The Psychopaths - Tommy Lynn Sells & Diane Downs In Their Own Disturbing Words — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Just before we get into this video, just
- 0:01want to say that there are parts in
- 0:04these interviews that are pretty
- 0:06graphic. And I'd just like to warn you
- 0:10just before you get too far into it. The
- 0:12two people that I want to look at
- 0:14tonight is Tommy Lyn Cells and Diane DS.
- 0:19Both of them murderers. One a serial
- 0:22killer, the other
- 0:25murdered her own children. Well,
- 0:28attempted. We'll get into that in a
- 0:30minute. They're not aware in these
- 0:31interviews of how they sound or the
- 0:34things that they're saying are so
- 0:36ludicrous and that's the most
- 0:38frightening thing. Now, it's fair to say
- 0:41that look at tonight is Tommy Lyn Cells
- 0:44did have a very bad, cruel, neglected
- 0:49upbringing, not only from getting into
- 0:52his teens, but well before even as a
- 0:55toddler, he was passed about. By the
- 0:57time he was 7 years old, he was drinking
- 0:59alcohol.
- 1:01Uh not long after this, he was also
- 1:05um he was hanging out with a fellow
- 1:07called Willie Clark who was doing things
- 1:11to him that should not have been
- 1:13happening. Um and his mother did not
- 1:16really put a stop to this very much. I
- 1:18think it appears that she may have had
- 1:21an inkling about this and we don't know
- 1:23whe what the reason for this was why she
- 1:26didn't really put a stop to it. However,
- 1:28she didn't. But he was actually passed
- 1:32to an aunt, back from his aunt, back to
- 1:35his mother, then to his grandmother,
- 1:37back to his mother, then his mother went
- 1:40off and left him. She took the other
- 1:42kids with her and left him because he
- 1:45was constantly getting in trouble. From
- 1:46the age of seven, he was drinking
- 1:49alcohol. So he was a handful. However,
- 1:53he was neglected and he was left. So by
- 1:56the time Tommy was 10, he was on
- 1:58narcotics. His mother had abandoned him
- 2:01well and truly by this time, took the
- 2:03other four children and he was staying
- 2:05with his grandmother. He was also on the
- 2:07streets as well sometimes. He was just
- 2:09coming and going and he started to live
- 2:12a nomadic lifestyle. You find this is
- 2:15pretty common with serial killers
- 2:16actually. Um, I mean, Tommy Lynn cells,
- 2:21he went uh Missouri,
- 2:25uh, Atlanta, New York, Arizona, Florida,
- 2:30he went all over. That was the same with
- 2:32um, Samuel Little, if you remember, he
- 2:36had a similar upbringing and he lived a
- 2:40nomadic lifestyle. He and he traveled
- 2:43from state to state. So, whilst Al was
- 2:45incarcerated, he was interviewed. I must
- 2:48warn you that there's parts of this
- 2:50interview that are pretty graphic. Um,
- 2:56if I do get if it does get demonetized
- 2:59and it disappears, this um I am going to
- 3:03put it on my Patreon. Um, but
- 3:07yeah, brace yourself. where I sat down
- 3:09with a 45year-old man who could arguably
- 3:13have one of the baddest brains in
- 3:15America.
- 3:16The first time I did a shot of dope, it
- 3:19was the best feeling I ever had in my
- 3:21life. And the first time I killed
- 3:24somebody, it was such a rush.
- 3:28And it was just like that shot.
- 3:31Every time I did it,
- 3:35it was that rush again. and I started
- 3:38chasing that high.
- 3:40Tommy Lin Cells was once a little boy
- 3:42growing up in St. Louis, but around the
- 3:44age of 14, he says he became addicted to
- 3:48killing. How many people have you
- 3:50killed?
- 3:52Lord, I don't know.
- 3:56I I don't know.
- 3:5710?
- 3:59Yeah.
- 4:0020?
- 4:01Probably.
- 4:0230.
- 4:03It's up there.
- 4:0450. But see you, I'm not Billy the kid
- 4:09and making notches on on my my holster.
- 4:13So
- 4:15I know it's been a lot. I am hatred.
- 4:17When you look at me, you look at hate.
- 4:19When I look at you, I look at hate.
