1. 0:06The mansion was filled with the smell of
2. 0:08smoke and gunfire. The golden gilded
3. 0:12cage was burning. Bianca ran through the
4. 0:16halls, her heart hammering against her
5. 0:19ribs like a trapped bird. She wasn't
6. 0:22running away from the danger. She was
7. 0:24running toward the woman she loved. She
8. 0:28reached the grand foyer just as the
9. 0:30massive oak doors were blown off their
10. 0:33hinges. Her father, Marco Sartori,
11. 0:36stepped through the smoke followed by a
12. 0:39dozen men with rifles.
13. 0:41"Alessia!" Bianca screamed.
14. 0:44At the top of the stairs, Alessia stood
15. 0:48alone. Her sharp navy green top was torn
16. 0:52and blood was soaking through the shirt,
17. 0:54but she held her rifle like it was part
18. 0:57of her body. She looked like a fallen
19. 1:00angel, beautiful and terrifying.
20. 1:04"Step back, Alessia," roared Bianca, her
21. 1:07eyes burning with an obsessive fire.
22. 1:11"Marco, if you take one more step toward
23. 1:14her, I will paint this floor with your
24. 1:17blood."
25. 1:18>> [laughter]
26. 1:18>> Marco laughed, a cold hollow sound.
27. 1:22"You're weak, Alessia. You traded your
28. 1:25empire for a girl's smile. Look at you,
29. 1:29bleeding out for a Sartori."
30. 1:32He raised his gun, aiming directly at
31. 1:35Alessia's heart. Time seemed to slow
32. 1:38down. Bianca didn't think about the
33. 1:41danger. She didn't think about her
34. 1:43father's rules. She threw herself in
35. 1:45front of Alessia, shielding the mafia
36. 1:48boss with her own body.
37. 1:50"If you want to kill her, you have to
38. 1:53kill me first." Bianca's voice echoed
39. 1:56through the hall, stronger than it had
40. 1:59ever been.
41. 2:00"Move, Bianca," her father hissed. "She
42. 2:03kidnapped you. She broke you."
43. 2:06"She didn't break me, father," Bianca
44. 2:09said, her eyes cold and steady. "She
45. 2:13woke me up. You treated me like a doll
46. 2:16to be sold. She treats me like a queen.
47. 2:20I'm not a Sartori anymore. I am a
48. 2:23Moretti, and this is my house."
49. 2:27The silence was heavy. The guards on
50. 2:30both sides waited. Alessia reached out,
51. 2:34her shaking hand resting on Bianca's
52. 2:37waist, pulling her back slightly.
53. 2:40"You heard her, Marco," Alessia
54. 2:43whispered, her voice low and deadly.
55. 2:46"The girl you lost is now the woman who
56. 2:49will end you. Leave now and I might let
57. 2:53you live in exile. Stay and none of your
58. 2:56men will see the sunrise."
59. 2:59Marco looked at his daughter and saw the
60. 3:02raw dark obsession in her eyes, the same
61. 3:05obsession he saw in Alessia.
62. 3:08He realized then that he hadn't just
63. 3:11lost a daughter, he had created a
64. 3:13monster more powerful than himself. With
65. 3:17a curse, he signaled his men. They
66. 3:20retreated into the night, leaving the
67. 3:23mansion in ruins.
68. 3:25As the doors closed, Alessia's strength
69. 3:28finally gave out. She collapsed to her
70. 3:31knees, gasping for air. Bianca was there
71. 3:35instantly, catching her, pulling
72. 3:37Alessia's head onto her lap.
73. 3:40"Stay with me, Alessia. Don't you dare
74. 3:43leave me now," Bianca sobbed, her hands
75. 3:47covered in Alessia's blood.
76. 3:49"I'm not going anywhere," Alessia
77. 3:53wheezed, a small bloody smirk on her
78. 3:56lips. "I told you you're my addiction. I
79. 4:01need one more hit."
80. 4:04Bianca leaned down and kissed her, a
81. 4:07deep desperate kiss that tasted of salt
82. 4:10and iron. It was a vow.
83. 4:14The new Moretti mansion was built on the
84. 4:17cliffs overlooking the sea. It was
85. 4:19stronger, darker, and more beautiful
86. 4:23than the last. Inside the master
87. 4:26bedroom, the curtains were open to the
88. 4:28moonlight. Alessia stood at the window,
89. 4:32wearing only black silk trousers, the
90. 4:35scars from the battle visible on her
91. 4:37back. Bianca walked up behind her,
92. 4:41sliding her arms around Alessia's waist,
93. 4:44her hands moving over the boss's firm
94. 4:47abdomen.
95. 4:48"The city is quiet tonight," Bianca
96. 4:51whispered, kissing the space between
97. 4:53Alessia's shoulder blades.
98. 4:56Alessia turned around, her eyes glowing
99. 4:59with that same familiar obsession. She
100. 5:02lifted Bianca up, pinning her against
101. 5:05the glass window. The intimacy was slow
102. 5:08and raw. Alessia's hands were
103. 5:11everywhere, worshipping every inch of
104. 5:14the woman who had saved her.
105. 5:16"They used to call me the boss," Alessia
106. 5:19murmured against Bianca's skin, her hand
107. 5:23sliding down to pull Bianca's legs
108. 5:25around her waist.
109. 5:27"And who is that?" Bianca gasped, her
110. 5:30head thrown back as Alessia bit gently
111. 5:34at her neck.
112. 5:35"You, Bianca. Only you."
113. 5:39The sounds of their passion filled the
114. 5:41room, a beautiful melody of moans and
115. 5:44whispered promises. They weren't just
116. 5:47lovers, they were a storm. And as they
117. 5:50moved together in the moonlight, the
118. 5:52world below knew one thing: the queens
119. 5:56of the underworld were untouchable.
