02anywhere. I miss you with no
- 7:04follow-through. Vulnerability that opens
- 7:06a door and then quietly closes it again.
- 7:09Actual [music] growth looks different.
- 7:11It's not perfect, but it has direction.
- 7:15He initiates contact more consistently
- 7:17over time, not just when he's lonely.
- 7:20He's willing to have a hard conversation
- 7:23rather than disappearing when something
- 7:25gets uncomfortable. He demonstrates in
- 7:28behavior, not just feeling statements,
- 7:31that something is shifting.
- 7:34He shows up in small ways that cost him
- 7:37something. The distinction isn't always
- 7:39clean.
- 7:40People grow unevenly. But if you've been
- 7:43interpreting the same small gestures as
- 7:46signs of progress for six, eight,
- 7:48[music]
- 7:4910 months, it's worth asking honestly
- 7:52whether you've been making a map out of
- 7:53crumbs. [music]
- 7:55What to do?
- 7:56Track behavior over time rather than
- 7:59individual moments. One vulnerable
- 8:02message does not a pattern make. Look at
- 8:04the trajectory, not [music] the
- 8:07exceptions. What not to do?
- 8:09Don't assign spiritual significance to
- 8:12inconsistency
- 8:13as a way of explaining it away. He's
- 8:15going through a dark night of the soul
- 8:17can be true. It can also be a way of
- 8:20excusing behavior that would be
- 8:22unacceptable if you named it plainly.
- 8:25Principle four, stay compassionate
- 8:27without [music] enabling avoidance.
- 8:30Compassion for someone's struggle is not
- 8:32the same as absorbing the consequences
- 8:34[music] of their patterns. You can
- 8:36genuinely understand why someone finds
- 8:39intimacy difficult. Can see clearly
- 8:41where that difficulty [music] came from.
- 8:44Can hold them with real tenderness.
- 8:47And still not be willing to be the
- 8:49person who suffers from [music] it
- 8:50indefinitely without acknowledgement.
- 8:53This is subtle because it asks you to
- 8:55hold two things at once. I understand
- 8:57[music]
- 8:58this is hard for you and I need this to
- 9:00look different. Enabling avoidance often
- 9:03sounds like it's okay. I know you're not
- 9:06ready when it's actually not okay. Or I
- 9:09don't need anything from you right now
- 9:11when you do. Or showing up with so much
- 9:14understanding and so little expression
- 9:17of your own needs that the other person
- 9:19never has to reckon with the impact of
- 9:22their behavior. What to do? Be honest
- 9:24about your experience without making it
- 9:27a demand. I've been feeling like we're
- 9:29not quite connecting and I wanted to say
- 9:31that out loud is honest. You need to
- 9:33figure your stuff out or I'm done is
- 9:36pressure. There's a lot of ground
- 9:37between those two. What not to do. Don't
- 9:41frame your own needs out of the picture
- 9:43entirely in the name of holding space.
- 9:45His growth doesn't require your silence
- 9:48about your experience. Principle five,
- 9:50detach the outcome from your offering.
- 9:53This one is the spiritual core of the
- 9:55whole conversation, and it's also the
- 9:58hardest. If you are being warm, patient,
- 10:01present, [music] and growth-oriented
- 10:04because you believe it will lead to
- 10:06union,
- 10:07that's a transaction. Sacred language,
- 10:10transactional intention.
- 10:12>> [music]
- 10:12>> And somewhere, some part of you knows
- 10:15this, which is often why it doesn't feel
- 10:18peaceful, because it isn't quite.
- 10:22The offering that actually carries
- 10:24weight
- 10:24>> [music]
- 10:24>> spiritually and relationally
- 10:28is the one made without a required
- 10:30outcome. I'm choosing to grow because
- 10:33it's right for me. I'm choosing to show
- 10:35up with integrity because that's who I
- 10:38want to be. I'm choosing to be
- 10:40compassionate because I believe [music]
- 10:41it matters, not because I'm building a
- 10:44case for why I deserve to be chosen.