- 4:21When you look at me, you know what hate
- 4:23is. I don't know what love is. Two words
- 4:26I don't like to use is love and sorry
- 4:29because I'm about hate. Vicious cycle. I
- 4:32couldn't help but be grateful for the
- 4:34glass between us.
- 4:36I don't have no feelings
- 4:39no more. No emotion, no.
- 4:42I like to watch the eyes fade, the pupil
- 4:46fade.
- 4:47What do you like about that?
- 4:49It It's just like setting their soul
- 4:52free.
- 4:53What are you thinking and feeling when
- 4:57you kill someone?
- 4:58It's just like that drug. I'm after that
- 5:01drug again. I I don't have a on and off
- 5:04switch. I'm just after that drug. I'm
- 5:08after that feeling.
- 5:10I wonder if you could just tell me what
- 5:12happened as you were killing her. Did
- 5:14she Did she give birth to a baby?
- 5:20You know, you're pushing your luck.
- 5:22I'm sorry.
- 5:23Let's Let's not get Let's not get into
- 5:26blood and guts because because that's
- 5:28what you're trying to get into. You also
- 5:30killed children.
- 5:33Some got killed. Yes.
- 5:35Now, why would that happen?
- 5:37I didn't want them to live through the
- 5:39pain I live through.
- 5:41The young girl named Crystal,
- 5:45she came to her fate by having a
- 5:48sleepover at her friends
- 5:50um where Tommy cells was was staying.
- 5:54She was so brave, that little girl, and
- 5:56so smart. She actually pretended that
- 6:00she was dead when he did what he did to
- 6:03her. Um, and with that, she actually ran
- 6:08ran and ran in that state to her
- 6:11neighbors and wrote down I'll put the
- 6:14letter up. Actually wrote down what had
- 6:17happened. It was because of that little
- 6:19girl's bravery, Crystal's bravery, that
- 6:21Tommy Linels was incarcerated. without
- 6:25her, he'd have carried on. But because
- 6:29she she acted like she was dead and then
- 6:31she ran and ran and ran and then wrote
- 6:33down everything,
- 6:36then that's how they got it.
- 6:38After what I had seen him do, he had no
- 6:40emotion in his eyes.
- 6:53That emptiness evident as we spoke.
- 6:56So, what if I called you something that
- 6:58you didn't like and you'd think about
- 7:00killing me?
- 7:02Well, if we was in a fight and
- 7:07you know, get your head down in the
- 7:09concrete, then, you know, so be it. But
- 7:13what happens when my head goes down to
- 7:14the concrete?
- 7:15Well, what do you think happened? It
- 7:17cracks like a coconut.
- 7:21And then what happens?
- 7:24You die.
- 7:26But for some of the families of his
- 7:28victims, ending that brain function was
- 7:30what was important. Cells was on death
- 7:33row for more than 13 years. The most
- 7:35recent delay over the exact makeup of
- 7:38the drug cocktail that would be used to
- 7:40kill him. Cells said the pain of the
- 7:43death penalty pad in comparison to his
- 7:47life. I suffer more here than I'll ever
- 7:51suffer in that grave.
- 7:56I have to live with it every day. Now,
- 8:00when they kill me, at least I'll be free
- 8:03then.
- 8:04Last night, Tommy Linell's final appeal
- 8:07was rejected. He was executed at 6:27
- 8:10p.m.
- 8:11When asked if he wanted to make a last
- 8:13statement, uh, he just simply answered
- 8:15no. For the family of Katie Harris, it
- 8:18was long overdue.
- 8:19Now it's a day of
- 8:21closure and celebration that justice has
- 8:24been served.
- 8:24So yes, Cells did receive the death
- 8:26sentence. What I don't understand with
- 8:27this is that he did say, you heard it in
- 8:30that interview that he did say that um
- 8:33you know if that happened then he'd be
- 8:36away from all this and um more or less
- 8:40he'd rest in peace and he wouldn't have
- 8:42to wake up uh thinking about it every
- 8:45day. I don't think for one minute he
- 8:47woke up thinking about it every day
- 8:49basically because 10 minutes before he
- 8:51was laughing about what he did and what
- 8:54he can do and what he's capable of his
- 8:55capabilities in quite a lot of these
- 8:58crimes. Um whether that was with
- 9:03without going into too too much detail
- 9:05no matter who that was to he was very
- 9:09clear on what he's capable of doing. So,
- 9:13um I don't believe for a minute that he
- 9:16that that was true that he felt that at
- 9:18least he would be out of it and have to
- 9:20think about it every day because the
- 9:22other thing is he'd also put in an
- 9:24appeal. So, if that was the case, why
- 9:26put in an appeal?
