- 0:00We know that a machine without people is
- 0:02just a machine. That
- 0:03>> there's a lot of people out there who
- 0:05would really benefit from having a
- 0:08machine like this. The most timeconuming
- 0:11part of laundry is is folding. So having
- 0:14something that you can just kind of
- 0:16crank through and fold a lot of the
- 0:18stuff and have some of these like preset
- 0:20settings. Anyone can make laundry
- 0:23equipment. There's some companies out
- 0:24there that make really good stuff. But
- 0:25what separates FTEX from that is the
- 0:28simplicity and reliability.
- 0:29>> It is a missing ingredient I think in a
- 0:31lot of setups.
- 0:34Hey, what's up guys? It's Jordan with
- 0:36the Lone Man Resource Podcast. This is
- 0:38show 24,
- 0:41I think. Let me look. Yeah. Wow. 244.
- 0:45And I am pumped you're here today
- 0:47because today, number one, we're hauling
- 0:51up because all these storms here in
- 0:53Hawaii. So, uh, you know, it's not all
- 0:57sunshine and rainbows. I mean, it will
- 0:58be sunshine and rainbows as soon as the
- 1:00rain's done, but not always. Um, and I
- 1:03appreciate just want to shout out to
- 1:04everybody who reached out just making
- 1:06sure Hawaii uh during these uh crazy
- 1:09storms. So, I appreciate you guys. We're
- 1:11doing good. Uh, property's good, people
- 1:13are good. A lot of rebuilding to do
- 1:15around here, but um I think for the most
- 1:19part, people are good. So, I appreciate
- 1:21you guys. And uh that's not the only
- 1:23reason I pumped your hair today. Also, I
- 1:25pumped your hair today because Joe Shano
- 1:28is joining me on the show today to talk
- 1:32about folding. Folding is, as you know,
- 1:36probably the most time consuming part of
- 1:38your wash and fold or pick up and
- 1:39delivery business or just your personal
- 1:42laundry habits. And uh we're going to
- 1:45talk about Fullex folding machines. I
- 1:47think it's an underutilized tool,
- 1:49especially for those of you guys with um
- 1:53large or growing drop off andor pickup
- 1:55and delivery businesses. This is an
- 1:57episode for you. So, we're niching down
- 1:59even nichier than laundromats today. But
- 2:03super good episode. Joe is a super good
- 2:06guy. And I just want to point out right
- 2:08now before we jump into it with them,
- 2:10Joe and I are actually going to be
- 2:11jumping on a live Q&A to talk about the
- 2:14Fullex folding machine and to answer
- 2:16your questions maybe about your
- 2:18particular situation or just general
- 2:20questions I didn't get to on the
- 2:21episode. That's going to be April 3rd at
- 2:2410:00 Pacific time, uh, which is 1:00
- 2:28Eastern time, which is 7 a.m. Hawaii
- 2:31time. So, I'm going to roll out of bed,
- 2:34do a live Q&A, talk about Full Text, but
- 2:36join us. Uh, number one, because you're
- 2:37going to want to meet Joe. Number two is
- 2:40because uh, listen, Fullex folding
- 2:42machines,
- 2:44massive uh, massive deal, especially if
- 2:47you're doing any kind of volume uh, of
- 2:50drop off, pick up, and delivery. So,
- 2:51without further ado, I've already be
- 2:53labored it. April 3rd, 2026. Uh, that's
- 2:56going to be, you know, be on the
- 2:57newsletter. We'll make sure that uh link
- 2:59goes out, but it'll be on YouTube, also
- 3:01on LinkedIn, and also on our Facebook
- 3:03group or page over there. So, go check
- 3:05those out. Um, April 3rd, 10:00 a.m.
- 3:08Pacific, 100 p.m. Eastern time. Yeah.
- 3:11All right. Let's jump in with Joe,
- 3:13though. He's a great guy. Can't wait for
- 3:14you to meet him. Joe, thank you for
- 3:16coming on the show, man. How are you
- 3:18doing today? I'm doing good, Jordan.
- 3:20Thank you for having me on. I appreciate
- 3:22it. Uh, I am super duper excited uh
- 3:26because we're gonna be talking about one
- 3:28of the coolest pieces of equipment in
- 3:30our industry that I I'll just say is I
- 3:34think it's underutilized. Uh especially
- 3:36if you got a pickup and delivery
- 3:37business out there or a drop off
- 3:39service. Uh you might want to pay close
- 3:42attention uh to this one. But before we
- 3:44jump into why that is going to be uh uh
- 3:48an awesome piece of equipment for
- 3:49people, why don't we tell everybody who
- 3:51are you and you know what company are
- 3:54you working for? So Jordan, as you said,
- 3:57I am Joe Chanel and I am the interim
- 3:59vice president of Fullex. Uh I am over
- 4:02the customer development department,
- 4:03which is a fancy way of saying sales. Uh
- 4:06because at FullTex, we don't feel that
- 4:08it's really a sales department. It's
- 4:10more of a hey, let's develop that
- 4:11relationship. uh hence the name. So if
- 4:13you see that on my email or if anyone
- 4:15emails me, that's what you're going to
- 4:16see. Vice president of customer
- 4:18development. Uh Fullex is a company
- 4:20that's been around since 2013. Uh we
- 4:23make the best drywork folders in the
- 4:25industry. Uh we are known for our
- 4:27simplicity and our reliability as well
- 4:29as uh just our customer service and our
- 4:32genuine care that we have for our
- 4:33customers.
- 4:35>> Yeah. And you know, I I should just say
- 4:37here like the reason that you're here on
- 4:40the show is uh because Randy Roberts was
- 4:43just raving about you guys and uh raving
- 4:46about your equipment, but even more so
- 4:50uh and to your point on your on your
- 4:52title there, even more so he was raving
- 4:54about uh your customer service. And I
- 4:57mean, he just genuinely thinks that
- 4:59considers you guys friends uh which is
- 5:01just glowing praise. So, I I love, you
- 5:04know, uh highlighting good people in
- 5:06this industry who are doing good things
- 5:07for for owners, helping them build their
- 5:09businesses and uh so I was I was pumped
- 5:13uh that you wanted to come on the show
- 5:14and and chat. So, thank you for taking
- 5:16the time to do that.
- 5:18>> Oh, absolutely. It's uh Randy is he's
- 5:20absolutely more of a friend uh than he
- 5:23is a customer. I mean that that whole
- 5:25group between Randy and Jodan and Kent
- 5:27and ID and Rick Roman and all those
- 5:29guys, anyone forgetting uh they're just
- 5:32great people to be around.
- 5:33>> Yeah.
- 5:33>> You know, even if they weren't part of
- 5:35the full text ecosystem, they would
- 5:37still be friends.
- 5:38>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Good.