- 10:46That shift [music] from strategy to
- 10:49genuine expression
- 10:51changes the texture of everything
- 10:53[music] you bring to this. It changes
- 10:55how your messages land. It changes how
- 10:58you carry yourself in separation.
- 10:59[music]
- 11:00It changes what you attract. And here's
- 11:02the hard truth that lives [music] inside
- 11:04this principle. If he doesn't awaken, if
- 11:07this connection doesn't become the
- 11:09relationship you sense it could be,
- 11:11you will have still [music] become
- 11:13someone more whole, more grounded, more
- 11:16genuinely themselves. That's not a
- 11:18consolation prize. That's the point.
- 11:21These are examples. Adjust them to your
- 11:24voice. The underlying principle in each
- 11:27pair is the same. The healthy version is
- 11:30honest without being pressured, warm
- 11:33without being self-abandoning. When you
- 11:35haven't heard from him and you want to
- 11:37check in, I've been feeling you so
- 11:40strongly and I just needed to reach out.
- 11:43Are you okay? I hope I haven't done
- 11:45something wrong.
- 11:46>> [music]
- 11:46>> This carries anxiety and seeks
- 11:49reassurance. The question, did I do
- 11:51something wrong? Puts the responsibility
- 11:54for your peace on him.
- 11:56Hey. I was thinking about you. No
- 11:59pressure to respond if you need space.
- 12:02Just wanted you to know. Warm, brief,
- 12:05and doesn't ask him to manage your
- 12:07feelings.
- 12:08When he opens up about struggling.
- 12:10[music]
- 12:11I knew it.
- 12:13This is why I'm here for you.
- 12:14>> [music]
- 12:15>> I've been holding this for us. Please
- 12:17let me in.
- 12:19This, despite being genuine, makes his
- 12:22vulnerability about your journey
- 12:24together rather than about him.
- 12:27That sounds really heavy.
- 12:28>> [music]
- 12:29>> I'm glad you said something.
- 12:31Simple.
- 12:32Receives him without making it about
- 12:34you.
- 12:35When he pulls back after a moment of
- 12:37connection.
- 12:39Why do you always do this?
- 12:41>> [music]
- 12:42>> Every time I feel like we're getting
- 12:43somewhere, you disappear. Accurate
- 12:46feeling, counterproductive delivery.
- 12:49Will likely create more withdrawal. I
- 12:51notice when things feel close between us
- 12:54and then go quiet, I just want you to
- 12:56know I see it. [music] I'm not going
- 12:59anywhere, but I'm also not able to keep
- 13:01reaching into silence. Honest about the
- 13:03pattern, [music] honest about your
- 13:05limits, not a threat. When you feel the
- 13:07pull to over explain the connection.
- 13:10I've been doing a lot of research on
- 13:11twin flames and I genuinely believe
- 13:14we're in separation for a reason. Our
- 13:16higher selves are working on something
- 13:19[music] even when we're not talking.
- 13:21Maybe true for you, said to him, it
- 13:23often lands [music] as pressure to
- 13:25participate in a framework he may not
- 13:27share. I don't fully understand what
- 13:30this is between us. I just know it feels
- 13:32significant to me, real, humble, and
- 13:35doesn't ask him to sign on to your
- 13:37cosmology. When you want to express that
- 13:39you need more, I need you to step up. I
- 13:43can't keep doing this push and pull.
- 13:46I've realized I need more consistency to
- 13:49feel secure in a connection. I'm not
- 13:51saying that to pressure you. I just want
- 13:53to be honest about where I am.