- 9:28Um and he got the easy way out in a lot
- 9:31of respect because he literally um got
- 9:34an injection and went to sleep. more or
- 9:36less said that within a few minutes he
- 9:38was snoring and 13 minutes later um he
- 9:42was pronounced dead. So he got off
- 9:45lightly in comparison to what a lot of
- 9:49his victims went through. Anyway, let's
- 9:52move on to the next one. If I can just
- 9:54jump in here and just ask that um only
- 9:5850% of people that watch the videos
- 10:00actually press the like button. Um, if
- 10:03you could just change that for me and
- 10:05just hit that tiger like button down
- 10:07there, take you one second, I really do
- 10:10appreciate it because it will help the
- 10:11channel out. Thank you. I'm going to let
- 10:13Diane DS describe everything that she
- 10:16did with her children, her family, but
- 10:18it was basically for her to be with
- 10:21another man
- 10:23rather than a husband. So, this was for
- 10:26love. the blood that just kept gushing
- 10:28out of her mouth and and
- 10:30she tried to wipe her whole family out
- 10:32because a fellow that that she was
- 10:34seeing didn't want a ready-made family.
- 10:38Elizabeth Diane Downs says the family
- 10:40was on a sightseeing trip when a
- 10:42shaggyhaired stranger flagged her down
- 10:44and demanded her car. She refused and
- 10:47the asalant shot Downs and her children
- 10:49at close range with a 22 caliber gun.
- 10:529-year-old Christy was shot first
- 10:54through the hand into the chest as she
- 10:56tried to protect herself. 3-year-old
- 10:59Danny was shot in the back and is now
- 11:01paralyzed from the waist down.
- 11:037-year-old Cheryl was shot twice from
- 11:05behind and died on the way to the
- 11:07hospital. The gun was never found and
- 11:09neither was the shaggyhaired stranger.
- 11:11Police started suspecting DS as the
- 11:13culprit. The prosecution claims her
- 11:16obsessive love for an ex-boyfriend in
- 11:18Arizona was her motive. The state says
- 11:21Downs felt her children were getting in
- 11:23the way and preventing a romantic
- 11:25relationship with that former boyfriend.
- 11:27I have been through that night so many
- 11:29times. I've even been through it with my
- 11:31psychologist. It's very hard. It's very
- 11:33tearful. There are a lot of memories
- 11:35that
- 11:37um
- 11:39I don't know a lot of people when
- 11:42something traumatic happens to them,
- 11:43they suppress it immediately. I kept
- 11:47those memories because I knew that I was
- 11:49the only person that was going to be
- 11:51able to tell them what happened when we
- 11:52got to the hospital. And when I got
- 11:54there, the first thing I said was call
- 11:56the doctors. Second thing was the blood
- 11:58type. Third thing was call the cops
- 12:00because they've got to they've got to
- 12:01find him. And so I had to remember as
- 12:05much as I could remember. The other
- 12:06thing that brought it to light that
- 12:08Diane was involved in this was because
- 12:10when she was going to the hospital to
- 12:12see her children, um, one of one of the
- 12:15the little girls readings on the on the
- 12:18monitors was going off the chart.
- 12:20They're experienced and they would see
- 12:22the opposite effect. When a child hears
- 12:24a parent, a mom or a father, everything
- 12:27settles down and they become more
- 12:29relaxed. But in this case, everything
- 12:32was going off the RTER scale for them.
- 12:34And that is what highlighted it even
- 12:36more. Obviously, her story didn't add up
- 12:39anyway, but they had to keep her away
- 12:42from them children. They knew that once
- 12:44that had started happening, they just
- 12:46knew that they couldn't let her near the
- 12:47kids.
- 12:48When this man shot my daughter, my first
- 12:50reaction was to snap back to my
- 12:52childhood, to the pain that had happened
- 12:55to me back then, my marriage, my
- 12:58entrapment by society. This man was
- 13:00bigger than me. He was stronger than me.
- 13:01He had more power because he had a gun.