- 5:41Super good crew uh there. In fact, I
- 5:43mean, you mentioned uh Kent Wales. That
- 5:45was the first time I got to see your
- 5:47your machine was at his uh before he
- 5:49moved to his new plant um at his old uh
- 5:52location. I got he gave me a little tour
- 5:53there. It was pretty cool to see that
- 5:55thing in action. Uh so cool. Okay. So
- 5:58well tell us tell us about Fullex. Who
- 6:00who's Fullex? Uh like what where where's
- 6:03I mean can you give us like a little
- 6:05background like how did this whole thing
- 6:07start? And then I'm assuming and maybe
- 6:09this is a bad assumption. I'm assuming
- 6:10you didn't start in the laundromat
- 6:12space. Maybe you started in like OPL on
- 6:15premise laundry or something like that
- 6:17or is that accurate? Uh so are you
- 6:20talking about where I started personally
- 6:21or were full?
- 6:23>> FTEX as a company.
- 6:25>> So FTEEX as a company we actually
- 6:27started because we saw a gap in the
- 6:29industry and the gap was between vendors
- 6:32and consumers and it was it was that gap
- 6:36that lack of genuine care that we really
- 6:39thought we could fill that void for lack
- 6:42of a better term. Uh, you know, a lot of
- 6:44times you'll hear, well, I got this
- 6:45piece of equipment, I couldn't get parts
- 6:47for it, or I can't get service for it.
- 6:50[clears throat] Uh, and anyone can make
- 6:51laundry equipment. There's some
- 6:52companies out there that make really
- 6:53good stuff. Uh, but what separates Full
- 6:56Text from that is the simplicity and
- 6:58reliability. You don't need a masters in
- 7:00engineering to work on one of these
- 7:02machines. But at the same time, we know
- 7:04that a machine without people is just a
- 7:07machine. So for us it was making sure
- 7:10that we're meeting those kind of those
- 7:12intangibles that other people weren't
- 7:13hitting where it's, you know, when you
- 7:16call and you do have a tech question,
- 7:18which doesn't happen often, but when
- 7:19they do, you're getting one of the
- 7:21technicians who are in the field
- 7:22installing it. You're getting someone
- 7:24who's troubleshot the equipment before.
- 7:27They're all based here in the US.
- 7:29There's a lot of things that just
- 7:30weren't being done. So for us to come
- 7:34into the industry 13 years ago, we also
- 7:36wanted to fly under the radar. And a big
- 7:38part of that was we wanted to make sure
- 7:41that we were doing things the right way.
- 7:43Uh I hear all the time when people call
- 7:44in, it's very difficult for us to find
- 7:48information marketing from Fullex and
- 7:51that's by design. Keeps us honest. you
- 7:53know, we sell a machine to uh Happy
- 7:56Laundry or Columbus Express or Splash
- 7:58Amount or or anyone in the industry,
- 8:02we're not going to put or we're not
- 8:04going to pound our chest, I guess, to
- 8:05say like, "Look what we did. Here's
- 8:06everything that we're doing." We want
- 8:08the organic growth. We want people to
- 8:11say, "Hey, if you're looking for a small
- 8:12piece folder, if you're looking for any
- 8:14kind of dry work or even large piece,
- 8:16because we do offer some of those, you
- 8:18want to go to Fullex. They're going to
- 8:20take care of you." And over those 13
- 8:22years, that's how we've grown or I'm
- 8:24sorry, it's out 13 years how we started
- 8:25in 13. So it's what 14 15 years now if
- 8:28I'm doing the math right. Um, which
- 8:31let's be honest, I sell machines that
- 8:33fold pillowcases. Math was never my
- 8:34strong suit. So don't hold me on the
- 8:37timeline on that. Uh but that's really
- 8:39what motivates us and what got us
- 8:41started was that gap between the
- 8:43manufacturer and the end user and how do
- 8:46we bridge that gap and give someone an
- 8:49extremely pleasant overall experience
- 8:52which is not always the case.
- 8:54>> Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. It's not always
- 8:56the case. And well I mean listen if
- 8:58that's the if that's the mission uh I
- 9:00would say you know I've heard nothing
- 9:02but rave reviews about uh about you guys
- 9:05as a company. Uh, and like I said, Randy
- 9:07came on and raving about you guys and
- 9:11you know, can't I all the all the names
- 9:13that you've you've dropped have uh have
- 9:15just raved about you guys. So, super
- 9:17excited. Uh, let me ask you this
- 9:19question. Um, I think this is a this is
- 9:21a big question. Who in in the laundromat
- 9:26industry, who should be
- 9:28using a full text machine? Who is it who
- 9:31is it good for? Who's it designed for?
- 9:33Uh, you know, I'm assuming, right? like
- 9:35self-s served laundromat owners where
- 9:36it's self-s serve only, you know, skip
- 9:39to the next episode or whatever, right?
- 9:40But if you know who who should be using
- 9:43this machine,
- 9:45>> you know, that's uh you you brought up a
- 9:47good point, Jordan. The self-s served
- 9:49laundry mats really aren't going to get
- 9:50the utilization out of this because it
- 9:52does take some training to use the
- 9:53machine. You need to know how to program
- 9:55or not, I'm sorry, excuse me, not
- 9:57program the machine, but run the machine
- 9:58during the startup. We'll do the
- 9:59programming for you and teach you how to
- 10:01do that. Uh, but you do want to have
- 10:03someone who's competent, who knows how
- 10:04to switch programs, who knows how to
- 10:06feed it, how to clear it. U, so the the
- 10:10coin op that's going to be a selfs
- 10:11serve, they probably aren't ready for
- 10:13the machine. The folks who are going
- 10:16from the coin op and they're moving into
- 10:18the pickup and delivery. That is where
- 10:20they're really going to start seeing the
- 10:21benefit of a full text coming into their
- 10:23facility. Uh, we have the ability to run
- 10:26your personal clothing, your towel
- 10:28mixes, your bedding. Uh, it's really
- 10:31kind of a Swiss Army knife. And I hate
- 10:33using that term because, you know, I've
- 10:35always grown up thinking a jack of all
- 10:37trades is a master of none. Uh, but in
- 10:40this case, it it really does everything
- 10:42exceptionally well. So, that would kind
- 10:44of be the first uh I guess level of the
- 10:49laundromat or washd dry folds that would
- 10:51that a full text would really start
- 10:52being appealing. Um, after that, we've
- 10:55seen the progression go from the pickup
- 10:56and delivery to, well, okay, well, let's
- 10:58see if we can get some commercial. And
- 11:00typically, those commercials are going
- 11:02to be uh, shoot, your
- 11:06country clubs, your pools, your fitness
- 11:09centers. You start seeing some hotels
- 11:10come in and that's where you're really
- 11:13going to start seeing full text adding
- 11:16tremendous value. It's going to add a
- 11:17ton of value early on, but when you can
- 11:20look at it and say a massotherapy
- 11:21clinic, if you get one part of a
- 11:23hospital, uh they're going to send you a
- 11:26ton of hand towels back and now you're
- 11:28able to produce up to 1,400 an hour is
- 11:30what we verified. Uh realistically
- 11:32though, most operators can't keep those
- 11:35numbers up. So, we're looking closer to
- 11:3711 to,200 an hour. And it just
- 11:39revolutionizes what these guys can do
- 11:42internally. And to be able to go from
- 11:44running a product that way to say,
- 11:45"Okay, well now we have to run our king
- 11:47flat and fitted and you're doing it on
- 11:49the same machine, you're really gaining
- 11:51another employee that's not going to
- 11:52have a sick day. It's not going to call
- 11:54off." But with the support and backing
- 11:56of full text behind it where if it does
- 11:58get sick or you know there's a jam that
- 12:01you can't figure out how to clear,
- 12:03that's what we're there for on you know
- 12:05we seven days a week. So that's where
- 12:07you're going to really start seeing
- 12:09soultech start pulling away with your
- 12:11business.