- 13:55Boundaries in a spiritual context often
- 13:58get misunderstood. They're sometimes
- 14:00presented as walls, ways of protecting
- 14:03yourself from someone, but a real
- 14:05boundary isn't about keeping someone
- 14:07out. It's about knowing where you end
- 14:10and someone else begins and being honest
- 14:13about that line. Here's what that looks
- 14:15like practically in this dynamic. A
- 14:17boundary might be deciding you're not
- 14:20available for conversations that happen
- 14:23only when he wants them and goes silent
- 14:25when he doesn't. Not announced as an
- 14:28ultimatum, just [music] a quiet internal
- 14:31decision that you begin to live by. A
- 14:33boundary might be choosing to date other
- 14:36people or invest in your own life while
- 14:39this connection remains undefined. Not
- 14:42to make him jealous because your life
- 14:44doesn't pause for his timeline. A
- 14:46boundary might be deciding that you
- 14:49won't engage with a version of this
- 14:52connection that leaves you consistently
- 14:54confused, drained,
- 14:56>> [music]
- 14:56>> or anxious that you'll say so calmly
- 14:59once
- 15:01and then live accordingly if nothing
- 15:03shifts. What boundaries are not? Silent
- 15:06treatments deployed to teach him a
- 15:08lesson, [music]
- 15:09manufactured distance as strategy,
- 15:12announcing your boundaries in long
- 15:14messages [music] and then not keeping
- 15:16them.
- 15:17How to hold a boundary when you feel
- 15:20yourself softening. When he reaches out
- 15:23after a long silence [music]
- 15:25and you feel yourself about to collapse
- 15:27the limit you'd set, pause.
- 15:30This isn't about hardness, it's about
- 15:32asking, "What do I actually [music] want
- 15:35from this moment?"
- 15:37Do you want to respond because you
- 15:39genuinely want to connect or because the
- 15:41anxiety of the silence finally broke
- 15:43[music] and you just want it to stop?
- 15:45One is an offering, the other is
- 15:48relief-seeking. Both are human, but only
- 15:51one comes from your center. [music]
- 15:53There's something important to say
- 15:54plainly before we close. You will not
- 15:56awaken him by loving him perfectly.
- 15:59There is no combination of spiritual
- 16:02practices, perfectly held space, and
- 16:05patient presence that guarantees someone
- 16:08will do the inner work they need to do.
- 16:11His growth is his. That was always true.
- 16:14It was never in your hands. What is in
- 16:17your hands is the quality of your own
- 16:20unfolding. This journey, whatever it
- 16:23becomes between you two, is doing
- 16:26something in you. It's showing you where
- 16:28you abandon yourself under pressure,
- 16:31where you mistake proximity for
- 16:33connection, where you've been willing to
- 16:35accept the idea of love more readily
- 16:38than love's actual presence. These are
- 16:41not small things to learn [music] about
- 16:43yourself. They are, arguably, the whole
- 16:46curriculum. The version of you that
- 16:48comes through this, not through union,
- 16:51not through him finally seeing you,
- 16:54but through you choosing yourself inside
- 16:56this experience, that version is the one
- 16:59worth building toward. His awakening, if
- 17:02[music] it comes, will come on its own
- 17:04terms. You can be warmly available when
- 17:07it does. You don't have to be diminished
- 17:10in the waiting.
- 17:11The divine feminine isn't waiting for
- 17:14the masculine to arrive before she
- 17:16becomes herself.
- 17:18She becomes herself.
- 17:20And from that place, grounded, whole,
- 17:23not performing,
- 17:24>> [music]
- 17:24>> she offers something that no amount of
- 17:27chasing could ever produce.
- 17:29Genuine presence.
- 17:31That's the offering worth making.
- 17:33If something in this landed for you
- 17:35today,
- 17:36if it gave you language for something
- 17:38you've been feeling, or helped you see
- 17:40the dynamic a little more clearly,
- 17:43>> [music]
- 17:43>> I'd love for you to subscribe. I make
- 17:46content like this for people who want to
- 17:48navigate this journey with honesty
- 17:50rather than just hope. Leave a comment
- 17:53if you want, especially if there's
- 17:55something you're working through that
- 17:56you'd like me to address. I do read
- 17:59them.