- 13:04He was in control and I was not. And I
- 13:07had there was nothing I could do. And I
- 13:09stood there and I looked at Christy
- 13:10reaching and the blood that just kept
- 13:14gushing out of her mouth and and I what
- 13:18do you do?
- 13:19You just stand there trapped and then
- 13:23and then the gun kept firing and firing
- 13:25and firing and it it it made it was
- 13:27monotonous. It just kept going. It was
- 13:30like a slow motion picture.
- 13:33And then he swung around towards me and
- 13:36I and this is something that I did not
- 13:38recall when I was explaining to the cops
- 13:41because there it was it wasn't like a
- 13:43movie when I was telling them. I was
- 13:44telling them what happened the important
- 13:46details. He shot my kids. I pushed him.
- 13:47I ran and when he swung around, he was
- 13:51pointing. When he swung around, it hit
- 13:53the tips of my fingers. The gun hit the
- 13:55tips of my fingers and that snapped me
- 13:56and I went, "Wait a minute. I'm not
- 13:59trapped by society. I don't care if he
- 14:01is bigger. If I stand here and I say,
- 14:05"Yeah, here. Take the keys. I mean,
- 14:07there's nothing I can do. You win
- 14:08because you have the gun. My kids are
- 14:10gonna die." And I'm not going to let my
- 14:13kids die. And so instead of giving him
- 14:15the keys, I fainted throwing the keys.
- 14:19Everybody says, "You sure were lucky."
- 14:21Well, I don't feel very lucky. I
- 14:23couldn't tie my damn shoes for about two
- 14:25months. It is very painful. It is still
- 14:27painful. I have a steel plate in my arm.
- 14:29I will for a year and a half. the the
- 14:32scar is going to be there forever. I'm
- 14:34going to remember that night for the
- 14:35rest of my life whether I want to or
- 14:36not. I don't think I was very lucky. I
- 14:39think my kids were lucky. If I had been
- 14:41shot the way they were, we all would
- 14:43have died except maybe Danny. What do I
- 14:45see most is blood coming out of
- 14:47Christiey's mouth because that's what I
- 14:49see. Um I I can't see Danny and I can't
- 14:53see Sher. Sherry was laying on the floor
- 14:56and driving to the hospital. I don't
- 14:59know the sounds that were made at the
- 15:00initial shooting because I was on the
- 15:02outside and all I could hear.
- 15:05I c I can't hear anything but gunshots
- 15:08and I can I can see things, you know. I
- 15:11that's it. Driving to the hospital, I
- 15:13can smell blood. I can not hear Cheryl.
- 15:17Cheryl's not making a sound. Danny is
- 15:20just crying real real soft. So So that
- 15:22sound stays in my mind. And the fact
- 15:24that Christiey's choking and just and
- 15:26then I'm yelling at her and screaming at
- 15:28her to to roll over on her face because
- 15:32I was trying to keep her from choking on
- 15:34her blood and it just didn't dawn on me
- 15:36that she was shot in the chest and that
- 15:37the blood was coming from her chest, not
- 15:39going down into her chest. Um, to be
- 15:42honest, it made me a better person
- 15:44because I know all the mistakes. I know
- 15:45not what not to do to my kids. I know
- 15:48what to avoid. Uh, one thing is to not
- 15:50be married.
- 15:52And that may seem very harsh, but I
- 15:55honestly don't believe that children
- 15:57need fathers. And they're nice to have
- 16:00around sometimes when they can do things
- 16:03to help you. But when they are mentally
- 16:05abusive, when they are harsh, and the
- 16:08way my ex-husband was, they're more a
- 16:10deterrent to the children than a help.
- 16:12And unless you can find a good father,
- 16:15there is no need for them. Diane says
- 16:18her marriage with Steve DS deteriorated
- 16:20when friction arose over an unexpected
- 16:23pregnancy.
- 16:24Okay. After I had Christy and after I
- 16:26had Cheryl,
- 16:28Steve had a vasectomy.