- 12:14Yeah. And that's I mean that's huge. You
- 12:16you throw out numbers like 11,200
- 12:19uh uh uh wash what did you say? Uh hand
- 12:24towels.
- 12:25>> Hand towels per hour. Yes.
- 12:26>> Uh per hour. I I mean
- 12:30that that's crazy. I mean that that's
- 12:32that's a lot. But but to me it begs the
- 12:35question of and you may not really know
- 12:37the answer. This might be a judgment
- 12:39call by the auditor. But I'm just I'm
- 12:40going to throw it out there just in case
- 12:42you have something to say about it is
- 12:44like how do how do how would an owner
- 12:46know like hey I'm starting to have
- 12:48enough volume for this machine to make
- 12:51sense to me. You have any input on that?
- 12:55>> Yeah, I I do. I I'm not an expert by any
- 12:57means on
- 12:59>> financials of a of a laundry in that
- 13:02capacity,
- 13:03but it really is a case- byase basis. We
- 13:06will seeies where maybe the volume's not
- 13:09where it would be with some of the
- 13:11bigger guys, but they have a lot of
- 13:13turnover. And it's much easier to teach
- 13:15someone how to lay a towel down on an
- 13:17infeed than it is to say, "Okay, this
- 13:20person wants a French fold with a 3350
- 13:22fold on it and we stack them in 10ens
- 13:24and we want to put it in a bag where we
- 13:26can say, "Hey, this needs to say towel
- 13:28mix one." And just lay the towel on the
- 13:30infy. So for those guys, it still serves
- 13:34a benefit even though they don't have
- 13:36the same volume as the bigger guys. The
- 13:38bigger guys when they start seeing, you
- 13:40know, hey, what how do we get to the
- 13:42next level because I don't have
- 13:44staffing. I can't get this commercial
- 13:46account that I want because I don't know
- 13:48if I have enough people to continue the
- 13:50business that supported me and helped
- 13:51grow me to now take me to the next
- 13:53level. And again, that's where FTEX
- 13:56comes in and is really going to be the
- 13:58differentiating factor for those folks.
- 14:00So, it's really not a number per se, as
- 14:02it is more of looking at what what your
- 14:06laundry is doing. And honestly, that's
- 14:08where my department comes in. When they
- 14:10call in and they say, "Hey, I'm just
- 14:11starting this business out. I don't have
- 14:13any customers yet, but I want to grow
- 14:14and I want to get a full text." And they
- 14:16have all these plans. We might say,
- 14:18"Hey, we really appreciate you thinking
- 14:20about us. Let's see where the business
- 14:22goes because we don't want to put anyone
- 14:24behind the eightball and we want to make
- 14:25sure that they actually utilize the
- 14:27machine that they buy." So there's a lot
- 14:29of uh I don't want to say handholding
- 14:31and I don't want to say guidance. I'm
- 14:34not sure what the right word would be,
- 14:35but it's definitely it's a it's a give
- 14:36and take relationship. You know, I
- 14:39compare it to when I went to Kenya. Uh
- 14:44I it it turns out that in in Kenya and a
- 14:47lot of other places,
- 14:49totally kosher for men to hold hands as
- 14:52they walk. And this, you know, giant
- 14:55Masai Maro warrior dressed on all his
- 14:57garb and I were walking hand in hand,
- 15:00you know, across the field. That's what
- 15:02I, you know, [clears throat] it is hand
- 15:03holding, but in like a, you know, like a
- 15:06warrior kind of way. You know what I
- 15:09mean? That's that's how I like to see
- 15:10it.
- 15:10>> That has been the first time I've been
- 15:12compared to that, but I'll take it.
- 15:13>> Yeah. Yeah, that's right. U so yeah,
- 15:17which I love. And I'm going to just take
- 15:18a second real quick because people might
- 15:20be hearing that be like, well, I'm not
- 15:21sure where I'm at. So, real quick, can
- 15:23you just drop like where if somebody's
- 15:26like listening to this right now and is
- 15:27like, I might be in a place where I'm
- 15:29ready for something like this. How do
- 15:31they get a hold of you?
- 15:32>> Uh, a couple ways you can reach me via
- 15:36email and it's not very complicated.
- 15:39It's joefull-usa.com.
- 15:45uh or if they wanted to 1855
- 15:48the number four full text folex
- 15:52and I'm extension103.
- 15:57>> Perfect. Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, I
- 15:58just I I just wanted to drop that right
- 16:00there because there might be people
- 16:01like, "Hey, I might be interested." Call
- 16:04Joe or email Joe. He
- 16:06>> absolutely summary guy for you.
- 16:09>> It's got to get the warrior guy.
- 16:10>> That's right. And even if for some
- 16:12reason one of those, you know, they
- 16:14misplaced the number, you can go on our
- 16:17website and fill out a form as well. Uh
- 16:19it'll ask you for some basic
- 16:20information, name, contact, you know,
- 16:22email, laundry name, city, state, and
- 16:25then what you're looking for. Uh and
- 16:27that is all emailed to me.
- 16:29>> Yeah.
- 16:29>> So any form that's filled out on the
- 16:31website will go directly to me as well.
- 16:33>> Oh, don't give me that kind of license.
- 16:35I might go fill out that form a few
- 16:37times for you.
- 16:39>> That's I'll call you back. It's that's
- 16:41up to you if you want to get a bunch of
- 16:42phone calls.
- 16:43>> Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Uh, okay. So,
- 16:46Joe, your Masai warrior guide uh is
- 16:49there for you. Um, we'll also have the
- 16:52email and the phone number in the show
- 16:54notes or if you're on YouTube, it'll be
- 16:55down below there, too. So, you you'll
- 16:57have it there, too. U Okay. So,
- 17:01um,
- 17:04these these machines, uh, I mean, you
- 17:07kind of alluded to this already, but I
- 17:09just want to be clear and just make sure
- 17:11everybody kind of understands what
- 17:13they're doing and and what kinds of
- 17:15things they can fold. So, I mean, can
- 17:16you give us an idea of like what kinds
- 17:18of things can a full tech full text
- 17:21machine fold?
- 17:23So, uh, you're going to have your
- 17:24homegoods. Uh you're going to have your
- 17:27uh fitted sheets, your flat sheets,
- 17:28pillowcases, uh a towel mix, which will
- 17:32sort automatically for you. So you can
- 17:33have your washcloths, your hand towels,
- 17:35your bath towels, and your bath mats. Uh
- 17:38assuming that everything's a little bit
- 17:39different in size, we can sort
- 17:41automatically for you. Um if you do
- 17:44have, say, two customers that have the
- 17:46same bathmat but a different style, we
- 17:49have a couple manual sorting options you
- 17:51can pick where we have sensor sort or a
- 17:52button sort. Uh if you were up at Happy
- 17:55Laundry in Spokane, I'm sure you would
- 17:56have seen the buttons on the right side
- 17:57of the infeed, that's a way that we can
- 17:59override the uh measuring portion of the
- 18:02machine and say, "No, no, no. Jordan's
- 18:04shirt goes here. Joe's shirt goes here."
