The Only Trading Strategy You Will Ever Need! — Transcript

- 0:00You see, trading isn't hard. You just
- 0:03need to repeat the same strategy every
- 0:05single day and keep it simple. It's the
- 0:09same strategy that has allowed all these
- 0:11traders to finally see success within
- 0:14their trading journey.
- 0:17And all you are going to do is find the
- 0:20trend and the range, find the area of
- 0:22demand or supply you want to enter from,
- 0:25and then use a lower time frame change
- 0:27character for your entry. Now, let me
- 0:30show you exactly what I mean. For
- 0:32example, this isn't cherrypicked. This
- 0:34is literally from yesterday because this
- 0:36happens every single day. You want to
- 0:39find the trend and the trading range. I
- 0:42can see we have a
- 0:44low, high, lower low. This gives me a
- 0:48bearish trend and a bearish range. As
- 0:52long as we stay below this high, I'm
- 0:55expecting price to continue to put in
- 0:58lower lows. If price breaks this high, I
- 1:01start looking for longs. It's pretty
- 1:03simple. Can I find areas of supply?
- 1:07Well, the first thing that I can see is
- 1:09if I draw my zone where my breaker
- 1:12structure was,
- 1:14right? This becomes my zone. I want to
- 1:17enter in here. I can see we left a zone.
- 1:20tap back lower low. This simply becomes
- 1:24liquidity. This means if this is my
- 1:27liquidity, I'm looking for an area of
- 1:30supply or demand above here. I don't
- 1:32want to look for one below here because
- 1:34I'm expecting this to be swept. Now, my
- 1:36area of supply, as we've talked about in
- 1:39previous videos, is simply a swing high.
- 1:42So, do I have any swing highs to the
- 1:44left of it? I have a swing high here and
- 1:47a close below the highest bullish to the
- 1:50left of this swing high. This is my
- 1:51highest bullish. We have closed below.
- 1:54This then becomes an area of supply. Do
- 1:58I have any more? Well, I have another
- 2:01swing high here. What is the highest
- 2:04bullish candle? Well, this is also the
- 2:07highest bullish candle as it closed
- 2:09above this bullish candle here. And look
- 2:11what happens as soon as we close below
- 2:13that candle. That becomes a valid area
- 2:16of supply. It is super super quick and
- 2:19super super simple. So now that is all
- 2:21the steps done. I just need my lower
- 2:23time frame change of character either in
- 2:25here in here or we don't get one at all
- 2:28and I flip bullish. Let's see what price
- 2:30does. Price right we put in a low. We
- 2:34have now come and swept this liquidity
- 2:36and tapped into this area of supply.
- 2:40Let's play price. As you can see in this
- 2:42first area of supply, if we drop down to
- 2:45the lower time frame, there was
- 2:47absolutely no change of charact. We made
- 2:50a high low, high, low, high. So, no
- 2:53confirmation to enter that trade there.
- 2:55When I go back and find this
- 2:59higher area of supply we had here, this
- 3:01is a good area. Why? Because it is still
- 3:04unmititigated as we can see, right? 50%
- 3:07is my mitigation line. It has not been
- 3:09filled. So the zone is still valid. If
- 3:11we had done this, then this zone is now
- 3:13invalid because price has filled in all
- 3:15these orders. But this is still valid.
- 3:17And this first tap simply becomes new
- 3:20liquidity. So if I show it on the lower
- 3:23time frame,
- 3:26we can see we have an area of supply
- 3:27with liquidity within it and unmitigated
- 3:3050% still fresh. Perfect. Now I can drop
- 3:33down to my lower time frame and look for
- 3:36that change of character which happens
- 3:38once we close below this low as now we
- 3:41have done a high low high high lower
- 3:44lower low. This is my area to enter
- 3:47short. So I will enter my short position
- 3:50here. Stop loss above always above this
- 3:52swing high here because I'm expecting
- 3:54this high to hold. And I like to target
- 3:56a simple yes. Where am I expecting price
- 3:59to go? All the way back down to this
- 4:01higher time frame low. Do I target that?
- 4:03No. I go for a simple one to 1.5
- 4:06risk-to-reward. That way I only need a
- 4:0940% win rate and I am still profitable.
- 4:12Let's pray play this out.
