The Philly Serial K*ller Is So Much Worse Than You Think — Transcript

- 0:08On June 19th, 2026, Philadelphia police
- 0:12investigated [music] a complaint in
- 0:13Center City in which they arrested
- 0:15Eugene Horsch after he allegedly
- 0:17presented officers with fake FBI and DEA
- 0:20credentials. Eugene was found with a
- 0:23woman in his car whose identification
- 0:25also raised some questions being that
- 0:26her ID was that of a missing
- 0:28Philadelphia woman, Blair Tanzelli.
- 0:31After searching Eugene's car, police
- 0:33found crackane, a cattle prod, a baton,
- 0:36a switchblade, handcuffs, and two loaded
- 0:38guns. One whose serial numbers had been
- 0:40completely filed off. Eugene was
- 0:42arrested for various crimes with his
- 0:44arrest leading to a massive
- 0:45investigation spanning decades of
- 0:47organized crime. In the following weeks,
- 0:49the Philadelphia Police Department
- 0:51expanded the reach of the investigation
- 0:53[music] to involve the FBI, the DEA, and
- 0:55the ATF after they searched Eugene's
- 0:57home, which also belonged to his father,
- 1:00Raymond RC Horsch. The most curious
- 1:03aspect to this case is the amount of
- 1:05evidence that was found in the home. It
- 1:07seems that whatever these two were
- 1:08involved in is going to go down as one
- 1:10of the largest criminal cases in recent
- 1:12years, and even more disturbingly, one
- 1:14of the worst serial killer operations in
- 1:16modern history. Investigators found a
- 1:18makeshift chemical lab which was
- 1:20presumably being used to manufacture
- 1:22meth and [music] crack paint along with
- 1:23an indoor weed grow. More counterfeit
- 1:26law enforcement equipment was found
- 1:28including further fake DEA and FBI
- 1:30badges along with zip ties. One large
- 1:32component to this investigation is that
- 1:34Raymond had a decadesl long history of
- 1:36sophisticated counterfeiting charges. An
- 1:38actual reason for the federal warrant
- 1:40served to the home that day was to
- 1:42investigate government document forgery.
- 1:46Either Raymond or Eugene had excavated
- 1:48the sewage and drainage lines beneath
- 1:50the property and connected a 55gallon
- 1:52drum to the primary water lines of the
- 1:54[music] residents, which has some pretty
- 1:56dark implications when contextualized
- 1:58with everything else that was found in
- 1:59the raid. Along with several guns and
- 2:01manufacturing components for firearms,
- 2:03the most disturbing evidence that was
- 2:05found included five urns filled with
- 2:07cremated remains and over 1 million
- 2:09digital images and videos depicting
- 2:11torture and even murder. Police also
- 2:14found 20 containers filled with what
- 2:17police described as a chemical
- 2:19sludge-like substance, [music]
- 2:21something that police are now thinking
- 2:22could be dissolved bodies.
- 2:25There has now been at least seven
- 2:27missing women connected to the horse
- 2:28home, including Blair Tonselli, Amy
- 2:31Mccale, Marabel Fes, Gabrielle Amarando,
- 2:35and Nicole Fusaro. The current number of
- 2:38different women identified among the
- 2:39digital evidence in the videos and
- 2:41photos is at least 58 women.
- 2:45A handwritten letter was also found in
- 2:47the horse home that referenced [music]
- 2:48Ted Bundy stating, quote, "Acting on
- 2:50emotion is where problems occur. I had
- 2:53been ready and waiting, and I damn sure
- 2:55showed no hesitation, and it was fun."
- 2:57The note also included portions of
- 2:59utilizing zip ties and barrel drums to
- 3:01quote, "Get rid of trash that needs to
- 3:04go." The implications of this are pretty
- 3:05obvious and extremely disturbing when
- 3:07remembering that horse had fastened a
- 3:09[music] 55gallon drum in the basement
- 3:11and connected it directly to the house's
- 3:13waterline. Raymond had also written a
- 3:15self-published novel called Empathy, the
- 3:18memoir of a caring, compassionate,
- 3:20empathetic serial killer in which he
- 3:22shared detailed accounts of using lie to
- 3:25dissolve bodies.
- 3:27I really hope it doesn't go this way,
- 3:29but given how these cases have gone in
- 3:30the past, there's a chance that none of
- 3:32the murder allegations will ever be
- 3:34confirmed due to the lack of bodies
- 3:36being found. One infamous case that has
- 3:38an incredible amount of similarities to
- 3:40the horse case is New Mexico's Toy Box
- 3:42killer, David Parker Ray. David Ray was
- 3:45also alleged to have ran a film
- 3:47production network after he was caught
- 3:49with over a 100 videootapes where he
- 3:51filmed the torture of his victims.
- 3:53However, he was never charged with a
- 3:55single murder due to the lack of any
- 3:57bodies ever being found.
- 3:58>> Angie claims back in February, both
- 4:00David Ray and Hendy held her captive at
- 4:02this home for 5 days, sexually torturing
- 4:05her. She's also heard about other
- 4:07evidence found at Ray's home.
- 4:09>> And I heard they found a lot of um
- 4:12tapes and stuff.
- 4:16I believe they were probably selling
- 4:18them
- 4:20for money.
- 4:22I'll definitely be covering David's case
- 4:23in the future, but not today.
- 4:26Although Raymond Horsch's son, Eugene,
- 4:28is currently in custody for unrelated
- 4:30drug and firearm charges, he undoubtedly
- 4:32had involvement in the murders of these
- 4:34missing women and potentially even the
- 4:35production of films. In my opinion, I
- 4:38think the digital evidence aspect of
- 4:40this case is the most important aspect
- 4:42of the investigation as despite whatever
- 4:44wording mainstream media uses, the
- 4:46evidence proves that these guys were
- 4:48producing films. Eugene's father,
- 4:50Raymond Horse, should be considered the
- 4:52epicenter of this case, as his criminal
- 4:54history is undeniably questionable and
- 4:56littered with coincidences and
- 4:58connections to various organized crime
- 5:00networks dating all the way back to the
- 5:021960s. The history of serial killers and
- 5:04their involvement within vast organized
- 5:06crime networks is a well doumented
- 5:08phenomena that appears in practically
- 5:10every serial case that we know of. For
- 5:12some reason, however, the crazed lone
- 5:14killer narrative that is spun by the
- 5:16mainstream media has been adopted by the
- 5:18public to hide these deeper connections
- 5:20almost every single time. Connections to
- 5:22child traff, government mind control,
- 5:24the production of films, child, and more
- 5:28are almost always written off as
- 5:29unverified urban legends when the actual
- 5:32evidence within the case files points to
- 5:34the complete [music] opposite.