- 18:06Uh we're also going to be able to do uh
- 18:10gowns when they start moving into maybe
- 18:14massotherapy or mam, you know, women's
- 18:16clinics, things like that. Um we can do
- 18:19almost anything in medical that you can
- 18:22think of. Uh, I've seen a couple duvet
- 18:25covers for chairs. We don't see them as
- 18:26much here in Ohio as you probably do out
- 18:28in uh Hawaii, but it'll be the the chase
- 18:32lounge covers. We can do those as well.
- 18:34Uh, it it's really easier to say things
- 18:36that we have a we can't fold, like
- 18:38socks. Uh, underwear is harder. Uh,
- 18:41infant clothing. Those are some things
- 18:43that we actually can't do just because
- 18:45they're so small. Uh, it's easier to
- 18:48list those than what we can do, believe
- 18:50it or not.
- 18:52>> Yeah. So, I mean, so does it fold like
- 18:56regular clothing, like adult human
- 18:59clothing? It absolutely will. Uh, some
- 19:02of the clothing that we'll do is we'll
- 19:03have programs. And by the way, this is
- 19:04all done during the startup. So, when
- 19:06you buy a machine from Fullex, we will
- 19:08come in and make the final connections
- 19:10for utilities. It's the customer's
- 19:12responsibility to get into the building
- 19:13and place it. Uh, the big part of that
- 19:15is we can't travel around with a
- 19:16forklift. It's too too hard to get in a
- 19:19check on or carry on. So, uh, once we're
- 19:22there, we we spend 3 4 days with the
- 19:24customer. We want to make sure we
- 19:25program all the stuff to their
- 19:26specifications. Uh, we will make
- 19:28recommendations and say, "Hey, based off
- 19:30of how many of X, Y, or Z you have, we
- 19:32think this spold will be better. We can
- 19:34maybe get it a little bit taller stack
- 19:35or it's going to look nicer. It'll
- 19:37travel better. You won't get as tipping
- 19:39or opening up." Uh, so with that said,
- 19:42you know, clothing, we might have a
- 19:44program that just has shirts on it. And,
- 19:47you know, Jordan, I don't know about
- 19:48you, but I have a couple kids at home.
- 19:49Uh my oldest son's now it's taller than
- 19:51me, but I have a couple that are smaller
- 19:52than me. Uh but our our shirts are about
- 19:55the same length. You know, if you wear a
- 19:56large, an extra large, or a 2X, they
- 19:58just get wider. They don't necessarily
- 20:00get longer unless you go to a tall. So,
- 20:02we have the ability to say, well, button
- 20:04A is going to send it to stacker one.
- 20:05Button B will send it to stacker two.
- 20:07Button C will send it to stacker three.
- 20:09We can orient that however we want. And
- 20:11now we can fold those so they get a nice
- 20:13consistent fold. We can make the
- 20:15template width bigger by item. Uh, so we
- 20:17can really just put a fantastic finish
- 20:19on those. Same with pants. Um, shorts we
- 20:23can do. Honestly though, if you're doing
- 20:24shorts, it might be easier just to fold
- 20:26them and lay them over themselves. Uh,
- 20:28at least that's how I fold shorts. I'm
- 20:29sure my wife might disagree and say
- 20:31there's a better way to do it, but I
- 20:33don't have a full text at home. So, I'm
- 20:35going to have to listen to her on that
- 20:36one.
- 20:37>> Not yet. Not yet.
- 20:38>> That maybe one day.
- 20:39>> If enough of you guys buy a full text
- 20:41from him, then maybe he can afford to
- 20:43buy one for his own house.
- 20:45>> [laughter]
- 20:45>> We'll see. Yeah. Yeah. Uh okay, man.
- 20:49That I mean that sounds awesome. It's uh
- 20:51I mean we everybody knows, right? Like
- 20:54whether you do pick up and delivery or
- 20:57drop offs, wash and fold or not, or
- 20:59you're in the industry or not, everybody
- 21:01knows like the most time consuming part
- 21:04of laundry is is folding. Um, and so
- 21:08having something that you can just kind
- 21:10of creep through and fold a lot of the
- 21:12stuff and have some of these like preset
- 21:14settings,
- 21:16uh, that I mean, you know, and that that
- 21:19to me is like that could feel like super
- 21:21overwhelming. So, it's pretty cool to
- 21:23hear that you guys help kind of do some
- 21:25of these presettings and you guys are
- 21:27available to kind of get this thing set
- 21:28up um properly to to get going because
- 21:33it really just shortens that learning
- 21:35curve on getting going. And sometimes I
- 21:38know at least for me sometimes the the
- 21:40thing that stops me from adopting a new
- 21:43technology or a new tool or resource or
- 21:45whatever is sort of that learning curve
- 21:47like do I even have time to learn this
- 21:49thing? Uh but man, you can just see how
- 21:52much time it'll give back to you uh by
- 21:55utilizing something like this. It's
- 21:56pretty cool.
- 21:58>> Yeah, you're 100% correct. And you know,
- 22:00Jordan, if you don't mind if I could
- 22:01touch on that startup again. It isn't
- 22:04just a okay, we've programmed it, now
- 22:06we're going to leave. It is a program it
- 22:09and then work with production. Make sure
- 22:11they understand how to to utilize it
- 22:13with their functions and then give that
- 22:16same training to production management
- 22:17or leadership and say, "Okay, here's
- 22:19we're going to show you a couple other
- 22:21things." And then the folks that are who
- 22:23who are going to be working on the
- 22:24machine, who are going to troubleshoot
- 22:25it or do the preventative maintenance on
- 22:27it, we give them all that plus more
- 22:29training so that they'll be able to
- 22:31utilize and do their job functions. And
- 22:33well, uh, it really is. I always tell
- 22:35people when I'm leaving, you might not
- 22:37be confident by the time I leave, but
- 22:39you will be competent and I do believe
- 22:41that you will be able to get through
- 22:42anything while I'm on the plane getting
- 22:44back home. And if you need me to call
- 22:45you, let me know. Here's my cell. And I
- 22:47know all of our other technical account
- 22:49managers do the same. In fact, that's
- 22:51the reason I know that is cuz I that's
- 22:52where I started with Full Text before I
- 22:54was promoted.