- 16:30It didn't work. And he never went back
- 16:33to get checked to see if it worked. He
- 16:35just figured doctors know what they're
- 16:37doing. It must have worked. So after I
- 16:40think it's uh you're supposed to wait 10
- 16:43weeks, be on some kind of contraceptive
- 16:45for 10 weeks and then you're safe. And
- 16:46you check,
- 16:47but you're supposed to check. Yeah. He
- 16:49never went back because he was just too
- 16:50busy and the doctor probably knew what
- 16:52he was doing. Well, I got pregnant and I
- 16:54knew that I wasn't messing around with
- 16:55anybody and that if I was pregnant
- 16:58because I know what being pregnant feels
- 17:00like. I know how I got that way and I
- 17:02told him about it and he gave me heck.
- 17:05Oh,
- 17:06he was Danny or is Danny not?
- 17:08That was the child that I aborted. Steve
- 17:10put me through hell with that one and I
- 17:12had an abortion. Cheryl was collicky.
- 17:14Steve was bitching. We f I made Steve go
- 17:17back to the doctor or shut up. Don't
- 17:18accuse me until you know. The doctor
- 17:20said, "Yeah, you are fertile. I guess I
- 17:22goofed up. Come on in and we'll go ahead
- 17:24and do it again." Well, I was pregnant.
- 17:26So, I was 20 years old, had two kids. I
- 17:29was collicky. My husband was a bastard.
- 17:32I'm sorry. And I had an abortion. And I
- 17:36felt so horrible about it that I had
- 17:39killed somebody like that. I didn't kill
- 17:42it myself, but I hired a doctor to do
- 17:44it. Yeah.
- 17:46And so I asked my husband to have his
- 17:48vasctomy changed, reversed. He refused.
- 17:51I asked him for a year. He kept saying
- 17:53no. I said fine, I will find a suitable
- 17:56donor. I watched people I worked with. I
- 17:59picked somebody that was attractive,
- 18:00that was healthy, that was not abusive
- 18:02of drugs and alcohol and such. Was
- 18:05strong, you know, bone structure, the
- 18:07whole bit. A good specimen. It was
- 18:09really clinical. It was really terrible.
- 18:11And I seduced him. and I know my cycle.
- 18:15And it only took once and I got
- 18:17pregnant. I went home and about a week
- 18:19later I told Steve I was pregnant. And
- 18:21he goes, "How do you know?" And I says,
- 18:22"Well, I know my cycle. I know I'm
- 18:24pregnant." And he was really upset. For
- 18:26that whole nine months, he put me
- 18:27through hell every day, every night. It
- 18:30was terrible. Just railed on me
- 18:32constantly. Told me to get an abortion,
- 18:35the whole bit. And then after the baby
- 18:37was born, he told me, "If you have a
- 18:40girl baby, I might let you stay around,
- 18:43but if you have a boy, I'm kicking you
- 18:45both out on your butts, and you're going
- 18:47to take those two with you also, cuz how
- 18:49do I know they're mine?" That kind of
- 18:51attitude. Well, I lived with that for
- 18:53nine months. When Danny was born, Steve,
- 18:56cuz Okay, the reason I had to be a girl
- 18:58was because Christy was supposed to be a
- 19:00boy. I was so cruel and mean. I had a
- 19:02girl and Steve just couldn't stand it.
- 19:04Got one more chance, Diane. Cheryl
- 19:06better be a boy. Well, Cheryl turned out
- 19:08being a girl. He came into the recovery
- 19:10room. He goes, "Well, where is he?" I
- 19:12said, "He's a she." He says, "How could
- 19:13you do that? You know, we're not having
- 19:15any more kids." Crazy. Flipped out. So,
- 19:19if I was going to have another one, I
- 19:20better darn sure have a girl. Well, when
- 19:22Danny was born, he was a boy. And my
- 19:25first thought was, I'm dead. He's dead.
- 19:28What's he going to do to that baby? And
- 19:29then I didn't care. I mean, that was my
- 19:32baby. that was supposedly the baby that
- 19:34was going to replace the one that I had
- 19:35aborted. And as soon as I looked at
- 19:37Danny, I said, "You can't. That's that's
- 19:40a boy baby. That's" and I just knew that
- 19:42the baby I'd aborted was a girl. I named
- 19:43her Carrie and everything. There's just
- 19:45a different human being altogether. You
- 19:47know,
- 19:48a whole lot of emotion on that delivery
- 19:50table. And Steve standing there right
- 19:51beside me looking at me like, "You
- 19:53witch, how could you do this? You're
- 19:56out." You know, and Dr. George hand
- 19:58handed Daniel to Steve. And from that
- 20:01point on, Steve spent the rest of the
- 20:03the past four years trying to prove to
- 20:06people that he was not biased and not
- 20:09prejudice, thereby becoming bias and
- 20:11prejudice. DS knew a lengthy murder
- 20:14trial would make her private life public
- 20:16territory. She's very frank about being
- 20:19a surrogate mother. She ran a surrogate
- 20:21program in Arizona and gave birth to
- 20:24another couple's child.