- 5:38Raymond RC Horse was born in East
- 5:40Stsburg, Pennsylvania on May 5th, 1943.
- 5:44When researching this guy's younger
- 5:45years online, you'll find that there's a
- 5:47blank period starting in his early 20s,
- 5:49with most reports picking up in the
- 5:51late60s to the early 1970s. I believe
- 5:54that this has been done intentionally to
- 5:56keep [music] people away from learning
- 5:57about one of the most fascinating
- 5:58aspects to this case, Raymond's [music]
- 6:00ties to the intelligence community,
- 6:02specifically that of the CIA.
- 6:05Strangely enough, or I guess not so
- 6:07strange depending on how you look at it.
- 6:09Raymond was a very outspoken individual
- 6:11throughout [music] the years. He was
- 6:12most notorious for his work in the adult
- 6:14film industry, but also was the author
- 6:16of several books and had been
- 6:17interviewed on numerous podcasts about
- 6:19his [music] life story. In a podcast
- 6:22called the Rialto Report, Horse was
- 6:24interviewed about these intelligence
- 6:25activities he was involved in. I won't
- 6:28play the interview clips in this video,
- 6:29unfortunately, because of copyright
- 6:31issues, but the transcripts read as
- 6:33such. quote, "After you graduated from
- 6:36high school in 1961, what did you end up
- 6:39doing?
- 6:41I started working for an outfit [music]
- 6:43called Wacken Hut, which was a brand new
- 6:45company at the time, a security firm
- 6:47staffed by FBI agents in that. I was 21.
- 6:50I bugged telephones and committed
- 6:51burglaries for them. The burglaries were
- 6:53mostly to install electronics or bug
- 6:55telephones or just things like
- 6:57burglarizing a potential client to
- 6:59demonstrate that their security [music]
- 7:00was not up to par. I was freelance.
- 7:02They'd call me in on a job and they'd
- 7:04brief me and I'd meet the client. And
- 7:06one of the frequent clients at the time
- 7:07was Mr. Smith, who was in fact HL Hunt,
- 7:10who was at the time with the CIA. This
- 7:12was before Watergate, which means that
- 7:14Wacken Hunt was a CIA front
- 7:16organization, and that they were using
- 7:18me to do things they didn't want to get
- 7:19caught doing that they could deny. Of
- 7:22course, Howard Hunt would become famous
- 7:23in the 1970s as the person who
- 7:25engineered the Watergate burglaries. End
- 7:28quote. Right out of the gate, this
- 7:29connection changes everything that we
- 7:31thought we knew about this investigation
- 7:33as it's currently being presented to the
- 7:34public. It's obvious how hard they're
- 7:36trying to control the narrative behind
- 7:38this guy's crimes. And I find it
- 7:39interesting how in all these serial
- 7:41killer cases, a unified front is formed
- 7:43using the same old playbook to disregard
- 7:45the less convenient facts [music] about
- 7:47these killers. The Wacken Hut
- 7:49Corporation is one of the most infamous
- 7:51CIA front companies in history and would
- 7:53require an entire video of its own to
- 7:55fully uncover just how many crimes
- 7:57they've been involved with. The company
- 7:58was started in 1954 by three former feds
- 8:01and one George Wagen Hut, who originally
- 8:04worked as a special agent in the FBI,
- 8:06specializing in counterfeit money and
- 8:08bad check [music] cases and tracking
- 8:10down army deserters. All of which we
- 8:12will soon see directly apply to Raymond
- 8:14Horse. Some of the notable controversies
- 8:16involved in the Wacken Hut Corporation
- 8:18include its ties to the Iran Contra
- 8:20affair in which the Reagan
- 8:21administration illegally sold Iran
- 8:23weapons to secure [music] the release of
- 8:25American hostages, the Promise Software
- 8:27scandal, which is a very dark rabbit
- 8:29hole that we don't have time for today,
- 8:30and involvement with the Finders Cult,
- 8:32the CIA backed child cult that was
- 8:35exposed in 1987 when police found two
- 8:38well-dressed men in suits [music] in
- 8:39possession of six malnourished children
- 8:41in a van in Tallahassee, Florida.
- 8:44The Wagenha organization is also
- 8:46responsible for having employed Omar
- 8:48Matin, also known as the Pulse nightclub
- 8:50mass shooter. It should come as no
- 8:53surprise to all of us watching that I'm
- 8:55about to say this, but I'd be remiss in
- 8:56not mentioning that additionally, Wacken
- 8:58Hut is mentioned in the Epstein files
- 9:00over a 100 times. Many emails
- 9:02demonstrate that Epstein and his
- 9:03associates were in contact with
- 9:05employees of Wacken Hut, now renamed to
- 9:07G4S Secure [music] Solutions, and that
- 9:09they had scheduled meetings with guards
- 9:11and representatives several times.