- 22:56>> Yeah. Yeah. And again, I mean, it just
- 22:59kind of goes back to that, you know,
- 23:01next level service there. And um you
- 23:05know I mean it's it's one thing you know
- 23:07I I I love obviously like I love good
- 23:10customer service. I think we as
- 23:12laundromat owners and laundry service
- 23:14provider like we need to elevate our you
- 23:18know level of customer service and maybe
- 23:20take a cue from you guys on how you're
- 23:22doing that. Um, but even more so than
- 23:25that, like listen, like so many of us
- 23:28business owners are busy and we get
- 23:31stuck in the daytoday of the stuff,
- 23:34right? And it's like the the urgent
- 23:36stuff takes over the important stuff,
- 23:38right? It could be very easy to think, I
- 23:40don't have time to look into this or get
- 23:42this installed or get it all programmed
- 23:44or whatever because I am too busy doing
- 23:46the laundry or managing my people, doing
- 23:49the laundry, right? and and we can lose
- 23:51sight of the fact that this is actually
- 23:53something that's going to free up a lot
- 23:54of our time or andor allow us to just
- 23:56have a lot more production and service
- 23:59more or larger customers, right? Um, but
- 24:03to me, the thing about the customer
- 24:05service is like, you know, obviously
- 24:07like you're you're a great guy. You and
- 24:09Randy are good friends and you know, the
- 24:11other the other people I'm sure you
- 24:12service are similar, which I think is
- 24:14awesome. But sometimes when you're in
- 24:17the thick of it and you're growing your
- 24:18business, the thing that matters is, can
- 24:20you help me get it going quickly and
- 24:23easily to where I can understand it? And
- 24:25that is uh just like a tremendous value.
- 24:30If somebody can hand you a tool and say,
- 24:32"Here's exactly how to use it. I'll help
- 24:34you set it up right now. I'll help you
- 24:35train your staff on how to actually
- 24:38utilize it."
- 24:40I mean, that's like a gold mine right
- 24:42there and rare. Like, I don't see that.
- 24:44There's
- 24:45maybe a handful of distributors that
- 24:47sell, you know, washers and dryers that
- 24:49I've seen do something like that, but
- 24:53that is rare in our industry
- 24:55>> for sure. I appreciate
- 24:57>> it is you know to go back to what we had
- 24:59mentioned early on is that that was the
- 25:01gap that we wanted to bridge and that's
- 25:04what is the most important thing to full
- 25:06text is internally you know our 10-year
- 25:09goal is to be known as the most customer
- 25:11centric manufacturer of laundry
- 25:13equipment out there. We don't want to be
- 25:15number two or three the most. And it's
- 25:19and that's what it comes down to is
- 25:20those relationships that exactly what
- 25:22you touched on.
- 25:23>> Yeah. Um, let me ask you this question
- 25:26because I know uh this is definitely a
- 25:28consideration uh to make if you're
- 25:30considering you know bringing a tool
- 25:31like this on board. Um, and you don't
- 25:34necessarily if you don't know off the
- 25:35top of your head, you don't necessarily
- 25:36have to give me specifics, but maybe
- 25:37like a general idea of like uh, you
- 25:39know, obviously like this is going to
- 25:41take some space to have and to be able
- 25:43to operate this machine. Do you have any
- 25:44idea of like how much space somebody
- 25:47needs to plan for? And this is something
- 25:49that you can find out more detail on on
- 25:51a call with Joe. Uh but I'm just want to
- 25:53give kind of like a general overview at
- 25:55least.
- 25:56>> Absolutely. So uh our AT230 uh with a
- 25:59birectional conveyor because the
- 26:00conveyor does make a difference. Uh on
- 26:03the birectional conveyor it gives us the
- 26:05opportunity to say you know Jordan if
- 26:07you and I are a team and we're working
- 26:08together in a laundry but you go on
- 26:10break. I came in late for whatever
- 26:12reason. So I'm going to work through my
- 26:13break. I have the option to select a
- 26:16program to do what we we would describe
- 26:18as an RTF return to feeder. So it would
- 26:20discharge out of the side of the machine
- 26:22and come back to me. Then I could put it
- 26:24in a bin or get it in a bag, whatever I
- 26:26need to do to process it.
- 26:28If when you come back from break and
- 26:30we're working together, I would just
- 26:31have it go a normal discharge, which is
- 26:32out of the rear of the machine. It'll
- 26:34discharge on the side and then go to the
- 26:35rear. Uh sorry for the longer
- 26:38explanation, but that birectional
- 26:39conveyor is the longest model we have
- 26:41and it goes from the end of one side of
- 26:43the conveyor to the other side. That'll
- 26:45be 219 in. Um, so when you're looking at
- 26:50that, it's 76 in wide, 77 in wide from
- 26:53one side to the other side of the
- 26:54discharge conveyor. Uh, you're looking
- 26:57at roughly having an 8x 20 ft rectangle.
- 27:00That 8x 20 ft rectangle, the machine
- 27:02does not take up anywhere near the full
- 27:04size of that. But what it does do is
- 27:06allow you to work around the machine,
- 27:08move bins, move people. Uh, if you
- 27:10needed to change a belt for whatever
- 27:11reason, you can actually work on the
- 27:13machine. Uh but most people elect to
- 27:16either go birectional or they go one
- 27:18direction. Uh if you go birectional
- 27:20again that 219 if you're looking at a
- 27:23single direction like a right rear
- 27:25discharge is around 17 179 in. Uh but
- 27:28again the same width. So you can see
- 27:30that rectangle is honestly what I tell
- 27:33people. You know hey have an 8x 20 foot
- 27:34rectangle. You can put it in a smaller
- 27:36space. Absolutely. This just gives you a
- 27:39comfortability with the machine to know
- 27:41that I can move people and bins and
- 27:42product without worrying about running
- 27:44into the machine or getting caught or
- 27:46hung up on anything.
- 27:48>> Yeah. Yeah. And you know, we talk a lot
- 27:50about the throughput and stuff too and
- 27:51just having that space to be able to,
- 27:53you know, not even just not run into the
- 27:56machine, but just not run into each
- 27:57other, right? And just keep things
- 27:59flowing and keep things efficient.
- 28:01They'll process that stuff. Uh I mean,
- 28:03that was super helpful actually. I
- 28:05didn't I didn't expect you to have like
- 28:06the footsteps right there, but here you
- 28:09are, man. That's what I'm talking about.
- 28:11Um,
- 28:12I want to I want to ask you u because I
- 28:15mean you you you know, similar to me in
- 28:18some ways like we we've got sort of this
- 28:21kind of broader view a little bit
- 28:23because you work with a lot of different
- 28:25owners and a lot of different markets
- 28:26and stuff. I'm wondering are are you
- 28:30seeing any um any types of owners
- 28:36who are not utilizing full text that
- 28:40maybe should be considering and I'm I'm
- 28:42just giving you a softball layup here.
- 28:44Uh but but I but I genuinely am curious
- 28:48because I do think that a tool like this
- 28:49is something that can help take somebody
- 28:51to the next level. And so I want to know
- 28:54from kind of just your overall view, are
- 28:56is there like a type of owner or a
- 29:00category of owner that isn't using it
- 29:03yet, but that maybe should be
- 29:04considering it? Yes. Uh there's one
- 29:07specific that we will hear sometimes. Uh
- 29:10and it is the person who has been
- 29:13successful for years, 20, 30 years in
- 29:15doing what they're doing. They're some
- 29:17of the first ones who got into the
- 29:18pickup and delivery. uh they have been
- 29:21very very good, but they've they've hit
- 29:24a wall. Not that they're their business
- 29:26is hurting. They're still successful.
