2. 0:01this you're not going to want to make it

5. 0:05of salt whenever I'm paning salmon I
6. 0:07prefer stainless steel but yes you can
7. 0:09use cast iron or nonstick if that's all
8. 0:11you have pan on the burner and let it
9. 0:12get hot your pan is hot enough when
10. 0:13water starts to dance then you want to
11. 0:15drizzle in your oil so it doesn't have
12. 0:16time to burn and when it's nice and
13. 0:17Smoky hot like you the salmon goes in
14. 0:19all right listen to me do not try to
15. 0:21flip the salmon early if the skin
16. 0:22doesn't peel on its own it's not ready
17. 0:24to flip just lower the heat a little bit
18. 0:25and watch it cook through and you see
19. 0:26how my oil isn't burned cuz the Pan's
20. 0:28too hot that is very demure minutes in
21. 0:30your salmon should be sliding and
22. 0:31gliding gently give it a flip instantly
23. 0:33throw in a another butter as that starts
24. 0:35to melt away and foam up I'm going to
25. 0:36throw in some herbs and spices I'm going
26. 0:37to be using this exact salmon seasoning
27. 0:39and lastly I'm actually going to add a
28. 0:40little bit of Chipotle chili powder cuz
29. 0:42I like the smokiness but the spices you
30. 0:43decide to go with will really flavor the
31. 0:45fish that way so whenever you make this
32. 0:47recipe just switch up the spices and the
33. 0:48flavor of the salmon will be different
34. 0:50then you just want to tilt the pan and
35. 0:51start basing away now to finish we're
36. 0:52going to squeeze on lots of lemon juice
37. 0:54and I just want you to see how