- 9:13Wacken Hut guards were additionally paid
- 9:15to secure his Elo property in Palm
- 9:18Beach, Florida. Coincidence or not, G4S
- 9:20is one of the largest international
- 9:22players in the private prison [music]
- 9:23industry, which includes a subsidiary
- 9:25once belonging to G4S or Wacken Hut
- 9:28known as G4S Youth [music] Services,
- 9:31which specialize in juvenile detention
- 9:33centers across the world. G4S Youth
- 9:36Services faced many scandals involving
- 9:38physical and abuse of minors and
- 9:40falsifying records. So to pivot back to
- 9:43Raymond, we have his own admission
- 9:44stating that he once worked for Wacken
- 9:46Hut fresh out of high school to be 21
- 9:49years old and have landed a role in a
- 9:51field that involves CIA operations
- 9:53suggests that he was scouted by the
- 9:54agency from an early age. Raymond
- 9:56[music] reportedly had an IQ of 140,
- 9:59which according to the Stanford Benet IQ
- 10:01test would place him in the 99.6th
- 10:04percentile of the IQ range, meaning
- 10:0699.6% of the general population score
- 10:09below this level.
- 10:11In 1985, Horse was charged in a federal
- 10:14drug manufacturing case and given a
- 10:16psychological profile that described him
- 10:18as manipulative, consumed by anger,
- 10:21mistrusting, excessively controlling,
- 10:23and grandiose. These traits also fit the
- 10:26bill of intelligence scouts when looking
- 10:27for potential employees to add to their
- 10:30Black Ops roster. It is no secret that
- 10:33intelligence agencies like the CIA were
- 10:35involved with other for their high IQ
- 10:37like Ted Kazinski, Wayne Williams, or
- 10:40Charles Whitman, or with others for
- 10:42their deranged, mentally unstable
- 10:43tendencies like Whitey Bulier, David
- 10:46Burkowitz, or Charlie Manson.
- 10:48We've only just begun to uncover Horse's
- 10:50past and can already see how he fits
- 10:52[music] the archetype of a programmed or
- 10:54at least a well-connected murderer.
- 10:55Throughout his career as a criminal in
- 10:57the past 50 years, Porsche was not only
- 10:59connected to intelligence agencies,
- 11:00[music] but additionally to the mafia,
- 11:02biker gangs, and potentially to cartels
- 11:04like the Medí. As we know, the mafia and
- 11:07governments have had a close
- 11:08professional relationship throughout the
- 11:10years. In the same Rialto Report
- 11:11interview, Horsch claimed to have
- 11:13smuggled weed from Mexico to the United
- 11:15States in his own private airplane. He
- 11:17said that he was well acquainted with
- 11:18Barry Seal, the DEA informant and
- 11:20alleged CIA agent who smuggled drugs for
- 11:23the Medí and also George Young who
- 11:25traffic cocaine for the Medí during the
- 11:2770s and 80s and was played by Johnny
- 11:29Depp in the film Blow. After describing
- 11:32all these criminal activities, Horse
- 11:34then states, quote, "And just for the
- 11:36benefit of the federal agents who might
- 11:38be listening, everything I'm describing
- 11:39is well [music] past the statute of
- 11:41limitations, proving that he was clearly
- 11:43familiar with the inner workings of the
- 11:44legal system. Although taking someone
- 11:46like this at their word is a
- 11:48double-edged sword given that he was
- 11:49known for his propensity [music] for
- 11:51grandiose claims, I still think it's
- 11:53worth looking into as he really didn't
- 11:55have anything to lose or to gain by
- 11:57sharing these points about his life.
- 11:58Additionally, these are some of the only
- 12:00current leads we have [music] to's
- 12:01deeper connections to intelligence
- 12:03communities and the fact that everything
- 12:05fits the pattern of other killers
- 12:06shouldn't [music] be understated. So
- 12:08Horse begins his 20s allegedly working
- 12:10for the Central Intelligence Agency
- 12:12through Wacken Hut and graduates to drug
- 12:14manufacturing and smuggling shortly
- 12:15after dodging the draft for the Vietnam
- 12:17War. Something which he is later given
- 12:19amnesty or a presidential pardon for
- 12:21having done. Another notorious that
- 12:24similarly and conveniently avoided the
- 12:26Vietnam War was John Wayne Gayy. After
- 12:29his stint at Wacken Hut, Horsch alleged
- 12:31to have begun his career as a filmmaker
- 12:34directing children for television
- 12:36commercials, then moved on to doing
- 12:37freelance work for the children's
- 12:39television workshop, otherwise known as
- 12:41Sesame Street. I don't think the idea
- 12:43that a serial killer and film and
- 12:46producer began his journey into film
- 12:48making through children's television
- 12:49should be overlooked or understated
- 12:51here, but onwards we go. As the
- 12:54counterculture movement of the 1960s
- 12:56swept the country, Raymond would travel
- 12:57to New York City to pursue a career in
- 12:59the adult film industry. After somehow
- 13:02becoming connected with Salvatore Sam
- 13:04the Barber Larusa, a known associate of
- 13:06the Philly mafia, Raymond got the shot
- 13:09at filmm that he had been looking for.
- 13:11Larusa helped him produce the erotic
- 13:13memoirs of a male chauvinist pig which
- 13:15explicitly depicted [music]
- 13:17rape, bondage, underage, and the main
- 13:20character's relationship with
- 13:21drugaddicted women. This seems to be an
- 13:23eerie reflection of Raymond's real life,
- 13:25and we'll [music] start to see this
- 13:26pattern in which his art would imitate
- 13:28life as we move forward. As the years
- 13:30went on, Raymond would explore his
- 13:32talents as a career criminal further. In
- 13:341973, Horse plead guilty to passing bad
- 13:37checks in North Carolina, a charge he
- 13:39would serve no jail time for. In 1974,
- 13:41Raymond would reach out to the Church of
- 13:43Satan, founded by Anton Lavey, to
- 13:45inquire about filming and producing a
- 13:47documentary film about Satanism and to
- 13:50include footage of a genuine black mass.
- 13:52The correspondence, according to the
- 13:54Church of Satan itself, went as such,
- 13:57quote, regarding the Satanic Bible. I
- 13:59would like permission to quote Mr. Ley
- 14:01in a documentary film on modern Satanism
- 14:04that this company is producing.