- 20:26Diane lost visitation rights to her own
- 20:28two surviving children after the murder.
- 20:30She was found guilty of contempt of
- 20:32court for seeing them in a secret visit
- 20:34set up by her ex-husband Steve. Police
- 20:37found out about the visit in a letter DS
- 20:39wrote to her former boyfriend, Robert
- 20:41Nicobacher, known as Nick, in Arizona.
- 20:44You fought for Steve to get custody of
- 20:46the kids and then you wrote a letter to
- 20:47your former boyfriend telling him that
- 20:49Steve was an unfit father for your
- 20:51children. A lot of people won't
- 20:53understand that, Diane. But Steve is
- 20:55different than most people. He can
- 20:59Steve pointed an empty gun at my head at
- 21:01one time and pulled the trigger. Do you
- 21:03know why? He wanted me to marry him.
- 21:06That is crazy.
- 21:09CSD, I believe, is very careful in
- 21:12picking out the people that care for a
- 21:13child that they think has been abused.
- 21:15And right now, they believe that Christy
- 21:17has been one of the most abused children
- 21:19in the world. Granted, she was shot, but
- 21:21before that, she was never abused. But
- 21:24they believe that that's probably true.
- 21:26And so they're going to put Christy in a
- 21:27very very good place. And so I know that
- 21:29Christiey's in a good home.
- 21:32And so I just decided that it was better
- 21:33that Christy be in a safe in a sta a
- 21:37mentally stable environment rather than
- 21:40to be with Steve and even cry in front
- 21:43of my family. And I can go to my room
- 21:45and I can write in this diary, this
- 21:48record book
- 21:50some of my fears and and it's really
- 21:52even sketchy. I don't write in a lot of
- 21:54detail. There are days when I'm
- 21:55overwhelmed with with emotion and the
- 21:58book will be rather emotional, but but
- 21:59very few days, it's just sitting in
- 22:01front of the book and and writing down
- 22:04little sentences and then being able to
- 22:05cry over it and and feel emotionally
- 22:08everything that that I don't physically
- 22:10write down. And it's a very good
- 22:12release. It's uh it's therapy in a way.
- 22:15It's also a way of keeping a record
- 22:17because in the beginning, so many things
- 22:18were said to me that were denied later.
- 22:22Oh, it's so sad.
- 22:23Have you ever thought of the fact that
- 22:25you're writing these things could be
- 22:27used against you or in your favor at any
- 22:30future time?
- 22:31No, I didn't because I never thought the
- 22:33book would be made public. I got
- 22:34pregnant because I miss Christy and I
- 22:37miss Danny and I miss Cheryl so much.
- 22:39I'm never going to see Cheryl on Earth
- 22:41again. And I just You can't replace
- 22:45children, but you can replace the effect
- 22:47that they give you. And they give me
- 22:49love. They give me satisfaction. They
- 22:51give me stability. They give me a reason
- 22:52to live and a reason to be happy and and
- 22:55that's gone. They took it from me. But
- 22:58children are so easy to conceive.
- 23:01Obviously, everyone is curious who the
- 23:03father is. And I know you probably don't
- 23:05want to talk about that. Does the father
- 23:06know who he is?
- 23:07Oh, yeah. Yeah. And that's why I won't
- 23:09talk about it because he feels as
- 23:10privately about this child as I do.
- 23:13What would you do given this current
- 23:15situation if they said they took if they
- 23:18took away your kids and then they went
- 23:20one step further and said, "We think
- 23:22you're an unfit mother.
- 23:23We're going to take away this one." I
- 23:24don't know how they're going to do it.
- 23:27One of the I I'd like to see them try to
- 23:29take this baby from me. And
- 23:32how how could they do it? They're going
- 23:34to have to wait a long time to do it.