- 4:15Boom. We can see price has smashed the
- 4:17TP. I don't care about this bullish fair
- 4:20value gap here, etc. Because we're
- 4:22bearish. We've got all our
- 4:23confirmations. That is all I need. And
- 4:25as we can play pass out, nice. I can see
- 4:27it has actually come and breaking this
- 4:30low. Broken this low. And what did we do
- 4:32before breaking this low? Well, we came
- 4:35back to where? Well, we have this swing
- 4:37high.
- 4:38Oops, that's the wrong button. We had
- 4:43this swing high here. This highest
- 4:47bullish candle. We close below it. Comes
- 4:50a new area of supply and a downtrend. We
- 4:52come to fill it and we dump back down.
- 4:55If you wanted a continuation play there,
- 4:58back towards these lows. Simple stuff.
- 5:01So now let's look at an uptrend. So we
- 5:05always start with the exact same thing.
- 5:06Let's look at the trend and the uh break
- 5:09last range. Well, we are clearly in an
- 5:12uptrend and this is my breaker
- 5:14structure. So we are still bullish as
- 5:16long as this low here holds giving me my
- 5:19zone from here to here. Now where is my
- 5:22liquidity? Well, where did we leave this
- 5:24zone? Tap back in and then make a higher
- 5:28high. So you can see that we left this
- 5:30zone here. Tapped back in, made a higher
- 5:32high. This tap simply becomes my
- 5:36liquidity. So now I know I am in an
- 5:38uptrend. Okay, I have my liquidity. I
- 5:42want to find an area of demand below
- 5:45this liquidity here. The first step is
- 5:47find a swing low. So obviously if it's
- 5:49below this liquidity, I'm going to go
- 5:50from anything to the left. This uh no
- 5:53swing lows. The first swing low we have
- 5:55is actually this candle here. Now, is it
- 5:59the lowest bearish candle? No, because
- 6:01it did not close below this candle here.
- 6:05So, this is actually my lowest bearish
- 6:07candle. This again is another example
- 6:10from yesterday because it happens every
- 6:12day. So, we didn't close below this
- 6:14bearish candle. This is my lowest
- 6:16bearish candle. So, as soon as we close
- 6:17above that like we have done so here,
- 6:20that validates this as an area of
- 6:22demand. So, this is a bit of a different
- 6:24example. Well, same example but looks a
- 6:27bit different because we actually have
- 6:30now this as our whole area of demand.
- 6:34But if I know that I only want to insert
- 6:35after this as liquidity has been swept,
- 6:37I can just minimize it to this area here
- 6:44like that. So now I know I want to look
- 6:47for a long here. The last step is a
- 6:49change of character. Again, this is a
- 6:51good zone because we have liquidity. And
- 6:54can you see again completely fresh and
- 6:56unmititigated. If price had did this
- 6:58then this zone would be invalid to me. I
- 7:01need to wait for price to come and sweep
- 7:03that liquidity.
- 7:06Boom. There is the sweep. Let's now drop
- 7:09down to a lower time frame and look for
- 7:12a shift in structure. Well, currently I
- 7:16can see that we have a low high low. So
- 7:22what do I need? I need a close above
- 7:26this high here, but that would be too
- 7:30high in this scenario. I don't want to
- 7:31be buying so high. So, can I find an
- 7:34earlier sign? Well, in this situation, I
- 7:37can see that we pulled back. If this
- 7:39high fails to make a new low and we
- 7:42break that, that for me is a sign that
- 7:45we about to get a shift in structure and
- 7:47buyers are back in control. So if we do
- 7:50a recap, we go back to our higher time
- 7:53frame and we can see that price okay is
- 7:57bullish come into our area of demand
- 8:00swept liquidity. And now although this
- 8:03isn't technically a shift in structure
- 8:05because this high didn't make a lower
- 8:07low. So this is our protected high based
- 8:09on the context. I can see we came into
- 8:12this area here,
- 8:14right? We couldn't make a new low. We
- 8:16tried to we failed. We even inverse this
- 8:20bearish fair value gap and we have taken
- 8:22this high leaving a bullish fair value
- 8:24gap. This is my sign or my lower time
- 8:26frame confirmation that I am willing to
- 8:28take this long position stop loss below
- 8:31and again go for that one to 1.5. Even
- 8:34though I am expecting price to come and
- 8:37take out the external high all the way
- 8:39up here, I don't care. Let's play price
- 8:42out. Boom. You get a better entry and
- 8:44nice. It smashes the 1 to 1.5 and takes
- 8:47out that external high. So, all we're
- 8:49doing is trading the structure, trading
- 8:51the trend, and life is good. So, if you