- 14:05Johnqincaid, the Church of Satan's
- 14:07Minister of Information, quickly
- 14:09responded, "You do not state if it is a
- 14:12portion of the book that you wish to use
- 14:13or a quote from Mr. Ly obtained from
- 14:16another media source. We would
- 14:18appreciate your clarification. If you
- 14:20will send us a copy of the lines you
- 14:21wish to use, we will more than likely be
- 14:24able to obtain Mr. Le's permission for
- 14:26you. We would also like to know the
- 14:27nature of the documentary, when it will
- 14:29be released, and whether it will be
- 14:31available for viewing by the general
- 14:32public, i.e. in motion picture houses or
- 14:35on television or if it is to be a
- 14:37specialized film for a particular
- 14:39audience i.e. schools, churches,
- 14:42libraries, etc. If you have decided on a
- 14:45title, please inform us of that too. And
- 14:47if you should require any technical
- 14:49advice on Satanism or the occult in
- 14:51general or the Church of Satan in
- 14:53particular, perhaps we can assist you."
- 14:55Horse replied on June 21st, 1974, "We
- 14:58wish to produce a film documentary that
- 15:00will represent as accurately as possible
- 15:03the religious services as practiced by
- 15:05modern Satanists. The film is to include
- 15:07a black mass, a satanic baptism, and a
- 15:10satanic right to either lust or
- 15:11destruction. In a religion as old and as
- 15:14varied as the many and various branches
- 15:16of Satanism, Mr. Lee's translations and
- 15:18interpretations are singularly
- 15:20representative and comprehensible. We
- 15:22would like to quote his translations of
- 15:24the black mass in their entirety and his
- 15:26interpretations of satanic baptism and
- 15:28satanic right the 13 steps in part. A
- 15:32telephone call took place and Horsche
- 15:34followed up with a letter to memorialize
- 15:36that conversation. Specifically, we wish
- 15:38to produce a film that will be an
- 15:40accurate, factual, and complete
- 15:41depiction of a satanic service that
- 15:43begins with a celebration of a black
- 15:45mass, a satanic baptism, and a satanic
- 15:47right for the invocation of lust. We
- 15:50would like to use as our dialogue and
- 15:52source of technical information certain
- 15:54passages from the Satanic Bible and the
- 15:56Satanic Rituals. From the Satanic
- 15:58Rituals, we would like to present
- 16:00verbatim or as closely as possible the
- 16:02Black Mass and the Satanic Baptism for
- 16:05adults.
- 16:07According to Raymond, after the film was
- 16:09produced, there was one screening of it
- 16:11and it went into limbo after the
- 16:12Catholic Arch Dascese of Philadelphia
- 16:14had the film pulled from theaters,
- 16:16meaning that whatever ritual was filmed
- 16:18is now considered lost media. I do find
- 16:20it particularly interesting that horse
- 16:22was connected to the Church of Satan at
- 16:24the time. Some interesting points to
- 16:26mention is that despite contradictions
- 16:27within his personal timeline, Anton Ly
- 16:30claimed to have ran guns for the Zionist
- 16:32paramilitary group, the ICL.
- 16:34Additionally, despite people discounting
- 16:36Leave Church of Satan for its cartoonish
- 16:39and animated depictions [music] of the
- 16:41religion, there are real accounts of
- 16:42ritual that have been linked to the
- 16:44organization or at least claimed to be
- 16:46inspired by it. A 1984 United Press
- 16:50International article titled Murder in
- 16:52Maine makes Satan Worship and Drugs
- 16:54reads, quote, "The bizarre story of a
- 16:56devil worshipper who killed a
- 16:5712-year-old girl began last year when
- 17:00Scott Waterhouse walked into a bookstore
- 17:02and bought a copy of the Satanic Bible.
- 17:04It ended last week when a jury convicted
- 17:06Waterhouse, 18, of luring Jacel Cotay,
- 17:09into the woods and her for the heck of
- 17:13it. Between the time Waterhouse bought
- 17:15the book and his conviction, he
- 17:16experimented with LSD, got heavily
- 17:18involved in devil worship, became
- 17:20obsessed [music] with a 15-year-old
- 17:22girl, and allegedly threatened to her,
- 17:23and finally murder Cotay. 17 years after
- 17:26Jane Mansfield died in San Francisco,
- 17:29the teenage satanic dabbler Scott
- 17:31Waterhouse Jazelle Cotay in the state of
- 17:33Maine, prosecution evidence at his trial
- 17:35referred to a book with which he had
- 17:37become obsessed and which according to
- 17:39assistant attorney general Michael
- 17:41Wescott had influenced the killing. The
- 17:43book was the Satanic Bible by Anton
- 17:46Cesander Lavey. According to John Cot,
- 17:48Jazelle's father, the text was
- 17:50inflammatory. The book made you feel do
- 17:52what you want to do and the heck with
- 17:54everybody else. I believe that had a lot
- 17:56to do with the of my daughter." End
- 17:58quote.
- 18:00Later on in 1974, the US Secret Service
- 18:03intercepted a counterfeiting operation
- 18:05Raymond had been running out of
- 18:06Doylestown in which they seized $180,000
- 18:09in phony $10 bills, fake driver's
- 18:12licenses, and fake vehicle
- 18:13registrations. adjusted for inflation
- 18:15today. This means he had counterfeited
- 18:17approximately $1,223,050
- 18:21for which he only received a two-year
- 18:23sentence, which is definitely a suspect
- 18:25and short sentence for such a crime.