- 29:28They're still profitable, but they're
- 29:30just struggling to get to that next
- 29:32level. And what we hear a lot is, "But
- 29:34I've always done it this way, and it's
- 29:36worked for me so far." And you're like,
- 29:39you can't argue with that. They're
- 29:41successful. They have great customer
- 29:42service. Bless you.
- 29:45they have u you know brake quality going
- 29:48out the door but they're just they're
- 29:51stuck at that one level and they want to
- 29:54break through to the next but they're
- 29:55like you know I don't have the people I
- 29:56don't have the manpower but we've always
- 29:58done it this way and it's trying to
- 30:01convey to them that this isn't one we're
- 30:04not replacing anybody because if we
- 30:06don't have someone in the laundry the
- 30:07machine's not going to fold itself it's
- 30:09not going to feed the linen itself it's
- 30:11not going to process it it's not going
- 30:12to change programs we still need oper
- 30:14operators and part of that when we're
- 30:17training them is letting them know this
- 30:19is you're you're becoming integral to
- 30:21this process because without you full
- 30:24text wouldn't be here so I need the
- 30:25operators and that's honestly what I
- 30:27spend a lot of my time with when I go to
- 30:28laundry is cuz I want to hear what
- 30:29they're doing it's getting over that
- 30:31little hurdle saying this isn't
- 30:33replacing anybody this is just it's
- 30:36adding to your capacity it's adding
- 30:38another employee who's not going to get
- 30:39tired whose arms aren't going to hurt
- 30:41whose back might not go out but we still
- 30:43need those employees to feed the
- 30:44machine. We still need those employees
- 30:46to pack it. And it frees up your time
- 30:48for other projects to help improve the
- 30:50business. And it's it's those owners
- 30:52that it's a little bit harder to get
- 30:54past that initial, but we've always done
- 30:56it this way. And it's like, we
- 30:59understand, but there are sometimes
- 31:01better ways to do things to help you get
- 31:03to that next level.
- 31:05>> Yeah. Well, and I might I might even
- 31:08just broaden that out a little for you
- 31:09because uh you know, the thing that was
- 31:11just running through my head when you
- 31:13were talking was the quote, you know, I
- 31:16don't quote saying whatever uh but like
- 31:19what got you here won't get you there,
- 31:21right? So, anybody who's looking to
- 31:23level up their business like you you
- 31:27can't continue to do and this is a this
- 31:29is a hard lesson. I'm this is like me
- 31:31preaching to myself here mostly. Uh, and
- 31:35if anybody else benefits from it,
- 31:36awesome. Uh, but it's like you can't
- 31:38keep doing the same things that you
- 31:41always do because you get very
- 31:42comfortable in that and you've got a
- 31:44lot, like you said, you get a level of
- 31:45success, you're successful. Uh, but if
- 31:48you're trying to continue to grow, if
- 31:50you're trying to get to another level,
- 31:52you can't continue to do the same
- 31:54things. There's a point where more of
- 31:56the same is not going to get you to
- 32:00another level. more of the same is just
- 32:02going to get you tired, right? And so,
- 32:04you've got to change and adapt or
- 32:07utilize new tools or resources to help
- 32:09you get to that next level. And I mean,
- 32:13I think this, you know, the the FTEX,
- 32:15you know, folding machines are a tool
- 32:18like you're saying that can help anybody
- 32:20who's trying to get to the next level,
- 32:23whether they've been around a while or
- 32:25not. Um, if you're trying to scale your
- 32:27business,
- 32:29uh, you know, do what you're doing, but
- 32:30eventually you hit a point where what
- 32:33got you to that one place is not going
- 32:35to get you to the next level. And you've
- 32:37got to make the uncomfortable step
- 32:39sometimes to to adapt and to change and
- 32:42to evolve uh, your business and
- 32:45yourself, honestly. Yeah,
- 32:47>> they it's it's funny because when you
- 32:49say that a lot of laundromat owners,
- 32:52they don't have a problem going, "Well,
- 32:53I'm going to buy a 90 lb washer now,
- 32:55>> right?
- 32:55>> Or I'm going to get the 120 lb dryer."
- 32:58And you go, "What about full?" Well, no,
- 32:59no, I don't. We I don't know if we need
- 33:01that. It's But you're adding the
- 33:03capacity and now you need to add the
- 33:05capacity on the production side. You've
- 33:07done it on the soil side and the clean
- 33:09side. We need to keep growing that
- 33:11portion. You're 100% right.
- 33:13>> Yeah. And and you know going back to I
- 33:16mean you know the the thing that we miss
- 33:18a lot is like you said I mean I think it
- 33:20is much easier and much more comfortable
- 33:23for us to just add capacity change out
- 33:25washers dryers um buy bigger ones that
- 33:29kind of thing. Uh but
- 33:31you know if you're doing pick and
- 33:33delivery or or even you know drop off
- 33:35wash and fold laundry
- 33:38the bigger constraint typically is not
- 33:42the lack of capacity it's the folding
- 33:44right like a typical you know just
- 33:47average you know from from all the data
- 33:49I've been able to gather and this is you
- 33:51know not an official study or anything
- 33:52but from what I what I'm seeing the
- 33:54average attendant can process about 30
- 33:58to maybe 40 pounds pounds of laundry an
- 34:00hour um on their own. So, you know, you
- 34:03might have a 90 lb wash capacity and it
- 34:07might take you, you know, 20 to 30
- 34:10minutes to wash it and another 20 to 30
- 34:13minutes to dry it. So, you might be in,
- 34:15you know, 40 minutes to an hour, but
- 34:17that's going to take it, you know, over
- 34:19two hours to fold 90 pounds worth of of
- 34:22laundry for your attendant, right? So,
- 34:24um,
- 34:26it is a missing ingredient, I think, in
- 34:28a lot of setups, uh, that we have. And,
- 34:32and that's part of the reason I wanted
- 34:33to have you on is because I think that
- 34:34there's a lot of people out there who
- 34:37would really benefit from having a
- 34:39machine like this that either don't
- 34:42realize it or just haven't taken that
- 34:45step um, to do it. And I think this is
- 34:48your cue. This is if you're looking for
- 34:49a sign out there, this is the sign. call
- 34:51Joe or email Joe or fill out a
- 34:54>> call or email.
- 34:55>> Yeah,
- 34:55>> I'd be more than happy to talk about it.
- 34:57And even if it's even if it doesn't lead
- 34:59to a sale, even if it just gets you in
- 35:01that frame of mind of what is the next
- 35:03step, again, that's that's what we're
- 35:06here for as well. We want to see the
- 35:07industry be successful. When the
- 35:09industry successful, that means full
- 35:11text has a place to be as well.
- 35:13>> That's right. Yeah. And that's I mean,
- 35:15that's the kind of mindset that
- 35:18you know that really you want to be
- 35:19working with, right? And um I I was
- 35:23encouraged to hear you say earlier that
- 35:26you know somebody might want to have
- 35:28this thing set up and ready to go and
- 35:30they're like hey I have these
- 35:31aspirations to build this pickup and
- 35:32delivery business or whatever and you
- 35:34might say let's hold on for a second
- 35:36maybe maybe reserve that 8 foot by 20
- 35:38foot rectangle uh but let's not fill it
- 35:41yet let's get the business rolling right
- 35:43and and telling people to wait you know
- 35:47not everybody I mean my experience
- 35:50getting into the industry was a broker
- 35:52who sold me something I never should
- 35:54have bought, right? And so I have a
- 35:56particular soft spot for people who are,
- 35:59you know, not a soft spot. I have I have
- 36:02particular beef with people who try to
- 36:03sell people things they don't need,
- 36:05right? So hearing you say that is again
- 36:07I mean it's just confirmation of
- 36:09everything I've been hearing about you
- 36:10guys anyway. So and you in particular.