- 23:36Hopefully, this thing will be cleared up
- 23:37by then. I don't know that they could do
- 23:40this. take it away after it's born. I
- 23:43don't know. I've never even talked to my
- 23:45attorney about it because it seems so,
- 23:48let's put it the way the DA says. It's
- 23:49laughable.
- 23:51I die every day when I go to bed. I cry
- 23:53at night. Even now, I still cry. I dream
- 23:56about Cheryl. I dream about Cheryl
- 23:58reaching out with me with her arms and
- 23:59always giving me a kiss and saying, "I
- 24:02love you. I miss you. Where have you
- 24:03been?" It's almost as if she really is
- 24:04coming back and saying, "How come you're
- 24:08not here with me?"
- 24:10One time, it was right after Christy
- 24:12went to the foster home. I dreamed that
- 24:14Cheryl came to me. Well, Christy came to
- 24:15me and I said, "Christy, how did you
- 24:17find me?" And she said, "Cheryl brought
- 24:19me." And Cheryl came walking out of the
- 24:21shadows and there was blood on her shirt
- 24:23and I just Yeah, it was really spooky.
- 24:25And I said, "Cheryl, I thought you were
- 24:28dead." And she goes, "No, I was faking
- 24:29it. I knew they were going to take
- 24:30Christy away and she wouldn't be able to
- 24:31find you, so I brought you." And then
- 24:33Cheryl showed us how to sneak Danny out
- 24:34of the hospital and everything. It was
- 24:36it was a wonderful dream. It was
- 24:38wonderful cuz we were we were the four
- 24:39musketeers and we were together again.
- 24:41And and
- 24:42DS also says the children were shot
- 24:44inside the car, but police reports claim
- 24:47high velocity blood spatters were found
- 24:49on the outside of the car, on the
- 24:51passenger side.
- 24:52The DA has come up with this idea that
- 24:55somebody was shot on the outside of the
- 24:56car. On the passenger side of the car. I
- 24:59was on the driver's side of the car when
- 25:01I was shot. And that's why it was so I'm
- 25:04going it was planted and and it just
- 25:07seemed I mean it can't be real because
- 25:09they talk about blood spatter and when
- 25:11they say spatter I think something being
- 25:13shot out like the blood spatter in the
- 25:16car you know it was so uniform it was so
- 25:19regular same size droplets spread evenly
- 25:21in a pattern and when they say spatter
- 25:24that's what I thought of and we saw
- 25:26pictures of this so-called spatter
- 25:30it's drops When they took the kids, they
- 25:33took Chris and Sher out of the driver's
- 25:35side of the car
- 25:36and it's blood droplets. It's when they
- 25:38picked the kids up and carried them over
- 25:40the threshold, there is blood dripping
- 25:42down the side of the car. But at night,
- 25:44when I close my eyes, I can see Christy
- 25:46reaching her hand out to me while I'm
- 25:47driving and the blood just keep coming
- 25:50out of her mouth. And that maybe it'll
- 25:53fade too with time, but I I don't think
- 25:55so. That haunts me the most.
- 26:02Do you know I actually remember the
- 26:04dying down story and I remember thinking
- 26:06how weird it was cuz I just had my son
- 26:08around this time when this was
- 26:10happening. And um
- 26:13I also remember that when Diane DS was
- 26:16incarcerated, she did actually escape at
- 26:19one stage. Um I think it was a barbed
- 26:22wire 8ft barbed wire wall which I don't
- 26:25think is too out the too out the
- 26:28question to get over but she did she got
- 26:30over it and yeah she escaped. She was
- 26:33obviously captured again and she was
- 26:35given an extra 5 years for that. Her
- 26:39story also um they made a film about her
- 26:42her life story Farah Forset I'm just
- 26:46trying to think what it was called.
- 26:49um
- 26:51and also a book which um was documented.
- 26:54I'll try and find that. If I find it,
- 26:57I'll put it in the links below.
- 27:01So, she's where she needs to be as well.
- 27:04Okay. All right then. So, that's it for
- 27:07tonight. Um
- 27:10if you've enjoyed the channel tonight
- 27:12and you found it interesting, don't
- 27:14forget that like button. I do appreciate
- 27:16it if you would do uh hit that for me.
- 27:19And um in between and I'm going to say
- 27:22take care, stay safe and come back. Bye.