- 18:27According to the US Sentencing [music]
- 18:29Commission guidelines manual, as it
- 18:30pertains to offenses involving
- 18:32counterfeiting, sentencing is based on a
- 18:34point structure. The base offense level
- 18:36for counterfeiting starts at level 9 and
- 18:38can only increase from there. [music]
- 18:39The specific offense characteristics
- 18:41read as such. If the face value of the
- 18:43counterfeit items A exceeded $2,500 but
- 18:46did not exceed $6,500 increased by one
- 18:49level or B exceeded $6,500 increased by
- 18:53the number of levels from the provided
- 18:55table. Theft, property destruction and
- 18:57fraud corresponding to that amount. If
- 18:59the defendant A manufactured or produced
- 19:01any counterfeit obligation or security
- 19:03of the United States or possessed or had
- 19:05custody of or controlled over a
- 19:08counterfeiting device or materials used
- 19:10for counterfeiting or B controlled or
- 19:12possessed one, counterfeiting paper
- 19:14similar to a distinctive paper, two,
- 19:16genuine United States currency paper
- 19:18from which the ink or other distinctive
- 19:20counterfeit deterrent has been
- 19:21completely or partially removed. or
- 19:24three, a feature or device essentially
- 19:26identical to a distinctive counterfeit
- 19:28deterrent, increased by two levels. If
- 19:30subsection B2A applies and the offense
- 19:33level determined under that subsection
- 19:35[music] is less than level 15, increase
- 19:38to level 15. Now, I'm obviously not a
- 19:40prosecutor or a lawmaker, but to my
- 19:42understanding of [music] these
- 19:43guidelines, if the base level starts at
- 19:45nine and the offense characteristics
- 19:47chart says [music] to automatically
- 19:48increase the offense level to 15 if
- 19:50subsection B2A applies, then to add 14
- 19:53points given that the amount exceeded
- 19:55$550,000.
- 19:57This would put horses [music] charges at
- 19:59a 29 point minimum, which carries a
- 20:01sentence range of 87 months to 188
- 20:04months or between [music] 7.2 to 15.8
- 20:07and 8 years in prison based on the
- 20:08offender's criminal record. So to me,
- 20:10this math just doesn't add up that
- 20:12Raymond was able to skate with a measly
- 20:142 years in prison. Let's remember George
- 20:16Wacken Hut, the founder of Wacken Hut,
- 20:19worked for the FBI and once specialized
- 20:21in counterfeit money, bad check cases,
- 20:23and tracking down army deserters.
- 20:26Raymond was a self-taught chemist and
- 20:28computer analyst, which he had put to
- 20:29use throughout his years as a career
- 20:31criminal. If we skip ahead to 1977,
- 20:34police would raid Raymond's home in
- 20:35Philadelphia again and find a slab.
- 20:37After skipping bail and going on the
- 20:39run, Raymond fled to the West Coast with
- 20:41Mirosa, Anna Funiac, his girlfriend at
- 20:45the time, who would later go on to
- 20:46become his wife. It's important to note
- 20:49that Anna would become the mother of
- 20:50their son Eugene, and she had been
- 20:52previously arrested in 1969 in a LSD
- 20:55distribution center raid in which over
- 20:582,000 LSD pills were seized. So here we
- 21:00have connections to horse and LSD and
- 21:03meth trafficking. Two drugs which were
- 21:05notoriously used in the MK Ultra
- 21:07experiments and its sub project
- 21:09artichoke. After stealing the identity
- 21:11of one Dr. Stanley Eugene Stokowski, a
- 21:14chemist from of all places Stanford
- 21:17University, Raymond fled to New Zealand.
- 21:19Here he would help launch a chemical
- 21:20company that converted whey into ethanol
- 21:23fuel. Ray claimed to have re-entered the
- 21:25United States multiple times despite
- 21:27being an international fugitive. And
- 21:28upon his eventual arrest in 1984, where
- 21:31he was caught re-entering New Zealand
- 21:32with five fake passports, he was only
- 21:35given 3 years in prison. This, of
- 21:37course, is despite the fact that he was
- 21:38running a nationalamine [music] and
- 21:40counterfeiting network, all while making
- 21:42hundreds of thousands of dollars. After
- 21:44being released from prison early,
- 21:45Raymond moved with Anna and Eugene to
- 21:47Northern Philly, where in 1989, Anna
- 21:49would overdose on glutathamide and
- 21:51coding in what Raymond alleged was a
- 21:54apparently a 7-year-old Eugene was in
- 21:56the room when she died. something which
- 21:58would have a resounding impact on the
- 22:00mental health of any child to witness
- 22:02the overdose of their mother. In a 2001
- 22:04Psychology Today article published by
- 22:06Dr. Dearree Barrett which described
- 22:08disassociative identity disorder or did
- 22:12Dr. Barrett states quote other
- 22:14disassociators who had not been abused
- 22:16had suffered childhood traumas such as
- 22:18prolonged painful medical conditions and
- 22:20[music] before the age of 10 experienced
- 22:22the death of their parents. DID is one
- 22:24of the most common recurring themes
- 22:26among countless serial killer cases
- 22:28throughout the years and was explored in
- 22:30depth in Dave McGawan's book Program to
- 22:32Kill, which if you haven't read it,
- 22:34definitely get yourself a copy. This is
- 22:36probably one of the best books I've ever
- 22:37read. Seriously.
- 22:39Now, I'm not saying Eugene has did, but
- 22:41it is worth noting that at just 7 years
- 22:43old, he had witnessed his mother's side
- 22:45firsthand.
- 22:47There are conflicting accounts of his
- 22:49personality which would fit the bill for
- 22:50DID. in some cases like by Jeremy Perry
- 22:53who recalled their friendship in their
- 22:54high school days. Perry described the
- 22:56friendship as normal and Eugene as a
- 22:59great kid despite of course his account
- 23:01of 20 to [music] 30 55gallon drums in
- 23:04the horse's garage.
- 23:05>> Um I mean this was all throughout from
- 23:08elementary school through high school
- 23:09that we would deal with all that. I mean
- 23:11before the house burned down there I
- 23:13didn't see much of it but after they
- 23:14started rebuilding into the new house
- 23:17that's when I started noticing more of
- 23:18that. And then like I said, we had we
- 23:21would play out in the yard and in the
- 23:22barn in the back. Um, [clears throat]
- 23:24and there was uh, you know, 55gallon
- 23:27drums in there, too. So,
- 23:30>> what was his relationship like with his
- 23:32dad?
- 23:34>> It was great. I mean, he didn't seem to
- 23:37offer or anything like that. It was just
- 23:38a normal [clears throat]
- 23:40what seemed normal to me at the time.