- 36:13Um okay. Uh I mean what else do we need
- 36:16to know? Do you have multiple different
- 36:18kinds of machines? Is there primarily
- 36:20one machine that laundromats are using?
- 36:23What do we need to know about these
- 36:24machines?
- 36:25>> So, we we do have a lot of different
- 36:27machines. Uh, and a lot of them are
- 36:28going to be built on our Flex Fold line.
- 36:30Uh, the Flex Fold is the AT230, which is
- 36:33what 99% of people are going to be
- 36:35familiar with with Fullteex. Um, I
- 36:38there's a couple uh machines in that
- 36:41line like our GT uh that just I don't
- 36:45see the benefit for a wash drive folder.
- 36:48At least I haven't seen one yet. Not
- 36:50saying there's not a case out there
- 36:51where that wouldn't be a good machine,
- 36:52but it has an overall on it. Uh you feed
- 36:54it from the rear of the machine. It's
- 36:56more complicated. It's more complex.
- 36:58Still simple and reliable for what it
- 36:59is. Um all of our machines are going to
- 37:01be reliable, but there's a little bit
- 37:02more complexity to it. Uh so on that
- 37:05one, I'd say there would have to be a
- 37:07really specific need. you know, if a if
- 37:10a laundromat owner was near, you know, a
- 37:12coal mine or a some type of factory
- 37:14where they have a lot of coveralls, a
- 37:16lot of overalls, um, you know, maybe
- 37:18some kind of ranch where they process
- 37:21cattle and there's a lot of butcher
- 37:22coats, that would be a great machine,
- 37:24but it's so few and far between that I
- 37:27really wouldn't see that. Uh, the other
- 37:30one that we have would be our MT. A
- 37:32little bit slower in production, but it
- 37:33has mechanical blades in it, give very
- 37:35precise folds. Uh it's it's hard to
- 37:38believe when I say that that our AT
- 37:40makes incredibly precise bolds and this
- 37:42one just takes it a step beyond that.
- 37:44But again, that's going to be for a
- 37:45specific customer. There's three
- 37:48machines that really fit this industry
- 37:50very well. That is our AT or Alpha Tango
- 37:53230. That's going to be the machine that
- 37:55most everyone sees when they're out in
- 37:57the field. Uh if you stop by any of the,
- 37:59you know, previous guys we mentioned on
- 38:01the on the podcast today, whether it's,
- 38:03you know, Kent or Randy or Jodan or IAD
- 38:05or whoever, uh they're going to have the
- 38:07AT230.
- 38:09From that, we have our AG Alpha Golf
- 38:12220.
- 38:13Uh and by the way, if anyone's curious,
- 38:15the numbers at the end refer to the
- 38:16length of uh the max length of item
- 38:19could be going into the primary fold. So
- 38:21the 230s uh 230 cm, 90 in. The 220 is I
- 38:26think six inches shorter than that. Not
- 38:28great metric to standard. So don't don't
- 38:31hold me on that one either.
- 38:32>> I feel like we need to change those
- 38:34numbers to freedom units. So my only so
- 38:37far it's keep going. The agent shoots
- 38:40money.
- 38:42>> Uh that will have two crossfolds with a
- 38:44reversing crossfold in it. Uh that
- 38:46reversing crossfold is going to allow
- 38:47you to do some specialty things when
- 38:49you're processing uniforms. Uh you know,
- 38:52if you're doing a lot of scrubs, that's
- 38:53a great machine for you. still going to
- 38:55do your dowels, your flat sheets, your
- 38:56fitted sheets, all that good stuff. Um,
- 38:59and then for those who are going,
- 39:00listen, I I have my wash dry fold. It
- 39:02got me to where I am, but I'm really
- 39:04just I need a much smaller unit. I need
- 39:07high production with great quality. Um,
- 39:10and I'm only running towels through this
- 39:12machine and maybe some garments here and
- 39:13there. Then we have our AT slip.
- 39:17So again, 180 cm, much shorter than the
- 39:20um I think that's 70 in at that point
- 39:22instead of the 90 that you get on the
- 39:24230. Uh that's a great machine, but
- 39:27again, you're going to have a little bit
- 39:27less functionality on it when it comes
- 39:29to some of the options you can pick.
- 39:32Uh and then from there, both all of
- 39:34those machines will have minus the GT uh
- 39:37initially on some of them. Uh but we'll
- 39:39forget about that unit momentarily
- 39:41because it is such a specialized piece
- 39:42of equipment.
- 39:44A lot of those machines are going to
- 39:45have the ability to say, you know, I
- 39:47either want a button sort or a sensor
- 39:48sort. Um, on the AT230 as well as the
- 39:51AT-180, we do have a lifting stacker.
- 39:54Uh, it's great for wash clause. So, if
- 39:56you go, hey, I got a couple hotels and I
- 39:58need to be able to run and wash
- 40:00everything and drive everything
- 40:01together, all my Terry products, and
- 40:03then I want your machine to sort it.
- 40:06Okay, we'll get you one with four
- 40:07stackers, two crossfolds. That that
- 40:09lifting stacker will rise up. it's not
- 40:11your wash claws fall a very short
- 40:13distance as opposed to kind of float
- 40:15down and give you poor quality stacks.
- 40:18Um it's there's so many options we have
- 40:20and I don't want to take up all the time
- 40:21going over those. Um but anytime someone
- 40:24calls in, we're more than happy. I'll
- 40:25spend a couple hours on the phone with
- 40:27you just to go through everything and
- 40:28make sure they have an understanding.
- 40:31>> Yeah. Well, and again that's where it
- 40:33really comes in handy to just have
- 40:35somebody like you who kind of talk
- 40:37through and say, "Hey, here's here's
- 40:39what I'm doing. you know what what do I
- 40:42need here? You know, like that that
- 40:43would be just, you know, super valuable.
- 40:46Uh to just have that conversation, say,
- 40:48here's what I'm doing. Here's what I
- 40:50want to be doing more of. You know, what
- 40:52do I need? Here's what I anticipate, you
- 40:54know, my business looking like. What do
- 40:55I need? Just going through because I
- 40:57know you can customize these things, you
- 40:59know, pretty I they're almost uh they're
- 41:02almost kind of modular in a way, huh?
