- 0:00Day traders have it all wrong. They see the market run up, they sell, let it come down,
- 0:04they buy it, it runs up, they sell it, it come down, they buy it, it runs up,
- 0:08they sell it and then whoa! Prices take off and they sell and they lose money all the way
- 0:14up. Not realizing the only way you make money in the market is to catch a trend.
- 0:19It doesn't matter if your day trader, a long term trend trader trend is the
- 0:23basis of all profits. You need a trend. Now. We also know this if you study your charts,
- 0:28you'll see that all large range days, or almost all of them close if they're high
- 0:33or close or too low. So the most successful day trading strategy is to hold to the close.
- 0:40Don't try to dance in and out, because when you have a loss,
- 0:43you can have a big loss. Try to catch a trend, move, hold to the close and
- 0:47you're going to make a lot more money. You'll become a successful day trader.