- 23:43In other accounts like that of the woman
- 23:44Eugene was pulled over with, he is
- 23:46described as dangerous and that he would
- 23:48quote do bad things in the basement of
- 23:50their home. So after the death of
- 23:52Raymond's wife, they moved to the Chaon
- 23:54home where Jeremy Perry described having
- 23:56seen up to 30 of the 55gallon drums in
- 23:59the garage. Raymond would open up a
- 24:01pizza restaurant of all things, right,
- 24:03which Perry recalled eating at with
- 24:04Eugene on several occasions in the
- 24:061980s. Years after the move, Raymond
- 24:09would become co-owner of another
- 24:11restaurant, Butterworth's Hickory Pit, a
- 24:13barbecue restaurant he opened with John
- 24:15Butterworth, who co-produced and
- 24:17directed the chauvinist pig film. He was
- 24:19also the cinematographer for the film.
- 24:21Remember, this film that was funded by
- 24:22the Philly Mafia and released in
- 24:24theaters [music] depicted Sato
- 24:25masochistic underage was initially
- 24:28presented to an audience full of the
- 24:30political elites of the Philadelphia
- 24:31area.
- 24:36An interesting side note about this
- 24:37film, the first film that Joe Renetti
- 24:40composed the score for was Horsch's
- 24:42film. Renetti would move on to score
- 24:43films like Child's Play, Tales from the
- 24:46Crypt, and Poltergeist 3. The
- 24:49Poltergeist series has been relatively
- 24:50immortalized in conspiracy lore
- 24:52surrounding allegations of the film's
- 24:54child star Heather AOR, having been
- 24:56severely on the set of the film and
- 24:58passing away shortly after.
- 25:02The Poltergeist series in general has
- 25:04been considered cursed as Heather wasn't
- 25:06the only death associated with it.
- 25:07Dominique Dunn was murdered at the age
- 25:09of 22 just months after the release of
- 25:11Poltergeist. Among some of the other
- 25:14films that Renzetti composed the score
- 25:16for, he would work on the first film to
- 25:18feature Dominique Dunn called Diary of a
- 25:20Teenage Hitchhiker. The IMDb summary of
- 25:22the film's plot reads, quote, "Teenage
- 25:25Julie Thirsten has no wheels, so she
- 25:27hitchhikes to get around. Unfortunately,
- 25:29a psychopath is roaming the highways,
- 25:31picking up young girls and them. You'll
- 25:34notice a strange theme of these films
- 25:36start to pop [music] up. Slaughter of
- 25:37the Innocence is another film in
- 25:39Redetti's catalog. A seasoned FBI
- 25:41agent's child genius son assists him on
- 25:44catching a child. A schizophrenic Moab
- 25:46nutcase who believes he's been chosen by
- 25:48God to be a new Noah. This movie
- 25:50depicted child ritual and religious
- 25:52fanaticisms. Another film in Renzetti's
- 25:55credits is Eating Miss Campbell, a film
- 25:58about high school girls andism. I just
- 26:00find it strange that the first film in
- 26:02this guy's catalog is Raymond Horsch's
- 26:04film, and the themes of many of his
- 26:06later films would fit the exact [music]
- 26:07theme laid out in Raymond's real life
- 26:09crimes and obsessions.
- 26:11As the 1980s transitioned into the '90s,
- 26:14Raymond would begin to take his exploits
- 26:16as an artist much more seriously. In
- 26:181994, he directed and starred in an
- 26:20adult film, Lovers, which depicted and
- 26:23bonded. Shortly after, he would begin
- 26:25photographing workers on Kensington
- 26:27Avenue, offering cash or drugs in
- 26:29exchange for his film shoots. This is
- 26:31around the same time as the launch of
- 26:33his website, erodto.com, which offered a
- 26:36paid subscription program to which each
- 26:38tier unlocked various levels of horses
- 26:40footage. Given that among the 600,000
- 26:42digital photos and 70,000 videos that
- 26:44the FBI found in Raymond's home in June
- 26:47potentially depicted murder, one has to
- 26:49wonder what the premium subscribers to
- 26:51his website had access to between the
- 26:53'9s and the late 2010s.
- 26:56Horse would place an ad in the paper for
- 26:58a housekeeper where he found a teenage
- 27:00girl who was addicted to heroin to fill
- 27:01the role. The girl's mother has gone on
- 27:03record stating, quote, "She looked like
- 27:05a child. I think he just wanted to use
- 27:07her for porn." Raymond tried to marry
- 27:09this teenage girl, but never acquired
- 27:10the marriage license and continued to
- 27:12search for young girls that resembled
- 27:14his dead wife, Anna, even going to the
- 27:16lengths of asking Eugene's high school
- 27:18friends if they wanted to have a role in
- 27:19his films.
- 27:21In 2003, Raymond found a girl who agreed
- 27:24to star in his film Slaves. Then shortly
- 27:26after, he met Amy Mccale in Kensington.
- 27:30Raymond took her off the streets under
- 27:32the agreement that Amy would star in his
- 27:34and the two eventually got married. It
- 27:36is important to note that Amy was last
- 27:37seen at Raymond and Eugene's house and
- 27:39has been considered missing since 2016.
- 27:44This is the same time frame where
- 27:45Raymond inherited the only house on Chu
- 27:48Avenue from his aunt and produced
- 27:49several of his self-published books
- 27:51featuring women from Kensington A.
- 27:52[music] Raymond would transfer the house
- 27:54in Eugene's name in 2006 after Eugene
- 27:57was released from his own prison [music]
- 27:59stint for drinking and driving. Eugene
- 28:00had t-boned another driver who then died
- 28:0316 years after being stuck in a [music]
- 28:04vegetative state. Something that Eugene
- 28:06was only given two years in prison for.
- 28:08This is where things start to take
- 28:09another turn in the story of Raymond
- 28:11Horsch. In early 2009, Horsch had been
- 28:14caught and convicted of trying [music]
- 28:15to lure a 9year-old girl into his green
- 28:17jeep Wrangler. According to a now
- 28:1926-year-old Ashley Rivera, Horsch had
- 28:21grabbed her by the arm and said, quote,
- 28:23"Come in my car, sexy girl."