- 41:04where you can kind of plug different
- 41:06things uh into it or unplug different
- 41:09things and customize it how you want it
- 41:11almost. So that yes to an extent that is
- 41:14what we do during the sales process. I
- 41:16want to know where you've been where
- 41:18you're at and where you're going is
- 41:21where you're at where you want to stay
- 41:22because there are some people who go
- 41:24listen I have a couple of commercial
- 41:25accounts I have my washi folds I just
- 41:27need to optimize now we go okay perfect
- 41:30we know where you're at. Uh so then we
- 41:33might go you don't need this option or
- 41:35this option. Whereas I might talk to
- 41:37somebody else and they would go we're
- 41:39doing all of this plus five other things
- 41:41and by the way we want to go here. We go
- 41:44okay well let's option the machine so
- 41:45that you can grow with it or it can grow
- 41:47with you I should say. Uh so it it it is
- 41:51once they're in uh modifications are
- 41:54very difficult to do. So we really try
- 41:56to make sure in the sales process I do
- 41:58my job so that the rest of the team who
- 42:01really is the heartbeat which is our
- 42:03customer experience department uh they
- 42:05are really the heartbeat of full text
- 42:07that is those are the ones people see
- 42:09out in the field those are the ones they
- 42:11interact with almost on a daily basis uh
- 42:13it's where I started so I also have a
- 42:15soft spot for that department too u but
- 42:17that's the heartbeat of full text and I
- 42:19need to make sure that I do my job so
- 42:21the customer is happy and that when they
- 42:24come in they know what the expectations
- 42:26are and where they're going. And there's
- 42:27there's a lot of information collected
- 42:28early on. I guess, you know, anyone
- 42:30listening should know that these are not
- 42:3210-minute phone calls. Okay, I got what
- 42:33I need. We'll see you in, you know, 12
- 42:36weeks when this thing shows up. That's
- 42:37not the case. It's we want to make sure
- 42:40we're doing everything we can to give
- 42:41them the best possible experience and
- 42:43and their customers because at the end
- 42:45of the day, that's really what's most
- 42:47important.
- 42:49>> That's right. That's exactly right. Uh,
- 42:52listen man, this this has been
- 42:55incredible. Uh, I'm wondering maybe I'll
- 42:58try to round up or maybe if you have
- 43:00some just photos and stuff that we can
- 43:02include uh just so people kind of
- 43:03actually see these things. Uh but uh
- 43:09this has been awesome hearing about
- 43:11Fullex uh and and I mean like the
- 43:15company itself uh is actually my
- 43:17favorite part uh just because like you
- 43:20guys are you guys are just great. You
- 43:22guys are great people and you've you're
- 43:25everything you're saying is just
- 43:28embodying the values of that I have of,
- 43:31you know, wanting to connect laundromat
- 43:34owners and prospective laundromat owners
- 43:36and and even just uh pickup and delivery
- 43:38operators who may or may not have a
- 43:40laundromat. Like I want to connect them
- 43:41with good people. So I'm super happy
- 43:45that you came on here. Um and obviously
- 43:48the product itself, you know, speaks for
- 43:50itself. I mean, if you're in the
- 43:52industry and you're doing, you know,
- 43:54wash and fold or pick up delivery, this
- 43:56is a phone call that you should probably
- 43:59make just to chat with Joe and see what
- 44:02uh, you know, what options there are for
- 44:04you for your particular business. U,
- 44:06Joe, anything else that you need to
- 44:08leave us with or that we need to know
- 44:10about these machines, the company,
- 44:11yourself, what your favorite color is,
- 44:14anything like that?
- 44:16>> Well, I mean, full Texas color is
- 44:17orange, but I'll say my favorite color
- 44:18is orange. That's my favorite color. All
- 44:21right. Look at this.
- 44:22>> Synergy galore over here.
- 44:24>> I'm telling you what. Um,
- 44:26>> no. You know, at full text, even if you
- 44:28call in and for some reason you dial the
- 44:30wrong extension, uh, anyone who you
- 44:33call, even if it's a mistake within full
- 44:35text is is going to help. Uh, and that
- 44:38really and truly is it. If anyone's ever
- 44:40curious, uh, I encourage them, you know,
- 44:42go on YouTube and look up Fullex AT230.
- 44:46You'll see a couple of our videos, but a
- 44:48majority of the videos you'll see are
- 44:50from our customers who are just proud to
- 44:51own the machine. And I think that really
- 44:54speaks
- 44:55it it's going to do more of a service
- 44:57than I could ever do. And you know,
- 44:58Jordan, even I appreciate you bringing
- 44:59me on this podcast, but it really is our
- 45:01customers who who have that ownership
- 45:03and they have that pride behind it
- 45:04because they know we stand behind the
- 45:06machine. We stand behind them and it
- 45:09enables them to grow and get to the next
- 45:11level. Whether you're just starting out
- 45:12or whether you've been in it for 30
- 45:14years.
- 45:15>> Yeah. Well, case in point, you're on the
- 45:17podcast because a customer multiple
- 45:19customers of yours uh have been raving
- 45:21about you and so and and made the intros
- 45:25like you've got to talk to this guy.
- 45:27Like that was like yeah that's that's
- 45:30why you're there. So and again that that
- 45:33heart that attitude is we need more of
- 45:35that in this industry. So I really
- 45:37appreciate that. U again last time why
- 45:40don't you tell people where they can get
- 45:42a hold of you. Um and uh and then we'll
- 45:45leave it there.
- 45:47>> Absolutely. So if you wanted to call me,
- 45:48you could reach me at 18554ex.
- 45:52Uh that has extension 103. You could
- 45:55also email me at joefex folx-usa.com.
- 46:00Or if you don't remember any of those,
- 46:02you just go on the full text website. We
- 46:03do have a submission page where you can
- 46:05just request general information. Uh we
- 46:07typically call back within about 15
- 46:09minutes.
- 46:10>> Nice. And then again, we'll have that on
- 46:12the show notes and we'll have it if
- 46:13you're on YouTube, those that info will
- 46:14be down below as well. Joe, man, uh
- 46:18genuinely, you are a rock star and an
- 46:20awesome person. You're representing an
- 46:23awesome company and an awesome product.
- 46:25So, I really appreciate you taking the
- 46:27time. And just so everybody knows, this
- 46:30is our second attempt at this because
- 46:31last time we tried to do this, we had a
- 46:34massive storm roll through and knocked
- 46:36out all our power. Today I'm in a
- 46:39different space without any equipment
- 46:41because there's a massive storm going on
- 46:43behind me here and I don't have any
- 46:45equipment. So, we just making it happen,
- 46:48man. And you're rolling with the punches
- 46:49and I appreciate that, too. So, thank
- 46:51you for taking the time. I know your
- 46:52time is valuable. Uh, but I appreciate
- 46:54it. And, uh, listen, let's do uh, let's
- 46:57do a live Q&A or something to let people
- 47:00uh, jump on and ask you their questions
- 47:01about Fullex machine.
- 47:03>> I I would love that. I think it'd be
- 47:04fantastic.
- 47:05>> Awesome. Well, we'll lock that down so
- 47:07that in the intro I will have already
- 47:09told you exactly when and where to join
- 47:12that live Q&A. Joe, looking forward to
- 47:15that and uh cannot wait to uh do a live
- 47:19Q&A with you.
- 47:20>> Sounds good. I'm looking forward to it.
- 47:22>> All right. Appreciate it.
- 47:23>> All right.
- 47:24>> All right. Hope you loved it. And