- 28:25Fortunately, Ashley was able to escape
- 28:27from Raymond, who was arrested later
- 28:29that night, where police found
- 28:30high-powered binoculars, a digital
- 28:32camera, a telephoto lens, an eye patch,
- 28:34and condoms [music] in his Jeep. Horse
- 28:36was charged and convicted of two counts
- 28:38of luring a child into a motor vehicle
- 28:40and corrupting the morals of a minor and
- 28:42sentenced 2.5 to 5 years in prison. This
- 28:45would also have required him to register
- 28:46[music] as a defender. It should come as
- 28:48no surprise to any of us at this point,
- 28:50however, that somehow Horse evaded the
- 28:52jail time, evaded the registry, and on
- 28:55top of it, had his record expuned,
- 28:57meaning that all these charges were
- 28:58cleanly swept under the rug and never
- 29:00stuck to his record. He insisted he had
- 29:02done no wrong, and requested a new
- 29:04trial, one which introduced a different
- 29:06prosecutor who shortly after the trial
- 29:08proceeded to let this guy walk free of
- 29:10any accountability. It is worth noting
- 29:11here that upon doing a background check
- 29:13into Raymond using services like
- 29:15Truthfinder or been verified, Raymond
- 29:17was allegedly employed by R21 21st
- 29:19Century [music] Art between 2009 and
- 29:222015. We can confirm that this is the
- 29:24same Raymond Hors in question as both
- 29:26the addresses in affiliation with his
- 29:28case are [music] listed on the same
- 29:29employment history database. When
- 29:31looking into R21, we can see that they
- 29:33featured some other interesting artists
- 29:35who have been at the center of other
- 29:36noteworthy scandals. This would include
- 29:38the artists in Tony [music] Podesta's
- 29:40private art collection, including Olafer
- 29:42Elaison, Katie Gran, or Luis Bourgeoa,
- 29:45known for her Arch of Hysteria sculpture
- 29:47reminiscent of Jeffrey Dmer's
- 29:49decapitated [music] victims.
- 29:50Additionally, R21 has featured Marina
- 29:53Abramovich of Spear Cooking and John of
- 29:55God fame, and Jeff Coons, who invited
- 29:57Jeffrey Epstein and Woody Allen to his
- 29:59art studio in 2013.
- 30:03He also sits on the board of directors
- 30:05for the International Center for Missing
- 30:07and Exploited Children. [music]
- 30:12We can confirm at least some form of
- 30:14connection to [music] R21 through
- 30:16Raymond's archived website in which he
- 30:18features an article by Clay Campbell in
- 30:20a 2005 publication of Contemporary
- 30:23Magazine by R21.
- 30:34A few months after the 9-year-old
- 30:35incident, a 21-year-old woman who was
- 30:38living at Raymond's house in Chowont had
- 30:39called the police to the home after
- 30:41hearing strange noises. It was here
- 30:43where the police found a large marijuana
- 30:45grow up with 455 plants being found in
- 30:48the basement [music] along with two
- 30:49shotguns. Former Newton Township Police
- 30:51Chief Robert Scaffiti recalled finding
- 30:54multiple IDs of missing women in the
- 30:56home as well. The IDs were handed in to
- 30:58the local district attorney's office for
- 31:00followup, but it appears that no further
- 31:02investigation was done.
- 31:03>> There was IDs of of various females.
- 31:06Remember, there was there was a few of
- 31:08them. And uh also too, the district
- 31:11attorney's office took them and we're
- 31:13going to follow that up. And I really
- 31:16don't know what happened after that. He
- 31:18always got late sentences for some
- 31:19reason. Police also somehow didn't find
- 31:22the 30 55gallon barrels in the garage
- 31:24that Jeremy Perry claimed to have seen
- 31:26in the 80s and 90s. After pleading
- 31:28guilty to felony manufacturing of drugs
- 31:30and illegal firearms possession charges,
- 31:32Horse served only four years in prison.
- 31:34It was during these four years that he
- 31:36wrote Empathy, the memoir of a caring,
- 31:38compassionate, empathetic serial killer.
- 31:40He was released to the public again in
- 31:422014, and his art would begin to gain
- 31:45traction in European circles and the New
- 31:47York City scene. Some of his photographs
- 31:49would make an appearance in an anthology
- 31:51book of erotic art, Sex in the City and
- 31:53Illustrated History by Allison Maddox
- 31:55with a preface from well-known art
- 31:57critic and writer Camille Pagila.
- 32:00It would appear that this lady has a
- 32:02history of defending which somehow does
- 32:04not surprise me at all at this point. In
- 32:061993, she signed a manifesto in support
- 32:09of Alan Ginsburg and the Nambla Pilia
- 32:12Advocacy Organization or the North
- 32:14American Man Love Association. In 1994,
- 32:17she supported lowering the age of
- 32:19consent to [music] 14, stating to Bill
- 32:21Andreete, another advocate for Namba,
- 32:25quote, I failed to see what is wrong
- 32:26with eroticling with any age. Camille
- 32:29also stated, quote, as far as
- 32:31Ginsburgg's pro- Nambla stand goes, this
- 32:33is one of the things I most admire
- 32:35[music] him for. I have repeatedly
- 32:37protested the lynch mob hysteria that
- 32:39dogs the issue of man love. In school
- 32:42persona, I argued that maleia is
- 32:44intricately intertwined with the
- 32:46cardinal moments of western
- 32:48civilization. End quote. She has also
- 32:50supported the legalization of chopy on
- 32:53numerous accounts as well.
- 32:56So after his proverbial co-sign in the
- 32:58anthology book, Raymond was featured in
- 33:00an exhibit at the Paper Mail Artist
- 33:02Studio in Kensington where he showed off
- 33:04his pictures of heroin addicted sex
- 33:06workers. For the finale of his exhibit,
- 33:08he played a video showing an already
- 33:10deceased naked woman who he had paid for
- 33:13being loaded into a furnace and then
- 33:15cremated.
- 33:222 years later in 2016, nearly 8 years
- 33:25after their divorce, would be the last
- 33:26time Amy Male would be seen before being
- 33:28considered a missing person. She was
- 33:30last seen at Raymond's home on Chu
- 33:32Avenue on June 13th and to my knowledge
- 33:34hasn't been seen since. In Raymond's
- 33:372017 documentary, he filmed Christa
- 33:40Allen using drugs. Christa had been
- 33:42featured in his 2003 film Slaves and
- 33:44watched Raymond drink prompt blood out
- 33:46of a wine glass while eating a raw
- 33:48steak. Christa had ended up living in
- 33:50the only house for a period where she
- 33:52would run errands for Raymond and had
- 33:54stated that she was worried about what
- 33:55might happen if he were to be left home
- 33:57alone with Eugene. Danielle Wyn, a close
- 34:00friend of Christa, had said that she was
- 34:02quote always fearful that if something
- 34:04happened to Ry or he passed away, Eugene
- 34:06would not know what to do and not know
- 34:07how to control himself. Raymond would be
- 34:10in his late7s at this point, still
- 34:12perusing Kensington A crackous for girls
- 34:14to pick up for video shoots. One of
- 34:16these women was Blair Tonselli, who
- 34:17would start to stay at Raymond's house
- 34:19for longer periods of time until she was
- 34:21last heard from in August 2022. 3 years
- 34:23later in May 2025, Raymond Horse died of
- 34:26COPD, leaving Christa alone in the house
- 34:28with Eugene. Only 3 days after Raymond's
- 34:31death, a fire started in Christa's room,
- 34:33which led the police to finding more
- 34:35firearms and another marijuana grow up
- 34:37for which Eugene was put in jail for.
- 34:39Isn't it strange that he wouldn't even
- 34:41face a full year in jail for this,
- 34:42however, and was out and about enough to
- 34:44have been arrested in March 2026 for
- 34:46stabbing a man in the stomach. This case
- 34:48was also withdrawn, however, and Eugene
- 34:50was released in May. This brings us full
- 34:52circle to the June 19th arrest where
- 34:54over 1 million videos and pictures
- 34:55depicting torture, rape, and were seized
- 34:58from the house on Chew AB along with the
- 35:00five urns containing cremated remains, a
- 35:0255gallon barrel connected to the
- 35:04waistlines of the home, a chemical lab,
- 35:06and over 20 containers full of a
- 35:08sludge-like chemical mixture. It's also
- 35:10important to remember that alkaline
- 35:12hydrarolysis is the official name for a
- 35:14chemical cremation, and it's a very real
- 35:16process used by funeral homes across the
- 35:18country. And this is the exact process
- 35:20for body disposal that Raymond wrote of
- 35:22in his book Empathy. I think that as
- 35:23this case unfolds further, there's a
- 35:25good chance that these containers of
- 35:26sludge could be exactly that, the
- 35:28liqufied remains of the victims in this
- 35:30case. Raymond also had access and what I
- 35:32believe was some kind of business
- 35:34arrangement with the Garzone Funeral
- 35:36Home and Crematorium in Philadelphia,
- 35:38which was shut down in 2007 after the
- 35:40owners were charged with selling over
- 35:42240 corpses [music] on the black market.
- 35:44As it just so happens, the cremation
- 35:46video that Raymond displayed in his 2014
- 35:48art exhibit was taken here at the
- 35:50Garzone Funeral Home. I also think,
- 35:52unfortunately, that it's possible that
- 35:54this case becomes highly sanitized and
- 35:56controlled. Let's just keep an eye out
- 35:58for damaged or missing evidence [music]
- 35:59or the lack of bodies being used as an
- 36:01excuse to not hold anyone accountable.
- 36:03Unfortunately, Eugene is the only
- 36:05surviving member of the duo, so it lies
- 36:07on the prosecution to pin these crimes
- 36:09to him.
- 36:11So, as these things usually tend to go,
- 36:13there's always more that I could cover
- 36:14here, but I think that we've about
- 36:16covered the key points in this case as
- 36:17it's currently standing. There's obvious
- 36:19implications that Raymond Horse and his
- 36:22son Eugene, for that matter, have
- 36:23extensive connections within the
- 36:25intelligence world, the art world, and
- 36:26underground crime networks. I believe
- 36:28that [music] these connections are what
- 36:30allowed these guys to fly under the
- 36:31radar for so long, and to have so many
- 36:33of their criminal cases either be
- 36:34treated extremely lightly or flat out
- 36:36just dismissed entirely. It is indeed
- 36:39disturbing to know that people like this
- 36:40are out there and almost always operate
- 36:43with some level of impunity. But I think
- 36:45that the white pill in this scenario is
- 36:46that this case alone is proof that the
- 36:49elites in power are starting to lose
- 36:50their grip on the people's minds.
- 36:52They've used the same tired playbook for
- 36:54so many years to shoe people's attention
- 36:56away from important evidence in cases
- 36:58like this that now whenever they try to
- 37:00use it again, it becomes just obvious to
- 37:02all of us how hard they're trying to
- 37:03make it fit into that playbook. But if
- 37:05you ask me, I don't think it's going to
- 37:07work at all for much longer. Also, don't
- 37:10let them try to tell you that it's just
- 37:11some lone serial killer like they always
- 37:13do. [music] I mean, it's pretty obvious
- 37:15that Eugene was involved with this whole
- 37:17thing in some way, shape, or form. And I
- 37:20definitely don't think that that should
- 37:21be overlooked or understated. And if it
- 37:23is, and Eugene is just kind of giving a
- 37:25slap on the wrist, I mean, we got to
- 37:27make some noise about that cuz that's
- 37:28just not going to be acceptable.
- 37:29Anyways, thank you all so much for
- 37:31watching. As always, let me know what
- 37:32you guys' thoughts are down below. and
- 37:34if there's anything you'd like me to
- 37:35cover in the next video. Uh, thanks
- 37:37again. Yeah, God bless you guys and I'll
- 37:39see you in the next one. Peace.
